Awesome bed. Trendy decor! Great smiling front desk service :) Only 30 mins from Sedona! I highly recommend this cute spot! My family and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a really fantastic time without complaint! Kid friendly. Planning to come back with my girlfriends!!

Wonderful hotel. Easy to find and access as it is right off the i-40 and i-17. Clean and new. The hotel staff were fantastic. They greeted as we left and returned. Lots of good food around the hotel. The coffee and food were fantastic as well. We'll definitely be back.

The Aiden was clean and comfortable. The Front Desk Clerk Brianna was friendly and helpful. There was no free breakfast (which we knew) but there was a Denny's 200 feet away. No problem, we walked there and had a good breakfast. 200 characters for a review is a bit too many.

The employees were very kind and helpful. The check in was very easy and not difficult, the front desk employees were helpful. I will come and stay here again. I will inform all of my family and friends how wonderful the stay was. It was also close to plenty of attractions.

Best hotel and hospitality. Love the staff and very friendly. I would recommend this place. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. I will be definitely be staying here again. I give it 5 stars..

Ease to check in. Practical gym with couple benches and wights. Drive way is right next to the gas station can be odd the first time finding the place, Not and issue after you know where the driveway is. Parking is simple. Clean rooms. The Jacuzzi is a good size and very hot. Coffee bar is good for a hotel.

This hotel is not worth staying at. I booked an overpriced “queen” room, only to be given a full-sized bed. I have a queen bed at home, so I know the difference. The room itself was in terrible condition— the desk looked like it could break in half, the bathroom was filthy with black hairs all over the tub, the shower curtain rod was barely attached, and the tub faucet was nearly falling off the wall. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

After many hours of driving we were happy to pull into this hotel. It is very conveniently located close to the I-40. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the outside noise minimal. The hotel touts having a lounge and cafe. Be aware that the cafe is a minimal selection of packaged items - we had jerky and peanuts for dinner lol. The lounge is a small counter extending beyond the reception desk. But it did have a good selection of liquor a nice selection of draft beer and a great bartender. The star of this place is probably the outdoor area: plenty of comfy seating, fire pits, cornhole, hot tub and pool. Will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. We booked the king room and it was specious and clean . The hot tub was excellent and we were glad it was opened during our visit. The hotel is relatively close to downtown If you have a car.

Room was very clean staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable bed was clean and comfortable and very well organized I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in flagstaff if in flagstaff I would stay again thank you to all staff who are employed there I would rate this hotel a 10+

Very very comfortable stay with all the amenities needed. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We were greeted very pleasantly and thanked for being a Best Western reward member. The night was priced very reasonable for the area and we were able to find dining close by.

We loved this hotel. Unbelievable price! We enjoyed the retro vibe, comfortable bed, and convenient location. The only thing that could be improved is stronger water pressure in the sink and shower. But the price and other pros far outweighed any possible cons.

Very comfy bed. King room was very well appointed and aesthetically pleasing. TV was exceptional. Reminded me of a modern European style hotel. Disappointed that breakfast was not a part of the stay (as it is in the vast majority of best westerns.)

During my recent stay, I encountered a challenging situation after checking out on Oct. 24th, as my Uber unexpectedly delayed for over 20 minutes, which left me anxious about making my shuttle to Phoenix Airport. Noticing my distress, a female hotel staff member stepped in to assist me with exceptional kindness and dedication, even contacting the shuttle driver on my behalf to request a brief delay. Her thoughtful and caring support in such a stressful moment was truly invaluable. I deeply appreciate her help, and I am grateful to the management for fostering an environment where such wonderful customer service shines. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond to assist a guest.

This place was clean and presented as described on-line. The staff was pleasant & helpful. We only stayed for one night so can't say much. .We needed to put the heater on during the night and it was kind of loud but it did its job so NBD. Would recommend .Walking distance from a few restaurants .

I stayed two nights while attending a conference at NAU. This was the hotel recommended by the conference and I was able to get a conference rate. It is very convenient to NAU but my first impression was not good as I wasn't able to tell which side of their sign I was supposed to go in and ended up driving around the next building over. It's a very busy area and it took a while to work my way back to the correct entrance. Once I found it and parked, I was able to check in easily and got to my clean and comfortable room. The hotel is set up in an older style but it works well. In the morning, I was surprised to learn that there is no provided breakfast. There is a small snack bar that sells a few options. There are also a number of nearby food options.

We have never been to Flagstaff prior to this stop, but we will stay here every time we travel across country from now on. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and most importantly, we felt safe here. Bonus for us, there's an In and Out walking distance from the hotel. IYKYK!

Just checked in for 3 nights. The room appears to be clean and modern. However, the artificial chemical fragrance in the lobby/cafe is super strong/overpowering. For those of us with allergies or asthma, it can set off an allergic reaction w/ wheezing and other symptoms. It's really not healthy for anyone . I would not stay here again because of this. The lobby is open to the 2nd floor so it can smelled in the hallways as well, just not as bad. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional at checkin. Finding the hotel can be a little tricky. There is an entrance to the hotel property/parking lot to the left facing Denny's. Just giving my honest review after checking in. Not sure I'll be able to stay here 3 nights because of the strong fragrance . I'll update my review in the coming days.

Ok the first time in a AIDEN by BW House. Nice Room, good bed, good WLAN and good TV. But the cleaning was not so good. The Makeup Towel was full of hair from strangers In the shower also was not very clean. Before we stay in the AIDEN we stay in Scottsdale in a BW Plus and pay for 4 Nights incl. breakfast and a very nice crew 790 $ In the Aiden in Flagstaff we pay nearly the same price for 3 nights with no breakfast and a crew that cant be nice. Dont missunderstand me, the crew was not rude, but there was no smile or answer if stay was ok when we check out.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed, very roomy and comfortably. Only downfall is not enough room to hang clothes, no closet, only had 4 hangers that went on wall. Outside has a wonderful seating area. We really enjoyed that!! Felt very safe!!

Great service and clean room .Our room was ready earlier than check in, and we loved the pool area the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxing only one little downfall is the parking lot is way to small and very full had to drive around twice to find a spot

This is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was modern, clean and quiet. The room service staff were also very friendly and did a great job. The pool / outdoor area was outstanding. Great place to hang out. Great hot tub. The location of the hotel is great. Easy food options nearby, and a gas station right below, that was clean and quiet. 10/10.

The staff was outstanding, and I had a great experience with hospitality professionals. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a nightcap at their lobby bar and taking my coffee outside in the morning. I highly recommend staying at the Aiden by Best Western Flagstaff.

There was no closet to hang up clothing. No hair dryer in the room and had to make 2 calls to get one. No drinking glasses in the room. No identification where the ice machine was located. Our reservation included free breakfast but the only item we were allowed was an egg sandwich. We had to argue with the front desk staff to even get than much. No literature in the room about services, places to visit or other information. We felt abandoned by the hotel. We got more negative answers to questions than positive.

Great stay. The facilities were clean and new, very friendly staff, super comfortable beds, great little bar for happy hour, super close to NAU, fun outdoor space with firepits and lawn games. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Flagstaff!

Very comfortable room. Was sleeping great when 9:30 I was woke up from a sound sleep by a cal saying she was the manager and my $200 deposit did not go through. I argued and she finely hung up. I could not go back tonsleep the rest of the nite. I know u had no control over the call from inside the motel. Just thought u would tell ubagain. Thank u, Winona wissert

Check in O.K. Room O.K. Not great but just O.K. Will not likely stay at this location again. Too many options at other facilities that this doesn't offer. Cost similar, but they offer a free breakfast and a few ammenities not offered here. We were there for 4 nights. They have a breakfast, but you must pay, and not inexpensive. Note the room was better than most, but without the additional ammenities not worth the cost.

Aiden is very convenient to NAU and the freeway. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk personal were nice. The only real issue we had was there was a spam call directly to our room saying that they needed our credit card number, because of an issue when checking in. We did not give this number out but went to the front desk and they knew nothing of this. We are spoiled and look forward to the free breakfast which they do not have. That was disappointing.

Was kinda of disappointed that the breakfast was not included in the room rate, as the majority of BW make available. The room was outstanding, very clean, the front desk lady was very nice when checking in. She was very helpful in seeking restaurants close to the hotel.

This was our first time staying at a best western & Aiden and we loved it !!! The location was perfect for exploring things in northern AZ (like the Grand Canyon or page az) . There was adequate parking which is always nice ! The check in process was really easy and bonus our room was ready very early . Once we got into the room it was clean . We loved the pool & outdoor features and used them every night ! Would recommend the flagstaff location !

Aiden was amazing! Almost felt like a boutique hotel. They should lighten up on all of the Best Wester co-branding, too much. Loved the staff, gym, pool and hot tub. Happy hour was great and we had plenty of room for our RV. The carpet and wall paper at the Flagstaff location felt too much like a movie theater. Reno was better.

What a cute hotel! We were lucky to find this place on our drive to Washington. The staff friendly, and very helpful with dinning recommendations and the hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious. Everything is up to date and it's great if you're traveling with kids. My daughter absolutely loved it here. We will stay again next time we are in Flagstaff.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay in Flagstaff and this hotel was wonderful. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The rooms are modern and very clean. The beds and linens were really nice and comfy. Would most definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, large rooms, spotlessly clean and refurbished last year. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Small bar area, reasonably priced. Pool area is lovely with plenty of areas to sit and relax. They offer breakfast but it's minimal ie tea/coffee, croissants.

This Hotel Property is absolutely wonderful. It has been recently remodeled and it has to be on the top of the places to stay in Flagstaff. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful. The hotel is clean and modernized. The rooms are excellent. Absolutely a 10 out of 10.

From our arrive to our departure, everything was great. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and checked us in quickly. We grabbed a drink from the bar and headed to our nicely clean and cool room. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet the whole evening. We'd look forward to our next stay.

I just loved this place! The front desk girl was sooo kind and accommodating! It was perfect for our youth football team. The outdoor area was great, the bar and ice cream fridge made adults and kids happy. So so super clean! Someone, a female (😊) had to have designed this place with families in mind. So much attention to detail in the rooms and the overall property. It was GREAT!

Hotel was fresh and welcoming. So chic, clean and comforting. Totally impressed with the charging stations at the table (s) in the lobby area. Lounge in the evening for a nice night cap. Pool area feels like a back yard. High tables under patio, green yard with outdoor games, pool was cool and clean.

The room was fairly clean and the check-in experience was good. We did notice dirt and hair on one of the pillows that had likely fallen on the floor and placed back on the bed. I believe the team should have made a slight rate adjustment for this, but nothing was offered.

The staff was friendly and kind. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location is good - on a main road not far from the highway, but tucked in, up a hill away from traffic. My room was on the first floor and close to reception and parking but once I was in there, I didn't hear a sound. There isn't a breakfast buffet but food can be purchased at a small counter in reception. I didn't try it, so I can't speak to the quality.

I had such an amazing stay! The place was spotless, super comfy and it had great service. All of the staff were so friendly. It's in prime location and the room was beautiful with the wall painting. The gym was immaculate it had a huge window that looked over the pool and the view of the mountains. My partner and I enjoyed all the amenities we made a night out of it hanging out by the jacuzzi and getting drinks from the bar at the lobby. Looking forward to returning!

Very friendly staff Nice hotel looks new. I used pool and enjoyed that the property was off away from highway. Good location right off the 40 and outside the historical district. Many restaurants are nearby. I did not join happy hour and discovered no free breakfast but OK with me since I left early. You can buy food and drink here though

This hotel is a delight to stay in. The "restaurant" is not really a restaurant, but a selection of microwavable breakfast sandwiches/burritos, really tasty local bakery items, and terrific espresso coffees. Adult beverages are also great. Note that all of these things are charged separate from your room cost. Beds are super comfy, pool area is also excellent, and lawn games are quite a bit of fun. If Ayza and Brandon are working, you are guaranteed a wonderful stay, just don't look for an alarm clock in your room :o)!

The Aiden is a very nice hotel. When you walk in you are greeted immediately by the friendly staff. They have a great outside area to hangout and relax with games and fire pits. Our room was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We will definitely stay here again when we come back into Flagstaff to visit our family.

I would recommend specifically asking for a non-connecting room. The door did not seal properly, so we were awakened by the neighbor's conversation and hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the staff very nice. We would have used the lounge/bar area, but the lighting is just so...bright. Not very welcoming, I'm afraid. The hotel location is very good, however. Honestly, for the price, I was surprised that the room was rather small. Also none of the usual amenities like shower cap, Q-tips, etc.

Very very informative check-in process. Beautiful standard room (new!) with Drybar products. Love that you can turn on the shower from the opposite side of the shower head. The shower also has a little foot ledge for easy shaving or washing your legs. My sister bought a pillow based on how much she liked her pillow provided. We didn't have time to enjoy alllllll the amenities this place has to offer (pool, bar, fire pits, breakfast items for purchase) but we totally loved it all the same. Would definitely stay there again!

TLDR; comfortable place to stay, as long as you don't mind the lack of free breakfast and lack of clothes storage space. The good: The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the shower was very nice. The public spaces looked inviting, though we didn't make use of them on our trip. The sound proofing on the room was good enough that, even though we were the room right next to the lobby, we didn't have any issues with hearing noise from the public spaces while in our room. The mediocre: I was a bit surprised that there were no normal outlets to use in the room (aka wall plugs) except for the one by the sink for the hair dryer. There were USB and 3 prong plugs on the bedside table between beds, and at the desk/by the TV. But no place for the person on the non-bedside-table facing side of the bed to plug in their phone for easy access at night. As other reviews noted, there isn't much storage space for clothing if you're the type to unpack at a hotel. I am not, so the lack of closet, the minimal hangers (three), and the minimal drawer space did not bother me. Parking feels a little tight, though we didn't have trouble finding a spot even on a fully booked night. It's a hilly town, so this is just part and parcel of the location. The disappointing: I picked this hotel because I liked the 'by Best Western' but this hotel does not provide the Best Western standard included breakfast. Fortunately, I realized this before we stayed here (though not until after booking my stay non-refundably) so we were prepared. Food is available for a price, anywhere from $4 - $13 per item, so for the three people we had it would have been a minimum of $12 on top of the room cost to feed us. For a hotel that is 'by Best Western' though, this is disappointing and doesn't make me think better of the brand.

Nice hotel, clean & up to date. Nice outside sitting area by the pool. Can't bring your own adult beverages to the patio area. Have to purchase from the bar on property. Was told to dump out our drinks we brought because the property insurance doesn't cover for guest's to bring their own. We complied. But felt like the staff kept watching & coming out to see if we were having our own drinks. Like we were being babysat by the alcohol police. Made the stay a little less enjoyable. 👎🏽 Breakfast consisted of over priced, small warm up burritos & small muffins. Seen what they had & opted for eating out. Other Aiden's had hot food choices & we weren't told we couldn't bring our own beverages to the pool area.

Please turn where the Mobil gas station is and drive up the ramp. We got a little confused where to go but the front desk was helpful when called for better directions. Though we had a truck and trailer there was more than enough parking. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a restful night after a long day of travel. We finished the night with an awesome drink from the bar. The bartender was friendly and enjoyable to speak with as well as other hotel guests. There was a breakfast cafe to purchase items which we did and each family member did find a yummy breakfast item to enjoy before our long last leg to Texas. It did not disappoint.

We stayed at this location for four nights. Location is very convenient to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very quiet. I was very impressed with staff at front desk. Very helpful and very cheerful. Parking was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in room 211 on 7/15/24. The hotel seems new, the lobby and pool area were clean and modern. There is a bar and breakfast cafe next to the check in area. The Aiden brand does not include breakfast in their room rate. The room was decent sized, it has a fridge, kurig, microwave and safe. There is a sink outside the bath/toilet room with OK counter space. The bathroom is small but serviceable with a good sized shower/tub. There is no closet (hangers and hooks on the wall) and a small dresser. There are two decent sized spots for your bags. The beds were medium to firm and the room was clean and quiet. There was plenty of free parking. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful . The Wi Fi was very good. The entry to the hotel is a bit tricky. Coming from I40, the driveway is on the right before the Circle K gas station. We would stay here again.

We come up every week from The Valley and the staff is great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable beds

We really enjoyed our stay at this new modern hotel. We loved the location and the pool. All the employees were so nice and helpful. We really liked the cafe in the morning and the bar in the evening. It was really convenient. The outdoor seating area, fire pits, and game area were very nice too especially with kids.

Beautiful, new hotel, staff was excellent. Pillows were good, and they even used fitted sheets on the bottom! Pool and guest areas were spotless and lovely. Would stay here again, definitely. Right off the highway but didn't feel like it. Great for my family.

I was impressed with the overall vibe of this segment of Bestwestern hotels. The rooms were nicely done, the property was modern and well kept. The pool and spa were clean and well done. I will stay again when the possibility come up. Bravo!!!

My daughter and I visited NAU for orientation program and stayed at the Aiden Hotel. Great location, pool and gym were perfect, and staff (Tayla and Isaac) were super welcoming and informative about the hotel, Flagstaff and NAU. Wonderful ambassadors for the city and university.

I was really impressed with this hotel. It looks like resort when you start walking around it. We stayed for 2 nights and it was quiet and very comfortable. It is located on a hill so during the winter it maybe a challenge to get in and out with lots of snow.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Our daughter and children arrived from NZ and their luggage didn't arrive with them. Kudos to your staff, Caitlin, Donovan, Shay and Asya.for assisting us in any way. Asya called on our way to the Grand Canyon to say the luggage was delivered to the hotel. Great customer service by your staff. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Fun place for kids with the giant connect 4 and corn hole games. Thank you for making the Kiwi's stay pleasurable!

The bed was very comfortable. Nice walk in shower but could use a little more water pressure. Room was clean and modern. Was not impressed with the for sale breakfast offerings. Use to staying at Best Western properties with included breakfast. However, we would stay again if we find ourselves in Flagstaff again.

The overall experience was great. Friendly staff and nice property. We came up from Phoenix to get out of the heat. The bed was super comfy and the the outdoor area around the pool was great to hang out at in the morning. We didn't get the use the gym but for a hotel gym it was very adequate.

Second time I've stayed at an Aiden property. They are so nice, the amenities are great- like the outdoor fire pits, lawn games and pool and hot tub and the beds are so comfortable. Will Stay here again!

Cleanliness has to be my top priority in any hotel and I was so satisfied with how clean and tidy the entire hotel was. Everything looked great, new and sleek. The employees were all smiles and made it feel very inviting as well. I'd definitely stay here again when I come to Flagstaff.

Fantastic recently renovated modern hotel with a gorgeous pool and outdoor space. Very clean. Quiet. My only complaint is that it lacks storage. 4 hangers on an extended arm, two hooks, and one drawer. Not enough for an extended stay for two. Hotel did accommodate us by offering a rolling wardrobe which was great. I still would have preferred a closet but it was adequate for our stay.

Modern twist of Best Western lodging. Flagstaff Aiden had a bar with local taps of brews. Staff were great in assisting me and every guest professionally. Property is renovated with refined aesthetics. Rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable with various entertainment options and charging ports. Overall great place to stay the night.

Everything was wonderful except the temperature in our shower. The bed, the pillows, were exceptional. The help at the front desk was very friendly. The location of the hotel was great with many restaurants close by. As mentioned, it was impossible to regulate the temperature in the shower. When we reported it to the front desk the next morning they assured us that they would get it fixed.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff, very clean rooms and great pool area were the highlights. The design of my room in particular was odd. I was traveling alone and only in the hotel for 2 nights so it was fine for me. There is no closet, only 4 hangers on a narrow rack and no drawer space. The toilet & shower have a regular door which was great but the area was tiny.

We stayed here for a night on a road trip. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast in the morning. We did purchase breakfast at their cafe and it was fine but not great. I would stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a great affordable hotel. The first room they gave me smelled like fish! I called the front desk and they changed my room immediately. It also served the purpose of going to the Grand Canyon and having a decent place to stay not too far away.

Lovely modern building, great location. I want to buy the bed I slept in - so comfortable! The staff were nice and friendly. Lots of amenities - pool, gym, etc. We really enjoyed a good night's sleep because it was amazingly quiet. I will definitely return to this location.

Friend desk lady was nice and friendly! Everyone answered our questions to the best of their knowledge. The beds were a little hard and the rooms/bathrooms are very small (not recommended for the elderly). "Bartender" didn't allow me to take my drink in a glass any where but the bar top/lounge area but I saw other folks walking around with glasses of wine and glasses of beer (not sure of the bartender trusted my color?). Overall it was pretty good. The pool and Jacuzzi and outside area was nice!

Well placed hotel with car parking facilities. Uber into town a short distance and cost. Town of Flagstaff has a variety of good restaurants and cafes. The pool and outside seating at hotel is secluded from surrounding buildings. Our stay was to allow a trip to Grand Canyon, ensure you get information on the Grand Canyon if travelling by car prior to arrival. At entrance to GC pay $35 but no canyon information provided and at visitor centre you can queue to get info!

Overpriced-with not the amenities associated with BWPlus. No complimentary breakfast although shown where breakfast would be served...I was told when trying to navigate breakfast that it was "Starbucks style"...grab and go and NOT complimentary. Hotel is billed as Edgy...it is decorated very cool but air conditioning did not work!

The staff was excellent. The service was great. The room was comfortable and clean and with a large desk space it worked perfect for a working trip. The art on the wall made us feel at home. Reason, Caitlin, and Shay were excellent all the staff was great and the cleaning crew was fantastic!

This hotel is a little difficult to find, you have to go up a driveway that looks like it goes into a gas station. Parking is convenient. The room was clean, though the corners in the bathroom were not. Everything worked. If they put you in a room at the end of the first floor, be aware that the outside door could be (was, for us) used frequently throughout the night. There is no free breakfast - walk over to Over Easy for delicious food and good coffee. The staff are pleasant and competent

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms, loved the atmosphere in the social lounge!! Staff was kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was not to my taste but seemed local which was nice, coffee was great! Mountain View is lost with new hotel next door, but not their fault. Overall, would recommend, and will be staying here next time I find myself in flagstaff.

Ronnie and her team are fabulous! Everyone at the property was so friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying at the property and we would definitely recommend Aiden to anyone who is spending time in Flagstaff. The outdoor area was great as we had my nephew and friends come over and play some corn hole with us. The pool/spa area is very clean and nice having a heated pool.

Clean recently renovated hotel with excellent amenities and top notch staff including asstant manager, Reason. Breakfast not included but available at the coffee shop for purchase. Wonderful lattes as well. Very convenient to eat breakfast prior to going out to sitesee for the day. The beds and bedding was pure luxury .

The hotel is like new and quiet away from the train tracks. Our room was spacious and nicely furnaced. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The parking in the front is a little limited, but there is additional parking in the back.

This was by far one of the best Best Westerns we have stayed at, and we are Rewards members, so we have stayed at quite a few over the years. The beds are comfortable, and we had housekeeping service every day, without asking, which was a welcome surprise. Nice amenities for soap/shampoo in the shower and at the sink. There's also a Keurig in room with K-cup options and REAL coffee mugs to drink from as well as to-go cups. There's a bar in the lobby available 5-10 pm, no free breakfast if that is what you are looking for (we are not big breakfast eaters anyway), but they have lots of grab and go items as well as coffee/espresso available for purchase. In the back by the outdoor pool there is a lovely large area with gas fireplaces to hang out, as well as a cornhole set-up. The staff was so friendly, and I'm sorry to forget her name,but the staff member on duty in the early evening makes a mean Moscow Mule :). This hotel is really close to the university as well as easy walking distance to amenities in town. I will say that the hotel entrance is tricky to see from the road and parking is hard to find in the evening. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic stay.

Comfortable, nicely styled, great beds, yummy local coffee and local pastries, a nice place to relax with a glass of wine by the outside gas fire pits, very quiet, super friendly and helpful staff. A great stay all in all!! Perfect for our stay before flying out of Flagstaff.

Comfortable room. I like the lobby and outdoor area with games like Connect 4, cornhole and board games. Big TV and comfy bed. We had a small room and a huge bathroom. The water temperature was finicky. No free breakfast. The sizzler nearby was good and walking distance.

Was presently surprised by the remodel at this location. Rooms were large. Bathroom was a bit small. You could tell they refreshed the property leaving footprint the same as before with the guest rooms. Bar/Lounge area was a nice added touch. Booked through booking.com and price was expensive for the accommodations for one night.

Great room, big TV (but no movies), great internet speed, comfy bed. Wish the bathroom were a bit bigger but it still worked ok.

This was our first time staying at an Aiden by Best Western. Not sure what they are trying to achieve with this design concept. It seems to be a simplified version of a Hilton Garden Inn; not bad but I'm also not sure of the point of contrast from say a Best Western Plus. A few observations and thoughts about this specific location: Access is tricky because it is shared with a Mobil gas station off Milton Road, the major road through Flagstaff. The main entrance (as is common with these so-called "modern" designs) is very subtle and could be missed. Overall parking seemed to be well configured. Our room felt open and spacious with a comfortable chair and ottoman. The sink is outside separate from the toilet and shower, a feature we like. Lighting over the sink was very good, the rest of the room not so much. The hair dryer is incredibly powerful, light a small jet engine. The shower is very narrow with an interesting configuration of the faucet at one end and the shower head at the other. Also the room with the shower and toilet is very tight so if you are someone who is "over nourished" you might not fit well. We appreciated the soft close cover of the toilet seat. Speaking of soft close, the room doors are definitely not soft close, expect to hear door slamming throughout the night as all the room doors do slam shut. In the room there is no closet. There are a couple hooks with hangers. There was one drawer that could be used to unpack you suitcase, but it probably is too small for more than an overnight bag. There are two places to set your suitcase, one is a bench and another is a creative rack over the HVAC unit. The HVAC in our room was a bit finicky, seemed like there was a miscommunication between the thermostat and the HVAC unit so we had challenges managing the room temp. The bed was very comfortable. The room also has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The desk is quite spacious with a desk lamp and a real legit rolling office chair. The chair, however does not have a height adjustment. Be careful of the stairs, they seem to have a very odd rise over run that you could easily misjudge and trip on. The jets on the (very large) outdoor Jacuzzi are super powerful. They will beat you up pretty good if you sit in front of them; good hydro therapy if you need it. The happy hour is very reasonably priced with a full bar; not a huge selection but I would say a very good selection given the size of the hotel. The breakfast options are likewise extremely reasonably priced with a much different selection of menu items than what you would get at a breakfast buffet - definitely worth partaking for both the value and the intriguing options.

We stayed in Flagstaff for vacation to the Grand Canyon. The hotel and room was immaculate. The bed super comfy and pillows were made for sleeping. The front desk was friendly and informative. Caitlin, was the best. We had a few issues with the room; shower curtain too short, coffee machine not working and no hair dryer. All of our issues were quickly resolved by hotel staff and the manager Jennifer. Overall the room was perfect for us, close to everything and priced right. We recommend the Aiden by Best Western.

Lovely new facility. The bed was perfect and the espresso machine was a welcome and unexpected amenity! The turn into the hotel is a little tricky.

From the front desk receptionist checking us in to our very well appointed room amongst the forest of trees we couldnt have been more satisfied. Later we went to receptionist desk again to ask a few questions and Ronnie took her time to explain and answer my questions. We would be back if we pass through again.

It was our first time at an Aiden Best Western. It is a very cute boutique hotel. We will definitely look for them in the future.

RONNIE at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! The bed was comfortable! We booked through Expedia and it says Pet Friendly but when we arrived the gentleman at the front said only Service Animals were allowed but again RONNIE was very accommodating! We will stay there again when we are in town!

The rooms were very clean with upgraded rooms. Alot of charging ports available. Didn't see an iron board, but loved the steamer. Everything was excellent except the noise from other rooms closing their doors...it echoes. Nice confortable beds and staff were friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We are already planning a trip back to this establishment. The accommodations were beautiful and modern, yet the comfort level was unparalleled. The staff were efficient and friendly. The bartender was well informed about the local craft brews.

Such a beautiful remodel. The coffee bar is so nice to have. Lattes without a hike to Starbucks! Beds are very comfy and we had everything we needed. Staff is wonderful! Shout out to Asia at the front desk for helping retrieve my lost sunglasses! Stay here! You won't regret it!

The room and common areas were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. This shares a driveway with a gas station and is tucked in up a hill behind the station. When we returned for the night, we had difficulty finding parking. We used points towards the stay so the price was very reasonable.

Great Location - Near NAU. Close to downtown but not IN downtown for noise/parking issues. Updated property with hip vibes. Awesome courtyard with pool, spa, turf for lawn games, and space for kids to run and play. Cucumber water and coffee station. Nice gas firetables! Games and tables in the lobby. FREE parking!

We were greeted with a gift baggie of snacks and water bottles, which was a nice treat after a long car ride that day. The hotel room was possibly my favorite of all time. Super clean. Comfy beds. Nice touches- like make-up removal towelettes. Overall a great experience.

Cool spot! We enjoyed our stay. Close to NAU. Staff was helpful. Hip decor and cool lobby. Fitness center was nice. Beds were comfortable and nice water pressure in the showers - the most important things contributing to a comfortable stay. All in all a fine stay for our quick trip to Flagstaff.

So happy that we chose to stay here. Staff was wonderful and the place is clean and well kept. Loved the bar area and all the games available for guests. The rooms are nicely decorated. Also, the location is perfect. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean with daily housekeeping services. We enjoyed our stay so much we canceled our B&B in Scottsdale and stayed at another Aiden instead. Another great experience.

Our check in was easy and quick. The room was as clean and comfortable. Remember to check on the backside of the hotel for parking. We found a close to the door and easy spot to load and unload our bags. It also has a bar for a cocktail at night or quick coffee in the morning.

Wonderful hotel! Modernized and very clean. Room was serviced daily. Nice staff and convenient to the Grand Canyon and those towns on Route 66. Parking was a little tight because it was on top a hill. Stayed for two nights and found very good restaurants around it.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The pillows were great. I did not use the sauna or exercise room. Neither did I go to happy hour. I wished there was bottled water in rooms and a complementary breakfast. The desk help was very good. Ample parking and I felt safe getting to and from my car.

During our 3 night stay, we found the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The room itself was spacious, clean and very modern looking with plenty of outlets/USB chargers. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is well located right next to the interstate and you can even walk to Target if you need any quick items. We'd definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable, clean updated rooms and pleasant overall ambience. Great value. We were driving cross country and were pleasantly surprised with the large room and comfortable beds. Bathroom was a little tight and no closet, but we did not need to hang anything up.

We had 2 great stays at the beginning and end of our trip to AZ. The staff is friendly and accommodating; especially the 5am guy who helped us as we frantically searched for transport to the Amtrak station when Uber was taking a while. He even got us ice for our cooler. The place seems newly renovated and has everything you could need: plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Keurig with good quality coffee and a REAL coffee mug which is such a nice touch and makes you feel more at home. We enjoyed happy hour as well. The bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. Staff check in every day to see if we needed anything. Hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable. Better then other best westerns I have stayed at in the last year. They do not offer the free breakfast so be prepared for that. I will be staying there again.

I stay at the Aiden every time I come to Flag. The staff is the best! Super friendly and helpful. If there is an issue they're on it immediately. Rates are good, everything is clean. My ONLY issue is the bathrooms are small but whatever I can deal with that.

My litmus test for a good hotel is a comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows for a good night sleep. Aiden did provide just that and much more. It offered a nice shower in a modern bathroom. Clean and white towels that still feel new. I stayed 2 nights and it has everything I could need and they all worked perfectly! There is coffee maker, a frig and microwave plus a safe. Checkin was easy friendly. It is located right by the university with plenty of fast and casual food around and a 5-minute drive to downtown. I would stay there again when I visit Flagstaff.

very nicely modernized very friendly staff although breakfast was subpar (egg muffin sandwich was cold and not good) unfortunately the restaurants within walking distance (on a very busy street) are all the standard mediocre chains but In'N'Out is coming!

After spending a week of appointments at Mayo and heading home we were looking forward to relaxing after the horrific traffic we just needed to rest. SoCo was still a day or two away. Check in is at 3, we arrived at 11:26, went to desk to see when we could early check in. They gave us our room right then and there. What a blessing. The room was magnificent, spotless and so comfortable.

Room was nice and updated but not chic as they claim. Lack of free breakfast was negative. There was also a note on their website that the parking is $10 but I don't think I was charged. It was snowing here and pool was closed. The coffee prices weren't shown at the cafe.

Clean and convenient. Wish they had free breakfast, but they do SELL breakfast sandwiches, etc. for a reasonable price. Check in was easy, right off they highway and the price was right for Flagstaff. Rooms are not spacious, but it was well kept. Would stay again

Wow. Was this place a surprise. I've always liked Best Westerns but the Aiden @ Flagstaff is a big step up. Hotel is brand new (actually a gut rehab from the foundation up). Lobby is very modern with a place for people to socialize, work, or relax. Includes a cafe and bar. Rooms are well furnished with nice amenities. I would 100% recommend this place.

Room was a little small but it was Nice and clean. To me the bed was comfy had fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly and nice. food and gas station just a 2 minute walk away so it was convenient. Nice area and nice views outside.

We had a wonderful stay at The Aiden this weekend on our family trip. The hotel has a retro, fun vibe and was also very family-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The large outdoor hot tub was a nice place to relax after a snowy day. The room was tastefully decorated and had comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights. Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff is really very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Close to the highway is a huge bonus. The ambience of the lounge is so nice. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an on-site gym. .

Staff was helpful and friendly during check in. Lobby area is inviting with seating and boardgames. Also has a mini cafee and bar for convenience. Upon entering our double queen room, it was clean and had all the needed accommodations. Would return again for value to price.

Everything was great except for the television reception. Both nights it cut in and out. The first night we contacted the front desk. They informed us that the issue was due to the nearby wild fire which was affecting the satellite signal. During checkout we were told we had received a partial refund. We had not asked for this and were appreciative of this gesture. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we visit Flagstaff again.

by myself and with my husband, I have stayed at several hotels yearly. H is always complaining about noise. Noisey guests above us and around us, noisy streets, noisy hotel workers. You name it, he is never happy, threatening to never go back. The first time I find myself going to a hotel alone, I stayed at the Aide,, nestled behind a few buildings and a Denny's in Flagstaff, you wouldnt even know it existed. I had no time to utilize the amenities but I saw them. I came, I slept, I left to go to an appointment. I had the best night's sleep I've had im years.

Great super friendly customer service and very bright and clean throughout. Loved the outdoor amenities including the pool and jacuzzi as well as the modern comfortable lobby area with great espresso and a bar.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Very easy check-in and checkout. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in besides my own. Close to every amenity you would want.(gas, shopping, restaurants etc.) My only dislike is the bathroom was small, but I would definitely stay again!!

Great staff that goes the extra mile. Especially the young lady in the breakfast bar area. Hotel is newly renovated and has a modern - 70 retro architecture. Pool and outdoor area looked inviting with lounge seating both covered and open plus a hackysack play area, unfortunately smokey when we were there from forest fire. Pick a larger room that has both seating and refrigerator plus microwave. A little miss when renovating king bed size rooms is the bathroom and shower is very narrow.

Excellent hotel; bright, clean, comfortable, good parking. Front staff were 'very' nice, as were other staff that we spoke with in the morning. Great value. The only problem was that it was too close to the Coldstone Creamery :).

Great central location although a little tricky getting in and out of. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff was wonderful! I love the convenience of the bar and breakfast options to go. I would definitely stay again.

The place is very clean and it does smells clean !!! The location is safe and close to so much amenities. It was a perfect place to stay during our exciting trip to visit Grand Canyon and it surrounding areas. If ever we go back to Flaggstaff - this place is the spot !!!

Great Hotel with really nice Amenities. The outdoor hangout area with fire pits and pool was really nice. The staff was Amazing! Would definitely stay again. Only one downside would be the water pressure in our room. Sink & shower water pressure is extremely weak. Besides that everything else was Great!

Love the set up by the pool, very nice and peaceful to just relax and it also has a game area where kids can run a play. The hotel it self was very clean and organized. The location was great as well :)

The housekeeping staff was so helpful, and the front desk staff went over and above to make sure our stay was very nice. We were there due to some health issues with my husband. The handicap room was just what we needed. If we have to come back to Flagstaff to Bone an Joint clinic we will be sure to book our room at Alden.!!

As noted in the title, this hotel was very nice, comfotaable and the room was modern and clean. Our only complaint is there was a lot of "pipe" noise throughtout the night. Likely a plumbing issue which isn't isolated to stop the sound, as it was heard all night long.

Having stayed in a few other hotels in Flagstaff in the past and seeing the rundown sign for the Quality Inn that this was once before, I was cautious when booking but wanted to give it a try. All I can say is WOW! What a remodel! The pool and hot tub were excellent and very clean as was the welcoming lobby. Ciaran at the front desk was helpful when we had questions about the hotel. There was not an overwhelming smell of chemicals with very clear water which is always a plus. The outdoor gas fires were a nice addition and the games of cornhole were a nice activity after being on the road. They even have local artwork that is available for purchase on the walls! I even found some local treats in the concessions that were very delicious! Now onto the room, Very clean and comfortable. I liked that there were pictures that brought in the elements of Flagstaff. From conifer wall paper decor to pictures of Aspen trees, it really felt like a lot of thought of customizing the hotel to the area was taken. When complimenting the GM, Sara, about this touch, she said the the topo lines incorporated were actually the topo of Flagstaff! Super nice touch. Sara showed a lot of enthusiasm and pride for the hotel. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, and plenty of USB ports. Just make sure you turn in before the street/sign when heading north. It will feel like you are pulling into the gas station but then head up the hill!!

The room was clean but only 1 body washed to be used between 2 people showering and handwashing was not enough. The room was also very very loud (thin walls). My husband was also bummed when he went to order breakfast and 1 lady told him and pastry and coffee for the deal and then when he went to pay she said no only black coffee/bagels/muffins are included but it was to late for him to reorder so he paid more then he was expecting.

Beautifully remodeled. The bed was nice and comfy. Nicely appointed rooms. I was happy to see a hairdryer in the room. The staff was amazing and attentive. The pool and hot tub were lovely after a long day of running around. Oh and the espresso martini was delicious! We had a great stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Staff was so helpful and took pride in their work. They took the time to get to know me and explain the amenities. Lovely hot tub and outdoor lawn game area. I appreciated how clean the rooms were and enjoyed the local coffee shop in the lobby.

Excellent best hotel experience all around I have ever had the staff is awesome. They really care snd you can tell they really enjoy providing a great customer experience. They have a bar area with draft beer snd places to eat. You can walk to the best pizza place and several other things to eat and snak they also have food at the bar. If you want a place to stay in Flagstaff this is it heads above the other hotels even the higher end ones based on price. The Mgr was awesome and the front desk too.

The new Aiden hotels are pretty nice. Everything new. Good service at the front desk. Parking situation was pretty strange and the entrance to the parking area from the main road was unclear. No free coffee, you have to buy it from a barista which is just a little weird for a hotel lobby.

This hotel is new and they are still working out some of the kinks. I believe it is actually an older building remade into a contemporary hotel. We saw men working on the tile on the outdoor patio and there were some minor problems in our room too which we reported. The front desk also seems to be in a learning mode, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pool & patio are lovely. There are even some games on the grass. The rooms are pleasant and the bed was comfortable & even included extra pillows. I was also impressed that they have a small art wall of paintings by local artists for sale. And there is a bar in the lobby.

What a lovely experience! We stayed for a long weekend while visiting Flagstaff and all the beauty that is Northern Arizona. It was the perfect hub to see Grand Canyon and Sedona, plus the peaks. Such nice staff, helped us check in so easily. Amenities felt brand new and well taken care of. Room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. We even took a dip in the pool which was incredibly refreshing after a long day hiking! 10/10

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were the best we've had on this road trip. Both the bar at night was great, where we met and drank with some new friends and then the cafe in the morning was amazing. And again, the staff. We thank you all for that stay. It was epic. Oh and the pool in the morning is a great start to your day. Highly recommend.

Hey everyone, I have recently stayed at the Aiden by Western and let me tell you it was AMAZING! I can't begin to express how much I enjoyed the stay, I don't ever truly rave about anything especially online but I had to this time because of the absolute fantastic service provided bu the front desk people. I came in really late, around 12pm and the girls at the front desk were there with smiling faces ready to attend to me. For starters, as soon as you walk in you're greeted with an amazing smell that I still can't get out of my head. They offer a small esspresso and bar area directly onnected to the front desk. The feel of the hotel truly was that of a NY style loft, it was very open concept, flowed effortlessly, and all around modern as heck. After the extrordinary service provided by the girls in the front, I went to my room and that was a whole other beast. It contnued the beauty and modernism of the whole hotel but what really made it stand out to me was how intentional everything felt in the hotel room. It really seemed like everyhting was placed exactly where it needed to be, such as always had some sort of power outlet near by, the lack of fridge (which believe it or not I enjoyed because I did not have anythign I needed to store), and even the bed positioning itself! Let me tell yout oo, that bed is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I have literally emailed their management office to figure out how they get their hotel to smell that amazing and where they purchased their mattresses haha. All of it really just made for an overall wonderful experience and I truly cannot rave enough about this place, and can I add to it THE PRICE! I've stayed at other hotels where I've paid much more and gotten half of the commodities that I received from the Aiden.

We've stayed in many hotels throughout Flagstaff, but our most recent stay at the Aiden was one of my favorite experiences so far! We had a late check-in, but the front desk was very accommodating and was readily available - even through text which was great. Entire hotel was clean and modern and smelled wonderfully. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was dangerously comfy! Keurig available in the room and a nice bar/coffee area up front which was super convenient. We'll definitely be taking advantage of the cool pool/outdoor area next time, we just ran out of time unfortunately. Location was unbeatable and close to campus and many restaurants. Can't wait to stay here again on our next trip up!!

Amazing all around! Im a loyal BW patron and Aiden is an apple not far from the tree! I love the eclectic decor, well done! The staff are so friendly and helpful, I will be back to Flagstaff Aiden! My only complaint is that theres no breakfast....full breakfast is BW normal. But thats my only very slight criticism.

Location: close to NAU and downtown. Entrance can be tricky so be prepared. Driveway is shared with the Mobile station. There is also an entrance prior to Mobile at the stoplight & Dennys. Both driveways are up a slight incline and will get you to the hotel. Property: very nice remodel of an older hotel. Pool and hot tub are fairly large. Pool has above quality lounge chairs. Hot tub on/off switch is located on wall by phone and could be easily overlooked. Pool towels are tucked in a tall cabinet behind a zip up cover and could also be overlooked. Hubby was impressed by the machines and weight variety in the gym. The seating area with fire pits is wonderful. I noticed a laundry on site but had no need to use. Dining: This BW does not do the typical free breakfast. They serve a limited breakfast menu of sandwiches, pastries, yogurt etc. The Dennys on Milton works great if you want a full choice grilled breakfast. There is a snack shop (with great variety) and refrigerated cooler behind the lobby coffee bar with items for purchase. Rooms: Decorated with a mountain chic vibe. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms have fridge, microwave & a Keurig coffee machine. Bathrooms are on the smaller side. Staff: every member we encountered seemed happy and genuinely proud (rightfully so) of the transformation & remodel. This is not the typical stodgy old style BW. I have never stayed at an Aiden before & we were both very pleased. I predict this location will be very popular once word gets out.

Other than a location that is somewhat difficult to find, everything about our stay was excellent. It is located off one of the main business streets, behind a gas station. The staff are friendly and the rooms are super clean.

Everything was new and the room was large and comfortable, especially the bed. Would be a 5 if the shower was water was hot, only lukewarm. The outdoor area was amazing. Plenty of seating and fire pits.

Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. There is a very nice area near the pool to relax with several gas fireplaces for chilly weather. The pool and hot tub are enjoyable. Nice big gym with plenty of exercise options. Excellent staff too. We encountered a couple of issues with wifi and the a/c, but they were promptly addressed by the staff. The hotel has only been open a few weeks so I expect that future guests will not encounter the same problems. The entrance to the hotel is the same as that to a Mobil station so don't look for a separate driveway. The hotel is up the hill and you don't even know there is a gas station down below once you check in.

Very nice new Best Western “ boutique” hotel with easy access to downtown Flagstaff and the University. Beautiful pool and patio area with fire pits, tables and comfy furniture, plus a game area for kids. Comfortable beds and quiet area. The staff is so friendly and helpful. 5 star!

Great 3 night stay at Aiden in Flagstaff. Beautiful rooms, pool space, and courtyard. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice quiet location. Direct access to downtown via Milton and Route 66. We will definitely return.

Hands down the best hotel to stay at in Flagstaff. Everything was so clean. The service was amazing by everyone I talked to there. They have a gym and a pool that I loved hanging out at. Along with an amazing area outside that I really enjoyed relaxing at. They had a cafe and a bar, both were amazing and convenient. We had absolutely so issues here which is rare for hotels these days. Every time I visit Flagstaff I will be staying here and when family visits, this is the hotel they will stay at. I cannot say enough good stuff about this place. The view was beautiful, being in the trees really shows the beautiful part of Flagstaff. Truly was an amazing hotel!!

This room was really very nice. It was decorated lovely and everything was so clean. The front desk staff was very professional. The manager greeted us and welcomed us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great new Best Western. You would not believe that you were in a Best Western. Everything in the place was new as well as the beautiful building. So clean, nice and the employees were just as awesome as the place. Looking forward to going back. Beautiful room's.

My husband & I had a great weekend getaway at the Aiden. We were able to enjoy a variety of hikes in the Flagstaff area, and lounge in the outdoor patio in the evening. Next time we'll come prepared to use the inviting outdoor pool. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and the entire staff was friendly. The hotel has an open stair case conveniently located near various parking lot entrances (for 2nd floor access), which was fine by us. Those not wishing to do stairs, would have to use the one elevator or specifically request first floor.

Decent Hotel. Great Staff. Price was very high for a hotel that just opened and isn't completed. The room remodel needs more attention to detail if you are going to charge premium prices. We were missing basic items in our room. I'm sure it the room had never been rented before. Sheets were scratchy but it was bcuz they were brand new so at least I knew they were fresh!

Nice new place with pleasant stuff. Excellent pool and lounge. As a family of four we had all good times to relax. Nearby dinners and restaurants in 5 minutes range. Absolut recommendation in Flagstaff.
