Very mediocre hotel/motel. The pickings are slim in Fayetteville TN when it comes to hotels….and just about anything else. If you're coming from a big city prepare yourself for small town culture shock. The rooms are dated, but the lobby looks renovated. The A/C was probably my biggest complaint. Hard to get cold and it felt very humid in the room. Lots of fruit flies for some reason. I did go out and buy an air freshener for the room. I wouldn't stay here again.
Our family of 5 traveled to Fayetteville TN. We had 3 rooms at the Best Western in Fayetteville for 2 nights. We all agreed that the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed a good breakfast with a large variety of food choices. I would highly recommend this Hotel for your next stay in Fayetteville TN.
Ate at a local restaurant and the waitress suggested this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. We don't stay a lot at hotels that open to the outside but this one is fine. Continental Breakfast. Good choice.I would stay there again.
Very outdated and uncomfortable and a bit overpriced for the area. Used my points to stay. Beds were hard. Asked for parking lot side and first floor. Only room was available was pool side inside first floor. Didn't look full. Outdated. Breakfast was better at Waffle House. And that's not saying much
They messed up my reservation needed handicap room and tried to put us upstairs with no elevator then still put us in regular room where our grandma could not get to the bathroom or take a shower. The food was supposed to be hot buffet style and was cold if there was any at all they said breakfast was from 5:30-9 we was in there at 7 and waited 35 mins for them to bring more hot food and never did.
Our stay was good. Breakfast was hot and fresh, service was amazing! Room was clean, staff was friendly & went above and beyond to fulfill extra requests. Beds were comfortable, internet was fast and the satellite tv actually worked! Price of my stay was well worth the money!! Hands down the best place to stay in Fayetteville Tn. Can't count the number of stays I've had at other local motels where the tv didn't work, the rooms weren't clean and staff wasn't able to accommodate extra towels or pillows. And I will add the price was $60 more than best western!
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have always been satisfied with the service. The rooms have always been clean. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast are ready to help/assist with any questions or needs.
Nice hotel in a great location in Fayetteville. Stay here when I am in town visiting my mom. Room is nice side and basic. This trip I was disappointed in cleanliness of room and only being given one bath towel.
Had a great stay at this property. It was quiet and relaxing. Room was spacious and very clean. Employees were overly nice. Plenty of options for breakfast as well. Overall probably the best hotel stay in the last couple years.
The staff was very welcoming and the room was nice and spacious. Great breakfast, would definitely recommend it! Lots of parking and easy access to your room and car. Just a note there is no elevator if staying on the 2nd floor. I gave sleep quality a 4 because we prefer a soft mattress but it was ok.
We stayed here on our cross country trip to California and it was in between our stops in Pigeon Forge and Nashville. Hotel was very clean, quiet and offered a nice breakfast. We have no complaints at all regarding our entire stay and would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.
Great stay. I liked everything from the cleanliness to the staff to all the amenities. Is a very good hotel on highly recommend but I think that they should maybe give deals on rooms if you book through a certain app or book through best western.com because I do think it's a little pricey but other than that it's a great hotel.
I was able to connect to the internet easily to get my required work done. The complementary breakfast was quite tasty. The location was great and only a few minutes from everywhere I needed to go in Fayetteville.
This is more like a motel. I was hesitant but it was our only option. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet it was. I would stay here again and I am a picky hotel gal. The last at the desk was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too. They kept tables wiped and cleared. It truly was very clean.
This Best Western was awesome. The entire hotel including the pool area was recently renovated and is very nice The beds were extremely comfortable The air conditioner was clean and worked very well. The location is amazing You're a 5-minute drive or 15 minute walk from downtown with many restaurants and shops. If you need to know where to eat or what to do just ask the front desk it was a lady named Shannon working during our stay and she was so kind and told us where to go and what to do we had a wonderful time because of Shannon and the Best Western Fayetteville Thank you so much!.
After a bad Hilton experience we decided to not book the Hampton in Fayettevile and try the Best Western. It was a sound choice, everthing seemed so welcoming after the robotic Hilton. We had a very warm welcome from Tammy and recieved a nice pool side room. The room was well appointed and quite large for this price bracket. Clean room and common areas with warm and friendly staff. We only stayed one night but noticed the breakfast menu varies each day. We joined their reward program and will use this chain over Hampton from now on. Recommended.
We stayed for a week. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was great for showering, and the hot water was right there on demand. It was a good location for us and relatively quiet. It was nice having a quiet mini fridge (sometimes they can be pretty loud), and a working microwave. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options each day. On the other hand, we experienced a few glitches with housekeeping that were a disappointment, but not a deal breaker for us. I would rate it 'very good' for cleanliness if we didn't have to request clean towels a couple times (the first time because towels went missing from our room and weren't replaced) and empty the trash cans ourselves. Everything else about our stay here was great. The staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.
This hotel was excellent. The remodel was beautifully done. The rooms were very clean and staff was amazing. We were very impressed with everything after we arrived and came in to look around. It looked a little sketchy when we pulled up but after we saw our room and looked around we were very happy with this hotel. Breakfast was hot and delicious. They even offer a roll away bed for an additional ten dollars. Which is huge for us being a family of five it's hard to find suites when we're traveling so everyone can have a bed. The roll away had a brand new mattress on it with a hand stitched quilt someone had made for it!! The hospitality was incredible and I don't say that lightly. We do wish they would add a hot tub but other than that not a single complaint!
It was ok for a night. I wouldn't stay for an extended period of time, especially with children. The children in the hotel were complaining that the pool was dirty. All of the children wanted to get in the pool. No handicap accessibility on the second floor.
Friendly, professional and helpful check-in. Large immaculate room that seemed just remodeled. Plenty if parking. The breakfast service started at 5 am, a treat for early risers. Large selection of foods to choose from. Dining area as sparkling clean as the food service space. Nice friendly people.
Overpriced for what it is. The exterior is okay but the interior is plain bad. Feels like a cheap motel with hotel prices. The restrooms were absolutely horrible. Pieces of the ceiling are falling off, everything is just old and worn out. Save yourself the trouble and go to the hilton. It was sold out for the night otherwise I would have never stayed here
The property is very clean and well kept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast starts at 5:30AM which is very helpful to contractors and their employees and had a good selection. I would definately recommend this property
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and this place probably had the nicest (and roomiest) breakfast area of this type that I've been to. Everything was clean, orderly and well kept. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful.
Excellent, quiet and close to all Fayetteville has to offer. Tony and the staff made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel lives up to the standard of all Best Western hotels and is another reason we choose Best Western as our home on the road.
the property was very clean and the young man Chad at the front desk was awesome i would recommend the Best Western to my family and friends. i spoke with Chad and one of the manager when i was checking out and i told them then me and my family would be staying ther every time when come to Fayetteville TN
Housekeeper entered room with DND sign hanging @ 7:18am. No reason to even think we would be checked out. I also found all bed linens inside out. And a stain on the sheets. I work for Hilton and this is acceptable
My husband and I stopped for the night after our Jack Daniels tour. We had our 2 labradors with us and found this hotel to be overly accommodating. The room was clean and there was plenty of grassy area beside and behind the hotel for the dogs to run. Even though the building is on the older side it was very well maintained and clean, including the pool. There are 2 washers and dryers which came in handy since it was rainy and our clothes got quite wet. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold choices. The staff was very friendly.
They changed the rate on my room each night that I was there. They went from 157 per night to $200 per night. They never told me that the room rate would fluctuate throughout my stay. I assume that it was going to be the rate of 157 which was the rate of my first night stay I stayed a total of eight nights.
My son woke up to over 100 red bites on his body. Pulled back the mattress and found bed bugs everywhere. You could tell they had been there for some time by the massive amount of bed bugs and the amount of what I assume is there waste. I travel every month for work and stay in many different place but have never seen this before. I went to the front desk as soon as I discovered this and they were not concerned at all. They said the would have someone look at it. It felt like they already knew this was an issue. Like they had heard it all too many times before. Thank Best Western for interrupting my trip and having to wash all our luggage and belongings. Thanks again for not caring at all or even making the effort to act like your customer was harmed by your business. My company uses this location every week but will no longer.
Stayed here after our tour of Jack Daniels. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and the breakfast area is spotless, and food was excellent also! Such a nice lady in the breakfast area, she took good care of us, and was so much fun to talk too! The lady that checked us in, and the lady who checked us out, were both so nice and friendly! Our bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. Was not noisy.
Best Western Fayetteville was the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip. From check-in to check-out, the staff was very welcoming. Fayetteville may be a "one horse town" but this hotel is worth it. The hotel and room was the cleanest and best kept along our route. The staff like I said was awesome. Oh and breakfast? It was rockin'.
We return to this property whenever we travel close by. We have come to expect friendly staff, clean and safe accommodations, and a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. This location is near downtown and the shopping areas.
Very safe and pleasant property, nice and up to date decor. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is great and upkept throughout the morning. Very clean and well kept. Great overall
The Hotel rooms and facility is recently updated, the rooms have very comfortable beds and bedding. The Front Desk Staff is courteous, knowledgeable of the area and events, and very accommodating when selecting rooms for guests. The hot breakfast is different every day, the variety of breakfast foods, and drinks is very good.
Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Nice place to stay. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. The Hot Breakfast was very good. About 14 miles from Jack Daniels
I wish all Blue Best Westerns were as clean, comfortable, friendly, and had such a great breakfast. When we walked into the room it was as if no one had ever stayed in the room. There so so much attention to detail.
This was a really nice place. The staff was really nice and helpful, the building and rooms were updated and really clean, and the location was really convenient. It was definitely worth the money and was a really comfortable stay. I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.
Room was very clean friendly service at check in. Comfortable bed over all its a goid place to spend a few nites. Price is fair Not a great breakfast option but close enough to restaurants and other stores.
My recent recent work trip had me stay at the Best Western Fayetteville In was very nice. This was my first time in the area, the location to the town square and other local ammenties, not to mention Lynchburg (Home of Jack Daniels) was great for my stay. From check in to check out the overall experinece was wonderful, from the friendly staff to the clean rooms, it was a nice place to return to after a long day.
The clerk as I checked in was rude. The room door wasn't working but she blamed me. Even though another guest had the same problem. She used the master key to open my door but told me to come back the next day. I had to tell her to get me a different room & to open the original door so o could get my bags. Housekeeping entered my room & totally ignored my "Do not Disturb" sign on my door. Totally unacceptable.
Staff is amazing and very friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Enjoyed how comfortable the room was. My only complaint and it's just a personal opinion is that the beds were a little firmer than i like.
I stayed here one night on business. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was remarkably friendly and helpful!! Especially the blond lady that checked me in that night!! Great people person!! The only thing I didn't like was that the doors opened up to outside!! Burr!!!! Would definitely stay again!
My partner and I stayed the night and it was so nice and clean, if you needed anything they would help. I was only disappointed in the breakfast bags, I would suggest putting a sandwich or biscuit of some kind in the bags
clean and very quite place to stay close to business's in the local town. staff is very nice and can lead you tot eh right places in town to visit and eat at. wifi service is good and fast as well for doing business
The BW looks like an older but well maintained motel on the outside. The rooms are very nice and clean. Most of the staff is exceptional. Our maid was Susan and she was the best maid ever. I had been having back pain and night sweats (menopause is a b*tch) but my back only hurt midley one night during our four night stay and I did not sweat once. The room was at the same temp we keep it at home, 68.
Overall very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Rooms was very clean. Needed some attention to plumbing. The tub dripped / the sink didn't drain well / the toilet rocked a little bit. All indoors so it feels very secure.
first this was an unexpected stay but a pleasent one. came for the birth of our first great grandchild well he was 2 weeks late so we came to stay here it,s right next to the hospital never stayed at a BW before but will look for one from now on room is great super clean comfy bed and about 50 dollars a night less than were i usually stay. Staff is friendly and helpful will stay here when we come back to visit
Ms. Noreen is always a beacon of light, she is our favourite desk clerk, we are sad that she is retiring and will miss her; we usually stay once a month, and will look forward to seeing her a few months more.
Reception-good. Room-clean. Bed-horrid! Breakfast-same old same old. Face it hotel corp. I can get breakfast anywhere for $20. Better start improving your fine dining ! Congealed gravy sucks even after stirring it was congealed! Bed was king size and we were both rolling toward the center! UGH
The bw Fayetteville was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the Internet worked perfectly.
The breakfast is very good, the attendant, I believe her name is Amy, works hard at it, as does the weekend desk clerk, whom we've seen her help out often, even running it herself when an attendant is absent (Noreen). Our room(s) are always clean and comfortable!
Good looking hotel, clean rooms-breakfast area-lobby. It is a newer looking hotel, or at least newly remodeled. Nice beds, big rooms, great service, affordable. I will certainly be back there. I was a little on the fence about a Best Western, but this is a good one!
Helpful staff, clean and tidy areas! Excellent stay with compliementary breakfast! The room was equiped with microwave and refrigerator! The bathroom was clean and nice! The bed was comfortable! Enjoyed stay was convenient to local area attractions and restaurants! Pretty park close by!
We were on the ground floor. We did not get in until 12am and was hoping to sleep-in. Not going to happen here. The cleaning carts were insanely loud clanking up and down the sidewalk starting at 7am. Doors slamming, people talking, and suitcases clanking on the sidewalk. So needless to say our sleep quality was poor. On a good note, it was most importantly clean, and the beds were comfy.
This is a very nice place to stay. Plenty of things to do. The staff are very friendly and nice. Never had a problem with this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast is good with a good variety of things.
The hotel room was clean, the premise was neat, the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was well stocked and had everything you could possibly want for a quick breakfast before leaving. I would definitely stay here again.
This looks like a new facility, and was very clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast area was scrupulously clean. The entire staff was friendly and gracious. The food served at breakfast included gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as lighter breakfast items. I don't think we'll ever have reason to drive through Fayetteville, TN again, but if we do, we will DEFINITELY stay here again.
We have stayed at this hotel several year in a row. It is convenient to the activities at the Jack Daniels BBQ Cook-off and there are a number of good restaurants nearby. Along with plenty of back road riding for motorcyclists.
The room was beautiful. It was so clean and bright. It was a joy to stay there. It was our first experience at a Best Western and we are so impressed we've decided this will be our go to hotel when traveling.
Pulled in about 8 pm so it was dark. Lobby looked clean and very upscale as did breakfast area. Discovered the hotel had outside doors which we don't like. it was an old style room with make shift repairs in shower and a fussy toilet. Curtains didn't close well for privacy. I guess it was clean. Breakfast was decent.
What a great hotel very surprised and should have stayed longer the appearance is neat, rooms are clean, staff are excellent and breakfast inviting - no traffic noise, or disturbing lights through the curtains - we had a great time here and met some wonderful people
Nice place to stay. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. The rooms have at some point been updated, which was nice. Breakfast was good, the usual variety for breakfast foods. Have a pool outside, but to cold to use.
Came down to visit family. Loved the beds and the breakfast was delicious. Katie was at front desk and made us feel at home Checking in was easy. Rooms were clean. Everything worked in the room. Will definitely be back
Perfect all around. Clean, friendly, decor, breakfast bar... this Hilton "snob" was very impressed. If I could give them 8 stars I would. Even the sidewalks are spotless. Stay here, you won't regret it.
Stayed here the weekend of Oct. 11 - 13th to attend the Exit 111 Festival in Manchester, TN. I picked this hotel because of it's reviews. Many of the hotels I saw that were closer had horrible reviews. Some even spoke of mold. So after reviewing Best Western and seeing the rating I gave it a try. I was glad I did. The staff was very friendly, my room was very clean and the entire property seemed to be recently remodeled. Breakfast was what they called a deluxe hot breakfast. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, mix to make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc.. I've stayed in a few chains that offer similar breakfast options and this was on par with the best. Parking was plentiful and the rooms are easy to find due to clearly marked buildings. Word of advice, as with any hotel book early. A friend decided last minute to go and their rate was much higher than what I paid when I booked 2 months in advance. I will definitely stay here again if I come back.
We had a room on the first floor facing the parking lot and interstate. The amazing thing was no appreciable noise. The little sitting area at by the door was very nice, along with the jetted tub. Good breakfast bar and all the staff was very friendly, Would definitely stay here again.
Never again would i stay here. I asked if my room could be moved closer to my other family and was told since i walked in the room i couldn't change it. Never have i been told i cant change rooms that i haven't slept in and i also was told i had to pay more because the number of people she saw in my car.
The room smelled like smoke, they did change my room without issue. Saying person next door was a change smoker and stood outside of the room. Breakfast was standard, eggs, sauage, bisquits but was hot and tasted good.
This hotel has really nice staff. They will greet you in a friendly manner. The rooms are newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good with a good variety of choices to eat and drink.
I have stayed at this hotel Inn at least 30 times over the years. Clean rooms, crystal clear pool, friendly and accommodating staff. The complementary breakfast has the largest selections of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The only drawback is the cardkeys seems to get de-magnetized often and the coffee isn't the greatest...but the beds are great! Nice little fridge and an LG TV!
Older hotel, but very well maintained. Great place to stay if your wanting to do Jack Daniels & George Dickle distillary tours. About 14 miles from Jack Daniels & 25 miles from George Dickle. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel breakfast was usual scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles.
We used this motel as a quick stop over before heading to the Jack Daniels Distillery the following day. The hotel was clean, modern and staff where polite and professional. We received a complementary breakfast (hot and cloud options). The room was a good size, with clean towels. We would certainly recommend this hotel for a break.
Our stay was great!! Room was spotless everything worked. Breakfast was really good, different every morning. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. We brought our Pom and he enjoyed his vacay too, he made new friends and the staff were friendly too him too! My family and I will definitely stay here again!!
The staff was very nice as usual and the room was immaculate. Breakfast was hot and ready on time. Easy check-in. Easy location to find, right off the hwy. Overall great time. Thank y'all again for a great visit!
The room was very clean, our clerk very polite and helpful, the location on the edge of town was very quiet. The price was also very good. I'm just not a fan of hotels with exterior room doors. We couldn't park where we could see the car and the parking lot is very dark. We removed anything of value just in case. I would rather pay more for a place with interior corridors and a well lit parking lot. But that's just me I guess.
one of the cleanest hotels i've ever seen. so friendly, convenient, ...just perfect. headed out to JD distillery in the morning. had a nice bite to eat and coffee to go. conveniently located. hotel looks brand new. staff was exceptional.
This motel is in Fayetteville and pretty close to Jack Daniels and George Dickell Distillery. I don't think I've ever slept on a more comfortable bed in any Motel. This place is clean, comfortable and a little expensive for the area but I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
Stayed recently at this spot while passing through to visit JD and Lynchburg. Great Southern hospitality from all staff that we dealt with, nice quiet location right off the highway. Room was no frills, impeccably clean, AC/heat worked great and wasn't noisy, adequate supply of newer towels, nice complimentary lotions/soaps in the washroom. They even had a selection of pillows to choose from, and the bed was more comfortable than most non-premium hotels. To finish off our stay, they had a great hot breakfast, one of the best I've had in any hotel. Great place to spend the night.
This was very easy to find a good location for us, the clerk was very helpful and kind to us the only problem I had was at the weather stripping on the door was loose but there was a note on the door saying some things are trying to get repaired so I understood. breakfast was delicious the caretaker of the kitchen was present and made sure everything was warm. The only thing again my coffee was cold.
I stayed at the Best Western in Fayetteville, TN, and the staff from the very beginning was awesome! Very helpful. I came into town for business, and also look for the best place to stay. I looked up the reviews for the Best Western and they did not disappoint. It was close to the place I was working at and away from traffic as well. Breakfast was awesome! Better than most places I have stayed at. Rooms were nice as well. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in town.
Overall very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. I feel the time of year the price should have been cheaper. The check in was very smooth and fast. Location was okay. Need more coffee in the room.
Stayed at the Best Western hotel in Fayetteville, TN, which is only a short drive from the Jack Daniels Distillery. While researching hotels in the area, this one stood out as both good value and consistently well reviewed. I would like to add my two thumbs up for this hotel too. It was very well maintained and clean, my room was large and comfortable. The bed was excellent. Breakfast was very good, with the food laid out in a spotless dining area. Staff were very pleasant too. Overall, great value and a very pleasant stay.
Roaches are not always the hotel's fault because other guests bring in various bugs, but only offering apologizes when the rate was as high as it was, lacked in professionalism. The breakfast and its presentation was outstanding and delicious though! The breakfast area, breakfast prep area, and front desk area appeared all very clean.
We decided to stay here the night before our spartan race in Pulaski since this was a shorter drive than from Nashville. The room was very nice, area was quiet, and we were able to park right outside our room. The staff at check in and check out were both very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we did another race!
Great hotel just off the highway. Manda checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable. Even though we were only here for one night I wouldn't hesitate to stay another time.
Hotel was great! Very clean, comfortable room. Extremely quiet and our room was by the pool. Breakfast was really good. The people at front desk were friendly and helpful. This was not our first time at this hotel and have been very pleased at every visit, Thank you Best Western.
There's not many choices for hotels in this town but the Best Western served us well for a 2 night stay. The room was clean, everything worked and the area was safe. Breakfast was actually pretty good too considering it was free with the room.
The hotel was good but the swimming pool was nasty. I had goggles on and I could see the bottom and sides of pool. It looked like scum on the sides of pool and the bottom. I told the hotel clerk at front desk to tell manager. I was ask my room number but never heard anything the last 2 days I was at the hotel.
This hotel was really nice and we always stay in best western hotels. Always clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. It was easy to find as we have never been there. Would stay again.
Check in was a breeze. We go into town around 1130 and was allowed to check in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Called front desk for an issue and within 5 mins someone was in our room to address the issue. we also asked for a late check out which was granted at no additional charge until Noon. The staff was amazing.
I have been travelling around southern USA states and this is my favourite hotel so far. Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable with lovely staff and a sweet swimming pool. I feel very relaxed here. And the complimentary breakfast is great.
Saw a rate online if I can I will call the hotel direct so they don't have to pay a fee if they match price. They gave me a special rate then when we arrived the grumpy lady tried to change it and rationalize it. The lady even tried to say sweetie the lady that quoted you the wrong rate is new. I ask her how she knew the online rate then and informed her I was much older that her and I considered it inappropriate. She dropped my rate and they gave me a late checkout. The lady the next morning was much nicer and I was happy. Ty
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's in a nice location in Fayetteville. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The only complaint I have is the size of the bathroom (the toilet/shower area). You can barely turn around in there! But the rooms were clean, and it was a quiet place to stay with good customer service so we have already gone back to stay with them again!
My sister and I rented two rooms for several days and the service was wonderful. Very friendly and informative about the area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. What more could you ask for? How about a great breakfast. The kids really enjoyed the waffles and bagels.
Traveling and staying in hotels 30-50 nights a year I've seen a lot of hotels. This was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was much better than the average hotel continental breakfast.
Love the ladies at the desk and that cleaned our room, but Samantha in the dining room was the best. She smiled and chatted with us. We told her we were there for a funeral and it was very difficult for us She remembered us every morning and ask how we were and if there was anything she could do to help us out. Such a nice lady with such a welcoming smile. Can't wait for our next visit which is for pleasure.
We stayed one night at the motel for a softball tournament. Katie is so sweet and helpful when we checked in. The breakfast area was clean and food was hot. We will stay here again if we're in the area.
Stayed at this hotel with ease of going to Jack Daniels Distillery tour. First appearances were great and the rest of the stay wonderful as well. Great check in- knowledgeable , clean and tasteful decorated rooms. Beautiful set up breakfast & food. Shopping and restaurants easy access.
The only real issue we had was the bed was uncomfortable. The people that work here are wonderful. It's also clean to. They just need to change out there mattress for either new or a higher quality one.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice! It has a nice outdoor pool area and a nice lobby. If we go back we would stay here again. Jack Daniels is a short drive away
Great Hotel and staff just about says it all. I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and enjoyed both times. Location was great for my trip. The Hotel has been recently renevatated and the room size was large. It is convenient to the restruants but out of the way so it is quiet. Would recommend for anyone traveling.
I chose this BW because of its location between Lynchburg (with the Jack Daniels Distillery) and Huntsville as we wanted to visit both cities. We were very happy with our stay. Bathroom with shower was a bit small but sink was separately. We could hear our neighbor quite well when he moved in at night (talking and TV), but it was ok and did not last long. The room was very clean and quite big with its kingsize bed. The pool also looked nice but we could not use it due to the weather. Would come again if I am in this area.
A clean comfortable room, decent T.V., excellent front desk service from Katie, who went out of her way to help me on multiple fronts. A quiet night in Fayetteville which was much appreciated with a sweet herd of deer out back at check-in. I would return again.
I stayed here while visiting family. Although it does seem a bit cramped with 3-4 people eating and sleeping in a single room with 2 beds. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and they put out a great breakfast spread. Come on, waffles! Everyone loves waffles. (They had many other things: coffee, fresh fruit, bread/bagels for toasting, eggs, biscuits and gravy and a meat). I wasn't expecting much, but I was happily surprised.
This is a great starting point for a tour on the TN whiskey trail. About 1/2 hour to Jack Daniels distilery. Nicely maintained & very clean rooms. Ask for extra towels. Friendly staff. wonderful breakfast.
So happy with our stay! Couldn't have picked a better place! You won't be disappointed!the room was clean, plenty of amenities including wifi, washer and dryer! Great tasty breakfast! So complaints! Will definitely be staying again
This is a budget hotel so don't expect the Ritz Carlton. I hear that it was recently renovated and it looked comfortable. Rooms were clean. Elevators were down so everyone had to use the stairs. That made me feel a little uncomfortable as there were some sketchy characters sharing the hotel. I advise not showing up at the 11th hour for breakfast! I showed up 25 minutes to closing and all the food was gone and coffee carafes were empty. I asked for a few basic continental breakfast foods and the woman running the area was very put off by accommodating me. She made me feel that I was a pest and unwelcome. Overall, staying positive it could've been worse.
The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits were hard and burnt. The WIFI signal kept dropping me while doing school work making it very hard to complete assignment. There was a bug in the bathroom as well.
We have been on our honeymoon for 20 days. We are staying at Choice Hotels and Best Western. This hotel was the best for friendly staff and food. The walls are a little thin and the room are all outside entry. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel had a very musty smell on arrival, as it was very late getting into the city and we were tired, we didn't want to shop around and chose the best western, so we decided to put up with the old smell. It was later on that finding a used tampon behind the toilet put the icing on the cake and we will no longer use the best western chain
Room was more than I expected. Like a suite. Bathroom facilities provided for a handicap individual's use of toilet and 6 safety bars on shower with two shower heads. Breakfast great except for powdered eggs.
We were in the area and need to spend the night before going home. We always try to find a Best Western for the points and came across this one. What a great value and nice hotel. We give this hotel stay a 10 out of 10. We enjoyed a great breakfast with loads of variety, some very comfy beds, and a very welcoming staff. We will seek out this particular hotel if we are ever in the area again in the future.
We made reservations at this hotel because is was pet friendly. We planned on staying 3 nights and visiting the area distilleries, I called before arriving to let them know I was travelling with a pet and would need a pet friendly room. When I checked in I was told I could not leave my pet in a kennel in the room alone. I don't have a problem with that being their policy but I checked on their web site and it says nothing about this. When I called before arriving they said nothing about this. I called 3 other hotels in the area and they all said we could leave our pet in a kennel in the room unattended. The employee was very nice and I understand any business protecting their property. I just think they need to publish their pet policy so that travelers are aware before they drive for hours. They did agree to let me check out early and refunded my money.
I always stay here when I travel to Fayetteville to visit with old friends or attend an annual class reunion. It's a nice...very nice clean motel! I'm always on a motorcycle so i love being able to park my bike in front of my room. It's motorcycle friendly too! Can't say enough about the staff! They are very good and helpful! Yes....I will be staying there again when I return to my old high school hometown!
Kellyrae was wonderful at Check in. She went out of her way to get us info on places we were to visit the next day. The room was clean and The breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our two nights at this establishment and will visit again if and when we come back.
Noisy, terrible breakfast and wait staff. Room appeared out dated. Need to work on their appearance, spoiled food at breakfast, undercooked. Wait staff was advised of spoiled milk and never changed it out. Orange juice came out clear colored. No apology was ever offered, just a stare and walked away. Front desk was great. TV didn't work and front desk had to come and fix it. Didn't sleep at all the first nighty because of noisy neighbors, front desk didn't answer the phone to rectify situation. Outdated.
Staff was excellent! Hotel was full due to Florida evacuees and the staff handled everything quite well. The food at breakfast was delicious, but it was difficult for staff to keep up with the demand.
I have stayed and a lot of hotels This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at I still can't believe it is a best Western Someone showed this building a lot of love Everything is done as nice as it can be done Everything is updated I was waiting outside and noticed when they did their laundry And as I was snooping around I noticed evening they're working area is super clean which reflects a lot on this establishment/management This should be the standard in all hotels I am blessed to have stumbled upon on it The breakfast was even exceptional There was something for everyone. The bed was super soft And all the linens are white which I like Can you can even smell the laundry detergent still in the blankets which I like that as well Everything was as clean as it could be Would definitely stay here again
Was in town for family reunion. Made reservation ahead of time. Our stay was great. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Hotel very quiet even though was full. Pool was beautiful. The staff checking in and out were very friendly , helpful and informative. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Will be staying here again. It is a beautiful hotel!!!
Small country town, sort of if middle of nowhere feel to it, but the hotel was very nice. Had an old school feel to it, but was very updated, clean, and quite a bit of space in the hotel room. the night front desk lady was very nice, even provided a list of restaurants near the hotel. it was very helpful because as i said until you found town it felt like it was out by its self.
Smoke filled room. Told front desk how it smelled like someone had been smoking in room. She shrugged her shoulders. Breakfast was wonderful Pool broke when we got there but quickly fixed. Could be updated
I booked this place for a one night stopover based on the good reviews. I was not disappointed. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, including much more expensive places. The front desk woman was great helping with dinner suggestions & directions
The staff is very eager to help make your stay a pleasure. Nice clean rooms. Full hot breakfast not just a continental breakfast. If you are Staying in the area I would recommend staying here. Great value for the money. It is always a pleasure to stay here.
This Best Western was very nice. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. The staff were great and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. I feel it was a good value for my dollar and would stay there again.
We were a group of ten bike on our way to/from Texas to Deals Gap. Stayed twice, a week a part. We found the Orel very clean and comfortable. The staff was great! We enjoyed the pool an the inside breakfast area to have a pizza dinner ordered from Pizza Hut!
Clean room, great breakfast, great price and friendly staff Noreen. Closest hotel to Lynchburg, TN Nice Pool, quite rooms, turkey in back field was a quite Neighbor lol. Gas stations near by as well as Medical Center was next door
Great Best Western hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in this area. This is one of the better Best Western hotels, older style but remolded very nicely. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area
We really enjoyed our stay....the hillside location outside of town made for a peaceful, quiet setting. The room was well equipped and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was large and well stocked......and real scrambled eggs! Would definitely stay here again....
Very convenient and reasonable price as quoted on TripAdviser. TripAdvisor showed no rooms available but we stopped anyway and got a room and on the ground floor. The desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Had restaurant suggestions with directions for us. They also allow dogs which we didn't have with us this trip but good to know.
Outside, this motel is modern, well-kept. The rooms are a completely different story. Crowded, outdated, dark, with no good private dressing area besides the tiny floor space in the room where the toilet and tub are. No hook to hang your clothes on. Roll away bed smelled like cigarette smoke and the one they exchanged it for was still stale smelling. Very thin mattress with springs that you could feel. very badly needs updating and more room! They charged extra for 2 grandchildren because they are over 12. They charged extra for the pitiful roll away bed. Other motels offered one complimentary and didn't charge extra for children.
The Service was excellent. The room was very nice and very comfortable. The Breakfast was great. The whole experience was just what a DOCTOR would had ordered for me. The price was right and more reasonable.
The best western in Fayetteville TN is a good choice for a nights stay, when in the Lynchburg TN area, motel looks like that everything has been updated in the rooms, and was quite at night. the staff was all very nice, and the breakfast was ok.
My husband and i stayed at the fayetteville best western. I am very picky and always check things over. Everything was excellent from staff to room. Bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay again!
Very nice, clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean lobby. Room was spacious even with king bed and comfy chair. A biggy for me; the bathtub drained! How often do we stay at hotels where the drain drains slow. Breakfast area was quite large and clean and offered a decent variety of breakfast items. Will be staying here in the future.
This motel is FABULOUS! The people, especially Katie, are TOTALLY customer oriented and seam to go well out of their way to make the guest feel more than welcome! I can't say enough about the cleanliness! The breakfast is beyond comparison! This motel might be one of the best that I have EVER enjoyed! You MUST stay here! It is worth the drive, a few miles out of your way, WELL WORTH IT!
Every time that I stay they are always nice helpful an try to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are always clean . If we have any problem they take care of it. They go out of there way to take care of everything.
We stayed here for one night travelling between Memphis and Chattanooga. We picked this location as being near to the Jack Daniels distillery which we were visiting the next day. Check in was good with friendly and helpful staff who also gave us a list of nearby restaurants which was useful. Recommended Marvin's which turned out to be a good choice. Room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. The only downside is that despite being a modern hotel the open corridors are not good when there is heavy rain.
Had a great night at this BW. Very nice hotel and great service. Breakfast was awesome hot breakfast with eggs gravy biscuits waffles fruit a good buffet style breakfast. People there were very helpful and polite.
Gita and her husband run an over the top hotel. ive stayed here several times and by far it is the best ever. I have never been let down. the staff is execellent and the rooms are immaculate. the grounds are superb. excellent quality friendly, im elated when my company sends me to Fayetteville to work and I always request this hotel. hope to see you all soon again. best regards, manny ruiz
I have to Stay in the FAYETTEVILLE area about once every 3 or 4 months. The Best Western is by far the cleanest and best deal of any of the other local hotels in the immediate Fayetteville area. The breakfast area is very clean, comfortable and roomy with a fairly good variety
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Shower was good. No comforter on bed although you get the impression that there should be Was told they don't have comforters. Bed had a sheet, a blanket and another sheet. It was necessary to ask for an extra blanket. Breakfast was satisfactory
Lots of times were good. As time went on, prices increased as they knew I was coming weekly. Rooms got smaller. Customer service worse. Tv service horrible. No acknowledgement of my requests or needs.
When I mentioned that I would be leaving before the morning grab/go breakfast time, KR offered to pack me a sack breakfast. She wanted to make sure my 12hour work day got off to a promising start. Little things like that create return guests. Every time I am in Fayetteville on business, I choose BW
This hotel is fairly good to stay. The breakfast was ok with good coffee. The batteries in the remote were dead. Got new batteries but then the cable box was unplugged. So I plugged it only to find tat the TV wasn't getting the signal from the cable box. I was tired and so I just turned everything off. Told the front desk at checkout time. Hopefully they will fix it and keep eye on other rooms possibly with similar problems.
Its a good hotel if you like sleeping on stained sheets. The same dirty / stained sheets that were on the bed when I arrived were still there when I left. The breakfast was ok but the eggs seemed to be of the powdered type.
We stayed here for 2 nights recently. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice. Spacious and clean, a good value for our money. Looked like it had been renovated relatively recently. The continental breakfast was decent, good selection of hot foods as well as cold. We will stay here again if we're ever in the area.
I travel to Fayetteville a couple of times a year for work and this is my go to place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and the friendliest staff anywhere, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are all smiles.
This hotel has everything and does it well at a reasonable price. Well located near the town, with easy highway access. No restaurants in immediate area but not far away. Hard to find anything to downgrade; breakfast area bright, nice sized and well maintained.
We stayed here while passing through. The room was clean and everything was in working order. It was quiet and I felt safe here. There's a huge area to walk dogs and the grounds are well kept. Please clean up after your pets. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.
We stayed here after we found out the Hampton Inn was booked up. I booked this room on Hotels.com, which I found out for an older hotel it was not much cheaper. I was disappointed when we checked in they charged me additional money $ due to I had a second person with me even though I purchased a room with double beds. So I had to pay the additional fee. It wasn't much but I thought it was one of those things that shouldn't have been charged. I thought it was a little tacky, but maybe I didn't read the fine print. This is just one of those fees that they will get from me once, but when deciding for future stays it will cross my mind when deciding to book again. I also don't like the fact the rooms open to the outside, but most older hotels do. The rooms seemed clean, no complaints there. I always feel this is one of the most important things. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this place, but it would be my second pick compared to the Hampton Inn. By the time I paid the extra fee at check in, it was about the price as the Hampton Inn which is newer hotel Happy Travels
Stayed here before , for the rate with a pet and cleanliness was the best bet , and close to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Local buffet , Marvins on Monday night is 2 for 1 and well worth it as the food is really good
Me and my girlfriend were very surprised at how excellent the service and rooms and everything was at this hotel. After visiting the Jack Daniels distillery, we wanted somewhere to sleep before making the long trip home the next day. So for $85 for the night ($100 with tax). We got a VERY, VERY good breakfast with a decent variety of food. Also, since our fridge was not on when we arrived at our room and we had frozen stuff that was required to be put in the freezer immediately, they allowed us to use other space there to meet our needs. Highly Recommend for this area!
Every thing was excellent at Best Western noreen was very heipful at checkout as well as helping me with the lobby computer everything was excellent at Best Western in Fayetteville Tn Noreen really helped us with a personal problem when we has to check out. When I had to use the computer in the lobby Noreen and Tammy were also very helpful.
I normally stay at this hotel a couple of nights a year on business. The hotel staff is great, breakfast is always very good and is served at 5:30 am for those who have to leave early for business. I have never had a problem staying here.
I was in town for several days and needed a sleeping room and another small room for business meetings. They had what they called a parlor room that they gave me that was an adjoining room to my regular room. The parlor room had a small sofa and an arm chair. It had no bed sitting in the room. It worked well for my meetings. The hotel was nice and well maintained, the staff did a great job and was very accomodating for anything that I needed. The breakfast was good and was set up on time each morning. Everything was great here, we enjoyed the visit and will stay here again whenever I'm in this area.
had a wonderful experience at this motel. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. we were on a motorcycle trip and they let us park at front of hotel since bike would be out of site of our room. the room was clean. actually it was spotless. I didn't feel the need to Lysol everything like I usually do. the breakfast was very nice. Much more than just cereal and coffee. A full breakfast was available.
galley was very organized and clean, along with the staff. great stay! food hot at all times, open and ready at 5:30am as the sign says. hotel staff very professional and friendly. very picky about my hotel stays, and this was a good choice pick !
We stayed over a long week as our son was getting married on the weekend and we had much running around to do. We were pleasantly taken care of by all employees who were all helpful and went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. The housekeeping ladies were wonderful and complied with our wishes for the room.
This is a modern Best Western with up to date comfortable rooms. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. The check in and check out experience was good. The breakfast was good with a good selection to chose from. A recommended hotel in Fayetteville.
This is one of the nicest older properties I have visited. The landscape is very nice and the hotel is well kept and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The biscuits and gravy actually tasted like biscuits and gravy and was very good. I recommend this hotel 100%.
Me, my wife and 2 kids stayed at one 2 Queens non smoking ang the room was very clean, smell was very pleasant, the stay was very good, beds were very confortable and clean would recommend anyone in the area to stay here very sweet crew.
All of the staff were very friendly and outgoing. Was very tiered when we checked in but with the friendly staff it made it a little bit easier. And check out was so easy, they slipped our statement under the door before we were even awake.
We stayed here while visiting the local distilleries. Very impressed with how clean and nice the hotel looked. Front desk clerk was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions. This hotel has really been maintained well. The courtyard and pool were nice and inviting. No issues with nicely decorated room. Bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was everything you could possibly want. Breakfast host kept it well stocked and clean. We highly recommend and will return
I stay here regularly and I have stayed at the other two hotels in town but I recommend this one by far. Location is very pleasant and not crowded by other businesses. Newly updated décor is very nice and pleasant. Country area at back of hotel to view the deer as they appear at dusk. My only suggestion would be to install an elevator on the property as we have several in our group that have a hard time climbing stairs. We would stay downstairs but we prefer the quiet atmosphere afforded by having an upstairs room.
This is a very nice motel. The staff was real friendly. The room was clean , nice and bed was great. The breadfast was good. Hot items or sweets, fruit, and cereal. Hot juices, coffee or tea. Kept well stocked.
This hotel has one of the best staff experiences we have ever had. We stayed there in 2013 and this past week. Very top quality staff. The only slight negative is the location has nothing in walking distance - have to drive for anything you need.
Very friendly staff and nice clean grounds and room. The pool seemed small but was clean even tho we didn't use it. The breakfast was very nice, hot or continential. Very quiet and a nice place to stay.
Very clean friendly thought the place was brand new Sonny very helpful at breakfast such a kind caring staff never seen that before anywhere pool was awesome breakfast the best will always stay here from now on close to everything had a great room very clean hot water and lots of water pressure laundry room just a overall wonderful place to stay
My family stayed here for one night. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that there wasn't an elevator! This would not keep us from staying again; it was a great place! My kids loved the pool!
Pet Friendly. Easy to locate. Very easy check-in and very helpful. Provided listing of local restaurants with directions from the hotel and telephone numbers of the restaurants. Nice laundry facilities. Good/comfortable beds, and a great shower. Would definitely stay here again.
I have been staying at the Best Western regularly since the beginning of April, 2016. I have stayed there approximately 10 times. The employees and service has been outstanding. The breakfast is always great. The foods they offer and the drinks they offer are always fresh. The breakfast room is always clean. When I arrive, they always greet me with a smile and are very courteous.
I stayed here for 1 night on business. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. They offer either smoking or non-smoking rooms. I asked about breakfast when I checked in partly because I had to be at the reset so early.and was told that even though their breakfast didn't start until after I left they would be happy to put out some fruit or muffins for me so that I wouldn't have to miss breakfast. They gave me a list of the local restaurants with their times and directions on how to get there. I diffidently will stay here again next year.
While enroute to the Jack Daniels Distillery we found this very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the hot breakfast adequate and the breakfast room kept very clean and neat. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The Wifi was quick.
Great Location, Clean room, Great Value. The breakfast bar was perfect for us normal people who don't need fancy food. The gentleman who prepared and managed the area was Excellent and committed to doing a good job.
This hotel is 13 miles from JD distillery. Hotel is very clean and updated, owner has taken pride in his hotel ! Staff very friendly and this is a biker friendly hotel if you own a motorcycle. I would stay here again when in the area.
Stayed here for two nights on our way to Memphis from Atlanta. Location was chosen so we could visit Jack Daniels and just crash out for a few hours around the pool. The hotel is fine and very clean.Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly. Only problem was that the young lady who checked us in, although very pleasant had no clue about the area. There were no maps available in reception and when we asked what there was to do in the vicinity told us "Nothing much". She didn't know any details of the local restaurants. She also told us we couldn't use the pool as it didn't open until June. We persuaded her to unlock the gate so we could sit outside but she reminded us that we must not get in the pool. It was only on the following day after our visit to Jack Daniels and surrounding area, that we drove into the centre of Fayetteville to discover what a delightful town it was with all the antique shops and some good restaurants. Unfortunately the shops were closing but a couple of the owners very kindly reopened so we could look round.
Stayed here during Memorial Day weekend to visit with family. Have done it every year for the last 4 and always very pleased with the hotel and accommodations. I would not have a problem recommending this hotel to anyone I know.
We stayed here for a visit to the Jack Daniels Distillery, which is about a 20 min drive from the Hotel. It is a great hotel to stay at, the breakfast is varied and of a good quality. The rooms are clean and well maintained and all the staff are friendly and willing to help out. I would stay here again if i am in the area.
Nice place to stay, very quiet location so long as the room above isn't occupied by noisy guests. Stayed here while purchasing a new home in the area and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast could be a little better as in more variety, but was properly prepared.
Me and my husband stayed here for two nights (may 12th-14th). The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The desk clerk was very nice and super informative on places to eat around there. We stayed here on our visit to the JD Distillery, which was about a 20 min drive to get there. We had the complimentary breakfast which was good and the guy in charge was very hospitable. Very welcoming. Definitely a good place to stay and if we come back, that's where we will be staying.
We like the Best Western hotels because they are consistently clean and well maintained. The Fayetteville Inn was no exception, with a great staff, decent free breakfast, and a great location that suited our travel plans.
This hotel was more than I expected. The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because we went into town to eat, but they offer a good hot breakfast as well as your typical continental spread. It's also in a great location...right on the highway (but quiet) and a short drive from Jack Daniel's.
The Best Western here is an excellent example of this chain that I find myself staying in often. The breakfast room was large and the staff kept the hot food refreshed. The internet worked well and the motel is close to the other restaurants in town. I was there on business and the places served me well.
I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The staff was very accommodating. The room was cleaned. The internet was easy to use. The breakfast had hot foods and plenty of options. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.
This is a very beautiful property. Everything from the rooms to the Landscaping was immaculate. Very conveniently located to restaurants shopping and convenience stores. Their morning complimentary breakfast was far superior than most hotels offer.
Stayed at the Best Western while in Fayetteville, Tn for a softball tournament. The moment we arrived and checked in the staff was wonderful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. For the cost of the room, I would recommend this hotel for all the little extras they have available for their guest. Great Job, Best Western, I will definitely return and share with my friends.
We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! It has I think recently been renovated. We were met in the very nice lobby by an exceptionally gracious, friendly and hospitable desk clerk. Our King room was very clean and quiet with all the necessary amenities and even a few nice little extras we were not expecting for a hotel of this modest price. We were especially blown away by the breakfast the next morning. They offered an exceptionally large choice of foods, both hot and cold, including two kinds of eggs, honey maple sausage, two kinds of waffles, multiple options for toast, muffins and pastries, yogurt, fruit, and I could go on - all kept stocked and ready by a very sweet and friendly young woman (I think her name was Katie) that regularly reminded us to tell her if we needed anything else. Well done, Best Western! Since we have family in the area, we will definitely be back and will definitely stay with you again!
Stayed here for a few nights while visiting the local distilleries. About 20 minutes from Lynchburg. Room definitely showed some age but it was clean. Friendly staff and a great quick breakfast. Noise from the parking lot can be an issue at 2 in the morning.
Rooms were clean, neat and perfect for our stay. Staff was kind, courteous and informative. The room amenities were as expected with a nice TV and plenty of channels available. FREE Breakfast was EXCELLENT and had something for everyone!!
Wonderful Hotel for less than $100 A NIGHT. "Usually in a one horse town" like Fayetteville, the local hotels price gouge. This hotel was a great value. The room was clean, the staff very pleasant. Couldn't stick around for the breakfast.
We stayed here for one night stopover between Memphis and Nashville. Given the price we didn't have high expectations however this place is fantastic. It was absolutely spotless and extremely comfy. There is a breakfast spread included also and access to off site gym / leisure facilities. Fantastic value for money!
BW Fayetteville is an old style motel property that has been lovingly updated and modernized. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Attention to details makes this property enjoyable in all aspects. A great breakfast is included as well.
Didn't realize this was a motel, and probably wouldn't have booked it if I had known, but still happy about our decision. Room was almost as nice as the other hotel rooms we've been in during our trip. Honestly the only things I didn't like were: they had an old blue blanket sandwiched between sheets instead of a comforter and they didn't provide conditioner, just a shampoo/conditioner blend. Pros were a clean room, updated bedding and bathroom, nice tv, good cable, microwave, fridge, good selection at breakfast. For an $85/night price tag, not bad. Stopped here on the way to Jack Daniel's distillery, well worth the trip.
I have been staying here 14 years as my company has a facility a few miles away. Good, hot breakfast. Comfy beds and a good wifi signal. Friendly staff treats you like family. Tammy, Kelly Rae, Katie & Shauna are as good as it gets. I use a corporate credit card but I would gladly spend my own money if I were here on personal time.
great value for a nice place to stay...staff very courteous....breakfast nice selection of warm and cold items....would definitely consider staying here.....Internet can we slow when bad weather but most of the time not bad recetion
Great Vibes, Wonderful People, Helpful, and Very Thankful. The Best Western is great for people who want quick, and appreciable service. The lady that works around the a.m. was great and very nice I would recommend the best Western every time. Thanks.
We had a great stay at the Best Western Fayetteville Tennessee. The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We brought our pets with us and accommodations were made to give us a quiet room close to grassy areas. The staff was VERY pleasant and the night clerk, Shauna, even baked cookies upon our arrival! Would definitely recommend.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel while visiting the Jack Daniels Distillery. Great, small town with very friendly people. Staff was very friendly and helpful when recommending places to eat. Love the small town friendliness. Room was clean and comfy. A perfect place for an overnight stay or two. Complimentary Breakfast was awesome as well.
We've had bad experiences at Best Westerns in the past, but decided to give this one a try since the reviews were so good. Wow, turns out a Best Western can be good! Clean, comfortable and quiet. We usually do not stay in hotels with outside room access, but I'm glad we made an exception. Staff was great, facilities very convenient and location just perfect. I'm impressed!
We really enjoyed our entire experience at this recently remodeled, clean, comfortable and pet friendly hotel. Katie at reception was so enthusiastic, courteous and welcoming after our long day driving in the car with our two little dogs. Our next morning departure was enhanced by Livi's great Southern biscuits, sausage and gravy....such a nice way to start a new day! Thank you Fayetteville Inn??????????
This past weekend our Model t club hosted a 3 day tour and we all stayed (20+) at the Best Western in Fayetteville, TN. There was never a hiccup with the staff from the time we started planning the trip 6 months ago until the stay was over. The staff did what they said they would do and there ever was a grumble from them. The meeting rooms were made available to us which made it easy for us to set up welcome tables and have club meetings/get togethers. Since we all pulled trailers, the large parking area server our group well.
I travel and finish restaraunts for a living. I am 59, and very responsible. I smoke cigars on occasion, while always staying in non smoking rooms, outside on the balcony. We had worked until 10:00 PM, only to get bumped from our room, because the housekeeper "said" she found ashes on the carpet, and the room stunk ! We never smoked in the room, but I would set a cigar down, to go outside and relight it. Upon packing up after a long day, my assistant, also staying in the room said he couldn't find his phone charger, and that the four packs of cigarettes that he had in a pouch on his suitcase were missing ....... got the runaround from the manager.....lock your suitcases, sad but is the truth.
visited Lynchburg for the jack Daniels BBQ festival, hotel was in good proximity along with the amenities we were looking for. spacious rooms, not very crowded, plenty of room to sit outdoors, close to shopping, resturaunts, etc
The only reason I did not stay at the Best Western on one trip was we had no reservation at the Best Western in Valdosta, Ga on a Friday night and there were no rooms left by the time we arrived. However the staff was very helpful and told us the name of a hotel that did have a room available for the night. I always try to spend a night at a Best Western Hotel and the one in Fayetteville Tn is excellent even though it is not a plus.
We enjoyed our stay at Best Western in Fayetteville. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the room was quiet. If we travel that direction again we will definitely stay here again. ............................
the hotel was total up to date the room were good size the room was very clean very fresh the beds were very comfortable they gave you plenty of pillow the bathroom was a comfortable size the towels were nice and thick. the air conditioner worked great
Nice place to stay, manager gave us a good recommendation for a late dinner, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, easy check out. Chose this motel based on other reviews and we were not disappointed.
This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. We chose it because it had good reviews and let us have a pet. I actually enjoyed the "motel" thing because it was nice to park outside our room and walk right in versus having to go down a hallway and through the lobby and use an elevator. The beds in our room were extremely hard, though. The breakfast was great and the staff very accommodating.
Nice, clean, super friendly staff, and a great overall place to stay. Was looking for a Best Western hotel in a small town on our trip and found this one at a reasonable price. I think the person wiping down tables in complimentary breakfast room was owner. Everyone seemed to be doing their job will making this a nice place to stay.
Very clean. Updated nicely. Bed was comfy. Good price. Breakfast was standard, cheap bagels, premixed eggs from a box, nothing great. Coffee was terrible. Looked like colored water. Benches outside would be nice. Staff was very friendly.
The Best Western is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to enjoy working together. The breakfast had many options including hot food, fruit, cereal, juice etc. The room was large, clean, comfortable king bed . The bathroom was very clean and nice shower power! We will be back when our travels take us to Fayetteville.
Selected this motel and were glad we did, as the receptionist Shauna was very helpful. An hour after we were in the room the receptionist rang to make sure everything was to our liking, this does not happen very often at motels, so we were impressed. The breakfast was good with a lovely selection. The next morning we found the laundry, which was very clean, not like some motels we have stayed at. Would recommend this motel, even though it was a little more expensive than we normally pay but that was due to state, county & city taxes added to the room charge.
It is hard to believe that so many issues can occur during one stay. I am a seasoned traveler who stays in many hotels across the USA as I travel extensively for business, and this is one of the poorest experiences I have ever had as a traveler. Kelly Rae, the front desk clerk, and I use that term loosely as she is not well informed about hotel policies. She informed me that the hotel had a new policy that they could enter my room even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door because I complained about cleanliness. I immediately reported this and the manager eventually apologized. She did not seem to believe me and stated she would view the camera to see if the employee actually stated that to me. WOW! I had also complained about the quality of the mattress. I could feel the springs and after staying here on business for close to 2 months the lack of support caused major back pain. Gita, the manager informed me that this was a lower priced room. How absurd is this response? It does not matter if the room was 50.00 a night no guest should sleep on an uncomfortable mattress where they can feel the springs! Then she stated that the room had not been remodeled since they purchased the property. Have they not heard of bed boards?Yesterday, after I have been here almost 2 months I was offered a king size bed. It is a little too late for that, although in this case there was an attempt at doing the right thing. Then I found out from the Front Desk clerk tonight that she could not enter my rewards number so I can get points because my rate is 64.99 and the qualifying rate is 65.00 and above! I am only here a couple more days but can it get any worse?
My favorite place to stay for short and long personal needs. Room are cleaner than in many hotels I have stayed and the staff are very helpful. I will stay again. The big bath tubs could use hand holds on the walls for safety of getting in and out of the tub. Also, the lighting could be improved.
