As I was booking a hotel reservation, I noticed my rewards balance was almost at zero. I knew this was incorrect because I had been saving the rewards to use for an upcoming vacation. I discovered that a reservation had been made hours prior using my log-in information and without my permission for a hotel 1,961 miles away in El Paso, Texas. I contacted the hotel about the fraudulent reservation who said I needed to call the corporate number she provided. Corporate then said that I needed to go through the hotel. After speaking with the hotel again, I called the El Paso non-emergency police number. I was informed that I would have to make a police report with my local police department. At 9:22 pm ET, I trekked to my local police department to file a police report and explained that the person committing fraud is due to check out tomorrow. I called the El Paso non-emergency police number again for an update and they reached out to the officer who went to the hotel. I am awaiting a return phone call for the latest information. I have the name of the person who made the reservation (as they did not change the email address for the receipt). I do not know anyone with that name and have never authorized anyone to use my account. I look forward to resolving this.
I stayed here for three nights, with a room on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't interact with the staff much, but they were all polite and pleasant. I did hear some noise from other guests through the walls/ceiling but it wasn't bad at all. Room AC/heater, mini-fridge, TV were all fine. The included breakfast was basic but good. It's a short walk from ELP, but since it's a small airport, there isn't a lot of noise. One thing which surprised me by the local area, not the hotel specifically, was the inability to use food delivery services. No DoorDash, no Uber Eats? I don't know what was going on with that, but you probably need a car if you don't want to eat at the restaurant at the adjacent Wyndham.
Fast and friendly check in and check out, rooms are small, but very clean and very comfortable with everything that you might need! TVs do need an upgrade. The location is great for traveling being so close to the airport and the free breakfast is a plus
Even though it is at the airport we could barely hear the planes. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The coffee downstairs was not drinkable because it was so watery.
I have came to the Best Western hotel several times experience no problem. Staff is very friendly and so nice. They go above and beyond. Lounge has a soda dispenser for free, which I love the most about this hotel. 10/10
Pros: within walking distance of the airport; good breakfast; easy check-in. Con: paper thin walls - had a LOUD group arrive in the adjacent room not 20 minutes after I laid down for bed. Even with the fan running continuously on the A/C unit and inserting ear plugs, I could still hear them. Thankfully they didn't stay up too late and I was able to get some sleep.
This Best Western is right next door to the El Paso, TX airport. You could walk if you want to, or they do have a shuttle service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. They have a nice breakfast buffet. There is also a “meditation” room with massage chairs for free. I had just one problem: the hotel is right next to a busy highway, and I could hear traffic noise outside our window at all hours. It made it hard to get to sleep. Maybe the other side of the hallway would have been better.
Discovered on arrival that our reservation had an error and Brenda calmly said she would try to help. She auickly worked through a way to fix the problem and checked us in. This was in the middle of a a busy time and she did multiple tasks all with good humor and a caring attitude. We were so thankful. That evening i was going for a walk and the zipper on my jacket broke as i was going out the door. Brenda asked what the problem was, It was slow time in the evening. She told me how to fix, then when i could not do it she did. This also entailed a quick sewing fix all done in a few minutes with a smile. The hotel was completely full and she must be one of the reasons for that. The morning desk person was also wonderful as was the breakfast attendant and shuttle driver. This hotel is clean and the meditation massage chairs are awesome. Tasteful art adorns the walls with a real connection to the borderland. Great hotel and within a short walking distance of the ariport doors. Great place to stay before an early flight or after a late arrival.
It was my very first time staying at the Best Western El Paso airport hotel. The staff was very polite they would help her with us by any places to eat and go visit but my stay at the Best Western was very nice my room was clean the shower and bathroom was clean it smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff was also very nice
This hotel is a perfect place if you need to stay close (or within walking distance) to El Paso airport. The rooms are on the small side. But they are relatively clean and updated. My mom and I did hear the room next door often because their TV was loud and so were they. Thin walls.. The staff were super nice and helpful. There was even a three-legged cat that greeted us outside. They take care of him, which I thought was super sweet. Breakfast options were plentiful and we enjoyed the fountain drink station which was a nice bonus. Overall, I will definitely stay here again when I have an early flight to catch since you can just leave your car there and walk over to the airport.
Stayed here many times since 2020- this visit was terrible because of the room. Never be put into a room that has a tile floor. It's disgusting! Found leftover food in the bathroom behind the toilet looked like it had been there a couple of days since it was molding and black. Requested a carpeted room when checking in but was told room 121 was carpeted- WRONG! The front desk did not offer to change it. I think because we had our 2 dogs with us. But in the past we were placed on the 3rd floor with no issues- a room with carpet! Spoke to front desk in the morning about finding the moldy food and she comped us the $50 pet fee. She said that she would be speaking to the manager about adjusting the room rate. We'll see if that happens next week.
Spent two nights on a business trip. The rooms are smaller than most hotel rooms. The room and bathroom were clean. The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I had was with the soundproofing between rooms. I could hear snoring from an adjacent room which made it difficult to sleep. Also, if you stay in a room on the side where the road is, you hear the traffic which also disrupts sleeping.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the airport. You walk out of the airport and travel down the big side walk till the statue and it's on your right. The breakfast was hot and fresh daily. Food was replenished promptly when stock ran low. It's close to Ft. Bliss. I would stay there again.
Great breakfast with many options. Very clean property and clean rooms and very stylish! Great staff and very friendly. Safe location! If ever traveling through again, I would stay at this property again. Great value!
Clean comfortable rooms and so convenient to airport. Shuttle is a definite plus. We didn't eat breakfast since we needed to be at airport at 5 am. Love the walk in shower It is quiet even though you are only steps from a busy airport . Front desk very accommodating
We stayed one night at this hotel with a pet. The non-refundable pet fee was 25 dollars which was one of the lowest fees we paid. The property was clean, bright and well lit. There was a soda machine and coffee available 24/7 along with a meditation room with two massage chairs. We didn't eat breakfast due to time constraints but it looked very good. There was an outdoor seating area where we ate dinner with our dog. There was a grassy pet area just across a small street that was very convenient. My only negative was that the walls are thin and we could hear our next door and upstairs neighbors. However, everyone was quiet at a reasonable time and we had no trouble sleeping. I would recommend this hotel especially if traveling with a dog.
This facility was a little over priced, considering there was no restaurant on site. The parking leaves a little to be desired as well., But it is an airport facility, so probably doesn't require as much parking as a general use facility.
Clean, friendly and relaxing! This hotel has all three. We stayed for the convenience and proximity to the airport as we had a 5am flight. The hotel has been recently remodeled and it looks very nice! The addition of the meditation room was quite nice and the massage chair was fabulous! The front desk knew we would be leaving before breakfast so allowed us to choose some things to take to our room, which was very nice.
Staff was very welcoming. Dining are was very clean. Made sure to keep breakfast items stocked. I really enjoyed the meditation room I think it was my favorite part. The lobby was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed my stay. Overall good
The front desk, housekeeping and breakfast teams ALL went above and beyond during our stay. The dairy free breakfast options and grilled peppers and onions were a great perk!! We loved the meditation room and complimentary soft drinks that were offered. The location is easily within walking distance of the airport but a shuttle is also available if needed. You won't regret staying here!!
The Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel (a motel, in my opinion) has it all: hair in shower stall (I'm bald), hair in sink, creaky floor with cracked tile, big gap between door and floor that lets in all the wonderful hallway noise and light, a busy roadway right outside your window with 24/7 droning car noise coming through loud and clear, spotty window, dust clogged bathroom vent, cheesy artwork on wall at the head of the bed, substandard free breakfast, dirty Keurig coffee maker, and much much more. On the positive side, it's relatively cheap and parking was plentiful. First time staying at a U.S. located Best Western in 30+ years, and it was a lovely reminder why I've been avoiding it.
The hotel is awesome. It is exactly as described on their website. Angela went the extra mile when I made a reservation mistake. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was super/mega clean and comfortable. The bathroom too. Two weeks ago we had a very bad experience at another hotel, and this one came as a complete surprise to us. The breakfast is very good and assorted and they have a soda and coffee machine 24/7. Since it is inside the airport, we walked to pick up the rented car. It is also very close to many places to eat, and the exit to I-10. I recommend it 100%.
The Shuttle is not 24 hours. Just a heads up, you have to reserve it. I believe it starts from 4am to 1pm? It's very close to the airport! It's right next to Wyndham hotel, so you can eat at the bar and grill there. If you get there early before your room check in time, just chill at Wyndham's lounge.
Clean and walking distance to airport. Nice selection of breakfast. Coffee should be kept going around the clock due to people with flights various times or have a backup coffee maker. Coffee machine didn't work in room. 2nd night neighbors too loud and kept us up all night, loud and smoking marijuana so they set off fire alarm at 11 pm!!!! They did quiet down after front desk called them.
Quick, easy pick up from airport. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Good location for picking up supplies for trip and Cattlemen's restaurant nearby was very good. Close to airport, but no jet noise.
So I have never stayed there before but recommend this place over any other place I have ever stayed the staff was so amazing Abraham and Jeanette was so awesome I felt like I was home.If I ever go to El Paso again that will be we're I stay ..I honestly couldn't believe how amazing Jeanette and Abraham was thank you to best western for the best stay I've ever had and I never have written a review on a place but they deserve it truly and I am and will brag about the greatest place to stay in El Paso.Thank you best western for 2 amazing days. Hopefully I will have to go back soon ..If anyone is wanting the most friendliest professional place Best western at the airport.
This hotel is by far one of the cleanest in the city of El paso. Great breakfast, friendly staff definetly my go to when i swing by el paso for business. Might i add very inexpensive the pool is a plus.
Great hotel, very clean and modern. Excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Small hotel but good amenities. Convenient and trendy handicapped rooms. Very good breakfast with great variety. Recommend the made from scratch breakfast burritos.
Just what I needed to get in some zzzs before an early morning flight. Compact yet functional room, super clean, quiet hallways. A bit of noise from the adjacent highway but it didn't keep me up. Perfect if you just need a decent bed to crash in!
within walking distance of airport; short drive to Cattle Baron Restaurant. Great value. We always stay here. Delightful breakfast, especially the waffles. Free shuttle good when we have a lot of luggage.
I stayed for a Business trip and stayed at this Hotel and from my Check In to my Check Out it was great customer service very attentive and always make sure my stay was Good also a great Breakfast area Loved the Coffee.
The layout of the breakfast was phenomenal. They displayed and had on hand in a small frig under the counter: eggs, sausage, and other hot items. Waffle machine, battered sausage sticks, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereal, etc. 24-hour on-demand sodas and coffee in the lobby. 2 massage chairs. The suit we stayed in was ample, well kept, and clean. We walked about 3 minutes from the airport to the hotel. They have a shuttle in the morning and their breakfast is open at 530 am for people leaving early.
Spend a relaxing evening before a long, international flight. Especially if the flight is early in the morning. Staying at home and rushing at the last minute, a lot can go wrong. Best to relax in a good hotel room before traveling.
We loved the Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel. The all around service was outstanding: the front desk and the breakfast ladies were all very nice, friendly, and willing to help; the room service ladies were also very nice. Breakfast was good and convenient, with different choices for everybody. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance from the airport (it's really that close!). There is an outdoor sitting area that is very nice. The hotel also has a meditation room with two Brookstone very comfortable massage chairs, very convenient after a day spent walking and shopping. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay there again.
Check in was easy, rooms are small but good for a night stay. Carpets in rooms need a good cleaning, amenities are great, would stay here again. Breakfast was awesome as well the room that has 2 massage chairs!!
Brenda at the front desk is amazing! She deserves 5 stars. My husband asked where we could buy green chilis, and she looked up a few places and delivered that info to our room. She also provided a couple great dinner recommendations. Nice variety of options for breakfast and the 24 hour beverages are nice on a hot day. But what stands out to me is really the exceptional service from Brenda at the front desk.
This is super convenient to the terminal. Fountain sodas are available on demand—nice touch. There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel next door that is open until 11:00. The meditation room and outdoor patio just make for a nice place to unwind.
In town for a family function. Overall great service, great breakfast options, well kept property and great customer service. Rooms are small but functional and cozy and very clean. Parking is easy and ample with great lighting.
Stayed one night. Hotel has updated feel, modern amenities. Room was a little on the small size (queen bed) but delightful. Great bathroom and shower. Hot breakfast was out at 4:15 am which was a pleasant surprise since the sign said it started at 6 am. The shuttle to the airport was a quick 3 minute ride.
My first impression was disappointing. I have booked an accessible 2 bed room with Expedia, at Check in I was informed that the hotel didn't have that kind of rooms so they gave me a standard room. I asked for a chair for the shower. I was told that they didn't have any. Staff was very rude and uncaring. On my second day I met Brenda at the front desk, I explained my situation. She was helpful and kind. She gave me the room that I previously have booked and the chair that I have requested. I contacted Expedia on the chat sección of website on my first night at the hotel, explaining my problem and I didn't get any response. The hotel is clean, close to the airport and restaurants. I hope Brenda get a raise and a promotion.
Excellent hotel!!!!! I wish we had been able to be there longer. We got in very late and left very early, but the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The hotel is full of interesting art, there is a free 24 hour soda machine, a meditation room with massage chairs, and the breakfast had a good selection (who doesn't love a Texas shaped waffle?). Located right on the airport grounds, so incredibly convenient.
Brenda welcomed us with a beautiful smile at 10pm and checked us efficiently and quickly! From checking in to check out at 4:45 am 2 days later to catch an early flight back home all the staff was friendly and professional! Hotel is spotless the upkeep and maintenance is evident . This will be our hotel for all our future trips to El Paso.
Nice ambiance, always clean, great location, dog-friendly, lots of parking, safe area, free wifi, good breakfast (with non-dairy options), and super fun, El Paso graffiti room art. If you're on a road trip, it also has everything you'd need on your way back to the fwy, including a Target, Starbucks, gas stations, a Chik Fil A, and even a PetSmart if your fur-babies need anything. They also have a great reward system that's easy to join and works across all Best Westerns. Not too many food delivery options for this area, so especially if you get in late, or plan to have the munchies after you arrive, grab something on your way in. I've gotten lucky with ordering IHOP directly through their online site (right? I didn't know that was a thing either), and Hooters, using the GrubHub app. Pleasantly surprised and consistently impressed (and I have pretty decent standards. Lol!) Cheers!
Incredibly clean and inviting hotel excellent and competent staff! I really know I will get great service, sleep well and fly out on time Great staff Had a nice stress free chair to collapse in and a healthy breakfast thank you
Had an amazing stay with great company kept. The rooms were cozy and clean! Will be back next time im in town. Everything from top to bottom was great, pool, breakfast downstairs, and the caring staff made for an experience that was easy and relaxing. Thank you all !
By far, this is the "best" Best Western I've stayed at. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The patio area was perfect for our group to gather, eat, and chat. And the fire pit added the perfect ambiance.
Five star review doesn't mean this is a luxury property, but for our group of six spending five days driving around Big Bend and Marfa this was an excellent choice: super convenient to terminal (walkable if necessary), clean rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Bonus: two cats they've adopted (and take good care of) who are always hanging around outside the front door.
I went with my sister to El Paso and out stay was great! The staff was pleasant and welcoming and catered to our needs. The breakfast was well done and tasty! They offer complimentary tea, coffee and soda. The massaging chairs in the recreation room was very modern and relaxing. They even provided a shuttle to the airport. Thank you Best Western for a wonderful stay.
This will be my choice of lodging when needing to stay near the airport. One can leave their car here for $5 a day and shuttle or walk to the terminal. Really friendly front desk. Beautiful breakfast area and at night the outdoor patio is cozy, with a (gas) fireplace. A meditation room! With massage chairs! Fountain drinks and coffee are complimentary 24 hrs…Best Western has upped its game, and the price was right, too! Rooms are well-appointed with regional artwork. There's some traffic noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an airport lodge.
Spent one night passing through El Paso on the way to Guadalupe Mountains NP and Carlsbad Caverns. It's a little tricky finding the right loop to take in order to get to the hotel since it's right at the entrance to the airport, but no big deal once we figured it out. It's a busy hotel and there are restaurants within a few minutes drive. The room was modern and comfortable and the breakfast above average. Our only complaint was not with the hotel, but with a group of young men who thought it OK to slam doors and yell down the hallway at one another at all hours. Hotel staff was contacted about it, but you can only do so much with inconsiderate people. Airplane noise wasn't terrible, but we knew we were right next to the runways. Beds were comfortable and the window seat was a nice bonus. Upon checkout from our third floor room, we realized the elevator was out. Ugh. Good thing we're in shape!
It's a great hotel. The staff is super friendly, the location is great. The decorations are modern and cool. Everything was really clean. The rooms are cozy, we had a queen room and it was “cozy”. If you like a lot of space, you may not like it. There's no tub in the shower which was great, made it feel more spacious and it wasn't slick like a lot of other hotel showers. Our son is stationed close by so we'll be back for sure!
I spent a short one night at the BW El Paso airport hotel but did enjoy my stay. You can see the airport from the hotel but it can be a bit tricky to actually find the parking lot in the dark. Check in was simple and straightforward and I soon had my room key (and an upgrade!). The room was quiet & clean and the bed comfortable - bold, bright colors were a welcome change from the typical bland chain hotels. I wasn't able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast since I had an early morning flight so cannot comment on that.
Great hotel, very clean, pet friendly, first time staying at a Best Western and was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Will stay there again if I'm ever in the area.
This is a great hotel, close to the airport and access to freeway. Would stay there again. Easy check in and out, breakfast was okay and the free soft drinks all day was a nice touch. No problems. Great Best Western.
Fun, new, bright, modern decor / Lobby had so many different, inviting seating areas. Room was super comfy, roomy. Love the 24 hr. drink service in lobby. Hot breakfast was a plus. Very efficient, welcoming check-in process.
My room was so small that every time I stood up, I bumped into myself. Barely room yo walk between the bed and the desk! Tiny bathroom. My room was about 15 feet from a road and traffic was loud from loud accelerating vehicles.
Hotel is clean and convenient for business travelers. The airport terminal is close enough that it can be reached by walking or they offer a shuttle van that is available starting at 4:00 am. Restaurants are nearby if needed.
Friendly reception, clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast with hot and cold options, free coffee and soda in the lobby. Short walk to the airport terminal making it easy to drop off the car the night before. Quick and easy shuttle in the morning. If you want to be close to the airport, this is a good and cost effective choice.
This is a very nice hotel, far beyond what would normally be expected in the "budget" category. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious, there is a good free expanded continental breakfast, and the staff are uniformly helpful and friendly. I was prepared to give the hotel 5 stars, but based on what happened after I checked out, I'd give 10 if I could. My flight out of El Paso was changed at the last minute, and in the rush to leave earlier than planned I left a back pack in my room with medicine, iPad, keys and other valuables. The housekeeper found it and took it to the front desk right away, before she cleaned the room. The lady at the desk did not have my cellphone number but knew I had been with a group; she called the group leader to get my number; and then she called me and had the shuttle driver leave immediately to bring the backpack to me at the airport. Three people went out of their way to help a customer; their fantastic service averted what could have been a minor disaster for me.
This hotel was a great place to stay and great location. It was very clean and decorated very cute. The breakfast was good. They had bacon , biscuits, gravy and sausages that they kept filled up. The staff was amazing and pleasant. I would stay here again.
Loved how the handling of breakfast was conducted. The breakfast staff personnel Esther was so amazing, positive attitude ever time I was in presence. Front staff very friendly and rooms were very clean.
This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff on earth. Every encounter I had with them, whether on the phone, or in person, has been a good experience. I had room 309, facing the Wyndom Hotel, which I think is a bit quieter than the other side, which faces the highway. The room was sparkling clean and the linens bright white. One unique aspect of the hotel is their “Meditation room” which has two massage chairs (the kind you see in expensive catalogs), subdued lighting, alexa for music and a Buddha state to contemplate. I found the massage chair very relaxing. The included breakfast is excellent. Be sure to look in the under-cabinet refrigerator for microwaveable choices, and also the butter and cream cheese. There are choices for everyone. Other than breakfast, there are no food services at the hotel. Next door, the Wyndom has a coffee ship and take out. There are other restaurants a few blocks away. Though the hotel will send a shuttle to pick you up, you can also walk along the walkway leading away from the airport and when you come to the end, look right for the Wyndom and the Best Western right next to it.
Old ventilation system. Moldy sink. Modern remold over old repairs. AC smells like smoke when you turn heater on. Lighting is dingy yellow. Bathroom walls were masked with a fresh coat of white paint. The customer service was great. The room was not worth $150. Should have been more like $50 dollars. I will not stay here again.
The selection of this Best Western was because of it's proximity to Ft. Bliss where we had business. For the cost and amenities it could not be beat. Good food and excellent rooms as well as an attentive staff made the stay quite enjoyable.
Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows! Unlimited Free fountain drinks! Restroom very clean equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap, makeup wipe!! Excellent service! Exceed my expectations
This is a great hotel. I love staying here on business. The rooms and the entire hotel look brand new. The room has everything I need for business travel. Its very cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless. I stay here every time I am traveling in El Paso especially due to the proximity to the airport. I would highly recommend it.
Rooms are on the small side but the small details make up for it. This location seems updated and is practically within walking distance of the airport but not to worry, they have a shuttle. Coffee makers in room, full size shampoo and body wash in shower which cuts down on waste and is better for the planet. Love it!
My wife flew out to visit me for the weekend of 7/31 to 8/1. We stayed at the Best Western Airport Entrada right by the El Paso Airport. I was able to check in to our room early at noon on 7/31 and walked over and picked up my wife from the airport. The hotel itself was excellent. Friendly staff who greeted us everyday. It was awesome that they had complimentary soda and coffee. Our room was clean when we checked in. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the past 3 months and this was by far the cleanest I have been in. I had no complaints whatsoever about the cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner was turned off so the room was hot. That is my only complaint about the room. My biggest complaint that I have is the complimentary breakfast. They indeed have one, but the hot portion of the breakfast was not stocked. I informed the the front desk and they said they would have someone restock it. My wife and I waited for 10 mins, but no one came to restock it. We ended up going out for breakfast our first morning there. The second morning it was stocked. Overall my rating for our weekend stay was a 9/10.
Price was excellent, rooms are clean and roomy. The staff was wonderful. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, I don't think I heard a plane even though it's a stones throw away from the airport. Plenty of parking, great breakfast. Truly was a great experience.
This hotel was awesome! The clerks were wonderful. The night desk clerk even prepared our breakfast at 4:00 a.m. so that we would have something to eat before we had to checkout early for our 6:00 a.m. flight!
My arrival time at the airport was supposed to be at 11 pm but I ended up getting there after 2 am and the guy at the front desk helped me a lot , he went out of his way to assure that I will make it safe to the hotel and helped my with my luggage, offered me food , I had never felt more welcome in any other place , thank you BW now I know that every where I go I will stay at your hotels !!!
Stayed at this location twice with my family and 2 small dogs. Third time around we had to stay in a 1st floor room due to pet policy change. This room with a white tile floor looked dirty. I didn't feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The sink had hair in it as well. May look for a different hotel for future stays.
Excellent stay that started right with excellent staff. Plane got in at 2 and they allowed me to check in a little before 3 instead of having me wait. The room was small but very, very clean and very well organized. The soda fountain was an added plus for my caffeine needed body. Staff made several restaurant recommendations in the nearby area so they knew the area very well,
This is one of the finest Best Western Hotels I have ever stayed in. My delivery route brings me to El Paso several times a month and this is like my home away from home. The rooms are very clean with great wifi; there is also a business center so you can check your email and make copies from the computer. Edward is one of the staff members and he is extremely attentive and professional. There are two other ladies along with their manager who will make your stay enjoyable and trouble free. The hotel is right next to the airport but is not noisy at all. The hotel is also close to restaurants, movie theaters and the I -10 highway. If you are ever in El Paso, this is the place to stay!!!
This property had previously been a MicroTel. Subsequent to being purchased by Best Western, the renovations are ALL completely up-dated, latest room decor, bathrooms are all modern fixtures, just a really great property overall.
Most important fact about this hotel is that if you stay in a standard room, it will face a roadway that has loud and constant traffic noise all night. My experience on the night of April 15 included fire alarm (false) going off at 10:30; loud people and door slamming at 1:30; two people yelling in Spanish for about 20 minutes at 2:30; more loud talking and door slamming at 3:15; someone checking in to the room to our right at 3:30, slamming door and then hearing heaving and coughing for about 15 minutes through the paper thin walls; and believe it or not, a 4:15 check in on the other side with a lot of noise and banging against the wall. If your goal is a restful night's sleep to get ready for an early flight, this would be a very bad choice.
Was asked to use rear entrance to hotel they said it would be easy to get to my room from there. On both sides of entrance are rock gardens covered with dog feces. Not very welcoming. Had two other issues with best western they said TOO BAD. Never again Will I stay at a best western hotel.
Everyone was friendly! They even got some residential cats! The front desk staff went out of their way to help me and made sure that I had everything I needed. They also answered my questions about the area and local sites.
This hotel is a bit pricy but it is real close to the airport which was perfect for me you can literally walk there or they have a free shuttle that can take you there it starts at 6am and the staff at the hotel are real nice and helpull which i liked the most. They also provide free breakfast free fountain drinks and cofee it was a nice stay i liked it overall
Me, my daughter, 2 pit bulls and a cat (all extremely friendly) were driving from CA to NC & stopped here. Clean, great staff (Anthony or andrew). I wouldn't suggest dogs that can't behave. Very clean, large selection of amenities. (Try the meditation room) The breakfast fridge is under the counter. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again if nearby. Their selection of snacks is low and no travel replacement items so don't forget your toothbrush!!
Staff was really friendly, our room was super clean, breakfast was yummy and the Meditation room was so amazing!! Everything was updated and clean throughout the hotel. Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!
A quick trip to El Paso landed me at BW which use to be Micro Hotel before BW took it over and remodeled it. Parking is tide to another hotel so it might be difficult to park close if you get there late at night. The parking lanes are also small so9th if you have a large vehicle you might get hit by another car as they open their door. The remodeling stands out with a lot of local taste. The lobby, rooms and hallway have paintings by local artists. The rooms are good for one or two people. The bed is comfortable with the pillow top. You have a small refrigerator yet no iron in the room or regular size ironing board. You're provided with free soft drinks in the lobby. Within 5 minutes there are fast food establishments and restaurants. If you have time, there is a quiet massage room to sit and relax. The restroom does not have samples or soap like other hotels. The hotel provides you soap Nice, shampoo and conditioner inside of the shower. Nice place for the price yet not for more than 2 people.
As soon as I entered the lobby, the cleanliness and hospitality became unmatched. I was assisted quickly and I was given my room key in no time! My room was also nicely put together. For a hotel having three floors, it is really quiet and clean. Every time I walked in and out of the lobby doors, the person working was sanitizing the countertops and picking things up. Thumbs up! My family and I will definitely return!
The room was very clean! The breakfast was very tasty! The front desk clerk was very helpful! I believe her name was Jen she was very courteous made me feel very welcomed. I even got a welcome basket! How awesome was that!
This hotel has gone down hill since the rebranding - amenities, staff, etc. Room cleanliness was poor, evening service was poor, breakfast poor, hot water poor. Spend 1 dollar more a night (literally) and stay across the street where there aren't the above listed problems.
This is a decent hotel, with nice rooms. It is "pet friendly" which is why I chose it. However, the staff are feeding about 10 stray/feral cats that attacked my dog. I like cats but they are not paying for the hotel. These cats are dangerous and carry diseases. and are fed at the front door! Not a pleasant experience for me or my dog. Also, my dog kept finding various things hidden under the bed and various places, such as bottle tops and some mystery items.
Here's how I break down the ratings I'm thinking of: Hospitality: A+. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating. Breakfast: A. They had Jimmy Dean mini sausages on mini muffins. There was fruit and cereal and breakfast burritos. They had more food choices than some other inns I've stayed in. You can eat inside or outside. Room comfort: B+. I can't speak for the other rooms, but ours was a bit on the small side. However, the king-sized bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were cheerful. The heating system functioned well. The lighting was just right for us. Shuttle: A+. They came right after we called them from the airport. We would have considered walking to it weren't for our luggage. It's that close and convenient. Amenity: A+. My husband raved about the relaxation room with massage chair. Location: A+. You can walk to restaurants from the inn. Overall: A+. The inn appears to be well maintained. We enjoyed the freshness of it, from the carpeting and walls. Everything had a new appearance about it.
This hotel so close to the airport had trash scattered in the hallways up and down. Made it look like there was no housekeeping. The check in clerk got my room wrong twice, first placing me in a room that did not exist, second placing me in a room already occupied.
Perfect stay for an early flight next morning. Comfortable beds and polite and helpful staff, including MGR Jenny! The Shuttle bus person is always on time and helps with luggage (nice plus) There a grab breakfast option available at 5am which is needed. I've stayed several times.
My family had such a great get away at the Best Western. The complementary breakfast has so many options and was super fresh. The hotel also had a brand new meditation room with massage chairs which were amazing. The rooms were recently redone with a fun El Paso street vibe. The staff were super attentive and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel
I stayed at a bunch of OKish places on this trip, got this hotel for the night before flying out as the cheapest stop on the trip. It was a great place. They were nice, decor is lovely. I got my money's worth on sitting in their amazing massage chair alone. The only thing is that they have the usual air conditioning that come up with lots of noise regularly. Very much would recommend the place.
This hotel is beautiful, new, and amazing quality for the price. Right next to the airport, and crazy good service. Jennifer took great care of my mom and me (and our puppy!), and got breakfast ready for me since I was going to be leaving so early the next morning. Only place I'll stay in EP!
Service was outstanding and made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and the hotel has LOTS of amenities, and a generous continental breakfast! My girlfriend and I are making the trip cross country to our new home in California. Her car broke down along the way in El Paso so we decided to stay in the “Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel” and we are so pleased that we did! I would like to give a special thank you shout-out to my man EDWARD!!! He was outstanding the whole time, we missed breakfast on our last day and he was kind enough to take the time out his busy day and make grab us some breakfast for the road! He also told us about lots of great places to go explore in El Paso! PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION! If you ever find yourself in El Paso, do yourself a favor and book with this hotel, the price is right, the service is GREAT, and the people are SPECTACULAR! it is definitely in the safest location in all of El Paso, RIGHT IN FEONT OF AIRPORT!!! 5 STARS 5 STARS 5 STARS
Edward and Annette were professional, warm and friendly. They handled my needs quickly. They handled my transportation needs as well. Very pleasant. Nice restaurant next door. My room was nice and clean. Great prices too! Looking forward to visiting again.
The morning breakfast was AWESOME+++++++. Nice room. Great price. Breakfast was more than I expected because of COVID. The Spacious room that was a non-smoking room smelled nice and was very spacious.
The staff is top-notch, the property is exceptionally clean and there are healthy, fresh breakfast options available compared to other hotels across the country that I've visited. Close to the airport too!
My daughter and I were extremely tired when we arrived in El Paso. Juan at the front desk was fast in getting us a room. There was an issue with the computer but he did not make us wait. He issued our keys!
Many locations say they are pet friendly, but this location TRULY is. They even had a welcome bag of treats for the dog!! The floor was cleanable. We were WELCOMED not tolerated. And breakfast demonstrated what can be done even within COVID-19 restrictions. Best Western should use this facility to make training videos for other locations! Breakfast was totally safe, with great variety and excellent quality. Bee will go out of our way to return!
I really want to thank the staff for their amazing service and attention to cleanliness at this hotel. They were super friendly. Free soda and coffee all day. Free massage relaxation room. Let us extend a couple days and then let us check out late. I was super impressed with this hotel and would absolutely recommend!!
We checked in and were told that the front desk attendant had a personal emergency and that somone would be in at 6PM. There was nobody at the desk or on property (that we knew of) all night. We needed an early grab and go breakfast, and were told that would not be a problem... but the morning relief arrived 30 minutes late and we had to get to the airport. The website states that the property was recently renovated. It seems to be in great shape, but the interior designer used a grafitti motif... yep. The pictures are on their website, so when I made the reservation I requested a normal room instead of one with grafitti decor. No luck there. It's obnoxious. It was 107 in El Paso the day we checked in. The AC in the room was not on when we get there. It worked and eventually the room cooled down. It would have been nice for it to be on for us prior to arrival. The door hinge spring was VERY powerful and worked too well, with no pads/bumpers on the door, so if you have your hands full, it slammed obnoixiously loud (sorry neighbors). The hotel does not have a pool, but it does have a "meditation room" with massage chairs. That was a nice touch which I enjoyed. The location was great. Cross the street and make one left hand turn and you are at the enterance to the parking lots. It's also not in the line of the runway, so the airplane noise is suprisingly minimal for how close to the airport the property is! We got in late and didn't want to go back out for dinner, so I walked next door to they Hyatt and got takeout from their restaurant which was pretty good. Thanks to the attendant at the front desk for the recommendation!
Cleanliness: Good Bed quality: Comfortable Reception friendliness/treats: Furnishing quality: Decent enough Bathroom: Toilet made squealing pipe noises as tank filled. Very loud Internet: Fine Charging: Difficult - had to use wall outlets Elevator: There are two on the property - this is a sprawling place. Noise level: Noisier than most - our room was near the lobby though Breakfast: Real eggs and great salsa. Breakfast is served in a restaurant just off the hotel lobby. It is not a hotel business.
Stayed here one night on our move to Texas. Best decision ever! The 2 queen beds were so comfy and the room was just the right temperature on a hot and humid night. The AC unit worked great! My 2 dogs were also comfortable in the room. The room was very clean and we all had a great night's sleep! Much thanks to Jennifer who was so kind and accommodated all our needs.
Very nice place, newly remodeled when we stayed. Although we drove rather than flew in, this was actually more convenient. It is located very close to I-10 and many businesses. Will definitely stay here in future.
Great place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great rooms. Couch kitchen and extra large tv. Kim at front desk and staff are awesome. With the virus going on they still had breakfast in a bag. How neat. Thanks for all your help we enjoyed
I like staying here- clean comfortable, shuttle to airport and I love breakfast at 4 am for early flights. I got here today still a lot of construction could not even find where to check in after I called a second time. So they moved me next door to Wyndham that's another story which I will post on that site. People on the phone tried their best... but...
Property was under renovation but I was not made aware of that when registering on internet. Wish I had known so I could have booked elsewhere. Didn't need hassle of working around construction after a long day on the road. Work desk is under TV - hard to do work when someone else wants to watch TV. Work desk did not have light available over it. Room poorly lit. Did not eat breakfast as food service items were left in the hallway. On night of arrival two people, one of whom was wearing a surgical mask, were standing around the food service equipment talking about his hospital stay and illness. Didn't want to catch what he had, so ate out next morning. I had stayed at this property several times in the past with no issues. Very disappointed this time.
Although a lot of construction is going on, we had a nice quiet stay, 2 nights. Cant complain a bit. Brand new rooms, hot breakfast, clean rooms. The girls at the front desk were super nice. I can only remmeber one Diana. Thanks gals!
The staff at the Microtel, El Paso Airport were extremely friends and helpful to all our needs. Despite the ongoing renovations, check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and support was spot on, when needed. My first choice for a room near the El Paso Airport, for a night.
