SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola

Surrounding area was questionable! I would not travel here alone with just women. Lots of businesses adjacent that appear to have closed down. Makes the area less safe in my opinion. The motel itself was well lit. Several good restaurants within moments away like Cheddars Scratch Kitchen and MO's Mexican. Our room had a full kitchen, sitting area and 2 TVs. We travel with our 2 medium sized dogs. Due to the vacancies around us - it made for great dog running! Staff was friendly. Good selection for breakfast with waffle station, biscuit and gravy.

They lie about checkout times and then rush you out. They put a paper in the room about checkout times and other rules for the property. The paper stated checkout times was 12 pm. Imagine my surprise when I left the room at around 11:30 to put my luggage into my vehicle then come back to the rooms locked! Went to front desk to get them to open the room to get the rest of my belongings and when i got there a few moments later housekeeping had already put some of my belongings onto their cart to throw out? I asked them to let me back into the room as it wasnt 12 yet and I wanted to make sure I had everything. The cart was blocking the door preventing me from going in and i had to squeeze past it to get the rest of my stuff before check out time. As a result of being rushed out of the room, again before check out I left some of my belongings including a laptop cable. Will never come to this location again

Nice accommodation, is a complete suite. Could use updating, but comfortable. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Facility breakfast disappointing. Coffee was bitter, orange juice tasted like pure concentrate and food was not adequately warmed.

Great service, there was a strong odor in our room, and they quickly moved us into another room. We appreciate how quickly they resolve our issue. the room was spacious and clean, overall we had a great stay

I originally booked one night, when I went down to extend I was charged again after being told it would roll over the incidental fees and was charged twice the man had me crying he was so rude and as I was about to eat breakfast food was being put up after I just paid a second night to extend and charged a second incidentals fee. The guy was very inconsiderate. The most positive thing was the girl at check in was very nice, she deserves to be promoted

Great place to stay. Liked that it was like a small apartment. Great for families. Shower was nice and hot. Good location to get places. The downside to our stay was the breakfast could have improvements. The waffle batter was sour and the coffee came out like mud. The floor of our suite could use a good mopping too.

Even though this place is not up to Best Western quality, it is a nice place to stay. I stayed 3 nights and my room was not serviced during my stay. The room appeared to be very clean with the exception of the bathroom door which had multiple hairs all over the back side of the door. The check-in was good but the girl was really busy. One staff member was very friendly while another didn't seem to have time to be friendly.

My family and I (a family of 5) booked a last minute stay here to enjoy all the things Pensacola had to offer for a quick vacation, and we're very pleased with the room, welcoming staff, cleanliness, and overall a esthetic of the property. If there was anything I would change it would be the breakfast times, I would extend it to 10 instead of 9. However, if that's the only issue or suggestion I had, I will gladly stay there again and again every time we go down to visit.

Rooms were gross! Sticky spots on floor. White stuff on bed frame and bathroom cabinets. Food under edge of bed. Toilet was broken. Called someone to fix it and it was still broken. Reeked of weed. Just a gross experience.

This hotel room was by far one of the best rooms I ever stayed in so clean so spacious it was a studio apartment the bathroom was so spacious then room was squeaky clean all the tools I need dishes paper towel soap this room was better than I expected will definitely always stay here

This hotel is kind of hidden but is a wonderful place to stay. It is one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been in and the staff is exceptional! The overall experience was a 10 out of 10 for me! I highly recommend staying here because it is affordable, clean and the staff are amazing!

Very clean property. The staff was very friendly. We brought out dog and had no issues. The pool was nice, but the shallow end is 3.5', it was too deep for our 7yr niece to play without an adult in pool.

Friendly staff, very nice rooms with plenty of space to unpack suitcases, clean and well kept property. Felt safe in room and parking lot. Hot showers, great hot breakfast that was different each day.

I like the Best Western hotels for their cleanliness and comfortable beds. A delightful hot breakfast was provided in the morning . Only a $ 30+ tax charge for a pet companion was disappointing and unnecessary.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always different each morning. We were there 4 nights and each morning our grandkids loved the waffles. The pool area was always clean as well.

The reviews all seemed to show this as being very clean and in a great location. While the room was clean, it also smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the handle on the shower came off in our hands when we turned it on. Beds were comfortable though and the lady at the front desk could not have been kinder! We were originally placed in a room close by the pool which was smart because we have kids, but we had no plans to swim and the noise from other guests was too much. We requested to move and she did so without hesitation! She was incredibly helpful! I'd love to have her at any hotel we go! As for location, it did not feel safe. We slept with a chair wedged under the door handle.

Sure Stay Hotel is an extension of Best Western venture into possibly extended stay units. This particular set up in Pensacola, FL was nice, an older complex, but Best Western has made the units very nice and functional. Our single unit had king bed, full kitchen(working ice maker), with full size oven, microwave, refrigerator with dishes, flatware, and a table to easily sit for computer work or eating. Bathroom was large with shower/tub and commode separate from vanity area. It is clear these units were apartments we believe at one time for in our unit some changes were made, but did not in any way hinder room amenities or function. Best of all the price for travelers. Not crushing on the wallet.

The bad reviews are completely BS. Great place, great beds and pillows, plenty of room. The full kitchen was good, well lighting outside parking lot. Hot breakfast waffles. Great location with many stores and restaurants. The price was great.

I enjoyed my stay. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast choices that were offered. I definitely recommend this hotel because it offers all the amenities you need especially for a family. It's like a studio apartment. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

I don't know how this hotel got as many good reviews as it has. The smell alone should have made me walk away. But we were tired after 6 hours on the road. Everything is caked in nicotine stains. Cracked walls, no working phone, tv's don't work. Clumps of dust on the ceiling fan. Manager offered to move us, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle of packing back up again. I just want folks to not believe the grand reviews. See for yourself!

This was our second stay at this hotel and enjoyed both times. Kasia was very helpful answered all of our questions throughout our vacation. She also called the room shortly after check in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction - which it was. We were able to borrow extra kitchen items which was super helpful and on our second trip we even brought our dog with us. I really appreciated that the facilities were quiet. Just a nice relaxing time here.

To begin with, The Service here from the Counter is Superb!!.. Mrs.Nyllis and Mr.Miles on the night shift are great!..I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay...With service like this, and from the mentioned names please keep up the good work!.
