This is a good hotel. Fantastic location right beside the lake, free on site parking and half decent facilities. The welcome from the reception staff was pretty poor and the indoor pool wasn't the cleanest, but the room was a good size and clean. The balcony was a fantastic addition and as we were at the front the view was spectacular. We never ate at the hotel as there are loads of places locally to eat but there's a small bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel is a 20/30 odd mintue walk away from the town centre but I guess a taxi wouldn't be too expensive. An enjoyable stay and would return.

I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were always very helpful and polite. The room was simple but clean and very comfortable. The spa area was a nice bonus and kept really clean. Excellent location.

We didn't like this hotel. It was 3 star but down market. The pictures of the room, called the apartment, on the website made it look much bigger than it actually was (price: 201.30€ room, 56€ dinner + 27€ breakfast =284.30 € total for room 227). There was no closet, only a rod for hanging and a shelves under it. The bed had tiny micro tables on each side. Then there was a sofa but no low table in front of it. There were two easy chairs but again no tables nearby to put your coffee cup on. There was a dining table for 4 people in the room. Across from it was a kitchenette with a microwave but no coffee machine of any kind whatsoever. There was a hot water boiler and tea, along with packets of instant coffee. The mini fridge was useful for us. The sink for the bathroom was in a tiny room that also had the bathtub/shower and a wall towel heater. The toilet room was unheated and the automatic light went off when you were sitting on the toilet. The décor was also down market but it did appear to be new. The temperature of the room had to be set at the reception desk. That was a problem. There was a Jacuzzi in an outside separately managed spa that cost extra. The restaurant was also a separate operation and we had to walk outside a block to get there. The restaurant's room was really cold but the food was good enough.

This is a great hotel. It's nice and modern and the staff are lovely. The room I had was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a large shower. I was here on a cycling holiday with friends and this hotel is a perfect base to cycle from. They have a secure bike storage room in the car park which is perfect for storing and building bikes. The breakfast is ample with all the usual continental style foods. The rooftop bar is a nice touch and a great place to unwind after the day. If there's a small downside the hotel is a bit out of town, which is a decent walk or maybe a taxi ride away to the centre.

Very large very nice 2 room family suite. I liked this small hotel. Right next door to an absolutely beautiful park and just a couple blocks away from all the action of the shopping district. Nice pool, sauna and steamroom.

Great location with good facilities, we stayed as part of a motorcycle trip. There was parking for the bikes outside the hotel. Rooms large, clean with good AC and a balcony for drying clothes. Indoor pool was good was warm in summer. Located near the beach and local swimming pool. We walked from the railway station which is 1.5 miles away

Stayed one night. Well located and quiet. Clean, reasonably spacious room. A/C worked well. Comfortable beds, although the pillows were quite flat. There were no extra pillows. There were power sockets near both beds, but other sockets were poorly located (under the desk). Room amenities included electric kettle and minifridge. Bathroom with toilet separate from sink and tub. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, and no spare roll. The shower head holder was broken, and the shower head was hanging facing the wall. Average wifi. Breakfast buffet with good selection, with great views from the terrace.

Awesome family room and spa facilities. Family suite was two well sized rooms, both with yes and separate toilets. Main room also had large bathroom with bath shower and separate walk in shower plus 2 large sinks. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Only thing that spoilt it was the back wall of the maim bedroom, I'm sure it was a design feature but to us it just look like a white wall with black mould all over it, so a bit off putting to begin with. Room was immaculate with 4 robes and slippers. Did I say we had 2 toilets? :) Next best thing was spa, pool was at a perfect temp, as was the jacuzzi which seats around 6 people. A nice sauna and hamman/ steam room. The only negative was the lift was out of action so we all had to use the tiny service lift. Which only accommodated 3 people and was very slow. Plenty of underground parking too. If it had a restaurant or did snacks all day and into evening it would have been perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. Aix les bains not so much, bit of a ****hole tbh. Stopover on the way to annecy and strasbourg.

The reason I give 5 stars is mainly because the lady who was working at the front desk was excellent. She was always smiling, very friendly and very helpful. ( I am sorry I forgot her name) She helped us using the washing machine and the dryer. On the negative side when we checked in at night the veilleur de nuit was very unprofessional and ignored us when we tried to check in . He was too busy having a long conversation with a man sitting at the end of the bar. The veilleur de nuit was very abrupt and had an attitude when he was talking to us . When I asked for 2 extra pillows he was very annoyed and reluctant to go to get them. He said that usually they give extra bedrooms for people sharing a room for 4 guests ! Each time we walked by the front desk at night he was always talking with the same man seated at the end of the bar and never acknowledged us . Very rude ! If you are in the service industry you need to have eye contact and be nice to your customers. The veilleur de nuit needs to be retrained asap . The hotel room was very nice, clean and spacious .

New and very clean rooms, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast is well sorted and of good quality, they also serve healthy options. The employees are very nice. The only problem the hotel has is to create invoices for companies, otherwise great.
