Best Western Plus Antibes Riviera

We rolled up at 5pm to be told our room was not ready; to me this is poor service for a hotel who should have guest rooms ready by that time of day. The receptionist apologised and rang house-keeping to chivy them along; she let us up after 30mins. The room was modern and well engineered, with every featured needed. Wi-fi was speedy and the AC worked well. We could see the sea in the distance from our balcony, but the main road was noisy. I had a comfortable nights sleep and check out was smooth. Parking was available at no extra cost. It's only a short walk of 30mins into town. This is primarily a business hotel but we had a good stop-over (once we checked-in).

Excellent hotel very clean ,rooms great modern and spacious ,breakfast is good, staff very helpful and friendly, walking distance to supermarket ,15 minute walk to Antibes centre and station and free parking , recommended

This hotel is recently renovated, well appointed. The rooms were very very comfortable, from great air-conditioning, which is quite silent, to a cute balcony, a great bathroom, and the most comfortable beds. I've also noticed that the windows are quite effective at blocking out the street noise. A nice calm hotel. Very very clean, great housekeeping service. The two things that I've enjoyed the most however was first the great breakfast in a nice area. It's not included, but the price is reasonable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. I travel a lot and I have rarely seen front desk staff this good. Very attentive to customer needs, Aurélie deserves a special mention. Very good service thank you!

While this hotel is just a bit outside the city and away from the beach, it was a lovely hotel, newly renovated, so clean and well appointed, that we were thrilled with this choice. The employees at the reception desk were very helpful in guiding us to the places we wanted to visit in town. We were given an upgraded room, which was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable.

We stayed in the hotel for a few days and we were satisfied with the service and the quality of the room.. Very nice. We had view of the back yard/garden.. We recommend that because the road on the Front is a little noisy. The hotel is in close proximity to the bus and train station.. Also very near the beach and the old Town of antibes..

New (or renovated) hotel in 15 minutes walking distance from old town or 5 minutes driving. Clean and large rooms, good repair, very nice shower. Interesting breakfast options - "cheap and fast" and "normal one" The staff was very nice. Free parking

Very clean and tidy hotel.Staff was very kind and professional.Nice free parking and position close to the city centre.Close to the hotel there are also aome mini market and boulangerie wich are very usefull. Suggested.
