We had a very delightful experience the atmosphere was nice and the service. I stayed at this hotel for seven days. The complementary breakfast was great plenty of selection more than that the staff are friendly and professional. The room was clean.and Bed was comfortable shower worked great. I was really pleased with all the people that worked at this hotel

My stay at Best Western Premier Dynasty hotel was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a nice experience and ambiance environment. Hospital reception Tensir and reliability from the Kebru and many others waiters. Accommodation has been very comfortable, 100% sanitation. Meals on time. I would love to be here again. Thanks Ethiopia 🇪🇹

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been coming to this hotel for the last four years, usually twice a year, and I truly love this place. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. The front desk staff members are always very friendly, professional, and helpful. Their warm hospitality makes every stay special. I would also like to give special recognition to Meseret Abebe in the restaurant. His customer service is absolutely 💯💯! He is friendly, attentive, and always makes sure guests are comfortable and happy. His excellent service really stands out. After four years of coming here, I can honestly say this place feels like a second home to me. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to coming back again and again! Great hotel, conveniently located wothin the greater Bole area. Rooms very clean and spacious and well designed for business travellers. The most striking feature was the professionalism and friendly, serving African - Ethiopian hospitality with warmth from airport pick up to the reception and restaurant. Kalkidan and rest of her colleagues at the main restaurants do a great job makimg guests feel at home. Would definitely return if visiting Addis again
Amazing people, really! I had dinner and was so much attended to the Teshome korsa, at Enset restaurant went the extra mile to satisfy ma eating need. They are all (Gym, Spa, Housekeeping) so friendly, respectful and professional . For a short or long, solo or with family, Best Western Hotel is the best place for you in Addis.

The staff are very friendly and the housekeeping department (at least on floor 4 😊) does a better job than some of the other hotels I have been to. The meeting rooms were neat and clean and the staff responded quickly to requests for support with connecting to the tech etc. The refreshments are ready early/on-time (as opposed to many other venues where they tend to be late). Only drawback is that it is not a short walk from restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately the room was not good as last time, no view and a lot of noise in the early morning. Last time was in January & it was perfect but really this time was not good.

The hotel is excellent . Clean and affordable with staff who go above and beyond . We also held our company workshop here and everything was done seamlessly. Best Western Premier Dynasty Hotel ended up being one of our most reliable and supportive stays in Addis—especially as a layover hotel, which is exactly how we used it. The standout moment came when Kirbu witnessed us being actively scammed by a Ride (ride-share app) driver on the way to the airport. The driver refused to load our luggage unless we paid him extra in cash, at a rate far higher than what the app quoted. Kirbu stepped in immediately, called the hotel shuttle (which normally runs on the hour), and had it dispatched right away. That shuttle was our saving grace and got us to the airport just in time. No scams, no drama—handled professionally and fast. Breakfast is very good for a complimentary buffet. The egg station was better than most in Ethiopia; over-easy eggs cooked perfectly once and not so perfectly once, and the stuffed cheese tomatoes were tasty. The room was large, the bed comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage, and importantly, no harsh chemical fragrances on arrival. Cleanliness was good overall, but the bathroom loses points: the showerhead had visible red bacteria/mold in each water outlet, which needs attention. This is why the hotel itself remains a 3-star property, not higher. We used this hotel for all our domestic flight layovers because of its proximity to the airport, free shuttle, and breakfast—while reserving long luxury stays for the Hyatt. For that purpose, it was an excellent choice. On our final night, the staff truly went above and beyond. We were dealing with an unrelated but serious issue involving a tour operator who attempted to delay and dodge a refund they had agreed to in writing. Emotions ran high in the lobby. Instead of punishing upset guests or escalating the situation, the manager calmly de-escalated, escorted us to a private meeting room, sent bar service, and allowed us to use the room for two full hours while continuing to serve us—without complaint—until the situation was resolved. That level of professionalism and compassion is rare and deserves real credit. One logistical note: the free airport shuttle arrived over 30 minutes late for an 8:00 am request, with repeated assurances it was “on the way.” The driver got us to the gate just as boarding started thankfully, he really worked hard. The hotel really needs a backup shuttle for peak traffic times—there was zero margin for error. We would absolutely stay here again for Addis stopovers. Not a luxury destination—but a dependable, well-run hotel with outstanding people, which ultimately earns the 4-star rating.

The Best Western Premier has areas in need of improvement. That said, the hotel has excellent staff. Areas of improvement: 1) Some of the bar staff were very slow, especially when drinks needed to be made. 2) I had to ask for laundry bags and lists on numerous occasions during my four-week stay. Excellent staff: 1) The chef produced high quality food and was very accommodating. My thanks to him for his efforts. 2) Nathanial (concierge) was proactive and exceptionally helpful, with an engaging personality and a positive approach. 3) Kakidan (reception) was always welcoming, with an infectious smile and a beautiful personality. Her manner brightened each day. 4) Amanuel (service) provided excellent service. His approach was organized and efficient, and he was a pleasure to interact with. 5) Kidest ("Cra-Cra") also provided excellent service and had an excellent sense of humor. She was a confident, engaging, and delightful staff member.

Although there were a number of inconsistencies in the hotel, from a positive perspective, the staff were exceptional: friendly; helpful; positive; always smiling... I stayed at Best Western Premier Dynasty in Addis Ababa for about two weeks. From my initial arrival at the hotel to check-out my stay was flawless. Kalkidan at the front desk was great! She greeted me warmly at my arrival and provided early check-in. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good. More than the meal, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Germaw for getting me Machiato every morning! Good Gym and Spa. Location is convenient to the airport and dependable airport shuttle. In the hospitality industry customer service is important. A friendly smile a welcoming attitude means a great deal. The hotel was amazing. We stayed there for three nights, after which we went for a couple of days to Arba Minch, in the South. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage there and pick it up the day we returned and were scheduled to go back home to Europe. They even let us make use of the free airport shuttle, all despite the fact we hadn't been guests anymore for a few days. We cannot recommend the Best Western Premier Dynasty enough. Location, amenities and service are top and we very much look forward to staying theee again when we return someday to Ethiopia.

The rooms are so good. The place is so beautiful. The stuff are very polite. Especially Meseret abebe, habtie and Teshome. The language barrier though is challenging. If you can train them more English it would be better. I would definately visit again when I am around!

I have been going to Ethiopia a couple of times a year over the past 8years and stayed in several different hotels and I must say this is my new favourite place when it comes to rooms, the gym (well equipped and not too busy), the pool and the breakfast. Great dining experience, good variety of Meseret Abebe, Dana and other staff were very helpful. Always cheered up and ready to help. I specifically liked the special tea Tilum from the reception was very helpful in changing my room. The gym was very good, well equipped. Staff were very helpful by providing towels and assisting with using equipment. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with shops around it. I liked taking a walk in the evenings after work, going to the nearby mall. The road was well lit with beautiful street lights. I felt very safe. 9

I've been staying on and off at the Best Western Premier for almost two years, and it's always outstanding. The hotel is well-equipped, comfortable, and clean, with great food and a perfect location, but it's the people who make it exceptional. Whether it's Mehrawit at reception, Meseret at breakfast, Hiletework in reservations, or Selamawit the manager, they are unfailingly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about the BWP Dynasty in Addis Ababa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and a true oasis of comfort after a long day. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the airport and many key areas of the city, which made getting around so easy. But what really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding facilities. The gym is top-notch, the indoor pool is a fantastic way to unwind, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a delicious way to start every day, with a huge variety of fresh, local, and international options. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine kindness are a testament to the high standards of this establishment. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've stayed at in Addis Ababa, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Good place to stay. The location and the and view from top floor awesome. Breakfast is good with fruits and special Pancakes. Meseret is a nice person and took good care the whole time I was there. They understand what you need and provide. Rooms are fine and spacious. They should work on their body lotion they provide, not good. In food they can add some more verities. I am staying here since a year of my travel and will continue. Definitely recommended.

All the staff starting from the parking guards to the house keepers are awesome and ethically correct. The Love their work and I think they are thinking that the hotel is their's and that totally makes a difference. Thank you for your hospitality. The food was healthy on my earlier experiences and Today, I had a good portion and healthy. The waiters served me Maschal and Meseret were excellent and willing to serve in anyway possible. As human beings you are not perfect, but you are amazing. From the front Desk, everyone is wecoming but Kalkidan I knew her from Bestwestern pearl and I met her here and she is so, welcoming and professionaly excellent. Maryamawit (if I correctly spelled it), also smart in taking the next step to help. All guys whom I met at the front desk were excellent. I had faced a very very slight eror I have faced from my stays here so, it doesn't matter. It showed me how the entire leadership of the hotel watch and lead all their staff. I had a fantastic lunch at Best Western Premier, where Habtie provided exceptional service. The grilled chicken breast was juicy and perfectly seasoned, with a delightful smoky flavor. The fresh sides complemented the dish beautifully. The warm ambiance made for a relaxing dining experience.
The hotel is very nice and cozy, with excellent service. The only downside is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say.

Staff at the restaurant have excellent etiquette,smiling and welcoming. Rooms are tidy and clean. The cost is affordable too!
The staff of the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was a mixture of an English breakfast and traditional Ethiopian foods. Special shoutout to Meseret for making sure that I was pleased with the service at breakfast.

I patron this place frequently as it is near my office, been enjoying it . Well trained staff with clear communication, able to assist above and beyond. The food is very good and the variety helps. Fair mention Meseret the waiter who served us few times was gracious and accommodating. Kudos!! Keep it up.
Have visited here many times but never stayed over (yet). Food, drinks good and service always with a friendly smile and helpful approach, e.g. Habtie on lunch shift but many others evenings and mornings too. Ambience is lobby style quiet and relaxed. Always a good place for a casual business meeting or post work drink.
The hotel was excellent with the service and location. I want to acknowledge one waitress that provided service for me múltiple time's. Hana was fantastic! I hope to see her again when I return next month.

I want to give an “excellent” rating to a waitress named “Hana”. She was very cordial and always performed her job with a pleasant smile. My friend and I ordered a pizza that was half meat lover and half vegetable. Her attention to detail was excellent and we were more than satisfied with the results. The food was great and our experience was enjoyable thanks to Hana's effervescent personality. On a scale of one to five with five being exemplary, Hana is certainly a five star waitress destined for opportunities with more responsibility.

I had the best lunch at the Best Western premier Dynasty! Even though I was dining alone, I never felt lonely. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease.
