Best Western Plus Central Park Hotel & Spa

Clean and very safe‑feeling hotel. The bed was comfortable and the air‑conditioning was bliss. The room itself was spotless.There was an issue with the boiler one evening, which meant no hot water — definitely inconvenient — but the hotel handled it professionally. They informed us at reception and even called my mobile to let me know. The boiler was fixed by the next morning.As an apology, we were offered either a free glass of wine (they had a great selection) or an hour in the spa. We chose the spa, and the facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rainforest shower

The hotel was cleaned and the location was great. However we were in room 204 this room has A/C but you can't open the window which was a big issue for me and it wasn't mentioned during the booking. I won't come back.

What a fantastic time I had staying at the Central Park Hotel and Spa. The best room and great service from the staff. It's such a pleasure to enjoy the hospitality and facilities available. I want to personally thank Louise on the reception for her friendly nature always happy to see me and Daisy for such a wonderful massage. Magnifique!

Nice quiet hotel about 10 minutes walk from harbour. It is very close to the park & not far from the beach. Very ordinary from the outside but pleasant when you go inside. Rooms are good sized . Breakfast is great. Staff are very friendly. We did not use the spa.

Great location, safe and quiet but also only 10 minutes walk to old port and 5 minutes walk to beach through park. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, large choice for breakfast particularly gluten free options. Reception staff extremely helpful.
