Location great. Staff very helpful. Room upgraded to a lovely room.

On recommendation of a colleague, this was the perfect 1 night's stopover on my way to Italy. It's located in the centre of the town, Google Maps struggled at the very end of the trip, but put me in the closest vicinity. There is a public car park just outside , the receptionist came out to advise me on the most economical option €2.20 for an overnight stay. The room was basic but very comfortable, aircon is available in the summer, modern bathroom with all amenities, tea/coffee making facilities if required. Bed firm but comfortable sheets clean and crisp. I didn't visit the attached restaurant as I wasn't in the mood for a formal sit down dinner, but the menu looked great, priced appropriately. I discussed my options with the receptionist who guided me to various options within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is your typical European style with a few hot options, all very tasty and sustained me for the next few hours of the journey.

The bed is dirty and there's part of dead animals, in it and the only thing the hotel did was give us new sheets that's disgusting. An even crew said that cleaner haven't changed it in a bit. How does it have so good reviews when they do this . Yes, the hotel room is good besides the dead animals.

Lovely stay, good breakfast, lovely and picturesque scenery. more family rooms needed. Had to book two rooms for 2 adults and 3 children and we literally stayed only in one room, leaving the second room empty as we couldn't leave our children alone. Didn't understand why it is difficult to organise more family rooms at a family rate. This hotel policy about certain number of people in one room cannot fit the room without considering family conditions is just family discriminating. On the other hand, the hotel is just very good overall. Staff is welcoming, clean, breakfast continental. Everything in a good tradition of Best Western network.

Very good hotel in a very quiet area with an excellent location to reach Geneva easily. Rooms with kitchenette are very practical and well equipped making our stay even more pleasant after a tiring day touring Geneva and the surrounding area. The executive suite is great for the family.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room facilities excellent. Dining area and small kitchenette. Seperate bedroom. Possible to access Geneva by public transport. By car easy access depending on traffic. Early booking gets good rates.

The view of the old church from the Superior Room was well worth the extra cost. Room was large. Staff was friendly. Nice extra touch that there was complimentary fruit at front desk.

This is a nice hotel right in the middle of town, a little difficult to drive to. The rooms had been updated extensively, but our bed had a slight slope back towards the headboard. The hotel restaurant did not have a broad enough menu for us to eat there, though well decorated. We would have liked to seen a chicken dish, a risotto dish, etc. We found a fun, vibrant restaurant a block away. Breakfast was a little lacking, also served in a separate room away from the restaurant. With such a restaurant, they could have offered a-la-carte cooked items.

If you are staying in Bourg-en-Bresse you must stay in this hotel. Beautifully refurbished at some point fairly recently. It retains the features of an older hotel whilst having all the modern conveniences. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. I am looking forward to staying there again.

Nice hotel in a good spot with a very good restaurant. The price of the room was reasonable. The bathroom was excellent and there was ample parking in the square in front if you did not want to use their parking area.
