Best Western Plus Pearl Creek

After booking found our reviews on housekeeping and wrote in a advance to hotel myself and travel agent, last night when checked in told noor at reception that we are concern and need clean room he assured and when we went to room Ac not working, insects in side, enter floor with dirt as no cleaning done, towels not according to number of guest water bottles not placed,technicians at room till 2am could not fix a, now worried how we will spend next 6days as at reception no one listening, writing to best western global leadership team

Overall everything was good, but there few things I would like to highlight like reception staff was not courteous, I come from hospitality background and know customer service in n out. Restaurant staff at breakfast was very rude and no service was ever provide, plates piled up on the table and no one cleared. Buffet after 09:45am was never refilled, upon asking managers would reply its finished. Like come on, we stayed for seven nights and we are completely neglected in these things. However, we would specifically like to thank Jimmy at concierge and John at the poolside, the two gentlemen are treasure of the hotel. Rest all the staff needs trainings. Take care Jimmy and John, we love you guys 'Pratha and Zubha'

From the time we arrived at the hotel it was a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and Ismael and Jimmy were always ready to help. We looked forward to having a good breakfast every day and Vani was always pleasant and made sure we had a good view of the Burj! Chef Babul prepared fresh Sambar for my wife and I. The room attendants always prepared our room that made our return very comfortable after a long day of touring. The hotel is well situated. Close to the boats and Metro. From here you can get to any part of Dubai. We look forward to staying at the Best Western Pearl Creek the next time we're in Dubai.

Hotel staff is very good and cooperative,also they have very good restaurant ,at the reception people are helpful to the foreigner and give advise in case of require, I personally recommend this hotel for your future trips .. Me and the Travel Agency had a difficult time contacting hotel in advance to confirm my reservation which I was advised was a requirement by the hotel. I am in the US and did not have international calling so sent them emails that they never responded to. Had the travel agency call out to them and they could not get in contact with anyone so of course I show up and me and my sister had separate rooms and reservations paid 6 months in advance and told they had no info on our reservations and totally booked. We had to scramble to find another hotel and missed out on a day of tours that were planned as we had to wait to get in contact with our travel agency to provide proof that we had reservations despite showing vouchers to the manager but as they were all booked up they stated nothing they could do. Worst experience and would never deal with Best Western again. A week of wasted efforted trying to reach them and my travel agency not able to reach them and to treat us the way they did when we got in town. Missed out on a day of activity and should have gotten money back for this.

Probably my 15th stay now in this hotel, and the service is impeccable. A few glitches here and there , like the furniture is getting outdated and all but overall good for business and family stay as well.

The service from the restaurant team today was excellent and the very pleasant service from msvani was excellent. The work of the restaurant team was simply excellent and excellent. Hospitality shown by hotel crews & a very good breakfast menu. The crews are : 1. Ashok - Chef. 2. Nani - Waitress. 3. Ramesh - Housekeeping. Hotel also located at strategic and convenient town centre with a very good services. A slight changes required, to provide extra toilet towels, bathtub slip rubber mat.

We do appreciate all the services received at the hotel during all our stay. The only comment we have is that the breakfast was always the same and needs a little adjustment. The hotel is in a convinient location and friendly staff. Hoeever, when I checked in the room had not been well cleaned. There was urine stains on the toilet bowl. Coins and small papers on the carpet, an indication that the carpet was not vacuumed. I requested them to clean the loo and change the bed sheets which the did. They however insisted that the towers had been changed so they refused to replace that :(

House keeping put only 1 big towel and 1 small one for a couple! They refuse to put more even after asking. Breakfast coffee is horrible, tables are missing forks and knifes in the main restaurent after 10Am. Charged extra money in reception while everithing was payed by travel agenct and refuses to give back passport till the payment. Except for the room size wich is correct, everything else is messy in this hotel

The location was perfect. Near the metro station, the creek and just about everything. The view from our room was spectacular. The hotel was neat and tidy. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The receptionists, the guards, the housekeeping, and the concierges. Just everybody in this hotel. Special mention to these people: Haidee, Qamar, Aquib, Naseer, Ismail, Mylene, Ganesh, Jimmy, and Jude. Keep up the good work! Hopefully you are all paid well. The breakfast were not really for us. We only tried it one time, on our first day.

First of all, this is definitely not the 4 star hotel. I would rate it close to 2.5*, and only because of dinner and staff. Let's see: 1. Really old and dirty hotel. Rooms are old, as well as furniture. Old tv and leaking plumbing. Under the bed, dirt is from the beginning of the world. Rooftop is also with the old furniture, dirty and old. Smell in the room just horrible, like someone put a dead fish in the closet… carpet horribly dirty, and under the bed a lot of dirt. Positive things are: Really good and tasty dinner, (cooked by Vinth, Sant and Vani! Thank you ladies for amazing dinners!) Roof top swimming pool, with very warm water. Beautiful views Location

We booked this hotel for 9 nights and we booked two rooms. This hotel is based in a good location, which is a stone throw away from the water abra station which takes you across to Bur Dubai. We booked a delux room but by looking at the state of the room it was obvious it wasn't a delux room. We called room service to change all the bedsheets on the first night in both rooms, which they promptly did. Just to mention that this hotel mentions that it has a salon, but upon enquiry we were told the salon is not operating currently. The hotel is quite busy and there are alot of guests who stay for business or for short trips. It can get a little noisy outside as there are traffic lights there and traffic builds up on working days. We didn't mind at all but those looking for a quiet place to stay would probably find it a little annoying. The view is beautiful! Something that makes up for the lack of amenities in this hotel. The breakfast spread was okay and basic. We visited for dinner and were disheartened to be handed the room service menu. There was a couple behind us who also showed their dissatisfaction. I would like to mention Mr Tulu who provided our room service. He transformed our shabby, musty rooms in to something more liveable in and he has such a joyful and humble attitude. I looked forward to seeing him everyday. He really puts his heart and soul in to his work and leaves no stone unturned to keep the guests happy. I would also like to mention Mr Jimmy who is the porter there. He exhibits such a can-do attitude and is lovely to talk to. We mentioned that we would find it hard to find a taxi to the airport and without any further ado, he arranged a hotel cab for us. Such a wonderful gesture. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but I feel that's pushing it. The only thing really going for this hotel is the hotel staff, the view and the closeness to the abra station.

The hotel is good with excellent services from Vijay and Vani. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good view of the city. There is a wide  variety  of delicious food served here. Excellent room services are offered.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Every one of them was friendly and always willing to help; from the concierge to dining and kitchen staff, every one was on point. My wife and I had an awesome time in room 607. We still remember the names - Jimmy, Jude (Chukwu Emeka), Vani, Fahad, Anabella, Vinith, Suzet, Sana, Al Salan, Nakash and even the guy running the little shop in the corner. Felt like home away from home. Excellent service from everyone. Really looking forward to be back there next year.

This hotel is a great place to stay specially for its location and for the fabulous food. Good to see where multicultural guest are checks in to this hotel. A great shopping area and the whole sale markets are just adjutant behind this hotel. You just name anything to buy, you get the items in this areas. Views from the dining hall is excellent and feel like taking food sitting besides a river. The staff specially Vani Vijay Annabelle suzet vinith are having great helping attitude and very generous towards the guest.

I highly recommend Best Western Plus Pearl Creek. I have stayed here multiple times. They have the friendliest staff that I have come across. The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious with all amenities you can possibly need. They hotel is situated at a close proximity to the metro, bus stops, gold perfume and spices souk, cafes, lots and lots of shops and of course the beautiful & buzzing Deira Creek. They have a nice and clean pool, gym and a small prayer room. The mezzanine floor restaurant has a great ambiance and of course good food. They always have a breakfast buffet with lots of items. The staff here alway greet you a genuine smile. The manager of the hotel is extremely humble and a gentle man. Starting from manager, the receptionists, house keepers, chefs, waiters, bell boys and drivers all of them are excellent, well behaved and well groomed. Some of them speak multiple language. Some names I'll definitely like to mention are Vani, Fahad, Vijay, Suzet, Annabella, Jimmy, Ali and Rafiq. They really make you feel welcomed! Amazing team all together.

I loved the big spacious Junior Suite and amazing bed. Lots of light, space, beautiful view, dining room table, work area and it was a free upgrade which completely surprised me. The pool was nice, a bit crowded though. Although I have seen lots of guests and kids, it was so quiet in my room. The balcony was useful to have as well. Definitely will be back. We will thank all departments for their hard work. Specifically, we will thank the mezzanine floor restaurant for all the staff and supervisors too. mr.Fahad, Mr. Vijay, Ms. Annabelle, suzet, vinith, Sana, and the last name Vani who can speak the Hokkien language with us .keep it up teamwork guys always.god, bless you all.

First of all the hotel location is good, all the staffs are very welcoming specially from the restaurant I can name Annabella, Vijay, Suzet, Vini, Sana & Vani are always awesome just like their food quality! I strongly recommend this hotel.

First thing about this hotel is there placement. I had a lovely lake view from my room . Hotel is near the metro station and all must go places are easily accessible. Restaurant of this hotel is really good . During breakfast buffet they have variety of options may be only thing missing live egg kitchen. One thing I must mention there stuff behaviour is really good . For dinner VANI attended me she explained the menu really nicely and was really friendly. Served my hot , fresh and yummy good . Cheers for the chefs . May be good hotel like this must have a better gym facility .

One word! Run!!!!! Horrible Manager. Its all about the money to them. To give toilet paper rolls was war. Horrible experience. Plus the bed was so hard and sheets were rough. I had to go to anoter hotel.

We checked in at night time and the staff member that was there was far too dull. The breakfast didn't have many options, it was repeated every day. TV randomly stopped working, called to fix it, no one turned up. Room service is very bad, I wouldn't recommend. I ordered a portion of fries and chicken pizza which I couldn't take more than 2 bites out of. All the problems were highlighted to the same member of staff who checked us in on Day 1 and they simply shrugged their shoulders. Housekeeping staff was really nice.

Me and my family entered The Best Western Plus Pearl Creek Hotel with a great welcome. We entered the Mezzanine floor and to our surprise we saw a huge Breakfast buffet being handled by the supervisor Mr.Vijay and his team. They were wonderful and ready to serve us. Ms.Vani / Sokhna / Suzet / Joy service staff would always greet us with a beautiful smile and were very kind, polite and helpful. Specially the Arabic salads, pastries, the International buffet and the best live cooking by a Chef from utterkhand India was superb. We really relished the Breakfast and will be back soon again.

Thanks to the hospitality at the hotel and their cordial staff. It was althrough a pleasant stay . The reception staff are active and supporting. Though there are some differences in the wake of epidemic of corona virus. Rooms are as used to be clean and tidy. Good visibilty and remarkable view of the creek is natural and gorgeous. Some improvements can be made in the activities of wifi net work. However restaurant service is excellent in this semi post pandemic situation. A very good and smiling service of the staff with enormous patience. Nice to mention two names VANI and SUZET. Lastly wish everyone success and good health.

It is located at a very good location on the creek side and the reservation is done thru the travel agent. The hotel is fully booked and thus not getting a room with nice view to the creek side. Hotel staffs are friendly and the staffs from the restaurant, Vani Sana, Vijay, Suzet, Fahad, Anabella and Vinith, are always helpful and serving you with their smiles.

I stayed at pearl creek hotel for more than 3 weeks my stay was very good the view was excellent i had the creek view and it was amazing. The room was good and house keeping was very helpful especially Mohamed Aqib. I have booked half board the breakfast was excellent i liked it a-lot for the dinner it was good but I didn't like that it was a set menu not open buffet, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and doing great job Vani, Fahad and all the staff were great.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel. The service by the staffs was exceptional especially by Ms Vani, Ms Sokhana, Mr.Joy, Mr. Suzet, Mr. Vinith, Ms. Anabella, Mr. Fahad and Mr. Vijay. The friendly and warm service by Ms. Vani is worth mentioning.

How many times must I tell you? this is to be avoided. It's filthy bedding,towels (no hand towel unless you ask) Needs full refurb, the roof pool area is a shambles. Temperature of shower/tap tepid , broken click-clack sink not holding water, broken a/c controller faulty socket outlet, poor quality t.v. No sound proofing door entry system not always charged for entry. etc etc etc.

The hotel refused to refund us although Israel banned us from travelling to the UAE due to COVID 19 restrictions. Also the flight was cancelled by the airline (FlyDubai) So the hotel did not allow the refund nor to change the dates! we got refund from the airline hence the hotel did not corporate at all. Do not book with them as they are not corporative at all.

Stay was comfortable but breakfast Indian veg. was not satisfactory at all. There should be more choice and especially Sambar was very bad. Sandwich and fruit salads was very good overall. The problem was of only sitting arrangements. If any one comes after 8:00am to eat, finding place to sit was a difficult task and arrangement's to manage was not good. I had skipped breakfast due to the siting arrangements.

Searching for a hotel in Dubai isn't difficult. But near to Baniyas metro station and abra water taxi side is a blessing. Where you can easily cross to the Bur Dubai side in 1 DHS. The hotel is average where you will find mostly multiethnicity ppl staying. Rooms and spacious unless you know what you are booking. The staff is friendly. The business hub is at walking distance.

If you want to experience true hospitality come stay here. Nice comfortable hotel with great view and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and I was spoilt for choices. A big shoutout to the hotel staffs for being such nice which made my stay memorable, especially Miss Marsha the receptionist and all the other staffs right from concierge Mr Ismail to everyone. Pro tip- Be polite to the already nice receptionist and you might be lucky to get a upgraded room at absolutely no cost. Experience there breakfast pre book it.

Vani Deepak has been exceptional making the best juices and smoothies and I highly recommend Haji Ali juice center which is next to reception for some really tasty juices. They also do a selection of great healthy vegi sandwiches also why go elsewhere.

Booked this hotel via Agoda. Booked a room with 1 king bed and non smoking rooms. Stayed 2 nights here and would consider it as an OK hotel. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Lobby and Reception: Small lobby, sitting for 5 pax. Check-in was quick. Room: Room was and average size and kept well cleaned. TV, working desk, coffee table and 2 chairs and full size completed the room. Room service done daily with towels changed. Shampoo, showergel and moisturiser provided. We booked 2 rooms same category. Got one room with bathtub but the other room did not have one. But this was OK for us as we did not expect to have a bathtub in the first place. Location: Just about 15 to 20 minutes from Airport, Cost us 30 Dhiram by a taxi. It's actually 1 minute walk away from market Area. All sorts of shopping available. Iranian and a Turkish restaurant just behind the hotel. Breakfast: Available on the first floor. Breakfast was good. Though buffet due to covid the staff helped filling the plates. Wouldnt mind staying again.

Rooms are average and their service is pathetic. I had to ask them 7-8 times for something. Just the location is good and the metro is nearby around 390 meters. You need to ask them to give you the best room facing the creek side other wise the rooms you will get are too suffocating.

I was passing by and I entered to the restaurant on the first floor and I had the delicious mango with ice cream. Vani was very very attentive and the chef Deepak prepared a delicious fruit with ice cream plate. I booked for 17 nights. booking is done through Make my trip Agency. I missed my flight from Chicago to Dubai. I called the hotel reservation 3 hours before check in and informed that i missed the flight and i need for booking date change. they said that my booking is fully paid and i can get my room when i arrive. unfortunately when i reached the hotel they refused me to check in and i was informed that there is no room for me. i contacted makemytrip.com and they tried to contact the hotel several times but no answer. I have requested for refund and the hotel said that my room is no show and it is fully charged so please contact makemytrip.com to get the refund. I told the hotel that no show is normally charged for one night only and not for 17 nights as i'm charged for 17nights. i contacted makemytrip.com, they said the hotel has charged you full amount. i'm confused about them. both of them throwing the stone to the other and no one is taking responsibility for my refund. I hope the hotel will help me get my refund. I'm already in contact with my makemytrip as well and i hope also they help me get a solution about this matter.

It was a short stay before going to Kuwait. Roof top view of Dubai Creek was the highlight. The Hotel Reception peoples were happy to help us any moment. The restaurant was also good. I was stayed in floor 11, the room boy assigned to that floor is named, Arslan Khan, who was very friendly and always there to offer his help.

Good quality price ratio. Room service is nice and room boy Arslan-Khan is very helpful and friendly. Wifi is sufficient for normal use, but occasionally unstable which is bad if you need to do online meeting

To be honest, their staff is pretty slow in responding. Either they are very much occupied. The rooms are clean but at an average of 7/10. For the washroom 6.5/10 as most of their sanitary don't work properly.Their faucets leaked and upon complaining they said they will send someone, but they didn't . They gave me a good room ( deluxe with 3 beds ) at the 9th floor. Beds were comfortable. For breakfast, trust me you will be annoyed. One lady serving the bunch due to covid 19 restrictions. So it took around 10 - 15 min to get something and refill again it was taking around 5-10 min. Sheesha on the rooftop is way expensive, although received the coupons for a discount, the person said they are not redeemable here. So this is another chaos for ambiguity here. Overall the metro is nearby ( baniyas 340 meters ) and the location is good from the top only. One time experience to stay here.

The staff in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. However, that is where it stops. We have had issues with towels in the room, which only one was supplied when we first arrived. Also, we were told that tea, coffee and water was free. We just had to phone down to get more. However, when we phone down we are told water is now chargeable. The electrical fittings are also quite worn out. Plug fitting by the bed cut out and fizz when used and cupboard containing the mini cooler cabinet gets hot if the door to the cabinet is closed. While the location seems good, it is quite noisy at night.

The reception staff are completely unhelpful and do not smile. Delay in checking in and checking out from the eleventh hour. The inconvenience begins with calling you and sending staff to leave the room. It is their right and they want to quarrel with you and their voices are loud and also they tell you if you want to complain, you can complain, we do not care about that. Even the hotel manager was not able to do anything with them, I had never seen anything like that before and also they asked you about the passport and you had an Emirati ID card. They gave me a room different from my previously booked room, and when I refused that the reservation data was changed without my consent or my knowledge. A lot of trouble in this hotel, as the most important thing that distinguishes my room and raises its price over the price of a room with the view of the city is the view of the creek and the Khalifa Tower and views of the utmost magnificence and beauty in Dubai, but the window is very small and covered with dust and completely unclear where I lost this feature. I lost a lot of time to be helped by the Response staff. The furniture is old and not at the level of development of Dubai and its first leadership in the world in many fields, the most important of which are tourism and hotels..Wi-fi is very slow and breaks down a lot..Face wash basin is clogged and filled with dirty water and the small refrigerator was also not working .. But the maintenance team had excellent experience, and when they got to the room, they fixed everything well. But I couldn't rest during all that time. Shower equipment and room cleanliness are also excellent. The cleaning workers are very good experience and they are smiling

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but that's about it. Place is filthy and dirty with a pool area and fitness center that was last cleaned when pictures were taken for promotion material. Stay away! Wifi is bad and unstable and business center consists of two broken monitors and a guy who runs to a shop somewhere in case you need to scan documents. I fled before my booking ended and checking into the Charlton Tower hotel close by, where the room rates are similar but the pool is clean and gym equipment is working. Spa is open and a cafe in the lobby you get a delicious coffee every morning. But again, staff is very helpful and deserves the recognition for making the best out of the situation.

I would have loved a room facing the Dubai Creek, but I got one facing the rear and found that the view was equally good as the Baniyas square was in view. The hotel is easy to locate, close to the Abra Station, shopping area, Money exchangers, Baniyas Metro Station, Gold, Spice and Old souks. The roof top pool and pavilion has some of the most amazing views of Dubai that I have enjoyed from any hotel.

Room is good, and very good view from window. come and enjoy yourself, and you gonna love it. Also, very good Arbic food, Indian, Pakistani, tastes. And do please come to the roof top. I bet you will love it, with swimming pool.

Get a room with room numbers 1-10 on each floor. It has fantastic view direct to the tall buildings in the new part of Dubai. It's located 15 minutes walk from the gold souk and an other souk. The dinner boats are right outside your hotel. Book your tours your self or you have to pay a fee.

I was at the Best Western hotel in Dubai for two weeks and all things considered there was not much to complain. I found the staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and there was food for every taste. The omelette was made to your liking and on the second day the cook remembered what I had the day before. The person cleaning the room was friendly and did a good job. His nam is Qatar Sohail (spelling) and very reliable. The Metro is within walking distance and so is the spice market. I did have problems with the lightning in the room and the bathroom but only the lamp next to the bed got fixed. The only person that was not friendly was the driver to the beach, he has to work on his people skills. But the manager told me they will talk to him

I enjoyed my stay, In Feb 2020 almost i stayed 12 days, Hotel is located in prime location, easy connectivity / access to taxi / bus / metro and Bur Dubai Temple. I'll write this review chronologically from start to finish. I came to the UAE for the weekend to run a Spartan race. The parking situation is a little awkward, with a few small paid lots across the street which is a major thoroughfare. The hotel does have its own parking garage, but it doesn't disclose that the entrance to that is in the back. The check-in was smooth, with a welcome glass of juice. I was upgraded to a suite room, but this was likely due to my Diamond status with Best Western. Still nice, though. The room was large and spacious, with the living room TV situation with a couch and chairs, and decent programming. WiFi is also decent, but not spectacular. The master bed had fresh clean linens and was easy to sleep in. The bathroom is spacious and reasonably decorated and although it included a rainfall shower, it didn't have a bathtub. The spa on the roof is reasonably priced and the pool is beautiful with a nice view (The hotel is situated with a good view of the dhows and the river nearby) The breakfast cost about 45 AED extra and is added separately. However, it is very well stocked with a variety of Western and ethnic foods, fruits, and salads. Unless you have an incredibly picky palate, you'll be able to fill yourself up well. There is a good amount of stuff to checkout within walking distance of the hotel, although the major malls are a cab/car or bus ride away. As for the checkout process, it's fairly smooth. However, this is where I have a problem. I accidentally left my laptop charger and adapter in my room. Although I know it's ultimately my responsibility, management made ZERO contact with me regarding the missing property. They have both my email address and phone number and no contact was made by management. I do think the above is a minor blip on an otherwise decent stay. It is unfortunate that the former BW property in Deira is now a Ramada and this is the only Best Western in Dubai. Regardless, I would likely stay here again if I chance upon the UAE in the future.

We been here for almost a week and it's a good place to stay considering access to all places - very convenient. Mr Santosh Kumar ensured our rooms were cleaned and that we were very comfortable. We stayed for two days, overall services are okay, the room is nice and clean, the room service is good, Arslan Khar, the roomboy was very helpful, he provided us what we needed instantly and tidy up the room daily. The only problem I have face would be the a/c system, it automatically shutdown by itself if the room temp is lower than the setting, which makes your room feel uncomfortable without air ventilation, or you'll have to set the room temp so low and make the room colder for winter time.

Very bad stay,Its manager is very rude and proudy. attending guest very rudely.hotel cleanliness is very poor. Rooms are unclean and have cocroches.internet service is not good, break fast is not fresh.We brought in our luggage ourselves, no one helped us. Room is exactly as in the photos. The breakfast by Vani and Asad was well done and filling but needs variation instead of serving same buffet daily. Room service was efficient.Great location for access to bus,train, Gold Souq and other shops. Great view of the canal and slight view the Burj Khalifa. Great place to stay, would do it over again.

I stay in this hotel many times before also but this time I have to face the bad situation of over booking done by hotel and I have to wait for room even I book hotel well before one week. At Reception one Ms ABBY directly told that my booking is not there than I have to show them the confirmation booking letter of hotel and thanks to another Receptionist Ms MADIHA she handle this matter in very postive way and give us room but not as are demand. This Ms Abby is very very rude in very manner from giving room to check out. On checkout day after staying 5 nights ,She send bell boy to vacate room like goons not even 10 mints given. She is not fit for this job. All other staff is very good , Room boy Ismail, all bell boys and staff at breakfast hall Sakira and Vani were polite. Hotel should improvise their service as before they were doing. I

Mr Ravi, the general manager met me personally and welcomed me with a fruit basket. Michelle and Madiha at the reception made my check in and check out in a matter of minutes and promptly responded to any queries during my stay. I booked my room through a third party app and was given a free room upgrade with Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline views. I also paid the right amount with no additional or hidden charges and was provided the bill. Aqib at the concierge helped with my luggage drop off and also picked them up on time during check out. Hammad at the mezzanine floor made my lunch buffet more enjoyable and served me very well. Ismail on the third floor did a wonderful job in house-keeping and always made up my room on time. He used to give me a prompt response and would give me my requested items on time (toiletries/essentials). He was always a phone call away and made my stay very enjoyable. He had a welcoming personality and a very respectable individual. Hats off to him. The rooftop had a swimming pool, jacuzzi, salon and spa. At night the faham lounge had great sheesha and great music too. The creek and skyline views were breathtaking and had good picture spots. It was a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus Pearl Creek Dubai and I definitely recommend this to everyone for a comfortable experience. I have stayed at Best Western in other countries, but in Dubai I can proudly call this the Hotel of the Emirates.

I have been a guest at this hotel for several years now. The hotel is in excellent location of Dubai city center. Staff are very helpful and welcoming all the time and make you feel at home. I usually visit the cafe situated within the hotel to do some work and have coffee or snack in the mornings. (Vani and Ijhar) are great credit to this hotel they both have excellent customer service skills and genuinely very friendly with all guests. 15 minutes from the airport it is an ideal location. Over looking the Dubai Creek and a great view of the city in the distance. Nice spacious room fully equipped and a good shower room. Nice to have a rooftop pool acting as a backdrop for the evening restaurant with lovely lights of god city. A really good value hotel.

This is a nice hotel on the Creek in Dubai and easy access to shopping, dining, and activities. Also, a nice and quick place for a one night lay over with comfortable rooms and easy access. You can view the city from the roof top pool area and have a nice drink watching the sunset. The view goes west following the creek up where all the boats are lighted at night and toward the east to the Indian Ocean, as well as the new and old portion of the city. Fast in and out if you have a layover and the hotel is not so massive making it quiet and easy to get around while staying there.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from everywhere. we got a room facing the back which was not so bad as we were high enough to see the sand dunes. the front room would definitely be ideal. they are facing the creek and Bur Dubai. The Breakfast buffet had several good varieties and value for money. The Al-baniyaas metro station is 3 mins from the hotel. Several restaurants are right outside the back entrance of the hotel. The wait service is generally fine at breakfast and housekeeping was ok.

I am Noel Francis, stayed in room 1503 for 3 nights. Upon check-in I was upgraded to a suite room on the 15th Floor and was provided complimentary car parking. (Thanks to Mr. Ravi (GM) & Mr. Jafar). Modern, clean, comfortable and with all amenities. Room well equipped with quality shower & bed, plenty of hanging space. Good choice at breakfast. Nice to have a roof top pool & a shisha lounge with 360 degree view. All staff were very professional & Helpful especially Ms. Vani & Mr. Hamad from service. Finally I would like to thank all the staff for all their efforts & for sure I will visit you guys soon.

If you want a convenient place to stay in Dubai, Best Western Pearl Plus in Deira is the best. Conveniently located near the gold souq and you get an amazing view of the creek. In addition, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Maylene for assisting us during our stay. The breakfast buffet was also lavish. Beds were comfy and AC was cooling well. All in all, this hotel will give u ur money's worth.

We've been landing in Dubai early mornin on the way to Seoul. The connecting flight starts in 20 hours, so we had a full day for Dubai. Our plan was to leave our belongings in the horel and go to the old market, but they offered us nice breakfast ( instead of the tomorrow one), the room was ready shortly after breakfast, so we spent the noon heat in the pool on the roof, relaxeb by some sleep and enjoyed the city experience in the evening. Bis service!

We booked this hotel, as we liked the location, more in the older part of Dubai. After a tour of Oman, we spent 2 nights here with our 3 kids. Having booked 2 rooms, so far ALL hotels had been capable of giving us either rooms attached or rooms very close to each other. Here they only had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd one on the 6th floor... So the manager intervened and gave us a Junior Suite on the top floor. So they stuffed 3 beds into the small living room of the suite. It took them a while and no one brought extra towels, toilet paper or soap.... The guys setting up the beds were very nice though. Having arrived in the late evening, our kids fell into bed and my wife and I enjoyed the view from the balcony for a while, which was really stunning. The room smelt a bit stuffy, but the bathroom was ok. Beds were soft, but we managed to sleep. The breakfast was by far the worst we had for ages: Nothing fresh, juices just sugarwater, therefore the queue for eggs was immense. It was the only thing you could eat! Space in the breakfast room was very limited. The second morning we skipped it, though it had been paid for. No way I would stuff such bad food into my body!!! The pool on the roof is tiny and not well kept, so not worth mentioning. As the suite was only about 60% of the price of the rooms we had ordered and paid for, I asked for a refund, but this was not accepted, as "the booking was made by an agency, not by myself". Nice story, but not convincing at all. This place is really among the worst hotels I have stayed in my life, so better bypass it. No service, no good food and staff which is smiling, but not really helpful. A shame, as the location is great if you like the older part of Dubai. With a decent management, this could be a marvel....

I personally visit this place that it's amazing place for outing with family and friends for entertainment purposes. And there is one Supervisor Name as Mr.Ashfaq Ahmad is the best person at this place for guidance, he is well respected personality.

I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. The service is beyond appalling. The rooms smell. The plates at breakfast all have stains on them. The shower door wasn't working on our first night there and we weren't assisted until the following morning. The airport shuttle and parking all come at an additional charge. The lady who checked us in named Abby was extremely rude, had no customer service etiquette whatsoever. My first and last visit here. Would not recommend this hotel.

This was the worst stay I have ever in all my life . The reception desk staff all are rude . The room odor was horrible. The mini bar was not working . The tea kettle not working . The AC was not working properly. The water was going out of the sink all the time during our stay . The insects were walking on us during our sleeping time .

The hotel was nice and comfortable and it is very close to Baniyas Metro station. Their rooms were huge and clean. The view from the window of your room and in the rooftop was amazing ! where you can relax and enjoy the shisha, spa, swimming and the gym. You will surely experience the sunset and the breathtaking view of dubai at night. Their staff were friendly and accommodating especially to Ms. Michelle at the reception and to Mr. Jaffar who arranged my booking. Thank you sir for your time and patience in attending all our queries prior to our final booking. The price value was great!

This hotel was very clean, staff were very polite and accommodating. I believe Breakfasts should be included in the price rather than having to pay separately for meals. There was confusion on the first night but after speaking with Management on this issue the problem was solved. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and courtesy.

The breakfast was good! The omelette was made for you and there was lots of fresh fruit. The room was clean and Comfortable The Souks were nearby within walking distance. Aqib, who was just inside the door, was very helpful. Very reasonably priced

Both the food selection at the breakfast and the dinner buffet was not European oriented. Every day the same food was served. The fantastic skyline view of downtown Dubai from the rooftop terrace and the friendliness of the staff have made up for the disappointing food. Tip: definitely book a room with a view of Burj Khalifa!

I booked this hotel for one day only because I was required to get off the ship early in the morning but my flight left late the same day. Wonderful accommodation in that I had to wait just over an hour for a room. Friendly, helpful staff i.e. I could not find the metro station first time out and was offered a staff member to accompany me so I would not get lost again. I did not use the bed but the room was clean, had a coffee pot and good WiFi. I had a room with a nice view especially at night with the dinner boats lit up. No need to have the hotel arrange a taxi because this will cost more. Very easy to get one at the curb,

I was not given a check out option and given a wrong time of room to what i booked the bathroom was dirty and there was smoke all over the hall way, after 3 sleepless night i discovered bed bugs on the bed and all over the room coners

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Generally speaking the hotel is fine, without being spectacular. The service is average at best. Check-in took quite a long time compared with other best Western properties. We wanted an iron and ironing board, we asked for it twice one night, it never came. The following evening I called 4 times over the course of an hour before it finally came. It took so long, that we were late for our dinner appointment. The room was spacious enough, comfortable and nicely appointed. The wifi generally worked well, expect for one evening where it didn't work at all. There was quite a bit of road/city noise but not so bad as to prevent sleep. On the subject of noise, there was often some very loud guests in the hall at late hours, whilst the hotel can't control this, perhaps the doors could be better sound proofed. The room had a nice view over Dubai Creek, looking towards the Burg Khalifa, and downtown Dubai... Off in the distance...which is something you should consider when staying at this hotel. You'll save money vs staying in downtown Dubai, or the Marina, but expect to spend a lot of time in taxis or on the Metro in order to see the sights. On the flip side, it's handy for the airport, which takes only 30 minutes via metro, or less in a taxi. Overall: the hotel was fine, but not memorable.

We flew into Dubai for a quick one night stop...this looked great so we booked it. Staff at reception brilliant, nice cool, refreshing juice presented to us and all paper work sorted quickly. Room neat and tidy and air/con worked well. Shower and bathroom facilities fine. Beds comfortable. The deal included bed and breakfast and evening meal. Food and beverages to a goof standard...all staff helpful. Big thanks to bell boy Naseer who was very helpful

I have stayed in this hotel 9 nigbts in a year. I just have to say that its fairly conveniently located in a great part of Deira. Staff is helpful and adequately professional. The additional charge for the Breakfast is fine but you can walk to small alley cafetarias. The next door shop has Kadak and was constantly drinking that. A great place to settle down and would definitely recommend for families. The nearest mosque is few hundrd yards away in the back. Remember Gold Sauk wnr Baniyas Staion is walking distance and the Creek is in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located on the Creek with an amazing view of Dubai, expecially from the roof where there is a swimming pool as well, a fitness room and a SPA. In the evening it's a nice lounge bar. Nice view also from the breakfast lounge or from the room if it's located on the same facade. Few minutes walk from Baniyas Metro Station, from there you can reach any interesting place of Dubai. Nearly in front of the hotel there is the pier with boats, Abra, that link the opposite side of the Creek, Bur Dubai. In the streets behind the hotel there are several restaurants, super markets and fast food. I had a very large room equipped with every comfort, with an amazing view of Dubai skyline. The guys at the concierge desk are very kind, as well the front desk team. A wide selection of good food for breakfast with nice personnel. A special thanks to Mr. Murali, very kind and proffessional room attendant. I tkank you all. In conclusion I'm very satisfied with my stay at BW Plus Pearl Creek Hotel and I highly recommend it.

So when we arrived, the hotel was buzzing and it took a while to check-in. This was expected as I was already told checkin is at 2pm and we arrived at 9am. I wouldn't complain about it as that's not their fault. I was handed over keys to 1 room as soon as it was ready and the kind porters helped me out like crazy! I wish I remembered their names. The burj khalifa view was outstanding, room was bright and spacious. The bedding wasn't changed from previous guests but the following morning the cleaner fixed this without us even saying. However a few aspects I didn't like: - a staff member heard us talking about no iron and politely asked if he could have one sent as there should have been one. But even after he asked we had to ask another 4 times before we could get it. The in room service menu was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast wasn't pleasing (mostly) with dry and stale offerings but the hot food was nice. The chef making fresh omletes was awesome and the staff was also nice. The Faham lounge was a bonus and we loved it. My cousins birthday was hosted there and I couldn't be happier. The location is beautiful and convenient, the staff is an asset! Very very mannerful and obedient. If you are looking to park there, it'll take am hour so kindly ask before hand to have your car taken out. This isn't at the fault of the men there as my cousin went down to identify our car and he explained how cars were crammed and the effort they took in removing cars carefully. Our phone in the room didn't work and so we always had to go down and ask. Another thing I forgot to mention was that while booking my younger brother and cousin were in a double room as why would I book another three beds for them. I was disappointed as we were on the 14th floor and they were on the 4th. I was explained I'd have to pay the price for the view and as I had already paid 100 pounds for parking I wasn't willing to pay further. I'd say the hotel is a good location with excellent staff and a spacious room. Don't expect further than that. I wouldn't really sta again unfortunately due to the amount of effort of pulling the car out, the not so pleasing breakfast and some unhygenic items in the room. However I cannot express enough how amazing every member of staff is!

If you want to stay in the old yet clean area this place is awesome. Good location On the creek, next to many restaurants, Abra to go the the othe side of the creek, and 5 minutes walk to Baiyas metro. Clean room, good rates, helpful staff,, and good breakfast.

I read some bad reviews and I must say that they did not reflect my experience at all. Location wise, the hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk to a metro station which easily links you to the rest of the city. There are a lot of cheaply and reasonably priced restaurants around as well so if you are a student like me or on a budget, you definitely will not break the bank whilst staying here. Amenities wise, the rooms were sparkling clean! The rooms were cleaned daily and we had no issues of noise. The hotel has a lovely view of the River and the skylines of the city. I had a great time basking in the sun at the rooftop. Service wise, I was pleased. Whenever we needed anything, the reception team were quick to help (special thanks to Madiha and her other two colleagues who were always serving with a smile! However, I think it would be nice if the company gave the receptionists chairs to sit at the reception desk. Standing for so long seems like a pain!!). The bell boys were also very proactive and friendly. In all, I would definitely book this hotel again should I visit Dubai in the future!

We enjoy the stay of 6 nights with my family ,all staff was very co-operative with front desk staff MADIHA. I will recommend this hotel for family for comfort stay. They give us early check in by 10am and all shown facilities were available as sauna, steam rooms .

I arrived early in the morning due to a very early into Dubai. The early check-in was arranged according to my understanding as I had requested it on Hotels.com and never heard back that it was not. So, arrived at 06:30 and sat in reception for 3 hours before I could check. No attempts from the very rude man who managed the front area. He was likely tired as he was in several altercations with other guests which I casually observed whilst camping out in reception. Reception is small and busy. Reception made me think of a one-horse town hotel reception. Cannot fault it, but it can likely be better. There are two empty properties next to the hotel which deteriorates the front view of the hotel. It simply looks off. A small local restaurant inside the reception with several men hanging around lazily. They don't seem to be patrons. The room was big and fairly modern. TV worked fine. Wifi is limited but works. No milk for coffee, only creamer. Housekeeping is a little slow. I arrived back at my room at 16:00 after leaving at 09:00 only to find the room not made up. It was quickly fixed. For my purposes, this was fine but I will likely not return. It is fairly close to city centre but crossing the creek has its traffic issues so taxis and ubers can become expensive quickly.

Hotel is nice and clean- room service every day. there was one thing what really bothered us- our room were too cold/freezing and AC remote was broken, after several reminder it was NOT fixed. Also at one point we had issues with hot water. This really made our experience not fully enjoyable Breakfast was very rich, food for all tastes

Hotel management has given least priority to safety of the customer inside the room. In my case the wash room sliding glass was broken as it was jamming intermittently..While pulling the jammed door broke and fell on my hand.so some minor injuries to my hand. If you are a tourist leave your day programs and check the room first. Any damages you need to pay for it. Collecting money is highest priority to hotel management. Even if you die also they will collect money for the glass damages. Terrible experience..Never ever think for staying in this hotel

Believe all the comments you read. The staff were rude, our keycard didn't work the first time we left the room and wanted to come back. The service mad just used his random credit card to force it open. meaning our stuffs werent safe. They didnt allow our guest come in, he had to drop his ID and we were given a time limit. My husband and I were embarassed.

I stayed at this hotel in early December 2018. I found it very handy to everywhere and a good base to explore the Dubai Creek area and the old souks. The room I stayed in was good and I slept well in this hotel. I did not eat at this hotel so I cannot comment on the food. On check in a complimentary orange juice was supplied and I was asked to sit down and wait. Check in took some time and this procedure certainly needs to be improved. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and I would stay at this hotel again if I return to Dubai.

On first impressions the hotel is nothing special. The outside ( pictured) is not very nice and the reception lobby is also very basic. The rooms are nice though and have nice views of the Creek if you have a room at the front. We had a Burj view but its so-far away that its very small. The pool area is ok to sit and relax but there are not many sun loungers and most furniture is tables and chairs and its all a bit cluttered and past its best. Staff are friendly and because we ate out I cannot comment on the restaurant. Close to metro and old town, gold souk etc. Overall ok if you get a bargain.

Amazing foto's on the website but the reality is much more dim, tiny pool area with a bunch of chairs stacked. Standard rooms get a view of old apartments on each side. Worst is the food, they have a buffet but when they run out of something that's it. If you're there when it opens you have some variety but afterwards it's whatever no-one wanted. It's also in a dodgy part of town, literarily 500m away it feels much more tourist friendly. Rooms are spacious I can give them that.

We face issues starting from check in we waited in the lobby for 15 min to get our room at 4;30PM when the check in time is 2PM reception staff is so rude.when we enter in the room we encounter very bad smell so immediately we called reception and informed that we need room move receptionist said I'll send air freshener and before I finish my sentence she just hang the call I again call after 5 min to speak to manager one of the guy from reception said I am coming up to your room to check what smell is that..We waited at the room door for 10 min and after that I personally went down to speak to manager because I think manager's in this hotel are very busy they don't have time for guest complaint..We met 1of the manager in the lobby he came with us in the room and he also feel the same smell we informed him the same thing we are going out keep pur luggage at concierge we will take new room key letter same thing I had informed to that arrogant receptionist he show us 2 rooms and we finalize 1 which is not too good it was ok the minibar in the room was half empty 1 of the Pringle box was closed bt half used and the towel in room was tore so pathetic can't believe that this is a five star hotel..Next morning when we went for the breakfast it was so crowded and food was cold and not fresh at all..Staff is not helpful atall starting from reception.the look receptionist was giving us is like she gave us free stay in hotel.They are not professional in any way..The receptionist was telling us we don't have any room in the hotel it was so terrible experience

The Hotel Management were very rude. The fridges inside the rooms were not working properly. All our ice creams were melted. The bed sheets were not ironed, The hotel management were very bad to us, Indian Management. You have to call several times to get what you want. The hotel management was very bad totally inhospitable, the hotel staff were not trained and very rude. Management wise totally incompetent. The food area was very chaotic, crowded and like a fish market with always shortage of food and plates Bad, incompetent, totally unprofessional and arrogant Management. I am not exaggerating, it was horrendous experience

for the price we paid the hotel is good. nothing fancy, but clean, and ok breakfast. the car parking cost aed 50, instead of 100, but only after we asked for a discount. the best of course is the location directly on the banks of the dubai creek, ask for creek view (on the website it's advertised as “bur khalifa view).

Excellent room, exceptional room service and house keeping staff. so are medina and claire at the front desk. sumptous breakfast. but the dinner and lunch fodont taste as fresh as the the breakfast. check process here has always been too slow and inspite of bringing it to thier notice seveeral times, theres little they have done about it.

I booked this hotel last minute as my wife and I missed our flight and had to book somewhere close to the airport. Check in seemed ok till we entered our room to find it already occupied. This was fixed quickly so no problem. The room itself was clean with a nice view of the creek. We decided to spend the afternoon on the roof terrace. Big mistake. The terrace looked more like a furniture storage area. WAY TOO MANY tables and chairs piled up on top of one another and not set up. Almost no room to set a table up. Also there were no seat cushions. They only set the tables, chairs and cushions out in the evening for the shisha bar. We tried to order a fruit juice (alcohol free hotel) but were told it was only water or soda (despite there being a juice bar in the lobby). Then we tried to order food. None of our choices were available. Back in the room the A.C. was stuck and the room was freezing. Also the lighting system didn't work properly. Next morning the breakfast choices were freezing, not just cold!! Finally it took almost 30 minutes for the check out staff to have our car brought up from the basement(you aren't allowed to fetch it yourself!) I had to ask 3 times until the car arrived. Basically the place is a disaster. Stay away. We ended up walking down the street to the Radisson Blu for our evening and only returned to sleep.

I use this hotel regularly because it's in a great area and the free bus to the idealistic beach at the park is a must ! Mahder and Michelle at reception are absolutely fantastic And nothing is too much trouble The rest of the staff are also extremely courteous and the manager jammy Has a wonderful team around him.To ensure you have a terrific stay

We would like to first praise the good mattress they have at Pearl Creek :D The room and the bathroom are spacious. The hotel was clean and every staff was very friendly! The rooftop bar overlooking the city of Dubai is really nice, where you can shisha. The pool at rooftop was a great bonus! Breakfast was beyond great with a good variety of good bread and pastries. Oh, the location is convenient. Close to restaurants, shops, the souk, subway stations, and agra stop. :)

Room was good. I was upgraded to a suite on arrival as they didn't send their airport shuttle to the airport although I requested it by email. In the end it cost less than the shuttle price to come by taxi! Breakfast buffet was ok, but do not come close to 10 as all options not available! Biggest problem, no bar!!

Our trip to dubai was excellent .we stayed in best western plus pearl creek hotel in room no.609 from 22/09/18 to 25/09/18 three nights.First we came to the hotel by taxi the bell boy Mr.Nasser gave warm welcome he helped our bags and in the reception while we were waiting for the room he gave welcoming drink also.The receptionist youn lady gave pleasant smile she asked us to wait for some time she gave a excellent room with the river view my wife and me were pleasd by room very spacious a family room with all the facilities really its a excellent hotel.The manger Mr.Aliem was very coperative when we were very much disappointed not able to see Burf kalifa he intrduced Mr.Mubasher Ahmad incharge of hotel tourism who helped us to get the tickts in the net.Iam working in Disney land in France in one of the hotels of which has 1093 rooms so i know about the hotels.I was really taken by the service of best western they really deserve PREMIUM class appreciation the manager,the receptionist Madhia, Nasserand Mubashar made our trip to DUBAI an UNFORGETTABLE stay...once again i thank for this excellent team..I wish a very good continuation of their profession.we had very excellent food also..thank you very much.

We booked this hotel because we didn't get room in the previous hotel (raintree hotel DCC) in spite even paying for it. We checked in here as a last resort the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our checking was taken by Mr Jamshed. Who was Jerry friendly,funny ,and courteous. he understood our difficulty and upgraded us to a Creek view room. The view was fantastic. The room was clean, modern and of a decent size. We tried the lunch on the rooftop. The next day we had a breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious ,everything was very well organised, nothing too fancy and nothing was left out. We requested for a late checkout but were given till 130 in the afternoon. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone whobwant to go to the heart of deira..

Poor hotel , not clean , very bad area , rooms are noisy with AC. Very bad experience.. stuff are not smart .. not recommended at all ..very disappointing. Chocolat and nuts in mini bar taste very old. Chocolate apparently melted and got frigides again

Check-in was really fast and smooth We was bit late to check-in. it's around 10:30 pm. And I ask from the reception late checkout there are really helpful with that and I got until 2pm how ever we order pizza through room Service in the late night but it's was really cold :( and the breakfast also bit disappointed because of the cleanliness of the crockery ex: tea cups etc.. this is not the real “BW” Best Western standard I expect as a largest hotel chain in the world around 4,200 hotels on 100 countries. At the time of booking I asked for a room with Creek view and the hotel instantly replied to my request accepting it. However when I arrived at the hotel they refused to give me a room with a Creek view. The bedsheets were very dirty and had hair on them. The staff were also very slow whenever I needed something and I would also have to call a second time after waiting a long time to remind them. There were a lot of kids staying at the hotel and they were playing football in the hallway early in the morning while I was sleeping or there would be a group of alot of people in one room causing loud disruption. None of the staff would tell them to keep quiet. At time of check out, the staff to take my bags took a extreme long time almost causing us to miss our flight. Not to also mention it also took a long time for us to get checked in. I will be returning to Dubai the same month of my stay and will not be choosing this hotel this time around.

Very well located hotel. Clean and tidy with modern rooms. Train station is located in the street behind the hotel and you can travel to all the attractions and shopping malls from this station. We travelled the train, tram and monorail in one day. Very clean and efficient way to travel. Hotel buffet dinner had lots of choices for the price. Breakfast also provided lots of choices to suit most travellers. This is a no alcohol hotel so you need to bring your own and drink it in your room if required. Rooftop pool and gym area is available and provides a good view of the skyline. Nothing flash but good for a stopover.

Hotel is very good for families service is amazing and food is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean. Reception is very friendly and room boys are cleaning my room nicely. Location is very accessable. Roof top having nice view.

Yes you get a great value for money however because of the rude behaviour of the staff one Mr. Ranjan at the front desk i would never stay again at Best western brand!! I booked one night on half board (breakfast and dinner included) and i was happy that i got a pretty good deal in booking.com.I arrived after the standard check in time ie after 14:30 hrs.One of the concierge approached me and asked me to sit at the waiting area and they will call me once the front desk agent is free.After waiting for 10 minutes no one approached me and i decided to go to one of the agent who was free.His name was Mr. Ranjan and he looked so busy typing something in his computer and didn't acknowledge my presence and i asked him if he can do my check in since i have been waiting for my room.He asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes as he was very busy updating some information in the computer.I told him its 14:45 hrs and i cannot wait anymore and then with a deep breathe he gave me a rude look (i felt like this guy was forced to work there).During checkin process he explained to me that my room is on half board basis ie with breakfast and lunch.I told him that what i have booked is dinner not lunch and i have confirmation from booking.com stating the same.He started arguing with me that the hotel is not offering Dinner on half board and you can only avail Lunch.I was very sure that i booked the room with dinner and i disagreed with him.Finally he agreed to swap the lunch to Dinner with the management approval and told me that he will update the restautant regarding the change and i left the desk.At 9 pm i went to the restaurant and the waiter stopped me at the desk and informed that the halfboard is with breakfast and Lunch not Dinner.I had to explain everything once again and he then made few calls and finally allowed me to dine. i felt like these people are doing me a favour despite that the fact that i have booked half board with Dinner.During checkout i met Mr Ranjan once again and i asked him that why you didn't inform the restaurant? He told me that you had dinner correct so dont ask more questions and if you have any problem please complain to Booking.com not to the hotel! Such a rude and unacceptable attitude and i will not recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a decent customer service. Also i called room service upon arrival for lunch,the girl who picked up my call didn't know whats in the menu and said she will call me back after checking with the chef if the dish ordered is available or not.But that call was never returned. Room door shuts so loud that it will wake you up at night if adjacent door was opened by other guests. Yes there was a good side as well during my stay-Buffet selection for dinner and breakfast was pretty decent for the money you pay.

Went there with my family to the Pearl Dining restaurant and honestly the spread was worth it. Had bought Groupon vouchers online and the price we paid was just good enough for the choices we had. Good presentation of appetizers and the main courses. There was a live Pasta cooking area which was a nice touch. The only negative thing was when I ordered Orange juice , the waiter told me that Oange juice was not part of the online offer so I can only order water and soft beverages like pepsi, mirinda etc. I however told him to get me canned orange juice for 4 people and told him that I will pay for it. After 20 minutes waiting when I inquired about the juice, finally the waiter brought me 4 glasses of fresh orange juice instead of canned. Each was charged to me AED 21 which amounted to AED 84 which was ridiculous. I did not want an embarassment on the table so I quietly paid for it but this was a complete rip off and waiters should be more attentive and get the right orders. The waiter was however friendly and played with my daughter with balloons. Will think twice to go back to this place. Due to this experience I did not even leave a tip as i normally leave a healthy tip. sorry.

I stayed at this hotel last week and payed everything when I checked in and was told I wasn't gonna be charged anything's on my credit card, but I just found out the hotel charged me again for my stay on my credit card and the hotel refused ana kept giving me excuses to get refund. People stay away from this hotel worst customer service ever!

The hotel is located at the Dubai Creek opposite the dinner cruises and in walking distance of the Gold Souk. Lobby is nice with a few sitting areas, by the side a coffee shop and stuff is friendly and helpful. During rush hour it can be very busy there. Rooms are big and you have everything you need: safe, minibar, AC, working desk, sitting area, most rooms faced to Dubai Creek. Restaurant is on first floor with a nice view and it's a buffet restaurant. Pool with gym, spa and beauty salon is on the top on floor 15 with a wonderful view. Rates beginning around 55 € in low saison. Next subway: Baniyas Square. I always stay here when traveling Dubai.

Me and my friends visited the hotel last June. Something went wrong with our booking as my friend accidentally cancelled our booking on the day itself. Evenso we went to the hotel and explained to the main reception, we got the same booking and was tols that the same online transaction will be used so we'll just pay any additional payment. The following morning we learned that we need to pay agai as the staff who accommodated us submitted the same cancelled transaction for refund. So i paid again in cash.until now i didnt ger my refund yet. During our stay, we want to try the hotel's resto we asked resto staff and was told that they're fully booked. The staff even asked the manager and again from afar the manager loudly say "we're fully booked". Then we mentioned that we are staying in room__. The staff apologized and said that they have an available table for hotel guests. What the???? I guess they should have asked us first if we are a hotel guests right? Sad to say this is the first hotel that I experienced this sort of scenario. Hotel lobby so small and you guests have no enough space to wait. Not all staff are friendly. One staff brought us our requested soup bowls and and he didnt even smile when he delivered it. It seems that he is tired or not even want his job anymore. As for my refund, even the back office staff dont have even 1% customer service skill. I emailed several times and i only received one acknowlegement. i didnt evwn receive an apology email on my case and not even an update on the progress of the refund. I was so pissed off with the way they accommodate their clients. Sad to say and im being honest this hotel has an overall poor service level.

Nice room with view over the creek, the higher rooms are smoking so we were checked lower. Very accommodating for early check in and the staff were nice. The pool and surrounding area is quite small and only one depth so not the best for children, also it gets very a full, uncomfortably so, the roof top bar wasn't open at all and the staff were playing music too loud to carry out a conversation. The location is good, quick taxi or metro from the airport and very close to the water taxis, gold market and fabric district for some interesting, fun shopping.

I've booked for 7 nights online I have booked standard room online but when I arrived Ms.Madiha has upgraded my room to creek view also provided early check inn I am really thank for to her for the upgrade Rooms are good, comfortable and big , Room service also good, Housekeeping services are on time as requested by me, No complaints for hotel or its management Only 1 complaint I had was the guests staying next door Some family from Africa makes lot of noise I've made some complaints at reception regarding the same They even sent security to check Later the security person came and informed that the kid next door is sick and the kid was handicap too I ignored it and stayed quietly Request higher floor for great views without inter connection doors between rooms

Be aware of this hotel, unless you are 100% sure you want to stay there. I canceled this hotel within free cancelation time. It has been now 30 days, since i am waiting for refund, i called there- they hang up after telling me that they will do the refund, but cannot tell me if they already did it or not. I just usked if they can take a look at where are my money. I was there even myself, and they promised me to write me email about where is the problem. One week and still no answer or some information!! Really bad comunication!! And still not sure if i ever get my money back. SCAM!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Pearl Creek. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Internet service was very good. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. Overall this hotel is a good value. The location is excellent. It's only 10 minutes by cab from the airport, and within walking distance of the souq area and many shops and restaurants. It's also just across the street from the Creek (my room had a view of the Creek, which was nice). Metro is also close by. Recommended.

Stayed with my family for around 10 days in Eid Holidays. My family really enjoyed staying here. We had two rooms with Creek view. Wifi available with good speed. Breakfast buffeyt was very good but service could be improved as tea, milk was not replenished for sometimes. The room service was also good with tasty dishes with good service. Front desk staff was very courteous and frinedly. House keeping guys were giving good service.

I have previously stayed in the best western in doha and found it excellent, so I had hoped for a similar experience here in our 2 day stopover. Unfortunately I had such a poor experience that makes me question if I will use any best western hotels again. There are things I enjoyed about the hotel. The view and location are excellent, and we were perfectly happy with the beds and decor. Sad to say it was the service that let me down for the most part. Checked in on the 11th June and found my australian mastercard was not accepted. The receptionist said there must be something wrong with my card, although i had used it 20 minutes earlier at an airport atm to withdraw money. I have since used my card at other banks in dubai without a problem. This might be a temporary glitch with the system, but if the hotel is advertised as accepting international cards, I expect it to be true. This would have been fine if the staff had offered a simple apology for the inconvenience, but I was told rudely that my card doesn't work. I was also called in my room by someone an hour later asking me how much money I had given reception an hour ago at checkin. Why? Secondly the room had not been properly reset. We had a breakfast card with writing on it, half ripped toilet paper rolls, and a single towel for the two of us. More seriously is how slippery the tiles were in the shower. Without any rubber maps or railings the tilles are very slippery when wet. I slipped on the first night and fell hard on my right hip. I'm a 37 year old male. If i was older, I might have fractured something. I personally see this as a serious safety issue. Later that evening my wife wanted to stay in the room to recover from the flight and i wanted to go for a walk. When i asked for a 2nd key, it was treated like a major inconvenience, complete with eyerolls from reception staff. The first receptionis asked why I wanted a second key and if i had lost the first key. After explaining why he looked annoyed and then asked another staff member to make a 2nd key for me. She looked alarmed and asked why I wanted a 2nd key and if i had lost the firdt key. Again. So i explained the situation and she was reluctant to give me a key, saying she could let me in the room if i was locked out. Why was this an issue? In my experience with most international hotels, we are provided 2 keys for this purpose. There were other minor inconveniences that I won't list out as mistakes can happen. However the staff I interacted with seemed to want to go out of their way to make things difficult for me, and despite the view over the creek, I will never go back to this hotel again in my life.

We had such an incredible stay at the Pearl Creek. Amazing and helpful staff, great breakfast and clean rooms. They let us check in at no additional charge which was really awesome. The rooftop pool is amazing and has incredible rooms. Our room was amazing and comfortable. The location is really great! It's close to the metro which can get you to airport, and the dubai mall. Also the dubai museum is just across the creek. We would definitely recommend and we would stay here again if we were back in Dubai.

The hotel is perfectly positioned meaning you're able to access everything which you travel to Dubai for! The hotel is clean, fresh and well maintained! Cannot compliment the staff enough with how attentive they were, especially when cleaning our room, special mention to Muhammad Ali on floor 15! I would recommend getting down to breakfast sooner rather than later simply to ensure you get to enjoy the wide variety of food on show, the porridge and pastries are gorgeous!! Also a good selection of fresh fruit, which is nice and refreshing on a hot day. The pool area on the top floor is lovely apart from the limit to sun loungers, so once again get there sooner rather than later if you're expecting to spend a full day at the pool. Overall the hotel provides excellent access to everything; the souks, boats across the creeks, tour busses, shops, taxis, travel to the beach and water parks and only 15 mins from the airport! Couldn't recommend it enough for the price!

Great location, good price but the room stank of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the plastic bedhead and as I had a room with an internal adjoining door the smoke from the next room was so bad that I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to stop it wafting through to my room ( I was not with the people in the adding room) Such a shame as the staff were friendly and the bed comfortable.

Very happy to book this hotel ...all staff are very sympathique ..very helpfull ...food is very tasty ... room very clean ... amazing sight... and you can swim in the swimming pool in the rooftop ...i really like it

Be careful. I booked a room in February, canceled within the correct time so not to be charged and the hotel still charged. Complained to booking, had to make proof of everything and booking said was a mistake and the money would be back in my account in 10 to 15 days.. One month and a half later still no money... Be careful.

Pool area upstairs on the R level is excellent and offers amazing views of the Dhows and city. The Hookah smoking and food is superb. Service is so-so but friendly. Room was large and clean although the fittings could do with a little attention to detail in finishing touches. Breakfast on the M floor is pretty good with plenty of juices, tea and coffee. Usual breakfast for Brits (no Pork of course). Avoid the sausages and bacon - horrible. If I were you I would eat the local food they offer or go elsewhere. Beds are comfortable and very clean. AirCon could be better as my room was not as cool as I would have liked especially as outside it was 47 degrees.

Good things first. This hotel is perfect for Asians, with its location, shopping options around, food at and in the restaurants around, busy and lively streets with economic offerings, etc. I felt I was in my own country and town. Creek view from the terrace and deluxe rooms is spellbound. So no doubt, travelers throng to this hotel and other hotels in the vicinity. Is that the reason for complacency? Maybe!. On check in there was no proper acknowledgment for an elite member of BW. After realizing, routinely handing over a hamper of cookies (instead of placing it in the room) as though a charity was doled out, on checking in found that, the room the toilet was not sanitized. Wifi was ineffective with repeated signal dropping. Most importantly, I was given a smoking room, though I booked a non-smoking room. However, on reporting, the manager took care to shift me to a better room. That's a good sign and much appreciated. And, this sense of responsibility from the manager coupled with other positives mentioned above will surely prompt me to revisit this hotel in future trips to Dubai.

This is a nice hotel and we had a comfortable stay, but given it is a 4 star Best West Plus, management really need to look at details which drag guest ratings down. The hotel is new but unfortunately looks scruffy from ground level exterior because shopfronts both sides of the entry are unoccupied and papered over. The front desk is welcoming and competent but maybe the concierge staff could familiarise themselves with their job a bit, leaving luggage on the pavement and being ignorant of local restaurants is not impressive. I anticipated a new and comfortable bed here and was not disappointed, but the view out of the window both in room and the breakfast area would be greatly improved if the windows were cleaned. Lovely large bathroom with a a big rain shower and I managed to fix the hand shower so it did not soak the whole room every time, bit mean on towels I thought for a city where two showers a day is essential. I had less success mending the bedside light that was hanging off the wall so I left the hotel to fix that. I like a nice start to the day and the breakfast buffet was well set up with a toaster machine that worked and a not bad selection of hot food that changed a bit every day. Also a good selection of pastries so it was a shame that some always tasted stale. I am guessing they were actually fresh but hotel should have a series word with their supplier. Again given this is a new hotel I was surprised the breakfast room chairs were all so very grubby, unless maybe they were second hand to save a few dollars. I don't think I am being too fussy if management reads this, just go and look. And while you are in the room, maybe talk to your staff about laying tables properly and refilling breakfast supplies on offer when they are emptied. Other than those quibbles we had a decent stay because hotel was close to both Abra cross creek ferry and a metro station so you could get around. Also there were some nice and fun cheap restaurants in the streets around that we used. This is not the glossiest area of Dubai but I would be happy staying in the area despite the main tourist attractions of gold and spice souks being a bit crap. However would try a different hotel unless reviews coming after this one can say that the hotel has got its act together.

I was really impressed with Best Western Pearl Creek. The staff were friendly, the room large and clean with a great view of the city. The breakfast selection was one of the best I've seen. The roof top pool was refreshing after a busy day exploring Dubai and the views at night of the Burj Khalifa and city skyline are spectacular. Situated in the older part of the city it is an easy walk to the souks and to the local Metro station. I'd be more than happy to stay there again.

The location of this hotel is good. The bedroom we had was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had just a shower but it was good and the toiletries provided were nice. The beds were comfortable and the room had a well stocked fridge. The channels available on the TV were poor if you are English. Whilst the pool on the roof terrace was nice the lack of sun beds were disappointing and the chairs available were very uncomfortable. The attitude of some of the staff in the dining room was questionable. We ordered two cups of tea after our meal. What was given was undrinkable so we asked for them to be replaced and requested that they just bring the cups with tea bags in and provide hot water and milk separately. When the waiter returned he just brought one cup, when I asked where the second cup was he had the nerve to roll his eyes and tut at me! Not impressed! The view from the rooftop terrace after dark was spectacular and went some way to changing the mood after the experience in the dining room.

my first time at Deira Plus Pearl Creek was a wonderful stay. the hotel is so neat and the location is so good just few distance from Banyias Station and in front of the amazing Deira Creek where you can visit many locations with 1 Drh by Abra. the room was clean and the smell of the hotel was something to remember for a long time. the breakfast was really impressive and the team is so welcoming I want to thank Mr. Raphy, Gina, and the dearest manager Inayat. they were amazing with me always keen to help me everything I need with a beautiful Smile on their faces. I will stay with you guys again and I will absolutely recommend your hotel to my CVC clients in Brazil. thank you for this amazing vacation

The Best Western Plus in Pearl Creek was fantastic. If you plan to be out and about in Dubai during the day and just need a nice, clean air-conditioned hotel to come back to at night to lay your head down, this is the place to stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff in the lobby are extremely helpful. If you need help getting a taxi or have any questions about anything in Dubai, these people are there for you. I also opted for the the included breakfast in the mornings and that was also great. There was an omelet station, pancakes, fruits, breads and pastries. Pretty much any breakfast food you wanted was there. There is also a pool on the roof which offers great views of the Dubai creek and a view way off in the distance of the Burj Khalifa. This hotel is also only a 7-10 minute walk from the Baniyas Square station, 15-20 minute walk from the Dubai Gold Souk and within walking distances of various great restaurants and all around cool historic sights in the city. Deira, where this hotel is located is considered one of the older parts of Dubai, but it still has just as much charm as the new parts. All in all, I'd stay here again without question.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Dubai old Town. I recommend this hotel for families who are planning to go shopping. There were many negative comment for the Best Western Plus in Dubai and I almost cancelled my booking. However, I did not find any of those comment to be true during my stay, notwithstanding they could have been true. The personal at the front desk upon checking were extremely professional and friendly. There was one customer ahead of me and while waiting a member of management brought both of us a free glass of juice. I had a room on the front overlooking the water and street. The street noise inside the room was minimal and was no distraction. The view was nice. Guest in the hallway were no more louder than anywhere else. The room was very clean and I was there for 2 nights and the room attendant would have changed the sheets the 2nd night if I hadn't said they were okay. I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location is excellent as there are allot of eating places, shopping and supermarkets available. The WiFi was free and good in the hotel, however, it did not allow me to use WiFi calling or FaceTime. FaceTime would connect and then drop. I did not find a major mall like in the US in this area, notwithstanding there could have been one, but I have been to other areas on previous visits to Dubai where they were available. The lobby of the hotel is small compared to other major hotels but i didn't find this an issue. There were 2 free bottles of water in the room and replaced free each day. Everyone I dealt with spoke English okay. The price of this hotel was really reasonable and I would stay here again on any future visits. I found it is a good hotel to stay at prior to a cruise. The taxi from the airport to this hotel was just under 50 AED and the driver took the same route at 11:00 PM as my maps.me app had routed. The cost of the taxi from this hotel to cruise ship Terminal 2 was 27 AED.

I stayed with my family for a full month at this hotel,the occupancy of this hotel was 100%,the figure alone tells you that this hotel is in very popular with travellers, despite the staff being under pressure they were very helpful. I found this hotel to be excellent. This hotel is very centrally located, ideal for business travellers or holiday makers. The front desk staff were exellent especially Sayed Kaleem and Madiha. The concierge , security without a doubt performed their duties very professionally. This hotel definitely good value for money, it has a very big breakfast/dinnng area, service was excellent and good choices of food. The metro, abra, gold souk, spice market all close by, taxis always readily available. The staff generally very helpful and polite. Reviews could be deceiving but I recomend this hotel very highly, your own experience will be the best review

We are a family of four, with two daughters aged 10 and 13 and have just returned from a fantastic week in Dubai, starting at this lovely hotel. We arrived at around 10am and only had to wait less than 15 minutes for our room to be ready, despite being very early for normal check in time. We had arrived thinking we would drop our suitcases off and go out exploring until we could check in later in the day, so were very pleasantly surprised! During this time we were offered cold juice and a place to sit. The reception area was very nice with plenty of seating. We were given a lovely two roomed Family Room on the 15th Floor (only one floor below the roof terrace/pool area). It was a lovely room, very clean and comfortable with fantastic views. It was very quiet, we never heard any noise from the hotel or from traffic. The only noise we did hear was the Call to Prayer each morning at 5.30am, but it only woke my husband and I briefly (daughters never heard it) and it was in fact quite soothing and enjoyable. ?? Breakfast was very, very good, with so many choices...fruits, juices,coffee, tea, cereals, breads, loads of different cakes/biscuits, the usual hot breakfast items such as eggs, omelettes, beans, bacon (beef not pork), sausages (chicken or beef), hash browns etc. There were also cold meats and cheeses, salads and even curries! We were more than happy and left every morning feeling very full and satisfied! ?? We usually had breakfast at around 9 - 9.15am and whilst it was busy, we always found a table easily and the food was always replenished quickly. The Roof Terrace was lovely, the pool was clean and is heated. Towels are provided. The gym area was modern and clean. There is no alcohol at this hotel, but it didn't bother us as we had dinner a few times at the Sheraton Hotel just a 15 minute stroll down the promenade. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, from the Bell Boys who took our bags to the room for us, hailed taxis etc, to the Reception Staff, the waiters/waitresses in the restaurant, the pool staff, the cleaners. All were friendly and helpful with big smiles. ?? The hotel provides a free mini bus to a local beach. On the day we wanted to go, the Concierge said it was quite full and that he wanted us to be comfortable with our two daughters, so he told us to take a taxi there and back, then give him the receipt and he paid us the taxi fare back. ?? The location of this hotel was excellent! A very short walk to Baniyas Square and all of it's shops and restaurants and the Metro. Only a few minutes walk to the Abras Station and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Gold and Spice Souks. Also the Big Bus Tour Bus stop is just across the road by the footbridge. The views, both from our room and from the Roof Terrace were amazing!! Our room faced the other side whilst the Roof Terrace faced the Creek. Both spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Pearl Creek, and would definitely recommend it and will hopefully return ourselves one day soon.

We stayed from 18th March to 22 March 2018 in this Property. It's location is very good. The Baniyas Square metro station is 6 mins walk and rhe bus stop is just 5 muns away. The Gold Soul is 12 -15 minutes walk. There are many eating joints nearby. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed interacting with Mr. Tahir and Gina at the front desk. Very help. The breakfast was awesome, with good soread. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was also great. I only wish there were three beds in the room instead of 4 since we were a family of 3 adults. Overall a great place to stay, even though it's a bit pricey.

I had booked this Best Western plus creek hotel for December through a website and thy debited 687 dirhams from my credit card claiming it will be refunded fully if i cancel. for some reason. Unfortunately i had to cancel my trip and hence had to cancel the hotel bookings through web site, but now it has been almost a month and i have still not received my refund amount from the hotel. I had sent them emails as follow up and they keep replying it's in process. When i call up at the hotel they keep transferring me. It has really become a night mare now and i am afraid i will loose my money. Total waste and i will never recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. The staff response to custmers is pathetic.

I visited this hotel with my mum in February 2018 stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Arrived at the hotel, bell boys don't really help much nor do they eagerly help with unloading your suitcases, the bell boys stand around in the lobby listening to their music via headphones no interest is taken on guests. I was very early however management sorted a room out for us within two hours of arrival. The lobby area is awful , very limited space to sit . 8 to 10 people can sit in the lobby and that's it it's full. The reception desk is small. There is the rooftop area on floor 12 ,but a hotel should have a nice relaxing lobby. There are no toilets in reception so you have to go to the first floor ,Not good for people with disabilities. Room it's ok but needs a good clean, my room was being cleaned , cleaned meant clean towels, bed made and that's it not once did I hear a hoover or smell any type of bleach or cleaner being used. I was very disappointed with the cleaning aspect ‘no hoover' did not hear it once checked around the cleaning stations of the cleaning staff no hoover to be seen or heard. The staff were cleaning other rooms again no hoover?(vacuum) . The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned please see pictures . We were in room 205 opposite the lifts and the noise was shocking!!! The guests were not quiet, As this hotel is on the main road the double glazing did very little to dampen the noise of the traffic believe me the noise is very very loud. My mother and I had very little sleep. I wanted to bring all of this to the managements attention but my mum being very old did not want the hassle anyone and with her disabilities she could not manage to change the rooms. The hotel stinks of gutter management try to mask the smell but it does not work. Baniyas Square metro station is about a good 15 min walk so the hotel is not next to metro again it would not suite a person with mobility issues. Naif Souq close by gold souq half hour walk. There is a milk shake bar within the hotel this too is not good . Haji Ali Akbar it really is awful. Their milk drinks are made with creamed milk meaning evaporated milk. The hotel needs a good clean, management need training on how o be professional toward their clientele. The bell boys need be attentive. The lobby needs a good clean and the hotel needs to remove two desks that sell items to the customers and make that area into a lobby. This is definable not a four star plus hotel. All in all an awful, dirty hotel I would not go there again.

Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly, particularly a young lady called Gina who was an absolute delight. Nice clean hotel, food was OK but not brilliant. It's a bit out of the main areas of Dubai, but that's reflected in the cost and it was no problem getting taxis (never waited longer than a minute for one to arrive) and they were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a nice stay here and when they found out it was my husband's birthday, when we returned to the hotel after a day at a beach club there was a birthday cake in our room with a note saying “Happy Birthday”. We were very touched.

We stay here me and my fiancee from 22nd of february 2018 till 27th of febuary 2018 Great value for money considering dubai rates,it is conviently closed to metro station.and 15mnts.drive to dubai international airport it was amazing the ambience.we stay in 1203 room cleaner is the best..although we are waking up late but his not distrbing us knocking the door to wake up us.until we wake his still there we couldnt give tips for him cos when we check out his not there.but definitely when we coming back im pretty sure i will give it to him.bellboy was really helpful and always smiling Reception quiet poor but thanks to tahir and the girl who was covering her hair dont know her name shes amazing girl and very helpful..we really enjoy our stay here..definitly we.will coming back.

1. We stayed here in March first week for 4 night. 2 adults and 8 yr old child. I booked a standard tween room with creek view and breakfast from Booking.com. I requested for early check in and 1 king-1 twin bed. Upon arrival, they arranged it alal plus gave us free upgrade to family suit. Total cost I paid was only 1500 AED incl all taxes !!!! Thats a super deal seeing the hotel status. 2. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping full marks ! 3. Breakfast n buffet spread were awesome, food suitable for races and choices - continental,Asian,Indian veg,medeterrenian,arabic etc. Included juices,salad bar, variety of bread, curries,non veg and veg main course , sopus, plenty of desserts etc. A La Karte dishes were above expectation as well. Portions ample for 3 people. 4. Our room had a clear view of creek and Marina as well as old town views. One can clearly see the famous landmarks of Dubai from the window itself.Rooftop swimming pool and Shisha counter was a good place for leisure moments. 5.Very easy and cheap commuting from this hotel to anywehere is Dubai. Metro,Abra boats,bus stop all at 5 minutes walk. taxis available on roadside. Cost from airport to hotel is 40 AED by Govt taxi with red roof, from hotel to airport its even cheaper, only 20 AED. 6. All souks at walking distance ! So you can visit as many times as you wish ! Also many restaurents n supermarkets nearby so variety of food available. 7. Staff is friendly and helpful. Special mention of Mr.Rasheed from Cloud 9 restaurent, very helpful and goes out of the way to help you. All in all I would recommend this hotel to all those travellers who dont really give a damn abt luxury but need peaceful sleep and good food and want to explore the town !!! Would visit again.

I had jus come Bak to Uk and had issue with hotel fees which I couldn't deal at checkout we were getin late for flight and Huby had left early to catch early fIite when I rang from Uk they weren't ready to help you kept transferring to another dept???? the cleaner on 3rd floor was lovely the guys at the door were helpful especially the little guy ?? but can't say much for reception staff the entrance smells not very welcoming. The rooms are spacious location very good view very beautiful but wouldn't book there again!!!!

This hotel is at the top of the creek area, near the sea. There is plenty going on, and a few restaurants around the area. The hotel itself is well placed with a metro station close. We used the metro every day with a red nol card. We Used the busses and trams as well, so for the 5days we were here we managed to see all the major sites. And from the roof terrace you get great views of the city, especially early morning and dusk. The staff were very courteous and pleased to help. We only had breakfast in the hotel, but it was full of food that most nations like to enjoy for breakfast.

I would specifically like to commend Muhiddin Rahmonov for making sure our room was fresh every day. He went beyond his duty and when learning it was our anniversary, he left flowers in our room. This is an excellent place to make a stop and relax with a smoothie, fresh juice, shisha, or food on the 'Roof Top,' of the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek. I visit to take in the superb panoramic views of the entire Creek and I love to show friends this too. Worth the climb! All part of visiting the Deira, Baniyas & Al Seef along the Dubai Creek. * A must go place for photographers and selfie-takers like. ** Afternoon, or even better at night, as you'll see all the lights of Dubai from a high perspective. *** Make a long stop of it and 'watch a game' on a great wall projection above in the open air.

Booked this hotel about a month before our Dubai holiday via the official Best Western website for 4 nights (15/2 - 19/2). Best value with daily buffet breakfast. 2 days before our arrival, I had emailed the hotel about my late arrival at 2am (16/2) and having paid for the night on 15/2 to secure the room. On arrival at the front desk at about 215am, there was a commotion between the front desk staff and a hotel guest who is trying to check in. The tense atmosphere wasnt a welcoming sight especially after abt 10 hours of travel for my family of 3, including my elderly mum. Another family was also anxiously waiting to check in and was trying hard to get the front desk staff to quicken the check in process. They were told to wait at a cafe and were offered refreshments. They didnt look pleased. My turn to check in also brought on the same problem. Was asked to wait after the staff took total payment via credit card for my 4 night stay. I would think that an early morning check in would be quick as I had already emailed the hotel about my arrival and even paid for the room for the night of 15/2. Exhausted after a long journey, I demanded my key asap. The situation made me very upset as the front desk staff seemed to be very inefficient and not transparent about why my check in was taking so long. Long story short, my room key was given to me after I demanded the staff to quicken the check in process. When we arrived at our room, housekeeping had just made up e room and was desperately trying to put in all e amenities. This was at 240am!! The carpet wasnt cleaned and we could feel some bits on the carpeted floor. Consolation was that the room was big enough for 4 adults, 3 big luggage and room overlooked the creek. It had a balcony but it wasnt very clean. We had their buffet breakfast daily and food choices were sufficient with hot and cold dishes, cereals, egg station, salad station, breads and pastries, juices and fruits. Breakfast table wasnt cleaned properly with some food bits still stuck to the table mats from the previous breakfast guests. Go early for breakfast as it can get crowded. View of the creek was a refreshing sight. This hotel overlooks the creek and the abra (traditional boat) station is a 2 min walk across the street. You can take the abra across to the older part of Dubai and wander around in the historical areas and shop in the Old Souk. Its 1 dirham per person per crossing in the abra that takes about 5mins across the creek. From the hotel, you can walk to Gold & Spice souks (10mins), Baniyas Square Metro Station (5mins), shopping in Deira area (5mins), Sabkha bus terminal (10mins) and the taxi ride to the airport is about 10mins (non peak hour) costing about 30dirhams. Its easy to get a taxi just outside of the hotel lobby. Overall this well located hotel in the old Dubai area is a good choice for its location but the service at the front desk has a long way to go in terms of efficiency & friendliness. I will not be a guest there again.

This is a great hotel only 10 minutes from airport terminal 3 by taxi, get the cream colour taxis which are best price. Nice place to walk and get into the centre of Dubai too. Great especially for a short stay.

Hotel appearance not very good from the outside. Reception area could do with some renovations. Rooms with creek view have a good view. Breakfast is good with many choices. Manager Mr Ravi is very pleasant and will go out of his way to accommodate you. Received very good service from Jennifer who handles reservations. Hotel is located right across the Abra crossing. Very close to spice soul and gold soul.

The room service guy Vijay did excellent job.He's very fast and efficient at his work. Breakfast was good as well. Amazing experience so far. I would recommend travellers this hotel to stay when you are in Dubai. :)

The Rooms are Cozy with House keeping staffs .The view from the balcony is very stunning at night and you can see the cruises with lights moving through the creek .You can also catch the famous "Accra" Boat which is just opposite to the hotel .The breakfast is good but with limited seats so its kinda hectic to grab the breakfast

Good location next to the creek. Easy to get to from Banyas Square metro station. Hotel is a 5 min walk to the gold souk. Basic rooms but clean. Lots of restaurants close by. Quick checkinandandandandand checkout. No alcohol

We stayed here 2 nights on the way back from Europe. A very nice comfortable bed and very nice shower (although it took 5 minutes before hot water arrived to the tap). The night view from the rooftop was superb, too.

Hotel staff very friendly and hepfull especially reception responsable Mr. Tahir always find solution our request and problems. Also Location and wiev wonderfull from the roof canal wiev rooms. Metro line 150 meter. Rooms very clean. House keeping staff very successfully. Preferable hotel for future trips.

The hotel has a great location, helpful and friendly staff but the room are not properly cleaned. Worst of it all the breakfast. The breakfast area is very small and can not contain a lot of guests. I had to skip breakfast during my stay because there were mostly no place to sit.

We had a "deluxe" room in one of the top floors. The only thing that was nice about the hotel was the Creek view from our room. If they try to give you one of the rooms close to the elevators, simply reject it. They play LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG in front of the elevators that is more than hearable in the rooms. Every night, I had to call reception at least twice, sometimes even ask for their management until they stopped that noise. It took them at least one hour around midnight every night until they stopped the music. This is not what I expect from a 4* hotel - I've been visiting many hotels all around the world and this is one of the worst cost/value ratios I ever experienced. So I wonder what Best Western "plus" stands for, if this hotel is much worse than any Best Western I stayed at so far. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!

We arrived early and only had to wait 30 minuted before being checked in (we were in our hotel room by 11am) they had also upgraded us, which was a nice touch, but as there were only two of us and they gave us a family room, it was probably a flourish that we didn't really need. The food is predominantly indian (as are many restaurants in Dubai, as they have a large indian population) but it was delicious - very well spiced and had great depth of flavour. There is also a nice juice bar on the ground floor. No bar serving alcohol though, so if you are looking for this, then you're going to want to look at some of the larger hotel complexes which include bars. The rooftop terrace is great, it gets a little busy during the day, but i headed up a couple of times at around 10am while my husband was having a lie in and managed to get a sun lounger each time. The pool is small and heathed, so not particularly refreshing, but it is lovely to step into warm water and wind down. In the evening the pool is closed, and the roof top turns into a shisha lounge and an arabic restaurant. THE BEST TABBOULEH IN DUBAI! If you get her cold mezze i dont think you'll be disappointed. All the dips are super yummy, and you get plenty of bread. The shisha flavours are also really well blended and the view is just incredible! The location is excellent, really close to some great souks, and you can hop onto a boat for pennies to take you across the creek where you will find hilarious markets where you will be (almost) physically dragged into shops - we had a blast wandering around. The store owners, while pushy, are very funny and friendly, and you can haggle until they give you a semi-reasonable price. If they can see you will just walk away if they don't lower their prices, they'll usually cave and drop their price. Be aware there is a large indian population in Dubai, and for women this can be a little disconcerting as it seems to be perfectly acceptable in their culture/ manners to stare very openly at western women. Its a little uncomfortable, but i just don't think it is considered rude to stare like that to them.. so I just ignored it. Other than that, there was no groping, touching or anything that made me feel remotely threatened, so once you get your head around this cultural difference, you dont even notice it. SO - the reason we would not choose to stay at this hotel again is a real shame... every morning, without fail, at 7.26am, the hotel would start playing very loud, very tinny, obnoxious euro-pop/ house music. the speakers are directly outside the hotel room doors, and it woke us up every morning, without fail. It was the same 7 or 8 songs, and every morning i called reception and asked if it could be turned off/ turned down... this worked to varying degrees. it would usually stop for a few minutes, then come back on, a bit quieter - however by this time you're already awake and the damage is done. Its such a shame - we loved everything else so much, I almost wanted to give them a pass on this.. but the one thing you should be able to do in your hotel is sleep peacefully, and the fact that we couldn't put a real downer on our experience. Strangely i havent seen any other reviews mentioning this - but it was really unbearable for us. Hopefully the hotel changes its early morning music policies - but until then, we won't be back : (

This hotel is superb....its sooo organised ..the breakfast is great and i must commend the house keeping its amazing....Derrick is soo hard working and friendly.He makes the rooms soo neat and tidy..He puts in a lot of effort..The hotel location is good also????

We traveled to Dubai on 24th December 2017 with my family. We were booked at Best Western Hotel Deira. The hotel is good and in the center of the town where shopping is easy to access. Staff are friendly and ready to listen. Their breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean.They have a heated swimming pool. I will go back there when I visit Dubai next time.

Stayed there from 25-28th December. Hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Didn't get a creek view though. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was mixed catering to its diverse clients though not to my taste. Overall pleasant stay

I stayed here for one night during a layover. The facilities were decent but the water took a significant amount of time to heat up. We asked for a wake up call at 5:30am and were woken up at 4:20am instead. We then called to clarify we asked for a wake up call at 5:30, not 4:20. When 5:30 rolls around no call. At 5:50am, we receive a call and are told that they have called us 3 times with no answer, to which I respond we received no calls except for the one at 4:20. The guy on the other line has no explanation but says ok. What kind of hotel can't get a wake up call straight?

Great value for money considering Dubai rates, it is conveniently located close to metro station and 15 minutes drive from Dubai International airport. I would recommend it for business travelers more than leisure, although the Dubai Creek boats are just walking distance.

I stayed for about 15 days at this hotel the cleanliness was poor i drop a pencil in the floor the pencil stayed in the floor for 10 days they didn't pick I would find ants in the washing room the bed wasn't well done the bathroom wasn't well cleaned i use to leave empty boxes near the trash bin they wouldn't throw i checked out at 12pm and I forgot a box a big box which contained a lamborgini bag it was heavy when there is something inside we could feel the weigh just then when i arrived home i realized the missing bag it was 12 hours later i called the hotel the answer the gave me was “we threw”how can they throw?it was something heavy we could easily realize the box wasn't empty..surprising is that the staff knew me they had my phone number my email they could've sent me an email asking that's one of the purpose we give our details when we checkin it doesn't just serve for asking the payment or something that is only convenient for them.. Another thing is the mess at the reception there is always a complain at the reception So this was my stay at this hotel

Good location and better view from the roof top. Close to Gold soukh and Delhi Darbar. Reserve in advance as mostly it's sold out. If you need early check in please notify the hotel so they will try to accommodate.

it was a great trip in dubai and one of the most important that we choose this hotel. its a nice place everything was great service,stuff, food. plus you can enjoy the sun on the rooftop pool. you should visit!!

Excellent location, walking distance to the Metro, Gold Souk and water taxi that takes you across the creek. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are well appointed and large.

Location good in Deira, old Dubai, close to the Abras over the water, the souqs, Al Fahidi areas etc. Also the metro is close. Room and service was fine. Breakfast area too small, food okay. Nice rooftop pool and bar. The bad things, we woke up at 2 AM, in the middle of the night, due to a chaotic fire alarm. According to the reception because someone was smoking in one of the rooms. Same thing happened next night at 1 AM. This was a quite shocking experience!

We had priority early check in but were met with unfriendly staff saying that we had to pay for an extra night to get a room before 2 pm. They said that early check in was due to availability but if you can sell an extra night you have a room ready... Not everybody arrives at 2 pm so flexibility would be great. After talking to the manager we got a room around 10 am which was great. Thank you. We rested in a cafe in the hotel next to the lobby. A rat was running around there and disappeared into the kitchen. Quite shocking. Besides that the hotel is located close to metro, the souks and gives you good value for money. Get a room with creek view. It's beautiful.
