Great location. The reception staff where very helpful,lovely large room with kettle and small fridge/mini-bar. We went half board and breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice. Very clean hotel and the staff work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is about five min from Flower street where all the main shops and bars are situated,plenty of shops in the area of the hotel. Large supermarket is about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Five min or so from the bus station.

We loved our stay at this hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and the cocktails were so nice.The rooms were really clean and the atmosphere was awesome.

Let's start with good. The room is nice and big we had a suite, the service is horrible, the reception assistants are un polite not want to help it's seems that they pay to us to be there.

It's difficult to judge as it is my first visit to Bulgaria. I have a mixed impression and it may concern to a country itself not to a hotel as I have no other hotels to compare with. The hotel is new and modern, my room was spacious. But the service was average, food is not tasty for me (maybe I'm too demanding), most of stuff talked to guests as if we owe them something and they do us a favor helping us… I lacked entertainment for kids…they could make some kid's zones at least.

The worst hotel experience of my life My wife and I have stayed at many hotels in Egypt and Turkey, and after this experience, we truly understood what the word “service” means — because unfortunately, there was almost no service here. It felt more like “help yourself” than a hotel. What made it even worse is that there seemed to be enough staff, but instead of assisting guests, they often just watched and did nothing. I have honestly never experienced anything like this before. Even the pillows were a problem. We were charged an additional fee for the pillow, and I still cannot understand why. What did we get in return? The pillowcases were not properly changed or replaced. It was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel. I have also never seen hotel staff walking around inside the property wearing personal clothes and talking to guests as if the place were their private home rather than a hotel serving tourists. There was a complete lack of professionalism. I asked the bartender whether a certain alcohol was original. He confidently said yes. Then I asked, “So it is not local?” He replied that it was local. This kind of communication clearly shows that some of the staff are not properly trained and do not even understand what they are serving or how to explain it to guests. The buffet was another major disappointment. There was mostly pork and fish, with very limited alternatives. I honestly wondered whether the hotel had ever heard of serving different types of meat. Even worse, some of the same food appeared to be served again the following morning. Food left from dinner seemed to appear at breakfast. This raises serious questions about food safety, hygiene, and proper hotel procedures. After staying in many hotels, I know that proper properties have hygiene and food-safety teams responsible for checking food quality, expiration dates, storage, and handling. I did not see anything that gave me confidence that these standards were being properly followed here. The reception manager was another disappointment. She spoke with complete confidence as if she knew everything, but when I asked basic questions about what was actually included in the all-inclusive package, she could not even explain it properly. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We expected a much higher standard of service in Europe, but unfortunately, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic expectations of professionalism, cleanliness, guest service, and hospitality. This was our first and last time staying here, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great. I loved it and would stay here again. The bed was a litte hard to me but i asked if they could fix it and they did in reckord time. They folded a big blanket under my sheets and that did it for me. Staff was good to me and my friend. Clean. Best bathroom i ever had in bulgaria.

I went to Bulgaria 2 years ago absolutely loved it it was so adorable so we booked three weeks at the the best western plus premium inn this year to say this was a massive disappointment is an understatement. The only thing that this hotel has going for it is that it was clean and tidy the food was cold the staff was abrupt and ignorant we paid for a premium room and got shoved in the corner in the shade absolutely dreadful we booked three weeks we found it so bad that we have come home a 11 days early I have only given one star because you can't give less

Very clean hotel , rooms modern , great shower once I fixes the head that fell off, plenty English tv channels, breakfast a bit of a muddle , things came cold and not at same time, bit of a let down , can't comment on pool as empty as out of season , quiet street close to beach and shopping areas ,

Cannot understand why this place is 4 stars, the best thing about it is the close proximity to the bus station. No sachets of milk and have to pester them for coffee and sugar, no gym, no reading books to borrow, no entertainment. Food all piled to you at once after choosing on the menu. Hardly any English TV channels. It's close to the centre but I would advise not to book end of season as the place turns into a ghost town and no one wants to serve you even if they are open.

This isn't set up for holidaymakers. No atmosphere, no entertainment, no animation. Sunbeds were in shade 70% of the time. Food was cold. When raised with management concerns were simply denied and dismissed. Hotel fine if you're going on business but not for a holiday.

Hotel Premium Inn pleasantly surprised us with its atmosphere, furnishings, cleanliness - very clean everywhere. When we settled in, the apartment was cool and perfectly clean, including the bathrooms. The yard is landscaped, there are benches and swings to sit on. The water in the pool is perfect for swimming and playing. There are enough sun loungers around the pool. There are cocktails and terribly delicious pizzas at the pool bar. The food is delicious and varied. Several types of salads, many and varied fruits, including gorgeous cherries, delicious melons and watermelons, nectarines, bananas, oranges. The beach is 3 minutes away, and the center and the pedestrian promenade are 2 minutes away. Everything for a good vacation. Congratulations for everything!!!

We really liked the hotel. The people who met us at the reception were very friendly and helped with all our questions. All the food was very tasty, we especially liked that there are snacks from 3 to 5, for us it was a great bonus. The staff is very friendly, everyone wants to help and solve problems. I also want to highlight that the hotel has something to do, there is a beautiful pool and two wonderful slides, and a casino where you can play Air Hockey and billiards, also great bars, delicious cocktails, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. I highly recommend this hotel, also because of its location, close to the center of Sunny Beach but you can also relax nicely and in peace in the normer. We will definitely come again. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation in Sunny beach. Me and my family stayed there for one week with the kids they have pool slides for the kids,small pool as well for the little ones,the water was perfect temperature for my children.The pool area is really relaxing ,the cocktails at the pool bar are also amazing ,the staff as well.The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable,they clean them often and make sure we feel good!!Now for the restaurant ,the food there was amazing,my family really enjoyed it ,the staff keep everything clean and are willing to help you. Overall I would definitely come back next summer,thank to all the staff in this amazing hotel !!!!

Tourist trap feel at a premium rate. Rooms aren't cleaned regularly. We had to argue to get our sheets replaced. Buffet dinners on half board had no beverage offered. Not even water and there wasn't enough seating for all guests. There are much better options around.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast wasn't great.. we found it hard to get a table each morning and food was cold. Noticed a lot of people handling the bread and putting it back again. Pool area was very clean. Guys in charge of towels didn't speak..only time they spoke was when they told us to move because they needed to clean the pool. Found it hard sometimes to get a sunbed if you were later going down. Didn't have lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Passed a storage room a few times and noticed clean sheets stacked on the floor.. not very hygienic!

Me and my family spent a lovely week in Sunny Beach staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with the housekeeping staff always available to change towels etc. The food was good and there was plenty of variety at every meal. The hotel might consider extending breakfast to 10:30 or 11am as the restaurant could get very busy at times. Some dishes were a bit cool but that is the risk of a buffet and I have encountered similar in other hotels. The pool is very small and the number of sun beds mean that it is very difficult to get a sunbed in the morning time. The pool bar staff were great and the vibe was very relaxed but lacked atmosphere most evenings. For a central hotel, close to the heart of the resort, it was very good but the small size of the hotel meant that there was little in the way of additional facilities that the bigger resort hotels have.

would not recommend this hotel if your holiday is predominately relaxing round the pool and hot food the hotel has a ruling of no sunbeds before 10 am you cant even ask for a pool towel at one minute to 10 the pool guys do not monitor the 2 big slides that are there with no age or height restrictions {some one will get hurt} At Breakfast on top of the food always been cold and unpleasant staff people could not get a seat as all the tables were taking by people waiting for the dash for a sunbed Will definitely not return

Just returned from a week at best western this was our 3rd time check in was great really polite lady on reception we arrived early and gave us our room. Room was good clean as usual, breakfast was included and was good. The thing that let this holiday down was they have made a change to sun beds do not allow you to get a sun bed or towel before 10 am so a mad rush and then at 6 pm the whole pool and pool area's are closed come on its the hight of summer people come on holidays for sun it's a shame it was a good hotel but I won't be returning next year will be looking at a different hotel

I have traveled all over the world and I have never experienced such terrible unacceptable service and treatment. The staff are incredibly rude, to the point of being offensive. They are unhelpful and roll their eyes or huff if you ask them for help with anything. The food and drink is cheap and of very poor quality, I found hairs on the breakfast buffet on numerous occasions. During our stay one of the guests in our party experienced a medical emergency which left them feeling unsafe, unsupported, and appalled by the lack of basic care and professionalism at this hotel. Please note that if you are disabled or experience a medical emergency here, this hotel has no proper first aid protocols, no safeguarding for vulnerable guests and no visible concern for guest welfare. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with medical conditions or disabilities.

My partner and I wanted to return to Sunny Beach for a holiday, The Best Western Premium Inn was our first choice after our stay last year. We also had 3 other couples book the same hotel after our recommendation. All of them enjoyed their stay commenting on the quality of the food and cleanliness of the hotel. From arriving at the hotel at 2.30am until checking out 10 days later the stay was a pleasure. The room was serviced every day with the towels changed daily and bed sheets every 3 days. The restaurant had a variety of meals available to suit all tastes with the tables cleared immediately, floor swept and spills cleared quickly. The hotel is well situated for access to local attractions bus station and bus stops. We had no problems, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Just one constructive criticism.....could volume of background music at the pool bar be lowered at 6pm when the pool closes. We would use the bar for an aperitive at that time before dinner with background music a bit to loud and one time we needed to ask a manager to have the music volume lowered as it was difficult to have a conversation while relaxing with a drink.

I just visited Best Western Plus Premium Inn and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behavior is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. Fresh juices at the breakfast , selection of omelettes and fresh fruits.

4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel. None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs. Hotel is kept really clean. The pool and pool bar area has background music played during the day at an acceptable level, unlike some hotels that had club style music played at loud volume all day. During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc. Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes. Like all establishments with buffet style the temperature of the food may not be hot enough for some people however a microwave is supplied for guests use. We did have a couple of minor issues but after visiting reception or speaking to a manager these issues were resolved, no problems, with no drama. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to revisit this hotel again next September as it satisfied all our needs.

Clean Hotel. We stayed 6th to 13th September. I'd asked for a high up pool view room, which was honoured. We started off in room 518 which was NOT a great experience, the balcony is tiny and has very high caged sides, which makes it feel a little prison cell like On our first night, the Aircon decided to turn itself into an internal full on water feature, with water cascading from the air con vent and down the walls. The engineer fixed it the following morning and all was good......until 2am , when it went full whack pouring in again. We were moved to room 409 at 3am in the morning and had no further problems, this didn't overlook the pool but was actually better for it, much quieter side road view and massive balcony. We were half board... The food..... I can't lie, it was pretty appalling. Breakfast just about passable, you could cobble together something resembling (mildly) an English breakfast, if you were happy to wait 15 minutes while the toaster frightened the bread to almost become toast. Evening meals were really not good, rabbit with it's head still attached, carp (yes carp), little sorta stickleback fish in a paper bag. Not really international cuisine, more eastern European roadkill It was our first time in sunny beach and it's ok, but we wouldn't return to this hotel unfortunately Evening meal, was a massive

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven't requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn't quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help. Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!

Terrible! They canceled my reservation just 3 days before after payment and still selling same dates to other clients just on double price. but they didnt offer you to pay extra. just cancel it !!!!! And you dont get it as cancelex reservation you just get some notify in service messages which you can easily miss. come to reseption and understand that your reservation is canceled.

This is the best hotel ever! Great service at the reception there was a guy called ELMIR on night duty. He helped me so much on my check inn and explained all the hotel stuff. With people like Elmir your hotel is in good hands! The rooms were clean, towels changed everyday and the food was nice. Pool was top notch! Enough beds to relax at the pool. This hotel is in great location, Solo or family everything is near by. I really enjoyed staying in Best western. Definitely coming back again!!??

Great hotel clean rooms towels changed every day. Food good. Bar manager very rude and shouts at young children. Stefan who works in the bar is great and friendly. Always got sun beds but the downside is pool don't open till 10am. Shame no entertainment. Had a great holiday though. There is not a Casino or Arcade games as Advertised.

Well where do I begin, this is a fabulous hotel with super helpful staff. From the minute we checked in we were so well looked after. Well stocked mini bar with drinks, Instant Coffee and Tea machine. Food in buffet area was delicious, and there was so much choice. You can probably tell we loved our stay here, so much so that we are about to rebook for next year.

We had to check out of another hotel due to poor… well everything So we found this place on booking.com We where greeted with a smile, it was nice and clean , on our way to the room we meet several cleaning personel and they greeted with a smile. We had a realy nice suite. With big balcony. Room was huge and verry nicely decorated And it was clean and bed was verry comfy. All meals was nicly presented and tasted real good, and every where the staff was friendly and smiling. The couryard is not verry big but had sunbed and a pool and 2 big water slides Overall we had a superstay here for 3 days and wish we could have stayed longer Its a 4 min walk to the beach and shops and resurants all around We def. come back if we going to Sunny Beach again

We travel to Sunny Beach every year and this is our second year in succession staying in this hotel,,, we stay bed and breakfast basis and it's fantastic,,, there's always lots and lots of options for breakfast and everything is continuously cooked fresh…. The bedroom is very spacious with a big bathroom with a brilliant shower… You also get a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities…. The hotel overall is very very clean with fantastic friendly and very helpful stall… You are located very close to Flower Street and the amazing beach… We really look forward to our next visit here next year…. Hotel is below average, I don't rate it more than 3 stars, room is spacious but nothing special. Haim at the guest relation is very rude and he does not understand any thing in how to deal with customers. He is not polite at all and he had to make many fights with several guests. Forget about English. Overall, it was a mistake booking this hotel and you should avoid!

It was a great experience for me and my family Such a wonderful place for relax and enjoy in this spring weather Heated swimming pool, water slides mini pool for kids Staff are welcome helpful and friendly. Rooms are good comfortable bed. Mini bar is extra. Breakfast is also amazing!! Even sparkling wine for breakfast is it an amazing option for guests ))) You will find everything just everything for yourself it's doesn't matter you are vegan or no. The only one thing that maybe the hotel should fix -no normal coffee for breakfast pity . Diffidently recommend !!!

Just returned from a week here the hotel is very clean we had room 402 with a pool view the room had a big comfortable bed large bathroom cleaned to a good standard the balcony had 2 big chairs and table. We was on bed and breakfast basis which was a continental and cooked sections and tea coffee and juices included all was of good quality and they keep it very clean as soon as someone leaves table the staff are straight on with clearing tables, it has a small poolside bar reasonable prices 2.50 for large beer. All staff are very polite, reception check in and out was very smooth and quick and you need to leave a 50 lev per person security deposit per person which was refunded within a hour of us leaving we had a great stay thank you best western we will be returning this was my second visit my first was with a group of lads and that was a great stay too. Ps it's a great location too bars and restaurants all within 5 to 10 mins walk.

Service is terrible, food is a total disaster and be careful because you get mauled bread and the food is reheated for the next day, no taste whatsoever. There is no gym facilities like they say and from my experience they give us on the beginning a smelly room . We was complaining about the smell and they changed it on the third day

Go here if you want to have skin rashes, the water in the pool/jacuzzi is infected with something, 10 people have been infected from this hotel from our stay. Thestaff didn t even take our complain about this problem cause as per they saied, " our staff is in holiday right now". That;s great to hear, 0 customer service also.

Just left the Best Western Plus Premium Inn and I can honestly say we felt that we chose for the 2nd time one of best hotel in the area. Very clean hotel in general, food is good and selection , tasty and plentiful. The staff are friendly and talk to them. All inclusive is good for what you pay. Highly recommended! To be fair the staff is extremely polite and helpful .

Travelled with my husband & grand-daughter to stay for 7 nights. The food was just about edible, although all the 'hot' dishes were cold even when the restaurant has just opened. There was also mould on the bread one day, which we pointed out to the staff, but no reaction. My 22 year-old grand-daughters legs were covered in bites by day 5, & the nearby pharmacy confirmed that these were from bed bugs. She complained to the Operations Manager, was offered 2 more rooms, but both of these had evidence of bed bugs too..At this point it was agreed with the Op.Manager that all her clothes & suitcase should be taken by the hotel to be cleaned. She was then left in the reception area of the hotel for several hours with just a bath towel to wear, whilst the staff tried to find a 'clean' room. During this time the Hotel Manager appeared & when I asked how long it was going to be, all we wanted was a 'clean' room, he completely went into a rage shouting at me! He said that because I was English & came from a cold country I didn't understand that mosquitos bite!? I said that these weren't mosquito bites & that both his staff & the pharmacy had agreed that they were from bed bugs. He then threatened to call. the police & demanded that we all leave at 11am the next morning. I told him that would not be happening as we had paid for 7 nights, this was only day 5, & what had we done wrong? ..my grand-daughter has been sitting in a busy reception area for several hours in just a towel, 3 of his rooms have bed bugs & all the time he was shouting at us ?? My husband asked him to calm down & so did the Operations Manager, but he was completely out of control. It was unbelievable. I would strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel with such an awful obnoxious man in charge, who has no people skills or manners whatsoever. I'm really surprised that Best Western have him as the CEO Manager, as having just read previous reviews about, him this isn't the first time he's upset & insulted his customers for no apparent reason.

I stayed 2 nights with a friend. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The bed was the most comfy i ever slept in. My best 2 sleeps ever :). Loved the balcony facing the pool. Everything was new and clean. Quite good bathroom as well. Loved the breakfast too :). The things i did not really like is that the cleaning maid had entered and cleaned the room even though we had put the Do not disturb sign and on our departure day she she knocked on the door to clean may be, before we had checked out. Overall, excellent experience :)

We stayed in an executive suite. We really liked it. The reception staff are very nice. And worthy of praise is dear Olga who demonstrated professional knowledge and pleasantness. The cleanliness of the room was poor. The staff does not understand English. Promises to come back in 10 minutes to clean and doesn't come at all. One day the room was not cleaned at all. One day just put the blanket in the bedroom without stretching the sheets at all. The coffee cups were not cleaned. My repeated request to come clean was answered with the ridiculous excuse that it is a weak season and the cleaning workers are at home with the family. There was not one worker in the entire hotel from the cleaning team. The trash cans were not emptied. We were very disappointed with this matter. Too bad. Nevertheless, a good word for Mr. Haim who always tried to help. well done. שהינו בסוויטה אקזקיוטיב. מאד אהבנו. צוות הקבלה נחמדים מאד. וראויה לשבח אולגה היקרה שהפגינה ידע מקצועיות ונעימות. הניקיון בחדר היה לקוי. הצוות לא מבין אנגלית. מבטיח לחזור עוד 10 דקות לנקות ולא מגיע בכלל. יום אחד לא סידרו בכלל את החדר. יום אחד רק הניחו את השמיכה בחדר שינה מבלי למתוח מצעים בכלל. כוסות הקפה לא נוקו. לבקשתי החוזרת ונשנית לבוא לנקות נענתה בתרוץ הזוי שזו עונה חלשה והעובדים של הניקיון בבית עם המשפחה. לא היה עובד אחד בכל המלון מצוות הניקיון. פחי האשפה לא רוקנו. מאד התאכזבנו מהעניין הזה. חבל מאד. בכל זאת מילה טובה למר חיים שהשתדל תמיד לעזור. יישר כח.

This was a last-minute short break. We were very impressed that we were able to get three rooms on the same floor. Beautiful rooms – all with balconies – air-conditioning and very insulated regarding sound. When you close the door, you couldn't hear any noise. The staff were lovely, the rooms were extremely clean, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds, etc, the breakfast is good, and we enjoyed the pool. Will definitely visit again

Overall: Spacious, modern rooms Super clean hotel especially communal areas Reception staff very helpful Location quiet and convenient Pleasant pool/ bar areas Room: Family of 4. We stayed in a family suite - mid August. I totally recommend this room for teens. It was huge. 2 bedrooms (see photos) 2 bath, 3 TV, lounge and 3 balconies. Super clean. Food Food is a varied buffet. It is a European style not British. We liked it, but we enjoy salads, veggies, fish, more unusual meats, cheeses, pâté etc and I can imagine some Brits would not like it. Depends on your taste. We are not picky and ate well. Breakfast: cereals, breads, hot and cold eggs, continental style sausages, smoky bacon. Lots of fruit, meats and cheeses. Lunch: soups. salads, meats, cheeses, dips, cold fish, rice and potatoes, spaghetti and hot meats - usually always chicken - wings, breast etc Dinner not much different to lunch just with different hot options. Yes, there will be liver, rabbit along with chicken, pork etc Desserts: tubs of ice creams, small cakes, biscuits and plenty fruit- lots of melon. Drinks: good selection of soft drinks, juices and alcoholic drinks on the AI. Cocktails good. Wine was not very nice. Some points about dining hotel really should address:- Food is NOT hot enough- lots of people say this so hotel - please take note. A 4 toaster is too small for a dining room!! Bottled water should be served freely in a 4* hotel. You can get glasses from the pool bar at dinner time ok, but this not what I'd expect. Why not turn the fountain on in the dining room at dinner time which was on in the morning? The waiters keep the dining tables very tidy BUT sometimes they were taking plates far too quickly when I'd just paused. Location: great Quiet road but close enough to beach, bars or bus stop. We were pleased that there was no entertainments as it was restful at night. Pool area - pleasant and kept very clean. Kids liked the slides. Pool a bit small for teens. Good for young ones. At busy times, sun beds are taken early. Pool music a bit monotonous at times. Pool bar- never too busy. Good selection of soft drinks and cocktails on the AI (except the white wine, which is not drinkable.) Overall- we would be very happy to stay here again. By far the best points are the rooms size, facilities and the cleanliness. We would really challenge the hotel management to look at a few small points above which would turn this hotel from very good to excellent. If they just improved a few small details (mostly re dining) it would easily be 5* Inviato da iPhone

The staff was friendly, the hotel location is good and the food was great! Very happy with my stay there. The rooms are clean, there is a pool with a waterslide which my kids loved. Bar is good, breakfast and dinner were very tasty. I strongly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The location was also convenient, with easy access to attractions and dining options. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We are still hear on are all-inclusive holiday but we can not wait to go home, most of the staff are quite rude and ignorent, the food is not that good ie ; food not that hot and not much of a choice if you want it hot you need to warm it up in the microwave. There is no entertainment at all during the day or evening apart from them play music from YouTube, and you need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sun bed by the pool as there is not enough sun beds to accommodate the whole hotel. How this hotel is a 4 star amazes me as it should only be a 2 or a 3 star.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice. However this is the worst holiday experience we have had. The hot breakfast was stone cold even when new items came out from the kitchen. They had a 4 slice toaster that is useless for the number of guests. One day they totally ran out of butter, it was "finished". The hotel safes are useless and the cleaner left our room door open, thankfully nothing was taken. Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly. Others are not, we witnessed Anton scream at a young boy just wanting to return pool towels. I was so disgusted at his behaviour I pulled him up on it. They have no life guards around the pool or any health and safety protocols . We witnessed several head cuts and collisions on the water slides. Children would climb the slides from the bottom and jump over people coming down. Drinks are also served around the pool in glasses. I have stayed in a number of Best Western hotels, mainly in the US and this is by far the most mis-managed. Speaking to a number of guests we or them won't be returning ever again.

First time in Sunny Beach. Loved this hotel! The location is Great. It is surrounded by bars restaurants and shops and very close to the beach. The main hub of the resort (Flower Street) is only a five minute walk away. Because it is not on the main street, it is quieter and many of the bars near the hotel are cheaper. I can recommend spiders bar (across the main road to the hotel) and Iglika Bar (Out of reception and turn right). Both very cheap. All the staff in the hotel are amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, both the communal areas and the room. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was really comfortable. We had a wonderful view over the pool, just be aware that because most rooms face inwards it is possible to see into other rooms, Make sure that you close your curtains before getting dressed as we did view quite a lot of people in other rooms. The food was okay. Plenty of variety. The hotel caters for a lot of tourists from many different countries so if you are going expecting traditional English food you will be disappointed. Keep an open mind. There is enough on the menu to keep everyone happy. It is very much catering for a continental clientele. There were some bizarre things on the buffet, soup for breakfast and spaghetti for every meal. So much spaghetti! The only criticism with the dining area was that sometimes it was quite difficult to find a table when the hotel was busy. When we finished our dinner we felt a bit rushed to vacate our table as we were conscious of other people waiting to sit down. Lovely clean pool area. The pool is quite small but then it is quite a small hotel. The waterslides were brilliant. Overall We had a fabulous holiday and this is a fantastic hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed for 11 nights with my 11 year old son, the hotel was very clean in communal areas,rooms and pool area were spotless,the cleaning team work very hard and I honestly couldn't fault it Staff in the hotel were helpful, especially the cleaning ladies & restaurant service This hotel does allow groups of young men so it was noisy past midnight on a few of our nights, Sunny beach is a vibrant area and to be honest it was expected to a certain extent We stayed on a half board basis there was a self serve buffet style meals it was ok but hot food was Luke warm or cold, and lacked variety and catered for more Eastern European people but we ate breakfast every day and the evening meal a few times This is my honest opinion, if i return to sunny beach again I would stay here again as I said earlier the hotel was super clean and to me this is the most important thing .. if the variety of dishes, and the food being hotter improved they would have got 5 stars

All the hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. We stayed a week bed and breakfast. We were not disappointed. Plenty of food with a good selection at breakfast. The pool slides are fun and the pool area is generally lively. Just a 5min walk to the beach and main centre. Big shout out to the guy on reception who checked us in at 3am. He was really helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we go to Sunny Beach

Really nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with nice clean bathroom, everything we needed. Bar was beautiful and reasonably priced and the staff were again very friendly. Breakfast and Diner was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for location on no more than 200 m from the beach and the promenade. The pool area is amazing.All in all, an excellent hotel.

For a apparently 4 star hotel this falls short of expectations. We stayed for 7 nights half board which I was happy about. The first night we arrived late around 11pm due to a flight delay we were met by the reception guy who sorted out our details etc. We weren't shown to our room or even helped with luggage we was a first for me but ok. We were then told there would be a 100 lev deposit but "I won't charge u that" but there will be a hotel tax of 1.5 per night which we weren't also told about We got to our room which had a double bed and a sofa bed which I thought great as we weren't a couple. We couldn't figure out the sofa bed so we went down to reception to ask for help. We were firstly told I can't help and the maintenance guy isn't here but also u would have to pay extra to use the sofa bed I was like excuse me! I've never heard such rubbish in my life!. So I ended up sleeping on a 2 seater sofa all holiday. The second day we went for breakfast which to be honest was good but not very hot with a ok selection. We were a little late getting out to the pool and there were no sunbeds available due to the amount of people staying I'd roughly say around 100 people if not more and around 50 sunbeds that's being generous. The pool is no where near big enough for the size of the hotel don't be fooled by the pictures as its made to look bigger than it is. We saw a menu above the pool bar which had some lovely pictures of the food available if you pay extra. So we went into the restaurant section when we realised we could upgrade to all inclusive which wasn't available when we booked through tui. So firstly we ordered some food and paid for it and it was very nice so we thought we have to go all inclusive which we did. Big mistake! We then had evening meal and reality struck poor to mediocre food cold to luke warm and swimming in grease mostly we are on day 5 now and it's the same stuff every day. Fish full of bones meats full of bones rice pasta and soup and let's not talk about deserts what a joke. If you come here with 3-16 year olds they will not be catered for no kids food available at all apart from chips not even and baked beans!. I contact tui about this and was informed the hotel will contact me in the morning which they did. I was called to reception where I was taken into the managers office I presume. I was immediately confronted quite aggressively about what I had told tui and told you should come to us. I replied I contact my holiday provider as I'm told. They accused me of trying to claim compensation as most english do I was like EXCUSE ME! I'm not sitting here listening to this. They were deluded the food was hot but then said if its not hot u can use a microwave we provided I've never had to warm food up on a all inclusive. They said we weren't welcome at the hotel because of this complaint and tui would relocate us which I thought brilliant. A few hours later I returned to speak to the the manager to find out what was happening and this time it was a lady totally different attitude and aurora. I was told tui weren't going to relocate for 1 night so we had to stay we were offered 1 night refund on the all inclusive but I refused as it was worth it just for the refreshments. I'm expecting a volatile reply because my friend did on her review. Overall one to stay away from in my opinion.

Arrived late at night of a party of two. Seeing as though we aren't a couple and I struggle to sleep next to people I was unimpressed that we were given a double bed to share. We noticed there was a sofa bed but was unable to figure out how to use it. When asking the gentleman at reception he told us we would have to pay extra to use it which is ridiculous seeing as though you've payed for the room so should be able to use the sofa bed if we wanted! My poor mate was left to sleep on the tiny sofa the whole weeks stay! But barring that bad start I will say that the rooms are lovely and VERY clean. Food is swimming in oil! and the only healthy options are a salad which I ended up having for my dinner and evening meal with the odd meat selection which again, swimming in oil.. it is very repetitive when It comes to the meat and fish and rice and the same food is served for lunch and evening meal! I just don't get it. The desserts aren't great either but wasn't too bothered about it because I was trying to stay healthy eating. I know if I had brought my son here he wouldn't have eaten, not an option for kids meals except spaghetti and sauce which is EVERY NIGHT. By Friday we had had enough! And was eating out in the evening just so we would get something different, we shouldn't feel that we have to do that if you've payed for all inclusive. Pool is a lot smaller than what it looks like on the pictures. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests they have staying so if you don't go down early and put towels down, you've no chance of getting a bed. Water slides aren't manned and it's an accident waiting to happen, especially when groups of kids (and some adults) are going down together or when people aren't waiting for the slide to be free before going down. A Child was struggling in the deeper end at one point and the life guard was on his phone. This hotel could be good but a few things just let it down. I really don't know how this is a four star, Wouldn't stay again. Their food actually made me poorly towards end of holiday. But god forbid you complain about it to the holiday reps as the hotel just tell you to leave for doing so! One night we had left and they wanted us out because their food is crap. Makes sense! Avoid this place people! I've had better experiences in 3 star hotels!

Literally the cleanest most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. We have been to Sunny Beach Twice now and stayed here both times as we cannot fault it one bit. The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is 5 stars, food is amazing it's just a perfect hotel so good that we are booking our next holiday for next year at this hotel again for the 3rd time

Room was great very clean and spacious, but my neighbours decided to have their air con on all night every night which when it's quiet and you want to sleep all you can hear is a really annoying humming so stopped me sleeping so very tired. I just hope they don't keep using air con every night so I can sleep. Also I wanted to order some food from the poolside bar which the menu is behind the bar but you don't order from there I got told to go to the restaurant so when I went there was rudely told to put my t-shirt on! All I wanted to know is where I pay for food but he was so rude and didn't understand me so never ate at the restaurant I just went elsewhere where people were friendly. There isnt enough sunbeds either and people reserve them and go into town so you never get one I just ended up going to the beach. Hope the rest of my stay gets better!

Stayed here for two weeks ,,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay..its in a great area and only minutes from the beach… It's very clean,, very spacious rooms and excellent attentive staff,,, We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was very good with lots of selection… We are regular visitors to Sunny Beach and will definitely return to this hotel again… Mel….

Good afternoon. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the kitchen was already closed. The girl kindly opened the kitchen for us, led us to the table and offered food and drinks.. was very nice, After a long road , get this service at 10pm . The kitchen is excellent, the dishes are not repeated, the staff will always tell you the composition of the dish. Special thanks to the bartenders for such cocktails and smiles .

We stayed in this hotel in September and were very lucky with the weather! We really liked the hotel as well. The rooms were clean, stylish, very nice and tidy inside. The food was very tasty and varied, 10/10! The restaurant manager Daria is very polite, she never refused to help (I have an allergy, can't eat whatever I want). All the staff are very friendly - waiters, receptionists, housekeepings... All this made our stay unforgettable! Thank u very much, definitely will come next year!

Clean comfortable room, the food is a no no! All cold or luke warm, I am gluten and dairy intolerant, I emailed the hotel before we travelled to let them know, they said just find a member of staff and they will be happy to help, no one spoke English, no one understood me, none of the food had any allergen advice on it, one member of staff called dahlia was very very rood, she never tried to help me in the slightest! So it was pointless me paying the all inclusive prices as the drinks were just as cheap and nasty! We had to pay to eat and drink out, Everywhere in sunny beach is closed in October it is out of season, and people don't be fooled by the city tax the bestwestern premium inn charge you upon leaving, its a con to get more lev from you, we asked many people in the airport did they pay this tax and they said no! I wouldn't use this hotel orcompany ever again! Nessebar is a beautiful place to visit very pretty and picturesque! It's 20 lev in a taxi, 2 lev each by bus, lovely day out and the aquamarin resteraunt is well worth a visit. The sea is full of jellyfish to so be careful. This stay has totally put me off visiting bulgaria in the future.

This is our 2nd time staying at BWP Premium Inn of the end of October 2022. We had a large Family Suite with a pool view with a modern designed and very clean. The Breakfast time is to 10 am and the Diner time is to 9 pm.The buffet table at the Main Restaurant is well arranged with large a large variety of fresh salads , fresh fruits and well cooked different meats and dishes - it is very tasty and you can find all you need. We did enjoy the sun staying at the pool and having a fun on the water slides. As a previous time the cleaning service is in very highly and staff members are very friendly. We do recommend!

Well what can I say nothing is too much and by that don't ask so the good bits the weather is better than uk around 23 that's it The bad bits if you book by love holidays it's full of rubbish Food is absolutely awful and stone cold October everywhere and I mean everywhere is shut The gym what a joke as there isn't one The indoor pool there isn't one You cannot laugh without being told off and yet the staff can party till late at night 3 staff nice the rest awful Pool as per photo has no heating so no one in it I know there an energy crisis but come on we have paid for heating the pool have we not all people have paid different prices if it's below £800 for 4 it's ok but you will eat out Plastic glasses for a four star I am sure they have borrowed 3 stars from another hotel as all hotels bar this one are closed. Hotel is excellently located and within easy reach of the main strip of restaurants, bars and the beach. Rooms very modern and very clean as were all areas of the hotel, the cleaning staff are fantastic and even the pool area as well as the sun beds were cleaned everyday to an excellent standard. So the only negative is the food, for a hotel that is not that big but offers all inclusive I would expect better, they only have around 8 hot food options compared to the usual endless lines of hot food at normal all inclusive hotels, you would expect this to mean they can really prepare the food to a good standard but this is far from true, food quality extremely poor to the point we ate out every night as did most guests, breakfast was ok but definitely not dinner, lunch was poor but edible. All of the staff were super friendly and I would definitely stay here again but just eat out every night, I would still go all inclusive just for the drinks alone as I think it's great value!

Thwre was bugs in beds. I told the receptian that there was them and he called to hotel cleaners. They cleaned the room and didn't trust me about the bugs. I showed the bugs to them and they believe me. First the hotel receptian was very helpfull and took this as serious matter, but after some call his attitude change completely. After the call hotel receptian came to see the bugs himself and he said "they are not bed bugs". I said i don't care if they are not bed bugs but i don't want any alive bugs in my bed! Bugs was found both our hotel rooms so we did get two other rooms. There was bugs too but i didn't want to fight anymore. First the hotel receptian was very helpfull and took this as serious matter, but after some call his attitude change completely. I tried to send pictures but hotel receptian did not answer me. Other thing was that restaurant staff was peeling onions in the carbage shed! Half of our family members got bad diarrhea. Our tavel office tried to contact them for some refund but they didn't answer for them. I've been contacting thel through whatsapp a long time but they are only avoiding me. There was some bartender who gave all drinks including hot drinks like a coffee in a plastic cups! When you gave him money he gave you a real cup . So he extorted bribes. Small amount of money was not enough to give you real coffee cups or beer glasses etc. He promested to my brother if he give a absolute vodka bottle he will give us always real coffee cups/beverage glasses but next day he gave us all drinks in plastic cups again!

Arrived Fri 9th Sept a hour and half before check in time and asked if we could store our cases the polite lady on reception asked for our details to check if our room were ready and they was so she let us have them rest of check was very smooth, went up to our rooms on 4th floor we had a pool view the room was very clean and large bathroom very clean everything we needed had a fridge to I have to say the soundproofing is excellent didn't hear anything from outside or the corridor. House keeping was excellent clean towels every day and room cleaned all around the hotel was spotless. About 5 mins walk to flower Street. We had sent 2 emails to the hotel on different months regarding twin rooms and pool towels and both times they replied within a couple hours great customer service thanks very much for a great stay when I return to sunny beach this hotel will be first I search for. Give this hotel a try you won't regret it we was on bed and breakfast but we never got up for breakfast so cannot comment on food. Having stayed in a 5 star hotel all inclusive previously and finding food not to our liking and a little far out of resort. Decided to try this hotel. Stayed for 11 nights on b&b. We never made breakfast so cannot comment. However on several occasions ordered club sandwich and fries. Which was very good and excellent value for money. Drinks were sensibly priced. Every request we made was dealt with promptly and efficiently. However the cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. Having stayed in some high end hotels. We have never seen a pool area so well attended. Jet washed,pool cleaned and Sunbeds every evening.Communal areas constantly being cleaned. Stair area which in a lot of hotels is neglected. Spotless. Room was good size, although hanging space a little restricted. but you can improvise. Fresh towels everyday and sheets changed on several occasions. Brilliant location with several good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The only improvement is a little more variation on snack menu during the day would be nice. Definitely stay here again.

The room was okay and always clean, but the restaurant was dire for a 4 star hotel it was horrendous the staff were rude and not smartly dressed, no table clothes not all tables had cutlery had to go and look for it, the food was poor quality and repetitive great if you like pork and chicken cold no green vegetables only deep fried zucchini and aubergine, the dessert table never changed, the only bar that was open was the pool bar. I would not recommend this hotel if you're a wheelchair user or travelling from the uk.

The pro: hotel is modern and good condition. Nicely decorated, good shower and bathroom facilities. The sound proofing is amazing, can not hear anyone. The housekeeping is great and clean towels every day. Bed is comfy. Swimming pool is small but sufficient for a bit of fun for young families. Slides are great and had fun by all. Good for people with kids as it is shaded in 3 sides and only very warm around mid day, so the pool is busiest around then. Location is central, Aqua park bus is across the road from the back entrance. Taxi from airport about 30 mins away. The con: the food is repetitive. The salads and cold counter are same every day. The hot is always ham, chicken, minced pork, in slightly different sauce or shape, with courgettes and aubergine. No greens. Sometimes fish, once beef burger in 9 days. Dry and too much oil, Spaghetti and chips. Same for lunch and dinner. The worst is that it isn't hot, Luke warm at best. I usually go for whatever they just topped up so I know it is warmer. Staff is not great and clearly fed up by the end of the season. Not very helpful. You can see a lot of people just have chips and spaghetti especially the young people. Glad the location is central so you can get decent meal out. Flora across the road is great.

Pros - The main reasons of picking this hotel is because of its cleanliness and water slides mentioned in other reviews. Overall it's clean. I'm especially impressed with the staircase which is usually neglected in other hotels. We use staircase a lot as exercises. There are only two small lifts to staircase may be quicker and healthier. The floor is covered by dark carpet. It's modern pattern but because it's dark colour it's hard to tell if it's clean or not which I don't like. People walk from the pool or beach back to the room often and it makes more sense to cove floor with tiles or floorboards. However the sheer room is very good. It's tiled with white marble effect tiles which makes the shower room bright and clean. The shower in particular is very spacious and modern. You can easily fit one adult and two kids there which makes it convenient for families with young kids. Wifi in the room, lobby and pool is good for browsing but not enough for streaming movies. The pool attached to the slides is deeper. Even at peak time it's not to crowded. We've found spare sun loungers in the morning and afternoon easily. Because of the availability is so good, I've seen other people taking away their towels and belongings when they finished using the loungers unlike in other hotels especially in Spain people occupy the sun loungers for the whole day even when they don't use them! I can also found sun loungers in the shade easily. The two slides are good. Because of the height they are quite slow and can easily get stuck if you aren't in the right position. But the main concern is that the life guards or pool staff don't monitor the slides. Some keen kids and youngsters go down slides too quickly without checking if the previous person has already got out. This could take a while as people can easily get stuck and had to push them to slide down. My son was hit on the shoulder on day 1. I explained to the pool staff and receptionist but nothing was changed. There were about three staff working at the pool giving out towels and cleaning at the end of the day. But most of the time they sit underneath the slides in the shade, smoked and chatted. I was hoping to leave my son to play in the pool and slides by himself whilst I can have some chill time on the sun loungers. But after that accident, my son insisted one adult to go after him on the slide to prevent others going down too quickly. So my husband and I joined him in term and we couldn't relax together which is a shame. We had half board here. The breakfast and dinner are both bad. Breakfast is always the same which is normal and for dinner, salad, fruit and dessert are always the same and 2-3 main course dishes change everyday. But most of the food aren't tasty. The meat and fish are over cooked and very dry. The dessert is very sugary. The ice cream is in small plastic cup and full of sugar and flavouring and can't taste if any diary. The plates aren't washed properly. I found a few times there are still residue food stuck on the clean plates which clearly weren't washed off in the dishwasher. The fresh and canned fruit selection is very limited at breakfast and dinner. I would only give 2 start for the food itself. The staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't have any problem during our week long stay which we booked with TUI. Sunny Beach is very lively and the Aqua Park is the biggest amongst the ones we've been. One big downside is that there are far more people smoking here, on the streets, by the pool, in the terrace so we can't always leave door open to get fresh air during the day. But this isn't specifically to this hotel. Overall this hotel is okay. But the rating of over 4 stars is over rated.

One of the best hotels in Sunny Beach We had complimentary drinks and food in the room during the stay. Best place to stay to be in center and close to the beach.

This is the worst holiday I have been on ever. Staff are unhappy and unhelpful. The food was very bad and we struggled to find things to eat each day. They need to do food that kids can eat as we stayed 11 nights and only once they served chicken nuggets at meal times and the rest of the time the kids wouldn't eat. Breakfast was not too bad as we could have cereal and toast. The rules changed by the hour as to what you could and couldn't do around the pool and on the slides. The slides were very dangerous as the life guards just sat around under the slides and couldn't see what was going on. Sometimes kids would come down 6 in a row. They need a lifeguard at the top of the slides before someone gets seriously injured. I will never come back to this hotel or to Bulgaria because the people and so unhelpful and miserable. Avoid this hotel if you want a good family holiday. If I could have rated this hotel 0 stars I would have. The only thing good about this hotel was the cleaners as the rooms and communal areas were very clean.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach / main strip. Rooms were great for a foreign hotel very clean and comfortable. Though the housekeeping was not great she changed towels and emptied the bin but did not change the bedding. Bad points were the food, we went half board but ended up eating out each night as the food was not appealing at all and definitely aimed more towards the Eastern European and Middle East guests. Breakfast was ok but not great. Dining room was also too small for the number of guests. Evening meal on half board also does not include a drink. Slides and pool were good for kids but too many sun beds means they are too close together and with a disabled child this made access very difficult. My opinion would be stay bed and breakfast or room only.

No activities in the evenings.all inclusive is total joke. For lunches, you wait for hours at the bar for water or drinks. Food below avarage. Staff speak in their language, just to mock of tourists.staff seem arrogant and have little respect for tourists. They ask 100 leva for deposit, thing the agencies, don't inform before Booking.

Wowww what a nice Hotel, Location and Staff. Just come back from a short break in Sunny Beach. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Location is spot on 5min walk to Flower Street for the bars and nightlife. 5 mins in the opposite direction nice family relaxing restaurants. Defo planning another trip this year. And will 100% be staying here.

Lovely hotel. From the moment you set foot inside, you can feel how clean it is. We had a comfort double room which was very spacious with a very good shower. Beds are comfortable and storage space for clothes was ample for a couple for a week. Our room overlooked the pool and for those seeking a little refuge from the music / general pool environment, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. The restarant while serving similar meat options every day, did so with a little imagination. We found that although the spread looked fairly basic and safe, everything we ate was delicious and we are glad we saw beyond our first impressions. The all inclusive package is generous and varied with its drinks. Beer, cocktails, mocktails and draft soft drinks being readily available and always refreshingly cold. When the weather is good (and it was) the bar by the pool is the primary source of refreshment and manned by very capable, nice people. The pool area was always clean with plenty of sun loungers. The pool itself is on the smaller side (dont expect to swim lengths) but very refreshing to dip in and cool off. (And again very clean). The location is only a short walk to the centre of sunny beach. Just far enough away from the strip to be peaceful. Probably only 5-6 mins away with the beach (stunning) a couple of mins beyond. Theres plenty of local supermarkets nearby. Last, but not least, every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Even where the language barrier was a small obstacle, the team did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. 5 stars from us. Great stay, and would recommend to anyone from couples to families.

We had a room for 3 people but sadly only enough balcony chairs for 2. Breakfast much as expected, plenty of choice but the hot food was not always very hot. Pool very good, the slides were great for the children. The pool area and sunloungers were cleaned and jet washed regularly. Other than the pool there was no space for any other play area. The main disappointment was being asked to pay over 60 lev City tax on departure despite having already paid £982 to stay in the hotel. Although our rep negotiated to have this cancelled, the lady on reception was quite argumentative about it and made us feel very uncomfortable at the end of the holiday. Overall I would choose a different hotel for my next visit to this resort.

We're just back from staying here for a week while we were on holiday. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were spotless too. The only tiny fault I would have is that there is only a 4 slice toaster available at breakfast time, which ther can be a long queue for. But other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for having to pay a tax of 63 Lev on departure. I have never been asked to do this anywhere else, even other hotels in this same resort. Other than that the hotel is very good. Good standard of cleaning and pleasant staff. The breakfast has plenty of choice, so something to suit all tastes.

I am in the hotel. There is not much choice at all. On arrival if you have Lunch then on departure you are not allowed to have lunch. Not real all inclusive. Drinks you have to get it from Bar during Lunch or dinner I have never been to all inclusive where there is very little in foods Best advice is not to come worst all inclusive hotel and nothing premium There is also city tax to pay on date of departure All i can say there must have been fake reviews Only thing is rooms are like 2-3 stars. We were guests of the Premium Inn hotel from October 7th to October 21st. It was our best vacation ever. Great hotel, great service, excellent cook and Mr. Artur - a great guest. He helped everyone in every need. Knowing perfect Bulgarian was helpful in many matters. .friendly, cheerful and, above all, competent in the position held. It's only been a few days since we came back and we already miss Bulgaria and everything we've seen and experienced. It was our first time in Bulgaria, and certainly not the last

Location is very good. Near the beach and the centre of city. Rooms are clean, and in good style. Pool was clean, food was very good all day long. Stuff was always ready to help. Everything was just perfect !

This hotel is bad. We book a 4 persons suite, 2 adults and 2 children. The children's extensible sofa was not flat, it was curved in the middle back breaking. Room cleaning poor. We stayed for two weeks, on the second week the menu was pretty much same as in first week just worse. Little choice of meat, three kinds of potatoes, 2 kinds of rice, bad supermarket dry cakes, whatever was eatable finished quickly and was not replaces. Servers were very unprofessional, so we're the youngsters managing the pool bar. Wanting something from the bar and it felt like we were bothering them. One restaurant, dirty and crowded, people scrambling to get food before it disappeared. Pools small with cold water, pool handlers very rude, pool showers broken, no where to clean the the beach shoes from sand. Hotel is located on a busy street, if we opened the window it would stink of car fumes. Very polluted area it was shocking. Loud at night. More than 15 minutes walk to the beach along busy polluted streets lined with shops that sold expensive crap. I recommend you go spend your money elsewhere, choose a clean air Beach hotel instead.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time due to a business trip. I liked everything, especially the fact that the hotel is located close to the center, always delicious food and good internet. By the way, a pleasant fact is that the staff speaks Russian and can help at any time and answer all questions. Thanks

It was so cool, we spent vacation with my friends in this hotel. Firstly I have liked the interior so much that why we choose this variât in Sunny Beach, and in result we were pleasantly surprised by the service, the food and the atmosphere in the hotel. We will come back the next year !!))

I would give this hotel 3 stars at most, maybe even 2. Definitely never 4. Our room ('deluxe room') was quite nice and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. But what comes to service and food - the hotel was one huge disappointment. We had booked an all-inclusive holiday, expecting to just walk into the restaurant, see what's available and choose what we like on our plates. Instead, since day 1, the so-called restaurant had decided to serve us what they called "a personal set menu" for both lunch and dinner - meaning a very basic menu in poor English (so one couldn't really know what the dish really is). Even if one could find a dish that sounded good, it was never good, mostly not even average, but cold and tasteless. On top of the cold and poor tasting food, the restaurant never managed to serve all the "warm" food together, despite of us telling them how we don't really appreciate for example getting our fries now and our chicken a half an hour later. The breakfast made us sick since the first few days; overly oily fried and scrumbled eggs, bacon that was too undercooked for even the fat to have melted. And very poor quality and choice of dishes in general. Even the bread was hard and crumbling. The hotel's description does include this clause: "We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.", but what they offered us isn't even explained by this clause. As for customer service, the staff was very unfriendly, even rude at worst, except for a few people in the reception. Especially the Lobby Bar bartender was pretty rude. I have a feeling the hotel will respond (if they respond at all) by saying all of the above was because it was low or even off season in Sunny Beach, as we know and knew when booking. But that's not an excuse. As long as you have paying customers, you should do your best to accommodate them, or close down the hotel.

Everything was beautiful and clean, the staff was very hospitable and always smiling and offered anything I could think of or need! Definitely one of my best experiences and the location in Sunny Beach makes it a top choice!

I got food poisoning from it... it's disgusting. Old food and no variety at all. The restaurant is a complete shame...nobody is changing the bed sheets... They don't even put enough cutlery on so they restrain people...

În my many trips to sunny beach, i can absolutely say that BWP is the best hotel so far în terms of location, staff, ckeaning and their customer-centricity approach. Is near the beach, near the great night-life în center of sunny beach, walking distance. The food was great, the sweets amazing, variaty of choices - fruits, as well- . The staff ready to help, warm, smiling and, if the case, solution-oriented. The entire hotel is clean, the room I stayed jn was facing the pool and the bed was super good în terms of comfort while sleeping. Overall, an experience as all shoukd be when you go to vacation. For sure a place that I look forward to returning at.

This summer, I booked in Sunny Beach according one more chance to Best Western. What a pleasant surprise! Hard working, well trained staff, excellent English language speakers at reception desk, tasty and fresh breakfast, exquisite coffee, spotless clean hotel! To improve, in my opinion: * Wi-fi speed and power, is a genuine nightmare (I am still in the hotel). *Music level in pool area, according to the expectations the costumers might have in a 4 stars hotel. Well, all in all, my respect and congratulations to all people found here, in this hotel, from my maids chamber to the manager, and have a good business in these heavy times we live ❣

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, service was good, breakfast was nice and location convenient. No complaints from me and I will actively try and book this hotel again the next time I visit Sunny Beach.

We stayed for 7 days here and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, close the to center, and close to the beach. The rooms were amazingly clean, the food was very delicious, the staff friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Sunny Beach!

My experience started at the hotel reception where I was given the local Council parking services number to get in touch with them, so they can come and charge me for parking. The hotel has around 20-30 parking slots that are always occupied, so don't count on that. My second encounter was with the bartender at the pool. I've asked for a cup of ice for my room and he refused giving me. Asked me for money. His behaviour was way below any average customer service standard. At that point I decided that I don't want to interact with the staff any more. The quality of the food at breakfast was quite low. Will never book that hotel again.

Perfect place for relax. The hotel is clean and modern. The service is at good level. The staff is kind. The food is nice and varied. We are very pleased. We will visit Best Western Plus Premium Inn again.

everything was great, nice modern rooms, nice restaurant and food, professional staff. everywhere was clean , the pool and the waters slides are great for kids. the hotel is neat to the center of the resort.

Very nice hotel, new and well maintained. We stayed in this hotel on two occasions. Our experience was better on the first one, due to the fact that on the second visit it's was very crowded, and the staff had some issues handling and maintaining the sanitary conditions. I would have given them a five but there should be some experienced manager on the floor that can control and coordinate workflow. Organization of the work is lacking. For exemple, due to Covid restrictions there were long lines in front of the dining area, once you served yourself and you got out to eat outside if you forgot napkins, cutlery, water, too bad for you, you need to go back the other way and ask to get inside again. This could have been fixed very easily if they have put outside, some essentials ( because you can not get everything in your hands at once). Also, the cleaning of the tables was very slow, and was left to be done at the end of the breakfast service. Not sure it was done because of not enough staff or because of the coordination. In terms of quality of the food ( we had only breakfast) it was average but ok, the problem was that's it was always always the same. No change in the menu. For 2-3 days it is ok, but when you stay 7-8 days you get tired of it, and we went once on the other side of the street to eat something else. Rooms are clean, bathrooms is new and modern, shower is excellent ( only the sink was not planed well as it goes overboard when you wash your hands...but nothing to worry about). Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again for sure.

Everything was perfect . The bad was so comfortable, the room was large and clean. The food was delicious. The pool was clean, only I think sunbeds are a little.We going to visit this beautiful place again soon.

rooms are nice,but I never seen if cleaning lady done anything other than bringing new towels. distasteful food and drinks, hotel staff besides reception cant speak English. no animations,bar closes at 10 p.m. covid restrictions not applied.

The only negative point is the measureas taken în order to reduce Covid 19 contamination. The personal îs not wearing mask and all the food is esposed increasing the risk to be contaminate by a positive person.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. Everything else is a total disaster especially the cleanliness in this pandemic times. The food is on buffet, everyone including the staff are not wearing masks. So the food you get is touched and coughed on by everybody. The staff are only gypsies without hygiene. The food and alcohol are terrible. Don't make the mistake to go there!

Good location but was hard to find an entrance on the late arrival night. Rooms are very modern and super clean. The only problem I had - Wi-Fi didn't work in all areas of the room and balcony. But the best is the personel - nothing like Bulgarian hospitality! World class! Front desk staff super friendly and professional! Special thanks to Dimitar who did an amazing job from smooth check in after my long trip and later on explaining everything about hotel, surroundings and region in general (that was my first trip to that place). I felt like he was my best friend and exceeded my expectations - I've even extended my stay from 3 to 9(!!!) nights because of his hospitality and planning to come back in August again! To us this is the best place to stay, We have been Holidaying in Sunny beach since 1982 stayed in lots of different hotels, This Hotel is the best, it's very central, stayed B/B for 3 weeks last September, good Brackfast you can eat someing from all around the world, the staff where fantick, rooms excellent, weather was about 32c all the time. Food good, you could not wish for any better.

Came for the second time, really like it once again. They installed heating of the pool and we were able to use it even in early October. Everything was once again spotless and the staff was as polite as always. Always cheering and smiling.

Stayed two nights due to attending a meeting at a nearby venue of our company. Hotel was lovely, big comfortable and modernroom, friendly professional staff, nice breakfast and very reasonably priced. I have already rebooked to stay while attending a three day event in June 2020 year.

Thumbs up for the Best Western Plus Premium Premium Inn hospitality. The rooms are clean and very hygienic. The staff is friendly, welcoming and warm. The breakfast spread is good but more vegetarian and vegan options can be included. The pool area is a gorgeous. Definitely we will come back!!!

Great location. Staff were super nice and super helpful. We were made to feel so welcome. They even got our son a present on Christmas Eve - and it was his favorite gift of all! It's the sort of hotel you wish all hotels were like.

The hotel is simply amazing. They took such good care of us - especially Ivan, who went above and beyond what he needed to, to help me get my phone sim sorted. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sunny beach.. This place is incredible.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in October. Booked double comfort room, but we got free upgrade to suite, just because they had one available, that was the most pleasant surprise and we couldn't believe our luck. Our stay was overall really enjoyable and I couldn't find a single think i didn't like.

The Hotel was just amazing, the room was fantastic. The Hotel ist ideally located - very close to the beach but also close to Flower street. Went halfboard, both the breakfast and the dinner were served buffet style with plenty of choice. Personal was exceptionally polite.

Visited in October 2019. The outdoor pool was heated, which was huge plus. We had tons of fun on the slides. The hotel itself was very very clean and well kept. Really liked the cocktails offered in the lobby bar. Would definitely come back sometime in the summer.

My wife and I and our two sons (13, 18 y.) stayed here for 3 nights in the September half term. This is an excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed in an Executive Suite, whilst the lads stayed in a Standard Double Room next door. Staff really nice, friendly and helpful. Pool terrace is beautiful. I recommend a visit.

Incredible stay here at the Best western Premium Inn went for a short break over the weekend. Welcome was superb, complimentary drink on arrival in-room, help to our room with the bags, customer service was second to none. The location is great, staff friendly, couldn't find anything to complain about.

We had a perfect experience in every way. Without a doubt the welcome was pleasant, the attitude warm to every guest. Good facilities & the location couldn't of been better. The buffet spread was satisfactory and tasty. wide variety of desserts and salads on offer. We are very happy from our stay defiantly would recommend!!!

Amazing Hotel and Excellent staffs hotel room very suburb ! Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant. Although in the center, it is very silent Service is perfect. Breakfast is good with large variety.Would highly recommend. Lots of nearby bars and clubs.

Stayed here on the 16th for 10 nights bed and breakfast and really enjoyed it bar staff were friendly reception very helpful rooms were gorgeous with big comfortable bed and were kept clean by cleaners, pool area was kept clean you could see them wash down in the mornings the breakfast had a good variety staff weren't the friendliest in there but it's serve yourself so you don't really care, we also had room service for dinner and the food was lovely and hot & cost less than 20 lev for 2 including a tip for the service, we requested a late check out (due to late flight) and was offered the room till when we needed at 60 lev extra but worth it as the weather wasn't grate. Wasn't a far walk to flower street 5mins if even, would definitely stay here again

Me and my husband stayed at Best Western in september, we had a great time there. The staff was great and always so welcoming. Upon arrival we got upgraded to a deluxe room with a pool view. We loved that the hotel was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and the beach. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, one morning we had an early trip booked and the staff packed us a to-go breakfast to eat on the tour bus. Highly recommend!

The hotel is fantastic! The room was very well equipped, and breakfast was just delicious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend to all my friends. The hotel is very conveniently located in walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. Room works great for a family with one kid. Key line is just don't come in the month of October as the town of Sunny Beach and Nessebar are just empty. Most of the shops and restaurants are closed. The beach is lovely this time of year though, not many tourists about. As for the hotel, it looks nice and the rooms are nice and big. The staff are ok at best, not helpful and we were really disappointed that they shut down the swimming pool one down which meant it didn't heat up for another two days. Very poor. The food was very repetitive and boring

Had an amazing stay although, we were ataying at the end of the season. I really enjoyed my time in the hotel. Delicious breakfast, polite staff, basecally everything was wonderfull. Will be back again for sure.

Currently at the hotel our 3/rd night...and the experience is very good. great room view to the pool and very nice staff. ||The breakfast is and diner are the best in any other hotels in Bulgaria I ever stay. Heated Pool it is just great for October. We will be back next season ..... Thanks for the all staff members for making our vacation lovly

We stayed for 4 nights, half board in a family room which accomateds 2 adults and 2 young children. We stayed at the 2nd floor with the balcony facing the pool. The size of the room was small, too small, the TV had no international channels, all in Bulgarian language. Luckily The WiFi was very good. Regarding the bathroom, we had hot water around the clock and the size is decent. AC was not good, I would not recommend staying here at the summer unless you wish to sweat all night. The hotel has a nice lobby, which is not children friendly, the design fits a business lounge. The pool is poorly maintained the water are in green colour and they smell like rust, we commented about the situation a few times and the answer we got is that it relates to the heating water system. Regarding the breakfast it was ok nothing good or bad, very average. Dinner is bad, I wouldn't recommend it, it's best if you eat outside. In general In entire Bulgaria it seems that they are quite new to hospitality and tourism services, they don't try to help or guide you and there is a problem in getting information in many aspects. And the basic thing , greeting and smiling is coming short here. stay here only if you do t have any other choice or the price is low.

I am so imprsses by how speedy and positively they responded to my late check outand miscellaneous request. I made perfect choice in staying at the same venue as ou seminar. Great rooms with a balcony too!!! I would lime to recommend.....

Me and my pregnant partner politely complained to the manager regarding the Aircon not coming on. He got very aggressive and threatened to kick us out so we phoned best western head office. He found out about this and kicked us out with no refund at all. He tried to get local security to physically throw us out (they didn't as we were clearly not acting aggressively in any way whatsoever). He is the most aggressive, abusive short tempered man I have ever met, I tried on several occasions to calm the situation down as my girlfriend is pregnant but he did want to know. Whilst cancelling our stay he made several racist comments towards me and sexist comments aimed at my girlfriend. We tried to leave but security surrounded me and made us wait until we had been given cancellation paperwork, which turned out to be someone else's details including bank details illegally breaching the data protection act. Best Western have been provided with all the evidence we could get but have refused to help us as they say the hotel is privately managed, so no protection there even though there name is all over the door. I'm sure that the manager will say that we broke some kind of rules of conduct but I can promise we did not. I don't usually even complain but it was so hot and we couldn't sleep. If you do go keep your head down and don't complain. Personally I will never go back to that place.

My and my family spent one week on this venue. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were friendly and allways ready to help, the location is not that great because is like 12-15 minutes walking from the beach. There is one swimming pool which is very clean but the water temperature was +24 degrees which in my opinion is quite cold. The rooms are good size, modern and very clean. There is one restaurant, the food was great but it can get boring to eat in the same place for one week.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 10 nights near the end of September and couldn't fault the place staff were very friendly at the check in desk & both bars, we done bed and breakfast and breakfast ended 10 am sharp it was buffet so wasn't verry hot but they provide a microwave beside the bread so can't complain about that there was only one rude member of staff witch again can't complain about 1 out of a 100 isn't bad, room service was amazing and couldn't get over how cheap and nice it was! Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets were regularly changed plenty of room in the room for us and a nice pool & mountain view from 701 we also payed 60 lev extra for a late check out witch we were able to stay as long as we wanted/needed in the room, 50 lev deposit had to be paid also upon check in but it was received back into my boyfriends account with in a few hours. Pool area was also kept very clean and was hosed down daily slides were turned on when asked for and left on for the day only thing Is there's no life guard but pool wasn't too deep anyways. Would definitely stay here again especially for the price and quality of everything

Fabulous hotel in great location. Short walk to both Flower Street and the Bus Station.Standard of hotel was IMMACULATE and always being attended to. Peaceful pool area to relax in which would suit couples. We upgraded to a Deluxe King Size room which was huge, however lack of wardrobe/storage was a slight disadvantage. Bed very very comfortable and room was carpeted which was a nice touch. Would certainly choose this hotel again. Bed & Breakfast is the best way to do hotels in Bulgaria as food and drink very good value everywhere.

Beautiful room overlooking shopping area, very modern, plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom had a good headboard together with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom had a double shower, newly fitted, very welcome as we were staying on our last day before travelling home and appreciated the comfort and rest before an early morning flight home. The lounge area was spacious and would be suitable for couples, families or business. Casino attached to the hotel. Nice outdoor pool. .

I came to stay here with my partner. We had an amazing time. Food is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is located 2 minutes from the central Sunny beach bus station which takes you to all places in Burgas. Also very close to the beach, clubs and resturants. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a pleasure to visit good food,good location,great friendly staff. The pool area is lovely with water shoots right outside is grocery shop.for couples I can't recommend this place enough(I am at the hotel as I am writing this) The only downside for me is that tui in their great wisdom put me and my cousin in a double room instead of a twin,well done tui obviously not the hotels fault.

Have just returned from a week all inclusive. If you are looking for a quiet hotel which is still central to all amenities, then this is the one. Wouldnt recommend going all inclusive as food is nice but repetitive. Very cheap to eat and drink out. Only negative we found was music around the pool on a loop so got fed up listening to the same songs.

This is our 3rd visit this vear to this hotel with TUI When i read some reviews i do not believe it is the same hotel how they say the bad thingsis unbelievable .We have never experiianced any problems. RESTAURANT Very friendly staff always willing to help. They now have 4 pop up toasters 3 hot drinks machines 2 cold drinks machines.Breakfast a vast range of hot and cold choices plenty of meal conbinations. Evening meals even more choice Beef Pork Lamb Rabbit Fish various veg,fresh fruit salad etc.(go early for best food and no queus) ROOMS Comfortable large beds perfect shower good air conditioning.Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels when required CASINO This is the highlight for me .The staff are so friendly and helpful free drinks and small snacks.A vast range of fruit machines with many variations on every machine large range of stakes.Just the best OVERVIEW We have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 2 years,we have enjoyed every visit never any problems Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday special

We were very sceptical about staying here having read the reviews after we had booked but we were pleasantly suprised! I found staff to be friendly and helpful. Love the guy in the pool bar always smiling and also Ivan and Olga on reception. Check in is quick and easy, you are required to pay 50LEV cash deposit or a pre-authorisation on your card which will be returned on departure once nothing damaged in your room. We also got 2 cards which you can get fresh pool towels everyday which was very handy. The hotel and pool area are spotlessly clean, great work by all the staff to keep it so. Pool area is nice, although pool itself was very cold! It was quiet so no mad panic to save sunbeds! Room was good, has everything you need like kettle, fridge, tv and safe. Fresh towels everyday. Location is ideal, less than 10 min walk to main area, bus stop 2 mins walk and lots of little shops surround the hotel. Breakfast is my only reason for a mark down, it just wasnt to our taste. There was a good selection but it was all very bland. I would also like for the food to be covered. We found ourselves some mornings going to a little bakery to get pastries. All in all i would return but go without breakfast.

We stayed at the Best Western for 7 night as a family of 5 in two rooms, upon arrival we were asked to pay a security bond of 50BLV per room to cover any damages - a charge we were not made aware of prior to arrival or budgeted for! There was no negotiation and check in couldn't be completed until this payment had been made which at 1am with three very tired young children wasn't easy. During our stay a patio I sat on a patio chair on our balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun and the two back legs collapsed causing me to fall backwards, I reported the incident to reception that evening and the chair was removed. Upon check out I was advised that they were going to charge me the 50BLV (£25) for the damaged chair which I disputed as it was a genuine accident and I had seen several chairs the same out the back of the hotel, I was then questioned by the male on reception as to whether I had actually reported it and luckily I had taken a note of the date, time and staff member it was reported it to as there was no record and they removed the charge. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restraunt was extremely small for the size of the hotel and staff struggled to keep up with the demand for clean tables particularly at breakfast time. The breakfast was bland and there was always a queue for the toaster (4 X 2 slice toasters) and they constantly ran out of clean cups and glasses. All food was removed from the restraunt and drinks machines switched off at 10am sharp. The pool area appeared to be clean however sadly all of our children came out in a nasty rash after using the pool for 2 days so we had to avoid it for the rest of our holiday (we are aware of others also having problems with rashes and spots after using the pool also) we have had swabs taken from the children to identify the route cause of their rashes. We did make reception staff aware of the issue but they didn't seem bothered. The beaches were beautiful and the surrounding area had lots of shops bars and restaurants to sample and we will definitely be returning just not to this particular hotel.

We stopped in the hotel bed and breakfast. One ting to note about this hotel, it is spotless and i mean very clean. The room we where in was big and spacious and very clean, the housekeeping team is second to none. The pool area is quite big and clean as well. The food for breakfast was plentiful and good and hot, although the coffee machine was strange, you got small amounts of very strong coffee regardless of what you tapped !!!! The hotel is situated far enough away from the madness and has a good variety of shops nearby. The highlight is a corner plot with a bakery and pizza by the slice shop, the owner is hilarious he is so grumpy it is worth the visit just to see him performing and the food is excellent and cheap as chips. The negatives to this hotel is the staff, my god they are as miserable as sin. The waitresses in the pool area and restaurant couldn't even bring themselves to talk to you and if you asked for anything it was like asking for the end of the world. The reception were really unhelpful and ignorant and just fobbed is off when we asked if there was any chance we could keep our room on for a couple of hours. Sunny beach is a tacky place, food is bland and not as cheap as most people have made out. The object of the game here is to see how many Brits can be ripped off, we saw different prices for Brits and the rest of Europe and that's not me being silly we witnessed it.

I tried to stay at this hotel, but the reception was awful. I work in Sunny Beach, and my boyfriend came to visit me, yet due to my own hotel's rules we were not allowed to stay there. He booked a stay at this hotel, and I wanted to stay the night on days I was not working. I went to the hotel to talk with the reception about the possibility of me paying so I could make this happen, but she was very rude and very unfriendly. She only accepted cash money, and she lied that the systems did not work so she did not have to give us a receipt. She did not use GDPR, she did not need registration. She did not even ask me for my birthday. This is why I know I have never actually been registered. Still, I had to pay a good sum, and I had to pay it in cash. I'm certain she kept the money, after first wasting our time by pretending that the money would actually go to the hotel. Other than that she was rude, very arrogant, and highly unfriendly towards us. My entire experience was ruined by her personally. She refused to smile, and said some really offensive things towards us. We tried to adress her in a friendly way, and did not fight with her over it, but I do want to mention it in a review so the Management can look again at the staff they have hired. Other than this woman, who I shall name O. to keep things from getting too personal, the hotel itself is very pretty. The rooms are big, and the balcony was good too. My boyfriend was very positive over the hotel itself. For me personally, staff makes service, and service makes the experience. I would never book at this hotel, or advice anyone to go here.

Booked 9 nights all inclusive in an Executive King room. Hotel is new and clean. Full is ok and the waterslides cool. Was very quiet, altough these were many people. Food aaa ok, just a little too repetitive. Distance to the beach is ok, takes about 6 minutes.

Booked all inclusive week for family holiday. Dubious due to previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and well presented. I personally found staff to be, on the whole helpful. I think any issues only arise from communication difficulties. Pool area is good and slides are enough to keep kids happy for a while. The music they play around the pool can be a bit bizarre and at times, too loud but that is just a personal preference. Breakfast is continental and we found there was a good selection of all the things you would expect to find and it was all fresh. Coffee machines and toast area can get a bit hectic. Lunch and dinner were both buffet and again, typical selection. Regrettably on the last night we found a piece of chicken was raw in the middle. I told the restaurant manager who immediately apologised and then went to the kitchen where her displeasure could be heard. Moments later, all the chicken was removed. The manager then came back to our table and again apologised. Clearly raw chicken is a huge concern but I was happy with the action taken. Scoop Ice cream and snacks are available between 3 - 5pm and were not difficult to find. They also put sandwiches out late at night in the main bar. The resort of Sunny Beach wasn't to our liking but within the hotel, it is easy to forget the tat shops and neon lights. If you compare the price you pay against the same standard in Balerics or mainland Spain then this place is a no-brainer. The hotel appears to attract a wide range of nationalities.

I posted a comment on Hoogle for this hotel, based on my experience, i.e. personal belongings forgot in the room are taken by the personnel, not reported to supervisor, nor kept for a reasonable delay at tourists' disposal. The manager of the hotel answered at google review that the hotel policy is not to undertake liability for things left in PUBLIC area. Mr. Todorov, before speaking and answering on bad reviews, learn about the subject you talk about. No hotel room can be considered a public area. Your maids considered a bag with souvenirs (liqueurs, jars with honey, magnets and turkish delight) as a tip belonging to them... so they drank the liqueurs, despite the fact that I called the reception right after my departure. I would like you to take liability for things forgotten in the room. All readers, please pay attention to all your belongings when interracting with Bulgarians.

Just returned early from holiday at this hotel. Food awful, same dishes recycled every day, limited choice and not very appetising. Drinks in all inclusive package very limited. Not a great hotel, no entertainment, manager rude and not helpful. Would not recommend this hotel or sunny beach resort.

Myself and 9 year old daughter really enjoyed our trip here to Sunny Beach. Good location for the hotel, clean and modern room - single room was big enough for 2 of us. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean including the pool area and sunbeds. Breakfast was fine, standard hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner good - we loved the Shopskra salad and the revane cake. Friendly suggestions - there needs to be more information available regarding all inclusive. We were all inclusive plus (not sure what the plus was meant to be) but we weren't told what times snacks were available. A sheet in your manual would help. Every time I have previously gone all inclusive there is ice-cream for the children but you had to pay for it here, not expensive but it means having to take money to the pool. And lastly we didn't get told about pool towels so spent an unnecessary 40lv on sunbed towels - this could also be added to the manual. I see there has been some negativity about the staff - I didn't find them rude, I think there is the language barrier and also they are efficient without the need to be fawning over you.

Easy to get sunbed oh yes our room nice bed comfe Now resort out of hotel turn left 5 minute walk and you are by all bars and restaurants and Great food and cheep coming home with our spends. If you like to sit in the sun this hotel is not for you for how the hotel is situated, before booking we thought the pool area was a decent size but sorry to say it's small ,the staff were polite but not helpful there English was poor , a young man slipped on the stairs ( going up to the slides) had to go hospital ( no life guard no first aider ) I went to reception for him they just rang for an ambulance his bill was £3000 ( so watch your little ones on the stairs) eating area very small so you might have to wait for a table but breakfast was eatable ( just ) .... before you book do check what room you have booked ( we was a large party ) three couples did not get what they thought they was getting two had no balcony's the other thought she had booked two bedrooms ( not the hotels fault ) there is that many options ... but if you want the sun nice food staff what are helpful stay at the globus puts this hotel to shame ........ hope this as helped you as I've never done a review before .

We arrived late at night and were quickly booked in to our room, we had booked a suite and it was lovely. We went half board (First time as my husband is very fussy) breakfast and dinner and to our amazement the food was really nice and we ended up eating in the hotel the whole week which saved a lot on food. The outdoor pool was great and we were able to get a sun lounger everyday and the water slides were a bonus. Overall our experience was very positive and we would definitely go back. Sunny beach as a whole is quite hectic with a lot of fuelled alcohol youths enjoying the extremely low cost of alcohol and endless night clubs and pubs

It's our first and last time to visit Bulgaria. We are a family of 5 with children aged 13, 9 and 7. We also came as a big family of 19 staying at various hotels along sunny beach. My whole family said they would never return either. The only positives is the Hotel is modern, clean and well presented. Upon arrival staff at reception were the rudest I've ever met, clawing at mine and my children's arms just to put a wrist bands on. The area where the hotel is isn't family friendly in my opinion, there's sex shops and exotic dancers on door steps. Don't get me wrong we are not prudes by any means and have been to Thailand with our children so no problems there. I just didn't like how it's all pushed in our faces and that of our children's. We are avid travellers, we travel 5 times a year all over the world and we chose Bulgaria because it was recommended and a new place to explore but they are the rudest people I've ever met. It could quite easily ruin your whole holiday but I have a thick skin so haven't let it. My advise is book to go to a different country! We are returning to Dubia in 2 weeks and have paid less for that so it isn't even a price issue. Really wish I'd have been told how rude the people in this country are because I wouldn't have wasted my time!!!

This hotel has lovely friendly staff and is clean and modern. It is close to the main centre but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms are clean and comfy but a bit small and the balcony offers no privacy due to the wire effect railings. The pool area is compact and sunbed perhaps a bit squashed in. Pool towels are provided but glasses are allowed by the pool which could be an issue. Breakfast was always luke warm and more to continental tastes. The was usually a shortage of knives and forks and if it was wet the dining room was too small. Seagulls will eat any breakfast you leave! We would stay again if we wanted a short break but this hotel isn't a beach hotel.

I am a Diamond member of Beas Western , I stayed in all times at Best Western hotels all around the world. The room was extremely comfortable and I've been upgraded to the executive level room type. Just so impressed from the breakfast buffet and the service Very good hotel .., I do recommenced this hotel.

Currently at the hotel. This is one of the very few hotels in which a I have receiving personal touch service fro the chech-in ( a smailing and enthusiastic lady) through Lobby bar (dark skin guy) and house keeping. We had week stay in June 2019 y. with my partner at BWP Premium Inn. We are very excited to share our experience- just a a friendly and helpful staff in all departments. The location is very good on 5 minutes walk to the beach and just 2 minutes walk to the promenade street. Lovely pool area very comfortable sundress and mattresses. This is our second time at the this hotel we are taking Deluxe room with breakfast and diner at this visit the soft drinks during the diner was free on self serving. We will be back all times to this hotel when visiting Sunny Beach.

An amazing hotel. Location is perfect, very close to the sea and to the center. The room was clean and stylish. All staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in a good position and rooms kept clean. We only booked breakfasts which was a buffet, it had a good choice of food but the cooked food was always Luke warm to cold. Only complaint really.

Visited the hotel in August last year and cannot wait to go back again next month. The hotel is located in a lovely, quite area. It is well furnished, clean and tidy. My partner and I visited Bulgaria for the first time, we stayed half board. The room was modern, spacious and quiet and was immaculately cleaned daily. It had a nice decor and carpet. The restaurants were light and airy. The food was excellent and definitely up to par with some of the best places we've been to. Everything was fresh and delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. All the staff were very kind and and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Overall we had an amazing holiday, we would recommend this hotel.

I have been to so many hotels in Burgas including some of the biggest like Chaika Beach and Kuban but none of them had the quality Best Western Plus Premium Inn had. - Food was really good. I especially enjoyed their desserts. - I especially want to thank Martin in the reception for his helpful attitude. He is always cheerful. - They have FREE Wifi and Wifi quality is amazing. You get a high-quality connection from rooms and reception as well. - Furniture quality in the rooms is also really good. I cannot always have a good sleep in hotels' beds but here there was no problem for me. - I also want to thank cleaning ladies for clean rooms. - You can always see the general manager Mr. Ivan around making sure everything goes as planned. - They also have a small but beautiful casino in the hotel if you wish the try your luck. This hotel was lovely to stay in, staff were always friendly at the front desk. Food was also good and I never rarely eat at the hotel but it was better then some of the local restaurants near by. The rooms were cleared every day but bed linen was not changed every day not to sure if it was changed at all to be honest but we didn't let one little spoil our stay

We spent our holidays in very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are cosy and the stuff working there is nice and helpful. The locacion is perfent! Everything you need is nearby. There is a pool with 2 slides, so you can enjoy the funny time in the area of the hotel and use all the all inclusive benefits. The food is soooooo delicious! Currently at the hotel on day 5 of 7. Great location just a few minutes from flower street and a few minutes to the cheapest bar we found in Sunny Beach (Iglika). Rooms are very modern with air conditioning. The walls are really thick and can't hear anything next door. The hotel has a big mix of guests from all over the world. Breakfast was a bit of a let down for me. Only 2 toasters and always a queue, a couple more cheap toasters would be good. Only 2 lifts for the hotel so waiting for those all holiday was slightly annoying. We only had bed and breakfast so can't comment on the lunch and dinner. We always managed to get a sun bed by the pool but there was a limited amount and I'm sure a few people went without if was late down to the pool as they were all taken most of the day. Overall we had a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The hotel, at first, seemed lovely. Very new and modernised and I was looking forward to a great stay! (Before I start this review, I would like to give credit to Ivan, the front office manager, who was on reception every day, he knew everyone's names off by heart and generally made people smile). However... I booked and paid for the package, which was advertised AND STILL IS as a 24 hour bar, included in the all inclusive stay. However, when I got there, there was a limited drinks service only. The staff were reluctant to admit it was their fault and passed the blame from person to person The snacks of pancakes, hot dogs etc never ran. Instead, you are told to go to the restaurant where there are sandwiches on offer, there are waffles however you have to find someone to ask them to make one for you which takes 15 minutes!! The majority of the food is inedible, and which parts left is edible is not to a tourist nature whatsoever. You would think in an All Inclusive resort that pizza, chicken nuggets etc would be on offer. Nope, you can have a lovely choice of rabbit meat or chicken liver on offer! The children's faces when they see the only thing they can eat is chips is implausible for an all inclusive resort to serve this in a place such as Sunny Beach. What was left to eat of the food was hot on the outside, but cold in the middle. The burgers (on the one day they were out) were in-fact raw, and the chef not caring the slightest saying that is how he does things in this hotel? The drinks offering is somewhat limited to everyone. There is cocktails spirits soft and hot drinks etc, but nothing tailored directly to children (e.g. milkshake, slush etc). Regardless to the board basis you go, beware that the balcony has probably never been cleaned and will not be cleaned! It looked like there was a form of grime or mould growing. The cleaners went on the balcony once it seemed, and that was just to sweep up. The pool seemed exceptionally small, anymore than 6 people in at a time what mean you were trying to avoid each other. There is another pool attached to that which is the same size, however that is where the slides arrive and you are at risk of getting splashed! There was absolutely no entertainment anywhere in the hotel, even no animation team! Looking back, it seemed more a hotel than a tourist hotel that you would tend to find abroad and standards seemed low throughout. I have attempted to contact the hotel to discuss the matter further, however I was told that the issues was dealt with while I was there? I will not return. However if someone forced me, I would only return room only.

The staff particularly reception and cleaning are very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are very nice and very clean Being in the centre of town it can be noisy outside until the early hours but when you close your balcony door the air conditioning starts up so you can get peace and quiet and stay cool. I'm English and the food is fine. The hotel have to cater for a wide range of nationalities and preferences and they seem to manage it well. The bacon and eggs at breakfast are a bit odd though. If you fancy a change there a lot of local bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and you can get a good meal and drink for £15-£20 pp or even as cheap as £5 if you watch out for the daily deals The hotel WiFi isn't at all good. Even twitter/Facebook/emailing are tricky as the wifi seems to disappear every couple of minutes. I don't blame the hotel though as with lots of people staying the data demands must be huge and thankfully the signal from the local phone company Telenor is very strong - so my advice would be increase your mobile data package for the duration of your stay

Wish I had taken more pictures to show how lovely this hotel was.Ive never seen so much cleaning going on.It was beautiful,shiny and new inside and out, the staff were lovely, the pool was amazing and we always got a Sunbed no matter what time we strolled down.The hotel was very centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Flower street and 10 mins walk to the beach.We will be back, thank you for a fab holiday.

We have just returned from the best western premium hotel in sunny beach We could not find any fault with the location the staff and the hotel. We will return we had excellent service from the hotel staff especially, 123 look.

We needed some drinkable water after 12 o'clock at night. Since we paid for 'all-inclusive', we turned to the bar. After noticing that the crane wasn't working, the bartender admitted that water is NOT included in 'all inclusive' and we need to pay for it in bottles separately or drink it directly from our room's water cranes. We tried to explain him that we needed some drinkable water, for which we have paid, but the Customer Relation person was insistent and we left the bar with no water. We had to take the water from our mini bar and pay for it later. Apparently, as there were 3 of us, there was not enough water for all. That's why as recommended by the Customer Relation, we drank water from our room's crane. All of us did feel the consequences, as the next day our stomachs were not feeling well. If I had known that water is not included in 'all-inclusive', I would have chosen another hotel or definitely wouldn't have paid for 'all-inclusive'. I do understand that different kinds of technical problems happen, but this doesn't allow your hotel staff to play with the health of their customers.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my son. The hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was large with balcony. It has a fantastic central location. We had Breakfast included which was plentiful and fresh with all you could want. The staff were friendly and the place was safe. Plenty of sun beds and chairs by the pool. Having been to sunny beach six times this was by far the best hotel I've stayed in. If you want to do any excursions I recommend Vangel Shimov a local excursion operator with offices throughout sunny beach which will pick you up from Premium Inn.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. Nice location near the center and the beach of Sunny Beach. The food is delicious and abundant. This is the place which we'd love to visit again.

I stayed here on my own for a holiday and a rest from work. My room was beautiful and the maids did an awesome job of cleaning. They really were the best part of the hotel for me. The staff do there best to help when called upon. The food was awful, however this is a mark up from the rest of sunny beach. You can fill your stomach with food that goes down, but it certainly isn't enjoyable. I wouldn't stay again. This little guy in the photo really made my stay.

We stayed here all inclusive, my husband, 13 year old and myself for one week. The hotel is very clean downstairs and our room was very spacious. Staff always seemed to be busy and took pride in their hotel. Food. Not the best range I've seen on all inclusive packages. There could be more choice but it was the beginning of the the season and we never went hungry. Ice cream served during the day. One issue.... the toaster! One 4 slice electric toaster for a full breakfast room of diners is insufficient, especially when it only cooks one side. Every morning the queue for the one sided toast got larger! Surely a commercial one could be sought? Drinks. Local drinks and usual over the top measures, but my son enjoyed the non alcoholic cocktails and once again we didn't go thirsty. Pool. The pool was good with two slides to cool down during the afternoon, they close at 6pm. The pool was well maintained, and we could get a seat or a lounger around the pool most days. Room. Our room wasn't cleaned well at all. I don't think the floor was mopped or the sink washed around at all. Sheets were changed twice in the week we stayed but we always had fresh towels. I usually leave our chamber maids our left over currency but the standard was so poor I tidied most days myself. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It's central but far enough away so that you are not kept awake with the noise from the centre.

We have just come back from a weeks bed and breakfast stay. The breakfast was good plenty of choice. Lovely cappuccino, agree with previous comment about not enough toasters as only have one. Our room a double deluxe room was lovely and spacious and kept very clean, amazing shower. The balcony had plenty of room and looked out over the town which although a busy place we were never bothered by noise outside. Pool area was nice but quite small but managed to get sunbeds when we wanted to. Pool water was a bit cold getting in but you soon got used to it. The location of the hotel was very good only 5 mins and your out on the main strip and just a bit further to the gorgeous and massive beach. The staff were polite and friendly and clearly worked very hard to keep the place looking clean and welcoming. Thanks for a lovely relaxing week away.

We visited in May ,we had a perfect holiday ,lovely room,staff all helpful ,stayed bed and breakfast,food was very good plenty of choice,restaurant staff excellent ,we paid for evening meal ,we enjoyed these as well but if you do not like pork or fish not for you.Bulgarian food very different to English ,but we enjoyed the change.The Casino is the best good machines and friendly staff(take your passport)

What a wonderful holiday in Bulgaria. The hotel was very well maintained and cleaned all day. The rooms were also cleaned once a day with very friendly staff. We even came back to at 23:30 one night and the cleaner was still cleaner and bleaching floors. We were just bed and breakfast and it was alright for a couple of days with a bit of variety but we ended up going out to a place called (Mandarin with full English and Scottish breakfast, even going there for lunch and dinner. A full English was 4.98 Kev's witch is £2.50 and well worth it ). The rooms were very well decorated and the beds were super sized. We had a family room with 2 big double beds and a pull out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. All beds were very comfortable. We had 3 balconies but the views are not that good as we were in the centre of town. My only issue was because we were only bed and breakfast were not allowed any tea and couldn't even buy it which was very annoying. ( bring tea bags ). The air con was not very powerful but done just enough, wouldn't want to be there if 30 degrees plus. The beach is a ten minute walk. The water was cold but as the weather was getting hotter it did warm up. Same with the pool it was very cold but like everything you get accustomed to it eventually. We done a safari which I recommend and also the aqua park paradise which was a great day out. Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday for us all and would go back tomorrow.

stayes there recently for May bank holidays lovely staff, who was always willing to help. Lovly clean room which I am sure are cleaned twice per day. The location is also perfect and a very accessible to a pleanty of shops.

We stayed at Best Western PLUS Premium Inn for three nights with friends and received a warm welcome. The rooms are new furnished with stylish design, fast Wi-Fi connection, free safebox in the room. The hotel is very central located- 5 minutes away from the beach, from the shopping street and from the central bus station. The staff was very nice and kind.

We've stayed, a party of 5, in this hotel 4* during the Easter holiday. It was a good choice, as the hotel seems to be new or rehabilitated. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. All seems to be new or very well maintained, including the restaurant and the swimming pool.The rooms have a good and comfortable size and a nice balcony. We had all inclusive, good enough. I strongly recommend this hotel, close ( 7 minutes walking) to the large beach of Sunny Beach.

This is my second time at Premium Inn! I had a wonderful stay. I loved the food, the rooms were perfectly cleaned and smelled good everyday, perfect size, very convenient for me and my family. My children were very happy with the pool and the slides! The location itself was very nice as it's very close to the beach and the Main Street of the resort, where all nightlife attractions are found. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend Best Western ! I will be coming back soon with my family!

We arrived rather late at night, but got greeted with the warmest welcome! I am gluten and lactose intolerant and the hotel staff ensure I have breakfast every morning cooked and served expecialy for me. I do apprishieted the complimentary coffee in room and a parking lot.

Was in the hotel last year, at the end of the season. My room was clean and nice with view over the pool. I became a BW member for free. The breakfast was good enough. the slides at the pool we liked a lot. The beach and centre were very near and big shop oposite the hotel.

The perfect place for a vacation. The location and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. Polite, well spoken and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and amenities. We will come again next summer!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfu, pool area and restaurant were top knotch, as was the other in house Pool Bar. The genius design of the room created so much extra space which helped make the small rooms feel much larger. The feeling in the entire hotel was luxurious and we would stay there again over any other hotel in Sunny Beach.

From the minute we walked in it was full of warmth and generosity. Martin (the front office manager was just ridiculously charming) and so were his colleagues (hate myself for not writing down their names). They upgraded us to a suite (without us even asking) and put the kids right next door...perfect. From Pool Bar to suggestions to just joking around with the kids they made us feel very welcome. This place will most certainly be our choice again in Sunny beach. The water slidesr with pool is so quaint with the best sunrise. Breakfast staff also lovely and a good selection. Again most importantly they were genuinely friendly with our children which is a big plus to make us comfortable. This hotel has “great customer service” written all over it.

The food was very tasty, very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. We had a free coffee every day at the room. I would like to note the the compliment we received upon arrival in our room. Definitely back in summer .

I have been in this amazing service hotel very beautiful and cozy hotel I disagree to visit it. This place is probably the best in Sunny Beach so I would be glad to go again this year with my friends and my family.

Reception team and manager could not have been more helpful. Extremely restrictive diet due to allergies was catered for, which is highly unusual (I haven't eaten in a restaurant in months). Free upgrade to a suite . WOW! Overall exceeded all expectations and we would most definitely book again if we are in Sunny Beach. I highly recommend

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay a beautiful one. We enjoyed the modern and clean room as well as free use of the minibar. We particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet which featured Spanish style foods. Our room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. Perfect location to explore the area. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Everything that was extra foyer was spacious. The cleanliness was at the level. The restaurant at the level. The service was super. Supper was dinner and breakfast. We liked the music very much. It was a winter season.

Have been there only for one night, but definitely will come back. Have used their business center and used Wi-Fi which was free and with very good connection. The guy at Reception was very nice and polite and helped me to book a taxi for early morning. They offered me to become a Best Western Member totally for free and a bottle of wine as a compliment.

Phenomenal. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. Room was clean and very well kept and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The pool area has warer slides was realy enjoyable. Loved my stay here!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Premium Inn in Sunny Beach as part of a family trip to celebrate the 60th birthday of relative who lives nearby. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor and for location and price. Firstly, the rooms are as nice as described on the website. All five of our rooms were modern, clean, well-maintained with very comfortable beds. The restaurant was nice serving a good quality breakfast with lots of variety. The staff even stayed open late on the evening we arrived to serve us dinner. Now that's service! My only complaint about the hotel was that they allowed smoking in the lobby and bar which is against the law in Bulgaria but seems to be common in Sunny Beach. We would definitely all stay again if there is another trip to Sunny Beach.

Staff very friendly and helpful rooms very high standard and cleanliness is faultless bar staff were the best will definitely visit again the reception staff were always happy to see us and nothing was too much of a problem

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room ( 2 adults and 2 kids), was very big, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, specially from the reception. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Good location.

Amazing hotel in good location. Staff is very friendly and will try to work out any little problem you may have. Food is also amazing, nice variety of choice and also tasty coffee. Pool slide is something you must try!

Our second visit, first week in September.We, had a high floor room pool view,excellent room very clean .We were given a complimentary bottle of wine nice surprise,as before very friendly staff.Breakfasts slightly better than last time,paid for some evening meals these were very good value with a good choice of meals,mostly pork but very tasty and well presented.Staff in the restaurant very friendly and hard working.Visited casino as before very enjoyable,staff so friendly and helpful .We have stayed at many hotels but the staff in this one are the best.The weather was good,a few thunder storms at night.We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay very enjoyable.Hope to visit again next year.

me with some friends went to sunny beach to go clubbing. I choose this hotel becose of the location is central. the hotel is really good, our rooms was on the last floor and we had great view to the whole sunny beach. we had breakfast included in the price, but we never managet get so early in the morning because we partied to hard in the night. but the hotel had complimentairy tee and cofee in the rooms which were life saving in the mornings.

Really friendly staff, the hotel was very clean there was always a cleaning lady brushing, polishing and vacuuming the lobby and the pool area. Our room was very comfortable furnished, we especially liked the big shower heads in the bathroom, the sensation was like getting a bath under tropical rain, lol. The breakfast was tasty, the restaurant has an excellent a-la-carte menu which offered various dishesh at good prices, we regularly ate lunch there. Overall great hotel.

I visited the hotel with my whole family at the end of september. the resort is not so crowded then (for me that is a plus). the weather was still warm and we got really good tan. the rooms were very well furnished and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I had ever slept in! the staff is also very polite and helpful, and always smiling. we really liked the place. we will come back next year in may :))))

My wife and I, together with our two kids decided to give this Sunny Beach thing a try since we had quite a few friends who are repeat visitors of the resort. It was our first time in Bulgaria and it will certainly be not our last! We booked double room but upon arrival at the hotel we were upgraded to executive suite free of charge!! How cool is that?!It proved the perfect start of our holiday. The room was very clean and marvelously furnished, we did not find a single thing not to our liking! The breakfast was rich and tasty and the cocktails, offered on the pool bar were spot on! The pool has slides and our two little rascals especially enjoyed them. The hotel lies at the beating heart of Sunny Beach, only 2 min walk from the main strip, but far enough from all the noise and commotion, so we did not have any trouble sleeping. Overall we really liked the hotel and the resort itself and we are already planning to come back next year.

We stayed in an Executive Suite, it was lovely. Had a lounge, bedroom, lots of storage and was very modern. It was the end of the season when we stayed so everything was shutting down for the winter. The downside: The hotel has nothing to do (other than the casino) when the weather isn't very good, it could do with an indoor pool and pool/snooker table. The food was not to my taste but there was usually something I could eat. As it is ok to smoke indoors in Bulgaria, I found this difficult as I'm a non smoker, so the constant smell of cigarettes put me off. The good side: The staff were attentive and polite, especially the restaurant and bar staff. Would I return : no, not for me, sorry Would I recommend: yes but in high season It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for.

Just back from a week stay with a friends from Fab vacation. Lovly restaurant and food is tasty. So enjoyable pool areas. Rooms a very comfortable with great sleeping quality . Every day we received coffee in the room. I do recommend this hotel

Fab hotel, new and well modern room. The pool area is very nice... wonderful water slides, just great Fun.... Therebis parking lots for free, the WI-FI is free of charge is well and the reception is good. I really recomemberbthe hotel

The hotel is located in the center of the Sunny Beach, very close to the beach and all touristic places! Rooms are very big, clean, and comfortable! The staff is very very polite! A large specialty of food at dinner amd breakfast!

Have already reviewed this hotel as excellent,but forgot to add the Techno music around the pool is very loud and not even pleasant all attempts by guest to turn if down are ignored so perhaps this review will work Thanks

Stayed end of July room 209 very large back room onto side road which is cool and quiet. Large choice of breakfast hot/cold Lovely pool area with 2 big slides However only downside is coffee/tea machines are slow filling and bit of a queue and toast machine take ages to brown. But would stay her again as the staff are very polite,pleasant and informative an excellent choice.

The Best Western premium inn was clean, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, breakfast was basic - our board was b&b Rooms were very nice and well layed out, only negative about the room was the pillows and bed were very firm The pool was clean and the pool attendants were very strict with the children and the water slides - which I thought was very good as some children did try to go down together which was a bit dangerous Location was about 5 mins walk to busy shops and restaurants and 10 mins max to the beach Resort was quite busy but the hotel was away from the real noise so was great to have a choice between noise and relaxing

We arrived to the hotel around 11:30 but we couldn't do the check in before 2 pm . Unfortunately the hotel didn't allow us to eat inside the hotel . In addition, we asked for two room close to each other but they gave us two rooms in the same floor but not close at all. There is no free drinks available in the dinner even not water and you need to buy your drink. The room is clean and the size is ok , for 2 +1 ( we took two rooms )

After reading some reviews on here we were slightly worried about going to stay however we could not fault this hotel. Fantastic facilities the pictures on here do not show it in its proper light. Extremely clean hotel couldn't fault the cleaners. We were charged for a bottle of wine from the mini fridge that we hadn't had they waivered this for us no problem at all. Some staff came across rude but I did think that was due to the language barrier at times. There was a lot of families staying at the hotel so don't go if you want a quiet pool side experience. Also some rude lads were staying there acting very boisterous on the slides and splashing young children sat on the side. However the staff resolved this and then closely montiered the slides. The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the strip so food places and facilities are so close. Also a 24 hour shop opposite the hotel which was great for getting water etc. The food within the hotel was also great and just what you need when you don't want to venture out. There is free WiFi for however long you stay it was fantastic WiFi could not fault it. Also you get a safe within the room with no extra charge. Beds are comfy and no sound from other guests woke us at any point. If you are going on a girls/lads holiday I would highly recommend staying here if you want a decent hotel to stay in. Hope this answers peoples questions :)

We booked a holiday with tui Thomas cook being that it was cheaper and flights included about 800 pound for two ppl including return flights from Gatwick transfer from bougas to sunnybeach. Staying at best western has been Surprisingly good. Nice rooms food is good staff friendly close to nite life. The only thing I would say is if u want nite life close stay here. If u want to be away from the nite life. Then choose a hotel out of town pool is good beer is cheap I would stay here again beds are a bit hard. But u do get use to it. Great holiday I. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful whenever we had a problem. I would definitely stay here again, although only if it was an adult only party as my son was “told off” by someone who I assume was the manager for playing with toy cars on one of the tables in the lounge area at reception. Food was great and reasonably priced. On arrival we were prompted to pay 200 levs (£92) incase of damages during our week long stay, we knew nothing about this prior to arrival and even though it is stated on the hotel website we booked through Tui so had no idea about this. Overall a beautiful hotel situated walking distance to the beach, hotel interior was spotless and cleaned constantly by cleaning staff, towels and bedsheets were changed daily which was great. Overall 5 star!!

Visited the last week in June,very cheap T.U.I deal.This hotel is excellent ,very friendly staff on reception,check in was easy ,left credit card deposit.200 Lev (. cancelled when we left) Room was great on the fourth floor with a pool view.Room had an electric kettle so could make your own hot drinks.Very comfortable bed.Room had a balcony (smoking allowed on this) Sun on balcony in the afternoon from about 2.30 pm.Very good bathroom and shower,towels changed daily.Had a problem with T.V. and safe on 2 occasions .Both resolved within 15 minuets excellent service and very helpful staff.The breakfast was good .Pre.-Formed bacon fried eggs scrambled egg,french toast ,beans on most days,oven cooked sliced Beef tomatoes,Bread Cereals,fruit,Jam and honey cold meats,cheese,cucumber,etc (mushrooms on one day) ,Loads of choice,Better than we expected.The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.We played in the casino on many occasions (open 24 hours a day) yes its only slots but a fabulous range of machines lots of game combinations ,very enjoyable the staff cash you out on the machines (we actually won some good amounts) You get free drinks .The staff in the Casino went out of their way to be helpful.(one note you have to have your passport with you to play) Also smoking allowed. This was a fantastic holiday,could not fault anything.We will try and visit again and I recommend this hotel.(one note some of the guests at this hotel are very rude and obnoxious we saw some big rows with some French and Israeli guests at reception)The manager must be glad his staff can deal with these very very rude people.

We booked 7 nights B&B here through Tui and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was our first trip to Bulgaria so we were quite apprehensive after a lot of reasearch about Sunny Beach, but check in was friendly and quick (although a 200 lev deposit was requested upon check in which we were not aware of beforehand). The hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a great presence of cleaning staff all the time cleaning public area, door handles, sweeping and mopping floors. Our room was a little on the small side, and after consulting the floor plan for emergency action details we realised that we had been allocated what appeared to be the smallest room on our floor, however it had all the facilities you could possibly want and to be fair we don't go on holiday to spend masses of time in the room. The room was serviced daily with fresh towels and restocked with bathroom essentials, the bedding was clean, crisp white, very welcoming in the heat! The air-con was fabulous, and allowed for a few afternoon siestas when the sun became too much. The bathroom was beautiful, and although the rainfall shower pressure was not good enough to shower properly with, the hand held addition that was attached near enough put me through the wall. Amazing! The breakfast here was a little less pleasing, but there was plenty of choice. Don't be expecting a full English, you will be disappointed if you do. The sausages are hot dog style, the bacon is more like reformed, square, folded gammon and there were no beans or mushrooms, but my husband enjoyed the French toast and there are eggs of all varieties, juices, hot drinks, cereals, yoghurt, pastries, cold cheeses and meats, olives, several bread options for toasting and both fresh fruits and compotes. One word of warning, the hot drinks machines take an age to dispense your choice, so there was always quite a long queue. The hotels location Is fantastic, being close enough to walk to all of the main action whilst still being far enough away that you aren't disturbed by it. That said, my only gripe about this lovely hotel was some of the other residents during our stay. One particular group of 6 were very loud and rude, and spent their entire stay yelling at each other from their balconies which, as they were on opposing sides of the pool, resounded throughout the entire outside space. Another large group insisted on playing loud music in their rooms with the doors open which we had to complain about at around midnight, but the management dealt with the issue swiftly and we had no further issue. Also, their policy of no glassware around the pool seems to be dependent on who is behind the bar at the time. We witnessed people drinking bottles of lager and smoking actually IN the pool. We didn't use the pool but we were always offered plastic glasses if we were in the pool area which seemed a bit contentious. Last words, we loved Sunny Beach and our experience and have booked again for September, and whilst it's not at this hotel I would have no hesitation about returning.

Great hotel. Very clean and 5 minutes walk from everything. Cannot fault hotel. Casino is just a fruit machine arcade though not a full casino. Beds very comfortable. Even though close to everything no noise at night from local pubs and clubs. Highly recommended
