Set in a former shipowner's mansion, fully renovated, it has 35 intimate, charming rooms in a modern, contemporary style, from cosy standard rooms to a 35 square meter family suite that sleeps up to six, great for families or small groups. The location is hard to beat: just a six-minute walk to the city centre, two minutes from the parks, and 10 minutes from the Vieux-Port and the beach, so everything in La Rochelle is within easy reach on foot. Start the day with a generous breakfast buffet, served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in our breakfast room. We also offer private parking in our courtyard, a real plus right in the city centre, and a seminar room for up to 20 people for meetings or small events. Our team is warm, attentive, and genuinely glad to have you here. At Le Manoir, BW Signature Collection you get the personality of a family-run boutique hotel combined with the comfort and reliability you'd expect from Best Western. "A Taste of Luxury"

We stayed two nights in this very well-appointed hotel. The decor in both its public areas and bedrooms is to a very high standard - don't expect the chain hotel look! We greatly appreciated the a/c in the midst of a long hot summer and the walk-in shower was very spacious and practical. The brand new rooms in the new-build 'annex' attached are excellent though some might find them a little on the small side for a longer stay. The bedding was top quality and the bed itself very comfortable. Great, professional service from the team (including housekeeping) and all in a convenient location which is quiet despite its closeness to all attractions. I would thoroughly recommend.

Clean room and fab breakfast. Secure motorcycle parking outside but gates locked at night. Just a few minutes walk from the old town and harbour. Lots of amazing places to eat along the harbour front. Easy to find. Friendly staff.

Beautifully renovated stone mansion, welcoming and comfortable. Our room was small but well appointed, and the air conditioning worked well in the heatwave. Good location within walking distance of the old town and many sights.

"Delightful break in a lovely classy hotel"

Very nice experience from the first interaction with the very friendly receptionist.An old building beautifully restored and sympathetically updated, respecting the fabric of the building.It is located on a street with a bus stop directly outside, serving the airport in one direction and merely a 7 minute walk to town centre in the other.We had a very fine room (upgraded by the hotel-many thanks!) and large ensuite shower room.The interior decor is classy and understated. We enjoyed a very fine and varied buffet breakfast, savoury and sweet. I heartily recommend this hotel.
