Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House

My ‘upgraded' Room was small but clean and functional. Bathroom was a decent size and the shower a good size. Apparently my booking was a small room by the lift so for 200SK I could upgrade to a nicer / quieter room away from the lift - so I paid extra. The room was at the end of the corridor and overlooked an internal space. Wasn't a great view but it was really quiet so I was able to get a good nights sleep with my window open. Location is excellent for being in the town centre - being just off the town square. I'm guessing therefore it wouldn't suit anybody with a vehicle. I walked from the train station - was a nice day and the walk only took 10-15minutes. Breakfast was the usual Swedish fare, decent enough.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple, and while the location is very central and convenient, the overall experience felt more geared toward business travelers than leisure guests. During the night, there was noticeable noise from a machine or technical installation, which disturbed our sleep. The room was also quite cold, particularly in the evening. After contacting reception, we were given a portable radiator to carry up to the room ourselves, which helped improve the temperature. The staff was responsive, but the noise issues and room comfort could be improved, especially for couples looking for a more relaxing stay.

HUGE security flaws in my room. Missing latch guard plate to protect from intruders. Loose peephole. I left the TV on when I left the room. I slept with chairs against the wall when I slept. For this inconvenience, I was offered a discount for my next visit. But why would I? Better to stay and feel safe at another hotel or even an AirBnB.

Very good hotel, room was a decent size and very clean. Breakfast was the usual fare and staff were very helpful. Would stay again.

A modern and stylish hotel perfectly located in the heart of Malmö's old town, surrounded by charming streets and plenty of restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, well-designed, and in excellent condition. Breakfast was delicious and a real highlight. We parked just a block away in a public parking lot, which was very convenient.

Stuffed puppies in the room are a nice touch. Oddly, the in-room safe was not bolted down, so what's the point of having one? Noisy outside the room window with ventilation fans and ducts, no view except onto another roof. Poor air flow in the room and especially the bathroom. Nice to have coffee and some sweet/bakery treats out most of the day. Bathroom lighting is terrible with one flickering light. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Cozy lobby/lounge area. I would consider staying here again.

The room was a bit small, felt a bit cramped, the tv was very old and had a HDMI cable hanging from it, without the possibility to connect a USB/Harddisk to it and worst of all, no possibility to share screen when there are perhaps 4 channels, 3 in Swedish and 1 in Danish, so disappointing to not be able to relax after exploring the city and could just watch a good film afterwards!!!

Our room was 3 metres above an incredibly noisy all night bar. Cigarette smoke coming into our room, no aircon so had window open until someone started playing a harmonica in the early hours. Also mouldy, chipped coffee cup in our room. Avoid.

Very nice hotel with a perfect location. Breakfast is really good. Pillows and duvets are just perfect. Coffee facilities in the room is a huge plus. A little noisy fron the street, but accepable. Would definetely choose this hotel again.!

We use to stay here before or after the flights from Copenhagen. The rooms are pleasant, the personal is always welcoming and the hotel is very well located 10 min walk from the central train station in Malmö but still in a quiet area.

Staying in downtown, close to shopping streets, Lilla Torg and Stortorget squares and nice king's park just few hundred meters away. Nice stay, quite clean room with window to street. Very good breakfast 🍳 The pub in neighbourhood and plenty of choices for dining around the squares

The room's heating system was malfunctioning. No phones in the rooms. A leak in the bathroom. The next morning when the tranquility of my stay was shattered by the deafening noise of renovation work. It felt as though the ceiling was being torn apart. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress. Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel until they address these significant shortcomings and prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patrons. I do have videos as evidence of the noise and the leak but the website won't allow me to post a video here, only photos.

Stayed here last month on business. It's situated on a back street that may or may not be one way, given the confusion my Uber drivers had. Indeed Turbo the dog and his pals were on the bed when I checked in, though they looked a bit licked and mauled by previous occupants - I'm afraid to say that I gathered them up in a towel and moved them out of the way. Slightly perturbed to find 2 sets of earplugs in the bathroom, discovered why when checking Flightradar - couldn't be any closer to "final" than Windsor is to LHR! Room on the 6th floor, up in the attic was quiet enough, aside from the weather, and the not so attractive view of the rooftops and aircon units of the buildings opposite. Distinct lack of plug sockets, especially by the desk, so not great for working. Due to adverse weather, I didnt venture far in the evening, choosing to eat in. Food was really good. No idea about breakfast. Hope they get their reservations systems sorted out in time for Eurovision, it took a week before I got my invoice!

Nice relatively recently renovated hotel. The hotel has a perfect location in central Malmö with parking underneath in the garage. The room had everything but needs a good shower. The breakfast buffet contains everything you could wish for, including freshly baked waffles

Rooms are really disgusting. Earlier when I stayed I was given room 509 where due to inclined ceiling got hurt twice on my head. This time we got room 307 where bathroom door handle was jammed and got us stuck twice for 25 mins.. There is no way to reach out staff for help.

Where nice and modern hotel right in city centre. But in a silent street. Walkong distance to everything including train station and museums Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. You can even take a 40 minutes train ride to Copenhagen I will be back

We have never stayed anywhere with a better room than this one. It had an actual private sauna in the room and I never wanted to leave. The staff were friendly and did everything possible to make us comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, we slept so well, the room was absolutely silent, no noise at all, the beds were really comfortable, and did I mention the sauna. It was the best thing ever, our bathroom at home is a disappointment every time I use it now because no sauna. We are already looking at dates to come back as the hotel and Malmo are wonderful. The hotel is right by the famous cobbled square so you have the beautiful buildings, unique gift shops, and some amazing restaurants right on the doorstep.

The BW Noble House was perfect for my short stay in the Malmo area. It is just a short walk from Central Station so is very convenient. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. Staff was very pleasant and both the check-in and check0out were handled very efficiently. I ate at the restaurant my first night and the food and service were superior. If I am ever in the Malmo area again I would stay here without hesitation.

Lovely, simple, but comfy and clean hotel, with some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet. Perfect as a home base for all your Malmö adventures. The 2 nights I stayed I was able to both work and sleep comfortably, get up fully rested, and enjoy a nice breakfast before leaving for work. All in all a great experience!

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Malmo...our stay here was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, shower pressure and water temperature were also great! The sauna experience was very relaxing! Our internet appeared to occasionally drop, but it was usually very good!

Bed was the worst ever. Was soft, no support, I could feel the springs and every time I turned around it would make a squeaky noise. If you room is by the elevators, they are very noisy- you can hear them in the room. The overall hotel is nice though. Location and cleanliness is great

This is a really nice hotel with great personel. 4 floors of nice aesthetics with 2 elevators, restaurant, bar and activity rooms such as ping ping for instance, etc. They have clean rooms with mini bars, safes, wifi, etc

I am a female traveller and I was staying alone at this hotel for work. Around midnight when I was asleep, a random man unlocked my door and walked in. I woke up and shouted so he left. I was mortified! I went to the hotel reception and surprisingly, they knew that they gave access to a person to my room. At this point, I couldn't get back to my room because the system blocked my key. After trying out 4 different keys receptionist gave me, I got back to my room at 1am. I was exhausted, scared and felt unsafe. Sure, the receptionist apologised and sait it was a mistake but that was it. I dont think they realised how scary it is for a female solo traveller, knowing that you can't trust a hotel to provide a safe space. I travel a lot and this has never happened to me.

Situated in th city center very close to the little square lilla torg and 10 min walk from the central rail station, this hotel is perfect for a short stay. Quiet zone although you are a few steps from the city's main comercial street. Stuff very friendly. Impressive breakfast.

…. Way beyond expectations. Outstanding location surrounded by existing restaurants etc. Hard to explain but the hotel is different ,from what you normally find on a BW. Very cosy! Trough and trough. The room very clean and have everything to make your stay comfortable. Fridge, coffee facilities. Great shower. Great breakfast in a restaurant with excellent quiet atmosphere. Strong WiFi, great service and Parking under the building. Will be back.

Stayed 2 nights, staff welcoming and friendly. Parking available although tight and can be full if you don't get there early. Location right in the middle of town with plenty of entertainment and restaurants around. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Rooms small but fully equipped.

The location of this hotel is amazing. The hotel itself is very nice and chic with friendly staff. I was disappointed by the breakfast, lots of choice but the hot breakfast was pretty cold. The bedrooms are nice but a little basic. Other than that we had a lovely stay thank you

This is a gem of a hotel. Beautiful lobby with helpful staff. Parking just across, easy and safe. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the seating area has such a unique vibe. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Noble House is well situated in central Malmoe. Our room was comfortable, and the generous breakfast deserves mentioning. The hotel is presently undergoing refurbishment, but there was very little disturbance from that.

The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the central station, which has a direct connection to Copenhagen airport; you get there in 13 minutes. The hotel is located in the heart of the center and around the corner from the famous Lilla Torg square with restaurants and bars. The hotel feels like home. The hotel has a cozy lobby which is decorated as a living room with next to it a perfect space to work, play or socialize. Currently, the hotel is getting an upgrade on the 4th floor, but as a guest, you had little to no trouble with that. My room was on the 6th floor, and it was spacious enough for me — an excellent king-size bed, television, windows that could be opened, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was small but clean and fine for my short stay of 3 nights. In the morning, a very extensive and, above all, delicious breakfast. There was plenty of bread, crackers, spreads, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sweets, and eggs. If you are looking for a good and very affordable hotel in the heart of Malmö, where everything is within walking distance, then this is the place to be.

From the minute you walk through the door, you're made to feel welcome here. The breakfast was incredible - lots of choice and was really tasty. It would have been nice to be informed that the fourth floor is under renovation - so during our 3 day stay, we could hear a drill hammer during the day time… Not exactly relaxing while on vacation. Location is perfect, the breakfast is good but the noise ruined the experience. Had I known, I would have booked another hotel.

Stayed with friends in 2 rooms on the 5th floor. The rooms was really old, and not that nice. The bed wasn't so good. Breakfast was really nice but very crowded Location in perfect in the city center

Good location, cozy lobby and a decent breakfast (very soggy scrambled eggs, though). That is about it for the positives. We requested a double bed in our booking. When we checked in to the room it was two single beds pushed together - not exactly ideal when traveling as a couple. We immediately called the reception to ask if they had a room with a proper double bed but were told the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist asked us, if we were still ok with the room. What was the alternative? To cancel and spend the day searching for a room? So we accepted the room as the hotel was supposedly full. Funny thing is we checked online afterwards and several hotel sites still offered rooms for the day at approximately the same rate we had payed. Why lie about that? Poor service. And the duvets were not even close to the standards you would expect from a 4 star hotel. They were more like thin blankets. Oh, and the radiator was broken as well, the shampoo dispenser in the sauna was empty and other details made this an overall disappointing experience. We have been to Malmø several times and had way better hotel stays than this.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Unfortunately the elevator noise was way too loud and I woke up several times. My room wasn't even next to elevators so I can only imagine how bad it would have been in such a room.

Perfect hotel in the middle of the city center. This is one of few hotels you can say that you "feel like home", we really felt that way! We stayed a total of 12 nights over Christmas and New Year's as we were visiting friends and family in the region, it was very comfortable with bed, bathroom, room in general, and breakfast. The staff is very friendly and service-minded. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby all day, this really contributed to the feeling of being at home.

I enjoyed my stay. The personal was very friendly and always helpfull. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I could use the sauna together with my friend although he was not a guest. The room was very comfortable.

Such a nice athmosphere, and great customer service. I needed to catch an early flight and the staff had prepared breakfast to go! Facilities were also very clean and tidy. Location is also on point, very close to the city center and Central railway station in case one would like to also visit Lund.

Nice café at the hotel for a snack upon arrival. Nice tea and coffee in the lobby, Good beds and two different pillows. Smart thinking. Breakfast was not too crowded as the hotel used "soft seating". We will defenitely come back.

Hotel is located a few minutes away from central station, so you are near to everything especially Lilla Torg and Gustav Adolfs Torg.It is a quiet street, despite there being an irish pub two doors down. The breakfast was excellent, and had bacon, eggs and beans, and plenty of fruit and healthy options.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to all the central attractions, and within walking distance from the Central Station. The desk staff is exceptional, and the hotel is very cute.

Really enjoyed my stay at Noble House, my first time in Malmö, work related. Great location, close to both the city and old town. Close to great restaurants and the central station! Amazing staff, very nice and helpful, which is key for me. Clean amenities, loved the gym and that you could book a private hour at the sauna. Will defiantly come back!

Right in the centre, clean and spacious rooms and overall the hotel has a very special and original design with attention to details, also for kids. Amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We would most definitely recommend it and will go there again if we are to visit Malmö some other time.

The breakfast buffet was very good (loved the waffle station), and the hotel was centrally located within a walking distance of most of Malmö attractions. The staff was very helpful as well. Only minor complaint the showers could use a renovation.

The staff of Hotel Noble House are all exceptionally helpful! They all go the extra mile which is highly appreciated. The location of the hotel is in the very city centre of Malmö, but it is still a very calm spot since the hotel ls situated on a pedestrian area. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety taking all kinds of preferences into account. Great Value for money. Well-done team Noble House! PS Would also recommend this hotel to families with young children as the hotel has a well-equipped kid´s corner .

The Hotel offered a very good Lunch and the rooms was nice and Clean. High service level of the staff that could help with all sorts of things. Drawback was the cost of parking in the Hotel that was very high!

I always stay here, when in Malmø. It's convenient and super located. The breakfast is great! The room has what you would need. I like that the hotel is located on a little side street. It's close to shopping and restaurants. I recommend it!!!

Nice hotel, down town of Malmo city, close to everything. Clean, comfortable, good cleaning service every day, ice machine, conference rooms, good lobby area, very good breakfast, fitness hall, separate nice sauna at 6 th floor.

I stayed one night last weekend, I had a superior room and this time it was finally a decent room, of decent size. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast really good. Reception is friendly and they let you store the baggage in a separate room. I like how the card keys come with a little guide. The only thing is the breakfast allocations. You book a slot to then go down and find hundreds of people that perhaps book an earlier or later slot, and it gets crowded, you can barely walk through the room. I couldn't even find a table to sit down. If slots are booked then someone should check to ensure people are sticking to the time they have been allocated, otherwise what's the point? Another thing is the tables. You have 2 tables put together so if it's one person sitting here both tables are basically taken, when you can just split them so there is more space for people to sit down. I booked a slot and it is not fair that I have no space to sit down. That was the only bad thing, but other than that, no complaints.

When coming back to Malmö there was no doubt to revisit this great hotel. Friendly staff, generous breakfast, modern interior, sauna, perfect location in the center for a great budget. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you.

Great hotel for families! We stayed at the Top Gun room, the children loved it. Staff was helpful and super friendly. We really liked the playing area for kids, the décor and the wonderful breakfast. Will be coming back for sure

Enjoyed its location and proximity to main sights in Malmö. The hotel itself is outdated and needs a refurbishment including the pipe system connection between the toilet and shower. When flushing the toilet, all sewage was coming up in the shower drainage. Disgusting!

a small, cozy hotel in the heart of the old town, very conveniently located. Nice hall, delicious breakfast, gym and sauna. But the rooms are very small ... not sure if they are 18 meters. And the view from the window is terrible ... Right on the roof of the shopping center, and not only our room, almost everything! And there is absolutely no parking.

Perfect located hotel with an edgy and trendy vibe. The staff is just amazing, always with a big smile. Felt very corona safe, and it wasnt any time crowded, including the breakfast area. Very nice compliment with the sauna which we booked private without extra charge.

Hotel cancelation policy stated cancelation was possible with 48 hrs notice. I made a cancelation request 72 hours prior to my reservation but was charged anyway. Totally unacceptable to lie about such a thing especially during corona period

We loved this hotel! Clean, recently renovated and great location! The only drawback was that it is facing inner street and not some beautiful view. But it is not a problem since great conditions compensate this.

Reception people are very humble. The hotel has a warm atmosphere. Rooms are not very big but good enough with all features that you need in a room. Breakfast is very complete and well served by the staff. No lack of anything. I recommend this hotel to everybody that is on the way up north or wants to visit Malmö. Nice hotel with a good location in the city centre of Malmö. Everything you want to see or need is within walking distance. Room is large and nicely decorated in scandinavian style. Very fine bed. Breakfast is good.

Liked · The staff were lovely, the decor is nice, the breakfast was really nice, I'm vegan and got additional options such as hoummus and vegan cheese, plenty of food for everyone and very nice tasting! Rooms were nice and the location is really great for Malmö! Disliked · I felt that the gym was more of an exercise room or a mini gym, I should have asked for some details about it before. I was there for 5 days to work so would use it every day. Plenty of dumbbells, but only one bench, one running machine and one cross trainer so if there was a person using the bench, with corona behaviour in place, you'd have to wait for a full session to use it. It also felt too small to be 3-4 people in there with social distancing in place. In UK, where I live, it would probably not be allowed to be open now because of the size.

The room was close to the elevator and was not sound proofed as written on the hotel page. There were no air condition and the towels were not clean. Breakfast and Otter services were great. Location was also very good

Thanks to a campain by our daily newspaper we had a very good price. The address in central Malmö was perfect and still a calm and nice place. The room was simple but good standard and so was the breakfast. We would like to come back and recommend it for friends.

Nice, spacious room with a very confortable bed. I stayed with my son who is 2,5 years old. Nice with toy pets on the bed, but a bit confusing for a kid that you can't play with them or bring them home. If you come with a car, just remember that the parking is expensive in the centre of the town.

Deluxe room was clean and had a good size - gym is small but has everything you need. Front desk super kind and helpful - will definitely be back for my next visit to Malmø. Breakfast was limited because of the corona situation, but very tasty .

Well located - mostly walking distance, clean, rooms well appointed, nice linens and very good options at breakfast. In room kettle appreciated. Staff helpful if asked questions. I saw a few people eating dinner and that looked good. Plenty of dining options close by. Shopping on your doorstep.

The hotel was next to empty due to the ongoing pandemic. Despite that, staff was very nice accommodating and cheerful. I appreciate the fact that hand sanitizers were available in the breakfast room. It seemed like every guest used it. The hotel has a very good location for tourism and for visits to central Malmö. The hotel is however very cramped in between other buildings so I'm doubtful that you can get a room with a view. It might be good if you're looking for a quiet hotel though. The alley outside is very quiet. The lobby and the bar/restaurant are nice and room was quite decent, as in most Best Western hotels in Scandinavia. There was however not much of a view from my room. A plain wall was just about the only thing I could see looking out. As a recent diamond member, I'm however a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't manage a room upgrade. Especially considering front desk announced that the hotel was more than half empty. I've just recently decided to try BW out after staying many years with a competitor. So far I'm a bit disappointed. If all BW hotels are this tight with upgrades, I think will be better off changing rewards program again. This was clearly a case of not upgrading a rewards member even though there were many rooms in a higher category available. Front desk didn't even mention it, leaving me to believe they are not even trained to honour the status member benefits.

We have stayed in Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House for two nights during last weekend of February. Four of us booked 2 double rooms. We have stayed in many hotels but we never felt so comfortable as we felt in Noble House. It was combination or friendly staff, the way how hotel was furnished, breakfast choices, comfort of beds and finally its location (heart of the old pedestrian zone) that made this hotel experience the best that we ever had (and we stayed in many 5* hotels). If Malmo sees us again, Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House will see us also for sure.

A very well located hotel with nice rooms and sweet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and competent. The lobby is very cosy and breakfast is delicious! Suits both business and private trips. I highly recommend it! :) I enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely hotel all the way, really warm in all possible ways. Food was really good and excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Took me round about 10 minutes to walk from railroad station. If going to Malmö this is the place to stay.

Very unique hotel, bar and reception area are amazing! The rooms are a big let down as they are very basic, no aircon so extremely warm and a lot of noise from the street. The shower was cold even on the hottest temperature. Not what you need after not sleeping at all through the night.

We were in Malmo over New Year's Eve. We had a really good time. The hotel is very centrally located and is therefore a good starting point for various activities (near Malmö Central). Nice big rooms. Great breakfast buffet and very nice staff. We will definitely go back and can only recommend the hotel.

This is our favorite hotel in Malmö. It is perfect for a weekend with shopping or just enjoying the towns cafés and restaurants. The breakfast is good, the rooms clean and staff very polite. Highly recommendable.

Stayed at the hotel several times and it have a prefect location close to all facilites for shopping, restaurants and Railway station to go to Copenhagen. I like the breakfast as the supply of different food is very good. Keep up the good work!

Well, from Denmark to Malmo for my best mates 50th.. The train ride from Denmark over the Bridge to Sweden was interesting...with a slight hangover. Right, the hotel is again a short walk from Central Station (about 15mins). For our money this is an excellent hotel with breakfast included and we booked this 3 days before we departed the UK due to a bit of miscommunication. So the hotel is clean, very Swedish, warm, pretty homely. Due to our return flight home and the late night we couldn't enjoy the hotel as much as we wanted too.... And due to rushing to leave I left some belongings in my room and only realised this once we were heading through security at Copenhagen. The receptionist ensured that my belongings were found and returned to me....So a BIG THANK YOU to All involved!!! Look forward to returning again in 2020 at some point.

I can only say wonderful things about this hotel and staff. I had a difficult flight to Sweden. I completely over slept, past both alarms, and was awoken by a phone call from the front desk at 1 p.m. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She did not make me feel bad for my mistake, and helped me make the best of the day. I feel bad that I did not learn her name. She was wonderful and deserves appreciation.

Nice and clean rooms with plenty of space. Parking garage under the hotel for 210SEK per day. Great breakfast and the staff was super survice minded. Stayed there in december and and it was a great trip. The Bar/restaurant had som great food and beverage options and everything was of great quality.

A good working day always starts with a excellent breakfast! The quality of the breakfast in the Nobel hotel is beyond expectation. Reason why I allways come back to this very hotel whenever I stay in Malmö.

We spent only one night in this hotel, but the room was very cozy and silent. We choose option with breakfast. Canteen was really cute (pink chairs) and the breakfast was delicious - you can choose whatever you want.

Everything was ok but I think my room needed renovation cause the painting was peeled off on some spots on the wall and the bed made a squeaky noise when lying down. It was mostly clean and there was a variaty at the breakfast. There was a bit noise from the coredor and the other rooms around.

Lovely atmosphere- combination of modern, tasteful and cosy. Everything just right as always. Breakfast beautiful in lovely atmosphere. Staff all so very helpful and accommodating. Will keep coming back

Claiming 4 stars, rating cannot be 3 although breakfast is great and general atmosphere nice. Room and in particular bath room outdated, barely reaching a 2 star rating. Make sure to ask for refurbished/ renovated room with renovated bathroom. Dont expect amenities like iron ironboard in room.

Great hotel in Malmö center, near train station. Hotel have large and clean rooms, big breakfast with a lot options for every taste. We also used hotel gym and free sauna. Staff is helpful and nice. There is always available free tea, coffee and candy.

I stayed for business for 3 nights and i would book again. The room was sebaceous and the interior was warm and cozy. The only thing i didn't like was the bathroom. Compared to the room itself it felt cold and more the style of a hostel. Everything was functioning, is is more of a personal taste matter. Breakfasts was good and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall i was happy with my stay.

It was great to eat breakfast here. They had some great vegan options and the staff were very friendly to help. The play area was also a big succes for my 2 year old daughter. We highly recommend this hotel. One thing that could be better was the sign outside. At first I did not knew that “Noble.....” was a Best Western hotel, so we walked by and I understood when we was on the other side of the building.

Centrally located in Malmö, although not easy to reach by car due to road works around. The lobby / bar and breakfast must have recently been updated and are a bless to take a break from whatever you're doing. Breakfast buffet is fanatastic, really enjoyed it. For some reason we had a bit run down room, with a view on a very uninspiring innercourt. Generally quiet, good beds but with wear and tear in it. Only later I noticed there where other renovated rooms, I didn't bother to ask for a change, but I don't like these enourmous differences in hotels. You should get what's advertised on the website really. Parking is crazy expensive at 225 SEK per night, if you only need parking overnight you better leave it for free at Stor Torget between 20pm-9am for free.

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent staff. Great hotel. Short walk to the train station. Downtown Malmo with lots to do. Plenty of restaurants within just a few minutes walk. And it was half the price of hotels in Copenhagen.

Room was silent when windows inside the block side. Others the room surfaces would need some maintenance. Breakfast was excellent and nicely served and hotel staff really friendly. Location if needed to visit evening at restaurants is also brilliant because everything is nearby.

From the lovely warm welcome, the bright cosy room & amazing choices for breakfast everything about this hotel is perfect. It was our first visit to Malmo & staying in this very central hotel made it so easy to get around. The decor is beautiful and there are lots of fun things for children.Best of all were the lovely soft pillows and comfy bed, also tea, coffee and biscuits available in the lobby day and night.

Very nice hotel in Malmö, Sweden. Right in the city ventre, in walking distance to everything. Shopping eating or a walk Kungsparken is right outside the hotel. The lounge area are updated, and it's very nice and cosy. Relax and have a drink from the bar, or something to eat.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location near shopping and restaurants - only a 10minute walk from Central Station. Breakfast was fine, Room was clean Did not eat in the evening but had a drink in the bar which was not overly expensive. I would use it again.

A nice hotel with best location, if you do not come with own car as the central location makes it difficult to use own car. Buses are just outside the door and walking distance to main railway station. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet.

I've stayed at the hotel twice – once traveling for work, the second time on holiday – and it's been a delight both times. Very cozy atmosphere, a comfortable bed and a great breakfast buffet, plus it's located perfectly to explore Malmö.

The hotel is gennerly okay. The Breakfast is good. There are somthing for everybody. But the room is to hot in the summer. A aircondition will be Nice to have. The pakning space is a littel bit tite..

The room was big and cleaned. The staff is very kind and prone to help you for any questions and assistance you might need. The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The design is modern and accurate. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The location is perfect. I totally recommend it.

Nicely decorated hotel with a great atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with excellent bedding. I missed having ac, my room was quite warm after a warm day in august. Quality ingredients was used throughout the extensive breakfast range.

Had two nights at Noble House and we were quite impressed and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is excellent a couple of minutes walk from the little square, 10 minutes from the station and with an abundance of restaurants in close proximity. Staff are very friendly and helpful, restaurant and large bar area, nice to sit here for a nightcap after a big day out. Breakfast was good and the room whilst not “flash” met our needs with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Paid parking is available in a secure garage adjacent to the hotel.

Nice hotel, but noisy outside. They should maybe get other windows? Thicker? More soundproof. Bring earplugs. Perfect location though. Close to everything, we've stayed several times, during the years.

We hadn't planned to stay in Malmo so arrived late in the evening. Other hotels were full so we decided to give Noble House a try. We weren't disappointed. The price was high, but then availability was limited, and the room, whilst not large, was bright and very quiet. Would definitely return.

Noble House is situated in the absolute center of town so that if you go out from the front door you are 5 minutes away from Lilla Torg with all the restaurants. If you go out through the "back" you get out on Gustav Adolfs Torg which is the main town square . The rooms are not big but very comfortable and the bathrooms are a perfect size. This said there are a few problems: There is a strange beam from ceiling to floor that takes away part of the room and that could be the source of you banging your head into it. There is very little space for your clothing but this is a problem only if you stay for very long. The main problem is the lack of an air conditioning system. When it's 20 centigrade outside the room is boiling and the fan in the room is hardly helpful. This is a major problem and is the only reason I would consider a different hotel . By adding air conditioning they would turn it into the perfect hotel. There is coffee and tea in the room but there is also coffee and tea with biscuits in the lobby all day and that is really nice. The whole hotel is cinema themed but it also has the feeling of a private house so sitting in the lobby with coffee and a book is really pleasant. The breakfast room is also themed as a private house with a "hotel reception" for children to play in. That said, breakfast can be a rather messy affair since it it small and some of the tables outside the main room are uncomfortable. The staff has problems coping when it is full and they constantly run out of things and you have to wait for it to be filled. Breakfast though is very good with a big choice of high quality items. Cleaning is a bit so so in the room: beds and bathrooms were taken care of but the floor was never cleaned. Staff was very nice all over . The top floor has an ironing room with a good iron and a sink to wash if you need . Summary: very nice hotel and we are sure that we will return but the issue of air conditioning is a bit bothering

Hotel is located in the middle of old part of the city, few minutes of walk form railway station and bus stop form nearest airport. My room was very calm, bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts are served quite long time, so there is no necessary to be hurry. There is enough space for eating, even during “rush hours”. The choice of different food for breakfast is excellent – you can eat what do you like to eat every day at home, at you can taste something new: specialities from local market and Scandinavian tastes. Coffee and something sweet is served all day at the lobby.

What a great hotel, especially for the price. Our stay started with an efficient but friendly check-in. The hotel is modern and clean with a gym and bar on the ground floor. The rooms are modern and well equipped and I loved to black out curtains, as after a very early start, I needed an afternoon nap! Breakfast was busy but there was plenty of room and a wide variety of food on offer. Great to see lots of local and healthy products. From the hotel the lovely City of Malmø is easily accessible and you can walk for miles. Plenty to see and do. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

A very nice hotel in a perfect location with an abundant breakfast buffet. However, their garage is small and parking places cannot be booked in advance. When we arrived there wasn't room for our car. The alternative is a quite expensive Q-park opposite the hotel or parking along the street (fred within 8p.m.-9a.m.). Otherwise,we really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are cosy, but a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast is really good and the location is excellent. Staff is very friendly. There are nice common areas if it rains. The Triangel shopping mall is 10 minutes away asanother option for rainy days.

If I travel to Copenhagen I now prefer to stay in Malmo despite the travel time (1/2 hour) and the cost of the train tickets (£10 / 11 euro one way). Despite this you can make big savings compared to the overpriced hotels in CPH. This is a nice boutique hotel very central to Malmo. It is about an 8 minute walk from the train station and just of the main shopping area and near the parks. The room was clean but relatively small and despite having Platinum status there was no upgrade on offer. The breakfast had a good selection and choice but no latte or cappuccino available. Pleasant staff at breakfast and at reception. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Perfect location, close to everything; very kind and helpful staff; three puppies toys found the the bed when I entered the room which was quite a surprise! (Of course you have to pay to take them away, but it's sweet enough) very good breakfast, completely out of expectation. For the same quality of hotel in Stockholm, you will need to pay 4 times of the price here.

Great hotel and staffs. We stayed here every spring and summer. Linea was helping us checked in, great nice friendly staffs. They renovated the lobby and dining area which turned out beautiful, now they have bigger area for breakfast. Everything are within walking distance (supermarket, Malmo Central Station, H&M, restaurants)

In general a good stay, with good standard of living. Very helpful at early arrival, very central location and their own parking lot. Minus for gym closing quite early and one used towel being left in the room from previous guest.

BW+ Noble House in Malmo was an excellent place to stay for three nights. Spacious room, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast combined with a superb location mean that we will return when we are in Malmo.

Front desk staff was nice and service minded. Room was ugly and probably would qualify as a nice room early 2000. Also quite noisy. Breakfast was good and the lounge area as well as front desk is more modern. The location was good.

This was my first stay here and it was great! I got a great price on bestwestern.com. Room was really nicely furnished. Had a refrigerator, really nice waffle robes. Was given a voucher for a free nonalcoholic drink at either the bar downstairs or the minibar, which I used. Breakfast was really high quality and included in the room rate. Hotel is in a great location near Lilla Torg and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Bed was also very comfortable.

The room was very small in the attic. The shower was tiny with not much movement. The room was smelly from oriental food. the shower was broken in two parts every time you open the tap one part fell down. There was no hot water.

I arrived at 10.30 after a 13 hr flight and expected to wait till the afternoon to get my room but reception checked me straight away.The room was comfortable and nice and the breakfast was awesome with lots of choices and good wifi. The location was great and close to lots of restaurants and bars with a rear exit to a nice park. I was so impressed I stayed an extra night and highly recommend this hotel for its value and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, clean room and close to the center of the town, good food, but, there is big but...the first 2 nights, during the weekend, were ok, but the last 2 I was woken up in the morning by some men that were working in the roof where the window of my room faces. They pratically worked just out of my window! I couln't open the curtains for all the morning. Unacceptable to give a room when doing jobs right outside the window.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions, for business. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Malmo, close to all the local shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms tend to be on the small side, but are well enough equipped and made in a typical Swedish style.Breakfast is buffet style, all the usual items available both hot and cold - not your "full English" perhaps, but eggs/bacon/sausage and the ubiquitous Swedish meatballs. Hotel bar is small, with a limited evening menu: having said the choices are very good, I particularly liked the tagliatelle with chicken and blue cheese - excellent! i imagine I'll stay again: I've already stayed on around five occasions, each of four nights.

Got a nice room on 6th floor, but the elevator machinery was sounding in my room from late evening and early morning. Still ok, and I'll be returning back to Noble House again. Breakfast is good and offers all necessities.

Noble hotel is well located, really downtown and close to the restaurants and central area. The hotel itself is ok but rooms are old school. During my last stay, I had a room just above the lobby. I was wake up à 5:00am but a truck (beep beep) then they unloaded heavy metal boxes during 40mn. I was not able to sleep again. I called the reception and they say it was the breakfeast and proposed another room. Who really want to move to another room at 5:30 seriously? But the noise didn't stop. It was really a bad experience.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed. The atmosphere of this place is warm, homely and the staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel is very near the shopping stores and the square. It also near the parks on the other side which is a good area to run also. Breakfast offers a rich and wide variety of choices

the place is situated in the center of malmo just a stone throw away from the shopping area. what it boast though is their very accomodating staff...so hospitable and friendly. they have a Play room where they show cinemas for the night. great ideas for those who want to stay indoors in a cold weather

The hotel looks simple and clean, the staffs are very nice and accomodating, its location is also near from the shops and supermarket... The food is great as well... I love their croaissant and waffle, as well as their meatballs..

Small but cozy room, spotlessly clean. Hotel is in the heart of city center. Personnel is very kind and helpful. I loved it. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed (taking into account that we've stayed in lux hotels as well).

We had just one night at the Noble House and everything was super. Room was fine, nice bed, nice shower, and the hotel itself had a very cosy bar. The next morning we enjoyed a great and varied breakfast with a lot of ecological and local produce.

Excellent Hotel and staff. Very nice and good staff. Love the gorgeous and insane breakfast. The position is really good for visiting the city from the city centre. Bike renting is free for charge (Take in consideration if you want to visit the city on two wheels).

Stayed here when visiting Malmö to see Alcazar play their farewell tour. The hotel is clean and comfortable, well situated, and with polite staff. The pile of teddy bears on your bed on arrival? Could do with knocking that on the head. Excellent breakfast.

Stayed here for one night on business in Malmö. Hotel is being renovated so some parts are lovely but entrance was being finished. Hotel room was a good size with a big bed, that was very comfortable. I have a big problem with noise when I sleep but request of a quiet room was granted, so ver happy. Air con system was also quiet which usually is a problem. Morning breakfast was great with loads to pick from. Downside - hallway outside my room smelt of old kitchen grease - my guess is that the kitchen fans are linked with main hall ventilation. Thankfully it did not smell in my room. When the kitchen closed the smell disappeared. Other downside was the bathroom in my room - very tired - mould in some places in the shower and a shower head that needs replacing. Could really do with some renovation. Overall good hotel in centre of town, close to everything. Good for business - would not stay for romantic weekend.

It was a very short stay, cause Ive arrived late, and leave very early, so, basically, I have been in the hotel for some short hours, bu it was very clean, with a warm welcome, and knowing that I will be out before breakfast time, the recepcionist ask me if I want a small package to eat on the go, so I found it very nice. Anyway, the hotel is very well situated, and it was very quiet and silent.

We booked a room for a VERY decent price, considering Swedish standard prices, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Some highlights: - Very central, yet quiet location. - Clean room, and very pleasant, soothing design overall - They offer plush toy for kids to sleep with! - Breakfast was much richer, healthier, and fancier than we expected! - They offer free coffee and cake in the lobby, even after you check out! This is something I have never seen before, even in 5-star hotels, and it really mattered so much. For one, you can enjoy a nice pick-me-up before a long trip home, and at the same time it makes you feel welcome. - Extremely friendly and pleasant staff.

BW Hotel Noble House is located in the very heart of Malmö Old town. It's an old fashioned hotel with small but comfortable rooms. The breakfast was decent and the service friendly. I could consider this for another stay.

Such a lovely experience. Hotel is near the city centre so you can possibly undertake also many trips. My room was spacious and very comfortable but the only minus was missing airconditioning. Staff on reception was communicative and outgoing, I felt really good in here.

Stayed here for one night with our two young children in a family room. Spacious room and comfortable beds. A bit too hot at night but the supplied fan helped. Lovely buffet breakfast - candlelit no less! Great gluten free options and lots of cold meats/cheeses and cereals, fruit and egg. Fantastic location right in the centre of town and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the drilling during the day as they are refurbishing some areas.

Stayed here whilst attending a music festival in Malmo. The hotel's location is perfect - in a quiet street off the main shopping area. Malmo is a lovely city - and this hotel was absolutely fine; comfortable and welcoming.

I stayed at this Hotel for just a night on a Weekend. It is easy to reach and located quite central from the Train Station. I had a calm room located to the street - according to other Reviews this might be different. I actually thought that the Hotel would be nice, modern, fresh... I would have expected this from a BW Hotel. But my room was quite old fashioned and definitely needs to be renovated. It was very hot in the room and there was no A/C available. It took me quite a long time in order to fully open the window. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. There was a huge section of what was offered and the quality was also great. But all in all I would not stay here again.

Me and my friend went to noble house hotel last weekends. It was clean and eco-friendly. The breakfast was full of everything you want, sweety or salty as you prefer. The Hotel is close to Lilla Torg, Central way full of shops, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel, clean and tidy rooms. Very warm room though during the hot days, but fans were available in the room (good!). Nice breakfast, lots of nice food to chose from. Staff with a smile on their face and very service minded. Nice lounge to hang in the evening. Parking available but very tight spots. Hotel is placed downtown with close access to everything but still not disturbed by the noise. Easy to find with maps. Very good price when member in Best western reward.

The hotel is well located, on the street above the square, but google maps made it more difficult to find than necessary. The rooms are functional and clean. Nothing to complain about. The breakfast included waffles and cereal. There were other options as well. I found it to be very fairly priced. One night, the Irish Bar next dor was quite loud until 11pm.

The hotel is located in the heart of old town but offers all amenities of a modern hotel. If you are traveling with a family, consider getting a room with a bunk bed. Note that the hotel has doors going to two streets; the one toward Gustav Adolfs Square is closer to public transportation. It was possible to buy daily transportation tickets from the hotel itself.

We had a great stay and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the Breakfast was superb.Only minus was the missing aircon...but then it's Sweden and we had a fan in the room so it's was ok :) I would recommend and stay again if visiting Malmo.

This Hotel are in the middle of the City, near the harbour and the main station. All the ways can be rich by walking within max. 10 - 15 minutes. We will be back soon to this nice and quiet Hotel. Friendly stuff and our dog are welcome.

I would call this a 3-4 star hotel. As its description says, it's location can't be beat. So close to the malmo shopping and walking distance only from some of malmos sights. Although not a fancy 5 star hotel due to its physical structures, it's staff are alert, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is limited but has all the major food items of the western way to start your day. The rooms tend to be smaller with no frills but well equipped and complete. They were not fancy but they were functional. We were worried the airconditiong was not switched on but eventually found out that the 8C it dropped too in the evening (21C during the day) was sufficient to keep the room comfortable without adding greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. I recommend this place to the no frills but functional traveler who wishes to stay central. Thanks for a nice stay !

Always try to use this hotel when in Malmo. Its clean comfortable and convenient for the city and the office. Great Breakfast! Especially the waffle machine. Reception staff also very efficient yet friendly.

We've come to Malmö a few times, and this is easy where you get the best value for your buck. The rooms are comfortable and decent size. Maybe a bit worn, but very clean and the safe, minibar and good size Tv is appreciated. Tea n coffee making facilities in room. Nice bartender and the cocktails are not overpriced like some hotels, really helpful and service minded receptionist who let us pay for the garage an extra day when we're in Copenhagen. The best thing about this hotel however is the breakfast! Healthy, fresh and plenty of options. Delish!

Have spent a weekend in this hotel with 2 friends. I really liked it! The hotel is in the city center, only 10 min walking from the central train station. The room was a bit small, but clean and tidy. Hotel staff was very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! I recommend this hotel for a stay in Malmo.

Short but sweet stay. Cute rooms, but I love its location. Near to shops, grocery store, a mall is just across, and staffs are also nice. Basically, almost a walking distance to a lot of good places. It's a 2 thumbs up!!

Very welcoming and nice place to stay. There is everything you might need with in the Hotell restaurant, bar, gym garage etc . The Hotell is in the centre of Malmö so what ever our plans is it's nearby. Last but not least the staff is very nice!

Stayed there one night only. The room was ok, fairly large, but very warm. Unfortunately the window was over the street, on the second floor so fairly noisy, no cars but people passing by. The bathroom was ok, but could have had more space to put my toilet bag. The gym is minimal but exists (one elliptic, one running, and weights). Breakfast was good. Typical but good. Car garage in the basement was very tight, but you get into a warm car. All in all no big minuses, but no big pluses either. Average +.

Comfortable bed in a good room, a bit small bathroom, but breakfast was great. A bit slow bartenders in the hotellbar, it was unattended on several occasions during peak hours 20.00-23.00. This was mid week though...

The room was okay in size and standard but the bed was not the best. I woke up every morning with back ache. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had everything you would expect from a hotel breakfast. The staff were friendly and service mindes.

I m here again and they are the still the best one for me; in the middle of centre, clean and comfortable rooms , smiling stuff and best breakfast in the town! Even u can come here for a weekend breakfast with ur family (little kids) since they are kids friendly hotel and many toys around exist for little guests. Come and experience this lovely hotel :)

Had one night here and we both found the hotel to work very well in all aspects. Checkin was fast and staff very friendly. Rooms are small, but has what you need. The hotel does however lack a proper Gym and the opening hours of the bar are very short.

The room was incredibly lovely – pastel colours and pink rose wallpaper - lovely design. The breakfast has some cool features such as ginger-shots if you're feeling under the weather, as well as Belgian waffle pans so you can make your own waffle - yummy! Just a suggestion - come down for breakfast before 9 to enjoy a calm environment, since the last hour before closing tends to get busy!

Excellent room in all aspects, space, comfortable enough chairs to be seated, small kitschen with boiler and espresso machine, bathroom very good, beds very comfortabel, clean and Nice. The hotel is situated in the heart of Malmö, it is easy to visit any part of Malmö from this location. There are several restaurants and shops in the same area. The room was good even if there is need for some renovation. The breakfast was ok and had everything that I expected. Wifi worked good in all areas. I really liked the TV monitor in the sauna area. Watching a good movie and doing sauna at the same time!

WHen everything else meets expectations, it's the little things that make the difference, Dur8ng my stay, two small conversations make the difference between a good stay and a good experimce: When I checked in, i needed advice on how to navigate the city in order to attend a sporting event. This was provided promptly and exceptionally accurately. But it was the following morning that made my stay exceptional. When I came down to breakfast, I was greeting by name. And for that, a good stay is elevated to excellent. Oh, and the stuffed animals in the room are a great touch

Stayed for one night. The service were great, the breakfast very good and the location in the middle of Malmö center. Perfect business hotel! Used the very convenient parking in the basement. Didn't try the dinner at the restaurant but heard it was great.

I often stay at this hotel when I am in Malmö for business trips. I like the warm welcome, the cosy rooms and the friendly staff. They recognize you from minute one and score high on hospitality according to me. The breakfast is really tasty, offers plenty of different dishes, is fresh and you can bake your own waffles!. The sauna and the possibility to loan a bike are also a plus. And last but not least: the hotel location is very convenient - in the middle of the city centre, but still at quite place.

I received a Smartbox of two nights as a gift from my relatives, and I decided to visit Malmo and stay in this Hotel. Very good choice! This hotel is very nice, and it is right in the centre of Malmo. The room was very confortable, and breakfast was very good (with a lot of different dishes).

It's our favorite hotel. We use to visit Malmo 3-4 times a year and we always stay at Noble House. The hotel have a very nice atmosphere, very good service and great staff. The location of this hotel is super, in the center of Malmo, just a few minutes away from the train station. Very comfy beds that gives a really good nights sleep is guaranteed. ???? We really recommend this hotel and we keep on coming back, that's for sure. Very good breakfast with nothing more to ask for.

This was my second stay in this hotel. The room I got this time was smaller than last time and a bit noisy as it was next to the room for house keeping, but the staff (receptionists and house keepers) were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was nice, not totally monotonous and the quality was high. The sauna was also nice.

Great hotel, convenience price, generous breakfast, great ammenities and gorgeous staff. It is 10 minutes walking from the bus station and central station. For us, this was perfect, much better than our accommodation in Copenhagen. We were spending most of our stay in Malmo in Baltiska Hallen, watching roller derby, but the hotel was fantastic, great area, a short walk to restaurants. Quiet at night. Staff always helped getting taxis within a few minutes, and we returned using Uber. On the day we checked out I had a big breakfast, but my friend needed sleep; luckily, there was free tea, coffee, biscuits and croissants in the reception/seating area. We also booked the sauna at 11am, takes an hour to heat up. So on the day of checking out, we left our luggage in the store, spend an hour privately in the sauna, followed by a shower, returned a few belonging to luggage store, and went to explore Malmö. Vegan breakfast was plentiful, dairy free milk, and yoghurt, dairy free butter, fruit, vegetables, pickles, bread, avocado, variety of teas. Ginger lemon shots. Muesli, nuts, seeds. Hotel staff were lovely.

Nice big clean rooms with big tv. Parking for the car in small privat garage was very good too. The employs are very nice and helpful and make your stay a pleasant one.I travel 50 nights in business pr year and this Is I top 5.

Room was otherwise good but we would have liked if there were lamps in the ceiling instead of table or floor. And walls were paper thin. Service was friendly and breakfast was really good. Many options and variety of things. A big plus from having gluten free and vegan options as well.

Close to Malmo Central train station and Lilla Torg and Gustav Adolf Plz., this is a great stite to stay. I will definitely come back to Noble House soon. Good restaurants arround and all shops. Recommended!

The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good with a great selection. We loved the short walking distance to restaurants, central station and points of interest. Great value and the staff provided excellent service.

Nice little unique rooms with different design. I guess this can be a nice touch or end up with room not in your style. When we check in we were told that we got an upgrade to a newly renovated room. This apparently meant that they had painted the walls and changed the curtains, more or less... The doors and bathroom fixings were still from the 90s (??), not changed for a long time anyhow! The handele on the tap was so worn down there was no shine in the stainless left at all. The bathroom lights didn't work so we had to call someone to change the fluorescent lamp (!! Not very 2017). Otherwise the rooms are clean, beds comfy, staff I friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great (if you get up early, near the closing all is a bit dry). Location is also great, close to little square where you have a great selection of bars/pubs and restaurants, great shopping around the corner.

Nice hotel, most rooms come with breakfast. I can't go into to much detail because I was only there for 8 hours. However if your considering this property due to having a layover in Copenhagen, choose wisely. This hotel is in Sweden I believe and takes at least $70 round trip for 2 ppl to and from airport. Not to mention a half mile walk from the towns central train station. The day I arrived this property was $150 plus cheaper than any quality hotel, so travel expenses was well worth it to avoid sleeping at an airport. One other point we stayed in a room across from elevator and that side of the hotel is pretty close to the local bars/pubs in the nearby square. Those bars/pubs were partying til 2 in the morning and we could hear the ppl and music pretty clearly. Not sure if it was a festival or if Sweden is party central (have to come back to verify). In any event we were totally satisfied given the circumstances. I'd stay agin.

It is in the city centre, near everything that it is perfect because it beautiful every step you walk. The staff is helpful and very kind and the hotel is really beautiful, you feel like home, even better, like heaven.

I work two days/week in Malmö and I have been staying in Noble House hotel for nine years now. In the mean time, there have been new hotels built in the neighbourhood, but I never had the inclination to change to them. Noble House is small enough to care about individual guests, but big enough to deliver proper service. And I really appreciate the personal attention I get from the staff.

Nice Clean hotel close to were things happen. As Always a good choise of things at the breakfast table. You never leave hungry from breakfast at Best Western. The room was well cleaned and soft towels.

My first time to Malmo back in June 2017 had walked from the bus station late at night looking for a hotel to stay & came across The Noble House, staff were very gracious & put us up in a room for the night, had a very comfortable stay & breakfast the next morning was mint! Thank you to the awesome staff for your great hospitality

We've staid only one night in the suite. We couldn't believe how lucky we were! Such a great decorated room and so clean. The staff was so helpful with extra coffee and everything else we asked for. They could have not done better. Breakfast was incredible! One of us is vegetarian and she was amazed by the choices. It was always enough on the buffet even on busy times. Well no late or cappuccino on the buffet but we couldn't get for free in any other hotel we staid in Sweden. And we spent two weeks travelling. Malmö itself is a lovely city I wish we would have staid longer.

Despite being a Diamond member of the Best Western Rewards member, I was not given a complimentary room upgrade or even a staff member thanking me for my loyalty. The staff member checking us in overnight was impatient and unpleasant. After showing him my confirmation number on my phone, he rudely said, "Ugh, can't you just tell me your name?" I should not have to make an extra effort to make my check-in experience smoother, that is literally his job and especially as a Diamond member. I also have elite status in other hotel chains and they go out of their way to show their appreciation for my loyalty. The staff members of competitor hotel chains are extremely professional and go out of their way to make my stays pleasant. When I asked about the room upgrade at the Best Western Malmö, the staff member again acted impatient (despite there being no other clients within sight in the lobby at 1AM) and said, "No, there's no point. The hotel is full of tourists anyway." He said this without even checking to see if there were other rooms available. He also did not try to make up for this disappointment in any other way by offering a late check out or some complimentary refreshments or even a pleasant attitude. I am very disappointed by this experience and may avoid booking with Best Western in the future. Better training is needed for the staff.

Nice hotel located at the heart of Malmo , great location , comfortable rooms , nice stuff. There was nice touch at the room we stayed - 3 plush puppies on the bed - romantic and sweet. Never saw something like this in the room . The breakfast was good not great for my personal opinion.

We arrived early, but were welcomed and given an upgraded room, so we had a good start. The room was a suite with separate bedroom. The bedroom was light and airy and although the room overlooked an internal courtyard, it had a pleasant aspect and was quiet. As the hotel is in a pedestrianised area, the best arrangement for parking the car was to use the hotel's underground car park. This seemed expensive (about 200 Sw Kr per day) but it seems to be the going rate in Malmo. The hotel is in the centre of Malmo and within easy reach of the main sights - harbour, railway station, local restaurants etc. We walked to the railway station & caught a train to Copenhagen (220Sw Kr return) much cheaper than staying at an expensive hotel in Denmark.

Garage available at the hotel which feels good and safe. Good breakfast which includes most food you can expect. Clean room but not a very big room but still ok. Nice restaurants in the area and relatively safe nebourood.

Big room with a clean and spacious bathroom. Couldn't have stayed better. In the middle of the Old City. The breakfast was perfect. And of course the stuff was very friendly. Next time in Malmö we choose this hotel again.

Can't get better than this! The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond. The breakfast is the largest offering I've ever seen with incredible variety. And the location is prime! You have the park on one side and shopping on the other.

Ok so this is not the best hotel I have ever stayed at and it is not the worst. Everything is average - rooms clean, reasonable sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. The room had no air on and was a bit warm but the windows opened so that was fine. Where this hotel scores though is the location, easy walking distance to the train station and central square. If you are looking for a central hotel average price but great location this is the place.

I've stayed in this hotel 4 times since 2016. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Staff very service minded (this last time I asked for a very early check-in with no more expectations than to leave my luggage, yet they had a room for me at 7 am! Breakfast- lovely! Location - perfect!

Awsome breakfast and we had a nice room, a little too hot though. Nice and welcoming staff. The hotel is very good located, near Lilla torg (the little square). So over all we loved our stay, the only minus was the temperature in the room.

Surprise at noble house of Malmo. Normally I sleep at scandic st Jorgen as room price is far convenient. Noble house room has been very comfortable and large. Price as a real bargain. I would have been happy with a smaller bedroom also. During the year it is hard to find prices I did pay in this occasion. Breakfast very generous and well organized. Hotel standards high

First we had issue with the garage key , than elevaitor key , they dis not worked. The room was very poor std. The location was good , near the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice litle bit of everything.

I could be relaxed and slept with good bed making. Hotel staff is very friendly for Japanese traveller. The greeting of three dogs can make me to tender mind. Only one eequest is that we want to connect TV with HDMI.

We stayed here for just one night in May, but wish we'd had a bit longer to spend in Malmo. The best thing about the hotel is it's location- 10 minutes walk from Central Station and a stones throw from the restaurants in Lilla Torg. The hotel has bikes you can borrow free of charge, definitely worth it to see a bit of the city, and with loads of bike paths it's really easy to get around. Bearing in mind the location we felt the hotel was really good value for money too.

This was simply one of my favorite hotel experiences in recent memory. Location: less than a 10 minute walk from the Central Station. Even lugging two suitcases, it wasn't a problem at all. A bustling square is just a short walk from the hotel entrance. Breakfast: one of the best I've experienced. A huge step up from the breakfasts I'm accustomed to at U.S. hotels. A great variety of options, and a very nice room with plenty of seating. Room: everything we could ask for. Functionally, it had everything we needed. For me, the best part was that it was pitch black when the lights were off. Some hotel rooms, you notice light coming from various sources the time on the alarm clock or microwave, smoke detectors, exterior lighting, etc. But when we turned off the lights here, it was really and truly dark. Just a wonderful sleep setting. We only interacted with staff at check-in and check-out, but they were fine each time. The only thing missing for us was we would've liked to have found a place to wash clothes. Either at the hotel or nearby. But the staff wasn't aware of any place. That's a very minor qualm. Bottom line, this hotel get a very high recommendation from me.

Noble-house has a very good location, close to shopping, restaurants and bars but in a relatively quiet street. The room I had was compact, was very clean and had good beds. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

10 minuter walk from Malmö Centralstation. Room was rate small for a doubleroom but perfECT for Single. Room was towards streeton a Saturday and was a bit noisy. Insider romm no real complaint. Fantastic breakfast with local food and even a nepresso machine, great value for the stay.

This hotel is very good due to a perfect location and nice staff. T he resataurant and gym facilities are not so good. The equipment in the gym is very poor. Another thing I do not like is that you are forced to reserve the sauna in forhand.

I stayed here for a weekend during a personal trip, and I have no complaints really. Very good location, as central as can be expected really, but despite this the hotel in itself is very silent. When you're indoors, you don't hear any sounds from outside. The room was nice and clean (great shower too!), the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Also, the wifi was fast and worked without any problems. Overall I had a lovely stay and will keep this hotel in mind the next time I visit Malmö!

The hotel is located very nicely in the middle of the city center in Malmö. Even though the location it's easy to access with a car as well. The rooms and facilities are in an excellent condition and the staff is friendly, welcoming and extremely service minded.

This is a really good hotel. It is located in the middle of the city centre and it has a great staff that speaks perfect English and is always willing to give a helping had. Oh, and there is also a Nespresso machine for good coffee during breakfast.

The room itself was nice, somewhat standard for being in Sweden, but still quite ok. The interesting part started at around ten p.m. when someone in the bar downstairs (during after work) decided to pump up the music to levels where you could hear what they were playing in the room upstairs. Just getting that idea as a staff member in a hotel is really strange. After a couple of hours they finally turned it down and then it was possible to fall asleep without earplugs. The room temperature was quite warm with no a/c and opening the window would bring all the chatter from the after work party into your room. A hotel for me is about sleeping well and comfortable. I only managed to et the comfort in the bed out of this stay, though. Sleeping well was nearly impossible. The good thing about the hotel is the location - center city with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel with great location in malmo. Friendly people at check in. Unfortunately that is what is positive about the place. Ugly building, low ceilings and small rooms ready for renovation. Eighties damaged furniture, limmited channel offer on tv and soft toys on your bed. ( ?) No soap in soap dispenser next to tap to wash your hands. Noise of slapping closing doors from neighboring roons the whole night. Central heating, not possible to control in the room. Ok , something more posive, good wifi and comfertable bed. Please add a bit more love to the rooms, untill then, dont charge almost 100 euros per night. It is simply not worthit.

Great hotel. Our room had separate sleeping quarters, a main room and a living room with a sofa bed. It's very close to all attractions, including Old Town (5 min walk). If you want to take the short trip to Copenhagen. The best and economical way in my opinion take the 999 bus that stops behind the hotel, just walk thru the lobby and the double glass doors and you are 25 steps away from it. The bus terminal is right in the center of Copenhagen within walking distance to the old port and the little mermaid.

I stayed here for 2 nights (16/09-18/09). I arrived at night and late check in was no problem. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast they offer is taaty and my room and bed was comfortable. I will definitely check back into Best Western Plus Noble House when I visit Malmo again. Also Sandra at the front desk was warm and friendly. Once again, thank you for the amazing comfort and hospitality Best Western!

Situated right in the middle of shopping streets and nightlife pubs. Perfect for a weekend tripp , with a very good price for the room. The room is simple but very clean , very friendly and professional staff . The restaurant of the hotel it's quite small but just few steps outside you will find plenty of other restaurants and pubs.

Rooms are good: updated. Bathroom is okay. Shower head should be replaced. Bed is good (king size), pillows are good. Enough plugs to charge all you electronic devices. I didn't use the large LCD TV. Breakfast is good: a lot of choice, and some unique dishes. You can also make your own waffles and make your own fresh orange juice. Location is excellent: downtown. Just a few minutes walking from the square with the bars, restaurants and terraces. In the middle of the shopping area. A department store and an Irish pub are the hotel's neighbours. Parking available at the hotel, or when it is full at the next door parking garage (270 [€27] per day, 1 minute walking). Friendly service at the reception. I would definitely stay here again when I would visit Malmö.

The hotwl ia well situatated near everything amd of good quality. i must say that beds were confortable but you can hear ylur neighborgs too well ! i felt as i came in that personnal was not all worh you. this was confirmed durinng the night when an man from america spent all night speaking by phone... which enable.me to sleep. i call reception 5 times... but they dis not dare to go a disturb my neighborg !@#$.

The hotel is really close to Lilla Torg and to the train station. We got a room facing a store, which was good because during the day there was not so much noise outside. In the morning, on the other hand, there is a lot of noise from the delivery guys or something. Anyway, the hotel offers great breakfast, which deserves 4 stars. As for the other aspects, such as the quality of the bed, it is not really what I would call a 4-star. There was an extra mattress on top of the original one, which kept slipping. The double bed was in fact two single beds put together. I would suggest cleaning the windows, as they were full of dust. On the clean towels I found hair. This was the most unpleasant thing that happened. But the towels were very clean, I have to admit it, if we igore the presence of the hair. All in all, the rooms in this hotel are more of a 3-star, but the breakfast was great.

All hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and the bar made a nice gin and tonic. The rooms looked nice and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we thought over all it was very good value for money. The location was central to many nice restaurants in the area and only a 30 minute drive to CPH airport.

This hotel is located in the center of Malmö in a pedestrian area. It is a very quite location, therefore after a long day dedicated to walk around for discovering the touristic places you like it offers a bit of relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although you have to adjust yourself with the minimum space available, but all basic things you need are there. The breakfast buffet is good but everything is self service, maybe to much self service, since you have to set the table by yourself. Parking is available too for extra surcharge.

Great, clean and sufficient hotel. Quick checkin and quiet room. Room was a bit cramped but had everything you need except an air conditioning unit which was essential in the exceptional hot humid weather. Hotel was a good 10 min walk through areas full of bars and alleys from the central station. Hotel entrance was through a small cobblestone street which wasn't the easiest to find late at night. Breakfast was absolutely perfect with everything in perfect order and sufficient amounts and variety ! Amazing atmosphere in the naturally lit atrium and great considerate service! When asking for a late checkout I was surprised to hear that max check out time was by noon and was refused any later time. After checking with my booking, it read clearly that checkout was at 2:00pm. The front desk gentleman seemed surprised?! He gave me the 2:00pm checkout but I felt I had to take back something I had already paid for. Regardless, you have to watch out for what you've booked for in this hotel.

I used to be somewhat of a regular at this family run Best Western 4**** property that manages to provide a quiet sanctum in the middle of down town Gustav Adolfs Torg area. (The main entrance on a back street facing Åhlens department store) Excited to realize that the hotel in 2016 is far from worn and the friendly staff in all areas seem determined to go the extra mile, excessing in the small details that make you feel at home. Well stocked Eco Breakfast with BW touch provided by local food celebitity chef Tina Nordström would rate as one of the better in town - complimentary with most rates. Potential negative, limited or no aircondition on offer - but a mechanical fan hidden in the closet, the Swedish way of dealing with heatwaves and preserving electricity might not go down to well with all international guets, In short a given top choice for a few days in Malmö any time of the year.

Standard hotel very well located in the very centre of Malmö. Nice breakfast included in the price. Parking on the street close to he hotel. No air condition in the room but possible to open window. Free wi-fi. Good choice for a reasonable price.

I was here for 2 days on a private trip. Stayed in a nice clean room, this is a family hotel that has the best breakfast in town. The rate was ok and the room tidy. 1 minute to Lilla Torg, and its perfect for the family.

What i really loved about this place is the design- it's some nice 4* hotel but it feels just like you're staying at some scandinavian flat :) That's great for family trips. Very nice staff, congratulations.

This hotel is located very close to the Malmo main square and even closer to the Lilla Torg square where you can find excellent restaurants and pubs. If you like jogging you can reach a nice park area and canal which are located few hundred meters from the hotel itself. Rooms are clean and quiet, there is the elevator and each room has the wifi. A buffet breakfast is served down in the ground floor; good food variety and quality. The overall atmosphere is nice and cozy. This is my preferred choice when travelling to Malmo'.

Really loved the staff and the hotel. Our stay was excellent! The Hotel is 5 minutes by walk from the train station and close to the the main streets of the city. We appreciated the bike-rental as We could visit the town and the park in few hours. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing . We felt at home from the first time. The staff at the Reception is very attentive and helpfull . The breakfast is delicious : you'll find everything you want !

Stayed here for business meeting. The hotel is central with easy, walking access to the train station. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff are helpful. I booked a superior room but felt the room was still very small and basic. Wifi was included with room rate and worked well. The breakfast room and the breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a very basic hotel but it easy to reach from Malmo Central Station. It is clean and is very conveniently located, keeping in mind that Malmo is quite a small town! The staff were helpful and attentive, breakfast basic but OK. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Plain and simple this hotel offers the basic in a very handsome way. The rooms are relatively small and the breakfast below average. The staff is polite and helpful. Close to the shops, surrounded by old buildings. Recommended!

This hotel was recommended yo me for the location but I was lucky enough to find a good weekend deal in their own webpage. Perfect hotel in the middle of town, closed to everything and the best breakfast I have had in a long time...don't miss the waffles and Swedish classic: Sill.

Great hotel located very close to the centre of the city. A few minutes walk from shops and numerous restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable, the WiFi reliable and the hotel was cozy. Rather unusually the hotel room had 3 toy dogs in it on display for sale.

Really good location and own car park under hotel. The room was quite small but nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and clean. Welcoming staff who gave good recommendations for places to eat. Would stay here again.

Nice clean and great beds. But 519 is a small room. Updated and fresh in central city. Close to all you need, main shoppingstreet as well established restaurant area with different cultures of food. Lobby breakfast area not very cosy or private, feeling more like sitting in shoppingmall. But nice breakfast choices.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the hotel and were overwhelmed by the friendliness and accomodating staff. We had some special requests as we were travelling with a 2 month old and every request was met with a smile and a solution. Wonderful breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Lacking facilities and service. Lift opens to black corridors the lights may come on eventually if you are lucky Stood at the bar - the staff are more keen on standing in the kitchen chatting Limited food service so if you arrive late good luck getting a drink or any food TV Choice aimed at Germans and the Swedish - Don't expect any English language channels An upmarket hostel - good central location if you don't plan on being in the hotel much. The hotel has a good location to the centre of Malmo. We went their for a weekend. The street in front of the hotel looks quiet, but it isn't. Many people are drinking beers outdoor on friyday and saterday night. The bathroom is average. The breakfast is excellent.

Good location with the old town just a few steps away from the entrance. We were a bit disappointed as we had booked a de-lux room, but as we were not able to bring the dog with us a this room, we had to accept a downgrade. As the room was booked through an internet agent they were not able to give us any refund. This should have been handled differently, but as we were so happy with malmø and the location of the hotel we really did not bother to complain. The room we got was decent, quiet and clean. Nothing special but OK. Breakfast was included, and as all over this means decent but nothing surprising or special. Nice and friendly staff.

Thsi was the best hotel on our roundtrip from Denmark, Germany and Sweden. The service was excellent, and so was the room and the location. This hotel was absolutely 5 stars, our teenagers loved it as well. The bedding with the pets was lovely, the hotel room was nice and quiet, and the hotel itself was modern and elegant. A great choice if you would like to stay in Malmö city centre.

Easy Hotel to find, we drove straight to it after coming over the bridge from Denmark, and could park our Motorcycle's directly under the hotel. After depositing our bags in a good sized room with a big king sized bed and clean bathroom it was off to explore the city restaurant and bar scene which we found 100mt from the hotel , perfect! Breakfast is served to 10.30 and is a buffet with a good selection plus some nice extras like fresh squeezed orange juice and bake your own waffle!
