"Very good but could be better"

I was here recently for a company event which lasted 3 days. The room was excellent although the view was not - I looked at grass bank. Food was OK, nothing special. The hotle is well appointed. I had the feeling that they really do not have enough staff for such a hotel. The reception was often not manned, the bar also was skimpily manned. We were a group of about thirty people in one room for our meals - which was fine but the service was - how shall I put this - a bit on the basic side. Things were forgotten, wrong drinks brought, etc. One extra person would reduce the staff stress and improve the service a lot. The other thing which was really annoying was the WiFi. This was at first easy to log on to, no problems. But each time the connection was broken - say by leaving the signal range - I had to logon again, using again the name and the password. This is not a great problem but annoying - in these days of WiFi being ubiquitous and eeasy to use, this is not good eneoiugh.
