Best Western Plus Addis Ababa

Best western plus is a great place to spend while in addis. It's centrally located and near the airport and the key venues. Services are great including the shuttle from the airport, the gym and the sauna. The restaurants serves a wide range of meals particularly at breakfast. The best thing is the workers, from the security, reception, restaurant, rooms and all, always kind and welcoming. They listen and are flexible. Thank you addis . Mainly front desk Tsion,Samri,Andy,Mihret,Kidist made my stay unforgettable and i would like to say to the hotel managers that you have the best front office team .

This was one of the best experiences I had in a long time, since I'm traveling a lot currently, they have the most welcoming and friendly staffs who treated us in a very familiar and warm smile and a kind hearted way. I had an overall great experience at the Best Western, and a huge part of that was because of Samri, Samuel, and Seblewongel. Samri was absolutely sensational. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to show me around and made it clear that if I needed anything during my stay, I could always come to her. Every time I walked through the door, she greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was going. Those small gestures really stood out to me and showed how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She is an excellent manager—professional, attentive, friendly, and a great example of hospitality. I also want to recognize Samuel, the host, for being welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He always contributed to the positive atmosphere and made sure I felt comfortable whenever I was around. A special thank you also goes to Seblewongel, the waitress who served me for most of my stay. She was always smiling, friendly, and welcoming every time she served me. Her positive attitude and consistent service made my meals and time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Samri, Samuel, and Seblewongel all went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I've stayed at this hotel many of times throughout the years. I normally choose this hotel because of its location in Bole. People are very friendly and are accommodating, today I have a/c and the manager was quick to charge my room as well as assist me with Internet. The waitress (Seblewengble) was very professional and courteous. She was very helpful and assisting me with a table issue and serving me with my order, always smiling and polite.

I had an amazing stay for the second time at Bests Western Plus Addis, the service from airport pick up, beautiful welcoming faces at the reception and the staff at Breakfast were all lovely. Breakfast was also good and had options. The serving team Birtukan, Alem, Yohannis and everyone else also were very helpful. Thank you for all the staff making my stay beautiful!

I gave the hotel five stars in spite of a few negatives that were outweighed by the positives. First off, this was a family trip with two kids and were stayed in one of the hotels suites (probably a junior suite, but it had a separate living room). Most reviewers mention the staff and they have been great. The longer we stayed and got to know everyone, the better the stay became. I don't remember everyone's name, but here are a few of the people who took care of us: Getachew T, Getachew M, Meron, Mahlet, Belay, Tsion, Meskerem, Melimelikamu, the laundry guy whose name I missed, but who was always helpful and friendly, and finally the two waitresses from the lobby bar / restaurant, both of who interacted with my kids and made them feel at home). Food was good and had a decent variety (we did the breakfast buffet every day, the dinner buffet one night and the restaurant downstairs most other nights). We never got sick and food quality and safety appeared to be good. Bed quality was good. Showers had hot water (though not a ton of water pressure). The negatives were that our room faced the street and it was occasionally loud (both from a World Cup game broadcasted across the street and from the lobby bar band that played until 11pm on Saturday night); also, the bathroom door handle nearly completely separated from the door, stranding me inside until I found a very specific angle to reinsert it and turn the handle, allowing me to get out. They changed the entire door handle after that, so the problem was solved. Would stay again. The positives far outweighed the few minor negatives.

I traveled for buainess to Addis and stayed at the Best Western Plus in Bole. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. From the moment I arrived I was greated by friendly and helpful security staff, after which the bellman accompanied me to the frontdesk, where I was met by two very kind and friendly reception staff. This whole experience was the start to a very pleasant stay. The rooms, although not the biggest is very well equipt. All my needs where me. The next day at breakfast was the ultimate surprise with a true feast at the buffet. The staff is so friendly and nothing asked is to much. This team truly understand the meaning of service excellence. Well done and keep up this great service. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

This is a nice Cafe in the heart of Bole. Very close to the airport. The ice cream is the best!! Better than American Ice cream! You can get delicious pastries. The servers named Mekdes. T , Werke, and Keona are absolutely the best. They speak multiple languages and will help you get the best treat from their selection. I highly recommend coming here if you're ever in Bole,Ethiopia

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Addis Ababa, and I would like to specifically recognise Libanos for her exceptional service as a room attendant. During my 7 night stay, she was consistently helpful and always available whenever I needed anything. Libanos carried out her duties with great professionalism, and what stood out the most was her warm attitude, she always had a genuine smile on her face and approached her work with humility and care. It's rare to come across such dedication and kindness, and she truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate her efforts.

The phrase "going above and beyond" is used too much, but here it is well and truly deserved. I brought a globally diverse international group of more than 30 for training and conference in Addis, and the hotel not only met and exceeded all of our needs, but when faced with an issue that required liaising with local authorities, the hotel stepped up and provided transportation, translation, negotiation, and representation as a courtesy. I have lead or participated in hundreds trainings and conferences in dozens of countries and the Best Western Plus in Bole, Addis, is punching well above their weight. I've stayed at high end 5-star hotels who did not manage the same level of service and professional courtesy. Dr. Groenwald, the general manager, and several members of his staff - particularly their airport liaison - went well out of their way to support and assist and make arrangements beyond what we requested. Everyone in our group from our events and logistics officer to locals visiting for an afternoon, came away impressed. The usual expectations were certainly there too: clean, good value, good food and bar options, busy but not overcrowded, amenities from laundry to spa/massage to gym, etc. But it was the personal and professional care and attention beyond all expectation that made them really stand out for us.

While hotel hotel genuinely excels in certain areas, making it a reliable choice for both business travelers and tourists, there are some notable friction points that prevent it from being excellent across the board. Weekend entertainment gets excessively loud, WiFi reliability is questionable on upper floors, room sizes skew smaller than anticipated. The property also faces street construction noise most of the time. Still, for the proximity to Bole International Airport and the exceptional staff service, it remains a solid value proposition in Addis Ababa's competitive hotel market. LOCATION: The hotel sits just off Bole Road in the city's business and entertainment hub, making it genuinely convenient for virtually everything you'd need. Bole International Airport is less than 2 kilometers away—about a 4-minute drive in light traffic, though Addis traffic can be unpredictable. The complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service works reliably and efficiently, which is a significant plus given how close the airport is. DINE + DRINK: Nice Lobby lever bar. But didnt try the restaurant food to comment on it. ROOM: We stayed in Room 805 , so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:Seet view of the street and cityscape from the small balcony attached to it ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Very RANDOM toiletries, bring your own! FACILITIES: The Gym on site was the highlight of the stay - well equipped with a good range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines, perfect for a full-on workout! I'd like to recognize the Best western plus bartenders in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia —Habtamu T, Habtamu S, Dawit F and Mekdes N—for being incredibly professional and friendly. It had been a year since I last saw them, but their energy and professionalism remain as impressive as ever. They're excellent at understanding each guest's preferences and offering the perfect choices. It was wonderful to see them again at my favorite hotel in town.

Best Western Plus Hotel Addis, is a go to place for your regular accommodation. Their rooms are nice and cozy. They have airport pick-up, located in a serene and lovely environment, and about 5 minutes away from Bole International Airport, Addis. The food is nice although, they don't have West African cuisines. Their staff: Meron, Nardos, Getahun, Meteku, Biruk Getenet, Tensae and Alem are super supportive.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a most enjoyable experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has a very nice menu with lots of good choices. The staff - concierge was able to get us an excellent driver for the day. We used a private driver to create a site-seeing plan of Addis Ababa for the day. The hotel is located across from a mall that had a bank to exchange money. There is also a kiosk outside the mall with excellent ice cream. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Addis Ababa. The staff were warm and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. My room was spotless, nicely furnished, and a great place to relax after a busy day of touring the city. The food was enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from (They have local options as well as other cuisines from around the world). The location is another highlight, close to the airport and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.

The staff at this hotel are simply the best you can tell they have been trained very well. The on-site spa is very clean and professional and I would highly recommend a visit there. The room I had was a little bit on the small side, but as I was there alone it was not a big deal. It was very clean and had all the amenities that you would expect from a best Western. The live entertainment at the weekend was very professional too, and I enjoyed it very much. A big thank you to all the bar staff who looked after me very well and I made new friends. Can't wait to return on my next visit to Ethiopia.

I have fully enjoyed my stay. Amazing reception, facilitation and care by the hosts. Dagim, Samrawit and Seblwengel made it a home away from home. Amazing team. It was also nice to see the live band on Saturday and enjoy Ethiopian music. The hotel should now offer dancing lessons.

Good location as the airport isn't far and the hotel is not beside a busy road. Melkamu was very friendly and provided excellent service at the breakfast, as well as he's colleagues. Gym is also well equipped and usage of Finnish sauna is a big plus!

1st time in Addis and was a bit nervous as this was my 1st time flying internationally. I didn't speak Amharic so it was important to pick a hotel that was accommodating. After reading several reviews from several hotels, I landed on Best Western Plus. They had the highest customer reviews from foreign travelers. The hotel is also located right in the heart of the city. The hotel food and staff are amazing. Every meal was seasoned well. My favorite waiter Getahun always greeted me off the elevator and even helped me learn a few Ahmaric greeting words. The gym was top notch for a hotel. Plenty of equipment to work all muscle groups effectively. The front desk staff lead by Samri and Kidi made my stay here very enjoyable. When my tv went out Samri had it fixed immediately. After about 5 days into my stay I had cramps due to my stomach adjusting to the food and water. Selam was quick to recommend a stelzer, ginger, coffee powder and Lemon drink that worked amazingly. She also helped me sort out currency exchange on my 1st day. Overall this is the best hotel experience I've had anywhere. Will be booking my stay here again when I return in September. Thanks again to Meront and your staff for going above and beyond your duties and making me feel at home on my 1st trip to Africa!

I visited Addis Ababa from 22 February to 2 March and stayed at the Best Western Plus (Bole).I was in contact with reservations specialist Tsigerda, who made the process easier for me.She answered all my questions and was professional during all aspects of the reservation. Have stayed here for the past week and had have been really impressed. From the airport shuttle being there when requested. Early check in twinned with great facilities and dining options. The staff are great and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Have to give a special mention to Selamawit on the front desk who has gone above and beyond to help. All in all a great stay here in Addis. Plus their WiFi/internet connection has been very stable and has great coverage around the hotel, which is great for work. The Lobby Restaurant-Bar is great. Pasta/Pizza/Burger/Local Food very delicious for reasonable prices and very nice atmosphere. Also excellent range of draft local beers like Habesha. The service was amazing by Belsti Epurem Seble. Will come back every night!

This is an excellent hotel. Easy checkin and nice rooms. Hotel itself is in a nice part of the city and very close to the airport. The restuarant is very good - breakfast was a large buffet and very delicious while dinner offers a range of western and ethiopian cusine. Rooms were fairly standard but did the job.

Very responsive staff especially Belsti, Ephemeral, Elbethel and Bifftu. The prices are also very friendly. The housekeeping manager is very friendly and personally visits all rooms to confirm cleanliness. The meals are well prepared. I love the topside lamb.

Bestwestern Plus has been the Greatest experience I have ever had on an international trip flying from America. The staff and the Chef are 1st class. The bartenders and the Cocktails are 2nd to none. The service is great. We have an amazing experience every time. Great location in Bole with a lot to do. Cultural houses are close by or enjoy the in house entertainment. Orange is wonderful, she makes you feel at home. The breakfast menu is amazing with plenty of options.

Service was incredible, felt very safe, staff very accommodating. On my first stay I arrived after 24 hours of travel early in the morning and very tired. Although I could not get into my room yet I was well taken care of. Restaurant staff were very attentive, especially Biftu who made sure I found and got everything I wanted. I've stayed here twice and had a great experience both times!

The massage saloon was pretty noise. Breakfast was just average. But Samrawit Getahun is the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. And I lived over 3 years in an hotel. I would just come back because of her. I don't even know why, but she made me smile all the time and handled all problems in such a kind manner.

Overall experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone is very hospitable and great with sincere smiles. I going the continental breakfast is very diverse, and give the breakfast employees high great professionalism, care, friendly and welcoming with smile. Overall a good Stay. The staff is cordial & the Resto-Bar is good. Food is cheap. The rooms are clean & spacious ,if you stay alone. The breakfast is manageable. This hotel is awesome. Though the rooms are small, they are neat and clean. SPA & Restaurants and nice and i enjoyed the week end (saturday) evening live Band, local Amharic and English songs, Dance. Second time I have stayed here I must say the staff make this hotel ten out of ten. Always happy to help most of the staff spesek excellent English , thank God. The menu is varied and mostly to my taste, lamb shank on the lunch menu is my Personel favourite. The rooms are a bit tired but spotless and the linen is changed every day. Service at the Bedt Western Plus is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable and there were several events at the hotel we attended as well. The food at the hotel is great so if you want you can have your meals there. I had several meals there and was never disappointed. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Addis with a great staff, comfortable rooms, and lots to do in the local area, this is the place for you.

The food is amazing at Best western plus. I love it. It is strategically located at Bole, the safest place in Addis Ababa. It is very accessible from the main road. I was served by Seble, Merone and Belstiy and they do an excellent job. I recommend anyone at anytime.

Perfect location in Addis. Notably in the bar/restaurant area is a hub to sit for meetings and watch football in the afternoon with excellent food. My two weeks stay was great in the hotel. The restaurant is one the best in the area and I enjoyed the delicious cuisines from chef Andualem, Many thanks to the friendly, hardworking and charming staff, Bravo! The hotel Services were superb, excellent and very professional . It was annual conference meeting and we utilized both conference facilities and accommodation. The support system from arrival airport transfers on time at the reception registration well organized . Meetings ICT support meals logistics on time . I am a regular customer here. Cleanliness and the service are great! Staff makes you feel right at home. :) But my favorite is to visit the spa for a massage. Living in Ethiopia it is really difficult to find a good masseuse because you easily end up hurt. So after I found that Best western provides with great spa service I was very happy. Lady working there, named Sara, does a great job! And whenever I visit Addis I make sure to book myself for a good Swedish massage. Can definitely recommend.

The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff specially Waiter (Yeabsira) ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction.

Really great hotel with the best staff. Sara, Beza and Tamerat are the sweetest. Super confortable and clean bed, nice AC and great restaurant/ bar on the first floor. Also super well located on a street with cafes, other hotels and bars. The only suggestion for improvement would be having a bigger shower door to avoid wetting the bathroom although the shower is really great.

Very solid hotel with super staff. Very clean, the gym is perfect and open 24 hours. The buffet breakfast is excellent and they make the best omellettes and lattes. Highly recommended! I was on vacation in Addis and was invited to the best Western on a Sunday night for live music by the hotel management team. When I arrived in the lobby I was greeted by the managers ,Ashenafi and Asmaraw, They addressed me by sr name and made me feel important. Everyone was looking at me; like who is this guy! They brought over two bottles of wine and asked if there's anything we can do for you. They made sure that we received the best service. I was so satisfied that I returned the next day for drinks; and received even more great service from the bartenders. Hebtamu, Mekides and Mebrathom. They made the drinks just the way I liked them. I appreciate the high level of service provided by the management and staff. I will be proud to recommend this hotel as a must in Addis Ethiopia.

This is my second stay here at Best Western Plus and I have to say this is me and my partner's favorite hotel. The service is amazing! The hotel rooms are pretty decent size. I recommend staying in the king rooms or suite. During our last stay we stayed in a king room and had lots of room and the bathroom was a good size. We did a double this time around and not as much room. Also if you do not want the constant sound of music from outside I suggest to not get a room facing the street. This hotel has a decent gym where I was able to do weight lifting and use the treadmill. The gym was clean and had free towels. I suggest getting a massage! I had the hot stone massage and I have to say from someone who gets massages often this was one of my top massages I have ever had. The food is good as well. There's a buffet style on the 1st floor and a bar/restaurant on the ground floor. The morning buffet runs about $20 USD per person which is kind of pricey but the service here is great. Shot out to Birtukan, Meron, Metiku, Tsdna, Adna, and Gentahun for your attentiveness and kindness. If you have sometime and want to explore the city check out the Travel Agency on the ground floor. They have nice day tours etc! A one off tip the hotel does offer late check out at 12 pm for free and extended check out at I believe 6 pm but you must pay for this (equals about half of your one day room rate) Finally the front desk were also offered great service and I must say the manager Fikiru is very kind and manages a great staff.

Last July, I traveled to Addis for work and spent seven weeks at the Best western plus hotel in Addis. Being away from home for extended periods can be abit stressful but what really made a difference was the incredible staff at the hotel. Starting with Hiwot, who was the first person to check how I was settling in and just ensuring that everything was okay….and Meskerem, who got my coffee order from that first breakfast and never forgot…also mentioning Rahel and Sara at the reception, also Tizita and Seble, Ephraim, Habetamu at the bar. They really became family. A real credit to the hotel.

The restaurant at the Best western plus is so accommodative and unique, the service was home away from home especially with 2 very recognized staff through the week. If you lower your expectation and don't expect the same 4 star experience as you would get from any other decent country, this is not a bad hotel. The bed rooms are clean but small and tired. Some staff are good and some others have no idea that they they were working in a customer service environment and decency is the requirement of the job. Rahel and her colleague who worked on the desk on the day I checked in were super polite, very professional and provided me and my family with the best advice on how to go about in the chaotic Addis. We were particularly impressed by one of the bar staff by the name of Yeabsira , he was very attentive, polite and he went out of his way to accomodate our requests. it Is a decent hotel but could be better.

I stayed there for 20 days and within the first 3 I had had enough. I just couldn't be bothered to relocate. what with the fuss of packing and unpacking an all. The Good 1- Restaurant is by far the highest point. I had to send some meals back a couple of times though. I told them and got them remade. 2. Cleaning ladies are thorough and helpful. They are discrete as well or at least try to be. 3. Lobby coffeehouse where you can watch football mostly premier league on a big screen. The Bad 1- The hotel is located on one of the liveliest street in Addis and by liveliest I mean noisiest. Expect loud music none stop till 10-11pm. Unbearable during weekends. You won't just be able to sleep. 2- Front desk staff have all the fancy title of managers but are so incompetent you won't get so much as you current bill over the phone. And they all seem to have phone anxiety because they tend to hang up on you in the middle of the conversation. And since there is no extension list in the rooms you will have to rely on them for all connections. 3. Expect to be startled out of bed by very late /early calls from Front desk checking whether you will check out. You don't answer? then a security guard will come knocking at your door. I would suggest to put the security locks on. The average 1. Room size. it reminded me of my 40ft shipping-container-turned -into-studio of my school days. Can hardly go around without bumping into sth but it is definitely proper for a person/couple. 2. Staff: smiley and eager to do good but I got the impression they overlooked the rest. Well a smile won't replace a good service. 3. Street-view rooms have a small balcon which is amazing. Only problem is sliding doors aren't double-glazed. Expect temperature to rise up to 30-32c degree between 11am-14pm. 4. Spa and Health center: Possibly there so the hotel can say they have one. To conclude I wouldn't recommend it. You will be paying top dollar for substandard offering.

Best western makes you feel at home while traveling. There attention to detail is great. The food was great as well! Blen the event coordinator was great! She answered our questions and responded to requests promptly. She invited us to an african savannah night to try amazing food and participate in a coffee ceremony. She took much time to share and answer questions about culture and food and history. Zekarias the IT staff for our event was amazing. I've done many workshops and never had an IT person so attentive. Mihret the waiter in the downstairs bar remembered my name from day one and really was a bright spot at the end of our long work days. He always asked how I was doing made me feel very welcomed. Overall, it was a great stay at BW. The hospitality of the staff and their responsiveness was the best. I hope to come back to Ethiopia and stay with them again.

The service at Best Western Plus was excellent. The location is very central and close to most to go places in Bole. Everyone at the hotel was great specially the bar man Dave who recommended me to stay there and provided excellent service during my stay.

Had the most peaceful sleep in their comfortable beds. The staff are totally amazing starting from the reservation manager Ruth, to the the front office staff and restaurant staff. Quality food. Only few minutes from the airport with a free shuttle and friendly and professional drivers. Keep up the good service and will return again soon.

We came from Frankfurt, Germany and we are thrilled with the service. We were picked up from the airport without any problems and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and special requests are accepted without problems.Bar has a nice atmosphere and the live music is good As our stay was relatively long (4 weeks), we got to know the hotel and the staff very well. The hotel is clean and nicely furnished, and the wellness and fitness area is well equipped. At the end of our stay we even got a farewell cake.

The service is just amazing. The waitress are very good specially Melka was very good. The location is accessible to anyone. I recommend this hotel because it is also family frirndly. Their food is nice and enjoyed their live band.

My favorite aspect of my stay at Best Western Plus Addis is the staff. I would like to recognize Chala for his excellent customer service. He was accommodating, patient, and kind. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels in the U.S., and this is by far the best experience I have had. They have the best customer service. We stayed here on three separate occasions this month as I traveled from the U.S. to visit family. Thank you, everyone, for your hospitality! I will definitely be returning.

I came to Addis from LA for a friend's wedding. I stayed at the Sheraton and Hyatt for a few days before moving to the Best Western Plus. I love the location of Best Western. It is in the heart of Bole which is where all the action is. The prices are very reasonable as well compared to the overpriced Sheraton/Hyatt. The staff at Best Western have been excellent. From the front desk to the housekeepers to the waiters in the amazing restaurant (which is semi outdoors and has a huge TV for watching the World Cup), I've enjoyed my stay very much. Mihret T has been phenomenal as well. He always takes care of me when I come to the bar/restaurant. Will definitely be coming back.

from where should I start for this marvelous hotel with well-trained staff all over from the shuttle service to the gate and up to housemaids, very kind and respectful to their duties, this hotel will be my first choice when ever I'm in Addis.

A fine, friendly property, well located in the Bole district of Addis. Superb staff (particularly Timketu!) who try to anticipate your next need; decent amenities, comfortable rooms and a reasonable, if not overly imaginative, restaurant.

Our company organized a farewell ceremony at Best West. It was a luncheon program for a group of 75. The Meeting Hall was just spacious and beautiful. The service waa excellent and the meals were great. Variety of Traditional Dishes are a bit lacking from the menu but the ones present were nice. The best part was the coffee ceremony followed by the delicious cake, which I recommend for anyone planning to organize an event there. Overall, It's just one place you would comfortably go to whenever you are in need!!!

Very good hotel Breakfast need to be improved. Early check in is a big issue for this hotel. ( they asked for 50 $ to be checked in available rooms .. which is vey strange .) The manager is very polite. Rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is good ( relatively speaking )

Excellent service from a lady called Meron T at best western Restaurant. She has a heart of compassion. The sky is no limit for this dedicated servant. The hotel interacts with guests at a personal level, making sure the stay is home.

Overall very welcoming and friendly staff from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Rooms are very clean and tidy, bar and restaurant is friendly with good food and good atmosphere especially on a Saturday night, highly recommend staying about for the live bands. A bit more choice on the buffet at breakfast and evening meal would be good, however, good choice on lunch and dinner menu!

Stayed during a cold and wet period but the warm hospitality more then made up for that. The Hotel is located in a very handy part of the city for amenities and comfortable and clean. Special mention to my brother Habtamu who was an exceptional Barman and made the stay very memorable.

I organised a two day conference for 15 colleagues at BWP with all attendees staying at the hotel. This was a last booking after changing from another hotel. I can honestly say the facilities, customer service and general assistance we received were fantastic. Everything was prepared to a high standard, staff were attentive and always available to help last minute request. The food provided in the hotel restuarant was fresh, varied and delicious, whilst they also included vegan options. We were able to fully concentrate on out work knowing that everything else was being taken care of I would like to say a specific thank you to Yared, one of the sales executives. He served as our point person during preparations and throughout the two day conference. Always available, always keen to provide any additional support we needed, exceptionally easy to work with and always with our best interests at heart. Thank you Yared. All in all, I would absolutely recomend this as a great option for a conferênce/meeting right in the centre of Addis.

I had a quite a good experience at my stay at the hotel. I got a good service from Ato Yared Ayalew (Sales Executive), He is a very good sales person, he had a good communication and negotiation skill.

My first visit to best-western was related to business our company organized a project launch and it was the best cocktail service. starting from the marketing team to the whole team was very professional and well organized. the jan-meda hall view was amazing and the conference facilities use the latest technologies. my second visit to best-western was with friends related to organizing a baby shower. and their service was so amazing, the setup, dinner and the cake were special. I highly recommend best-western for any kind of event that you may plan in the future. we had a very nice time their. At last, I want to thank the marketing team especially Mr. Yared. I attended a work related conference at Best Western Addis Ababa in mid June 2022, and stayed for 10 days. The Hotel is very well set-up and the conference facilities are brilliant. The Hotel Staff are also Hospitable right from the security checks when you arrive until the check-in and bell hops. Our check-in was smooth and the rooms were prepared on time. The conference room was also kept clean and refreshed throughout our stay. It was a memorable experience and stay, and I look forward to returning in 2023. Special thanks to Tsigereda, the Sales Lady, she was very supportive throughout our stay and ensured the conference went on smoothly and successfully. Mr. Teddy was also very helpful during the tea-breaks, and ensured the meeting room was always refreshed and kept clean. One thing the Hotel can consider is a wider variety of menu, as it is presently very limited. Consider also providing fresh juices as part of lunch (not only soft drinks and coffee/tea). Consider also a guard within the vicinity of the hotel to guard guests against being pick-pocketed by the boys selling wares right outside the hotel. All in all a memorable stay, and big thanks to the team at Best Western Plus.

Best Western Plus Hotel hosted our guests (about 48 people) for over a week. The group was composed of different states in the Horn of Africa region; and everyone was happy with the service, care, and extra effort made to address the needs of this diverse group. Particularly; Kalkidan Abera from the restaurant (with her excellent communication skill, welcoming vibe, and accommodating of our needs), Tamirat Abayneh (taking full responsibility and care of the group every day for the entire week, with respect and humble smile (tho under the mask); and of course Ruda Teshale and Tewodros Masresha for their outstanding customer service skills and their alertness to the needs of the customer is outstanding!

10/10. loved my stay. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Always pleasant when I asked them for help. From shuttle service to covid testing to figuring out local shopping areas.

A grope of more than 45 people stayed there for a week's training and the service was optimal. It is well managed , the staff is well-mannered and always ready to help. We were particularly impressed by Kalkidan who was always welcoming and did her job with love and care, she is amazing and we recommend her a 100%.

This was my first time to Africa and my first time to Ethiopia. As an African-American I have always looked forward to come to the land of our ancestors and seeing our brothers and sisters in the motherland. The staff and personnel made my stay enjoyable and they were really nice, I would like to give a special kudos to Addisu G. (With his professionalism and great customer service when I came to eat in the restaurant, Roman and ASmarew (in the restaurant he was like a little brother and so funny) RUTH and Helen (who helped me become situated In my room and helped make my stay enjoyable by ensuring everything was satisfactory) ABENEZER (who helped me with my luggage and great professionalism) Fitsum (who did an outstanding job on my laundry and got it back in lightning speed). And also all of the front desk staff especially RAHEL and Ruth and Helen, the beautiful smiles and excellent customer service made this the most epic pilgrimage to the land of our ancestors, and as a child of the diaspora I would Highly recommend this hotel to others who want to visit the land across the sea, that our ancestors were forced from, but now to return and experience the culture is a blessing and I am perpetually grateful for the not only excellent customer service but also the feeling that the staff was like my extended family, cousins of the diaspora. I was happy when I arrived at Bole Airport and Azeb was waiting to welcome and direct me. The last two times weren't very pleasant after the airport when l was to the hotel Asmaraw was take care of me until l go l am very happy for the service l will beback
