Best Western Plaza Inn

This is our go to hotel for Pigeon Forge. We love the indoor pool, king, parkway view rooms. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast always great, and the location is wonderful. Our room is always clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends!

This Best Western is always great! We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance man even unlocked our truck when we locked our keys in it. Great location Great breakfast Large, clean rooms WE WILL BE BACK

Our room was very comfortable and clean, we had plenty of towels. Breakfast was one of the best we have had (real homemade gravy), great service and plenty of food. Check in and check out staff was friendly and nice.

3* is directed towards the owner. When you have been out shopping and walking, eating all day, you are ready to relax in your room. Maybe watch some of your favorite TV shows. I was not able to do this because the owner doesn't allow streaming devices. I fully understand the owners policy, even tho I emphatically disagree. You're only using the set as a monitor. To the owner: Streaming is current and will only increase in our future. This is a very nice property and excellent location. I don't want to see it lose out on future business.

The room was HUGE, immaculately clean, updated, and had a fireplace and large balcony. One of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Pol towels were non existent a day requests to get them were not met

A very pleasant, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. Have stayed here multiple times and I have no complaints for any visits. Only one minor drawback is the location towards one end of the parkway. Still not a big issue.

Easy and fast check in. Friendly staff. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel so I'm not sure the quality there. Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

We are loyal BW members so we had a Free night and $100 certificate. That meant we stayed here for $72 for a total of two nights. It's located on the quieter end of Pigeon Forge, which we loved. The room on the 5th floor was huge with a balcony facing the mountain. It was a last minute trip when we saw the forecast called for snow friday night and sat. Surprisingly, the forecast was right. There was enough snow in the upper elevations to be pretty and safe to drive in. They have a large breakfast area and it was close to the 5 story building we were in. You can also access the street in front and back of the motel. This is a must stay motel. Don't miss it. All of the staff are really kind too

Awesome desk attendants and very clean motel. Saved our weekend we had a room at another hotel turned on the lights and saw roaches I went out called the Toni and they were full but said plaza had rooms so I booked one went down and checked out where we were the other hotel gave us a refund and was nice but this hotel saved our trip … they even let us check in really early due to our issue at the other place … will never stay anywhere but this hotel or the Toni from here on out …..

We always stay at best western plaza inn for our annual Christmas trip! we are a family with young children. We love this is clean, safe and close to all the local attractions. We have visited in the summer and its nice there are two outdoor pools and one indoor.

Great but we got locked out of the hotel room! The key just randomly expired. They didnt explain why and this happed twice over are stay. We a got a hotel room by the pool! The room was big. Had a kitchen area and a table. A huge TV and fire place. The only not great thing is the bathroom is showing age. Other than than that's its great. Pool area is huge with hot tub. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was nice but they had no peanut butter.

We stayed here in December for our trip to Pigeon Forge. I redeemed BW points so our stay was free. Our room was clean, had a cute electric fireplace. We got a river view room on the first floor. I didnt realize that there was a busy road between the hotel and the river. I was abit unnerved because there was a back door to our room which was right by the road. There was a small balcony you could sit at but its important to know the back door will shut and lock you out so leave the door open or have someone inside who can let you back in. Our room was in a different building than the lobby, it would have felt more secure if you had to use a keycard to enter the building. There is a free breakfast here, the coffee cups are very small, but breakfast was okay. I saw two outdoor pools, but it was too cold for us to swim. There was a small pond near the building that had breakfast. There was what looked like an abandoned hotel in the same lot area. If we had paid to stay here I wouldnt have been very impressed.

My family and I were there for one night and besides the seating for the breakfast area everything was amazing. Clean hotel room and for the most part the beds are comfy. The front desk staff were very kind.

We booked a “townhouse” with 3 queens size beds. It had a shower downstairs and a tub upstairs. I took a ton of photos because I couldn't find much detailed info when I was looking. There are two beds downstairs and upstairs is a nice space with it's own tv, bathroom, and ac unit. There's a narrow, spiral staircase going upstairs. My 78 Yr old mother in law used it fine. Solid handrail. Nice overall. Our room is right above the check in area facing parkway - it's very noisy. You can hear all the traffic, people outside the room, etc. if you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the room for you. There is a trolly stop right in front, which is very handy. Note on that - on the return trip, get off across the street and se the crosswalk to save yourself 30 minutes. The room is a bit outdated with the exception of the ginormous shower. There are not a lot of outlets and the layout is a bit weird. We all really liked the fact that there is a sink and mirror in the bathroom and another outside the bathroom downstairs. We also liked the small patio facing Parkway. I didn't realize when I booked, that the entrances are all outside facing. No interior. That looks common for this area. We also used and loved the outside pool in front.

Very nice room, great service. Great location. On the trolley line. Good breakfast and the service hours for breakfast were very nice. Three pools and lots of easy parking. Easy access from major roads .

A good hotel. The staff was all nice. The check in and check out were easy. The room was clean and very big. Plenty of channels to watch on the TV if you want them. Breakfast was good and is located in a small building behind the main hotel/motel. There were a fair amount of options and were always refilled.

The hotel is a really good size, a lot bigger than we thought when we pulled in. They have 3 pools, one inside and two outside, along with two hot tubs. The have breakfast from 7am till 10am. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles and toast. There was 5 days out of 7 that we were there and the line for the breakfast bar was so long and all the seats even the ones outside were full. We came back and it was still full, so we ended up going elsewhere to eat. We had a King size bed, and the room was very spacious. It had a fridge. , microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a small coffee machine. The room was clean, and the house cleaning crew were friendly. They need a larger breakfast area to accommodate all the guest they have. Overall, I would recommend the place to stay.

Amazing Staff, Great Breakfast, All around wonderful stay, always about the customer. Kept very clean. We have been returning customers for both the Spring and Fall Rod Runs for over 20 years and very happy with our stays.

Very clean rooms; delicious breakfast with plenty of choices; desk staff & cleaning crew were all helpful and pleasant; maintenance crew was quick to respond when the tv remote wasn't working properly.

Pros Great location on the strip (Parkway) with access to many attractions & dining. Friendly staff. A separate building served the morning breakfast. Inexpensive and budget-friendly. Cons Motel-style building with 3 floors. Everyone has immediate access to your room door. The rooms are simple, small, and connected immediately to a small wash space beside the shower room. The ceilings in these areas aren't drywall, giving a cheap feel. The beds weren't the most comfortable and felt as though they were older and heavily used. Unsecured vehicle parking lot. Closing After entering the room, we didn't unpack and checked out the next morning for a different hotel. Motel-style lodging isn't for us, however, if that's okay with you, then this might not be a bad option. We gave it a 3 out of 5 to be fair to what it is.

This place was in a convenient location to Dollywood. It is along the major road that has many restaraunts and stores. Take the trolley to Dollywood, it is close by and saves you on paying for parking.

Very clean room, very comfortable. It was a great location. The cleaning lady made the best impression for us, very helpful and acommodating. Check in was smooth and fast, however, the day and night staffing were not friendly nor very helpful. The laundry room had very clean machines. The breakfast dining area was awesome with outdoor eating, a separate seating area with a bubbling fountain.surrounded by lush landscape.

The housekeepers started banging on the door at 9 am to see if we were out. They knocked again at 9:30, 10, and 10:30. That was annoying enough, but then I realized I left my pillow. I called that evening to ask if I can come get it. The person at the front desk said the lost and found is locked every day when housekeepers leave. She said I can come back on Monday for it. Only problem is that I live in Tampa bay and I'm going home today. I was only here to flee a hurricane. It wasn't just the ridiculousness of her answer, but also her attitude. She didn't care or apologize. Is there really that much internal theft that it requires management to lock up the lost and found? Over a pillow? I managed a hotel for 4 years and now I travel at least 1 or 2 weekends a year for work. I've never run into problems like this. So, to summarize: 1. Housekeepers will start waking you up at 9 to rush you out 2. There must be a lot of internal theft if they have to lock up the lost and found 3. Staff is rude and unhelpful

Our check in experience was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the strip, but had no issues with access. We happened to choose the weekend of the Jeep invasion! The team still handled everything with ease. Gave us directions to nearby local restaurants which we enjoyed, although we didn't use the pool, there were a number of people enjoying it. Our room was clean. Thee we bed not as comfortable as home, but still acceptable, breakfast in the morning was a good surprise. They had a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I anticipated a continental breakfast.

I am so glad that we picked this hotel for our 7 day stay. The breakfast area was amazingly clean, the breakfast choices were plentiful and the staff was amazing. The room was so big that when we stripped down our Jeep there was more than enough room to put everything(DOORS AND ROOF). I highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second visit to this hotel in Pigeon Forge and again it was great service, good breakfast, clean and friendly. Very convenient to attractions. Has an inside and outside pool, and a hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I come to Pigon Forge a few times per year and always stay with y'all. I would like to see a discount for being loyal to your to you. The only thing I would change with the room is I would put a comfortable chair in the room to relax in.

My family and I just returned home from little getaway trip we stayed in back tower building with a balcony room 388. Our room was very clean and huge. We have stayed here before years ago in river view rooms on the ends of the building. This room overlooked parking lot pool and mountains. This is our fav hotel in pigeon forge. It's walkable to few things to do. It's clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast used to be a lot better then it is now. We ate it once and that was enough. Lol. I've never stayed at a hotel that has brown gravy for biscuits. It didn't use to be brown it was white and tasted good but not anymore. So skip on breakfast. Other then that everything was great. Pool by our room was cloudy maybe need some chemicals. Workers are very friendly.

Stayed several nights on 5th floor with balcony view. Very quiet place. Room was clean and overall in good condition. Breakfast consists of Waffles, Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, as well as Cereal and Oatmeal.

Rate was better than many in the area. Very close to National Park entrance. Room was large and clean. No carpet. Walk in shower was very large. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Breakfast was very good with many options. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The breakfast was good but very crowded unless you want to wake up at 7:00am while on vacation. Come prepared if you need a cot. This hotel does not provide them. Both nights I was there the hallway reeked of weed. However, it is a great location and we did not spend much time at th hotel other than to sleep.

The housekeeping here is awesome. They are on top of taking care of you and your family. Two pools and two hot tubs. I don't think I have ever seen staff so happy to clean or help. I have stayed here a few times and will be back

Our room was clean and nice and cool for these hot summer temps. The bed was the best I've ever experienced when staying away from home, so very comfortable. The location was great for any thing you want to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable with fresh sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was very clean also and the shower pressure and water temps were great. Had no trouble with the cleaning staff. The breakfast was good, only suggestion for diabetics is take your own syrup if you choose to splurge on a Teddy Bear shaped Waffle. The pools were well maintained and there was plenty of chairs and space to move around. I would highly recommend and I will be staying here again in the future. It is also a good location for most of the events and shopping.

We have stayed at the Best Western Plaza Inn every time we come to the Smoky Mountains. The rooms are always clean and nice. The breakfast is always warm and plentiful. We love the bear shaped waffles. The 3 pools are always well maintained and always have fresh, clean towels ready. The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff are always friendly and helpful. My family definitely recommends this hotel to everyone.

We arrived late after a full day at Dollywood. The price was right, and the hotel was clean and not too far from the park. We asked for a 1st floor room when checking in and the staff were very kind in checking and accommodating our request. The front desk staff when we checked in was very friendly and she also recommended a pizza place that would deliver our dinner to the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the 3 pools onsite, but they looked wonderful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean. The breakfast was nice in the morning and our checkout experience was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was nice and clean and staff was very professional. They have outdoor pools and a indoor pool which is nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is on the main strip so alot of things are in walking distance.

Comfortable room, easy to park and Continental Breakfast was wonderful. We are in our 80's and the accommodations are just great. On line registration is very "USER FRIENDLY". The rooms feel like they are brand new. Being just past Traffic Light #8 is very close to the road to Dollywood.

Room were very spacious and clean. Did not feel like you are on top of each other. Breakfast area was nice and included hot and cold items. Lots of staff checkin was very quick. 10 minutes to Dollywood. Highly recommend if going to Dollywood. Price was great

I stayed here because of the hood low price compared to other options - and was very impressed. I used the hotel as simply a place to sleep so I didn't want to spend too much. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good

This is second stay here in 3 months first time October 2022. We had some points we needed to use so we made a quick trip for our anniversary in October. The ratings were good so we stayed here. It was a surprise how nice everything was. Rooms are better than the pictures show, large and spacious and very clean. So we came back in January 2023 for a quick weekend trip. The indoors pool area is great, and clean. This is our new Pigeon Forge home. The staff is awesome.

Only complaint was bed comfort. Little on the hard side but rooms were clean and spacious. Had to drive to section with pool, wouldn't be a problem but we went in January so back and forth was cold. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent experience! Extremely clean, courteous staff, convenient location, indoor pool, awesome place for families. And the breakfast, including the biscuits and gravy, is delicious! Absolutely nothing negative whatsoever.

We always pick this hotel when in Pigeon Forge. It's convenient to so many attractions. The property is well kept. Staff are always friendly. Tge morning breakfast is great. We always get an indoor pool access room. Makes it nice to sit outside your room still in the shelter during bad weather

Nice hotel. Indoor pool area is very nice. Rooms are large. Breakfast is good and hot with biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage and waffle makers. Hotel is next to Dollys Stampede and close to some attractions. Short drive to Gatlinburg. Texas Roadhous and McAllisters across the street.

Our family loves staying here. My kids really loved that our room was in the indoor pool area. It's such a great family hotel! We definitely recommend and will be back for another visit ourselves in the future!

My wife and i have stayed at this Best Western in Pigeon Forge twice, both times when we visited Dollywood. It is very close to Dollywood. Wonderful indoor pool, excellent rooms, fantastic breakfast area and food, close to restaurants and other attractions in the area. Walking distance to Dixie Stampede.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Nice facility. Great location. Good breakfast! My room was nicely renovated. The continental breakfast was good and clean. We hope to visit again when the weather is warmer. The pool areas looked bery nice

Just a leisure trip to enjoy the holiday festivities in the mountains. This was our first time to stay at this Best Western. We will definitely be returning to this location. Room and grounds were very well kept and staff was helpful and friendly.

Very spacious room, good breakfast, working on charging from powdered eggs and adding good southern bacon friendly professional staff from front desk to housekeeping.. we wanted stay in Pigeon Forge as did as young boy yet be at least 40 from adult fun in Cherokee NC "Harrahs Casino"

Been coming here for at least 15 years with my son after an ugly divorce. This was our safe place to get away from alot of ugly things. I remarried, and this became our family safe place. We have made so many happy memories here through the years. As with everything else in the world, over the last few years, prices to stay here have went from around $100 a night to around $175 or more per night. The maids have become mean and will rush you out if you don't ask for a late check-out at the front desk. We still try to come here because of all the memories. This weekend we are here for some Christmas shopping and just re-connecting with each other from all of our hectic schedules. We had a few issues with our first room , we were given another one, we had an issue with our second , but we were able to get help at the front desk. Me and my son had decided to go down and try to catch up talking since we were able to get a room where the indoor pool is, plus give my wife and daughter a little private time to get ready for bed. The security guy came by and told us it was 1030 and the pool was closed , which was fine. We got out and was drying off and found a table in the corner where we could quietly relax and talk a little but. The security guy then came over and told us we could t be here. I told him we were staying her and staying inside where the pool area was. He then said we couldn't be in the area because he's had issues with keg parties and people doing g cannon balls and yelling and keeping everyone awake. So he made us go into our room. I didn't speak back to him , nor did I get smart or raise my voice. It's just disheartening to be treated like this after all the good memories here. Sadly , this will probably be our last stay here. Other near by places have lower prices now , air bnb has competitive prices in condos and not much more money for cabin rentals, including the cleaning fee. Hopefully, things will get better at this location in the future. If it wasn't so late tonight, I would ask for a refund and go to another location.

Nice, friendly staff at front desk. The room was surprisingly spacious. Everything was clean and fresh. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and a big variety. Not just dry cereal but also a hot breakfast as well. Large dining area. Breakfast time was 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We were glad we could sleep in some and still have breakfast. I highly recommend this place. You won't be sorry.

Our room was in the interior of the indoor pool area. The room was very spacious and clean with an electric fireplace. Although too chilly, we had our own outdoor “balcony” (on first floor) . Our door opened into the indoor pool area and although we could hear people in the pool, we didn't care. We absolutely loved this room and will request it on our next trip (room 170). Front desk staff were awesome and it was great that we were given a choice of floor.

Room had vinyl floors and were quite cold in the winter. sink had water saver on and small water jets spray all over your clothes. Housekeeping shouldn't scream at each other early in the morning as it will certainly wake every one up.

Check in was a breeze. The desk clerks were very nice and polite. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was really good with quite a variety and was available from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. If we're ever back up that way in Pigeon Forge we will definitely stay here again.

We stumbled on this hotel on one of our many trips to Pigeon forge. and now we never book rooms anywhere else. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. There are many choices of places to stay on the Parkway, but this is our happy place.

The negative : When we arrived to the hotel the bathroom sink was completely filled with water with gross stuff floating around. Very noisy if you're a light sleeper Did we eggs in door of restroom Remodel was very poor. Crack and peeling paint. Paint on ceiling. Toilet was very short and had to hold handle down to flush all the way. Bed is hard There has been push for tips. Leaving towel designs on bed with envelope for tips. Yet, room has been halfway tidy.

Had a quick overnight stay at Best Western Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge. Greeted warmly by front desk staff, room was warm & clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows & hot shower. Indoor pool looked nice but we couldn't use it (due to time). Breakfast was good, had many options, eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, etc... I would definitely stay again if traveling in the area.

Our room was clean and front desk staff answered question. Friendliness not included. If you want your money to go toward the things to do in town this is adequate. Breakfast was less than average but there was food to eat.

Great place for a quick getaway with friends. Centrally located (taking a left out of the hotel is a bit tricky though as the Parkway is busy). Enjoyed breakfast and well-kept grounds. Had a very nice room with a fireplace (not heat emitting) and a balcony with river view. Indoor spa was also great to have on a cool, fall night.

My husband & I stayed here for a few days this past week. Check in at the front desk went well & the employees were friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean & comfy. We were on the second floor and had a room with a king size bed. The continental breakfast served every morning was hot & delicious and the employees did a great job making sure the dining area was clean & tidy. We had a good time during our trip to the Smoky Mountains until the day I fell at this hotel (11/11/22) The manager here (Michael) didn't seem to care too much that I had fallen down the ramp that you go up and down between the ground level and the second floor. I skinned up my elbow terribly and suffered injury to my left ankle and my left knee (I've had knee replacements on both knees) This is a nice hotel and they are doing everything right in regards to cleanliness and prompt attentive service that is, until you get hurt on their property then they'll show you how little they care! I went straight to the office to report this incident and I got a couple of "Oh I'm so sorrys" then the manager handed me one of the little $3 travel size bandage and alcohol pad kits to clean my skinned up elbow with and he told me he'd fill out an accident report and that was it. "Warning slippery floor" signs were put up at the top of the ramp and the bottom of the ramp after reporting my fall to the front office however, the next morning the signs were gone. There was never any follow-up contact from this manager or anyone else at the hotel or Best Western company regarding my injuries or follow up inquiries regarding this alleged accident report. Very disappointing!

Very clean and convenient with a great breakfast. Very large parking lot with back access to the Old Mill District and transit parking lot so you don't have to drive on the Parkway. Walking distance to Dolly's Stampede. Nothing to complain about. We will return to this hotel on future trips to Pigeon Forge.

This property will be staying at every time I visit Gaithersburg. The place is located in a easy spot to get to, clean, comfortable bed, but my bed is a piece of heaven but for a hotel not bad. And free breakfast.

Nothing wrong with this hotel. Located near good restaurants. Clean, comfortable with the microwave, refrigerator, beds and shower all working well. Heat and cooler systems work fine. Mattresses are not saggy and the bedding feels good.

rooms are clean and breakfast variety of food are good. hotels can use more parking area. if u r out in town, make sure you can back in your room no later than 9 or you will have a hard time fiding a place to park

We were pleasantly surprised with the location, size of room and cleanliness of the hotel at a great price too. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and just minutes away from Gatlinburg and hiking trails.

The only turn off was the odor in the room, we left the bathroom exhaust fan on and the air conditioner on high to deal with the odor. The air conditioner was very noisy, other than that everything else was fine.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during a 2 week trip when driving across 8 different states. Spotless room and the room smelled nice! The beds were large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was clean. The shower worked well with plenty of pressure and hot water. The room was inviting and spacious. The parking lot was safe and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get to try the breakfast because we slept in. They did have a laundry area. I also liked that the outside stairs was actually a ramp going up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. I appreciate the hotel having this ramp for guests with disabilities or that have difficultly climbing stairs. It made it easy to carry out bags up. It's located on the parkway in a convenient area. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed for a family vacation. The indoor pool and spa was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the HVAC worked well. Breakfast was nice and hot and we enjoyed making our own waffles. Would come back again!

Booked family suite by phone and on arrival was informed the type room I reserved did not exist. Was told on phone and on my confirmation that the room came equipped with jacuzzi. Also on phone was told it had a balcony. Upon arrival I was given a family room with one window which faced a hallway, no jacuzzi, no balcony. Manager very apologetic and I was given a 15% discount on this room. However, discount did not alleviate the disappointment I felt in not being able to enjoy my three day stay.

Very smelly (mold, musty, disgusting) initial room. Charlie was amazing at the front desk and got us moved to a different room. Many other guests mentioned the same thing. The complimentary breakfast food was less than a acceptable. The area where we ate was disgusting. Wall to wall people and poorly organized.

Wonderful service, great breakfast, beautiful rooms. We were very pleased with the accommodations! The location is close to the strip in Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to be private and semi quiet! Perfect for family time!

Nice comfort and good location Lobby and staff excellent, Employees were very friendly and professional. We had issues with our first room the first night. I brought it to the attention of the staff employee and she said she hadn't heard of any previous complaints before. After the second night I requested to be moved to another room. The gentleman said no problem and gave us a great room and location. He was very nice and professional and really cared about our stay. Nice Breakfast area but get there early or you'll just get the leftovers.

Have been staying at Best Western Plaza Inn for 13 years now.My family and I just love staying here .Staff is wonderful ,rooms has always been clean, beds are very comfortable and there breakfast is good.. See ya next year!!!

Presently surprised, I booked this to use points at Best Western. We will definitely stay here again. The rooms are big and this is the cleanest place we've stayed in Pigeon Forge we have been coming here over 35 years. The indoor pool was very nice, plus they have 2 outdoor pools. The staff awesome and very friendly. We didn't do the breakfast because we have favorite places to eat in the area.

We stayed at this location without any notice or booking. We were very pleased with our accommodations, service & price. We didn't have any bath towels in our room when we arrived, but I contacted the front desk & they had several fresh towels delivered to our room within a very short period of time. Great Job.

This was an updated attractive open corridor hotel right on the Pigeon Forge Parkway with a back entrance to avoid all the traffic hassles. They had and elevator, indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & hot tub. Separate breakfast building. Updated room with extra outlets and USB ports. Excellent condition of the room with extra attention from the cleaning staff. Lawn service worked the grounds every day. Normal size room with king bed, table and chairs, microwave and mini frig. Stayed a week and will go back again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was hot and good. Location was good. Nothing was lacking. Room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend and consider staying there again.

Well worth the money. Bed slept great, room was clean, bathroom was very nice and clean, Everywhere, inside and out, was clean. Staff was busy and doing a great job. Food was great, staff kept everything clean, food replenished. Parking lot and sidewalks were kept clean. Great experience!

Would stay here again. Although, the breakfast, in our opinion, needed a little more variety, and was not very appetizing. Room was clean, and bed's very comfortable. Did not use pools, but they looked well-kept and clean.

I had a great stay with my family. Everything was nice and clean and easily accessible. Good beds. Very comfortable and included everything we needed and our rooms were even ready earlier than expected.

Love the location and the rooms. We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back! We had rooms facing the parkway this time, great view from the balcony, just a little noisy with the traffic if you are on the balcony.

We always stay here when in town. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The multiple pools are nice. We love the place. I was a little disappointed in what looked like mold around the top of the shower. Otherwise, it was great as always!

It's not often that you can say someone takes pride in their property but that was evident from the moment we pulled onto the parking lot at this location. The room was spotless, very clean. Plenty of parking. Lots of employees cleaning the parking lot and doing the lawn work. Breakfast was excellent. I could have stayed somewhere else and spent 2 or 3 times as much for a room and not had a room as nice as what I had at the Best Western Plaza. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the motel was perfect. It was very costly, more than the others but they were the only one that had a room. Everything worked, A/C perfect, Internet, Cleanliness all perfect. We will stay again

The room was very large, very clean. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The only problem was the parking with a full hotel. The breakfast was not the best and they could improve on the coffee!!

I had left some toiletries in my room on check out. Some were specifically for skin /hair disorders. I totally own it was my fault I left them, but why would housekeeping not put in lost and found and have the office contact the person who occupied the room? Really, why would you-housekeeping- want to keep my new product I bought for the trip? Karma is not good and what goes around comes around.

Best Western Plaza Inn Pigeon Forge will be my hotel of choice to stay in while visiting! I was very satisfied with the staff, cleanliness of the room and the hot breakfast they served. The WiFi was an added plus with fast speed and great connection. They have 3 pools located around the property. The indoor pool was cold unfortunately so we didn't get to swim since we were staying towards the end of august and it hadn't been to hot out to warm the outdoor pool water up. The beds were comfy and no odors to the room. We were happy to find out that the Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede was next door and we walked to our dinner show!

This Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was extremely convenient to all the town has to offer. The quality was exceptional with no complaints at all. Breakfast was amazing, but you definitely want to get there early before the crowds. Even when it is busy, the staff keeps everything stocked as quickly as possible. We had no major issues over our 7 day stay. We were even taken care of for a slight inconvenience. I packed everything imaginable, but not bandaids. They even provided those when requested! Our daughter was able to connect in order to do her homework assignments with no internet issues. Everything was just perfect. We actually cancelled our original reservation elsewhere because the prices here were better and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality we received!

Hotel was very convenient to all attractions but the traffic on the weekends is horrendous. The pool was nice. Did not get to use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Rooms were roomy and bed was comfortable, cleaning staff was nice but I had an issue with ants, We had to throw out our food. We did let staff know but nothing happened. I bought ant spray but didn't help they just moved to another area.

We found this hotel several years ago. We were impressed with the staff. The continental breakfast is always good and we have made friends with the staff. The hotel is older but they keep it clean and we feel at home. It's close to and easy access to places we go to. It's got the balcony off the room I enjoy early morning. Quiet sleeping.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel two years running and would stay again for sure. My brother and his wife traveled to the area at the same time and were not happy wlth the hotel they selected. Seen our room and facilities, checked out of their room and checked into our hotel. Spotless clean and a great breakfast. Great value for this hotel.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Me and my boyfriend went down to this hotel for a week to hangout in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. First for starters the location was wonderful right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg - so getting up and down the parkway and the Gatlinburg strip was a breeze! Next the service -- it was awesome! We arrived hours later than the 4 pm check in time and there were no problems, the service desk made it an easy transition for us to navigate to our hotel from our long 16 hour drive. And the room - just wow! I heard mixed reviews before book this stay but this was the cleanest and biggest hotel room I've ever been in - no doubt. It was spacious - not a speck of dirty - with great views of the pool, mountains, and parkway! I suggest this hotel to couples and families - as the pool - which we used 2-3 times was also immaculate !

Very nice hotel, clean and well taking care of. Staff was friendly, the room was nice and bed was comfy. The breakfast was good decent selection. Both outdoor pools was nice didn't use the indoor but it looked nice. I definitely stay again.

Close to the sites. Right next door to the Dixie land Stampede. Two pools and very comfortable beds. The staff was pleasant and helpful with recommendations on local activities. Breakfast was varied and tastefully arranged.

Room was very large and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool but we didn't bring our suits. Would definitely stay there again Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of cold n hot foods including make your own waffles which was delicious!

Check in process was quick and easy. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were clean and the maid service was consistent. Clean bedding, towels, trash taken out and amenities restocked daily. Parking was difficult at times when the hotel was really busy. The indoor pool had algae that needs to be cleaned better. Outdoor pool in front slipped getting out of hot tub, a step would be great. Overall the price and what you got was worth it.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Very large motel with lots of guests. Overcrowded swimming pools. Overcrowded breakfast area. Parking lot was packed with little space left if you went out and got back late. Unattended children divebombing other guests in the pool with no supervision. Many older guests left the pool area after only a few minutes due to the unruly environment.

Good value and clean rooms. The rooms do need to be upgraded with USB ports(none in our room) and the breakfast could definitely improve quality wise. Other than that, the rooms and pools were clean. Would stay there again in the future.

We planned a short vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids and had not been to Pigeon Forge in 20 years, so we were not sure where to stay. But after searching on Trip Advisor, we decided to book at the Best Western Plaza Inn because of the Terrific reviews! And, we were not disappointed! We booked two rooms (the Townhouse room had 3 queens beds, so the grandkids could have their own bed), and our king bed room with walk-in shower. Everything was Excellent!! Rooms were clean and quiet, the free buffet breakfast was good, and the staff was Very kind and friendly!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge!!

I stay here almost every time I visit Pigeon Forge. The access to the LeConte Center is great. There are some front desk staff who have been there for several years which tells me that management is caring. That reflects in how guests are treated. I've never had a truly bad experience staying there.

Our stay was pretty good. We did have a crazy guest that went nuts one evening who was loud and cursing. The cops had to be called because she was so belligerent. This of course is not the hotels fault but I think this family should immediately been removed as this younger lady was cursing at other hotel guests. Room was a adequate. The air conditioning wasn't the best but we didn't burn up either. Pools were very nice and breakfast was okay for a free breakfast. Extremely close to Dollywood which was nice. It's a pretty big hotel. Staff was very nice.

We stayed in a room with a balcony face in the river. It was very spacious and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again during our next day and pigeon forge.

We stay at this hotel at least once a season when we visit the mountains. We love having a hotel that we know is consistent every time we visit. With staying so often, we have experienced normal issues such as something breaking/not working correctly. The difference with this hotel is every time time we have faced an issue, it has been handled promptly and with a smile. You can't beat this hotel and the team that oversees it. It's truly the best! We love that it feels secluded from everything yet is still right in the heart of the action between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Having two entrances to the hotel makes it easy for us to hit a backroad to avoid traffic when necessary. The rooms are spacious and we always get a wonderful night's sleep in the beds. Just a few things we love about this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very hardworking and maintained a positive attitude throughout our entire stay. Plan your trip ahead of time because there is so much to do it can become very overwhelming. We enjoyed the shuttle but parking was easy at the hotel. The breakfast was good for the value and it saved us money to eat at the hotel.

My favorite. Well maintained hotel with great swimming pools and rooms. The handicapped rooms are also nice. Great location near everything I like in Pigeon Forge. Decent rates. Breakfast is fresh served and attended by a nice lady.

This is a nice, clean, and good location for Smoky Mountain NP. Lots of restaurants near by. The staffs are caring, and helpful. The manager was so kind to pack us breakfast to go because we have to leave early for our hiking trip.

We had an issue with internet in our first room, but the staff quickly moved us to another UPGRADED room for no additional cost, in order to accommodate us. The pool is very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was fresh and the staff was friendly. The location is right in the middle of the Pigeon Forge strip. No longer than a 5 minute drive to anything. For the price, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a decent variety of items, try to get there before 9:30 because things run out. There is 3 pools, 2 hot tubs they were all clean and clear. The rooms were clean and maintained.

This was a great place to stay. It had clean rooms, 3 pools (2 outside and one indoor), a complete breakfast, laundry facility, and very kind and helpful staff. It is close to Dollywood and The Island.

If you need a good family hotel with continental breakfast this is your place. The Best western plaza inn offers 3 pools, continental breakfast, clean rooms furnished nicely. It is located on the east end of the parkway in pigeon forge close to some great restaurants. It was economical compared to other similar hotels in the area. Highly recommend.

For a pigeon forge 2.5 star hotel, we weren't sure what to expect, but it was as clean, if not cleaner, than a 3.5 star hotel. It was an excellent location and the staff was efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were very large, also.

The refrigerator and microwave in our room were very convenient. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. It was very clean with great shower water pressure. Buffet breakfast was awesome! Would have given 5 stars but 2 of our outlets in guest room did not work so could only use 1 lamp.

The rooms where a little out dated. The cable was out for a while. Breakfast was good.The 3 pools was good but the small ones needed to be clean. The pool time was great. Parking was hard some nights you had to park away from your building.

Poorly set up for seniors or handicapped. Handicapped parking only at front of hotel. No elevators must use ramps to second floor laundry. Soap machine empty and handicapped senior is told to walk down the ramp & across the large area to office to get some. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Nice places inside & out to eat. Front desk had difficulty locating our reservations No recognition as rewards members.

Overall a good choice. Breakfast is great the food was hot and ready and there were many options. The rooms and updated and nice layout, beds not the most comfortable, room floors didn't appear dirty but definitely needed cleaning. The indoor pool is nice we didn't visit the outdoor personally. I did request a roll away bed and was told there were none so that was inconvenient.

First glance didn't notice anything. Woke up at 1am to use the bathroom. Flipped on the light and roaches all over the floor, tub and back of toilet! If my 2 year old wouldn't have been asleep, we'd have left sooner than we did! I demanded a refund and left!

Staff were very friendly and a great help. Love the big rooms, very clean, and love that there are no carpets. Three pools to choose from. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to the trolley stop or walk to many things. See you all again. Thank you for all you hard work.

We stayed here on a Saturday evening in June. The room was clean and we had a suite and it was great. Here are my tips. DO NOT stay by the indoor pool. It is extremely loud and and although the time of closure is 10pm that was not enforced. They do have hot tubs but they need some maintenance. The water was barely warm on the inside hot tub. The outside pool up front was fabulous. We didn't venture over to the other one.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious everyday and the staff made sure the breakfast bar remained stocked. Using the back entrance made it easier to avoid most of the traffic. We will definitely return

I typically do not stay in motel style rooms but this looked and felt very safe. Since it was rated so high and with a great mid week price, we decided to book here. They even gave us an option to which floor we preferred which can be important to some. The room smelled very clean. The flooring was vinyl and not carpet which I prefer. The bathroom had a great shower head with great water pressure. My son is 6'4 and it was plenty tall enough for him. None of us had complaints about the beds. The ice machine was easy to find with plenty of ice. We did not get to enjoy the pools or the breakfast. I travel a lot and stay in mostly large chain hotels but this motel was better than some that are twice the cost. Highly recommend for this price point!

We have stayed at you facility numerous times. The staff have always been helpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. Love the free breakfast. The food is tasteful and your dining staff go all out to meet our needs. Also the price for our stay is reasonable. We will stay at your hotel again in the near future. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful property, something for everyone. Clean and neat. Nice breakfast bar. Room was clean and large ( could have used one soft chair to set in ). We had an accessible room that was right next to the elevator.

The elevator ride is very scary. It has a sounding pound as you go up or down. My grandchildren were terrified. I'm surprised it passed inspection. The furniture was dirty. We had to get sheets to put over. The bedroom has no air floor from the main part of the suite. It got very hot. So one room was hot and one room was cold. The bathrooms were big and so nice as well as the kitchen. The indoor pool and hot tub was a win for my family.

It was good, except when the cleaning people were getting ready to clean rooms, it seems they always gathered right outside our door and talked . I know they need a place to start off with cleaning, but don't like that it was right outside our room.Cleaning p

This is your average budget hotel. The property is dated with some cosmetic upgrades but lacks functional improvements (i.e. doors stick due to new latches, mattresses are worn out, flooring uneven, elevator lunges a bit, and the fire doors in the stairwell stick shut and require force to open) Front desk staff friendliness and responsiveness was intermittent during the limited encounters I had. Breakfast Staff consistently courteous and helpful, but the food choices are average and consistent.

Very clean rooms and facility with very professional staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good but was the same meal every morning. A little variety might go a long way in turning a 9.5 rating into a 10. We recommend this hotel and in fact have already recommended it to some of our friends who are going to visit the area later in the year.

Rooms were definitely redone. Our stay was one night while on the road. Staff was very friendly and rooms clean and fresh. The location is close to Dollywood, restaurants and shops. The nightly rate was great for a well known chain.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We had a balcony view of the mountains that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was in driving distance of many attractions we were interested in. My family really enjoyed The Island and Titanic Museum.

The room was average. The hotel is chopped up so difficult to navigate. Never did find the indoor pool. Rooms were cleaned daily however toilet paper wasn't when needed. The location was good for Dollywood.

The stay here was great for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the fire place added romance. It was quiet and cozy. The beds were in excellent condition with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was a full, sit down and eat with plenty of seating. I will definitely recommend to friends and family

This is an average hotel, nothing more. If I was returning to Pigeon Forge, I would choose another hotel. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they were best part of the hotel. The room was clean enough. Beds and pillows were ok in comfort. The outdoor pool was nice. Didn't use the indoor pool. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were cold and tasted like cardboard. Not many options at all. Definitely had much much better continental breakfast. Nothing majorly negative to say but not worth returning here either.

This hotel was located in the perfect place for us . Just a very short walk over to the Dixie Stampede. The entrance to Dollywood was just down the road a small distance if your plan is to visit there . The room was very nice with a private balcony, ours was towards the road traffic, which I enjoyed watching that . Also it was above the indoor pool . The noise level was not bad at all . Very clean , comfortable, great staff . Parking was not an issue. Great , included, breakfast. Best Western is always our “ go too “ . Pricing was reasonable especially for the location!

It has been a few years since we stayed here. It sure isn't as clean as I remembered. The bed was uncomfortable and make a strange squeaking rattle every time we got our of bed. The floors were sticky. The location and parking is good. There are too many cringe factors for this motel. I hope it improves. It was one of our favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge.

We've stayed here for years. Everyone makes you feel at home. The property is taking care of and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and the pools are fabulous. It's close to attractions but quiet enough to catch up on rest after a long day.

We enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very friendly. The cleaning staff was great and left our children's stuffed animals on the bed each day, which was a nice touch! The indoor pool was a great addition for the evening when it was too cool to be outside. Overall price was great! Great location.

Spent 6 nights in April. Had a great stay. Rooms very clean. Pools were super clean and area kept up. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and was same each day. Every single employee was kind and helpful. We will definitely return when in the area again.

My husband and I have stayed at the BW Plaza Inn several times over the past years with our kids and this time we were alone. The room was excellent and clean, and the staff were amazing and friendly!

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean. The staff friendly and professional. The indoor pool was awesome and the breakfast phenomenal. It is within walking distance of restaurants and several attractions. We will be staying there again.

We always stay here and it's always great, clean ans nice staff. They have a very nice indoor pool area and 2 outside pools, they also serve hot breakfast every morning... gravy, biscuits, bacon,eggs and they have a cute little bear shaped waffle maker they the kids loved!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was great which made me hesitant compared to what the others were charging. However, the stay was great. They offered breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. The room, pool and breakfast area was very clean. It was also in a good location. I will be returning to this hotel again for my next stay!!

clean rooms, great staff, kid friendly, loved both pools. Will definitely visit again. I liked the larger rooms, 2 queens, 1 full, kitchen - this room gave us plenty of space. It was close to other fun things to do.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel last summer. This hotel is huge and has several different sections to the hotel. They had plenty of parking but it was always packed. With that being said we never had to park too far from our room. We may have been in an older section of the hotel as the room seemed run down and needed to be upgraded. It was clean but not up to date. We did not get housekeeping during our visit so when we occasionally ran out of soap or shampoo we went to the front desk and they gladly gave us new stuff. The table in our room was small and very wobbly, fortunately we were able to temporarily fix it by tightening the screw holding one of the legs. We also had a slow drain which I am assuming was due to hair being stuck in the drain. We did mention this to the hotel but did so only when we checked out so not sure of it eventually got taken care of or not. We did have small garbage bins so when we checked out they were over flowing. Breakfast was daily in a separate building on the premise. The breakfast room was way too small for all of the guests. They even had outside seating and that was always full too. Every single day they had the same exact things. No deviation for the entire 6 days. I would have been happy if they could have changed out the sausage patties for bacon or mini cheese omelettes for the cardboard scrambled eggs. I am guessing this is why when we checked in we were given a ticket to eat at a restaurant for a minimal charge. We didn't use that option as it was much more convenient to stay on premise and eat the same thing over and over. They do have 3 different pools but we were not on the property long enough during the day/evening to utilize them. The road out front is an extremely busy road and it is hard to turn left. Good luck trying to turn right too. This is why I noticed that a lot of people were using the road behind the hotel, but at times it could be bad too. All in all it was a nice value for what we received and we would probably stay here again. I just hope that with covid now nearly gone they spruce up their breakfast.

Bathtub had hairs and black/brown smears on the shower walls. Had to go buy disinfectant spray to clean it myself. The pillows are small square pillows in regular sized pillow cases. The check in took about 30 minutes because Expedia didn't send the request for one of the rooms I had reserved.

Nice comfortable room. Staff was wonderful. Location was near many places within walking distance. Their breakfast nook inside and in the outside was nice even though we didn't eat there. It looked like a good variety of items.

This is our go to hotel for Pigeon Forge. It's in a convenient location. It is always great accommodations, very clean and comfortable. 3 pools to select from. Great morning breakfast. Friendly staff. Great place to stay

Great breakfast & Location to the Smokey Mountains Motel had 3 pools to choose from and both indoor and outdoor were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We received fresh towels daily. I would greatly recommend.

The staff at this location were as welcoming as the mountains at this well maintained property. I would recommend this hotel for anyone or any family wanting to spend time in Pigeon Forge TN. The property is well maintained and has very nice heated indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was good. This location was close to all that the area has to offer in the way of entertainment, mountain views and great food.

Great hotel! Manager was awesome! Perfect stop on the way to Disney! Hotel was clean, pool was open and very nice, very quiet, relaxing evening. Front desk manager was extremely helpful with dinner spots close, took her time helping me with twin 10 year old boys!

We didn't make reservations but found this driving by. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. All of the staff was very nice and accommodating.

King Room with Fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Large, very clean room with balcony and nice view of creek. We were very satisfied and happy with our room and all services. Staff were great and Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!!

One bed was a nice mattress that was new the other bed was old flat slept like a board and there was a tear in a fitted sheet right in the middle of the bed which is nasty. The toilet sits llow ike for a kid so if you're older you do not want to stay here it rocked. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling where the shower was. The carpet is worn.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is kept up nicely. Everything works. Free breakfast is the usual hotel fare. Location is very convenient. Presently our favorite go-to hotel for a quick get-away near the Smoky Mountains.

We chose to stay here for 3 nights due to the location and given we are BW Diamond members (so usually try and stay at BW to collect some additional points). Pros: Room was very clean and spacious. Even had an electric fireplace which was nice ambiance since it was chilly weather. Bed was comfortable (if you like a slightly firmer bed, which I do). Great location if you prefer to be at the end of the strip closest to Gatlinburg. We didn't eat breakfast, and only had coffee, but the selections looked to be adequate for what you would expect for a complimentary breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffle maker, etc.) Very friendly ladies at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Room was stocked with plenty of extra towels, soap, etc. given daily housekeeping is not offered due to COVID (which is fine with me). Cons: Rooms was very noisy. We probably should have requested to be moved after the first night, but toughed it out. We were on the third floor facing the parkway parking lot and immediately next to the stair well. You could practically hear every foot step, the running, luggage wheeling down the concrete exterior corridors, conversations, and cars beeping when being locked remotely. Left the a/c on constant fan to try and drown it out a bit, but it didn't't work. I tossed and turned every night. I don't actually know whether moving would have made much of a difference, but it seemed like the back of the building facing River Rd. was quieter (if you can request that at check-in). Our last night was a little better, since the hotel seemed to have cleared out a bit and was less busy. The noise level and interrupted sleep are the only reasons I would not stay here again. Maybe I am just too light a sleeper. If you are a very deep sleeper, you may be okay.

I booked a room for mine and my wife's anniversary and we wanted an indoor heated pool and hot tub. For a cold month, the pool was cold and the hot tub was barely warm. With a horrible stay, my weekend wasn't as relaxing as it should've been. I know I won't stay in this hotel, but I'm not sure if I'll stay in any Best Western after this visit.

We got to the hotel and booked three rooms for the six of us, the first room the door would not open and maintenance could not open it either so we had to get another room. Next room smelled like cigarette smoke, so we had to get another room for that one also. The third room had a hole in the doorframe which allowed bugs from outside to enter. The safety chain on the door had been replaced at least 5 times from multiple holes where the screws had been. It looked like it had been knocked out several times. All the door had dents in them and the shower water was cold and indoor pool was disgusting. The only positive thing was that the staff was very polite about the situations.

The whole reason for staying was the indoor pool. It was cold and not cleaned properly. My 5yr old had a rash on legs after getting out of pool. The room was not bad. I would not recommend staying here for the indoor pool.

We enjoyed the stay customer service was great from checking in till check out..Rooms was clean and fully stocked.. Pool was just colder than previous times staying here ..But did use the hot tub. definitely recommend

I love Best Western , there accommodations are the best no matter where I have stayed , Tennessee, Montana, Wyoming...Excellent service no matter where I have stayed and I always look forward to staying at Best Western.

While the room was clean and quiet, the bed was hard, the pillows were uncomfortable and the shower did not produce any hot water. Breakfast was pretty bland and cold. I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel when there are so many other choices around.

The first time I stayed at this hotel I'd had a rough time with a different hotel a few minutes away. I called this hotel and explained my situation. They offered me one of their available rooms at a discounted rate which I was thankful for! The staff was very kind. This past stay was just the same. The staff at check in was very friendly. The room was clean. The staff who helped me book the room got me the adjoining rooms I'd requested and the third room was as close as possible!

Was very pleased with every aspect of the room. Extremely clean room and comfortable beds. Great shower. Excellent value especially during the weekdays. Family had stayed their before and we were just as impressed as they had been. Right next to Dixie Stampede.

Location was great and a short distance to the island. We were able to drive the back roads to stay out of the main traffic. Our room was the river view which was very nice and peaceful. In the summer time the River view would be great since it is close to the outdoor pool. In the winter time I think a room closer to the pool would be better. Friendly staff

Indoor Pool and Breakfast were great! Outdoor pools looks very nice too if it were warm outside. Service at front desk was very nice and got a free upgrade. Would def stay again. The location was in middle of everything and short drive to Gatlinburg

Awesome place to stay, Great rate, Great location. Breakfast was good and on time. Room was by the indoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Only drawback was the noise at the pool in the evening. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I stayed at the Bestwestern Plaza Inn twice this year and loved it. From the front desk employees to the room and location, could not say anything bad about any of them. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love the room size, it is a hotel room, but a homey comfort to it. Bed was comfortable, love the continuous fan option on AC unit.....HUGE shower with pretty good water pressure too. Beautiful laminate flooring and decent size refrigerator and microwave came in handy. TV size is adequate not large, but not tee tiny either. Its my number one choice for a night or two away from my own home sweet home : ))

Clean and spacious rooms. No problems. Excellent location near good restaurants. Decent walking trails in town for morning exercisers. River is across the road from the back of the hotel. Decent pricing.

The overall stay was excellent, yes I did see room for improvement but I alway's do. I am not a complainer by no means but if asked I will give my opinion. I really had no complaints about the room or staff, I do have a complaints about the indoor pool being so cold. It wasn't a fun experience for us. Other than the pool being as cold as ice it was a great stay!

Check in was quick and the man was polite. I had room # 102. The room was spotless and looked just like what they have in their pictures. Everything including the carpet looked nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Heater was extremely noisy and woke me up every time it kicked on. I finally just turned it off and then I got some sleep. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a bunch of other stuff. Very good except the sausage was way overcooked. The room was priced lower than most in the area and was better than any place that I have stayed in the area in the past. Thank you Best Western Plaza for a very nice stay.

I booked this hotel based upon reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The exterior door looks dated, but inside is nicely updated. We had a double queen room on the 2nd floor. Room seemed clean, beds were comfy enough. We had one lightbulb out over the vanity and during the night the bathroom light burned out. We reported it on our way to breakfast and when we returned, they had already been changed. The breakfast was decent and promptly opened at 7 (wish it was earlier). The location is on a busy road and was "busy season" but happy that it is located not far from the Gatlinburg bypass parkway which makes it convenient to get to the national park (the purpose of our visit) and not have to go thru the mess of Gatlinburg traffic. Very pleasant staff. Also, we accidentally left a freezer lunch bag in the refrigerator so I called and asked if housekeeping had found it. The next day, I got a call from the UPS store asking for details for where to send it. Unfortunately the cost to ship it back to me was more than the cost of the bag, so I had them donate it, but was thankful that they did find it. Great customer service!

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They answered all of our questions and provided everything that we needed. They were very polite. The room we stayed in was a 2 queen bed room and it was huge. It has a fireplace and a huge walk-in shower as well. Room was clean. Happy we chose to stay here.

The staff, Trish, in particular was wonderful. The rooms were large, clean and having a balcony was really nice. Will be staying here in the future for sure. The rooms were sanitized as well as the entire hotel. We did get to eat the breakfast, which was okay.

A very clean and semi updated hotel very close to local attractions. Breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much and will visit again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This was our first time staying at this Best Western and it did not disappoint! We stayed 5 night. Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Dolly Parton's Stampede. The property is well kept and the rooms were very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. The front desk was easy check in/check out. We were in the section of the hotel in the back overlooking the outdoor pool. It was quiet and the views of the mountain were excellent. Because of Covid, they are only changing out towels and trash, but that worked for us. They have a nice set up for breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, make your own pancakes and waffles, and yogurt. Looking forward to next year!

My family has stayed here many times. This was the only time we had a problem. Check in was a disaster, but due to the ineptitude of the staff. Since we had been there before, I was able to correct her. Otherwise OK considering Covid

The room was smelly the mattress was worn out with a dip in the middle and the toilet ran all night. We have stayed at this location a couple years ago and it was good so that is why we picked to stay again and it was awful, got no sleep because of the bed, will not stay at this location again. Front desk was very friendly upon check in but room was terrible.

This is our go to place. We always have an excellent experience here. Its very clean, neat, and up to date on everything. Customer service is always pleasant and very helpful! Over all 10/10!! Would recommend to anyone!

There are three Best Western hotels in Pigeon Forge, TN and I have been to them all but this is my choice if not staying in a cabin. The staff is great, rooms are clean, and three pools with one being indoors that allows you to have a room right at the water. We are at this hotel multiple times a year and they only let me down once but the GM was quick to contact me to address my issue.

My husband and I were very impressed with your facility. Employees were very friendly. The only issue we had was ants in the room, but we told the front desk when we checked out. We will be returning!

Nice place, clean rooms, very nice breakfast area and good selection of hot and cold food; we didn't use the pool but the outdoor pool area looked nice and it was tidy; I think there was also an indoor pool but we didn't visit that area; staff was friendly and the price was very reasonable; I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay very clean and the staff was friendly would definitely stay here again. We had a King bed with jacuzzi the balcony view was of the river behind the hotel. Convenient to get in and out of on the strip will definitely stay here again

This is an old motel on the main drag but they do have a nice waterfall pool and most of the employees displayed good customer service with the exception of the woman who checked us in. We were on 2nd & 3rd floor. There's only one elevator, near the front desk - we were a hike from the front so we just used the stairs both days. The rooms were okay and really not bad for an old motel. The walk-in shower and bathroom countertop had been updated so it spruced the room up a lot. It seemed clean except for one long brown hair on bathroom floor which was probably the maids'. The bedding was old and we did not sleep very well either night. Another review described the pillows as hard sad little lumps and that turned out to be a very accurate description. The towels & wash rags seriously need to ALL be replaced. The lighting was dim especially in the bathroom. However their shampoos & soaps were very nice. The phone nor the bathroom fan worked in one of our rooms. The lady who checked us in didn't seem to care a lick and told me I'd have to report this to the morning crew. Luckily all the other front desk personnel seemed to at least act interested. The young lady who checked us out was very nice. The breakfast is good considering it was included - biscuits gravy sausage eggs waffles- but be sure to get there early if you want the biscuits & sausage to be soft/edible. Most of the clientele were seniors, so we fit right in. Overall For the money it wasn't too bad.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were large. We had a connecting door for our rooms so we were still together. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Plenty of towels and the pools were clean.

This hotel is so nice and clean and the staff at the front office are friendly and helpful. They was able to help us get a room with balcony. Also helped us my linking is to a restaurant that has crab legs all you can eat. The breakfast is good sausage, gravy, biscuits and eggs. Cereal and milk also yogurt. They have nice indoor pool and an outdoor pool with hot tubs.

This location was great for my family. All our rooms were close together and the facility was very well kept. Great location right on the strip and close to everything else we planned to do/ or places to visit.

We have stayed at this Best Western on 2 different vacations and have not had any problems either time. We will probably stay there the next time we are in Pigeon Forge, TN. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Everyone is nice and helpful.

The room smelled so bad, the staff couldn't help at all bc they were so far away, they wouldn't bring anything requested. I sleep w a chair against the door for our safety! hard beds! doors face outside & anyone from the street can hang out outside your door!!!! I paid on booking.com or I would have nvr gone here! This Best Western is clean and staff are friendly, Breakfast was good, Just wish they had bagels and cream cheese, Pool areas were nice and clean, Love the hot tubs, Kids loved the pools. Check in and check out were fast. Room was clean and was updated, beds were comfortable. Wifi was slow.

This location is very close to all the action. Within a few steps, you get to Dollys Stampede, restaurants and other attractions. The decor is decent and room was overall clean. The pools are small but nice. The breakfast was good, they had eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, coffee, juice ect. My room had an ant problem. The sink also backed up with what seemed to be $hit. I threw up. This place has a motel feel rather than a hotel. When checking out, I was never asked how my stay was. I would not be staying here again.

Over all this was a nice place to stay. Room was nice and large, was very clean. Good location. You could access the road to Dollywood from the rear of the building and that road would also take you to a road that would take you the back way to the Island and other locations with out having to fight the traffic. The elevator was kind of slow and there is only one. I thought it was a good value .

We planned a trip to Dollywood. This Best Western was so close to Dollywood in either driving or taking the tram. Looking online, I had made a list of several hotels and picked this one and glad I did. I'm also glad I booked early because they were completely full the whole time we were there. The included buffet breakfast was very nice and it was never crowded at the various times we went to eat. Plenty of places to sit at tables outside or inside the dining room. They had 3 very nice pools. 2 outside and 1 inside. As crazy as this sounds, I slept even better on their queen bed than my actual bed at home. The showers were excellent with powerful shower heads, especially after walking all day at Dollywood. The hotel staff were excellent (very friendly and professional). And checking out was fast and easy.

We always stay at the Best Western Plaza Inn when we travel to Pigeon Forge, and it never disappoints. Clean, quiet, family friendly, and located right on the Parkway. Trolley Stop located right at the front door, and easy walking distance to Dixie Stampede and other attractions.

This hotel is located a very short drive from Dollywood, walking distance to Dixie Stampede and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was typical hotel food but very small eating area for the number of guests. Three pools to enjoy. For our quick trip when we were hardly in the room it worked very well.

This hotel is clean, convenient to everything and the staff was super friendly. My family will definitely be coming back here. My kids also loved the outdoor pool and breakfast. All in all we loved our experience at Best Western.

I know that the room is not very suitable when my 7 year old daughter makes the comment that the room looked "very dated". As soon as we walked it, we could tell that it wasn't going to be a leisurely stay because one of the beds was so worn that it literally sank in the middle. I tried to convince my husband that it wouldn't be so bad by laying down on it but instantly could feel all of the springs in the bed. As if that was not bad enough, my husband went to turn the tv on and it instantly said no signal. After messing with the tv to make sure it wasn't just something we pressed, he called down to the front desk and was told that the tv was out in all of East Tennessee. While I understand this is not a Best Western issue, I would have been nice for the front desk to warn us as we were checking in since they answered the question so quickly as we rang the front desk instead of us wasting time trying to figure it out ourselves. The elevator that was closest to our room sounded like it could break at any given point in time and did not have the usually certification posted that elevators have stating they have been inspected. Needless to say, we began taking the stairs. We were just extremely disappointed in the quality of this Best Western because it is usually provided us with a better stay than this.

After researching for hours for a hotel that had decent reviews in the Pigeon Forge area, I booked with Best Western Plaza Inn for our 3-night stay. My sister and I were pleasantly surprised at the amenities this hotel provided. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and very quiet (even though the parking lot was packed with cars). We had booked the Dolly's Stampede dinner show and were excited that it was two doors down from the hotel (on same side), so we walked. The show was great! Considering this hotel was on an EXTREMELY BUSY highway, we didn't hear any of that noise nor any noise in adjacent rooms. We utilized all three pools which were clean and plenty of lounge chairs too. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of hot/cold items to eat, coffee, juices, and milk. We parked at Patriot Park and used trolley for Dollywood which saved us time/money and was convenient with drop-off/pick-up location. Would stay here again if in the area.

This place was the cleanest best hotel to stay in. Everything was right there in front of you and even though it was a little expensive it was worth every penny. You can walk to wherever you needed to. Plus 2 outdoor pool and a indoor pool. And friendly staff

The check in was very easy and the lady's were very nice. Our room was really nice we had no problems at all we were on a small vacation and I would definitely go back. The outside pools were clean and it's right in the middle of all the stuff to do on parkway.

We booked this at the last second for a sort weekend get away. We usually stay at the Music Road when we are in town but it was sold out and we have been wanting to try a new place and boy are we glad we did. Great hotel. has 3 pools to enjoy, a hot basic breakfast to get your day started and spacious rooms. Our room was in the indoor pool area. I was kind of worried because of the noise and trying to sleep at night but at 930 the indoor pool shuts down and reopens at 9am. The outdoor pools stay open till midnight. I have got to say we are very happy with our stay and we have found us a new place to stay from now on when we are in town.

Best Western Plaza Inn is our favorite place to stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is hot and fresh every morning. The pool areas are a great way to relax.

I'm not sure how this hotel received good reviews. After spending over $600 for a 2 night stay, we received nothing but unprofessional behavior from the front desk, poor service, and a dirty room. The breakfast provided was so bad that we had to throw our plates away and go out to eat. The coffee was even extremely disappointing. Dirty sheets, huge amounts of hair in the “clean” towels that were provided and kids running up and down the balconies throughout the entire night. Never again will we be staying at a Best Western.

We enjoyed our stay! Every time we come to Pigeon Forge this is our hotel choice. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The pools and the rooms are very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay :-)

Hotel was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool areas were clean and well kept. Toilet handle was hard to flush and staff fixed it immediately. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Have been staying at Best Western Plaza for about 17 years now. Have never had any problems and has always been above our expectations as far as friendliness and cleanliness. Even with the Covid pandemic everyone was so friendly and did their best to make our stay as great as they were able. The complimentary breakfast was also fresh and hot and a nice variety.

Need better pillows. Pools were fine maybe a bit too much chlorine. Only had 2 small issues. Sink not draining but came pretty fast. Slow service on cleaning rooms. One day called and jist had them bring towels since they were so slow

It was our first family vacation, after Covid restrictions were lifted. Several families attended together. We always enjoy staying at Best Western hotels when vacationing across America. But the hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and we liked that it was still being sanitized and precautions were continuing to be taken. Best Western Resorts took away all of the worry so our families could focus on finally being back together and having fun!

My husband and I enjoyed our two day stay at Best Western. The room we stayed in was clean. The only negative would be that the room needed updating and new bedding down to the sheets and pillow cases.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it was great! There are 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor and we swam at all of them! The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great! Our room was clean and perfect for staying with young children.

Nice pools, nice people but the beds are garbage my back still hurts and I've been home for 5 days already. Terrible location exiting/entering the property traffic is pretty crazy. There are lots of things to do nearby food and fun but oh man such a cluster of cars this time of year.

All went fine. They kept us supplied with all we needed. Everything was neat and clean. Check in and check out went smooth as well. We'll be back hopefully next year. Would love to have the kids come and stay next time. I know the grandkids would enjoy the mountains and the indoor pool here was really nice.

We were only in town for 1 night, but this hotel was great! The room was spotless, comfy, and spacious. The included hot breakfast was a great start to our day. There was plenty of parking spaces even though the hotel was FULL. We did not use it, but there is a Trolley stop directly in front of the motel.

No hospitality. TV channels wouldn't work, no regular coffee only decaf, no housekeeping. Staff acted like they were doing us a favor by "allowing us to stay". Totally overpriced for the service received. Breakfast was good, pools are nice.

We have a two year old. It was nice having three pool options. Two outdoor and one indoor. It is closer to the mountain side of the "Strip" so it had a nice view in the morning seeing the "smoke" in the smoky mountains. It is also both close enough and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It is right next to a new mini golf course which is great for little ones and within walking distance of Dolly Partons Stampede. They have a hot breakfast each day that is actually hot and pretty good. The internet works very well...we like to stream Hulu and it worked great for that. I have a Ubuntu (Linux) laptop and it had a little trouble loading the login page a couple times but with persistence it worked..and that was only a couple times. Ok now for the reasons it was 4/5 starts. The blankets were a little thin. It was bed sheet, then a blanket, then another sheet on top. That is a little too thin for us. But really that is our only "complaint" if you can call it that . Quick Summary Parking is good (free). Pools are nice. Internet works well for streaming. Breakfast was good each day. Hotel staff that we interacted with was pleasant and friendly. Quiet at night. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We booked a suite that had 2 Queen beds and bathroom and also a spiral staircase to a loft with another queen bed and bathroom. and also a balcony The beds were extremely comfortable after our 13 hour road trip. We were only there one night but well worth the money.

Dark rooms, old furniture poor upkeep. No one seems to be supervising the grounds and cleaning staff. They are all chatting on cell phones. The breakfast area was clean but the eggs and sausage were of low quality. A very limited selection of other items. Coffee is extremely weak

Stayed at several Best Westerns with great success, this one was ok at best. We stayed Memorial Day through Friday of 2021. Judging from photos and reviews, assumed would be great. I realize that COVID has changed how house cleaning is done, that things are more relaxed... but first thing, hair was found in the bathroom along with dirt when we checked in. I happen to have had disinfectant wipes and I wiped the floor and bathroom down. (Which only revealed how dirty the floor actually was) On top of the cleanliness, for one thing the toilet is extremely small. I'm 6'1 and to use the toilet was slightly awkward. The one we had when flushed, it was doubtful it would go down. Filled up with water, swirled and eventually went down. The shower didn't have much pressure either. The beds are older so not the most comfortable and the pillows are sad little lumps. The carpet had frayed ends leading into the sink area. The microwave was something out of time. Like small with an odd dial. The fridge would turn water and such to ice. All this mixed with spotty maid service. As in one night came back to hotel, and towels and such taken out, but nothing was put back. Had to go to the main office to get towels...then back down when didn't have soap/shampoo. Now it may have been we were in an older room. We were on third floor in 325, but I could tell by walking around some of the rooms had been updated with no carpet. So that may have been the issue with this room/area. You can tell updates have been attempted. The grounds are good, the pools are gorgeous with the falls. And let me please add the staff were extremely courteous and tried their best to be accommodating. It's very convenient for all the attractions. So it's definitely not the worst stay, but not the greatest (Especially for Best Western standards in the past) Oh and as for breakfast. Instant eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal....repeat. Every single day same thing.

The front desk clerk were personable and helpful when we asked questions about the area. We were offered two different rooms; one on the first floor by the vending machines and one on the second floor. We took the one on on the ground floor and were not disappointed. We were able to park close to our room and the breakfast room was also close. The breakfast was hot and good. The servers were pleasant. They made us feel right at home. I would stay again.

Loved our stay! Had two outdoor and an indoor pool and a hot breakfast. The room was roomy enough for our family of four, even with two teens. The whole place felt clean and taken care of. They still don't have full daily room cleaning because of covid, but they changed the towels and emptied the trash daily, which was nice. It was right on the strip, where the traffic was crazy, but we quickly learned to drive out the back way to avoid some of it. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay again!

I have used this hotel several times and it never disappoints! The staff is amazing. The room is spacious. The amenities are fabulous. This will be the only place I ever stay in Pigeon Forge!! We always have the best time!!

This was a repeat stay at BW Plaza Inn, but our first stay in the rooms with private balconies. The rooms were clean, but we did have an ant issue. I must admit these rooms could use some updating, but location to the pool was nice and my father-in-law liked having the balcony. We would stay again, but most likely not in the building with balconies unless they update the rooms to match the rest of the hotel.

The location of this property is next to The Dolly Partin Stampede-and the location and the show are excellent. That being said, this hotel is over priced. The breakfast was poor quality as was the service. The rooms were dated. Only one room attendant could speak English making communications difficult. The weekend quests sat on the tailgates of their Pickups smoking and drinking at night, loud.

We've stayed at BW Plaza several times and have been very satisfied with our stays. Their free breakfast offered a nice selection. The room, though close to pool, was quiet. It was clean and when we had a minor maintenance issue it was fixed within minutes. We don't take advantage of the pools but the one in the back (river/Mountain View rooms) was clean and enjoyed by others. The location is good...very close to Dollywood (light 8), the Old Mill area, walking distance to Dolly's Stampede, close to Food Lion (if you need groceries) and Gatlinburg...the quieter end of the parkway.

Great location, staff always friendly and rooms always comfortable. Very reasonable rate. Only drawback was the breakfast, limited items available. Looking forward to getting back to a normal pre COVID breakfast ! All in all a great place to stay !

Other than decor and additional rooms added not much has changed in 40 years. We decided to get a room with a river view and I was slightly disappointed in that choice. Next time we will choose an indoor pool area room perhaps. The indoor pool area had not changed. The staff were very courteous and freindly. Convenient to lots of attractions. The breakfast might have been my favorite part. Overall we were quite satisfied.

This hotel is located near Dollywood and also has a back entrance from Veterans Boulevard that is extremely convenient. The hotel, pools and hot tub are spectacular. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness...this hotel gets an A+.

Beds are old and outdated. Rooms could use some updates. And the nasty carpet. Service was excellent.workers clean all they can with what they have to work with check in and out times seem to get closer together. Check in at 4pm check out at 10am

The hotel was very clean. There are three pools on this property available to guests which makes it less crowded. Two are outdoors and they close at midnight which means your kids get the best of both worlds. You can spend all day at Dollywood, Nascar Speedpark, or whatever it is you choose to do and still have time to let your kids swim before bed. The indoor pool is close to rooms, but it closes at 10:30 so it doesn't disturb guests who are sleeping. The hotel staff were all friendly and helped me get the best rate available at the last minute. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

It was my first time in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and I'm from Frankfort Kentucky I was so amazed by the camaraderie around the hotel everybody was so nice to me and my girlfriend it was quiet at night the food was great and we was right around the corner from Dollywood.

Have stayed at this facility many times over the past few years. The convenient location, competitive price, comfort and amenities have brought us back each time. We love the attitude of most staff and enjoy the access to both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. If you like walking you can conveniently walk to shops and restaurants in area.

very friendly staff they were the best thing about this hotel, good location close to all of the shows and other things you want to see in pigeon forge, clean rooms, ok breakfast, nice pools, the hotel itself very dated torn carpet, the beds not very comfortable, very small pillows, and the smallest toilet I have ever seen, the indoor hot tub had mold inside, the outdoor hot tub did not work very well,

We love staying here. The staff us great and very personal. They care about you enjoying your stay. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the strip or listening to the birds. Easy access in and out.

There was safety guards in place... mask, gloves and sanitizer. Mask was not strictly enforced by personnel so some families was not wearing it. There was a line with order and it was simple wholesome choices. Staff making waffles would of been even better or a chafing dish with warm waffles available. There was staff to monitor as we serve ourselves. Coffee and tea bar was separated from the rest creating less of a crowd around the food and juice bar. Overall, Great experience for breakfast!!! Rooms was clean with fridge and microwave. You can hear pipe when someone flush. 3 towels and wash cloths, if 2 queens.. there should be 4 towels. Coffee maker and options. Internet and free breakfast.. The breakfast buffet bar is $6 per person. People sitting and hanging out in the corridors with chairs from their room. Not a good look for the hotel. Appears ghetto. Overall stay was good as we spent time else where and only slept there.

Rooms facing the river are very nice and comfy. They are close to the breakfast room and close to a outdoor pool. Parking close to building and handicap friendly. Nice porch over looking river to relax on

We always stay at the Best Western Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge. The staff is very friendly. The beds are soft and comfortable. The water pressure is great. They have 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. They have started back serving the hot breakfast. It is really good. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

AMAZING stay w/ Best Western. Friendly, Clean, PERFECT location to so much. Plenty of activities, Restaraunts, shopping and the pools are so nice and clean. We stay there twice a year for the past 25/30 years now. Luv it.

Been staying at the Best Western Plaza for many years and the staff could not be more helpful. For as busy as this week-end was, and I've not seen it any busier, the hotel was great. Spent a lot of time at the pool, my kind of great music was constantly played throughout the sound system. Ready to go back!

Everything was great except for the small toilet in your bathroom we always stay at the Best Western when visiting Pigeon Forge unless we travel with your group then we stay in a cabin but we always loved it there we've never had any problems

My family stayed at the Best Western Plaza Inn during spring break. We had 2 connecting rooms and both had 2 queen beds and a balcony. Overall we were very happy...large rooms, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was good size and clean. TV was fine....couldn't get the weather channel though. Nice to have some housekeeping...trash emptied and towels replaced daily. Some hotels don't even do that. Front desk ladies were awesome! Didn't use any of the pools or eat breakfast . Plenty of parking. Good location at the southern part of town.. Only negative is housekeeping missed some trash....some on the floor next to one of the beds and behind the dresser under the tv. We were pleased with our stay and plan on returning for a couple nights in early June.

Smell in back building and didn't offer to help correct it. Front didn't want to help in new room, saying non available but hotel was pretty empty. Vending machines outdated display. Wouldn't trust the products.

My family has been staying here for many years and we enjoy every stay. The choice of three pools is awesome. Breakfast is full of choices. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Very tiny bathroom. Dirty linens. Smokers outside our room. Tub didn't drain. Walls thin, lot of noise from next door and above. Bed lumpy. Indoor pool very cold, unable to use. Wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed in Pigeon Forge as the first part of this years Spring Break trip. This BW is conveniently located next to the Dolly Parton Stampede Show. It is also walking distance to lots of restaurants. The traffic in this area was crazy on the Saturday and Sunday that we were there. Check in was easy. Our room was nice but a lot of the electric outlets did not work. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Both pools were cold but the kids did not care. There were tons of kids to play with. Breakfast was good. They still had the normal breakfast spread everyone is used to. Will stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area

I was very satisfied with the room, very clean, smelled clean not just air sprayed in the room. The breakfast was fine, I'm not a big breakfast person, but it was very nice, coffee was awesome. The location was on spot and having a back entrance was the best ,you could go and come from any direction and get to the hotel easy.

We had a great experience. Comfortable, clean room, friendly service, nice hot continental breakfast. We used the breakfast voucher for Reagan's on the last morning, and it was good, too. Our traveling group of ladies plan to stay here whenever we come back.

Just mom traveling with kids...we were ALL delighted with this place. Pools were fantastic and open late. The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and had way more than the requisite shampoo/conditioner combo. No safety concerns at all. Well lit, clean...reminded me of vacations as a kid. We all had a great time & wish we had more nights there.

I had never stayed at a Best Western before and had only ever stayed in cabins when I went to Gatlinburg. So my expectations were a little low when I had to stay at a hotel in Pigeon Forge. My room was large, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the jacuzzi in my room. I honestly would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Easy access to Gatlinburg or anywhere in Pigeon Forge. Walk to entertainment or food. Three pools make it convenient. Hot Breakfast was Good enough and parking was very convenient.. Wish they got red of the carpet but not that big of deal.

Every time I have visited the area since 2018, I have stayed at this property. Accessibility is a great factor, plus the staff is very accommodating to my one request to stay on the highest available floor. With Covid, they have had to stop offering breakfast in a self-serve manner. Since the express breakfast is not always the best option, they offer a discount with a local restaurant for their buffet. It's a great perk! It's the only hotel I will stay at as long as they keep up the good work!

We will never be staying in a Best Western again. The room was so disappointing for the amount of money we paid. We slept in a hot room because the AC was not working, had to change our own sheets from dirty ones at midnight after a 16 hour drive to our destination. We had to shower with an open broken shower door and my kids found a used dirty lotion bottle and a used tobacco vaping machine under the pillow on the bed. The sofa was so stained and dirty that we did not feel comfortable sitting on it to watch TV. Thew Door to the room did not shut right and had to be slammed shut in order to lock it and it would wake up everyone in the room. the toilet splashed water and feces up into the air when ever it was flushed. It was a horrible experience. So much, that my kids fell a sleep crying the first night.Tthe bathroom floors were dirty and we had to wear our shoes in order to walk around. I kept asking to talk to a manager and there was never a manager available. The General manager never reached out to us and they did not offer us a refund or other accommodation.

The Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge Tn., has been our home away from home for many years. It is kept well, to the rooms, lobby. and grounds. They run a good show, if I can call it that. The office workers to the maids and the ladies in the breakfast room cannot be beat. They are always friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a good location for driving to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is at the Gatlinburg end of Pigeon Forge, so if you take the Gatlinburg bypass to the park, it is great. The room was clean upon our arrival. Due to Covid, they are providing minimal housekeeping services (towels and trash). Breakfast was available (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt). Masks are required while getting food, and gloves worn while serving yourself. The breakfast was sufficient. Please be aware that if you have a room inside the indoor pool area, it can be very noisy from kids playing in the pool. The staff was good about clearing the pool at the 10:30 pm closing time, however if you want to get to sleep earlier than that, please keep that in mind. We were in room 270, and it seemed large. Our room had windows overlooking the indoor and outdoor pools. Overall, we felt this hotel was worth the money during what seemed to be a peak time (Spring Break). I heard the front desk tell someone they were fully booked.

The bed sheets was dirty and the room had a odor. The ac was noisy all night. Little to no sleep. The only positive is the location. It is close to everything. This hotel needs a renovation at some point.

This was a last minute trip we planned for my sons birthday. Check in was super easy and fast, the room was very clean as well as the shower. The indoor pool was our favorite. Overall a great place to stay!

I was hesitant to pick a regular ol chain, but this exceeded my expectations. Very nice place and a great nights rest the entire stay. The outdoor pool was our biggest enjoyment of all. Great base camp for our vist.

The check in was fast. Has carpet in the room, should be bare floors. Has two types of queen beds that I like. One was firm and the other queen bed was pillow top. The breakfast was modified. Didn't have a grab and go. Could have had fruits to go along with the breakfast.

The BW Plaza Inn is a large property on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Our room was in the back building and was everything we would expect in a budget room. The room was clean, fairly updated, and as a bonus, we could see the river from the private balcony. The bed was comfortable, which is always the most important factor in a hotel room that is simply a place to sleep before heading off for the day's activities. The hotel is serving breakfast, but it is limited. Scrambled eggs, biscuit & gravy, and an orange section was served. They also offer a discount breakfast bar at a nearby restaurant. II would stay here again if we needed a hotel in this area.

We had a very nice experience during this stay... was close to everything. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The tv had many stations and quality was good which was important to us. The curtains did close good too.

I've stayed here a couple dozen times in the last two and half to three years and have never had a problem. All of the staff that I have encountered have been very friendly, helpful and, engaging. This is the only place that I have stayed when I'm in Pigeon Forge. For me it's convenient for everything I want to do or any place I want to go.

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend. We have stayed before and had a great experience. However, the room was outdated, musty, and not very clean. The carpet was dirty and had sticky stuff on it, the shower has stains on the ceiling above it that looked recent. We will not be going back.

I know I've written several reviews on this hotel. We've stayed in many different rooms, but I must say room 371 at the indoor pool area so far is our favorite. The room was very clean, we had a balcony, fireplace, a sitting area and comfortable bed. Since we are traveling during COVID I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel grounds and room. Front desk staff were very friendly, and COVID precaution safe with mask or behind the plexiglass area at all times. Hand sanitizing lotion was available for us at the front desk as well. We did not dine in for breakfast simply since it is COVID - most hotels have had to resort to bagged breakfast for safety reasons. So we decided just to get on the road early instead of waiting for breakfast timeframe. Great one night stay, we will be back!

Just go outside and eat grass it will taste better. Seriously pay all the money that you pay and no hotel is doing breakfast because they are afraid of covid. Ended up just going to a breakfast place every morning.

We frequent visitors to this area. This is the only hotel we will stay at. We feel safe. It's clean, and the staff is always welcoming. My family loves being able to use the indoor pool. It is close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough so you can get a good nights sleep.

Everything was great! Except the indoor pool was to cold for my toddler to swim. The bed was to soft. The breakfast was good considering it was on the go due to covid! There was also some remodeling early in the morning!

We reserved a King room with Fireplace and Jaccuzi with Riverview and it was well worth it! The king bed was VERY comfortable. It was such a romantic stay for us! The Jaccuzi tub was clean as well as the room. The fireplace really added to it. Definitely reccomend staying here!

Great Hotel. Made reservations thru Reservations.com . Did not get the room I reserved. So had to pay an additional $114 to get it. This was not Best Westerns fault. I will book direct with them next time.

The employees were awesome. The issue that I had was the fake fireplace in the room is on a Noisy Timer and it cuts off. Why have a fake fireplace with a timer on it anyway? Room was very clean and neat, except for the Fake Fireplace timer noise. Children ran up and down the walkway in front of our room at 1;30 in the morning for over an hour and no one did anything about it. Never Gain will i stay here!!!

Excelente location and the hotel was nice and clean room. Room was spacious and really comfortable with microwave and refrigerator loved every bit of it. The bathroom was spotless. Great indoor pool. I'll be back soon

The location was great right next to the Dixie Stampede. The hotel had Clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say bad is that it's kind of expensive for a 1 night stay.

we would have stayed longer but we were on our way back to Florida from the Poconos and didn't want to drive new years eve. the staff was amazing, couldn't ask for a better location, best part was the fireplace in the room. the room was very spacious and clean. the overall property very well maintained and clean. we will be visiting BW Pigeon Forge in the near future with the kids.

Love this hotel! Love the location so convenient to everything. My granddaughter loved it be beside top jump☺️. This hotel is very clean and the staff is really nice. The price maybe a little more but you get what you pay for and this hotel is so worth it.

Room was dated. Very noisy. Beds were very uncomfortable. Room was not worth what we had to pay. If Best Western is gonna charge this much then the rooms need a lot of attention. The staff was friendly.

Tried calling front desk multiple times for an extra blanket; but there was no answer. Also, the fireplace wasn't working the first night, we reported it and the guy they sent up didn't do anything to fix it. Next day we told them we wanted some sort of refund because we paid for a fireplace and they said no so they sent someone else to finally fix. However, it was our last night and I don't agree with that.

The Best Western on the Plaza is a very nice , clean place where you can simply relax. Staff is very attentive and quick to help. Sad this is they have reduced so much due to Covid and room remains the same price. You cant ever get your bed made up. The breakfast is so reduced its better to just not use it. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The location is great as well.

We stay here every Christmas season for our anniversary. It is located to places that we like to visit. The room is nice and we have a wonderful view of the mountains and the mountain stream. The maids and the other employees are wonderful. The prices are in our price range.

Really enjoyed the fireplace in the room!!! Balcony with a river view was also amazing. I felt like the staff and hotel were very conscious of what was going on with COVID-19 and ensured we had a safe and enjoyable stay. The only downside was that our trash wasn't emptied one day and the cans were small. Overall a great stay and if I return to the area I will definitely stay here again.

BW Plaza Inn I'd a great place to stay! It is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast. They are centrally located and that makes it easy to take walks to see the sights.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. We had a jacuzzi room with a fireplace and river view. We literally had ZERO complaints. This will be our new go to in Pigeon Forge. We didn't try breakfast or the indoor pool. We will next time.

This motel is an older motel but it is up to date. This motel is clean. The outside area of this motel shows that they want to make it look nice. Everything works in this motel. They have 2 outside pools, 1 with a waterfall, and one inside pool.

It was an amazing stay and will mostlikely stay again! Everything was clean and well maintained. Also the decor was very pleasing to the eye. The location is also a great perk of staying here. All the staff was exteamly nice, friendly amd helpfull.

We chose Best Western Plaza Inn based on prior experiences, and our stay this time was good also. The room and bathroom was very clean, good hot water and the air-conditioner was very quiet. the breakfast was very good considering the pandemic we are in.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Fireplace was a bonus. Bed was comfy, room was clean. The layout of the hotel was a little tricky but overall I would stay here again. Room by the pool, only complaint was the overwhelming chlorine smell.

I had two rooms for family members. Special needs could have been a problem but was easily attended to by the staff. We were given an all access room adjoining to our regular room. Both rooms were extremely large and spacious giving you the feeling of more for your money. The price was very good and the staff very attentive. We will return on our next visit.

We wanted to go to Anakeesta in Gatlinburg. Hotels there were astronimcal so we looked north to Pigeon Forge. Really enjoyed our time at the BWPI. We stayed pool side which was a hit with our kiddos. Steak place across the street. Tons of tourism places all along the strip. Not far from the Motor Trail through the mountains or Gatlinburg. Absolutely loved our time there.

Was very pleased. When we come to the mountains we usually stay in a condo. We will stay here again! Location to lots Resturants and all the shows was very handy. Really loved the gas logs in the room

My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway and found that the property, although a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly professional and accommodating. A free hot box breakfast was served each morning consisting of scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The eggs were good, but the biscuits were over microwaved and inedible. Also there were no seasonings available such as salt and pepper packets. Overall the experience was a good one. Parking was plentiful, and free. And the location is in walking distance of many of the restaurants and businesses.

This hotel has a great location right beside Dixie Stampeed. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The rooms are very cosey and the bed is comfy. This is the second time I have stayed here and was glad that I chose this hotel again

The indoor and outdoor pool areas are great for kids and families. Rooms have always been and continue to be super clean. The building that houses the pool area has rooms that are larger and have a fireplace. Super great for families. They also offer options for larger rooms. Breakfast before COVID was always great. We actually ate at the restaurant that they provided coupons for this time and the service and food was very good. Great value!

Our trip to Pigeon Forge was good this year,always stay at the Best Western Plazza Inn, rooms are nice and updated,plenty of parking staff is always nice. The motel has a pool and a small to go breakfast, no dine in.

When we checked on a Thursday night Sandra was working. She was so friendly and personable. She really seemed to enjoy her job. The hotel only had a family suite for 1 night but Sandra was very helpful directing us to another partner hotel that might have what we were looking for, for the remaining trip. Our room was awesome. Balcony overlooked parkway and we enjoyed it. Sad we could only stay 1 night but we will stay there again when we go to Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, even during covid19 and we ate in our room. Rate was perfect. Indoor pool was great since it was a little chilly out. Great Job Best Western!!

Don't waste your money. The rooms were very dirty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. A cracker piece left by the beside and a Tupperware container of some unknown white substance left beneath the ac unit. Saw everything within 2 min of entering the room. It made me question the cleanliness of the sheets I slept on at night and I didn't get much sleep. Terrible. Won't be back.

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times. We love it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. We left there today. When we checked in late Friday night Sandra was working. She was so friendly and personable. She really seemed to enjoy her job. We will stay there again when we go to pigeon forge.

My family stayed here in one of the “River Balcony” rooms for 4 days the last week of October 2020. More precisely we stayed in room 191, the building in the back of the faculty. This BW has 2 buildings, the first which is viewable from the strip is a motel style, where you enter from the outside. The other building is hidden in back and I think it was once a separate hotel that BW bought and added to their Plaza location because this one is a hotel style, with i terroir corridors and elevators. First impressions were: seemed clean and roomy however when I went to lock the door the slide/chain lock was broken and dangling from the door frame by a single loose screw. We requested another room but we're told they had none even though my wife just checked us in and they had vacancies. Thankfully they were able to send a repair man to secure the door lock eventually. The “River View” was pretty disappointing. It was really just a view of all the traffic getting out of the dolly stampede. Granted we were on the first floor. Maybe you could see the “River” higher up. The biggest issue we had with this room was how moist and wet it felt inside. My wife would leave the balcony door open to try airing the room out, but the room was thick with moisture. By the day we checked out, I reached into my suitcase and the remaining clean clothes I hadn't touched yet were damp to the touch. That's how wet this room felt. It was pretty disgusting. I can say that we did check out the free breakfast in the time of covid and it was not great. We visited the indoor pool and hot tub which were clean and nice. Towels are provided by the pool. They have a total of 3 pools- one indoor. None were heated but the indoor was comfortable. We stayed here out of necessity, due to short booking notice. I would not book this hotel again.

Not as fancy as some other options, but the facility was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room had a generous sized mini fridge/freezer and a microwave which we appreciated during the pandemic and also being vegetarians we avoid restaurants. Our goal was to spend as mush time in the park as possible, however weather and the corona virus did not permit us as much time as possible outdoors,...so this room became our safe place.

This is not a new hotel, but it is very nice, clean and neat; excellent value and good location on The Parkway, less than a mile from Dollywood, about 2 miles from the Leconte Center and The Island. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Service and attention by those at Check-In and during the stay was excellent, The team here is very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and up to date. Great value and has the best access to the Smoky Mountain entrance - since you are past all of the Pigeon Forge hotels and traffic lights.

Hotel was clean, service was friendly, room was nice and the bed was great. It had everything we needed and the it was in the middle of everything. I would stay here again. And highly recommend it for anyones family trip.

The rooms are nice, but that's where it ends. Parking is atrocious, booked on their app and said need 1st floor rooms due to handicaps of 2 people in my party. Ended up with second floor rooms that were nowhere near an elevator. When I called to confirm the first floor was told no problem, but when we checked in he said they didn't hold rooms and were assigned first come first served. Would have been better off renting a 3 bedroom cabin versus the three rooms here.

Best Western is surrounded by all types of restaurants and attractions. Literally just minutes away from Dollywood and walking distance to Dollys Stampede. Indoor heated pool is a great bonus for chilly fall weather.

We traveled during the COVID-19 pandemic and were pleased to find our room was clean and sanitized. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location convenient to restaurants and shopping. The room rate was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Went up for so birthday to do some fishing. The location was right on the strip easy access to food and entertainment. Fishing creek within 15 min from the location which was a plus for us. Can wait to visit again

We are repeat customers and were very disappointed with the numerous issues during this stay. We witnessed rude service to others; front desk would not answer; no towels at pool area; indoor pool water cold; water in room would not cool; hot tub area needs time limit/consideration sign so other have opportunity to use it; our fire alarm batteries went dead; poor breakfast; pillows-Horrible; our refrigerator did not work (it was finally replaced after 2nd request). I'm not sure we will stay with Best Western again, unless offered some incentive to do so.

We always stay here for short trips to Pigeon Forge. It is always very clean and the employees so pleasant. The breakfast wasn't like it used to be before Covid but it was still very good and filling. It is a great location right in the thick of things yet still quiet. You could not find a better place to stay for the money.

Due to covis-19 our stay was different from all previous stays. The continental breakfast for instance was very different, b-4 there was containers of food to choose from, waffles,sausage patty or links, bacon, biscuits & gravy eggs &, juice an coffee. This trip it was handed out a window in a styrofoam container eggs biscuits with gravy. but over all a nice stay. We'll be traveling back next year.

If you stay in the Mountain View make sure you stay on the upper floors because on the first floor I could not see the mountains but went up on the top floor to see the view and it was absolutely beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. Had a great experience at the Best Western AKU Tiki Inn in Daytona Beach as well :) Was my 1st time staying here at this property. Beds were comfortable, nice and clean and roomy but again I stayed there alone. The pools were nice and the hot tub outside was nice. I will for sure be back to stay at this location in Pigeon Forge! Thank you !!

We stayed here going on seven years now ...they never fail!!! Sad we purchased a timeshare elsewhere and are unable to use it at last minute mini Vaca like we always had a chance here ! Will always come here!!! Thank you for good service !!! Brandon in the front is awesome!

We stayed in two rooms for 7 nights the last week of August. We asked for adjoining rooms but that was not offered and we were exhausted when we arrived. So we didn't ask to be switched. We did get rooms next to each other on the first floor. The rooms were spotless and the pools were very clean. The grounds are immaculate and very pretty. I was very happy with the cost as I believe we got a good value for our money. The only disappointment was breakfast. Due to COVID they had a modified breakfast. It would have been nice if they gave us something different each day. It was a biscuit split with gravy, scrambled eggs and a 1/8 th of an orange. They do have discounted tickets at the front desk for all you can eat buffet at Regans Pancake house across the street which was well worth the money and the food was really good.

The hotel is nicely located. Able to walk to get to different restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly. The room is very nice. Three pools. Used the one by the room and it was wonderful. Have enjoyed everything so far and will definitely use again.

This place is amazing from the staff to the rooms. They take really great care of the guests, and the rooms are great. Every time we ask for help it was given, the pools are very well maintained as well

This place was amazing from start to finish. Excellent room with a great river view, but also a view of the city. It came with a jacuzzi and fireplace and was very well kept. Nice and quiet great for a honeymoon will definitely revisit.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to Pigeon Forge and this was a great hotel. We got a great room for a reasonable price. We got excellent service from Derek, Sandra, and Jered at the front desk and from Ricky the maintenance man. All of them were friendly and kind and made us feel like we mattered. The hotel is right in the heart of town with everything close by. We would definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed at the Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge. We really liked our room. We had a balcony room facing the mountains. It was really nice room and view. I had breakfast one morning. I went and picked it up. Because of the virus, it was prepared for me. It was warm and good. We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. In fact, we would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our first stay at this Best Western. Even with the county's covid mandates in place, the hotel handled things well. Located close to everything in Pigeon Forge & to the Smokies. Loved the River view from the balcony. Very nice, large, clean room. Always love finding the bedside Gideon's Bible, thank you! Speedy internet & great cable lineup. Easy check in and out. Was greeted warmly & thanked by housekeeping personnel as we left. We'd surely recommend & stay here again.

I booked this trip last minute and completely went on high reviews and low rates when I chose Best Western. It's right on the main strip and has easy access. I went into the lobby and was helped immediately. The whole check-in process was around 6 minutes tops. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and explained all amenities including their locations, Our room was located on the ground floor near the indoor pool, which is where I wanted to be due to arriving in the evening and wanting to swim with my granddaughter. Upon entering the room we were amazed at how clean the room was. I did a detail walk through, (I own a cleaning company) and was completely in awe at how impeccable cleaning was. The sheets, pillows and comforter where just as immaculate. No loose hairs lying around, or stains. This is what I really want to talk about, The wide shower head and great water pressure is something I must mention. Most places lack in this area and take the cheap way out. Best Western made sure to not leave that luxury out. My stay was for 1 night only while waiting on the rest of my family to arrive for a rented cabin. The only item I see that someone would not like, is the smaller size TV. New model but small. Had no bearing on my stay since i was there only one night. If I was on a business trip or a longer stay, it might have bothered me. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and I would easily stay there again.

You get what you pay for. The price is cheap but there were ants in our room and found someone else's toenail clippings around the nightstand. I went and asked the front desk for ant spray to kill the ants myself and he didn't really act like it was a big deal.

The motel was chosen as we need a quick one night stay before heading into Gatlinburg. We wanted a hotel with an outdoor pool. I would not recommend this area on the strip nor this hotel. The traffic is awful, the restaurants are not very nice. Overall a very dirty area if you plan to walk to eat. Be very careful of the cars and don't expect any good local eats. The beds are either very old or need to be rotated as they slumped toward the middle. There was only one chair in the room, so eating a quick breakfast with the family was challenging.

Staff & motel & atmosphere & location &pools & very clean . Breakfast & very sanitized. And you don't have to worry about looking on the computer and finding out it's not what it show ! The staff is very clean

Stayed here for two nights for our trip to Pigeon Forge. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as can be. We swam in two of the three pools on the property, and both of them were clean, along with the chairs and tables as well. Overall, the hotel is very well worth the price per night. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I've been to this best western maybe 15 - 16 times in the last 3 or so years. I have never been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and everything in the rooms is in working order, which can't always be said about some of the other places, non best western properties, that I have stayed at over the years. But what I truly appreciate is the staff. Everyone is friendly and engaging. Always helpful and always with a smile.

I selected Best Western Plaza Inn because I stayed here last year and it was located on the bottom floor a very comfortable inn to stay at, The room was very clean, and parking was right outside the door. I selected it due to where my family was staying at the RV campground making it easy to walk to or drive.to. .The room was always clean and neat, fresh towels and amenities daily. The office staff were very helpful answering my questions fo local attractions and directions.

Unfortunately, my son had zero interest in swimming. But no worries!! Room was so very clean, staff was polite and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Great location. I would highly recommended. There is a food city within walking distance for breakfast items. We drove, but plenty of room in the fridge for milk, cereal, fruit, leftovers etc.

We stayed during the COVID so the way the breakfast was done wasn't the best. They just hand you a container of food which would be fine except there was barely anything in it. It was just some scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and an orange slice. We felt they could have added a container of yogurt and some bacon and sausage or something. They did give a coupon to a buffet down the road if you would rather do that though. The location is nice as it's right downtown pigeon forge. We didn't use the pools but they did look very nice. Pretty much everything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were open during the COVID when we went but you do have to wear masks in most places.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, 3 nice pools, clean parking lot. We rode motorcycles to this site. Felt comfortable leaving them unattended. Nice balcony for evening sitting. Convenient location for meals and within walking distance of a few shops.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although it was surrounded by many restaurants and attractions it was very peaceful. Our room was very clean and our bed was absolutely comfortable and the staff was very professional and friendly. During our next vacation to Pidgeon Forge or Gatlinburg we will certainly check for vacancies at the Best Western Plaza Inn. We rate this hotel a 10.

I have stayed here seven times in the past two years. It has become my Pigeon Forge home! The staff are always kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are well maintained. And it's in a convenient location.

This is our favorite motel in Pigeon Forge. It has 3 pools which we love and we never have any issues when we stay here. Great location also. Close walk to anywhere you want to go downtown and several activities around the area.

We stayed 2 nights for a quick trip to Dollywood Splash Country. This hotel is 800 ft away from the road to DSC, so it was just the perfect location. We rented the room with the loft(as we had 4 adults and 5 kids), it was perfect.(we did bring an air mattress). We enjoyed the pool(there a 3 on this property). We had a balcony over looking the road which can be a bit noisy, but it's a road, and you can't really hear it inside(unless it's a loud vehicle). There is a fireplace on the main floor, a TV on the main and in the loft as well as 2 bathrooms. The property is well maintained and clean. The only slight issue was breakfast, due to COVID restrictions they are serving you out a window in to go containers. That isn't the issue, however we didn't know this and it took us a bit to figure it out. Maybe adding some temporary signage, out letting you know upon check in would have been helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several trips to Pigeon Forge. We love that they have an indoor pool and hot tub with room access and tha they have two outdoor pools and a hot tub as well. This hotel was very clean and spacious! Will stay here again for sure.

this is the best place to stay in pigeon forge and the only place to stay. there staff been over backwards for gust. It is a very clean place to stay. it close to all of the Attraction. Close to the grate Restaurant and entertainment.

This is by far one of the cleanest motel ever. The crew is constantly cleaning and keeping the place looking great! I highly recommend this place. It is in a great location to some great attractions in the area. Very close to the Dolly Pardon Stampede Dinner Show and great restaurants close by too!!!

This was our first visit to this hotel and we will be staying here again. The room and bathroom were clean and inviting. The beds and pillows were comfortable; I usually hate hotel pillows but these were great!

The room was very large & comfortable for my family of 3. They served a hot breakfast of 1 biscuit & gravy, scoop of eggs, & 1/4 orange. That was better than the muffin & cereal we received at our previous hotel, but not a very filling meal for an adult. The hotel has 3 pools & 2 hot tubs, which made it easy to use the pools, with social distancing in mind. The only thing that we had an issue with in the room was the mattress. It was a pillow top mattress that was very worn & uncomfortable. I hope they plan to replace them before we come back to Pigeon Forge again.

We received a muffin and an orange in a paper sack rather than the full hot breakfast we usually get. While other hotels were serving a hot breakfast, Best Western chose a pathetic excuse for breakfast.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! the hotel was clean and very safe for a bunch of girls and room 247 was amazing for a group of 5 with plenty of room. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance from dolly parton stampede and right near dolly wood lane.

We had a wonderful time, motel was very nice we stayed in room 389. Loved the look outside my room! The only drawback was Friday night Run Rod, was going on there was no place to park. I'm disabled and I refused to park my car on the curb in the back knowing how fast other cars came thru there. Was told by magament there was nothing he could or would do. I personally feel if you are staying for the week, you should have a place to park. Finally someone left at 1:00 am and we were lucky enough to get that parking.

Hotel itself is rather large and can be confusing to maneuver, the room i stayed in (190) was nice. TV was small though for the room (maybe a 35") also outdated. Can only be seen by 1/2 of the room, the door to the balcony locks if you let it shut behind you which is annoying to say the least, it was me and my 3 kids and I had to call for someone to let us back in the room, they had to cut the chain off my door too. If you don't have a cell phone and get locked out there i can't imagine!! But other than that it was a very nice stay, the staff is great, the groundsman was super helpful.

Plaza Inn is by far the best Best Western we have stayed in. The staff is great and very helpful. The grandson loved the 3 pools he had to choose from. Well definitely be staying there from here on out when we are in Pigeon Forge

Great place to stay. close to attractions and a 15 to 20 minute ride to Gatlinburg. Rooms are a good size. breakfast is good and breakfast room is not crowded and clean. Wish they had more rooms with king beds.

We love staying at the Plaza Inn. When we come to Pigeon forge this is the hotel we stay at. Staff is wonderful and rooms are always clean and up to date. Close to everything we enjoy doing. We have never had any issues.

Great staff. Great room and view. Our room was upgraded. Everything was clean and staff were using protective masks etc due to Covid. I always try to stay at Best Western hotels because of the excellent service and rewards benefits.

The pool was way to cold to get in. You know it's cold when you get in one anyway but even after being in the pool for a good minute it was still cold. There were even other families with Children who said it was to cold and didn't wanna swim.

We can always count on beautiful views and super friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and rustic, but modern decor. Excellent views of the river and mountains from our private balcony. Literally the only disappointment was the breakfast, which was plentiful, but not as nice as the room! The coffee was good though!

A very nice hotel with no deficiencies. The desk people are nice. Everything works. The room is clean. The location is convenient with nice restaurants and attractions nearby. There are decent places to walk for exercise if you like that. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times and intend to again.

Traveling with family. Chose hotel for indoor pool, price and rating. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful. Stayed in a double queen room with 4 people. The beds are comfortable. There was a bit of dirt left in the corners. The room was otherwise pretty clean. The temperature was maintained well. There is a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, coffeemaker in the room. Less outlets and charging ports than in most rooms these days. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. It is well run. There were waffles, sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits on the 2 days we stayed. Good stay.

Room was clean, updated and plentiful towels. Pool with double waterfall & hot tub was luxurious & perfect temp. - not too hot. Very good hot breakfast in nice lobby. Exterior attractive with colorful accents. Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and found the Best Western Plaza Inn to be the perfect place to stay for our visit. It is within walking distance to some of the venues we wanted to see. The room was clean and the staff members were very helpful and friendly.

When we travel to PF, we always choose this Best Western. It has never disappointed us. I'm a clean freak so I'm very picky about a hotel room. This BW is always clean, has comfortable beds and pillows, very friendly staff, and a very good quality breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location but horrible place to stay. Very old and dated room we were place by the elevator so we heard all the noise. The customer service was horrible. Stay away and save your money and time. Didnt feel welcomed.

After staying at a number of motels in Smoky Mountain area, we have decided to stay with the sure thing. Plaza Inn Best Western. Reasonable rates, rewards members got a us a free night stay. Balconies are small but functional. Excellent and clean breakfast area, seats about 50.

Quick stop in for the night at Pigeon Forge TN, during off season. Dollywood was closed, but still a lot of things to see and do. Great places to eat also. Hotel was excellent, great continual breakfast, Staff was very helpful and very respectful to out of towners, Rooms were vice nice, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy access to everything.

Hotel was clean room was great! We had a fireplace and a balcony with a river view, fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend! A+++++++

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would book again. Everything was very clean. The area was quiet and convenient to lots of attractions, plus was fairly easy to get in and out of. There were way more options for breakfast than we expected, and everything was fresh.

Was a very enjoyable trip. Staff was very helpful and volite. The location of the motel was great. Liked the way the indoor pool was laid out with the rooms next to the pool. Sandra Harp at the front desk was very helpful and took care of our needs.

This was our 3rd stay at the BW Plaza Inn. This motel is a great place to stay. The room was very clean, had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The staff was wonderful. We will return for another visit.

Our stay was better than expected. Rooms are very nice, clean and large. We all loved the large walk-in shower as well!!!! We would had liked to see more fruits offered on the breakfast bar as there are a lot of carb options. All staff were kind and friendly.

The staff both in checking in and checking out was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff kept everything very organized and clean. Housekeeper was very efficient and helpful in getting everything we needed.

This was one of the nicest BW's I've stayed in. The facilities were very clean and updated. the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were nice. The breakfast area was large very clean and the food options were good. the check in and check out was fast and easy. The entire staff I came in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. This will be my number one places to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area in the future. The price of the room was really reasonable.

A decent, inexpensive hotel. Overall, okay. Good breakfast with standard items (several cereals and breads, eggs, sausage, biscuit, waffle maker, yogurt, etc.). Building 5 has interior hallways. Good air conditioning in room, good parking. Awesome employees, from the two we interacted with. Now the cons...:The buildings are separate - the indoor pool is across the lot from building 5, though it does have it's own rooms attached. The maid service is okay, but not great. I specifically asked for full service daily and our jacuzzi tub and sink were not cleaned although they were obviously in need, and clear trash was not collected, but the bed was made. The hotel is very dated - not awful, but certainly not newer. In our building, there are 2 floors with drink machines. One machine (as of writing) is sold out of *everything*. The other won't accept money (coin or paper) which is frustrating late at night. The only other option is walking to the front lobby across the lot for drinks to purchase there. Overall, not a bad motel. Safe, mostly clean, well placed to attractions, but certainly could use a facelift in hallways and vending areas. It's nice for a budget choice or for if (like in our case) everywhere is booked.

I've been staying at this hotel several times a year for around 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I had not been here in about 4 years until this weekend. It has always been clean and grounds very well taken care of. They have updated since I was here last and it is now better than ever. I have already made plans to bring my grandchildren back in a few weeks along with a friend and her grandchildren.
