Rien a dire sur la piscine et l'emplacement. Les parties communes sont propres et modernes mais les chambres vieillottes sont petites, mal équipées (sèche-cheveux qui ne sert à rien, manque de cintres et TV avec peu de chaînes) et mal isolées (bruit de la rue et des couloirs). Le ménage est moyen et le petit déjeuner pas top (peu de variétés, toujours la même chose. Sur les trois machines à café, il y en a toujours 2 qui fonctionnent mal ou pas du tout) Pour moi ce n'est pas un quatre-étoiles. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

En arrivant, il y a eu un petit désagrément sur la chambre que l'on devait m'octroyer. Cela a duré quand même un certain temps pour le résoudre (45 minutes) mais après tout est rentré dans l'ordre en m'attribuant une chambre identique qui était convenable pour mon séjour d'une semaine. Ma chambre était située au sixième et dernier étage, elle était dotée d'un balcon qui donnait sur la ville de Yerevan mais sans avoir le bruit de la circulation des voitures. L'hôtel est situé à environ 300 mètres du centre cela vous assure la tranquillité. Le personnel était charmant, compétant et à l'écoute. La chambre était parfaitement entretenue. Rien à dire sur ce lieu qui a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable.

Cet hôtel est vraiment magnifique et le service est sans faille. Voici 3 fois que j'y séjourne et c'est encore mieux que la dernière fois. Mais ce que je veux signaler c'est leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité. Suite à une annulation d'avion survenue à la dernière minute (à l'aéroport...) , j'ai dû décaler mon séjour. L'Hotel Congress a accepté et ne m'a pas facturé de nuit supplémentaire. :) Proche de la Place de la République, et des nouveaux jets d'eau multicolores. La meilleure adresse de Yerevan. This hotel is mmagnificent with a first class service. I have been there 3 times and it's even better than formerly. I'd like to quote that due to a last-minute flight cancellation, the accepted to switch our stay free of charge. :) Close to Republic Square, in front of new coloured fountains. The best address in Yerevan!

Très central et pourtant fort calme, doté en outre d'une belle piscine, cet établissement a tout pour plaire même si les chambres ne sont pas excessivement vastes. Le personnel est agréable. En revanche, le service de restauration est totalement désorganisé (notamment en ce qui concerne le bar restaurant de la piscine) : longue attente, plats de mauvaise qualité. Hormis ce gros point négatif, qui mérite des améliorations (impensable d'attendre un boisson 45 minutes), je recommande l'établissement

Bon établissement. Le hall a été rénové depuis mon dernier passage en 2017. L'hôtel se trouve à 15-20 minutes de l'aéroport international (pensez à réserver une navette de l'hôtel pour 6000 AMD, ça évite les soucis avec les taxis). Accueil très souriant et professionnel. La chambre est de taille correcte et la literie est bonne. Seul la salle d'eau mériterait un coup de neuf. Le centre de Yerevan se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pieds. Pas d'avis sur le petit déjeuner car départ de l'hôtel de bonne heure.

Hôtel très confortable et dont le personnel est accueillant. Le jardin a une piscine auprès de laquelle on peut prendre le petit-déjeuner à la belle saison. Des travaux d'aménagement sont en cours au rez de chaussée, concernant notamment le restaurant.

L'accueil est particulièrement cordial. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable, très sympathique et attentif que cela soit à la réception, au bar, au petit déjeuner, dans les étages. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres et sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour d'une semaine. Les chambres sont bien propres peut-être que les peintures pourraient être cependant refaites dans certaines d'entre elles. Le petit déjeuner est très complets et permet une bonne restauration matinale même aux végétariens et végans. Nous recommandons cet hôtel très bien placés dans Yérévan.

Le gros avantage de cet hotel est la belle piscine exterieure dont il est pourvu à seulement quelques minutes de l hyper centre et indispensable avec la chaleur d'Erevan en été. Le petit dejeuner propose un grand choix de qualité. Le personnel est disponible et celui du restaurant particulierement sympa. L hotel est agreable et la chambre confortable (surtout le lit kig size) mais un peu petite et la salle de bain, bien que propre, est un peu basique pour un Best Western. A refaire!

L'hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville,le personnel est, pour la plupart, très attentionné et serviable-un grand merci à Haïk à la réception-mais certaines personnes devraient être un peu plus aimables notamment le matin au petit déjeuner.Les chambres sont spacieuses ,la moquette au sol n'est pas très bien nettoyée-un morceau de papier laissé au sol y est resté 5 jours!-sinon dans l'ensemble le ménage est fait correctement et les femmes de ménage sont présentes tout le jour ce qui permet de les solliciter si besoin est .La piscine est bien entretenue, le bar est agréable, seuls les tarifs pratiqués sont élevés-2,50 € le café ce qui est très cher en Arménie!!Nous sommes partis entre amis et avons tous été satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet établissement!

Superbe hôtel à 10 min à tout casser du centre ! Chambre plus correcte et service nickel La piscine fais aussi son effet avec un bar où on peux manger et boire (même si c'est un peu plus cher que la normale mais rien d'alarmant) Y'a un bar ouvert 24/24 au lobby Un peu cher pour l'Arménie mais c'est un hôtel de la chaîne Best Western donc c'est compréhensible et puis ça vaut le coup Je le recommande pour un séjour d'1 semaine max , plus commencerait à vous coûter cher

Proche du centre de Yerevan (10 min à pied). Les chambres sont très correctes. Certaines ayant été refaites récemment. Le personnel sympathique et les petits déjeuners excellents. Mieux vaut éviter les étages 4 et 5 car le système de climatisation/chauffage peut générer des bruits dérangeant.

Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses, très propres. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable et amiable. L'hôtel est bien situé, près du centre. Seul bémol, les clients de l'hôtel irrespectueux (parlent fort à n'importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit, claquent les portes...)

Cet hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas de la grande place de la République. L'accueil dans cet hôtel est excellent avec du personnel très souriant, faisant l'effort de parler français, très disponible... les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. En prime celles donnant à l'arrière du bâtiment donnent sur le mont ARARAT. Le dîner est copieux et de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien avec du choix. ....un petit bémol : ils ont servi du café froid à deux reprises. C'était une bonne étape pour 3 nuits avec mon groupe.

J'ai sejourne 2 fois dans cet hotel. Le premier soir en arrivant a Yerevan puis une autre nuit 5 jours plus tard. J'ai eu l'occasion de tester le petit dej tout a fait correcte. La chambre la 2è fois etai encore mieux que la 1ere. Beaucoup plus grande avec un tres grand lit. Tres propre. Bon confort. Produits dans la salle de bain, chaussons, bouilloire, tout ce qu'il faut. J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hotel SAUF la piscine. Il faisait au moins 39° nous avons voulu profiter de la grande piscine mais impossible. Ils mettent une musique techno a fond, il y a des hauts parleurs tous les 2 metres c'est une veritable horreur. Impossible decse relaxer, c'est a peine si je pouvais discuter avec mon mari. Au bout de 15 minutes on du repartir avec un bon mal de tete. Vraiment dommage car tout le restvetait parfait. J'y retournerai....en hiver quand je n'aurai plus besoin de piscine!

C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fréquenté sur nos 4 années de séjour à Yerevan. Le service en chambre, en salle, et à la piscine sont impeccable. Le personnel est souriant accueillant et très serviable. La piscine est grande, pas de problème de transats , des petits repas peuvent être consommé à la piscine , ainsi que des boissons et le tout ds un écrin de verdure . Il y a un parc très agréable à coté de l'hôtel . Le centre ville est a 5 minutes a pied . Un petit restaurant traditionnel et d'excellente qualité a deux pas de l'hôtel est a découvrir le " BY ARTUST".

Les + Accueil souriant et très sympathique. Chambre correct (pas trop petite, mais pas immense non plus) la grande piscine (dommage ce bruit de techno a fond les oreilles, impossible d'etre relax... a croire qu'il y avait une techno parade tout les jours) Snacking possible autour de la piscine et plutot bon! Deux resto (non testé) a l'intérieur. Confort de la chambre tres bien. Insonorisation très correcte! Mini bar/frigo, pour les petites faims! Pour les lève tard, le ménage n'est jamais loupé des qu'on libère la chambre. Un wifi excellent avec un débit tres haut (le wifi est present dans toute la ville de Yerevan de manière gratuite, de bar en bar et de resto en resto donc ce n'est pas quelque chose de rare) Et tout ca a 5mn d'un pas leger de la place de la république. Pour les moins La télé est toute petite et vu le choix des chaines, elle sera resté éteinte. Le ménage est perfectible le petit dej est tout juste correcte. Je n'y serais allée finalement que deux fois, peu attiré par leur proposition. S'il y a bien de tout, le tout est de piètre qualité. J'aurais préféré moins de choix, mais de qualité. Mini Coffre a clef sur un porte clef d'un kilos!! Pas tres pratique ... Mais dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé cet hotel tres bien !

Hotel en plein centre de la ville . Prêt de tout . L hôtel est bien , les chambres propres. Il y a de bons services ( salle de sport et la piscine pour les beaux jours ), le resto edt délicieux . Aucun problème.
