Best Western Fort Wayne I-69 North

This is the BEST and cleanest, most well maintained hotel, as well as Best Western we've stayed in. I'm the pickiest of picky travelers, and I notice every flaw. From booking through Best Western.com under my Best Western account, to talking with front desk staff prior to arrival and during stay, and to our 4 night stay, this hotel has the best employees, from front desk to housekeepers, to maintenance staff who all work hard with a smile and said they are proud to work here when I would stop to compliment them. We had a King Suite, and it was the biggest King Suite we've ever been in of hotel accommodations. The commons area and unit we stayed in was so clean and well maintained from walls to carpet to floors to appliances. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. So many ceiling lights and lamps to keep our room well lit. I have read the reviews and can say honestly that many flaws pointed out are simply not what we saw. Staff is so accommodating and friendly. We plan to stay here again when in Ft Wayne.

The room was clean, colors were calming staff was courteous. Food was gourmet and dining area was kept clean and refilled. Vending machine with lots of choices was available. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The outside grounds were impeccable

The room was nice. Plenty of pillows on the bed outlets for chargers that were easy to access. Everything was clean. A/C worked well. We felt safe. The fitness center had 3 pieces of equipment. The treadmill worked one night but not the next. This was an overall positive experience and we would stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. When we checked into the hotel, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. When we were walking to our room, we could smell something like burning and as we opened the door to our room, the smell was very strong. My husband said that it smelled like somebody was cooking fajitas and burned them in our room. I knew I couldn't stay 2 nights in there with that smell so I asked if they could move us. The clerk has no problem moving us but asked if he could follow me back to the room to check out the smell. He didn't even go into the room, all we had to do was open the door and he was "let's get you moved". He upgraded us at no additional charge to a king suite. I thought that was very nice of him especially since it wasn't his fault. Breakfast was okay, the usual scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. Good location, several places to eat in the area.

A totally pleasant stay. Greeted by two friendly and professional staff at check in. Enjoyed the room, the breakfast, fast internet, top rate staff and certainly the value and location. We were close to everything. Right off major highways. By far, the best value we found in the booking process. Not disappointed. Will visit again...

This property is very well maintained and surrounded by plenty of restaurants so you can park and pretty much walk anywhere you need to. Pool was perfect temperature!! My room was huge so having family visit was nice with sofa and extra space

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, pleasant staff. And if you like Dominoes pizza then you're in luck because they are in the same parking lot and delivered to our room 20 mins after we ordered.

We got in late and check in was a breeze. Breakfast was warm and fresh We would definitely stay at this location again.

This location was VERY clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful Cost was very good especially now adays. Across the parking lot was Pine Valley Bar & Grill the food was excellent which made this stay even better. We stayed here on our way to Nashville and then again on our way back. HIGHLY recommend staying here at this Best Western @ 2902 E Dupont Fort Wayne.

Hotel was GREAT!! Quiet, clean, and comfortable. They have those great dual shades for complete light blocking. Window pics were taken at 9:30am on a sunny morning to show how well they work. A variety of pillows on each bed for your pick of comfort. Microwave and a large fridge in the room (that wasn't all frosted over!). Properly lighted workspace with an adjustable chair. Lots of conveniently placed outlets throughout the room (with a snug fit for the plug). Also a couple of USB outlets on the nightstand. Temperature control was responsive and reliable. Bathroom and shower were clean and water pressure was good. (Although, just like every other hotel, I have to ask why can't the plumbing industry come up with a durable line of hotel shower heads?) Lastly, the place smelled fresh.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament and got a king suite with a separate room. It was great because the teammates could hang out in the living room area/ shut the french doors and my husband and i had quiet in our room.

We were traveling to see family so we stayed for the night. The room was clean and stocked. The staff were nice and helpful. The area was close to the grocery store, places to eat, and gas stations. Would stay here again!

Large, clean, comfortable room, newly renovated. Breakfast hot, delicious and well attended by staff. Desk manager, Shannon, was very pleasant and accommodating. I will stay there whenever I go to Ft Wayne.

First the hotel was super clean, safe, staff was super all three shifts at front desk were great. Cleaning crew was excellent at their job, Maintenace got us a new tv in a matter of 15 minutes after being notified the other tv went green color. Breakfast was very good coffee was there 24 hrs to get. Hotel was super nice our king bed was comfy and no noise problems just an excellent stay. Wife and I stayed 4 days with our dog attending dog show everyone was great . I recommend staying at the BWI69 location you will not be sorry

Travelling with a pet we find it very difficult to get a decent room. I am sure some of the public do not care how much mess they leave from their animals. Even though we are charged a cleaning fee we do not allow the dog to sleep on beds & always travel with a dog bed. It's quire annoying when you are given a sub standard room because you have a pet. The room at this hotel meet our standards so for that a big thank you to BW

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast counter is a little crowded but the food was decent. The lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom is slightly inconvenient. The beds are uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Food and drinks in walking distance is a bonus for sure.

Unusual location in a strip mall parking lot made it a little harder to find late into the evening. Breakfast fine, nice room and shower. Huge TV in the room, too. Bed very uncomfortable, I thought I could sleep anywhere but the mattress in our room was awful. It's been four days and they still have a $50.00 hold on my credit card—night clerk promised it would disappear when we checked out. That is not true!

Very pleasantly surprised with the clean, modern rooms. No problems with service. Employees were friendly and helpful. A pool and a workout room! It was easy access from the interstate and local restaurants.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. The rooms was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff did a great job and the breakfast was good with several hot options including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles.

Friendly staff easy check in and out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. No bacon or sausage for breakfast to go with eggs. Exercise room was a bonus for me to do my morning workout. Place near my mother's.

The pool was clean, my daughter loved swimming in it. The hotel staff are helpful, even though it looks like they are short-handed. The location is within a strip mall area with restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the location because it was the beaten path for what I was there to visit. Private. The stay was great & quiet. The continental breakfast was the main amenity that I used. I also used the pool.

We stayed here one night . The hotel is clean and well maintained on the exterior. There is lots of free parking available . The lobby is very clean , front desk staff very helpful, friendly and professional . Our room was clean, spacious , with a comfy bed . We had a quiet night's sleep , no noise at all . We will return .

The staff treat you like family by going above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!! Pool is always clean and available, beds are comfortable, breakfast hot and tastes good,grounds are kept up.

The suite was perfect for me us. We were able to put our infant to bed without having to worry about getting too quiet because there is an extra room. The breakfast was really good as well. It included a hot breakfast which is always nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were all friendly, and kept up with breakfast. There's lots of options. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, probably more I can't remember. Juice and coffee too. Because people were still eating they didn't stop breakfast right at 10, so you don't have to worry about being kicked out if you're eating. The pool is heated, inside with tinted windows, and 3-4 feet deep. Rooms were clean, beds are very firm. Right by the hospital, speedway, dominoes, a few other small places and a couple bars. All within walking distance.

Probably the cleanest, quietest friendliest Best Western I've been to. Easy check in easy parking helped make this a pleasant stay. Breakfast was much better than expected, too. Convenient location for our travels and would stay here again.

We have driven past this Inn 3-400 times or more and totally missed it. We've eaten right next door and missed it. We won the stay in a silent auction at a charity event. My expectations were MORE than met. The room was GREAT, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. They have an ample supply of cable stations to watch (if you choose). The Trolley Bar next door has excellent food and our waitress was stellar. The dining experience almost matched our lodging pleasure. This inn is only 20 miles from home. But our plans definitely include a return trip and we will probably add an extra night.

If your looking for an affordable good quality hotel this is it! Staff was on spot, excellent breakfast selection.Indoor pool was great! Rooms was comfortable. Great location as there is several places close.

This hotel is 5 minutes from our son's home in Fort Wayne, IN. Perfect place for grandparents to stay during a visit. Pool was a great relaxer after a full day of full-blast grandchildren. Will choose this hotel over and over again when we visit.

This hotel was very clean! Nice pool. Rooms were remodeled. Decorated nicely. Liked 3rd floor away from noise. Didn't try breakfast. Only prob with pool is we checked in and we're told it's being cleaned, open on half hour, tried twice and was actually 1.5 hours later. It was cold!! We didn't have much time then cuz had theatre reservations. Ice machine out on our floor. Bathroom door squeaked. Shannon (Sharon?) at check in not friendliest, no smile. We'd stay again cuz comfy and clean and nice rooms, great price. Bonus, it'd part of a strip mall so over 6 restaurants in walking distance. Awesome!

Newly renovated. Very nice. Clean. Equipped. My accessible room was very roomy. Staff was very pleasant and went out of the way to see we were happy. Breakfast was good. Hot. Filling. Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable.

I feel like they falsely advertised this hotel I looked up reviews and pictures and they left out what the hallway and stairways really look like and also the hot tub was gone and just used as rock and plan decorations I will never stay again I was embarrassed for my daughter and her friends to stay here for her birthday. Also the key cards stop working around 10:45 when check out isn't until 12 definitely not worth $100/night

The room wasn't even clean all the way. Half done. The pillows and mattress are like rocks. The ac barely worked. Smelled like mildew. Noisy as hell. Staff wasn't wearing masks, and were deep in their phones.

Terrible 3rd shift manager at this hotel! Not only did she kick our volleyball players out of the lobby where we were having a team meeting, I wasn't aware Indiana was a prohibition state, but then followed us to the pool area! We had beer, all aluminum, not glass containers, and she literally held the door open at the pool as she announced we had to leave. We were treated like criminals, instead of volleyball parents and their kids. Meanwhile, the hotel floors stunk like marijuana, Indiana is not legal for that, but they were not concerned. We will never book their again!

Pictures look better online . If your looking for relaxation this is not your place . The room completely reeked of cigarettes, the fireplace didn't work , and the worst most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid in. I would never return to this place.
