"Quiet corner"

Located in a quiet corner but close to the town centre. Hardworking and friendly staff. The public areas are small for a Best Western, and my (single) room wasn't huge, but it was well equipped and comfortable. Good WiFi. Breakfast was fine.

The Hotel itself is nice and friendly and close to Railway but still quite a distance on the trains (2 trains) to get to Paris Centre, much better and not much dearer getting an Uber. The Bad Part: Our room 407 had Mould in the Bathroom all over the ceiling and also my wife was bitten 4 times during the night in bed so I'm worried there were Bedbugs as well. What should have been a nice experience in a nice hotel didnt quite work out as anticipated and we were left disappointed.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff Entrance is a little tricky to find on a dark rainy night due to it not being clearly lite or sign posted Room was clean and has good amenities. Price charged for dog is high, which cannot be warranted as the room has mop-able flooring, no carpet.

Wonderful ground floor room recently renovated with very comfortable bed and pillows and interesting interior with seating areas outside . Small pool which was nice but not heated small Food was wonderful last year but not as good this year. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel as a whole had a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely hotel, great food and bedroom. I would definitely recommend for an overnight stay or longer if you want to explore the countryside. The added bonus of the swimming pool was brilliant. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a very short drive from the highway and near several shops and restaurants. We were pleased that the hotel allowed dogs and our room had great access to a beautiful garden. The bed was very comfortable and the room had an efficient layout. It felt luxurious for a reasonable price.

"Terrible hotel - would not recommend."

Our room had no hot water for the shower, it had black mold in the bathroom. The TV did not work, had to be re programed by the front desk. No English language channels. The room was so hot we had to open the sliding glass door in the middle of the night. The internet was slow. The mattress was uncomfortable. The only positive was that they had a gated parking lot so we felt safe about the car. The front desk staff were pleasant.

"Fair hotel to stay at when visiting Valence"

The hotel is located near the centre of Valence, which can easily be accessed by foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also pretty nice. The main drawback, was the parking, which was very narrow. We were happy not to have a big car! A place you can sleep at when in Valence.

"Perfect hotel in Valence"

Great hotel during my jaunt through the wine region. Room was big and bed was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and there is coffee throughout the day. The parking is just steps from the hotel. If it is full the other city carpark is only a few minutes walk away. Andrew, who was at the front desk at night was so very helpful with my laundry and the dryer. They also knew the best place for kabobs, and it did not disappoint!! If you are looking for a hotel in Valence, let Atrium be your choice!!!
