very nice rooms, friendly staff, parking is a bot tight and the internet is a bit cumbersome but all'n'll it is good value

Very nice hotel, clean, helpful staff, great location, nice terrace, nice loby, great breakfast. Only thing that I missed was slippers in the rooms since the floors are carpeted. The beds are great for sleeping.

I don't usually make negative reviews for the Hotels i have be in because I don't find it a polite practice, but this one time I have to make an exception. Checked in by Michael 30th June 2023 at around 6:15pm VERY Rude,unbelievable,he couldn't even pay attention to what i was asking about my next day reservation yet his colleague was also trying to tell him about my reservation but he couldn't listen because he wanted me out of his site as am to BLACK huh,he gave me the key and pointed the lift,i had to ask about the Wifi in the room,the Restaurant and the Bar only to be answered in a rude manner, or is this Hotel not also for African people?🤔 because i felt racism straight up, am even uncomfortable to stay here again.

Well - this time different experience - in one word „EXTRAORDINARY“ and I am more than grateful. All hotels were fully booked in entire Frankfurt from 2 to 5 stars - I was allowed to stay in the hotel lobby and having inspiring discussions with the night audit P.

During my business trip to Frankfurt I stayed at the Best Western Plus Welcome Hotel. The staff was nice and attentive and my room comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, however also quite pricy. All in all, I was happy with my choice and I will stay there again.

The Hotel is very comfortable & pleasant, the food at the Mellis bar is tasty, the staff is professional and friendly. We organize get-togethers, and the Mellis bar is a delight, once a month a singer band highlights the evening! I warmly recommend further.

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. That didn't help much, since the aircondition didn't work and the entire room was baking like an oven. My only rescue was a tiny window, which gave me access to some air. Of course, I later learned that closing the window was the key to making the aircondition work. Would have been lovely with a little sign. The guys in the reception didn't understand much English. When finally getting through with the meaning of "painkillers", it turned out they didn't have them. Surprising from a 4-star hotel?

Great option and great services, clean, nice, good location, quiet and full of kind people that always wanted to help you. I will surely come back if there is a chance I will visit Frankfurt again. It is a great choice.

Well located on on the western side of Messe - a 10 minute stroll to the exhibition centre. A supermarket is around the corner. On site parking very expensive, but we found free on street parking in the vicinity. Room was good, though do make sure you know your room mate well as there is a very large window into the bathroom. Breakfast was very expensive so we made use of the bakery at the supermarket next door. There is in room coffee but only two capsules per day. Very handy for the tram - stop right outside the door.

Although I have had a bad experience, I still want to make an objective review, so I say right away that the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. The location is convenient for reaching the Frankfurt trade fair. The surrounding area has no attraction or place to eat, so I thought I could rely on the bistro inside the hotel. On the lift it is written that the bistro closes at 10pm, but by 9pm the kitchen had already closed. After an entire day outside I was exhausted and had to take the means to go to the city center at 9.30pm. Addressing the reception desk to show the discomfort, the boy replied "this is it, today we closed earlier". He didn't even try to fix it and offer me a food delivery service. Nothing. When I asked if he could do something to fix it, he simply looked at me in an arrogant way saying no. Small further notes: the sauna door is broken (the upper hinge sometime gets blocked) and the "emotional shower" on the left gives off a bad smell when the water begins to flow down the drain.

Nicely located with great views of the amazing Frankfurt skyline, with convenient public transportation that one can take just across the street, and be in downtown Frankfurt in a couple of minutes. Looks brand new, rooms are comfortable, service is fast and efficient. Price of breakfast is abusive if one considers value for money, also the parking fees are way too high.

Calling this hotel a “4 star” hotel is a disgrace to all the other REAL 4 star hotels! Small, dirty (they didn't change the sheets every day, no new towels daily, i always had to ask. Plus the things you pay for, well let me just say you don't get everything you pay for. I booked double room and they promised me minifridge, guess what? No minifridge. I called 3 times to book our adjoining rooms as the website said that we can have this possibility, they promised rooms one next to each other, and they gave us rooms on separate floors. Then I called 10 times and sent emails to book for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, guess what? Nobody came to pick us up, even tho the hotel receptionist promised us someone would be there. This hotel is a disgrace, overpriced , good for nothing hotel. I'm never coming back & I don't recommend anyone to try it.

Hotel was decent, but a few things I didn't like were: 1. No fridge 2. Twin split beds 3. Window shades didn't keep sun out 4. No tub 5. A Charge to use the Sauna 6. The elevator is sloooooooow I didn't eat in the restaurant. I did use the sauna, but there is a charge to use per use. I also didn't like the location, wasn't any other food choices nearby that I could walk to. I could stay here again, but wouldn't be my first choice.
