"Room with a view"
A lovely hotel in an idyllic location. Close to the motorway but far away enough not to hear it. The rooms at the back have a view of the lake, the front overlook the car park. Attentive staff who will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. My only criticism is that the rooms could do with updating. Other than that fab.

"Definitely worth a 4, and 5 for the food"
Lovely hotel on the perimeter of a lake just outside Dunkirk. Nice feeling, nice and clean and very friendly. The rooms are quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The real gem is the restaurant, lovely choice and all our choices well well cooked with a nice choice of rose wines. 80€ for 2. Wi-Fi didn't work for us, but BBC on TV. Really nice continental breakfast with a lot choice.

"Business Trip"
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the staff extremely attentive and welcoming from the arrival to my departure, the rooms were cleaned every day and the food was excellent with plenty of choices available.

Location is not the best and exterior of the building needs to be improved but overall good experience @ the hotel - staff very friendly & helpful - Could improve somethings - Wifi coverage - TV in bar area working - Bar food would be a god option.

"An difficult situation resolved efficiently and professionally"
I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel du Lac Dunkerque. The hotel was in a lovely location, clean and the breakfast was well sufficient. In addition, a tricky situation with the accommodation was resolved efficiently, despite the hotel having been fully booked at the time. The receptionists were all very helpful and professional. The hotel is a great stopover when travelling from the UK to Europe.

"Customer service"
After a long day of traveling, my wife and mother in law would arrive at the hotel past the time when the restaurant would be open. I called the hotel and asked if they could arrange some food for my wife. They were wonderful. They prepared meals for them and they were waiting for them on their arrival. Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service and kindness!
