The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good - much better than at most motels these days. Quite a few hot selections on the breakfast bar, not just the typical cereal and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again.

Very homey atmosphere with wonderfully friendly staff. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The design of the interior is unique, and the indoor/outdoor pool leaves an impression. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour provided by the staff was a definitive plus

I love this place. It's like no other place I've stayed across Mississippi and Louisiana. The older maintained property has all the amenities including happy hour, free breakfast, indoor outdoor pool, kids pool, gym, racquetball court, and basketball court. All rooms have a mini fridge and the microwaves are located in the hall on each floor with ice and drink machines. It also has truck parking. This was previously a regular Best Western now it's a Sure Stay Pius by Best Western. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. It has an Asian restaurant in the parking lot as well that used to be a Shoney's.

Our family was in town for a family reunion and we were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Staff very friendly, room clean and queen beds comfortable enough. Carpet and sitting chairs clean. Everything in the room worked properly. Bathroom clean with a shower/bath combo. Fridge in room but no microwave. Free continental breakfast was just okay, but there were plenty of eating options nearby and a Walmart. Outdoor pool leads to an indoor pool and there is a 1 ft. kiddie pool, which was nice for a hot weekend. The room was on the pricey side for a Best Western but I'm quite sure that was because it was a weekend. Easy and quick check in and out. We would stay again at SureStay Plus by Best Western if ever back in the area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, hallways, lobby, eating area, pool, stairs, pool, exercise room, office area, parking lot and entrances were neat, clean, orderly. Good decor and color coordinations. Atmosphere was delightful and refreshing. Enjoyed our stay.

No complaints or suggestions. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable with extremely clean common area restrooms. Our room, 210, was nice and included a small refrigerator. There is a nice area to relax which overlooks the indoor/outdoor pool. For a special treat “Happy Hour” is from 5:30-7:00 with complimentary Bud Light, Coca-Cola, and peanuts. The complimentary breakfast is a full one with bacon, eggs, cereal, fruit, biscuits and gravy. Total price, including all taxes and fees for three people is $179. The next door, Sakara is closed on Mondays so we went to La Terraza 1.2 miles away which is very nice.

The owner question me in ways that he should have not and made me feel unwelcome and will not be staying here anymore.

After a horrible experience trying to book a room I emailed SureStay Plus in Grenada, TN directly and received an immediate confirmation. We arrived after driving all day. Checking in was easy and fast, the room was clean, and the ac was working wonderfully. The temperature outside was close to 100 degrees. The only problem was the alarm clock that randomly went off at 2 am but the beds were so comfy we went right back to sleep! The breakfast was delicious and the icing on the cake.

It is a good hotel compared to others in the area with a very reasonable price. They had my reservations available, atmosphere was nice, hotel met my needs. Due to an emergency, I had to leave early and the manager refunded me back without delay. I was pleased with the service.

Spacious and comfortable room, on site laundry. Lovely staff. Best of all we were able to reserve a level 2 charger overnight. It made our whole trip in the Delta possible! Nearby restaurants were great. Centrally located so easy to get to historic sites and the Blues!

Pool was closed even though my booking app didn't say that. My room seemed fairly clean, except for some dirt left in the sink. Otherwise it was good. Just an older hotel that has had lots of renovating, and it shows. I was surprised the peep hole didn't have a cover on it. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Lots of sitting area too. That was nice. I don't walk on the carpet either bare feet. I was scared it was dirty. The curtains didn't close all the way so I had to pin them closed. The bathroom door was very old and looks like dogs have scratched it.

The most horrible stay that I have ever had. At first, we had high expectations because of the large rooms. It had 2 entrances, one to the inner corridor and one to the outside. We spent two nights there. On the first night, someone tried to enter our room at 1 am. Luckily, we had the chain on. I immediately called the front desk, and she already knew. Highly suspicious, since the person had not had time to get in their car, drive around, and talk to staff. This is the thing terror movies are made about. A night staff colluding with criminal, the guests being either robbed, raped, and even murdered. Needless to say, we did not sleep either night, making us extremely tired, and our entire vacation ruined. Because of the terror and fatigue, we were unable to enjoy anything. Also, needless to say, we got absolutely no sympathy from the male staff at the desk. He just said she was a highly valued employee, and it must have been a simple mistake. I am sorry. Does he think we are idiots. The other "guest" did not have time to inform the front desk. So, how did she know??????? Yes, big question. A highly suspicious one that will there allow me to trust that hotel again. And to top off our terror, the am desk offered no compensation. Bad, bad care.

Our family of four truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well organized with beautiful decor. I especially loved the pool are and we can't wait till its open for the season.

I was back home for my Uncle funeral and me and my grandson stayed here and had a very good visit and stay would recommend this hotel to everyone Thank you for a lovely visit and a lovely breakfast and service

Hotel was great. Good service all around. Would have liked the option to change the inputs on the TV to plug a game system given that the TV was capable of it, but otherwise was a great stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Checkin was easy, rooms were sufficient, breakfast experience was great! Dining hall was clean and organized. Hallways were very clean, as well as the outside grounds. Overall, I'll give this location a 9.

Conveniently located very superb service. The staff is amazing! The accommodation is awesome. I would highly recommend this establishment. It's very close to the main highway. Every time I'm in town this is my go-to hotel to stay at. Providing that they have some vacancy. Which sometime is very booked. That alone should tell you how great and establishment this is. But I'm traveling through this area again. I will stay there.

Very Clean and friendly.Staff was fantastic breakfast was good. parking was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice pool and hot tub. The landscape was nice and clean. front desk was organized.

The room was not what I expected it to be. Thankfully I had disposable sheets and pillowcases to put on top of the covers and pillows. Woke up the next day to roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the walls. I was so disgusted. I will never stay here again.

Staff was nice and friendly. I only hated that I had to put a deposit down for an emergency situation, but understand why. I would definitely stay there again because I was safe and was taken care of on every aspect I could be.

Room was nice and clean and kept me cool during the summer heat. The hotel had great security and made me feel safe. Staff was great and very nice. The room was a really great size and overall clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

For $50 less I could stay at M6 with better service. The tv was messed up when I got there and the desk clerk got it to work but the aspect was wrong. He would not leave the smart remote with the tv so I could not connect my laptop. No Thanks I'll stay somewhere else.

Very well maintained overall. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic and we were sure to visit it at least a couple times while we were there. And breakfast was well stocked and organized. The two ladies working that morning were very nice and helpful.

The Overall experience was great. The Breakfast was good, the hospitality was great. The room AC was on point. We had enough towels and my pillows was perfect. Ys I would stay here again. Thank you though the receptionist

I gave it a very good based on the front desk clerk's rudeness, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT. Wonderful clean rooms, Breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was Peaceful..I never give reviews because i think some people be exaggerating. Oh but now i know different.

Never stayed at a Best Western, both my husband and I was pleased with the young lady that checked us in she was warm and friendly. The rooms were beautiful. Excellent stay! Rooms are nice and quiet even have balconies

Other than the fan motor in bath room and air conditioner motor we had a good stay. Happy hour with drinks. Beer and soft drinks. No alcohol and that was a good thin because our stay was church related. The location was good, even to the Civic Center. and coffee all day in the lobby was a God-send.

My family and I came in town for a relative's funeral, and Sharon and the staff there was very nice and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are nice and very clean. I will definitely stay there again when I come in town.

This place is awesome. Not only does it have an indoor outdoor pool. It also has a kids pool, a gym, and half basketball court, and best of all a racquetball court. It has indoor corridor hotel and outdoor motel rooms. The top floor has balconies. Hot and cold free breakfast and a nice lobby. Highly recommend.

Roaches were in the room. Room service comes into your room, leaves the door wide open and steals things. Then the hotel charges you $100 for something that you did not steal (cheap pillow that hurts your neck and a cheap blanket ). I get a call after I check out saying they are charging me $100 for a missing pillow and blanket when there was no missing pillow and blanket. They need to ask the staff that cleaned the room if they stole it or someone walked in there and stole it because staff left our room wide open with our valuables insider. Roaches are everywhere. You go to take a bath and the water is cold. It is not in the best area. Heard gunshots all night. Please do not stay here. I made numerous complaints and none of my complaints were dealt with.

I am originally from the area and knew this was an older hotel. However, it is the only national brand in Greenwood that took pets. Contrary to some other reviews I found my room and the hotel in general to be renovated, up to date, well furnished and clean. It appears to have matured well. It's not in the best of locations, but we had no problems.

Experienced friendly, yet professional customer service. Room very clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations. Great price for the services provided. Inside and out side pools were inviting with a basketball court on site.

This hotel is worth way more than what the room rate is! The entire building including the rooms are spotlessly clean and smell good, including the comforters. The pool is open, staff is friendly, and the room was stocked with several travel items such as a shower cap, shoe cleansing wipes, etc. The breakfast had several entre options that tasted good.

really nice hotel on the edge of town. it has everything that you would need including a really nice pool. reception staff were friendly and room comfortable. we drove into Greenwood town to find a restaurant and there was nowhere open it is a ghost town. we ended up eating Dominos in the car park.

The hotel was amazing the outside didn't do it any justice. It was clean service was amazing. The only thing that didn't like is the manager watched you get your breakfast like you was being monitored and you couldn't take back to your room to enjoy.

My colleague's and I Really enjoyed our weekend with surestay. The breakfast was great and we were able to take a swim, play basketball and workout. I really like that you can swim from the outside pool to the inside pool.

I am old enough to remember this (old Best Western) being one of the nicer hotels in town when I was a kid that gradually diminished and became run down over the years. When I had attend a funeral back home this weekend and searched for a hotel, seeing how highly it was rated, I thought something must've been wrong. Nevertheless the price seemed to match the ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I was thrilled to learn the hotel has been completely renovated. The lobby was extra nice, the rooms were updated with modern decor, but most importantly, everything smelled completely new and clean! I love what they've done with the place! Not exactly the greatest location but definitely a super comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again!

A little tired, but still a good place. Reminiscent of the days when hotels had good furniture, large rooms and open public spaces. Our room had a nice balcony. A good place for the working man. Front desk staff very nice. We could not find an elevator though.

The rooms are big and clean, they have great amenities and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with a variety of options. So all in all a great experience 10/10 recommended.

The Manager is very rude and unprofessional. He price gouges the alumni when they come back for homecoming. The rooms are sub-par and the breakfast tastes like wood! The microwave per floor is located in the hall for EVERYONE to use! Very unsanitary practice.

The staff is excellent and make you feel part of the their family. The hotel rooms have doors at both ends, one to the interior lobby and one directly to the outside [to your parked vehicle]. I highly recommend this property. I saw the indoor pool; WOW, your kids will be more than happy!

Nice revamped hotel, but the pool hours were weird, and I couldn't change the input on the remote. I wanted to get in a late night swim, and even though the pool was indoor, it had already closed for the night. The room was bigger than expected, and I liked that I could access the outside of the hotel from my room.

Charged me for the honeymoon suite (just a normal size hotel room) and didn't didn't offer to change the room when I told them and showed them the booking email. The least they could have done was move our room, but we would have had to pay cancelation fees.

We had a very enjoyable trip. Staff from reception to dining was courteous and friendly. Sharon Carter in reception was extremely helpful, has a great demeanor that went above and beyond other receptions. Sharon has a true willingness to ensure that your stay is memorable and enjoyable and has an extremely great attitude. Hazel in dining was also very kind and friendly very easy to talk with very personable. The rooms were clean, there was ample parking, and they are in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Hotel. I was able to get a good night's rest with no loud noise or disturbances,. My stay was quiet and peaceful. They also had a delicious prepared breakfast each moening. The Chef was very professional and polite, as well as friendly. The receptionists were all professional and courteous.

I enjoyed my stay everything was excellent will most definitely be back. The rooms were clean and spacious. It also had a sitting area if I didn't want to get in the bed. The balcony was nice as well if I wanted to sit outside.

We travelled to Corner Brook for a ski weekend with our extended bubble. The hotel was great- they accommodated rooms close together for us, had time slots to book the pool and the beds were very comfy!

We arrived here in the middle of a snowstorm, with no expectations except that BW is generally a good facility - and this one is exceptionally good. It's charming (great old-fashioned doors, well carpeted, heated, and quiet) and the staff is very helpful. They are serving real breakfast, from bags to go to scrambled eggs and bacon, with coffee always available in the rooms and the comfy lobby. They made extra efforts to prepare our room in the rather emergency circumstances, and we are grateful. Highly recommended.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed at. We got kicked out for no reason. The manager is very racist. I just can't believe this. I don't know what else to say about this place, but it was terrible.

My husband and I went for a family event and I was impressed with the room and service. If staying in the 1st floor the entrance to the room from the outside and inside of the hotel was a plus!! I am staying there when I return.. thank you for a comfortable stay
