Best Western Plus Goulburn

Clean, comfy bed and carpark at front door for ease of packing- as we were traveling through and just there overnight. We have 4x4 with height restrictions to many car parks so loved that this was not an issue at this location.

great place to stay over on the way to Sydney. we are repeat visitors

Staff are friendly, thoughtful and caring. Room is well appointed, clean, with easy parking and close to the CBD. Will definitely be back!

The ground floor was perfect for my children and I, we all enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities we needed in the room. The value was amazing for a last minute booking, booked on the way there and arrived and checked in with no issues. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Close to everything we needed, perfect location for being close to town. All round great vibe, would definitely stay again.

Well-appointed and large room with very comfortable bed / pillows. Bathroom was excellent including shower & bath all the usual shampoos, etc. Coffee / tea making facilities available and free bottles of water a very nice touch. Easy access to town. Breakfast in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

Easy to find. After hours check in was easy. Beds are comfy and the room was quiet and clean. Kids loved the big bath and the little kitchen had everything we needed. It'll be my first choice when passing through again.

I really enjoyed my stay here the room was so spacious, clean and modern. I loved how family friendly it was and we enjoyed our Christmas stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful especially as it was Christmas Day. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 loved the Goulburn fresh air too.

We did an overnight stay at this Best Western and we were very pleased with the property. The check in was very simple with a front desk team member who would b perfect in any five star hotel. Just brilliant and very helpful. The room itself (#127) was brilliant. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well maintained. Overall this was a great place to stay and very recommended.

The Room was great and value for money. I found that the people that work there were so easy to deal with in terms of customer service.

Really nice, clean, super quiet and comfortable space. The bed was the goldilocks of beds - my husband and I slept so well. Nice large bathroom. 2 large TVs for viewing pleasure in the sitting room and bedroom. Comfy chairs. Friendly staff. 10minutes walk to the shops. We had dinner at the Soldiers Club - highly recommend this place too!

Spacious bedroom and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious with a large shower space and adjacent bath. Breakfast was good value for money. The only difficulty experienced was limited parking spaces during full occupancy

2 nights for husband and wife, and 1 night for our adult son, whilst we took part in historic motor race meeting at Pheasant Wood Circuit near Marulan. We regularly stop in Goulburn whilst travelling to and fro motor racing / kart racing event and the Best Western Plus is always our motel of choice. The ease of parking and access is always appreciated as are the large, well furnished rooms.

We have stayed there before & it has always been a pleasure. Rooms are clean & very neat. Reception is extremely friendly & helpful.

The carpark is quite small and cramped. My car was hit and damaged by another car reversing. Also the toilets were not very roomy and disability friendly. Even though it was not a disability room. The door was so narrow that a walker was unable to be used for stability. The rest was great.

Always enjoy our stay at Best Western Goulburn. We like the fact we can charge our Tesla. It's a comfortable walk into town for dinner.

Excellent customer service and I was lucky with special rate on Friday. I enjoyed on my stay big room, microwave, heater in the shower and modern design plus 2 bottles of water no charge.

Booking direct is the way to go - the staff are so helpful and happy to put in the time and effort it takes to cater to outside the square requests. Our hopes for "jig-saw puzzle" bookings were more than satisfied, without any stress (for us), even though it was last-minute. We felt very welcomed AND the rooms are beautiful, warm, clean, smell lovely, best beds, great facilities and have all the trimmings - it's a no-brainer. Thank you ladies.

For a family of 5 the room was more then adequate and we didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. The only issue was hearing the other guests going up and down the stairs.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at Best Western Goulburn. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed a long soak in the beautiful bath. The kitchen facilities were very handy and the beds and bedding very comfortable.

We often stay at Goulburn on our way between Sydney and Melbourne. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Excellent beds and large rooms and bathrooms. Arrived late on a freezing cold night to find the heater on and the room lovely and warm. Much appreciated.

Receptionist was welcoming,helpful and offered great advice about local information. The room was clean,larger than I'd imagined and it felt more like home than just another motel room.

We have booked our staff to stay at Best Western Goulburn a lot of times over the last couple of years and our staff really enjoy staying here. The accommodation is always great and reception is always great to deal with as well. We look forward to staying again when we have work in the area.

When I'm travelling for work, I always try to stay here. The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The property is also quiet, and you can eat at the restaurant. Book a room that is one level. Negotiating the steep stairs to get to the downstairs bathroom can be a pain.

Lovely room with every amenity. Very comfortable bed, super quiet room. Easy to find and close to the freeway. Friendly and helpful in reception. Good TV and internet reception. Shower excellent with great hot water. Will always stay here now.

This is one of our favourite places to stay. So much room - so comfortable. We love our family stay here. We love this town and this is by far the best place we have stayed. We have been coming here for that past 15 years. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming.

We had a trip driving up interstate with my kid. Choose this hotel as a stop over, it turns out to be one of the best decisions! Spotless room, and super comfortable bed, great staff (David), very happy! I'll book with them directly next time for sure!

Great place for a stopover, the room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. There was an odour coming from the drain in the bathroom but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some air freshener. It was an easy drive into town for dinner and checkout in the morning was seamless. I would recommend for the weary traveller or business trip.

Friendly and excellent service by Debbie at the reception! The rooms were clean and so spacious that you can fit four. They have appliances such as iron, microwave, convention ovens, dishwasher, medium sized fridge, minibar, cutleries. The hair and body washes smelled great too!

Having stayed across different hotels in Goulburn, I found this place to be the best with the amenities and in the way, the hotel rooms are set up, enjoyed my stay here. Looking forward to the next one. The hotel is closer to the CBD has a very fine restaurant attached to it

Welcoming reception and no fuss service. They even gave us some fresh milk to have a 13 coffee in the room. And added bonus was the provision of a free EV charger. This really takes away the worry when travelling long distance. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Visited this town a few times on the Melb to Gold coast drive. But first time to stay here. Nice surprise. Clean, great pillows and roomy. Good option for a feed for breakfast as well if you don't want to wander down into town. Definitely book in here if in Goulburn! We will be back again! JC

Ours was a very pleasurable stay. Although this is not a super modern facility it has been very well build with first class materials and fitting all of which have been very well maintained. Communications were great and our room was clean and well presented

Room (Superior Room | Apartment - 2 Queen Beds) exceeded expectations. Great for mobility impaired people with plenty of room and better chairs than most places. 2x queen beds were super comfy, shower had both options to suit everyone's likes, mini bar if you need or fridge/cooking ability. Had the wow factor for sure and definitely value for money. Staff were delightful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was such a big room, with all you need to stay comfortably for a few days (and more!) So quiet, and well located not too far from the shops. Internet was fast. Room was very clean. The bath was huge, and so relaxing after a long drive. We will definitely stay again.

Had planed to stay at the hotel in 3 rooms but was offered a great house just around the corner. 3 bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. It was brilliant. Suited us great. House was very clean and well presented. If you have a few extra people would recommend talking with the hotel staff

The room was very spacious for family of 5 and nice and clean. We had a kitchenette in our room too which was very handy. Kids loved the games on the tv. It was a nice relaxing stopover for us. There is also an onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast, you may need to confirm prior whether the restaurant is open for dinner. Otherwise highly recommend.

Rooms are very large and clean, bed was comfy, the bathroom was also large and had a magnified shaving mirror. There is a restaurant and a cafe for breakfast although we didn't try and unfortunately we didn't see the email about happy hour at around 5 pm.

Room was very clean. But as how screen around shower over bath a lot of water went onto bathroom floor. Sheets, towels clean. The staff member at reception extremely very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Bed was comfortable room was cool without having to turn A/C on

We stayed in the apartment with the king bed & 4 single beds. Rooms were spacious with plenty of cupboard space in the bedroom upstairs. Pillows & beds were very comfortable. Nice & quite. All staff we encountered were lovely. Will stay again.

There was quite a long line to check-in but the receptionist handled everything so well and politely! Beds were super comfy! We always stay here on our way from Melbourne to Forster and it's just a great central location for our one night stay.

Very enjoyable stay at Best Western Plus Goulburn. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, clean and modern with full marble tiled floor and walls. There was a shower as well as a bath, and I was really looking forward to a relaxing bath after a full day of driving. I slept well in a comfortable king size bed . The microwave and sink were very handy as well. I will definitely stay again.

Great classy high end room, courteous helpful staff. Blockout blinds allow a great nights sleep. Nice to be looked after and great to be a member of this group of hotels. Reception is open until late if you are on the road travelling so no stress to check in late.

This place always exceeds my expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds......... I stay here whenever I am in Goulburn. I've tried most places & this one tops the lot.. I'm disappointed when I miss a night here as most places do not have as much to offer .

We have stayed here before, and will stay here again, should we be in the area and looking for a room, it is comfortable, and clean. The meals are on site and a fair price. There is a laundry on site, so good to get that washing done if you are on a longer trip, there is a bar, and licenced restaurant - and meals can be sent to your room if you prefer.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Full kitchen and a private courtyard. Ordered dinner, Pizza and garlic bread from their kitchen, and it was one of the best we've had. We will definitely stay again next time in Goulburn. Checkin staff very friendly and informative.

Plenty of room in this super clean and comfortable room, on the ground floor, for my husband and I. A very comfy King size bed, arm chairs and table, desk, microwave and sink and a large bathroom with a bath. We had a lovely breakfast in their restaurant…..I had eggs Benedict and smoked salmon and my husband had eggs on toast. We've stayed here before and will again.

Pillows were great fluffy and squishy. Bed excellent and warm and very comfortable for myself and husband who has a back issue. Bathroom was an amazing size with a massive shower. The towels were of excellent quality. The staff that I dealt with were very knowledgeable.

We were exceptionally pleased with our stay from the rooms, staff and restaurant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of Motels over the years but Best Western Plus at Goulburn is our favourite by far. We will certainly refer this motel to family and friends.

King spa room, excellent, room to move, great armchairs to watch tv. Quiet surroundings, no road noise. Will stay again when next passing through Goulburn. Walked to city centre. Counted five EV chargers. Used chargers to top my Tesla from twenty percent to one hundred.

As soon as you walk in the room, it's quite impressive, all very neat and tidy with plenty of area for motorcycle paniers and clothing. The ensuite is heated and again very roomy. The kitchenette has all the bells and whistles with longlife and fresh milk supplied, Another relaxed stay at Goulburn.

Our 2 bedroom room had kitchen/bathroom/lounge/balcony at entry level (which was first floor), with stairs up to two separate bedrooms. All rooms were generously sized and very clean with crisp bed linen. Welcoming staff at desk on arrival and departure. Is located in the north, but it turned out to be walkable when there was not an uber or taxi to be found (it was a very busy weekend in town). Our room felt like it hadn't been used in a while, but we were very comfortable thanks.

After a long day in the car, the room was a welcome relief. Fantastic for a family of 5. King bed downstairs and the 4 singles upstairs made for a great night sleep. Staff were great and accommodated our needs. Just found our ‘go to' when heading to sydney

We had a king superior that was very spacious and clean and comfortable to relax in after a long drive. The staff were great to deal with and accommodating to all our requests. Had a very filling meal in Cascades restaurant and we will return again when in the area.

Another weekend at Best Western in Goulburn. Our usual family suite, two bedrooms with a small living space. The beds were marvellous, linen perfect white and clean. Pillows were just great with a selection on the beds. Kitchenette had the basics and bathrooms had decent quality toiletries and fluffy white towels. Lovely staff etc and amenities. We just can't go past this place. Middle of winter 0 degrees but the rooms have lovely heating too.

This was our second time staying there and it was once again a great experience. The most important- it fits our family of six very comfortably. Great value, had everything we needed. Looks great, clean and fresh and kids just love the loft bedroom!

Very impressed with the whole set up and kitchen area. Bathroom was Beautiful. Room was inviting and warm on arrival. The couch and footstool were very well received after a day of travelling. The beds were clean and fresh smelling. I don't think we were wanting for anything.

We stayed in a family room with 5 adults and there was plenty of room, good chairs, huge TV, very well stocked kitchen (even a sandwhich maker and plenty of crockery etc), big bath and bathroom, plenty of storage and room to move, easy 2min drive to town, quiet, comfrotable, warm. Stayed in room 115 with fabulous disability shower - the best. Great air con, bed comfy, loved the wing back leather arm chairs, breakfast Monday morning was great. Nice that we when we asked for ice on check in we were given a bowl - but disappointing there was no jug or bottle for us to fill to put in fridge for cold water. Will return.

Excellent room as usual. Heating turned on for us, so we arrived to a cosy room. Rooms are well prepared and spotlessly clean. We have an overnight on the way up and back when we are heading north. One of the best motels on the road. We would highly recommend this motel for travellers.

When on business trips in Goulburn, I always Stay at the Best Western, it feels like home. Warm, comfy, clean environment with exceptionally friendly staff. Beautiful bath and shower with great pressure and very comfy beds. Highly recommend. Food and wine is excellent.

We stay at the Best Western in Goulburn about 4 times a year. It's our absolute favourite place to stay in Goulburn, so much so that if it's booked out, we try to come another weekend rather than staying elsewhere. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We love the huge baths in the bathroom and the rooms with multiple bedrooms are perfect for families. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

Staff were helpful and friendly from the first phone call 8 hours away. Nothing was too hard. Accommodation was excellent with great facilities. Dinner at restaurant was pleasant and prices were AOK. Amazing frost on the car when we woke up in the morning. Had a 4kw charger for EV as a bonus

First time staying there, and was recommended by others . We were running late for check in and they rang to see where we were and stayed on to wait for us. Awesome room and facilities. Staff were excellent. Food was great! and excellent happy hour pricing!

Nothing too hard for them. Asked to be further away from the laundry - no problem, changed my room straightaway. Really comfortable bed - don't usually sleep well in motels when away from home, but here I slept like a baby. Dinner and breakfast fantastic - good range of choices and delicious. Friendly staff. Been coming here for years. May not be the cheapest in town, but by far the best!!!

Everything was amazing!! From the ease of checking in to the quality of our rooms. The kids had so much space and have asked if we can stay again. Everyone had a very comfortable sleep. We will definitely stay again next time we pass through Goulburn. You won't be disappointed booking here.

Personal touch was amazing as staff asked about our anticipated check in time and when we arrived our room was warm and cosy because they had turned the heater on in advance of our arrival. Room was extremely spacious, clean, fabulous bed and fluffy pillows. Definitely the motel to stay when visiting Goulburn.

Huge room, huge bathroom very clean. Would recommend staying there if travelling. David very helpful and friendly. We rang and spoke to David between Sydney and Goulburn to book the room phone started to dropp out but he caught my name and said he would hold it till we got there.

Great place for families travelling for sport! Goulburn was freezing but the room was so warm, very clean and comfortable beds! dinner and breakfast great, and free Tapas during happy hour at the restaurant was a nice touch - staff all super friendly and helpful!!

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable place to stop after a long day of travel. Great amenities for a large family with separate living space for the kids, large bathroom and simple kitchenette facilities.

Stayed at the Best Western in Goulburn for an overnight stay the room was nice and clean good night sleep was had on the king size bed.Food from the restaurant was top notch.staff were so friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Even had a happy hour

We had two nights in room 511, a ground floor room. Beds were comfortable, pillows also comfortable and all were clean. This room has an oven, a two burner stove top, mircrowave, toaster and kettle. There was a proper sized fridge & freezer. It is more than what you'd expect from a motel room, you could cook meals instead of eating out. Toilet and shower was clean. This motel is on a busy four lane highway but you'd never know it - they must have double or triple glazing glass for the windows. We noticed no traffic noise at all when sleeping, you can only hear it if you open the back sliding door and go out into the little private courtyard. The reception staff were polite.

Very comfortable stay. This is our second stay at Best Western Plus Goulburn and we can't fault it and very much appreciate the ammenities such as the full kitchen. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable and spacious. We will definitely stay again.

Once again, Best Western Plus Goulburn have given us a great night in. ‘Do yourself a favour' and try the Pork in Hoi Sun Sauce when you're next in town. Streaming to the TV was too tricky so luckily we had a laptop and HDMI to watch a movie connected ‘Old School'

We arrived after midnight and the after hours check in process was easy to follow and well explained. The room was clean and great for our needs with a kings size bed and four singles. Perfect stop on our way south on the Hume highway. We would definitely recommend.

I made a quick last minute stop travelling through to the coast , Great shower, friendly staff . Had an issue but it was dealt with quickly. A little noisy with a cart or similar being pushed around outside just after 7 but otherwise very quiet . I would stay again

Perfect stop over point. We stayed both on the way north and heading back down south. The staff are fabulous and very helpful. The kids loved there room and beds and enjoyed the space and cleanliness. I couldn't recommend it any more heartily. We will stay there again for sure.

Very comfortable, tidy modern rooms. All areas of the room very clean. Reception staff very friendly. Travelled with three children and booked a family suite. The children had a separate sleeping space away from parents. The layout of the suite is very well designed for families.

i was urged by the management to give this place another go - which i did on a rcent trip to sydney... well not much has changed... our room was smelly and dirty. sorry but my advice is to look to others...

Good room, nice staff, decent value for money after offered discount over the phone. Bathroom and shower superb! Like a middle eastern hotel. Was surprised by the quality of tiling there. I take note of those things! Noisy air con in our room though.

Clean and spacious room. Beds very comfortable. Loved the kitchette with larger fridge and cooktop. Desk was perfect to do some computer work. We did hear thumping from upstairs room and loud water noises. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

So clean and comfortable, loved the courtyard that our room had as well. Very comfy beds and the block out curtains made the room so dark that we were able to sleep in after a long drive. Loved the option of the Room service breakfast as well.

The room was very large with table and chairs and leather chair with footrest there was a microwave which was handy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and shower was good. Parking for car at front of room. There is a restaurant although we did not eat there.

Nice quiet location with a really nice room and awesome bathroom with a spa bath. Easy parking and close to everything you need. If you get food from Ban Thai you will not be disapointed!! It has an awesome Massaman curry.

Professional and pay attention to the details. Easy to access the parking. That's important for travelers. Room stay warm during the winter, don't even need heater on. The room was amazing and spacious. Unfortunately our spa stopped working, but that was no one's fault. It was a little pricey but with a family of 4 was ok. I loved the two bathrooms and fact it had Free Tesla Chargers.

A comfortable bed, with the basic amenities at hand. We did want dinner on the Sunday evening, but the restaurant was NOT open. We had chairs we could sit on, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The pillows were good, mattress was firm enough without being too hard. the airconditioner worked quietly, and we would be happy to stay again if we are even in the area in the future.

The rooms and bathroom were impressively clean and comfortable. Large lounge room, bathroom with spa, and toilet downstairs. Upstairs was a very roomy bedroom and wardrobe. There was a steep staircase to upstairs which may be an issue for some people. A comprehensive breakfast was available and the Big Breakfast was all freshly cooked and quite good value.

Great p[lace to stay, would get anyone to stay here as it is a true 5-star experience. Food is great staff very friendly. fellow travelers are also happy. local staff from my work go there for meetings and out for tea .

We always stay here however I think it's due for a refurbishment as the rooms are outdated. No mini bar, some of the furniture does not need to be in there, toilet difficult to use as there is minimal clearance from door to where you are sitting. Perhaps place pictures on the wall to showcase the beautiful historical area instead of some of those irrelevant paintings

The room was one of the best family rooms we have stayed in. There was a full kitchen, huge upstairs area with king single beds for the kids and a nice king bed with mini lounge for us. The staff were wonderful and we had an awesome dinner at the restaurant. We will definitely be staying again

Beautiful recently renovated extra large rooms catering for big families (2 adults & 4 kids). Although renovations/building works are still underway the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities are exceptional. This is our 3rd stay at this motel travelling for sport so to have access to a laundry is prefect. Will definitely stay again.

The room had a Noisy heater which kept us awake most of the night and struggled to heat the room as outside was below zero . No Electric blanket , No spare Blanket , No shower cap . suppose to be a King Superior Unit and cost $169 for 2 adults . Manager apologised by email but it was a horrible experience .

This was a last-minute stop on our way back from Melbourne. The room was modern and big with lots of space for the 4 of us. All the staff were helpful and friendly the restaurant's food was delicious. Would stay again.

Everything was great. Staff very accommodating. Room comfortable and clean. Our only problem was having the bathroom downstairs from the bedroom which was unavoidable. Restaurant food was fantastic and we only had a short wait before it was served.

It would've been helpful to have a toilet in the same floor as the bed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was amazing but would have lived a toilet upstairs as negotiating those stairs during the night were an issue.

Good location close to everything, TV system is a bit idiosyncratic and time consuming to set up, a more user friendly system would be helpful to access all the movies etc etc. I have not encounted a system like the one in my room at other similar hotel/motels.

We had a really great night here. Everything was clean. Bathroom was beautiful and toiletries provided were lovely. We all loved the fabulous bath. The split-level apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids were very excited that they had their own big room to share and we liked having a seperate space too. We look forward to our next stay.

After driving all day I was looking forward to the spa bath. When I opened the door and saw that leather seats, upstairs bedroom, 2 large smart tvs, I thought I was in heaven! I am only sorry that I'm here for only one night.

Room was large, clean, quiet and bed very comfortable. Cascades restaurant was unfortunately closed for renovations, but we look forward to trying it on a future visit. 3 Tesla chargers plus at least one other EV charging plug we noticed was also great to see.

I called up during a busy period of school holidays. I was driving back from Melbourne and wanted to overnight in Goulburn. Also had an Electric Vehicle and wanted to charge it. Best Western had one room left, and they were able to fit me in with all my requirements. I will call these guys again on my next trip.

Huge room and courtyard.. Great to walk into a spacious place after a day on the road and just relax..... The deep bath helped with this and the comfy bed.. The staff were very helpful even though we came in quite late

We booked this hotel at the last minute on our travel home. It was great to be able to book directly and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were very well appointed and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff were helpful at all times and we were greeted with a warm hello I would go back to Goulburn just to have a weekend to enjoy the comfort of the room, spa and fluffy pillows! This motel has always been good and it just keeps getting better,Vicki and Wayne took it over many years ago and have turned it, (in my humble opinion)into one of the best motels in Australia.I stayed often before I retired and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great hotel for a stop over and for a longer term stay if looking to explore the Goulburn area. Prompt check in. Good sized rooms and well appointed. Pillows & Bed were fantastic after a day driving. Easy to get into and out of but no traffic noise from the road.

We stayed for one night as a stopover in a long trip. The room had to large double beds, a modern bathroom and a small kitchen. Everything was clean and presented well. The kids loved the bath and all slept well as the beds were comfortable. Our only negative would be that the air conditioning unit was quite loud. We would definitely recommend this motel and will stay again next time we are in the area.

First impression is that the rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfy. Location wise the Best Western is an easy, flat, 10 minute walk into town which was perfect to stretch the legs after a long drive.

Stop over night on our family Xmas pilgrimage was made very comfortable with comfy beds, ample space in the room (Queen Studio) for two adults and two kids and a delicious late dinner in the attached restaurant (Cascades). Super friendly staff topped off our visit.

The room is clean and fully equipped including the kitchen. We liked the TV as it has chromecast and we can stream from our phone and cast it. Our room was on the ground floor and parking was accessible. Checking in and out was also quick and easy. Will come back again.

Best Western Goulburn is a great place to stay. All the rooms are clean and tidy and well appointed. Service as always is excellent and the restaurant is great. The food is delicious and the muesli in the morning is awesome.

My large room was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Everything worked as it should. The bed was especially comfortable. Service was good. Dinner in the restaurant was of a high standard. I could park very close to my room. The motel is not far from the CBD.

The rooms are always very comfortable and Clean, this is always my preferred motel in Goulburn. Smart TV, dishwasher, air conditioner office station and both bath and seperate shower are all standard in my room. I will certainly stay here when I need accommodation in Goulburn again.

5brm house was perfect for our family needs the beds were so comfortable as was the couch, it was very clean and a lovely large home with everything included for a wonderful stay. Mum had the best sleep all holiday in the super comfortable king bed

Firstly I have to commend the helpful, friendly staff. We arrived to find we had a room with stairs (which we find hard to manage now) but were quickly transferred to another room which was everything you could wish for. We only stayed overnight but with all the facilities (oven, fridge, microwave etc) you would be comfortable staying for a lot longer. It was quiet, very comfy bed, good shower and extremely clean. We were also assisted in the parking of our small trailer - really nothing seemed too much trouble. Also enjoyed a lovely meal in their onsite restaurant, Cascades

We only stayed one night, one night too many. The room smelt so bad how could anybody sleep. The room smelt of smoke. The guy staying in the room next door just stood at his door and smoked cigarettes all the time. Bathrooms need upgrading, cost of the room was not cheap at all Rate was $190.00 for the night

Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Goulburn. Convenient, quiet and clean. Loved having a restaurant onsite so we didn't have to go anywhere after our day at the races. Plenty of space and heaps in the way of amenities!

Was a very last minute trip called and was able to book for our family of 5. Very helpful as always. We definitely will continue to stay here. Great stop on our family road trip from the Gold Coast back to Melbourne. Large room with two king size beds, a small kitchenette and sofa. Plenty of room to accommodate our family of 4 for the night. The extremely trustworthy and helpful staff contacted us regarding our sons Fitbit which he left behind in the room and promptly sent it to us in the post.

Home away from home. One night stopover on our way to Canberra. Very peaceful location. Clean and spacious home. Only issue was the hot water ran low at night when attempting to take a shower for some reason. It might be due to the hot water tank running low from previous guests as we certainly did not use much hot water after we arrived. Left this feedback with reception when checking out. Apart from that the home was perfect for our needs.

Great amenities, parking was outdoor so no issue for our tall vehicle. Very clean and spacious, and our room had a nice view of the war memorial monument on the hill. We booked the 2 bedroom which was up a set of internal stairs, then it was split level within the apartment. Stairs quite steep but all in all was a lovely stay, very quiet.

I was traveling from Newcastle to Canberra and needed to stay in Goulburn for business, The road was taxing due to the heavy rain. I thought of the best Western and so i phone them for a room., They are always friendly and accommodated my wishes for a downstairs room, due to me carting my work gear laptop, printer etc etc. The lovely feeling of being in a warm clean room was great after the long rainy trip. The lunge was comfortable and they always have a small desk set up at the windows to work on.

A exceptionally presented room. It was spotless, spacious and having 2 levels created a great space for the kids to unwind answell as the adults. The marble bathroom with waterfall tap was a hit! The beds were super comfortable made to perfection with plenty of towels, and extras! We usualy stay at resorts but needed a one night break and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of our room. Would stay again!

Loved our stay. We had a 2 storey spacious 2br apartment for a couple and adult son. And the same price as some of the lamest motor inns where we were jammed in together at locations on our long drive to the Snowy Mountains. We got a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and full fridge a modern bathroom and cloudy comfy beds. A smart TV, free wifi, and a full restaurant. The staff are lovely and there early and late. We stayed in a larger room and were very comfortable. There was plenty of space and the kitchenette was well equipped. The extra space makes it easy for people with mobility issues to stay there. The signage is easy to miss so we had to go around the block but that is a minor inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was very good.

Great room, tidy and clean. The bath was a great bonus! We loved our visit. Even with two queen beds, the room was still huge. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The small courtyard would be great for the warmer weather. We will be back!

Best Western Goulburn staff received us with a smile and very helpful, friendly manner. We got in late on a stormy evening and were welcomed into the restaurant with extra effort taken to meet dietary requirements. I have stayed at this motel previously a couple of times over thirty odd years. So returned for a night on trip back from Melbourne, Although we had one of the older rooms still comfortable. Meal in restaurant well above expectations. Not often that you can get Gluten Free Fish and Chips! Staff very friendly and welcoming.

My family had a one night stay here, upon arriving the staff were more than welcoming and helpful with advise on places of interest. rooms were neat and tidy, beds very comfortable. we ate at the restaurant which was the best part of our stay. staff were lovely and the food was great. we have no negative comments to add for this place.

Been staying here for year, its our choice hotel when we visit Goulburn to use Wakefield Park and Pheasants Wood race tracks. Always friendly check-in staff. Rooms are huge and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are generous, some even have baths or a spa! Double glazed windows means you dont need to use the heating the whole time, even in below 10 degree temps. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers and rarely hear any noise from outside or other guests.

We stayed in room 505 which I think may have been in the new block. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and service at reception was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were lovely and comfy. Excellent value and we would definitely come again.

The room had plenty of heating, a must in Goulburn in winter. Comfortable bed and massive shower and beautifully decorated. Very quiet and would highly recommend. Within walking distance of restaurants.

As usual the best motel on our annual migration to QLD great room very well equipped, microwave, toaster all the usual. Makes it so much easier at breakfast for us with food allergies. The king size bed is as good if not better than the one at home

Very professional service and polite and helpful room was very clean staff helpful offered options for dining as thirs was closed due to covid convenient to shopping area to pick up essentials we left a phone charger in the room and to get that sent back was to be a very difficult exercise for the staff so we decided to just let it go and buy a new one Thank you

Was expecting a typical room with a Bed, and Table and 1 Chair. Never stayed at a PLUS Before. Room was excellent, very clean, well equipped, modern. Everything in the room was first class, and the staff we approachable and helpful. Much more than I expected. Well done all round. For a country town this motel totally exceeded my expectations, and I regularly stay at Major City Hotels around the country.

Very comfortable, spacious, quiet, friendly and has a restaurant that delivers to your door! Highly recommend the 2 bedroom king room, with sofa bed in lounge if required, bedrooms are up stairs (very safe) and the lounge room, on the lower level, is huge! The only draw back with this room is there is only 1 toilet and its down stairs, so cross your legs!

The room was comfortable, warm, and very spacious and clean. I had the king loft room where the living areas were downstairs and the king bed and wardrobe and a lounge and large TV were upstairs. Downstairs had a TV, bathroom with shower and spa, small bar with sink and tea and coffee and fridge. There was also a table for eating and table and chair for office work. All round everything you would need.

Great motel to stay at when on the road. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a great bathroom and kitchenette, plus a little courtyard. The heating was a little hot but easy to turn off and also great for anyone who doesn't like the winter cold. The reception stayed open late for us and were very accommodating as well.

Hairs wrapped around bath jets, heater didn't work properly so kept having to move downstairs in front of the one that did to get warm as it was 4 degrees. Bedding/spare bedding not clean and the food is too expensive to bother. Only nice part was the staff, they were lovely.

The Best Western is a beautiful spot to stay when visiting Goulburn. The room service was so quick, and soooo tasty, followed by a spa....I slept like a log! I HIGHLY recommend you stay there too! The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable too.

The Queen Apartment was clean, spacious and with all the required amenities. Enjoyed my stay with the family. My Family enjoyed a lot as the room was warm and the kitchen was clean with all the utensils needed.

The new wing is a significant surprise in comfort and amenities, the host team were very professional and friendly. Our room access was protected from the elements and vehicle noise via an air conditioned foyer.

Wow!!! What an amazing room. I travel around the state and this is one of the nicest there is. Service, room service all excellent. Easy parking, convent location into town centre and the bathroom in the king suite is so luxurious. 10/10 ....

The hotel room was huge and clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable too. Having full kitchen facilities was a life saver travelling with kids. We'll be back the next time we're in Goulburn.

Great pace to stay in Goulburn ^ would defibately stay ther again. Rooms were spacious with king beds & large bathroom area and very deep bath. Good space in shower area & in the room we staued had office desk & chair. All very good.

A work trip that was like most others, arrive and book in, to my surprise the staff were very welcoming and they gave a real sense of personal service. Facilities were excellent and extremely comfortable. Definitely worth another stay next time I'm in town.

We booked this from the Hotel Website and we booked a Spa room as we do enjoy a few Luxuries . At check in we were greeted by the very Friendly receptionist . She informed us that we had been given an upgrade . We thanked her while she proceeded with the Check in . I casually asked if the Up grade included a Spa . We were informed that it did not but the Room would be Bigger . I told her that we would like a Spa that we had Booked . It took a few minutes but eventually we received the Keys to our Room. The Room we booked was a King Loft Room with Spa . On entering our room , there was a small Lounge Room with a good size Flat Screen TV . 2 Arm Chairs , an Ottoman and a Work Desk. Stairs leading up to the Bedroom . A sink , Microwave and 2 Fridges . The Larger Fridge contained an Automated Mini Bar . This works so that if you remove any thing from the Fridge you are Automatically Charged to your Credit Card . There is a Sign inside to this effect . The 2 nd Fridge contain Milk and an Ice Maker . There was a Sliding Glass Door to the Bathroom . The Spa was a Small 3 corner Spa . A bench with a Washbasin . And a Toilet with soft Closing Seat & Lid . The Bathroom did Feel Cramped and the Lounge was also quite Compact . Upstairs there was a bit more room to Move . The King Bed was comfortable . The Smart TV took a bit of understanding how to use it as there was no Compendium in the Room . Also , although they had an onsite Bar & Restaurant there was nothing in the Room to indicate that you could order Room Service or Breakfast . or even a Menu . We felt there was no welcoming features available and Guest are left to work things out for them selves . It could be so much better with a few changes and having Guest information in the Room is vital but this seems to have been overlooked .

We had great service for breakfast in the restaurant and room service for dinner. Minestrone soup was delicious and breakfast was appetising.and well presented. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed a movie on the TV.

A great sized family room. We were very comfortable, the pillows are amazing! We were travelling with a trailer & staff helped find a place to park it onsite which was wonderful. Room service dinner was delicious & there were plenty of options. We will definitely stay again when in Goulburn.

We always stay at this motel when we are in Goulburn. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are a good size and are very clean. The motel is less than a kilometre from the main street. This motel has expanded over the years but hasn't lost the personal touch. I highly recommend this motel

We need a 2 bedroom apartment and the motel was able to accommodate us at a quite reasonable price. The rooms were modern, clean & spacious with all the necessary amenities supplied. The beds are super comfy and the showers were modern a delight. Our rooms were at the back of the motel so noise was not an issue. The café for breakfast was brilliant and who can't go a bacon & egg roll for $7 or a big country breakfast for $18

This no-nonsense room was comfortable and clean with easy checkin and checkout processes. Staff were helpful on the phone and also helped with our Stay NSW vouchers. We travelled late at night from Sydney to Goulburn and left early in the morning to go to work in Canberra and didn't have a single problem.

Went to Goulburn stayed at Best Western Plus. On arrival hotel staff very friendly and helpful Could not have been better. Our room was excellent . Breakfast was great. Also had diner at the hotel restaurant which was very good. Will definitely stay there next time.

We stayed for one night, suited our needs, everything we needed to cook a family meal and stay indoors as whether wasn't nice, check in was fast, staff were friendly, everybody said hello including the cleaners and the builders of their renovations

The room exceeded our expectations. Lots of space. Separate area up stairs with the single beds that would be great for kids. Room was perfect temp all night. No noise from other people staying or from the road. Felt very secure during the night too.

Best Western Plus in Goulburn is our regular stopover en route to Sydney. Rooms are welcoming, clean and quiet. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Cascades Restaurant now has a sunny terrace-style area which is really lovely for an early evening dinner.

Great motel with large room and comfortable bed. Huge bathroom and great water pressure. Quiet room, very clean, and ample parking. Staff were pleasant and helpful. On-site restaurant with a good breakfast menu. Bacon and egg roll was delicious and value at $7.00. Would definitely recommend staying here.

BRILLIANT!! Welcoming staff, Excellent service, Immaculate rooms with room service or restaurant dining and a good variety on the menu. Fairly close to the centre of town with plenty of off street parking.

Awful experience. Extremely poor communication. Very unwelcoming. Extremely poor customer service. Emma was rude and arrogant. When I escalated to Vickie the General Manager, Vickie was not open to listening and had preconceived ideas and wrong facts. Vickie also had the same rude and arrogant attitude to offer cancelation rather than listening to and resolving what took place. I would have absolutely cancelled and not stayed if I had another choice being a last minute reservation. Also the property is not nearly as new and clean as shown in the pictures. Since the staff could not care about providing decent service, answering this review would be only because their ratings would be impacted not because they care. Even at check out, I handed the keys back to Vickie, there was not even the common courtesy of asking how our stay was demonstrating the same zero care factor.

As a family we travel alot and have stayed in may different place. We had a family room that was amazing. The kids were upstairs in their own space and loved it. I was very comfortable, spacious and we will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and serviced daily which was fantastic. Some of the furniture a bit dated but it appears they may be going through renovations as parts of the bathroom were modern and updated. The air condition in our room wasn't working properly, and blew back warm & stuffy air. However we could open the windows & let fresh air in. Staff were professional & friendly. The dining area modern & fresh and food was great too. They advertised happy hour with $5 drinks and free canopies but this is only for wine and beer and not spirits. That wasn't specified in the advert, so don't get caught out. Altogether our stay was comfortable, if it hadn't been for the air-conditioning problem I would've rated it higher.

Close to town we could walk and leave the car. Friendly helpful staff. We didn't get time to use the restaurant but would have loved to. Maybe next time. Beds were super co.fortable and pillows were the best ever than any other motel we have stayed at..

The reception lady was very friendly, happy and helpful, even with my late arrival from a busy and hectic day of travelling. The service was exceptional and the room was very clean, tidy & quiet. There is always room for me to park my trailer out the back instead of on the street.

Good facilities and no complaints really. Only thing that could be improved is the gravel in the carpark. Makes a bit of noise when cars are coming and going. But the rooms have pretty good soundproofing so its not a deal breaker

Just out of town but in a quite lovely area. Had the best night sleep I've had in a long time. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the rooms were lovely and spacious. Both bedrooms had a television and a writing desk and chair. Will be staying here again.

The Motel was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was good size, bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette had everything you needed. The bathroom was very clean with both huge bath and shower. The restaurant had amazing food at good prices and again staff were very helpful and friendly. Needed a night away from all the craziness at home. Not wanting to go too far away ,Goulburn was the winner. Less than a 2hr drive .We stopped at the war museum before checking in. Alot of history to take in. Checked in at 2pm . A lovely lady greeted us and organised our swipe cards and let us know about the free canapes between 5 and 6pm at Cascades restaurant .We booked a 2 bedroom loft apartment. Loved the kitchen and balcony.The heating was great in every room. There was a wall mounted TV in every room. Nice deep bath and big shower with great water pressure .Beds were super comfy. Everything was perfect . We had room service for dinner and breakfast from the on site restaurant (Cascades) and food was so good and not expensive. The meals were delivered fast and by friendly staff. Will definitely be staying again 10/10

We stayed overnight during a road trip from Melbourne to Brisbane and found the hotel the perfect place to stop in the middle. The room with the upstairs area for the kids was perfect and extremely spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We used the Tesla charger also with no issues.

Good big room with full kitchenette, clean and cafe/restaurant good food at good price. Easy parking and close to city centre. The staff were very helpful and service very good. Good Wi-Fi connection.

Was not expecting such a nice room. Nice bathtub and overall the room was very spacious and most importantly it was very clean. It had a nice courtyard attached as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel in general was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. The hotel is EV friendly so you can charge your car overnight. I will stay again next time we go on holidays. The hotel has a restaurant on site and the meals are good value I recommend having the grilled barramundi with vegetables.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, plenty of room for our family of 6 with two bedrooms - kids upstairs with their own tv... And the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on holidays. Highly recommend

Great for our family of 6, everything was neat, tidy and clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Adults had privacy downstairs and the kids had a bed each upstairs. Full bath and a TV in each room was fabulous. Kitchen was well equipped if we'd decided to eat in.

What can I say but we loved it. Fully self contained room with a small court yard (although we didn't need to use it as it was just an overnight stay where we could sleep ) The room was Extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable with crisp fresh linen, fully stocked mini bar at reasonable prices and free onsite parking. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully for longer . Reception staff friendly and professional

Stayed during a torrential downpour - Samantha was outstanding - whole car park was flooding under water coming under doors - Sam was racing around putting towels under doors which avoided a massive drama and rooms being unusable. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We could park the car straight outside. The bathroom had lots of space and bench space for all our stuff. The bath was a welcome addition after travelling all day - very relaxing. The bed was huge and had lovely linen. It was a great stay.

We are a family of four, we spent one night in the family room. The hotel location is not in the city centre, however it's only 2 mins drive to the shops. The receptionist, Debbie was kind, the room was spacious and clean. I didn't try the restaurant because we went out for our meals. I would definitely come back again.

Room was great, didn't walk down the street as it was raining but just a short drive to the shops and cafes. Rooms were good, nice beds and good quality inclusions, plus free bottled water. Nice little verandah, staff were very helpful and rooms were serviced daily.

We stayed in a 3BR room which really exceeded our expectations. It was so BIG and very comfortable, modern and clean. Perfect after a long drive and with 3 young children. The staff were really warm and welcoming, meals in the restaurant were fresh and delicious, there is a playroom in the restaurant which children enjoyed. We'll be back.

I stayed 2 nights at Best Western Plus in Goulburn. The staff were very friendly, the room was very good and spotlessly clean, the meals in the adjoining Cascades Restaurant were excellent and very generous. They even have a happy hour. I'd happily stay there again.

Love this place, we travel for business regularly and have tried out a lot of hotels but we have settled on this one when we are in Goulburn we wont be staying anywhere else nothing can beat it on service and comfort and the excellent resturant
