After staying at Best Western and Best Western Plus hotels along our trip and having very pleasant experiences, we came across this Best Western Premier. It was a bit more expensive probably due to their location to the Denver International Airport and not as we first thought higher end amenities than the Best Western Plus. The pillow top mattress was quite worn down. There was no more pillow top. The main room light was burnt out and maintenance cover on the in room jacuzzi tub was left open. These things were minor to the thermostat in the room. It definitely need some maintenance. When we entered the room the thermostat was set at 68 but it was definitely far warmer than that. My husband had to turn it back to 61 to get it to stop running. We stayed at 11 Best Westerns on our 12 day trip. There was no included continental breakfast or even fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. This was the only poor experience we had. There was nothing special about this stay unless you prefer to pay more for less.
Once again Best Western Denver East never disappoints! I'm in Denver quite often for business and had to go through many different hotels in Denver until I finally found this one! They are some of the nicest rooms in the entire city for the price. Also, the staff is very accommodating and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. Ashley, who I believe is the general manager of the property was a prime example of that today. She has always helped me with any issue or concerns I have had there immediately and with a big smile on her face. Thanks again Ashley for all that you have done for me on my stays over the past year! As long as I have business in Denver this will be my go to hotel thanks to Ashley and her amazing staff.
Very convenient for the airport with plenty of parking and easy access to the downstairs rooms. We picked one with chairs outside overlooking the pool in the centre of the motel. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy firm and silent when even when we moved. No noise from adjacent rooms or corridor. Good laundry and spacious lobby. Small cafe for breakfast at a modest additional cost. Pool is large with plenty of sun loungers and spa pool is not very bubbly but it is large which is great for making new friends but not so cosy if you are a couple. Jade, Hayleigh and Taysha were very helpful and friendly and are a real credit to the hotel. Not the Best Best Western but certainly in the top tier. Quite a long drive to the City Centre and the heart is being ripped out of Denver (summer 2024) but should be much better when the building works are finished. Botanical Gardens fantastic.
When stranded in Denver due to weather, I booked this hotel close to the airport. Taysha at the front desk was super helpful, professional, and friendly. The room was comfy and food at the restaurant was yummy. Loved the patio off of the room.
Cleanest room Comfy bed Thick towels Super nice staff Good location Love the patio Breakfast was not that great Everything else makes up for it Maybe allow deposit to carry over Where's the pool? Surprisingly quiet Love the private entrance
Stayed here for one night, checked in very late on Sept 28 and had a bunch of food I wanted to refrigerate, put it in fridge and noticed slight smell, realized shortly afterwards the smell was from literal hairy fungus/mold growing in the fridge. Needless to say I threw the food out. Completely violates sanitary code. They told me to call back when the manager was there and she'd do something to make up for it -- took 3 calls to finally get a hold of her. They had the option to refund the night through Priceline but chose not to and said they could only offer me points, despite me saying I never stay in best westerns and didn't even have an account. They said they'd put 20K points in which is enough for a night. I clearly gave them My email address spelled out so they could put them in an account I'd create. Couple weeks later I went to create the account with the email address and there was no record -- 2 more calls to them to find out they left off HALF my email address and sent the points to the wrong account. So they said they resent them to my correct email address. Then today another week later I go to that account hoping to use the points, but shockingly they're not in there! All they did was send me a welcome email after that 5th phone call or whatever despite saying they'd really put the agreed upon 20k points in there. I think they forgot the second step. At this point please just do the right thing and refund the night through Priceline - as you know, they said they could refund it with your permission. It's absurd to have me call a 7th time to try to get the points you said you'd give me a month ago, after dealing with completely code violating unhygienic room and wasted food. Again, I don't stay at best westerns and just want the refund - I tried for weeks to use the points you said you'd give me but you didn't follow through and it's unfair to have me keep spending time on this. If you can't refund it then it should at least be double the points at this point.
The check in process was great. The free waters were a treat! Slept so well the beds and pillows must have been perfect! Check out was easy. The decor and colors were calming and pleasant. The lobby was so bright and spacious. It was beautiful!
Staff was friendly, hotel lobby nice and clean. Room was clean and nice. Beds comfortable. Lighted mirror in the bathroom was nice! Now looking to put one in my home. Photos online do represent very well of the room that we were in. I included photo of our view from our room of the pool
No assistance from reception employees - refused. My right foot injured & debilitated. On a one leg scooter to prevent stress on the right foot. Sometimes I need help. No assistance from reception employees upon request. On Thursday, October 3, your graveyard receptionist and day-shift receptionist refused to help me with my luggage at 0630 am. I requested help with my luggage from my room to my truck. Total request time would not have exceeded 5 minutes. Room close to reception. All other employees provided assistance and helped, supported by the survey. When I asked for help from two reception employees prior to departure, the day shift receptionist told me the graveyard employee just finished her shift and was going home and the day shift employee - her -was just starting her shift. That was their reason for refusing to help me. Both employees just stared at me. Nobody in the lobby. I was forced to walk on my foot to retrieve my luggage from the room. This aggravated the foot which was confirmed by my doctor the next day during a previously scheduled appointment. I do not understand this. All other employees to include reception employees bent over backwards to help me all other times to include Gus, their maintenance employee. I cannot think of one time in my life when I refused assistance to anybody when they came to me and asked, "Can you help me." These two employees are not consistent with other employees on this property and both employees are inconsistent with the service standards of the hospitality industry. I do not get it. I have never been treated this badly at any B/W property. This incident has broken my trust with B/W. Why did this happen?
Although the BW Premier is a visually impressive building from the curb, don't be fooled. It's lacking in all the standard BW amenities such as coffee in the lobby, good internet, included breakfast. Its a sham to the BW brand if you expect that service. Rather, here at this location you have to pay extra?
The front desk folks were very helpful. The hotel was well maintained. I did not expect to pay a separate fee for breakfast and coffee. But overall everything went well. There are plenty of food establishments within walking distance of the hotel.
Beautiful property, super clean, front desk was helpful both at check-in and check out, couple different fast food places right next to the hotel plus a Tony Roma's at the hotel for dinner or cocktails when you get there. Very large rooms, pool and hot tub were beautiful, will definitely stay here again.
very cool design; awesome pool; great staff. Lots of walking distance restaurants if the Tony Roma's on the property isn't what you want . McD adjacent. The balconies are a very nice feature and the architecture and feel of the hotel are unique .
I had gone to the Denver area for a week of updating equipment in my company stores in the area. It had been a long rough week. Jade at the Front Counter was definitely a bright spot! She was very pleasant, making sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Her courtesy was extremely appreciated.
We pre checked in the day of the reservation before getting on our plane to Denver because we were flying in late. Arrived at 12:00 and found the elevator was inoperable. The check in person assigned us a room on the second floor and at the end of two buildings down the hallway. It was quiet, but a long walk. This property also dis not provide breakfast. Yes, the fine print of the description of amenities stated this, but is iSUPPOSEDLY IS A PREMIER Best Western. There were also stains on the in room love seat and stains on the chairs on the balcony. Property was quiet for sleeping. Also found two crawling nuts on the desk under the TV smashed them, allied the front desk, she said sorry, that was that
Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and inviting. Jade and Hayleigh were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was top tier. The maid service was even friendly. We'd definitely stay here again!
Jade was very helpful at the front desk, the rooms are kept very clean. The sliding glass doors on the shower was a nice touch. The hot tub and pool area is a great place to relax. Breakfast was around $15 about the only down side to this experience.
Really helpful staff, in particular Jade, during check-in and throughout the stay. Also, some nice facilities and pleasant spaces to hang out. Nice laundry, nice workout room, good cafe with pretty his coffee. Would definitely stay here again.
This Hotel was right off expressway and very nice after a long days ride. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, counter (Jade) was very helpful and price was good. Overall a great place to spend the night but the only down side was a charge if you wanted breakfast.
Overall experience was good. Front desk staff was really nice. The supervisor, can't remember her name, was very nice/professional and kept going out of her way to help guests. The pool and courtyard were really nice and clean. We tried to use the grill, but they could not figure out the propane for us.
I called to make a reservation and told them I was a rewards member so the quoted me a price and I agreed. We stayed for 9 days for medical issues. When we checked out we just dropped our key in the box for quick checkout. When we got home I received an e-mailed statement and was billed more than I was quoted. Very disappointed.
Our trip to Denver was a great experience made better by staying here, even for a few short hours! They night staff were light, caring and got us our room with no effort or inconvenience. Our room was a typical room until it came to the comfortable beds and hot showers! So nice and in need of after a long flight. We will stay here again and hope you do as well.
The room was nicely decorated but no blackout curtains. The kitchenette was not stocked with anything. Since we flew in, I did not have my own cooking pan and spatula. We have a large family and I had hoped to use the kitchen for at least 1 meal a day. The garden tub plug was not working, but the employees quickly responded to all of our requests. We were pleasantly welcomed at our 4 am check in and were well taken care of during our stay. The large king room with kitchenette is still worth it when you have kids for multiple nights and need room to stretch out. I couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were- we all slept well. The pool area is better than most hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet is no longer available and the cafe was not appealing. The gym was better than most hotels in the area. Towels provided in gym and at pool. Filtered water dispenser available in gym. Super convenient location, felt safe enough, police station a block away. Had a BMW rental and no issues with safety. We also enjoyed the convenience of an onsite restaurant. This hotel is worth the price.
Although the staff is new to Best Western, they were very friendly and accommodating. The night manager at check-in, and that day manager at checkout, we're both very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself. I came to find out that Denver was known for vehicle break-ins for Smash and grab, so do not leave anything valuable insight. As I was checking in, another hotel guest was talking to the front desk about their window being smashed in their car and stuff being stolen out of it. This is not a Best Western issue, but more of a Denver area issue at most hotels.
Hotel was modern, clean and beds were comfortable. No complementary coffee or breakfast. Choices offered in the breakfast room were pricey. We had a mix-up when checking in, but manager handled our problem quickly.
First time staying there. The bathroom a little small but room was nice, vaulted ceilings and a little patio to sit. It is close to the freeway and airport. One thing didn't have free breakfast. I think I would stay again if in the area.
Denver Don't stay one night it's not worth the headache , house keeping don't want to clean, I was told the only way you get your room clean was to put your name in a log book that they tell u nothing about to the last minute. Pool dirty, sand at the bottom of hot tub Worst place ever and It's expensive. Don't waste your energy. The place was Filthy.
We chose this due to location not knowing what to expect. They exceeded our expectations. Only issue was we were given a key to a room already occupied. We were also promised some extra points for our inconvenience and never received them.
This was the 19th Best Western hotel on this year's US-Trip. And the only one without breakfast buffet included. I didn't mind that much, resorted to neighbor McDonalds. Anyway, the room was generous and clean and I had a good and stay, as I expected.
The room was very nice, and the king bed was fantastic. My only complaints were related to parking, (Not enough spaces to make it easy,) and the jetted tub was in the main living area and had no divider. We travelled as a family and people were looking forward to use it. The look of disappointment on everyone's faces when we walked into the room ruined the trip for me. For a couples trip, it would have been great, but for a family trip, it was a major disappointment.
The staff was great. It was clean. The location was good. The beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Our room had a private balcony. We didn't visit it but the pool area looked really nice.
I had higher expectations as previous stays with Best Western were so good. There were cockroaches in the room. I was there 4 nights and my room was never cleaned.
Do your research before booking a room at this dump. My Wife got stuck in Denver and we booked a room there not knowing it was in the hood. Ken the overnight clerk, is a compulsive liar and refused my wife a room at 2:00am Presidents' Day weekend. His story differs from what actually happened. I have been a Diamond select with Best Western for years and this by far is the worst. According to Ken my wife was trying to check in with someone else's credit card. He refused her a room before even seeing her credit card. I booked a room for 2/19 at 1:00 am on 2/19. The website won't allow you to book for a day that has already passed. Unbeknownst to us, and according to Ken, their day doesn't end until 4:00 am. Not sure why he was unable to change the reservation and use my wife's credit card but things went south from there. I was in Texas and trying to get my wife taken care of in the middle of the night. Ken hung up on me not only once but twice because “ he felt threatened” I was able to find my wife a hotel in Hudson, CO at the La Quinta. They were more than happy to take a card over the phone as they only had two rooms left. After my wife requested an Uber to take her 30 miles away to the new hotel at 3:00 am Ken told her to leave the lobby or he was calling the police. He felt threatened by me even though I was 700 miles away. She had to wait by herself in 13 degree temperatures outside the hotel at 3:00 am. Ken seems to get his kicks doing this to people. Called BW customer support the following Monday and they stated I wasn't the first one to have issues with Ken. Speaking with local management at the hotel was also a waste of time. The “manager” I spoke with there thought the entire situation was comical. She was pretty much worthless as well.
The staff at this hotel was exceptional and provided a team effort to answer my questions and concerns as well as local options for dining and entertainment. Further they honored my request as an elite member for room upgrade and location of the room on property that I requested that was available
It doesnt look too bad from afar, we found ants in bathroom, syringes and cigarettes littering the parking lot. Phone in room does not work to call front desk, local number or 911. Jacuzzi tub has no way to turn the jets off, and will spray water EVERYWHERE with 6 inches of water. I would hate to stay for more than 2 nights. I couldn't even get towels refreshed, let alone the garbage taken out. I had to walk my own garbage to the dumpster and go to the front desk for towels. I asked for new towels 3 times before getting them myself.
Stayed here due to an unexpected overnight layover. Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. No carpet (which I love), very clean, lots of food options nearby. It had a door in the room that opened to the outside which I found odd but otherwise I would stay again.
From the front desk clerk to checking out was great. The staff is so attentive. The only thing is no continental breakfast. BUT McDonald's is right there. We only stay at Best Western motels . The motel location gives highway access to all sides of Denver.
Our group of 5 took the train from Emeryville, CA to Denver and we had to stay overnight before flying home. This hotel is nicely situated near the airport and we all thought it was a good choice. It was a nice selection of 4 rooms that were clean and large. Everything worked well. The breakfast was not a bargain at $12 but was tasty and convenient. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed at this property before returning home after skiing. We arrived with one of our family members who had gotten sick during our stay in the mountains so they needed a quiet room to sleep and try to recouperate before our flight. The staff at the hotel was compassionate, providing the room early and also giving great recommendations for us to be able to spend time in Denver with the kids while our family member tried to rest and recover. The warm welcome was quite appreciated after a very stressful week and challenging drive through winter storms in the mountains.
Everything was good including quality of the bed. Only complaint was Tony Roma's supplied the breakfast, a very lousy one, at additional fee of $15 each. Get your coffee somewhere else, too. If driving an EV seek a level charger off premise.
Curtains in rooms don't block out the light from the parking lot. Housekeeping came in and cleaned our room before we even checked out throwing away anything we hadn't packed up yet. Breakfast is the bare minimum selection that was just complimentary 3 weeks ago. Now they want to charge an additional $12 per adult. If you want to enjoy your night and sleep stay at another hotel.
I stayed here once before and I liked the hotels price and location, however, I reserved a room with a tub because I had been traveling, however, to my disappointment the tub didn't work and the front desk said none of their tubs work. Very disappointing!
The grounds were nice and location 15” from airport. A patio to sit outside in the sunshine. The staff friendly and Tony Romas on site which we ate at for dinner. (They offer breakfast $12 as none is offered at hotel) We had a room with rock hard king bed, a dysfunctional jetted tub, a kitchenette without pans to use the cook top, no soap/dish towel to wash cereal bowls we used. Room was not made up on day two and only given one set of towels. Due to an event we were in the area for we didn't have time to relocate to a better hotel otherwise we would have. Uncertain how this location is a premier location. We have stayed at significantly better Best westerns so this stay was very disappointing.
Nice place to stay, friendly staff and accommodations were good too. The pool is really nice and there are areas around the pool that you can BBQ if you so desire. Tony Roma's restaurant is a part of the hotel which is very convenient for your meals. The breakfast was free and very good. Close to DIA too.
Good breakfast and a Tony Roma's onsite and attached to the hotel, although we didn't eat there. Free Breakfast was served in there. Nice outdoor sitting patio and grassy pet area in the back parking lot. Fairly quiet considering how close to the I-70 the property is.
Good value to make our connection to Estes Park and visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. Stayed before and after with a visit to Pike Peak, Garden of The Gods. Hotel was generally satisfactory, b ut we found limited dining destinations, unless you are willing to travel towards Denver, itself
This place was a pleasant surprise. A lot of the rooms have either balconies or patio seating. The three segments surrounded the pool. Very clean and new looking. Part of the same building with a restaurant and surrounded by lots of other food options. Area a bit noisy but it was convenient. Breakfast was decent but could have been hotter.
Don't stay here if you are disabled/handicapped, even though it is very close to UC Heath Anschutz campus. Get another place. They ask what kind of trip this was for, there is no option for health care trips to the hospital, only business/pleasure and who you are traveling with. Not a bit of care for the disabled/handicapped. Not even a single wheelchair available. Save yourself the disappointment, pain and hassle, stay somewhere else.
We were in Denver visiting our grandson and picked this hotel due to it's close proximity to I-70. It was a good choice. The hotel is very pretty, the room was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not free there because of on-site restaurant but the lady at the front desk kindly comped our breakfast because we are BW reward members. This is a really great hotel and we will stay here again.
After a horrendous travel day, we were scrambling for an overnight stay. We ended up here and so grateful we did! Any time in future that I need accommodations near DIA, this will be my first choice. The room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was gracious (despite a flood of stranded travelers). Thank you all!
Not a happy camper here. I reserved this hotel as a Diamond Select member attend a concert July 14th through the 17th. Of course I used my credit card to confirm the reservation with the understanding that I would be charged for the first night if nobody checked in for the reservation. That is the way that Best Western does things right? I was just a little angry when I got a phone call from them on the 11th saying that they needed to charge the entire amount upfront ON THE 11th or they would cancel my reservation. To be sure it wasnt a scam I called back and sure enough, they were threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not pay for the entire stay in full prior to even checking in. So I paid. Then, at 3:30 pm, the day of arrival, and only 30 minutes after check in begins I get a phone call from the front desk asking if we would still be coming. I dont get it, why does THAT matter, the room was already paid for, in advance, whether we showed up or not, it's OUR room, right? Their excuse was 'we are fully booked and want to make sure your will be here if not we have other people that want to book it. I left a 'room service' tag on the door EVERY morning that I was there and there was NEVER a cleaning service. I made sure that there was no sign on the front desk saying that room service needed to be requested, as some hotels do, and there wasnt one. So why wasnt the room serviced? This was suppose to be a little weekend get away, for a concert of my favorite group, which was made less enjoyable from this, the NOT friendly front desk workers that 'treated me like I was more of a problem than a valued guest', let alone a Diamond Select member. I travel for business, I have 'status' with this and almost every other chain out there. This experience with this hotel has me definitely looking at NEVER using Best Western again.
This hotel is always clean and the staff is always ready to help you and available. They have patio rooms which if traveling with a dog or you're in and out a lot this is very convenient . Decent location and property on the outside is clean.
Room was outdated and not clean plates and soda bottles under bed. Same for cabana lounge chairs by the pool broken and cushion strainer with food and ripped with trash underneath.Although weather can't be helped the pool &hot tub heater was out due to rainwater in basement
Housekeeping is non-existent. Staff is unfriendly. Requested housekeeping 3 days in a row and got NONE. I even went to the desk to explain to them that I was extremely sick and needed linen changes. They refused to give me linens because "it wasn't my day for linen change" and explained I had to wait until day 3 of my stay. Day 3 came and went, no housekeeping. I went to the desk again to ask what time housekeeping would be coming and was told that they were already gone for the day. I requested linens to change the bed myself and they said that they didn't have any to give me. I had to request towels daily (because we couldn't share towels due to me being so sick), request toilet paper daily because they would only give me 1 roll at a time and I had extreme loose stools. Had to request trash bags and trash can liners daily. I told them that I needed housekeeping more frequently due to me being sick and having other people in the room... they did not care and they did not even provide services on the "scheduled" days as they told me that was all they could do. I highly doubt OSHA would approve of their poor housekeeping. I spent hundreds of dollars door-dashing cleaning supplies because I couldn't get any from the hotel staff. I had to door-dash an air mattress, sheets, blankets, and pillows because I had an accident in the bed and there were no linens to change the bed. I guess they thought it was acceptable to have the guest sleep in it. There was no bottled water in the lobby after the first night of our stay - so I had to pay a ton of money to door dash bottled water. I was so sick that I had to get IV fluids in my room and as soon as I was able, I booked a flight back home prior to the end of my scheduled stay -- but I was still charged for the full stay (almost $1,500.00) Sure hope someone plans to refund my nightmare stay.
After a whole day of flight cancellations at DIA, we needed a room for overnight. We have stayed here before and this was our first choice. This is a nice hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Because of the extraordinary amount of cancellations every hotel in the area seemed to jack the price up to nearly double the normal rate.
Hotel is in a great location! Decently priced and clean! The front desk staff was kind and helpful. My room was 206 and who ever clean my room did a excellent job, room was super clean. I didn't have any issues.
BW "Premier" doesn't mean anything other than they charge more for less. This property is horrible. I paid with points and was given the worst room on property, far from parking and with horrible Wifi (too far away). No chair in the room (not even at the "desk"). Was charged a $100 deposit for "incidentals" I had no interest in. A week later and the charge still has not been reversed. This is my third stay at this hotel and, my very last.
Great location when traveling from DIA. Breakfast buffet was good with a great selection. The fitness center and laundry were large and well equipped. A couple pieces of exercise equipment needed some fixing but overall the fitness center was very good and clean. The room was clean and the area was quiet. Smelled cigarette smoke a couple of times inside and near our room in the hallway but that was the only negative I'd have to add for this Best Western. Definitely a good value and would stay again when visiting the area.
I'm so bad with names but the lady who checked me in with the beautiful nails and bling set the tone for my birthday getaway. The jacuzzi tub was chefs kiss! The front desk staff was very sweet and accommodating.
I would recommend this particular hotel to anyone and everyone it was really great it was clean. It was quiet the location the view everything was great. I want to say thank you all for allowing me to be able to stay.
the manager and night staff were very rude. we asked for an extra shampoo and conditioner and regular coffee because the room only had decaff coffee in it. manager said she could give us lotion and they didn't have any regular coffee for the room but could help ourselves to the lobby coffee it is available 24/7 and the cleaning lady would be in after 9 am and could give us more products for the room. we let her know that we were leaving early and couldn't wait for the cleaning staff the manager walked away with an attitude and mumbling about us asking for more shampoo. The manager went into a closet around the corner and came back with an extra shampoo and conditioner and still bitching about us asking for an extra shampoo and conditioner.
Manager Elizabeth Bellows and her staff are excellent! We requested a ground floor room that opens to the dog yard and they made sure it happened. On-site restaurant, Tony Roma's has reopened and is wonderful. The breakfast bar is the biggest we've seen and the other amenities are great! Our first choice when traveling to Aurora.
Do not go the girls that work the morning shift has a nasty attitude I was talking to one girl and we was having a disagreement about pricing and while it was happening another girl walked up and was saying smart comments I was being double teamed I told the girl to stop she was very young and ignorant did not stop the girl who I was having a conversation with claimed to be the morning manager but never told her to stop I kept telling her to call someone so I can speak to them and she kept saying she didn't have to it was to much to handle I had two people talking to me at once with smart comments so I told them to shut the f up talking to me this place is a big no all of this could have been avoided if the woman would have made a phone call about the deal that I was telling her about or asked me for my previous receipts because I have them Do not stay here GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO
We were in Denver for a few days with family and choice this Best Western for our stay. It was very comfortable and clean. Loved the breakfast, the pancake machine was great...love pancakes and had never seen one of these before.
This location has a superb location, the lobby has a lot of areas where you can work, have a meeting. The breakfast area is spacious and then turn into a full restaurant (Tony Romas), which is convenient to have a business dinner. The staff at the front desk are courteous and attentive to the guests needs. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a business or pleasure stay in Denver
This was one of the best experiences I've had… it's was my one year anniversary and it was everything I wanted meter tub in the room sofa bed just everything was great!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
I will make it a point to stay at this BW Premier every time I travel in this direction. Not only at this location, but at every location that offers a Best Western Premier. Both the exterior and the interior is extremely clean, and the staff is extremely helpful.
I reserved a kitchenette room, fully expecting to be able to cook at least a meal or two. However, this so called kitchenette had NOTHING, not one pan, not one dish, not one cup, glass or silverware. I was fully disappointed in this experience. Not to mention when we arrived it was 100 degrees out side, and they did not turn on the AC before we got there. I checked-in prior to arriving, so they knew when I would get here. It was super hot in my room, and never cooled down until overnight, it was miserable. I've stayed here many times, however will never stay here again, or at any other Best Westerns. Highly disappointed!
The location is perfect to just arrive and enjoy a nice dinner at the restaurant, walking around and everything was pretty close. I enjoyed picking a room with a patio and have fun just enjoying the beautiful weather.
Older Hotel but was clean. Getting around the hotel is like a maze. Every adult in room has to give photo ID. This hotel requires a $100 credit card deposit when checking in. The downside is when you check out it takes your bank 5 to 7 days to credit that $100 back to your account. This notice is posted at front desk. While this hotel is close to highway and fairly convenient, I dont think we will stay again.
Charged us $250 for smoking in our room when the whole floor smelled like weed. Scammers. Said they were had refunded it. Had a different story every time we called. Will never stay in Best Westwrn again.
In an adventure trip full of ups and downs, this was by far the best rest I had. Everything from the staff to the room to the amenities were perfect. I was extremely please with my room. If I had the time, I would have stayed an extra day.
I was a little worried about staying here after I had booked and read a few reviews saying it was not in the best of areas, but we felt safe here and the hotel is very nice and up to date. The front desk people were very nice too both at check in and check out. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the Tony Romas that was attached and the complimentary breakfast was great with hot options and fruit, yogurt, waffles etc.We would definitely stay here again.
I won't lie when I had hesitations of booking this hotel. I went ahead and booked it anyway due to it being a cheaper option to all others. When I arrived, the outside wasn't as bad as I initially thought it would be. Every room has a balcony or a patio that I could see. When I entered the main lobby it was nice, large, and spacious. Walking to my room through the hallways is when I was really surprised. The hallways were tall with a lot of natural lighting. It was a breath of fresh air walking through the hallway. My room looked newly remodeled and everything was "fancy-like". I was impressed. The pool was outdoor and in the middle of the hotel "resort". The fitness room was downstairs. Breakfast was complimentary in the on-site restaurant. I felt like I was at a resort! The only thing missing was the ocean, beach, and free drinks. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!
They double charged me for the room so I had to go through the trouble of getting the second charge credited back to me. They never responded to my email about the second charge. Their literature needs to be updated regarding breakfast.
Breakfast was in the Tony Romas restaurant. There were real plates and silverware and a better selection of food I felt. My only nit was this hotel was really spread out so you could get lost in it. But not a big deal.
My suite had several broken items including the phone, hot tub and couch. The filth was unparalleled to any hotel I've stayed in before. No one came to fix the issues. The pool was also closed for several days without explanation. A staff member was so rude in a packed lobby that several couples left to find another hotel
When I arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning after I had car trouble the night manager told me that he canceled my reservation because I did not show up until midnight though the reservation was guaranteed by a credit card and $100 already deposited from my American Express. I felt this is either discriminatory or they found another customer paid more. And I complain to the Best Western company they told me that these hotels are individually owned and they cannot do much about them. Do not stay in the best person hotels because you're under the mercy of the owner
The room looked updated, but... The bathroom door was missing the door handle. We paid 170 bucks a night for a balcony room just to overlook an unlandscaped area; please see the pictures. The thing that aggravated me the most was you CAN NOT pay in cash!!! Please see the pictures.
Manager cane at my girlfriend for smoking in the room, which we did not do, we simply had weed in the room. On google reviews the owner tried to say my girlfriend admitted to it and that the housekeepers smelt it coming in. Which my girlfriend said we smoked OUTSIDE, so watch out even smoking in the designated smoking area will get you kicked out! She didn't want to argue with someone who is literally being completely rude and obviously just trying to get us to get on her level and argue with her. The owner tried saying the housekeepers could smell it when they came in, but I had the privacy sign on the door the entire time because of my dog who is people reactive. I was there in the room most of my stay and no one came in. So the owner either lied or admitted that housekeepers will go in the room if you like it or not. My room didn't get cleaned my entire stay. The people above were actually smoking in the room I could actually hear and smell them smoking. Yet I got kicked out? This hotel is a joke. Don't waste your money & time. Not to mention there were ants all over my bathroom.
Stopped here on way to Moab, Utah. Great location on expressway- I 70. Good size room with relaxing courtyard and outdoor pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, oats, cereal, juice , coco, pastry etc. Very good value for breakfast and amenities.
This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. It is first class. I will definitely remember this one when need a place in Denver. The only problem we had was finding our way out. There are a lot of hallways and doors but finding the correct exit was a small challenge.
Very updated hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a nice big screen tv. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. They have a nice outdoor pool and very spacious breakfast area. Breakfast was full of options, cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, french toast sticks, pastries, oatmeal yogurt, I think I named most of it. So worth the price, highly recommend.
Staff and facility are both top notch - they made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. We travel with a dog and really appreciate the ground floor rooms that open up to the dog yard.
Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with this Best Western. We picked it because they had the lowest rates in town, which is SHOCKING considering the quality of stay we had! When I checked in, the person at the desk moved my room to accommodate the fact that I was driving a U-Haul with a trailer so had to park in a particular place. The room itself was spacious. I liked the little walk-in closet we had, but I'm not sure if that's standard. I am not sure how to feel about not having a bathtub, but I did enjoy the shower. Overall, the hotel was nice. Breakfast was standard. The people were gracious and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and affordable. Our jetted tub was huge and we very much enjoyed the big breakfast with so many options. The regular rooms are so affordable and the suites are absolutely worth paying a little more.
Clean room but that's all good I can say about a premier hotel one of the worst BW I have ever stayed at. If you like rude mgmt or day staff have fun the remainder of the staff was great and knew of management issues strange owners do not know
This hotel is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend anyone ever stay here. When we arrived, for our 4 night stay we had just come in off an 11-hour drive, and when we got to our room it was filthy. The headboard was full of white spots. The door to the bathroom was damaged, and all the soaps were already open. This made me assume that they accidentally gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet no big deal. I requested another room, and the next room we were put in was just as dirty as the last. My wife ended up doing a lot of the cleaning while I was downstairs working with the staff on the electric car charging which I will get to later. The table underneath the television was so dirty that it turned our Clorox wipes black. The shower had black spots on the floor, and the shower head had black buildup all around it. The furniture on the balcony had spots in them, and there were chips all over the floor. For the price of this hotel these are simple things that should not happen. I've stayed in Best Westerns in the past and have never had a problem with them cleaning the rooms, so this was a surprise. Now on to the EV charging. I called the hotel before we made the reservation and the person on the phone told me that they had 3 chargers available, and that I would need to download an app to use the charger at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel I was told again that all I needed to do was download the app and connect to the charger, and that they had 3 chargers available. I drove all around the parking lot they only had one charger. I later asked another employee and he confirmed that they only had 1 charger available. I asked the front desk about the app that I was supposed to download, and they didn't even know the name of the app. The charger has a QR code on it that takes you to the website for the charger, so I decided to pull the manual for that specific charging station. It turns out that there is no app at all, and that you need a key to turn the charger on. I brought this up to the staff and showed them the manual for the EV charging station on the hotels property, and even showed them where the key was supposed to go to turn it on. The staff looked for the key and of course they were unable to find it. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was because they said they offered EV charging. If you don't even have the key to turn the charging station on, then you don't actually offer EV charging. I spent about an hour with the hotel staff showing them how their own charger worked. My thoughts at the time were mainly to try to help the staff so hopefully the EV charging issues would be rectified before the next EV owner books a room at this hotel. I seriously doubt that they fixed any issues though. After all of the issues we faced the previous day we decided to check out of the hotel early. I went down stairs and talked with the lady at the front desk and asked to speak with someone in management. I was told that there wasn't a manager I could speak with at that time. I even offered to come back at a later time, but was told that the manager still wouldn't be able to speak with me. So I explained all of the issues I had the previous day to the lady at the front desk, and contacted hotels.com to get my room refunded for the rest of my stay. There was no chance that we were planning on staying another night in this place. When I brought up the EV charging issues, the lady at the front desk lied to me and told me there was a global outage with those specific chargers. There was no global outage, and again I ended up pulling the manual for the unit. Even showed the staff who they needed to contact to get a replacement key. I will admit being lied to at that moment really got on my nerves. I mentioned that with how dirty the room was we shouldn't even have to pay for the single night that we were at the hotel. Of course we still ended up paying for the single night in this hotel. Do not stay here!
Beautiful large rooms in a convenient location right between the airport and downtown Denver. Great breakfast and spotless lobby. Will definitely stay here again. Service was good even during covid. Its a large hotel and a sprawling layout.
The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. It had small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, a nice bathroom, and even a safe. The bed and pillow were comfortable and bedding smelled fresh.
The rooms are very nice and updated. Walk in showers and very comfortable homey feel to the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Very friendly staff the only gripe I have is the deposit process multiple charges instead of the usual 1 with other hotels.
Avoid at all costs. Disgusting doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. Enema bag/apparatus left by previous guest was the single nastiest thing I've ever encountered. Carpet pulled up exposing carpet tack. Crusty, dried bodily fluids on bedding. Poop splash by the toilet. Enough said.
I checked in late set my personal alarm for 7 woke up on own at what turned out to be 430am though the room clock said 530 I was still awake at what the clock said was 6 so I went get free breakfast & coffee it was closed I ask where I could get coffee they gave me two packs and told me the breakfast didn't start till 6 which confused me. I went back up to my room and coffee maker that had no basket and couldn't make coffee. By now I just wanted a cigarette & coffee. I look at the clock which now says 630 I'm confused again. I go down and ask what time it is.530 by now I'm so agitated I can't go back to sleep or get coffee. I ask for a refund and they just charge me I go back in and ask about the refund and am told the manager will be in at 2pm .I leave to get coffee and paid 90 bucks for the experience. Worst western ever
Jetted tub did not work. Couldn't get it repaired. Room had a horrible mildew order. Room service never showed. General Manager was rude. She did not do anything to compensate for their mistakes. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
After being informed at check in that housekeeping service would have to be requested to receive. I made 4 separate request over a 5 day business stay and never had any housekeeping service provided. Was never contacted by management in regards to the issue until after I had checked out and went to my next business assignment
Stay was amazing, beds were comfortable, rooms were extremely clean and amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. It was easy check in and check out! Really enjoyed our stay
Upon arriving at my room I noticed there wasn't a remote for the TV so I called the front desk and they said they would bring one up. They never did. The hot tub jets never worked and fire alarms went off during the middle of the night. They made us leave the hotel for close to an hour and didn't tell us what had happened. Very frustrating
We were able to be in a room at the back of the complex and had a nice patio where we were able to sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings. The staff was wonderful and were able to accommodate us when we extended our stay for an extra night. The room was spacious and the sink was outside the bathroom.
There was not one day we could get into our room. We had to continously get our room key activated. Not to mention we had to wait in the guest line for 10-20 minutes. Every day for breakfast there was never syrup for waffles, luke warm or cold coffee and the breakfast area was unkempt. There were small ants in our room and even when we asked the front desk could they help, they said, because it was COVID, they could not oblige. Additionally, the front office rep tried to crack jokes and be friendly and every other word out of his mouth was a swear (highly unprofessional). The cherry on top of this horrible stay was that my family was charged multiple times for our stay on our credit card because they said their check-in computers were broken. We shared this news with the manager and the manager looked at us and said thay it would drop off eventually. Horrific experience. I would not recommend this hotel. 2-stars shouldn't mean the service has to be poor. A paying hotel guest, is a paying hotel guest.
Room was clean, and comfortable. Checkin/Checkout staff could use some more customer service training. However, I would stay here again on my next trip to Denver. It was relatively close to airport and made an early AM flight a little less stressful.
This hotel was awesome. Super Clean, private, comfortable. We even brought our 2 American bullys with us and had Zero issues. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had an awesome little patio area. We could take the dogs out to the back of the parking lot when needed with ease. I felt safe outside and night. I would recommend and stay again.
After giving away my reservation and then giving my replacement room to other people after I had spoke to them several times. I ended up having to drive to another hotel 30 minutes away, after having flight delays and then not have a room that was supposed to be there is extremely frustrating.
The location is ideal and the rooms are extremely pleasing. The professionalism and customer service I received is why I will always return here if I'm in area. I arrived extremely tired and it was visible in my attitude as I just want to get to my room. However, the gentle man that helped me was so patient and kind towards me.
The check in process was a little rough but the rooms were clean, pool area was nice and breakfast spread was good and clean. The hotel was big. Had a nice gym and dining area. There was even a grill and pergola that was able to be used. Overall a nice hotel.
Stayed here for 2 nights, was very sceptical after reading the reviews, overall wasn't that bad. I would highly highly recommend a pool facing room as 1 side of the hotel looks to the highway, another side a main road and another a busy McDonald's. On check in we were not given a pool facing room even though this was the style we selected, after a brief decision we were finally given what we booked, the rooms are modern / clean with comfy beds, bathrooms are small with a pointless bench in the shower taking up 1/3 of the space. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but it's free and filling. I don't like that they copy your ID, this is the only hotel this has happened at and I've stayed at well over 100. I would not recommend walking around the area at night, lots of homeless under a nearby bridge and some characters walking around the McDonald's/ hotel parking lot. The hotel is only a 15 min drive to downtown and the airport, parking is free, also a nice little business center to print boarding passes / COVID results etc.
This hotel was surprisingly nicer than the pics online portray. I loved having the option to choose a balcony room. The breakfast was good and the room had a lot of space. The only negative for me was waking up with sinus pain from the carpet and ac unit since I suffer from severe allergies and asthma. I still slept great because the beds at best western hotels are awesome for me to get a good night sleep.
Spent the night here after a late flight from Boston. The overnight team member who checked us in, Julien, was delightful, professional and helpful when I needed something. Tony and Elise at the desk the next day were wonderful as well. Great team here.
Near to I70 Freeway, Going Downtown to a Ballgame or to party. Peoria St light Rail station is 5 min away. You could drive there from Hotel or Uber This Hotel is Close to airport. good retail near by. excellent base for a day trip to Rockies or Pikes Peak
The BW Premier East in Denver is a gem even though it might not look that way immediately as it's right next to the freeway. Lovely patios & balconies with 2 chairs and small table. Requested a poolside patio and it was really nice. We had dog with us (worked out well) and if the patio had been privately fenced that would have been perfect! Was right by the walkway to the pool. Room very nice, small frig, microwave, large shower with wooden bench, comfortable beds. Only drawback at this BW was lack of free breakfast which we are used to at other BW. But they did have a $10 option for breakfast that we didn't not partake in. Nice shop with snacks, drinks, etc. Quiet despite beingnext to the freeway and quite convenient for driving. Free parking. Would stay here again. Also 2 different types of pillows (that's important to some people). **Beautiful pool area!**
The hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice for our stay in Denver. The hotel is worthy of its Best Western Premier badging, with an upscale decor which looks new and modern, extremely clean lobby area and an excellent room. There is a small waterfall outside the hotel, with chairs to sit on nearby, which was a good sight when we entered the lobby. Our check-in experience was fast and smooth and when we went up to our room on the second floor, we were quite impressed. While the room was sufficiently big, it also had a vaulted ceiling, which made it feel even more spacious. The bathroom was clean and toiletries provided were top notch. From the balcony of our room, we had an excellent view of the pool, which is open from 9 AM to 10 PM. The pool area is quite big and impressive. I also want to call out the super helpful front desk staff, who were able to alter our reservation because of a change in plans, even though we had booked through a third party site. The breakfast was not included in our stay, but it was only a $10 extra per person and for that, you would get an elaborate spread of buffet breakfast. The breakfast included Cheese and Western Omlettes, fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy in addition to juice and coffee. While it was slightly disappointing to be not included with the room rent, it was nonetheless a fantastic range of options, served in a restaurant within the property, for $10. Our room also included a fridge and microwave, and had a coffee maker as well. The in room TV was big. There was no road noise in our room, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. I would, without any doubt, recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Denver.
I arrived late off the plane and come to find I can't get in my room because a homeless man had locked himself in my room. Had to clean, make my bed with new items and sleep in the same room. Asked for compensation and they figured one night is worthy of the situation. Never in my life will I go back to this location.
The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months, and the walls in the room were dirty. The fridge in our room wouldn't get cold, and our view was of a crappy parking lot. Location was much farther away from things than it was advertised. The photos of this hotel make it look way nicer than it actually was. We checked out 3 days early
Staff is rude. Ac doesn't work great. Pool is nice!!! First night the must have had an event 9:30 pm tons of cheering and chanting ! I heard they had 97 rooms for soccer. Apparently they have breakfast no one told us. The location is not great… I wouldn't bring my family back. We will go to Colorado Springs or Boulder co. Hotel is nice. Rooms small.
Best Western Premier Denver East. Came with a sports team group of over 20 rooms. Multiple rooms were not ready for check ins untill late evening hours with members of our group scattered arround the lobby on their suitcases. When enquired about late checkouts for members of our groups, was asked to pay for aditional nights. Overall very dated hotel, dirty hallways, unkept and unpleasant property in general. Invest your hard earned money elsewhere, there are many hotels in the area.
I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub but the hot tub was cold my whole stay. And when i got there they said breakfast wasn't included in run rate after all but was $10 for a very average buffet. I would have made different choices
We are staying in the deluxe room with the whirlpool tub and kitchenette. The room is immaculate and beautifully designed. The whirlpool tub looks as clean as if it were never used. However, the water flow is low and the faucet stem is broken and comes off in your hand. The control valve to the faucet is broken but never fear there is a detached plug. If you use it be prepared to pry it out because there's no handle to it. There are two huge TVs in our room but zero remotes. There is a rollaway couch but no extra pillows and blankets. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove but zero dishes. What are the dishwasher and stove for? Most people don't pack frying pans. (maybe this is a covid concern). Tip: pack a frying pan. The front of the hotel is gorgeous. Immaculate landscaping, soft green grass and flowers. The parking lot is well maintained. Then there is the Tony Roma's which is currently closed and then there is the back side of the hotel. This is where things get really weird. The parking lot to the back side of the hotel is crumbling, weeds are growing through the cracks and there is no landscaping. It feels abandoned. The inside of the hotel is very clean. The pool area is beautiful and the fitness room is great. Lots going for this place but weird deferred maintenance. Tip: if you stay here request a room with a poolside view. Our room faces the empty courtyard and creepy abandoned parking lot. Really tough to choose 3 or 4 stars. I opted for 4 because of its cleanliness.
The location and overall experience is GREAT! Only problem was that the room doors are narrow, made it hard for the luggage cart to fit in. Doors are heavy. Pool, the high ceilings and the balcony were a very pleasant touch! Loved the lobby and room setup! 9/10
My wife and I stayed for two nights in June. When checking in, the first thing I was asked is if we wanted to add breakfast for $10 per person. I declined since I had assumed breakfast was free. I was then told they needed a copy of my ID, and also my wife's ID. I asked what they would do with the copies of our drivers licenses and was told they would shred them when we left. Then I was told I would have to charge $50 to my credit card on top of the room payment as a deposit for "incidentals." The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the bathroom was small with only enough towel racks for one person. The shower floor was slippery when wet. While we didn't hear noise from the adjoining rooms, we could hear everything going on out in the hall. We were never told and there was no signage or notice saying that there was no room cleaning for stays of less than a week. We went to the front desk for towels and when we returned to the room the electronic key card didn't work. We had to go back to the front desk to get new cards. The next morning, the same thing happened. Overall, this was an annoying stay. There are many far better motels nearby.
We enjoyed a comfortable bed and a quiet room. Location is easy in and out from the interstate. The breakfast was Ok considering our travel was during COVID protocols. The pool area was very inviting and quite spacious. We had no problems at all with our stay and would definitely recommend a stay and will have no problem returning to this location if our travels take us back through that location again.
This hotel has very high potential, awesome pool, outdoor lounging, nice rooms....mostly. Needs much more pleasant staff. Breakfast needs work. Doesn't seem to appreciate elite rewards members. Staff somewhat rude, which shouldn't be an issue, doesn't seem like housekeepers clean that well
Uber driver dropped me off and I was quickly impressed by the grand entrance, nice waterfall outside with chairs to sit nearby. At check in I was warmly greeted with a smile and in no time I was on my way to the room. Bed were super comfy, I seemed to melt as soon as my head hit the pillows. Nice snack shop with a lot of food and beverage options to choose from. Great location.
This hotel is so ghetto they feel it necessary to charge a "Security Deposit" of $50 per night which they hold for at least 30 days. This has happened 3 times now and I am no longer willing to let this happen. So many restrictions, it just isn't a "friendly" hotel and not one I will choose again. This Best Western hotel makes it very hard to be the hotel of choice in that area. And, their prices are no longer competitive. They are highest when comparing to Holiday Inn (across the street) or Hilton (on Quebec St).
We have been on a road trip for the past 12 days and this has been the best hotel. It was clean, nice decor and was recently upgraded. Most of all, it was quiet, even though it is situated close to a busy intersection. No sound from neighboring rooms, which is much appreciated.
I guess I didn't know what to expect at our first in person business meeting in 14 months but I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was to manage. The hotel and it's public spaces are gleamingly new and beautiful. I was surprised by the big new televisions larger than I remember from any other hotel, but it has bee 14 months. Apparently they decided to give the hotel a complete makeover during the down time and it is beautiful.
I booked this hotel solely on the option of a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was out of order the entire duration on the stay. I notified the front desk after the first night and they said maintenance would look at it. As far as I could tell maintenance never came and the jacuzzi never worked. The front desk staff was unable to apply a credit of more than $25 and the manager had NOT responded to my emails. Not only was my credit card charged for the full amount without the meager and unacceptable credit applied but I was also charged and additional $50 for the hold that should have been removed.
The property was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodated my early check in. The surrounding area was a bit off putting, but the hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and as usual the bed was super comfy!
NO housekeeper in 5 days. No clean towels, broken safe, no open pool, no spa as advertised. Breakfast poor. Had to set trash in the hall. Front desk argued with guest instead of fixing the issue. NO bar.
great place to stay but the breakfast was a disaster. please see my comment in the evaluation. this Hotel is one of the best, if not the best in the Group. Pricewise reasonable. I love the clean and simple rooms and the modern bathroom.
Excellent deal. Room was modern and clean. Shower was upgraded and included a seat. Comfortable lounge chair with moveable desk. Easy hookup for HDMI on desk to TV. 50” LG TV. Would definitely stay here again.
It was clean staff was friendly , but we another guest was yelling and people kept knocking on there door going in and out. I reported it to the front desk they said they would take care of it. this happen at 7am and I could no longer sleep so I just checked out it was a new year way to start
This hotel is very clean and conveniently located to the greater Denver area. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet . Pet friendly rooms was a plus for us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.
This hotel was overall nice. It's inthe center of several food spots . I stayed in the suite with tub, It takes housekeeping quite a long time to come around they still hadn't come by 2pm. I just bagged my own trash and but the privacy sign up instead but I figured they were taking longer cause Covid. Other than that very happy.
Balcony, jetted tub, 2 TV's, pull out bed, Queen bed, shower nice room great tub. The breaker tripped when I turned the bath jets on. No maintenance at night but the breaker was inside the room so I just reset it myself.
We were traveling across the country with our 2 young kids and 2 dogs and this was the best hotel we stayed at over our weeklong trip. The room was very clean and well maintained, the staff was courteous and very helpful.
We have stayed at the Timbers for years and have gone thru months of construction. It was easy to figure out that this "Best Western" was in fact our favorite Denver place to stay. When we first stayed (at the Timbers) it was close to the end of it's hayday
Very clean, comfortable rooms with no smell of cigarette smoke. The lobby was clear of clutter and very clean. Awesome gym room with many options of treadmill, row machine, elliptical, weight bench and free weights. Respondent staff
If you serve Empanadas like others BW (Cedar City, UT) will be awesome. I´d like to find consistency across the hotel chain. The building it couldn´t be better, the lobby is awesome, room almost perfect.
My cousin and I visited Colorado for the first time and chose to stay at the Best Western Premier and did not have any regrets. The hotel is within walking distance to a few eateries and more convenient places. Jay was hospitable and we appreciate the great customer service and great pool side view !
This is an amazing hotel with amazing people and customer service. Jay was an excellent help with getting us settled in the hotel, I would recommend this hotel to all. Me and my cousin are having a great time with a great view.
This hotel was really cute and refreshing. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. This may be our new stopping point! Great location. You can tell they are taking cleaning to a serious level.
Documentation of this incident was brought to the attention of the Denver Police Dept. on March 13 2020. Me and my 85 year old father were staying at the Timbers in Montbello Denver Colorado for about a month waiting for a house closing. We stayed in room 188 adjacent to the ladies bathroom and directly under the maintenance office. Approximately 2 weeks into our stay my dad told me he was hearing scratching and knocking on the walls when he was there alone. I noticed that everytime I went into the bathroom suddenly something would fall onto the floor above. When I took a shower there would be scratching on the wall next to the hallway. When I told the general manager that I believed we were being harassed and that it seemed someone was watching us the general manager asked me and my father to leave. I was in shock and it made me believe that the general manager may have had something to do with it.
Awesome stay- beautiful property that's recently remodeled. Staff where all friendly. Restaurant on site serves excellent ribs and steaks! Had a good dinner with an awesome server. Will definitely return to this hotel again soon!
I came here for a stay-over and due to the weather stayed longer. Brian did a wonderful job helping us upgrade. Made our stay great. He helped us get an upgrade too. Great atmosphere and even grass for your dog check it out!
We have stayed here several times, this time I mess up on the booking jay was super helpful in helping us. We really appreciate how helpful all the staff is! Cant wait til the renovations are finished the courtyard and pool are going to be awesome!!
We were welcomed into a warm and friendly environment. Jay was quick to help us fix a problem with our room due to the booking site we used being inaccurate. Nothing was too much for the staff. Jay made sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our whole stay! We will stay here every time we are in Denver!!!!
