Il sorriso e la disponibilità all'ordine del giorno, la cosa più bella è trovare persone giovani, disponibili e professionali. È vero che Yerevan non ha una grandissima tradizione alberghiera ma qui c'è veramente qualcosa che non ti aspetti, infatti i ragazzi mi salutavano con in Italiano ed alla fine è venuto fuori che il Direttore della struttura è proprio del nostro belpaese, che dire è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. Per quanto riguarda la cucina molto simile ad un bistrot moderno, cibi buoni, cucinati bene, in sostanza piatti internazionali interessanti. Il servizio di sala con due buffet sia di dolce che di salato diviso in due diverse sale è stato l'ideale. Ed infine le stanze, spaziose, minimal ma pulite. Esperienza da ripetere..

Hotel molto bello, esternamente, la hall, la reception, il bar, la sala colazioni, moderno, pulito, personale molto gentile. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro città, che dista veramente poco dall'hotel. Le camere, almeno quella utilizzata da noi, molto piccola, bagno datato, vista della finestra su un muro, nel secondo giorno dei 3 giorni utilizzati, alla sera, la camera ed il bagno non erano stati rifatti, ne puliti, abbiamo avvisato alla reception il ragazzo che ha provveduto ad avvisare, siamo tornati dopo la cena e il letto era stato rifatto, erano stati risistemati il bagnoschiuma di cortesia che avevamo utilizzato, ma il bagno e gli asciugamani erano sporchi, la carta igienica finita e non sostituita, i fazzolettini da bagno terminati e non sostituiti, ma soprattutto il lavandino ed i servizi non puliti. Ripartiamo per un tour di 3 notti in altre località, ritorniamo nello stesso htl e purtroppo ci danno nuovamente la stessa camera. E ritroviamo gli stessi problemi dei giorni precedenti. Pulizia inadeguata e stessa vista sul muro. Non sappiamo se sia il piano n.4 che magari deve essere ristrutturato, o che il servizio di pulizia del 4 piano non è molto adeguato, ma in altre camere, le altre persone del grp, hanno trovato, asciugacapelli non funzionante, televisore con cavo strappato.

Ho soggiornato insieme a mia moglie per circa 40 giorni in questo hotel a 4 stelle nel centro di Yerevan e non posso che parlare bene di questa eccellente struttura, dell'estrema cortesia e professionalità dei dipendenti tra cui Razmik, Lilit e il concierge che sono state persone veramente speciali nelle loro attenzioni nei nostri confronti. Le stanze sono molto comode, perfettamente accessoriate di frigo bar, aria condizionata, bollitore per il caffè, TV e soprattutto aprire la finestra al mattino e vedere il Monte Ararat non ha prezzo. La colazione a buffet è molto varia e ben curata e i prezzi delle stanze sono tra i più competitivi nel rapporto qualità prezzo per la città di Yerevan. Inoltre il BW Congress è uno dei pochi ad avere una fantastica piscina all'aperto che durante il periodo estivo è fondamentale per i momenti di relax oltre ad una palestra ben accessoriata per rimanere in forma. Anche il ristorante a bordo piscina prepara ottime pizze con forno a legna oltre ad alcuni piatti di carne tipici della cucina armena molto gustosi. Il Direttore dell'hotel è un italiano che ha saputo perfettamente mettere in sintonia tutto il personale creando uno staff perfetto ed affiatato che non fa mancare mai nulla al cliente anche più esigente. Per quanto riguarda l'ubicazione a pochi passi si raggiunge a piedi la bellissima Piazza della Repubblica, il mercato del Vernisage, la North Avenue e le migliori vie dello shopping. Lo consiglio assolutamente per chi volesse soggiornare sia per motivi di lavoro che per vacanza. E a proposito di vacanze, il concierge è in grado di offrire qualsiasi soluzione per visitare gli importanti dintorni della città o semplicemente per trascorrere una serata in un ristorante tipico armeno. Sicuramente alla prossima occasione tornerò in questa struttura.

Da valutare propio in centro a YEREVAN ! Colazione buona e camere al giusto livello prezzo Qualita ! Anche il ristorante è ottimo con pasta e pizza a livello italiano, inoltre troverete anche una bella zona piscina esterna per rinfrescarsi nei mesi caldi .

Mi è sembrato un hotel perfetto. Tutto ok, colazione buonissima. Hanno un centro benessere e una bella piscina. La camera era pulita e abbastanza grande. In zona ci sono altri hotel ma questo sicuramente ha prezzi più convenienti. Ottimo anche il wifi. Lo staff amichevole e cordiale.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo hotel. Camere sempre pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione super abbondante, abbiamo anche provato la colazione in giardino, a bordo piscina, davvero superba. Apprezzatissimo da tutti noi la piscina, un tuffo al rientro dal tour sempre gradito, così come la sauna. La consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione dwntrale

Sono stata in questo albergo per un corso e mi sono trovata molto bene. Innanzitutto l'albergo è comodissimo al centro e alle attrazioni turistiche, in pochi minuti di piacevole passeggiata lungo un viale alberato si arriva alla piazza della Repubblica. La mia stanza era molto spaziosa. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La piscina una gradita sorpresa, molto apprezzata visto il grande caldo.

Arrivi in Armenia per lavoro ( e non capita tutti i giorni) a notte fonda e ti portano in un Hotel dove subito ti accolgono con the e biscotti . Poi vai a letto , ti svegli in una camera confortevole ,scendi a colazione e trovi di tutto . Ti senti a casa ? Per forza ! Il direttore è italiano il Ristorante ha un ruspante cuoco italiano e la pizza.....è ottima . What else ! A parte gli scherzi si sente che tutto fila liscio e l'organizzazione è professionale e....italiana . Vuoi esagerare ? Chiedi una camera che guarda sulla piscina e non sulla strada . Palestra basica ma efficiente . Ristorante e servizio di livello . La nostra Ambasciata ....è li accanto e l'hotel è in .....Viale Italia . Una chicca ? A cento metri c'è un Supermarket gourmet . Il nome ? Parma.....e c'è di tutto . Naturalmente ritornerei .

L'albergo è un buon Best Western, situato a poca distanza da Piazza della Repubblica, quindi in centro città. Bella stanza, ma un po' rumorosa dato che guardava verso la strada. In albergo c'è un servizio di cambia valute e un negozio di ottimi articoli artigianali, non economici, ma di qualità.

Sono stato all'hotel Congress per un viaggio d'affari e questo posto si è rivelato la soluzione più interessante per il mio soggiorno in città. Molto vicino al centro ma fuori dall'affollata piazza centrale. Il personale è amichevole ed accomodante, pronto ad aiutare alla lobby. La colazione é completa e soddisfacente. il ristorante offre un menù interessante ed una gustosa pizza italiana. Sicuramente sceglieremo di soggiornare nuovamente qui la prossima volta che visiteremo Yerevan.

L'albergo è accettabile, colazione continentale, wi-fi, camere discrete e discretamente pulite. Per il livello medio di Yerevan è più che soddisfacente. Alberghi migliori costano molto di più, alberghi economici sono inaccettabili.

albergo pulito e accogliente nello standard best western il personale gentile e disponibile orari della colazione abbondanti quindi si può fare anche un pò tardi non ci sono problemi, qualità del cibo decisamente buona e molto svariata con prodotti tipici armeni hotel ha anche un' ottima piscina esterna con acqua calda 27 - 30 gradi molto piacevole dotato di sala fitness a libero uso e centro massaggi che dovrebbe essere a pagamento ma non so non mi sono interessato.

Ottimo albergo, gestito ottimamente da un Direttore Italiano. Camere confortevoli, abbastanza spaziose, curate con attenzione circa la pulizia. La posizione nella centralissima Piazza della repubblica ne fa un alloggio indubbiamente da scegliere.

L'albergo è pulito, con buona colazione abbondante. La struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale, la piazza della repubblica. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente. Il soggiorno risulta quindi molto buono. Eccellente poi la connessione wifi gratuita e ben funzionante.

Hotel molto bello e molto vicino a tutti i posti più interessanti di Yerevan. Al ristorante pizza e il caffè, forse erano meglio che in Italia ...all'arrivo avevano smarrito il mio bagaglio; il direttore e la reception sono stati davvero gentilissimi!!!! si sono informati costantemente sul mio bagaglio aggiornandomi.. ..unico neo è che sono potuta stare troppo poco
