We were in the area for a softball tournament. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and very courteous. The pool and fitness areas are clean and very nice. The only problem we had with our stay was there were never enough towels and wash clothes left in our room for our entire party. We will definitely stay there again.

We checked in late and were greeted by Katie at the front desk. She was very friendly and professional. She got our stay off to a great start. The only reason we can't give the place five stars is we had trouble with the tub, which wouldn't drain properly.

This appears to be a relatively new Best Western, but they have really gone cheapo on it. Being somewhat new, it is still clean and there really is nothing wrong with the hotel but there is nothing to recommend it either. It is not directly on the freeway, but rather on a back road off of the freeway. Traffic is bad (as is traffic anywhere near Charlotte) and it could be difficult getting into or out of the hotel because of it. My wife and I each woke up with sore backs from the beds and her bed had a large dent in it after she got up. The bathroom layout is not good and is inconvenient. The tub is small and they didn't even spend enough money to install a soap dish/holder in the shower. The room wasn't huge but it wasn't so small either that they couldn't have gotten a chair into it for sitting, apparently that would have broke the budget. Finally, the breakfast area is very small with few tables and chairs and some people had to eat their breakfast standing up. I think from now on we will stay with Marriotts or Hamptons or Holiday Inns.

Stayed at the Huntersville location for the Coca Cola 600 and was satisfied with all the hotel had to offer and the cleanliness of the room. No complaints here. Will stay here again for the next race.

This is our second visit, and we hope to be back regularly. We first selected the hotel because we needed a hotel friendly to large dogs. They were extremely helpful and provided a room that was near a door for easy access. This time, we no longer have our dog, but decided to stay there because their rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just off the interstate.

We were on our way from Orlando/Kissimmee north and looking for a place to stay overnight. The first hotel was booked, they suggested the BW Plus. Good suggestion. Good price for a walk-in, comfortable bed, and a good breakfast. Plus the gentlemen at the front door helped us reload the car for the the rest of the trip. I tried to tip him but he politely refused, he said he did it from the heart. That gave me a smile for the rest of the trip of home. I know I should find something wrong, but I can't. A good night's sleep was what we wanted, that's what we got. Kudos to the staff!

This was a very good value. It was clean and comfortable, fit the bill and priced with in range. We were looking for a nice 1 night stay near family before leaving for home. It was fairly quiet for being so close to the highway, and was near to local attractions.

The entire staff at the best western plus huntersville were amazing! The manager Silver and Kati at the front desk always do an exceptional job accommodating the guests and being professional with everything to go along with their job and going above and beyond to make sure the stay was good and the guests are comfortable. Silver, whether she was behind the desk,running the hotel,helping the staff and working at all days and times she always takes the time to aproach guests and seeing if there's anything to do to help. Kati is always busy and a great guest representative. Always a joy to be around and gives good recommendations on places to eat and do around the area. She too takes pride in her work and doing the best she can to make sure the stay was good and accommodations were met. All around a great stay. Anytime a small problem or a big problem arose it was taken care of right away by the staff. Theresa always makes a good breakfast and takes pride in her work and to put a smile on your face everyday to get the day started. Nichole and Ashley on night shift/ audit were great as well. Nichol and her staff went over and beyond for my stay. The complimentary upgrade was ideal and all my needs were met. Everyone was pleasant. The area was extremely quiet and although the hotel was average the overall service was above average! Thank you.

I went to stay with my husband for a couple of weeks to see him because he works out of town.Some of the front desk people was very nice,others not so much!Tersea the breakfast lady is the nicest! I'm sad I didn't get to tell her I left!Breakfast was good,she always had warm food ready& cold things also.Very comfy beds,good water pressure,I also liked the parking lot had very good lighting at night time,the housekeeping could be a lot better.It was in a good location too get places but also very busy being right off the interstate.I would stay again!

Rented a room with 2 queen beds for me the wife and kids. Once we got in the room it stunk really bad and was soaking wet because they left the window open in a big rain storm. I asked to be changed to another room and she gave me a king bed with a pull out for the kids ( Batley big enough for one kid let alone 2) and made me get the sheets from our previous room so the kids had something for the pull out couch. I asked if they had anyone that could get the room ready for me and she said no. I always stay at best westerns and have good success with them. This one I stayed at was one of the worst I have ever stayed at and will not recommend to anyone.

a great BW PLUS.. the front desk staff were amazing.. and caring. the morning breakfast lady was great and thoughtful and cared about our meal.......and our stay.. the rooms are fine.. all in all pefect spot on a trip.

Stayed here as a family of three just on an overnight stop on a long road trip. No complaints. Staff was friendly, hotel and rooms were clean. Easy access to the highway. Breakfast was just average.I'd stay again.

Very disappointing experience. Booked head by calling BW line to ensure we had a room. Informed we had the last 2 bed queen room. Also let them know we would be arriving between 11:30pm and midnight and told it was not a problem. After driving 12 hours from Toronto, we show up and are informed that our room was given away. We were told we should have booked directly with BW, which we stated we did, then were told we came too late. After about 45 minutes of saying this was unacceptable and the there were two toddlers upset in the car, we were offered a room with one bed. We were still charged full price and told we could speak with the manager in the morning. Morning came and the manager was still not there. I left my cellphone number with the friendly young man working behind the counter (a nice change from the attitude of the overnight woman) and asked for him to ensure the manager called me later in the day. No call. A week later a received an online survey for BW which I shared the concern. I received a generic response from the manager as I'm assuming my feedback was sent there. I used google to determine where I would stay, now I'm hoping I can save someone else the poor experience.

Have stayed at this particular Inn several times and was a good overnight stopover. However, each time we come, it is less and less desirable. mattresses and pillows need replaced. Room marginally clean. Hotel laundry was barely functioning. Probably will not return again.

I believe the room in which I stayed, #120, may well have had a carbon monoxide leak. The night I arrived with my dog, as soon as I opened the door, there was a terrible smell of urine. I dismissed that as the result of being in a pet-friendly room on the pet friendly floor. But, the smell was so bad that I had to leave the window open despite the 30 degree temps. That night, I had a terrible headache which I also dismissed as the result of the 10 hour drive I had made that day. However, when my husband joined us at the hotel the next day, he, too, got a headache and became nauseous after a few hours in the room. By that afternoon, my dog was throwing up. She had been very lethargic since our arrival, which I attributed to the medication I'd given her to calm her for the long drive. However, her lethargy continued to get worse instead of better. By the second day of our stay, we were all 3 quite ill. I had also discovered that the awful smell was worst just outside the bathroom and the toilet was leaking at the base. The last night of our stay, other guests were so loud and disruptive that I was unable to sleep until the police were called close to midnight. I really can't say enough bad things about this whole experience.

Loved the location. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was really nice. Beds were comfy & room was super clean. I will recommend this hotel for the travelers. Staff was helpful. Free super high speed internet help me to complete my paperwork. I would definitely come to this hotel again if I am back to Huntersville NC. I believe it's north of Charlotte NC.

We were here for some medical treatments for my wife. Only expected to stay one night but after her appointment as decided to stay two nights. The front desk was very accompanying, gave me the same room at the same price and near The entrance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and even though we were right on a main road, it wasn't too noisy. Breakfast was good. Nothing made to order but there were eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles and juice and fruits and more. Everything was fresh and the lady in charge was very friendly and helpful. We found out we had to come back down in a couple of weeks and since this place was close to the clinic and nice, we decided to book a room again. The girl at the front desk could not have been more helpful. We got us a room (we upgraded to a suite) and got us booked in no time at all. Great rates, too.

Stayed here with our 2 dogs. Very accommodating, clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast bar was delicious. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, fruit etc. Brightly lit parking lot , huge area to walk dogs, sidewalks. Can't wait to go back!

i had to sign up for uber on the spot so as to get a rental car from the airport, and was having trouble. Upon arrival the front desk Hostess Nicole greeted us with a most friendly smile and from the onset we immediately liked her. She possesses a great sense of humour and the personal and professional attributes to go far within the hospitality industry. A great ambassador for Best Western and she should be rewarded for her dedicated efforts. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very sustaining, however the highlight was Theresa, our breakfast lady was the epitome of Friendliness and Caring. The brightest jewel among jewels. She was like dedicated mother to all patrons ensuring that they were well fed, all the while conversing with one and all. What a keeper she is. All and all a very enjoyable stay. Kudos!

We were travelling late and the hotel we arrived at prior to Huntersville Best Western did not have the accommodation we booked. We were referred to Best Western and couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Room was excellent, the space was great, and clean, and the breakfast was very good as well.

I love this hotel..the staff is incredible. They are each individually very nice and helpful people. I stay here often. Silver the general manager is a gem. The rooms are very clean and spacious and have the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep on. There's a workoutroom and vending machines. Id highly recommend this hotel i stay here everytime im in huntersville.

Stayed over night while traveling through the area. As long as the bed is clean and comfortable, the noise level is low and the bathroom is clean - I'm happy. This hotel fit the bill on all levels. The breakfast was adequate to fill your belly before hitting the road. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a very good stay at the hotel the first stay. A very nice girl names Katie was so accommodating to me. She waived my pet fee when I came in as a first time BW customer. She was friendly courteous and helped me out when I needed other items that I did not bring. She is an awesome employee. The next morning, I was also greeted by another great employee named Theresa. She personally poured me coffee that was freshly made and genuinely cared for my comfort during my stay. Regarding the physical hotel itself, it was OK. It definitely needs to be better kept. The sinks were a bit clogged and took a while for water to drain after washing your hands. The walls were a little dingy with paint coming off in the bathroom area and the carpets seemed to be showing some age as well. For the price, I thought the appearance would be a bit nicer. But, if you are looking for an affordable hotel that has nice staff, I would recommend this hotel. If you tell them about any discomfort, they will try to accommodate you as best as they can.

Friendly, helpful and made stay a delightful one. Very cold outside but warm inside. Needed pet friendly and this was one of the few BW in the area to offer this. They were knowledgeable about the area and local traffic patterns.

The Best Western in Huntersville offered a clean, comfortable room on our way home to Pennsylvania. It was quite, despite the number of construction trucks in the parking lot. Good breakfast, too. Find your way to Pinky's (about a mile away) for a funky, but delicious dining experience with several vegetarian offerings.

Very nice hotel when you're traveling the interstate. Excellent front desk staff. Room was quite nice with very comfortable beds and Pantene products in bathroom. Breakfast was moderate but that isn't what we come for so not a problem.

We were sent to a room that was under reconstruction, had to return to the front desk to receive an appropriate accommodation, had a sink that barely drained, only had a desk chair and no other chair, and had to wait almost three times as long as was initially reported for the hotel to have functional water.

Overall I was so happy with this hotel! Nicole at the front desk was wonderful and so sweet & Teresa who works in the breakfast area was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and made sure me and my significant other always had something to eat every morning. For the price, I was extremely impressed with the quality of this hotel. It was super nice and neat and the breakfast was pretty good too! The ONLY complaint I have is that the gym was not really taken care of. The water was never filled and the bike and treadmill both had issues. Other than that I totally would recommend this place and I would definitely come back again!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Each employee goes out of their way to be helpful, remember your name, and to make sure you have a good stay. The rooms are very clean. If you need anything extra, such as more towels or anything at all, they will immediately get them for you. Do not stay here it is dirty and old. Bathroom had a hole in the wall where the shower head was. Bathtub had a black ring in it. The mattress was horrible, filled with hills and valleys Towels yellow and old. Dirty spots in carpet and on furniture.

Kayti at front desk was awesome. Great personality and very friendly. Hope she enjoyed the hot fries.Lol. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was convenient to downtown Charlotte. Pleny of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here twice in the last month. The first visit, the people below us complained about noise in the first hour. We were not being overly loud. The second visit, we stayed on the second floor, and knew why they complained. You can hear everything. The rooms are clean, but furniture looks dated and TVs are small and far away from bed in some rooms. Breakfast was good but need a little more variety. Staff is friendly. Overall, a good value for a quick overnight trip.

Staff was excellent and friendly, got my room early morning. Room was ok, had problems with shower curtain staying put, 2nd day no hot water, 2days no wifi and on the day of check out there was a big bug above the shower, took a picture and showed the front desk they only said "oh ok". I liked the fact breakfast was included even though I did not take advantage of that. First time saying at a BW, only stayed here because of location close to family

Fast check in, great staff, rooms appeared to be recently updated, very reasonable price for the room and area, perfect location right off I-77 Interstate with easy access. You are not going to find a better hotel room for the money. Highly recommended.

Parking lot well lit , Check in was quick . Room Clean , A/C - Heating unit quiet., Bathroom clean . Bed comfortable . No issues with the WiFi . Hot Breakfast bacon & eggs plus usual bagel , muffins Restaurants 5 minutes drive - Pho Ginseng excellent . Easy access to I77 Would definitely stay here again.

We went to this Hotel to try it out before my granddaughters wedding in May 2018 - we were pleasantly surprised (thought maybe with the reasonable price - it would be not be so nice!) But.... it was very comfortable, excellent staff - a wonderful breakfast bar (many thanks to both Theresa and Debra who man the breakfast bar) they were very sociable and made us feel at home. Couldn't have been any nicer!! Our bed was very comfortable and CLEAN - Very quiet setting - this is a pet friendly hotel that is non - smoking and there were NO odors at all. The fitness center was great after a long trip. We will be staying there is May 2018 and highly recommend it to anyone. Katie at the front desk is a gem also.

The hotel is extremely dated. There is a nice dip in the bed that makes it super uncomfortable. There is a piece of the shower wall missing. The walls are paper thin, we discovered this bright and early this morning when we discovered they had like a day care, academy of some sort running up and down the 3rd floor hallway screaming. Over night was pretty quite but I doubt I would stay here again. If you do book a room here don't do room 313 unless they have replaced the bed.

We grabbed this hotel up for a last minute stay. We were in town for the Renfest and decided to stay another night but most hotels were booked. Hotel is clean, comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was kind, polite and helpful. Good hotel in pinch. Needs a hotel bar!!

Had a wonderful stay at this Best Western after being at the Carolina Renaissance festival. The front desk made our check in a breeze (younger guy .(.I forgot his name but he did a bang up job). We had reserved a Jacuzzi suite and it was awesome . Always had hot water all 3 times we filled and used the tub. Breakfast was filling. The entire motel was clean and smelled fresh. No problems at all. We would recommend to friends and will be back to stay again.

Been staying at this facility for the NASCAR races for many years and will continue too for many more. The hotel is in a great location, always clean with a very friendly/helpful staff. The breakfast buffet always has a great selection of various items to even accommodate all tastes. Well situated close to both I-77 and I-85, with a short drive to downtown Charlotte or just stay in Huntersville where there are ample restaurants, shops, movie theaters and of course Charlotte Motor Speedway. Lots to do and see in the area and with a great staff to help you with any questions.

Room was unclean - found someone's deodorant and carpentry staples on the floor. Sheets were never changed as noted by the black mark on the fitted sheet. Housekeeper was lounging on our bed when we came back from breakfast. Breakfast staff were excellent, however desk staff were preoccupied with personal phone calls and irritated when we asked them to fix the locked bathroom door and squeaky AC in our room. Sleeper sofa mattress was paper thin and had many broken springs poking through. Reported to desk and was told "will call you back". Never heard back. This happened several times during our 4-night stay. Would not go back. Food was good and this would be a good value were the hotel properly tended to and the staff trained accordingly.

It's right off I-77...great for a nights stop over on our way up North. Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also, close to restaurants in Huntersville, just a few minutes drive. Pets are allowed...we've taken our small dog on occasion. All pet rooms are on first floor. Very good value.

We stayed one night. It was a good halfway point between south carolina and ohio. The hotel was clean and all employees we came across were very pleasant and helpful. We did ask to be moved from the first room because we had an adjoining room. We try to get non-adjoining but not always possible. Our new room was adjoining but no neghbor next door with loud tv. Taken care of immediately.

The entrance to get into the hotel is horrible, and not very convenient. Also the breakfast was not the greatest since the coffee was below par, and the sausages were burnt. For the largest hotel chain this did not meet the standards that I was expecting. Also when entering the room there was no coffee maker but it had coffee packets, and also no iron but it had the ironing board. It could have been a lot better, and the advertising done for the location is poor in my opinion.

Hotel was right off I-77 which was important to my travel plans. Hotel staff very friendly, room very clean and nice. Breakfast was good, coffee a tad bitter.I would definitely stay here again if any of my future trips bring me to this location for night lodging.

At check-in, Nicole recommended a wonderful family owned pub for dinner. Killington's has very good food with reasonable prices. Both check in and check out went smoothly - both Front Desk representatives were dressed professionally, had a welcoming attitude, processed my transaction with ease and efficiency. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good - adequate selection, was hot and fresh. Breakfast was provided by the young man at the Front Desk. He has a wonderful personality and provides exceptional service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only issue with this hotel was making the reservation directly with the hotel. I was put on hold several times (over 15 minutes) she was very nice about it( and I'm sure I sounded irritated) but I would have rather her asked me to call back in a few minutes or taken my name and number and called me back when she wasn't busy. This hotel appears newer. Check in was easy and the rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant and even gave us plates and plastic wear for our pizza we ordered. Breakfast was ok, the normal type you would expect but the bacon was awful (and I love bacon) the pool was clean and there were clean towels the evening we got there but when my son swam the next morning there were no clean towels and all the soiled ones from the night before were still in the hamper. It was hot, so some umbrellas would have been nice for the adults that were supervising. I would stay here again when traveling to the area. It was 20 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes to lake Norman, so it was very convenient for us

Yes I know it is not the hotel directly but BW needs to get on them to supply machines or make way for a vendor that will. Machines mostly empty and my wife who wanted a few things came back empty handed. Usual trying to get the AC to work when there is a thermostat on the wall and they both seem to override each other. Note NOT unique to this hotel by a long shot.

It was a nice stay. Check In was nice. Breakfast was delicious. There was NO hair dryer in the room and I was very happy I brought my own. Not too much within walking distance. It was a free night due to Best Western Rewards. I recommend signing up for this. Best Rewards Program I have found. Check out was different. I used rewards points but always turn in my keys. The desk was unoccupied and the Clerk was sitting. I was never acknowledged by him but the woman who was sitting with him finally asked me if I was checking out and to leave keys on desk.

Solid property in good location. Pet-friendly, free wifi/parking/breakfast. Arrived very late (after midnight), but front desk employee was friendly and got me to my room quick. Obviously not The Ritz, but more than adequate for a mid-range property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

we only stayed the night, but the hotel was clean and the staff were great helping us get settled. the hotel has a small, but nice pool for taking a dip in. The only downside is the breakfast area is fairly small for seating. I would suggest getting your breakfast and taking it back to your room. all in all, I would recommend staying here.

Bed comfy, roll out couch mattress was a joke, you would have a better chance of comfort on the floor. Room needs a hair dryer and towels that ar bigger than hand towels. The room was clean and the king size bed was comfy but needs some extras to make excellent. It if you need a quick room for travel for an ok price and you aren't traveling with extra people this is the place.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was so good and so much to choose from! Had a great nights sleep!! The room was great and very comfortable!! Once again, a great stay with the Best Western. This hotel is 5 star for all your travel comfort. If you need to rest beyweem travel, look for Best Western in NC, they have 3, I've stayed at 2. Happy summer and safe travel.

Quite area of Huntersville,N.C, Nice lay out of hotel,breakfast was good,many choices,Housekeeping WONDERFUL,Beds were NOT the greatest,furniture could be updated,but overall a good stay. Would stay again,just needs some updates.

Had to stay in local hotels for 6 days, shopping for bargains i spent 2 nights at hotels off exit 23. This hotel was flat out disgusting. I booked & paid in advance, otherwise i would have walked out, even though it was midnight. First room i was given the mattress was so old and used their was a deep crater on the side by the phone. I turned on the air as it smelled musty, & skin flakes flew off dresser. Only ice machine on 1st floor, smallest, smoky smelling elevator i have ever seen. The poor overworked staff, should be commended, but Best Western should be ashamed. BTW, i did write to the franchise owner, and they "thanked" me for the feedback. The Hampton was also nice & clean, but more tailored to business travelers.

Well the survey sucks, we were traveling south to north and needed a place to stay, now ask about a 1500 hundred mile trip. The hotel was nice, the staff was great our room was a 6 we have had more at other hotels. The a/c was noisy ,the bed was ruff,no hair drier. But most of all, traveling I look for a quiet place to stay for a few hours of sleep and we are not there for breakfast or any other offers.

I feel like at home with family in this hotel. That is why they are sold out a lot. You bring also you dogs to the hotel to the first floor.. I love their eggs small omelets with cheese. So quiet place, great bed to sleep..

We couldn't find a room until the Best Western made room for us! There were no rooms at the time we got to Huntersville, NC. My husband love to leave when he wants to, so we did. There was a carshow in the area and no rooms were available. We got to NC at about 330am and of course our room wasn't open yet. So we stopped at a couple but there were no room either, but the last one called the best western down the road. She told us that they were going to hold it for us for only 20 minutes aqnd the it will be gone. She said it would only take 5 minutes to get there, so we went on our way. They were happy to help us it was great to sleep until 11 am.

We stopped here for the night when traveling home from Florida. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. It was stifling hot when we walked in the room. The AC unit did not seem to be connected to the wall thermostat. I called down to the desk to report the problem and was told a repair man would be notified. We finally got it to come on by turning it down below 60 degrees. It was very loud. Later we were in bed and had turned out the lights when the fire alarm started beeping. My husband took it down and removed the battery after I had called the front desk again to see if this was ok to do. She told me she couldn't get in touch with the repair man, but she would move us to another room. The fire alarm stopped beeping and we stayed put. Breakfast was fine. From other reviews I'd say this hotel has a problem with their AC units. The fire alarm was probably an isolated incident, but I'd pick another hotel if stopping in huntersville again.

After a long trip back home , I was greeted with a friendly reception clerk , given the AARP discount and able to check in quickly . I had stopped at another hotel and was told they didn't accept pets . I was happy to find this pet friendly hotel a short distance away . Room was very clean , updated and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay there again .

Every time I come to the Huntersville Charlotte area I stay at this hotel. The staff is the best! They are the main reason I stay. Rooms are clean and comfy staff always smiles. And a great free breakfast every morning.

Average hotel. AC Unit did not work well. Very noisy all night while running. Very loud. The bed was uncomfortable. Too soft, not firm enough. Breakfast was average. Staff was very friendly checking in and checking out.

good service but noise from the street with ambulance and police siren. noise from window. Awake often. Breafast good but not enough room for all these poeple in same time. mUST GIVE A CREDIT when the pool is not in service.

We booked this room at the last minute. The staff was great and the room was clean. THe girl on the night shift at the front desk was great, her name was Kati. No complaints on anything. I love the breakfast, great waffles, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit and plenty of drink choices. We would stay there again.

Stayed only one night on our way to Florida and it was one of the Best Western hotels we have stayed at. It is an inside entry way and it was clean and well furnished. The room was nicely laid out and had all the proper amenities. There is free Wi-Fi and it was faster than most we have experienced. Bed and pillows were firm and comfortable. The free breakfast was well stocked and had usual cold cereals and hot omelets. Receptionist was very helpful for dinner suggestions and the place we went to was a good choice and value. Traffic can be heavy so plan to arrive before/after rush hour if possible, but it is worth the effort. Also, there is a $20 pet fee that we also believed was worth it.

Be patient, staff may be busy but worth the wait. For breakfast stick with cereal and/or waffle. King room fitting for family of four with small children, had a sofa bed. Wish the room was cleaner. For the price you pay one would expect more.

Typical Best Western. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Exceptional good reading lights in the room. Room was well equipped. Had a problem with the wifi in the room. While they tried to fix it, it was not successful. Way too tired after 12 hrs of driving just went to bed.

We have stayed here before but this time the bed was way too soft and a bit lumpy. There was too much light in the room even with the blackout shades pulled completely shut. The outside lights here are way too bright. They need to find away to allow travelers to make the room darker even though the outside bright lights are needed for safety.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and location is near lots of restaurants and shopping. The bed was a little too firm if you are used to soft beds. Otherwise it was nice.

Nice and friendly staff. Rooms were updated a little, but overall the place was a bit beat: furniture, toilet seat, shower and flickering light. Don't get a room near the front desk, it's a bit loud with doors slamming as people are leaving.

The overall room was clean and in good working condition. The bathroom shower could have used a little caulking to cover up the dirt in the crevices of the shower. The breakfast bar was pretty good. It was a little annoying to see a hotel worker cleaning up around the breakfast counter while I was trying to get my breakfast.

Loved the location of the hotel, very clean, quiet and comfy bed! Walking distance to places to eat, close to a beautiful mall with movie theater, would stay there again! Stayed here to go NASCAR in Charlotte, took the back roads and it worked out very well!

We stayed at this hotel while traveling through North Carolina. It is easily accessible from the highway. The room was very clean. Katie at the front desk was fantastic. We checked in late at night, and Katie was cheerful and welcoming. We would gladly stay here again.

We had been driving for 17 hours with no rooms available in Georgia or the Carolinas on Saturday night due to Hurricane Matthew. Staff gave us first available room Sunday morning, even before check-in time, and we stayed until Monday morning. Great selection at hot breakfast (hard to find nowadays) - including bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Only concerns were the bathroom door was hard to close, we couldn't figure out how to work the heater/air conditioner (none of the controls on the unit seemed to work) and the in-room microwave had two dials - one for power, the other starting with 1 for - what? time? anyone know? Stores and restaurants are nearby and convenient to I-77 as well (and I-85 is within 15 minutes.) Would recommend and stay at again.

We booked the Best Western Plus to escape the hurricane in Charleston. It was the only option available when we were looking to get out. They accepted pets and were able to provide two separate beds. I slept on the king sized bed, while my two girls slept on the pull out sofa bed (they thought it was cool, as they had never slept on a pullout bed before). There was a partial wall separating the bed from the pullout, which I really liked because it allowed me to put the girls to bed and still stay up on my computer without keeping them awake. The room was clean and contained both a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was almost a normal hotel bathroom. I say almost, because the towels were actually ample sized, soft and fluffy! No minimalist, hard, scratchy, bleach smelling towels? Color me impressed! Staff was friendly and helpful, especially after my girls locked the bathroom door from the outside. We were able to find other accommodations for our dog, so she did not travel with us. I bring this up to note that you may hear barking during your stay. Know this is a pet friendly hotel beforehand, so you don't complain about it afterwards. It was intermittent and we realized it was to be expected somewhat. Besides, we were out most of the day. The hotel was also fairly convenient to everything we wanted to do: Discovery Place, IKEA, Aquarium, Noda Brewery and Muddy River Distillery.

Definitely a two-star property. Not well maintained, rugs have lots of ground in dirt and are in need of a deep cleaning. Staff spends more time outside smoking and on their cell phone than behind the front desk. It was a cheap stay. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for."

Don't be indecisive about the hotel when booking your reservation. The hotel staff were awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious and healthy. This brings the quality of the hotel nearly 4 star!!!! Please bring the family or employee conference and make your experience wonderful!!

This hotel was well maintained, decent price, and clean. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5... First, it was nothing special. Second, we were pretty close to the pool and people were in and out of the door fairly frequently. Lastly, we had our 2 well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately the person next to us had a dog that was barking quite a bit - I'm not sure if they weren't in the room or just had no control, but listening to him was frustrating. Overall, good for a pet-friendly hotel and we would certainly stay there again.

One of my best hotel stays ever; if not my best stay. I travel frequently and was very impressed by the attention to detail by staff and the willingness to accommodate and please hotel guests. Stayed at this place on May 13 2016 was in 3 rooms before I got one that was just okay .First one toilet off the base so I contacted the desk said would send someone maintance person said it had to be taken apart so was moved 2nd room door would not lock they stated you will be okay I said no I want a door to my room to leave cl 3rd room nothing broken but dirty at this stage I ask for a discount ,I was tired and not just mores see with this location ma,ager could never t be reached.contacted their head office when I returned home ,all I can say is yes gave me a discount that was not acceptable and this chain or at least this propert does not Live up to their brand moto.I would suggest to anyone Avoid this place .

This hotel is absolutely awesome. Clean, updated, convenient, and absolutely worth the couple of extra bucks per night for such great service. The employees here (especially Manny, Aaron and Jessica) go way above and beyond to make your stay one that you couldn't think of anything else they could have possibly done. We broke our wine opener, they had one. We needed chairs by the pool, they acquired some. We needed bowls and utensils, done. This is just a sample of how well we were treated. It made it a true vacation!

Best Western was clean and very quite. People who worked there were very nice. Breakfast was good but they needed to serve bacon along with the sausage. I would come back again to stay. The exercise room was okay but need to update there equipment

This is a good clean hotel first stayed here fours ago when we moved to Huntersville. Now we have moved to Winder GA we stayed here on our last night before hitting the road south, All was good staff was good, keep up the good work

The bathroom air duct was a mess, the walls were dirty and a bug was on the ceiling. The noise from the front of the Hotel lasted all night. We've stayed here many times before including the last time when the whole lobby being worked on and this was the worst.

Very nice and helpful staff. Wish they had smoking rooms though. Room was very nice and clean but lobby and elevator area dirty. Guess they have lots of construction workers staying at this location. Parking not so great either. Very limited.

Very good value, good location right off of I-77 in North Carolina. Restaurants in area, very friendly staff. Breakfast area very small can get a little cramped while trying to get food, very nice rooms. Good TV selection.

Looked for a place to stay for a family visit and picked this place since the others were more expensive for that weekend. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely attentive. Wifi was slow. Breakfast area small. Overall it met our needs for the weekend stay and would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. However the rooms are small, but it was ok for just an over night stay. The bathtub was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable it indicated signs of extremely wear. I booked 2 rooms and the other room was fine in regards to bedding and cleanliness.

We stopped one night in our way back to Toronto, front desk staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, Wifi was little slow, breakfast was good, there are restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. there was a nice outdoor pool but we did not use it. Free parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. When there was a small housekeeping issue it was quickly fixed by Kati at the front desk. Kati and Jessie actually seemed to go out of there way to ensure that we had the nicest stay possible and they are excellent at their jobs even when extremely busy due to a packed hotel. The only downside is you can hear noises from other rooms and the hallways. The pool was clean and comforting and my children and I had a blast.

We stayed here on Thursday July 14 for one night. We were told they had express checkout...just leave the card key in the room and we would receive a bill discretely under our door. Not only did we not receive a bill, but they charged my debit card twice. I have made at least 6 phone calls with no help. They did email me a copy of my bill which shows for one night, but my bank has received two separate requests for payment and have paid it twice. I have left several messages for Silver Middelton to call me, but it seems that I am being ignored. I have also sent two emails to her and still no response. We were in town for our daughter's wedding so being charged double just added to the frustration of all other expenses involved with a wedding. Not sure what my next step will be..maybe send it to my lawyer.

Let me start by saying the young lady who was working when we checked in was very polite and accommodating. The room on the other hand was in poor repair (ie bathroom door couldn't close because the door was falling off the door frame)and the walls must be paper thin as someone's alarm went off several times after 5am until they finally got out of bed. Breakfast food was dollar store quality as was the plastic ware and napkins. The breakfast area was not air conditioned. The young man working for the hotel emptied the trash and then restocked breakfast items. My husband and I did not see or hear him wash his hands in between. Needless to say we stopped eating and decided we would pack up and hit the road. We were pretty disgusted by then.

A little loud in the hallway and parking lot. The bed was fine but the carpets a bit yucky. The front desk was helpful and hospitable. Over all just Ok. We were allowed to have our pet, which was a plus !

The good: Staff was very friendly at the front desk, location was great (relocating to Huntersville in September so we used this trip to scope out our new home & also spend time in Charlotte which was only 20 minutes away). The bad: This hotel needs a good scrub down and update. The bed was clean (thank goodness!) but the bathroom/shower was dirty/rusty. Also, I have to note that the maid service must have forgot to check the refrigerators from previous guests stay because there were food leftovers in ours (yikes!!)

Clean and friendly staff. Had to call twice due to loud people in the next room. Other than that, I would stay again in this hotel when we need to. Great location and convenient to find places to eat and shop.

The room and hotel in general was clean. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful checking us in and recommending a nice place to eat. He even found me a pepsi even though the machine contained coke products. We really enjoyed it and stayed their a week later on our trip home. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel in a nice area just off the highway. We stayed here the night before a flight out of Charlotte. The staff were very friendly. There are plenty of food options in the area for dine-in or carry-out. I would recommend staying at the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel is just next to a main road, but because it is on a little hill and a tall wall/fence in the front it feels secluded and private. Hotel was quite. Landscaping is simple, but pretty and well kept. The color coordination and general decor was nice. Staff was nice. Rooms are a little small but were clean. Loved the pillows! Paper toilet could be softer PLEASE!! ;-) Elevator was slow and they need to keep up with cleaning/maintenance more often. It was NOT AT ALL disgusting, but I expect hotels to be more on top of things such as cleaning (regular things like footprints on the floor, etc) same thing with the lobby. The breakfast area is very, very small. Just 2 little tables for 3, although there is a longer table behind the sofa/couch in the lobby. One of the trays was broken and although the lid could be opened it was a little difficult to manage serving the food while holding the lid. I did not like the waffle mix nor the orange juice, but the sausages, eggs, and biscuits were very good. The swimming pool area needs improvement. It looks some what neglected. Chairs were broken (missing the sitting part). Only 2 of them were in good condition. I would recommend to remove them from the area since it does not help with the appearance of the area. The steps to go in the swimming pool need to be cleaned. There were green areas in each side of the steps. Water could look cleaner. Bottom line though, I would go back to this hotel!

I would not recommend staying at this Hotel. The rooms need updating. The did not feel or look clean. They rooms and hallways smell like cigarettes. The pool was disgusting. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We were only here one night. The staff was very nice and professional. Our room was clean for the most part. There was a trash can left un-emptied from the previous guests however. And the door on the Refrigerator would not close. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway thru the doors too. I would only give it a 3Star. Breakfast was the typical continental food. Not bad overall.

Spent a week at this hotel and was pleased with the room and the staff. When we checked in, the attendant made sure we were comfortable. The provided breakfast was good for the price you pay to stay here. The only thing I would warn a future customer is the enterance/exit of the hotel. During rush hour, it is difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. I would recommend this hotel, for sure!

Thye staff were professional in every way and also friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was old inside and didn't seem to come up to a :Plus" level in my opinion. The pool was very small with little space to sit around. Furniture was old in room.

The hotel is recently renovated, the check in staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is on the small size but efficient. Very quiet. We were traveling with a pet and it worked out well, not a lot of area to walk the dog, but there was a small grassy area out back. Breakfast options were more than other places we have stayed. Very clean in all aspects. We will add this to our list of places that we are comfortable to stay at.

Stayed one night on way to Florida. The hotel is modern, clean and they have very comfortable beds. There was a microwave and fridge in our room. Check in was a breeze and everyone was very helpful. We were very happy with our stay and breakfast the next morning was great too.

Great price! Great staff! Room very nice! Great night sleep! Everything was outstanding including price! Great continental breakfast! Outdoor pool, fitness room, refrigerators and microwaves in room. Highly suggest.

The first trip this year in January was just to get away and go to Concord Mills AKA Bass Pro Shops. The second trip was for business running a bass tournament on Lake Norman. My next visit in June is to also run a bass tournament on Lake Norman. Even though this hotel is a 25 minute drive to the launch ramps on Norman we keep coming back here. The reason is this is a great property. It's pet friendly and the rooms have just been upgraded. It's right off the interstate but not close enough to deal with traffic noise. The staff have always been great, the breakfast is good and the rooms having been upgraded are great. There is nothing about this property I do not like. If you are in the area you could do a lot worse than staying at this Best Western.

This recently renovated BW is worth a visit. The room we stayed in was really beautiful and very well furnished. We wish we could have stayed longer but out travel plans would not allow it. If we are ever in this area again we will be sure to come back. The outdoor pool looked very inviting. The young lady who checked us in and the young man who checked us out were very kind, considerate and professional. You should be proud of your staff. Our only critique is that the breakfast room is quite small and tables spill out into the lobby area, which is okay really...not everyone eats at the same time anyway.

Friendly service, large / clean / quiet room with comfortable beds and pull out sofa. Room had a knee wall between beds and sleeper sofa. Standard breakfast in busy lobby. Travel with pet was accommodated. Ample area for walking medium/ large dog. Overall value was above average.

Rooms were updated, lobby sleek and modern, staff very friendly. Good Best Western breakfast. The fitness center was small but had most of the equipment you might use while traveling. Nice outdoor pool.Hotel is located right off Route 77 and lots of eating places are nearby.

Have had good luck at Best Western locations, this was no exception. Comfortable room, good amenities. Bed and linens are good quality and comfortable. Check in smooth, decent hot breakfast, and a convenient location for our needs. When back in the Huntersville area, I will be sure to stay here. The only negative aspect I can think of, is if you are pulling a trailer or have a huge vehicle, the parking lot is not very large. We managed ok with a large cargo van, but glad I wasn't hauling.

We stayed here one night for a soccer tournament. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is excellent! When I checked in the attendant was super nice. The breakfast attendant Deana was so friendly. She was really working hard to keep the area stocked and clean (and it was a very busy morning) all the while with a smile on her face and sincere kind words to everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely friendly and personable staff make you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Exactly what you expect in a top rated hotel. But the difference with our stay was the friendliness of the staff, everyone trying to make our family part of their family.

We stayed one night on our drive back home from Florida. We had 2 queen beds, a fridge, microwave and TV. Was perfect for a pit stop. It also has a pool and fitness room. Was very clean and people were very polite. Our check in girl at 9pm was Kati, she was really cool, and our breakfast lady Deana was really cool and our check out lady Jessie was friendly and cool as well. Overall very good stay. We would most definitely stay again!!

This was our 3rd stay at this Best Western and we just love it here. The hotel staff was VERY Friendly and Helpful. Booked a king suite room here as a stopover on our way final destination. Check in and out was easy (can't remember the young lady's name, but she was very friendly and efficient -- made us feel welcome). The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and TV reception great. They have a lovely outdoor pool area (not yet open for the season), a small but adequate fitness room and business area. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The night we stayed the facility was at 100% capacity as there was a drag race, a Jimmy Buffet concert, and a youth soccer tournament in the area. Even with all the children the hotel was extremely quiet. The free breakfast was very good. It included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, assorted fruits and cereal and waffles, juices and pastries. As the hotel was at capacity, it was a very busy area and Deana did a phenomenal job of keeping up with supply and demand issues. We will definitely plan on staying here again. And if you are staying here, we highly recommend going into quaint downtown Huntersville and dining at Cafe 100. See separate review.

A very nice Best Western property with jovial people at the desk. The room was clean, well equipped, and quiet. There is something about Best Western beds. I just seem to sleep better. Across the Interstate is a large shopping area with stores, restaurants and even a liquor store (not that I was interested mind you.)

We were in town for the Highland games so the location was convenient. Hotel was fine, breakfast was the same as usual altho they only had one kind of cereal. Great folks at the front desk. Would stay again.

We had a last minute stay at this hotel because of a death in the family. Upon our arrival at 9 pm check in was kind of scary. Two big pitbulls were in the lobby with its owner and another dog with a couple who had arrived at the same time as us. They were all hanging out in the lobby. One of the pitbulls made me very nervous so I avoided eye contact. It took us about 10 minutes to get our room which was okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Then we noticed the faucet was not attached to the sink cabinet and that the water pressure was very low. We decided to call the front desk but when we tried to lift the phone it was stuck to the cradle. We forced it apart and realized that someone had spilled something sticky on it . We cleaned it up with a wet wash clothe and called front desk so we could change our room. She told us the only rooms she had available was on the 1st floor where dogs stayed with their owners. I have allergies which I mentioned and was told there was nothing else available. I asked if she could call a repairman to fix the problem and she said it was too late. When I asked to file a complaint with the manager I was told since we ordered the room through Expedia we would have to take it up with them. I am on oxygen and it was very hard for me to get on my hands and knees by the bathtub to wash my face and brush my teeth. Before we went to sleep my husband went out to the car to get something. While trying to get to the exit door, the woman with the 2 pitbulls was at the computer and not paying attention to her animals which were blocking access to the door. He asked her to please move the dogs so he could proceed and she did. On the way back to the room he had to tell her again to move the animals. Twice he did this and twice he had to ask. Maybe this hotel has no rules for dogs. The breakfast was fine. My husband went to the front desk to remind them of the problem so the next persons staying would not have to deal with the problem. They did not even wait for us to leave at 11 am. At 9 am they sent a repair man while we were trying to get ready to leave and they seemed annoyed that we were still in the room.

I am attending the Highland games here in town for the weekend. Our shower did not drain (I was up to my ankles before I was done) and our sink drain cover did not open meaning the sink drained slowly. Our floor smelled fine but the first floor smelled of animal urine. In general, it's a 2 star hotel with some maintenance needs.

This hotel was VERY clean; from the front entrance to the lobby and the rooms. The bahroom was well maintained and large. The Staff was very friendly and courteous. The woman taking care of the continental breakfast was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was better than we've had at some restaurants.

Actually a very nice motel. The front desk guest representative (kati) was honestly the nicest most helpful rep that I've ever delt with in the whole 6 years that I've been working on the road! I would highly suggest this motel to anyone! Idc if she makes 40 dollars an hour this girl deserves a raise!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very nice and the bed was new feeling and good. There was a nice excessive room and I would say this is on the higher class side for this area. The only problem was my dunk had little water but I was only there overnight so it did not become a problem.

Very clean and friendly. I can not say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff here were. Both on the phone making the reservation and when we arrived. the next morning the lady working the breakfast could not do enough to make sure we were happy.

We stayed at this hotel overnight while on our travels further south. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The hotel offers a hot breakfast in the morning and the attendant for the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. My only true complaint was that you could hear all the noise from the hallway - people talking, doors slamming, etc. When you were trying to sleep, that was disruptive. Also, the countertop area at the sink was very small. There wasn't much room for our two sets of toiletries. Since we were just there one night, it really wasn't that much of an issue, but if you were staying for several days or a week, it might get a little inconvenient. I wouldn't let either of these issues stop me from staying there again, though.

I first stayed at this hotel in January 2016. They are under renovation and this caused a lot of issues with the convenience of the stay. I filled out the survey and got an email apology so I decided we could give it another try when in town in March 2016. It had gotten worse and had nothing to do with the renovations. The tile floor in our bath and vanity area was absolutely dirty. I wiped it up with a towel and took it to the front desk to show them. The thermostat in the room wasn't connected to anything. The wires were hanging under the actual heat and AC wall unit. When we went to breakfast there are only a few tables and half of them were dirty and they were out of eggs with no attendant in sight. We took our breakfast back to our room. I again filled out the survey sent by Best Western. But I knew instantly they didn't really care about the condition of the hotel when I received the very same email response for the problems we had. It is a canned email sent to all apparently. I responded to the email with this information and never heard back from anyone. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were visiting the area researching a family tree and choose this as our place to stay. The room was cheaper than others in the area. We got our moneys worth. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and they gave my sister milk in the evening both nights because of a medical problem she was having. The only problem we had was when the garbage truck came early one morning.

I will return for sure. The staff here are the hotels biggest asset. Cleanliness was next. Easy access location superb rooms. The breakfast is the usual mediocre but it was available early clean and very friendly staff. I can not express enough how nice the staff here were.

When in transit or Charlotte Consider Huntersville. Close if your heading up to 81 via 77 and the quality is great. We took chances in the past and got burned. So book in advance and save money and enjoy the dtay.

Had I not arrived at 1am I would have found a new hotel. First room they gave smelled like paint and a part of the ceiling had fallen on the floor. Next room was better except the toilet wouldn't flush and water barely came out of the sink faucet. Then in the morning, when I took a shower, the room flooded! I'm not kidding. At least a quarter inch of water in the bathroom and foyer area which then seeped into the bedroom carpet and hallway. I was able to use the adjacent room to finish getting ready but that room had water, too. The coffee was dreadful. Will never ever stay there again and neither should you.

I've stayed in Best Westerns MUCH nicer than this one, but it did the job for a one night stay, the beds were comfortable. You can tell they are trying to make improvements around the hotel, however, my toilet seat was broken, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, the thermostat button to turn the air down was broken, the shower didn't drain properly and the screen of the window was totally bent out of shape. The staff was nice.

The staff is really friendly, warm and helpful. The place is clean, well maintained, and is well priced for the quality. Trying to find some negatives to write about is difficult. It isn't a top of the line hotel but it is a Best Western Plus. If you are familiar with the Best Western chain, it is what you have come to expect. Service, Value, a good night's sleep, moderately priced. We stayed there on our journey from New York to Florida.

Very clean and newly updated, very pleasantly surprised. Will stay here again. Do not hesitate to book here, conveniently located to I-77 and easy driving distance to restaurants. Allow animals for very reasonable fee.Our little dog travels with us.

Chose this hotel as a last minute decision coming back from a 9 hour drive from Orlando. Traffic was terrible in charlotte so we stayed overnight. This hotel is receiving some renovations so there is equipment around the lobby but nothing really in the way. Friendly, welcoming staff upon arrival. We booked a king suite. The room was massive. Way more than we expected. Nice two window view. Seems like new carpet, very clean area. Nice comfortable bed. Controllable heat and air system. Fair shower, needs a different type of shower head that doesn't spray the water out as far. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast with fresh fruit, waffle maker, breads and muffins, and yogurt. Tasty, fresh coffee. This is right outside of the northlake area so lots of restaurant and shopping options about 5 miles away. Would definitely consider staying in this hotel again as the area is less congested than Charlotte and the hotel was exceptional, especially for the pricing.

Convenient location just north of Charlotte. Very friendly staff at front desk. Room was clean and well-appointed for a moderately priced hotel. Breakfast was offered as well although I did not partake. The hotel was under construction around the lobby area but there was no noise during the night.

This hotel is under construction, which was more than a little disruptive. There was construction (drilling, hammering, etc) starting at 7:30 am on Saturday morning, across the hall and above us and we could hear ALL of it. The walls were paper thin - we could hear people just walking down the halls, not talking or anything. Rooms need to be better insulated from sound, even without the construction going on. Wish there was another comforter or blanket in the room. Katie at the front desk was nice upon check-in and the hotel is going to look great once construction is done (white stacked stone behind the front desk was beautiful, so they are putting money into the place), but wait until it's over before you stay here.

Just looking for a clean quiet place to stay with good TV. Best Western was OK. Under construction, remodeling rooms and lobby. It was OK but $90 was too high for what I got. Location was good. Room was OK.

After a long day of driving with horrendous traffic and bad weather, tornado watches in effect the clerk at the front desk was fantastic. Quick easy check in, gave us a ground floor room close to an exit door to walk the dog. The room was clean, comfortable and good value. There was a fee for the dog, I am not sure the $10.00 fee was worth it as we are responsible pet owners but there are many who are not.

Let me start off by saying, the staff here is out of this world! The staff will do any and everything they possibly can to ensure your stay is everything and more to you as a guest. While I stayed here, the front desk clerk Jessica was so busy, dealing with breakfast and complaints from a guest about the construction noice. (They are remodeling and it looks amazing!) She was so professional and didnt crack one bit. I commend her for handling everything so well!! The room was absolutly fantastic. Bed was supoer comfortable and the room itself is so modern and up to date. I will DEFINITLY be back!! You, Best Western, have gained a life time guest!!!

We stopped here on our way through to Florida. The price was right and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is under renovation but the clerk told us the rooms have all been redone. Well....Our bathroom was too small to change your mind in. There were cracks in the wall, chips in the tub, and the hot and cold water were backwards. The sink sprayed sideways. I tried to make coffee but the coffee maker didn't work right - the coffee ran down the side (and luckily into the sink). The internet was not strong, but it worked. Probably won't stay here again. Staff was great.

Average hotel with decent sized room. Bathroom was, however, very small. Bed was firm and not very comfortable. Breakfast was standard with not a lot of variety to choose from or mention. Overall experience was average.

The first room we were given had dog poop in the corner. I went to the desk clerk and told her(she was really nice) and she moved us to another room. The floor was filthy. I took a damp paper towel and picked up a lot of dirt and I went back to show the desk clerk and she offered to move us to the spa room. I went and looked at it and the floor was dirty so we just stayed were we where. The desk clerk took $50 off my bill but it still cost $97. The dead bolt didn't work , faucet in the tub did not work, toilet seat loose, need I say more about room 107. Don't stay here!!!

If you want a great place to stay, this is it. All the staff were great! They were both extra friendly and helpful. And the room was most comfortable. After a full day at Bass Pro and the Mall it was worth the few extra miles to stay here.

The hotel was clean staff was pleasant, but the rooms were a bit old fashioned. Very small bathrooms with sink outside bathroom. Room was clean and décor was fine. Breakfast was run of the mill, nothing special.

We chose this motel because it was "pet friendly." The hotel itself was okay, though a little pricey. Location was excellent for our needs. Room was spacious, though the bathroom was VERY cramped and the wall above the shower was black and peeling. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was what you'd expect (nothing great, but okay), and the staff was friendly. There did seem to be some renovation going on, so the hallways were not the cleanest. My main problem was that for a motel to charge $20 as a pet fee--which is high to start with--and then not provide a dog walk or a dog pick-up station--means that we will not be coming back.

No complaints except for entrance driveway. Our vehicle scraped every time. I also thought it was a little overpriced, but all the hotels in that area were high. Overall, pretty good. Had to type 200 characters, so, the internet connection was slow.

Wonderful hotel. Great bed and pillows. Friendly staff and decent food. I had no problems with anything, except a light that flickered a bit even though it was shut off, but I forgot to report it so can't blame anyone for that but myself.

I am the easiest person to please and don't ask for much. This hotel needs a lot of help. The front desk girl was super pleasant but when I checked in there were no towels in my room. I got a few many hours later at to which point I was ready to sleep and didn't feel like showering. The doors to the rooms are super noisy and loud. They need to be updated. The carpet was so dirty that the little bit I actually walked on them with my socks on, my socks turned black. The hotel got full and people were noisy, talking, walking on the second floor and doors closing loudly because they need updating. I didn't get much sleep at all and had a full day of driving the next day. I hate to complain but I didn't enjoy my stay at all. Again, the girl at the front desk was awesome and she did what she could to make the customers feel welcome but most rooms had no towels at 4p.m.. Non working appliances as well. The owner needs to take out all carpet and put flooring down. I love the fact they allow dogs but the carpets were nasty. My dog was with me, SHe is a very quiet and good dog. She didn't even sleep well and she was beyond exhausted…Sorry. Clean the place up, update the hotel and it might be more welcoming. I paid way too much money for a lousy nights sleep.

We have booked this hotel for three years now, when we come into town for the Nascar race. I will return again next year. When coming to the area for another reason, I would come here. The people are great. Very friendly, very helpful, just very nice. Deana, in the breakfast area, was phenomenal !! She went to everyone to ask how things were, she kept everything stocked, and asked everyone how they were and how breakfast was. She remembered you from day to day and asked about your day and the events. There was one particular guest with some special needs. She made time to spend with him and was so kind and helpful! Yes, I would recommend staying here !

Very clean, pleasant/helpful staff excellent breakfast.. Easy on-off interstate, close to shopping and entertainment, sporting events, NASCAR racing and shop tours. Downtown dinning and social activities are plentiful too.

If you find out that you are near a barking dog, don't do what I did (nothing), make sure you call the front desk to complain immediately. I lost a lot of sleep over a barking dog. The front desk is very knowledgeable about where to go to eat, etc., use them! Also, they are wonderful for getting you at getting you your best rewards so listen to them. Very clean hotel, very nice rooms, very comfortable. You'll enjoy your stay!

I did a lot of searching within the Charlotte area between the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the speedway and this was a happy medium. Easy on and easy off the highway. The staff was very nice, always hello..good morning...have a nice day....how are you. AND... It looks very nice. That's where it ends... The hotel is situated is a large hill and depending on what type of vehicle you drive, you WILL bottom out. You can see MANY gouges on the roadway from this happening. Our room looked very nice but there were cob webs on the ceiling and the remote control was nasty. I needed to wipe it off before use. Thank goodness I told my daughter before hand NOT to take her bathing suit (she's 8) because we wouldn't have time to swim. There was NO WATER IN THE POOL. Don't advertise a pool if it can't be used. Then there's the breakfast....nothing better than microwaved eggs (cold), sausage (cold) and bacon (cold rubber), not to mention the waffle mix being watered down. I did mention this to the lady who said...I know why, it needed stirred. Wouldn't you do that before you put your product out???? When I booked I looked for breakfast and unfortunately the next day we ate at the nearest Waffle House. The ONLY thing good was the fruit! We have stayed at other Best Westerns and had a good experience. Would I stay at this one....Probably NOT!

The Customer Service at this hotel is the best. I have been vacationing to different locations not to far away from home but just to use my vacation so that I do not loose it. I stayed here because I was tired of driving and getting sleepy and now I want to move to area. And we ended up staying an extra night to enjoy some of the activities going on in the area. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and down to earth. The rooms are beautiful and very clean.

This hotel was nice and very quiet I got the rest I needed. I used my reward points and it was worth 16000 points. I had not got any sleep the night before so I decided to try this hotel to see if I could get some sleep and I did. I will stay again in the future.

Wife and I enjoyed the pool and free breakfast. Met the manager..very nice lady. Our room was very clean. Hotel apparently was getting new mattresses. Sleep was great. I would highly recommend hotel. Kevin

Great stay. We stayed before and so many changes. We got to sleep on a new mattress and room was clean Uses the pool and loved it. Probably last time we will get to use a pool this year. Breakfast was great. Management talked with us. Made us feel like they really wanted our business. If in Huntersville NC stay here. Our day got off to a great start. Thank you Best Western. Stevi

Good clean room. Very professional staff. Easy r To find right off the highway. Breakfast was very good and plentiful until the two soccer teams came--food went too fast and not replaced for other guests.
