Best Western Plus Park City Malmo

We stayed at Best Western Plus Park City Malmö for one night and had a very pleasant experience. When we arrived, we discovered that the TV in our room was not working. The reception staff handled the situation professionally and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the Öresund Bridge and the sea, which we really appreciated. It turned an inconvenience into a positive experience. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a large ICA supermarket nearby, making it very convenient whether you are staying for one night or longer. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily choose this hotel again when visiting Malmö.

I stayed three nights in this very good hotel. Excellent location in the attractive Västra Hamnen area. Shopping and restaurants nearby and it's possible to walk to the old town. Nice, service minded staff and dog friendly with water bowls and doggy treats at the entrance. Good breakfast buffet. Some beers on tap next to the Reception but a bit overpriced. I'd give them a 4.5 rating, if I could.

Very good hotel lovely view from room over city. Arrived early and was given early check in the staff were all proffesional and kind. Breakfast was the best plentiful and catered for all. Bed extremely comfortable and slept well Supermarket nearby and also near waterfront so was great location . Toiletries and towels provided but they wasnt any body wash just shampoo for hair although this was a minor flaw and Im sure I would have been given if I had asked. Over all an excellent stay and I would stay here again.

Stayed here on a business trip for three nights and had a very good experience. The hotel and my room were modern and clean. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location is good, restaurants are nearby, you can walk over to the promenade and beach. The breakfast was good, too, with vegan options as well.

You are wasting money by coming to this hotel. The room is hot and the AC doesn't work. The lady on the reception says "open the window, I am not a technician so I can't do anything about the centrally controlled AC". When asked if this will be rectified in the morning, her response - it's an eater break, they can only look into this on Tuesday (today is Thursday). Wow! This is hospitality. Shame.

Hotel was our base for a week's trip to Malmo and the area around. Location it's not in the city centre but this isn't a problem as it's only 15 mins walk to the centre or 5 mins in a taxi. It is near the Turnibg Torso and you get a great view from the bedrooms that face onto the main road of it. Room was very comfortable on 7th floor and had extras like a coffee machine which was part of the deluxe room. We didn't eat in the hotel at night but breakfast was plentiful with a good range and choice of food. There is a pizza shop round the corner as well as a large supermarket too. Staff were very polite and it was a good base to use.

We spent several nights at this hotel. It was an ideal base for visiting southern Sweden and Copenhagen. Breakfast was included and was decent. There are many tour groups, and the hotel staff make an effort to keep the buffet full, but sometimes it's just too busy. They only serve filter coffee, but we didn't mind. The hotel itself is old and has no air conditioning. Normally, you don't need it in Sweden, but with climate change, this is becoming a problem. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The exercise room is very basic, and there aren't many machines. Guests in Sweden like to exercise in the morning, so there is some traffic.

Not close to the main part of Malmo, a bus ride away. Old fashioned outdated building, not the warmest welcome from staff. Room very basic, TV not working so had to switch rooms. No A/C despite being a hot day, was given a fan. Bathroom clean but very outdated, shower screen meant water went everywhere. No fridge in room. Breakfast was average. Overall disappointing.

We had a comfortable stay at this well-connected, clean hotel. A good, varied spread was on offer for breakfast too! The city bus stops directly outside and there is a big supermarket opposite. Regina Salzmann, the general manager, went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable, her professionalism really made the difference! We would recommend this hotel, and would stay again.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was great. Parking at hotel is limited and we had to park in the multi-storey across the street. Very quiet location with bars and fast food places close by.

Lovely comfy hotel room close to all amenities. Short walk to the sea which has a lovely little array of coffee shops restaurants and gelato shops and easy to grab a malmo bike to cycle around Malmo so you can see all the sights safely and easily👍handy little hotel situated in a handy location and great breakfast too⭐️

Great hotel in a good area in Malmo. Number 3 bus stops right outside hotel but only a 15 minute walk. The area the hotel is in is really lovely, on the coast with little canals and park nearby. Getting to Copenhagen city or airport is extremely easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable and I found all the staff I can into contact with friendly. Good breakfast

We had a medical conference here, good lunch and good snacks. However if you want a cappuccino as a side order, it costs 62kr, without coffee art. Is this a joke? I can get better in Stockholm! How absurd. Rude staff without any smile. The location is around 15min walk from city central, a quiet place. Clean and new facilities otherwise.

Malmo is a wonderful city,so friendly and helpful and the honesty and good manners of the people is outstanding.The best western is true reflection of this.Hotel is spacious and well maintained.Breakfast was excellent and choice was unending.Rooms were spacious and comfortable and well maintained. A definite stay when in Malmo!

Great clean hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Perfect location in lovely city and easy access to Copenhagen. Restaurant staff is lovely and housekeeping is very efficient and good. Highly recommend this hotel even if you are visiting Copenhagen.
