Excellent service - we had an issue with our dog before leaving and we had to delay and the hotel moved the booking to the following day with no issue. It is a perfect stop off on the way to the alps with plenty of amenities close by so there is a wide choice of food which also is discounted when you stay in the hotel. It is our second stop and we would book again. Parking is on site and secure for a 12 euro charge or you can park in the free part but it was very busy when we stayed on Saturday. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Location, easy to walk to main places of interest. Close to train station if you need that. Nothing else special, basic hotel with basic facilities. Discount for long term parking at station Disliked · Cleanliness, we stayed in room 304 three nights 26th to 29th August 2025. Room cleaning terrible, first day dirty towels left on floor and we had to ask reception to send up clean ones. Second day, the room was NOT vacuumed and the floor dirty when we returned, we mentioned to recpetion but seemed no action. Breakfast - most hotels we stayed this tour had no tv or the news channel, this one had MTV music channel whish seemed to be only to entertain the staff who watched it non stop If you drive to hotel you need to park in station which is not well signposted, would be helpful if hotel put GPS address for parking in the confirmation. WiFi intermittent One the the less good Best Western we have stayed and not a good advert for the brand

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. Léna was incredibly helpful before we set off ensuring that our requirements were met. From the moment we arrived, the front desk made us feel welcomed - they were knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities, our room, and gave us recommendations for nearby places to eat (there are several restaurants next to the hotel and most provide a discount if you stay at this hotel). The location is ideal for a stop off en route for longer drives as it is located close to the main roads. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was great, had everything we needed, was quiet and the hotel even provided complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommended!

We stayed the night in this hotel (on our way back home from the South of France to Belgium) and I have to say it's been a while since we had a hotel that was this good. They have a closed parking for the car with camera security. The beds are PERFECT, staff is friendly, breakfast has all you need (both healthy and greasy stuff), the town is so lovely (as if you'd step back hundred years in time) and going to Dijon by public transport (bus) takes you only 25 min (including the walk from the hotel to the bus station.) I would definitely recommend this hotel. Actually, Dijon is a really nice city so we already said that we'd go back, and then we'd surely stay in La Bonbonnière again.

We book sometimes through the year this Hotel. This time 07.-08.Aug we got a room which was obviously not cleaned up. Only new bedware changend. But Insider the bed were hairs, a lot of hairs. Bathtub was also with hairs. Bathroom bottom also hairs. Going out from the bath a Spider was Running onnthe carpet. All in all normal i would say NO to this. But a drive of 900 km im tired of claiming. But i mentioned to the hotel clerk of the eve, but nothing came back. As well the parking lot, horrible! If you are able pass your car into the lot, you are not able to get out of your car, cause the doors are pretty close to the next car. Talked to the little lady at the Front desk, „oh hm, there should not be a car next to yours „ Take the one on 41. But bevor, i got told no lot is free. Now there is one. Pretty Strange. Not a big care for the custumer. All in all, somebody should Check a Bit more the room clean up. It is the Most interessant thing to have CLEAN rooms.

Decent stop on way to the alps. The hotel is small and modern. Not fancy but is functional. There is a gated car park compound. It is situated on a retail park with cinema, arcade etc and a few cafes and restaurants. A bonus for us was the McDonald's with an indoor play area which was a hit with the children. The main downside was an illuminated panic button which floodlit the room despite covering with multiple unicorn stickers!

out of age bathroom not well maintained, rusty and not properly working. the rest of the room is of the same poor level at this stair : we were said that other stairs have been renewed, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it

Just passing through on our way to the Alps but this place was perfect! A free football table in reception for a start, so two bored kids could already let off some steam with a little activity whilst we checked in. Helpful friendly staff who were quite welcoming. The family room was had was quite spacious and the layout meant there was a little privacy between the main bed and the double sofa bed. Clean, tidy room and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom too with twin sinks, reasonable sized bath and enough space to move. My husband and son report a comfortable night on the bed and they liked the memory foam pillows. My other son and I had the large sofa bed which was also very comfortable, although it was quite creaky. It was a bit noisy as we could hear the plumbing from adjoining rooms quite loudly but we were very tired so it wasn't too bothersome. A pretty decent breakfast in the morning (kids' were inclusive) and well stocked even though it was busy. The secure parking was €10 but free if you join the rewards scheme (also free). It meant we didn't worry about our ski stuff overnight as it looked very safe. The hotel is in a leisure complex with a bowling alley, cinema and a few restaurants. It was busy as it was a Friday night but we had a perfectly good meal at the pizza place. You get 10 or 15% off at the restaurants if you show your hotel card. More child energy expended at the amusement part of the bowling alley whilst hubby queued for the table so everyone was happy. All in all couldn't have been better really, a perfect spot and we will definitely stop there again next time we're in Dijon.

The 3 heaters are broken, T° is too low, not enough blankets to compensate. The walls have no isolation at all (neither thermal nor sound-wise). Very noisy, near the 4-way road. Boiler not present whereas it is mentioned in the reservation. No curtains in the shower, the shutters don't shut either which transforms your cleaning experience into a peep show at dawn. Cracks and moisture stains everywhere.

The hotel is quite new and well situated on a small retail park with bowling, cinema and restaurants. Being just off the motorway, it makes an excellent stop off. Secure parking is a great feature for travellers. Suitable, continental breakfast with fresh ingredients. Rooms are on the small side but fine for a short stay.
