Best Western Premier Hidden Hills Hotel

A hotel with a special charm I specifically compared this hotel with other options near the airport — and it impressed me the most. Huge rooms, perfect cleanliness! And the breakfasts — a real feast for the taste buds. The staff — elegant, handsome, smart, attentive — beyond all praise. This hotel is in a different league, with a special charm! As unique as Istanbul itself. Thanks to the management for the team and the atmosphere! I will definitely be back

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff at a very affordable rate. Ideal location for proximity to the Istanbul airport. Large, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on site with other dining options near by. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is my favorite hotel out of the handful I've stayed at near IST. The restaurant was particularly high-level for a hotel of its kind and the staff really went above and beyond. Everything was comfortable and clean and they made sure we were taken care of.

I stayed one night on an stop-over in Istanbul at Best Western Premier Hidden Hills Hotel. The hotel arranged a seamless transfer to and back from the hotel. My room was quite large with all the necessary amenities and complimentary bottles of water and tea/coffee. Breakfast was excellent with countless choices to choose from. Staff were nice. The only minus was the bidet in the bathroom wich was not wrorking during my stay. Value for money and recommended.

About a 10-15 minute taxi ride (private shuttle) from the airport. Not in a nice area of Istanbul, quite rough actually. Our room was at the back and overlooked scruffy flats and rubbish. The room was big and basic. It had a strange sickly smell that I didn't like. The shower was big with hot water, a functional bathroom without any frills. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows ok. The breakfast was surprisingly better than we expected but the coffee worse. I was sold a private shuttle service, a black Mercedes would be waiting for us but unfortunately a clapped out old van turned up with another disgruntled guest. He safely took us to the hotel hidden in the hills (not quite that) whereby the guest complained about the 50 euro private pick up. We were told the Merc was not available so I had a grumble too. I got a small discount which was ok for me. In a nutshell I would say the photos are better than the reality. An old hotel maybe nice in its former days but the room felt unloved and in need of an update. Would I book it again? A definite no.

We were stuck with a 24 hour flight delay in Istanbul. We booked the hotel to get some much needed rest. There was quick and courteous communication from the hotel. The pick-up service was seamless, the driver waiting patiently for us and kept in constant contact. It was worth the extra fee. The hotel was new, aesthetic and so comfortable! They had large rooms that could fit us all in. The staff were courteous and polite. A thank you to Mr Adil and his team.

Very nice and conveniente option for a short stay very close to IST Airport . Kindness of all the staff from reception, room service , restaurant . Rooms very clean and comfortable . This hotel is perfect as a transit option. It's located near the new Istanbul Airport (IST), with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are equipped with everything you need (except for bathrobes — unfortunately). The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any request. A special mention goes to the team at the hotel restaurant — they made my stay as comfortable as possible, were always accommodating, and created a pleasant atmosphere. Another big plus: breakfast starts as early as 5 AM, which is a rare and very convenient option for early travelers. If you need a place to spend the night before or after a flight, this hotel is definitely a great choice. And as for those complaining about airplane noise… seriously, what did you expect when booking a hotel next to one of the busiest airports in the world? As someone with very light sleep, I can confidently say that the sound of planes did not disturb my rest at all.

I expected this hotel to be much better. Is it definitely not 5 stars. What I did not like: 1. Despite the proximity on the map, it takes more than 20 minutes to drive from the airport 2. There is a huge mosque right next to the hotel. The call to prayer at 5 am is very audible) 3. When I went down for breakfast, the crew of some Asian flight was having breakfast there and there was no food at all. The waiter asked me to come back in an hour) As a result, I was left without a paid breakfast. 4. The doors are made of cardboard. Very high audibility.

Hidden Hills is a good hotel, not so far from Istanbul airport(one of the 3 Airports. I loved the food, the nice quality sleep, the '' Cu cu ri gu'' în The morning, but most of all that they respect the time there, the guests time. If you have transit and you need to sleep one night in Istanbul:this hotel is a top Notch. GOOD LUCK în The future.

I travel always around the world and find a hotel with this skills is very difficult, amazing room with kittle and coffee inside, clean and huge room. Special service the Resturant, I tried a vegetarian option in the menu and I was under shock, to be Italian I really take care about the food like football religion, and they pass the test. Thanks to the Omer (guest service speaking also in italian), Ozlem, Ionut and the baby chef Ere, I totally approved the chance to give to a young man to take care about the kitchen, very proud about the management. Keep going like this guys

The hotel is not at all a 5 stars. The room was not similar to the pictures and it was not well maintained. Also we had much better breakfast in smaller hotels than in this one, there is no food variety and dishes aren't that good. Finally, we had a really bad experience, the hotel apparently overbooked the room. We arrived for checkin from a late flight and they told us they had no room for us (even though we had book and pay one month before). They wanted us to go to other hotel far from this one. The manager was really rude, never apologized for the situation, nor offer any compensation for that. After 40 minutes of discussion, they gave us the room.
