The bad They don't clean rooms every day. The beds are too soft. Welcome was just okay. Didn't offer bottles of water upon arrival. No hot water or decaf teabags in the evening. Coffee sleeves didn't fit the coffee cups. Weird, right?? Lobby ac doesn't seem to be working that well. Always felt muggy down there compared to second floor where we stayed. Towels were really really scratchy. There always seems to be random people walking around aimlessly outside in parking lot and in the grassy medians. Pool wasn't available during our stay. Super super small shampoo bottles. The good Room smelled good. Shower was clean. Bedding was clean. AC worked well in the room. Room seemed updated. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast is your typical for a place like this -eggs and sausage with pastries etc. Coffee was good but servers didn't keep the coffee pots full proactively. Elevator worked well with no wait. Exercise room looked good. Fairly quiet at night. Full length mirror and bathroom had a great updated lighted mirror. Stayed 3 nights. Would probably look elsewhere for our next trip but it was fine for this time.

Our military ship reunion was held in Mobile this year and we stayed here. The process for checking in our sailors went very well. The accommodations were great with comments from all the crew. The staff was pleasant and worked very well with us. Hiral did a great job making sure our needs were met. I would recommend this hotel for future military reunions.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and had all the amenities. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast in the morning tasted fresh and was hot.

Room was nice with fridge, microwave, and Kcup coffee maker. Staff was friendly and helpful. Owner / manager was really nice. Breakfast was outstanding! Rewards program made 5 nights affordable for us! Entire facility was great!

From the moment I checked in SJ was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in great shape and it's in a great location. Nice cozy, clean quiet rooms and you can't beat the free breakfast. Best Western typically has the best coffee too! Highly recommend.

Our baby spit up on the comforter. My wife cleaned with soap and water in the tub. They keep our $100 deposit. Because they had to wash a comforter. They would of never known if we didn't ask for another blanket.

Desk clerk was indifferent, first room with a king size bed the cable box was missing so she "gave us an upgrade to a king suite". We opened the door and the room was not made up and was filthy. She said there were no king rooms available and saud we would have to settle for a double. So, we left and went down tge road to a Hilton.

This hotel has been nicely remodeled and looks fresh and modern throughout. The updates really add to the comfort and overall experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. You can tell they take pride in providing great service. The front desk personnel were very kind, helpful, and courteous, as was all the staff we interacted with. The room (mobility accessible) was very clean, large, with a large bathroom allowing plenty of room using a walker. The beds were comfortable. Room had individual coffee maker and frig. Breakfast was very good and hot, with the choice of breads/muffins, eggs, meat, waffles, hot and cold cereals, and coffee. The eating area was immaculate, as was the hotel. Plenty of parking and well lit, we felt safe. We stayed twice within a 10 period and will definitely stay every time we travel between home and Florida.

Great experience here. Clean, comfortable, secure , really comfy bed and great hot shower! Reasonable rate, ample well lit parking, including MOTORCYCLES ONLY right up front!! All the amenities! Spent one night while in town for an event. Excellent stay, would recommend clean, quiet and near many things. Lots of lighting and monitored security cameras. Great friendly staff.

A good size room with comfortable bed and good shower. Perhaps a bit dark. Limited options for dining locally within walking distance but would recommend The Half Shell Oyster House which we enjoyed. Good to have free parking and basic breakfast included.

so this is where I stayed. It was pretty much a typical Best Western (I have yet to understand the different nomenclatures). The young woman at the front desk seemed bothered at the fact that a guest had arrived but did warm after a few minutes and check-in went smoothly. The room was pretty standard--clean enough; amenities enough; appointments enough; decent towels, linens, &c; standard issue BW breakfast (some sort of egg product, sausage, frozen biscuits, and a mucilage product called "sausage gravy", yogurt w/ toppings, cold cereal, fruit of some sort, juices; &c.). Basically it is "standard issue" as little as we can do at as much as we can charge and you have your definition of Best Western. They do need to do some serious cleaning around the entrance as well as some landscaping but nothing too egregious.
