Two thumbs up to the hospitality of this resort, great accommodations and amenities, not to mention helping us navigate 2 flight changes by airlines. Appreciate Yansari at the front desk for her professionalism and helpfulness. She gets 5 stars!

From checkin to checkout all staff very polite and friendly. Great customer service! Hotel is close to the cocoa beach pier. Nice propane fire pits near the pool to relax at in the evening Judy at the pool bar is awesome!!

Overall it was good. There were only a few key issues. 1- the inside handle of the bathroom door in our room was broken. 2- for a few days they forgot a mat for outside of the shower. 3- when contacted about bringing up a new bath mat, the person brought 8 wash rags. I called the front desk again after this and they said they'd send another person, but never did. 4- they need to fix/replace their coffee machine in the main breakfast area. It is overloaded due to the number of travelers.

This location is excellent, that's about it. The door to our room would not latch unless you lifted up on the handle after closing. Breakfast food quality is lacking compared to similar hotels. Room decor and facilities are very dated. We stayed here because of the price, which makes sense based on the quality of accommodations.

We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay a satisfying one. The principal goal of our hotel is to provide dependable service to all of our guests. But, it's only through their eyes that we can accurately assess the quality of the accommodations and services we provide. I have noted your room Matthew (RM 147) and our facilities chief will be investigating this matter further to ensure we are upholding our commitment to provide superior customer care.

Recently came to this hotel for one night. Cost was over $350 CAD for one night in the outdated motel rooms. Beds were comfy, but the pillows were square and not comfy. There is a crack under the door which I could fit a finger in between, no wonder we could hear all the outside traffic and people yelling at all hours of the night (see pictures attached). Breakfast was a big hot breakfast which was great! Staff members were all friendly!

The feedback we receive from our guests is always appreciated and provides us with the opportunity to improve and deliver a better experience for our guests. We are a large property spread across several blocks with two heated pools surrounded by tropical landscaping . All of our accommodations are inspected daily and undergo a rigorous quarterly inspection process to ensure that our guest's stay is free from any disturbance or inconvenience. With that said, I will be following up with our maintenance department regarding the experience noted with your accomodation's door sweep. Arnell hooked me up with a great room at a great price :) I got a better deal as a walk-in than using my travel app. The facility has 2 pools, a workout/weight room, and a big free breakfast every morning. The compound is located right by the beach & shops. Nice area for long walks too.

We arrived without a reservation, very last minute. I had called from 100 miles away looking for a room as another website totally messed up. Todd was very understanding and honored the website pricing. Plus we ended up with a ocean view and a outstanding view of a rocket launch. I can't say enough about the staff. Exceptional service that is very hard to find.

Had a great time and the view of the ocean from my room was beautiful. A big thank you to the General Manager, Jamie, Cheryl and Jennah from Group Sales, and TJ from the front desk for checking us in. TJ made sure everything was perfect for my room and making the check in as easy as it can be.

Stayed once again at this hotel since it is centrally located in the area and a great place to stay. Staff and management are very nice and friendly. Professional in every way and helpful to any need(s) you may have.

I had a great time at my stay here. The view was great and the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Check in was easy as was check out. Would come again. The beach was not too busy and we saw some pretty cool rocket launches as well. Pretty nice central spot with good stores and such nearby. Seems very friendly. Friendly

A lovely hotel with an amazing view. Was able to watch the rockets launching from the balcony as well! Extremely close to the beach and able to walk barefoot to it. Staff was amazing, especially TJ! He went above and beyond with accommodations!

We paid for ocean view and it was worth it. Beautiful view, clean, comfortable balcony. Breakfast was incredible, with pancakes, French toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and more. Pool was so warm it was like a hot tub. Lovely little bar in the pool area. Adorable fire pits near the pool area where we sat to dry off after swimming. Beds were comfortable, lighting was great. Mini fridge was bigger than expected!

Great location with easy access to many nearby attractions. Staff were amazing whether it was front desk , maintenance or the cleaning personnel every one showed that it was liked they owned the facility!

My room was supposed to be oceanfront, upon checking In I was informed my room was moved due to renovation. My view was a parking lot. Zach at the front desk was very pleasant though. Main pool had a bartender that was blasting acid Rick from the 60s and every person left the pool area... I think this was her goal... she was crusty and rude.

Thank you for the kind words you offered regarding Zach. Given the very nature of the hotel business, the hours are long and demanding. Day or night, good service depends upon people willing to give their very best at all times. That is why it is truly rewarding when a guest recognizes our staff's efforts and takes the time to acknowledge them. I will follow up with Judy at the bar as we normally have a general rotation of easy listening with the Beach Boys, sprinkled with 80's classics from Rod Stewart. With regards to the reservation itself, it was secured through a time share arrangement with Holiday Inn Club Vacations and the room set aside on your behalf was an accommodation in our Suites Building and not our Oceanfront Tower building

One of those places you don't want to tell too many people so it doesn't get overcrowded LOL if you're reading this be smart keep it a secret. Oceanfront Very clean two pools excellent service free breakfast everyday not just hard rolls real breakfast for all and location location location!!!

This hotel is right on the beach while having a marvelous pool area. All the services anyone could want in walking or short driving distance. Staff is friendly especially in the breakfast area. Was served freshly made banana bread in the morning.

We had a horrible experience at this property. After checking into two rooms that had guests already in them, we were given a room that had bed bugs. Assistant Manager was not helpful or apologetic regarding the extremely poor service.

With this in mind, any reporting or suspected presence of bed bugs is investigated and addressed immediately. The health and welfare of our guests is always our highest priority and will never be compromised. We thoroughly inspected your room and did not find any bed bug activity. The room has been rented several times without issues or incident since your departure. I can say confidently and without any reservations that we are meeting our commitment in providing a safe, clean, and comfortable accommodation, consistent with our standing as Tripadvisor Traveler's Choice Hotel for the past 3 years.

Sheets feel like sand paper and made me paranoid. Bed and pillows uncomfortable which sucked bc I really needed a goodnights rest for my race. Shower reminds me of showering on cruise ship. It was clean and the kitchen was a nice even though I didn't need it. If you plan to come here bring your own pillows and sheets.

building is in bad shape frontdesk/ managment in need of training. poor breakfast , housekeeping kept entering room. even after telling front desk to note our checkout date. Most of all getting locked out of the building and our room every day . Most of all having to go across the street to the office and wait in line for the cranky little girl to reset our key card then telling us its our fault each day. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Great hotel with clean rooms and choices of different kinds of room. Hotel is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices for breakfast. Plenty of tables and overflow room. Clean swimming pools. Check in and check out times can be adjusted to meet your travel needs. Short walk to the beach. Great location in Cocoa Beach.

I paid ~$180 for 1 for my family of 6 and I feel like I overpaid. This room NEEDS upgrades and I don't mean painting over the same issues, as it seems now. I didn't feel comfortable bathing or walking around without shoes on. Do not recommend!

This is certainly not representative of the experience enjoyed by the countless visitors that have selected our hotel as their home when visiting the Space Coast. For the past three years we have received Trip Advisor Traveler's Choice award, a designation reserved for less than 10% of the top-rated hotels in North America. Our breakfast scores within the Best Western family of hotels consistently rank within the top 8% of our District, while our overall Quality Assurance Score places us in the top 20% of the brand globally.

Due to a simple act of kindness from the night manager 2 years ago, I will always stay at this location when I'm near Cocoa Beach, as I have twice since then. The staff all have exceptional customer service skills. It is very close to the pier and if you are lucky enough to stay in the suites, you can see the ocean. It's an excellent launch observation site.

Stayed at Best Western Cocoa Beach prior to Cruise at Port Canaveral. Front desk staff was kind & helpful. We were very pleased with our room and breakfast. We used the park & shuttle service which worked out great.

It was ok, but not great. We had a very old room in Building C, made a change to another room, which was better, but everything is old and the picture of the room might be a newer one in another building. There is some renovation going on and you have the noise during the day at the pool. The pool area is lovely and it has long opening hours, what was great! The breakfast is ok, lovely stuff, but they have a lot of plastic and waste, only paper plates and plastic utensils- which is a shame these days! It was not bad, but for this amount of money I would expect better! Don't believe the pictures ;-) The beach near the hotel is very dirty, a lot of trash and old cigarettes in the sand. Go to other beaches!

When we booked this hotel, the picture on the internet showed a really nice and modern building, typical of a Best Western hotel. When we got to this property, we were assigned one of the dumpy looking buildings on the property and not the nice building that was pictured. Also, we had to carry our luggage down the street to get to our room as the check in building was in a building by itself. My advice to anyone staying at this property, is to call ensure that you are assigned a room in the big modern building on the property. Staff are friendly and breakfast was good.

Good Morning Mr. Steeves, We are a large hotel spread across several blocks with two heated pools surrounded by tropical landscaping, as well as a garden terrace firepits. We have both exterior corridor buildings as well as interior buildings with our beachfront tower building situated right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier with direct access to the beach. In conveying the complexity of our property, we have approximately 50 pictures on Best Western's corporate website providing images of over a dozen room types and various building locations. It is critical that guests are empowered with accurate, precise information so that they can make informed decisions regarding their choices. It is in everyone's interests, as such transparency avoids any misunderstanding and unneeded frustration. We routinely offer assistance to guests with luggage and or mobility issues and I will be following up with my staff as this courtesy should have been extended. In closing, I want you to know that the comments and suggestions we receive from our guests are taken seriously. They tell us what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong and how we can improve. As a gesture of goodwill, I will be depositing an additional 10,000 points to your Best Western Account.

Great hotel. It provided basic amenities. Property is under construction, and they start promptly at 8am. It is not noted on the web site, and staff did not mention it upon check in. When we brought it to the attention of the staff that we woke to the sound of jackhammers and construction equipment, she acted like it was no big deal.

The happiness and welfare of our guests is our foremost concern and I am disappointed to read that your stay was interrupted by the construction being done in our Tower Building. We are a large property spread across several city blocks with more than a dozen different room types in five distinct buildings. We are currently undergoing a series of repairs to our Tower building, which has not been occupied by guests since September and will not be available for booking till the beginning of December. All guest amenities are up and running. I will bring your experience to the attention of the construction crew to minimize any inconvenience moving forward. Thus far we have not received any complaints and I apologies for the disruption caused,

Roon was better than expected although did not use the kitchen area and my view was not great, all the trees and plants in front the window, first floor. Just an overnight stay for cruise the next day. Great value because I used my Best Western rewards free room.

GREAT location. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. I was nervous booking since I'm not familiar with the area, but I couldn't have picked a better hotel. We will definitely be going back, hopefully SOON!!!

Close to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Clean room, professional staff and great location. I would recommend this Hotel. We had a great view of the sunrise from our room and a good view of the sunset from our frond door of the 5th floor.

Good stay close to the beach. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room could use some touch ups and a new door. Bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Close to the beach and the pool was nice. For the price point, it was a decent stay.

The staff is very helpful. The price for the rooms and location is good. Breakfast is hot (not just bread and coffee) and service is great. Pools are clean. Located right on the beach. Good restaurants within 1 mile. You will not regret going to the Carib Brewery

Excellent suite right on cocoa beach pier area! So convenient and we were able to cook and eat here at night. The room was huge and we felt very spoiled. It's also great to be able to park so close, right on hotel property. Everyone here was very pleasant and accomodating .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location near the beach,restaurants and activities. There was a very good selection of breakfast items and drinks. There was also a nice pool and patio area.

Room had a bad odor, every vent cover was rusty, no hot water, stains in ceiling, carpet and vents. Booked three nights but we left after being there 3 hours. Hallways were dirty, other guests were very loud and inconsiderate.

We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay a satisfying one. In addition to the daily room inspection that is conducted by our housekeeping department, all rooms are subjected to a quarterly deep clean and preventative maintenance process, which also entails professional carpet cleaning by an outside vendor. I will be personally following up to review the conditions of the room as well as the current schedule, as your commentary is inconsistent with the standard we pride ourselves in upholding. In closing, please know your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.

We were given an upgrade to a suite in the building with the breakfast area for my husband's 80th birthday. Clean, large, like a small apartment. Check in personnel were friendly. Breakfast staff were helpful and personable. Lots of decent hot entries like pancakes, eggs, french toast, etc. Will surely be our go to hotel next time we need a reservation in Cocoa Beach.

Stayed one night heading to Kennedy Space Center the next morning. It's an odd hotel since it's spread all over the area, but our room was super close to the beach, although no ocean view but the family enjoyed it very much. The AC was a bit noisy but looks like an old model, I hope they change it to newer models and quieter ones. The bed was very comfortable and could park right in front of our room. Good wifi too. Would recommend it and will be back.

Business and traveling with family. We have stayed at this hotel many times and love coming back! Grandkids travel with us and get excited when we come here. Location is excellent. Rooms clean and always great service. Coffee is actually decent and breakfast too. Steps to the beach.

Been going there for 10 years love the place was on vacation coming back from cruise they aloud us to keep are luggage in a locked room cause we goot there a 7 in the morning so they gave us a place to put arre stuff tell we got are room

Being a Best Western member, we received an upgrade to ocean front upon check-in. This was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean although dated...but very comfortable. Would stay here again. Best price on the beach.

We only stay overnight to see the launch after getting off the cruise. For the price we paid and the location, we thought it was an excellent deal with BF included. BF from 6-10am but bc of the launch, they extended the hours from 5:30-10:30am We're running late n trying to get BF b4 going to see the launch, The ladies making BF asked us to go or stay? I was about to drop my jaw didn't know we had this option. Being running late we said to go. So 4 orders to go with scramble eggs, sausages and cinnamon toast packed to go in Styrofoam box and in the bags. Hats off to these ladies so efficient. Thank you for caring and making it so convenience for your customers. You did us right Best Western. There'a Apples and cookies to help yourself. A bowl of Oranges in the lobby when U walk in to check in. I forgot my toothbrush n toothpaste. The front desk girl was happy to get me those. Just those little things but made us so happy and made us want to come back n give business to BW. Why go elsewhere? Unfortunately, the launch was scrubbed, and the boys were disappointed. We did not use the pool, so can't answered some of the questions. u can book room with ocean view, but having to fight with 200k people came to see the launch n late booking, we're happy with what we had n the price we paid 146.99 with tax n BF for 4PP in 2 queen beds. Excellent deal. The only thing I'd like to see change is instead of using foam box, BW could use paper box to go. We definitely come back to this is hotel n highly recommended it.

While the room needed some minor TLC, like the bathroom fan not working, the shower bar was coming loose, etc, the hotel is a very short walking distance to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier, had the best breakfast area, good parking, sitting areas, nice pools, close to restaurants, and really great and friendly service.

Let me list them... - A/C was incredibly noisy - Fan in bathroom was not an exhaust fan but blew noisily into the bathroom - refrigerator ran loud - Noise from room next door was loud - just them moving around - hotel was built in 1960 and needs serious updating - bathroom door on the inside at the bottom was warped from water damage

My husband, son & I stayed in a beachfront double queen with balcony for 2 nights prior to a cruise. At check-in reception staff were friendly, location on the beach was good however that is where the positive elements end. The hotel is in major need of overhaul- there was an awful musty smell in the corridors, the room was very outdated, bathroom grubby , there was a microwave & refrigerator however no cutlery/crockery. No safety deposit box in room- had to leave my small laptop & other valuables in a storage room at reception. Laundry room was convenient. Breakfast was not great quality. Pool was v. small, We ate at fish camp grill across the car park which was nice with friendly staff & tasty food. Pier was v quiet- was underwhelmed with it. For the price I paid I was very disappointed & could not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wonderful amenities. Great breakfast. Upgraded our room to a beachfront, was gorgeous! They gave us a little personalized gift bag at check in. Had a couple large bottles of water with a label that had our name on it. Also, contained a few packs of cookies. A personal note inside as well. It is these small things that make a get a way a little more memorable!

This hotel was obviously in an amazing location. But the staff went above and beyond to make my dad's first beach trip AMAZING. He was down from PA to see the ocean for the first time and the ENTIRE staff made him feel welcome and extraordinary!! The manager, Jaime, and EVERY staff member I came in contact with treated us amazing. The gentleman at the pool that was cleaning the restrooms did it joyfully and treated all the guests with such care. Clean hotel, great pool bar, all the way around just an exceptional experience!!

We stayed this past weekend, all rooms are outside entrance, our door was so hard to open you had to literally hit it with a should punch and all of your body weight. Of course, this meant it was almost impossible to open from the inside. We advised the office and were told they would look at it, but the reason was the humidity and wooded doors. It was not fixed by the time we left on Sunday. Huge liability hazard for someone trying to get out of the room if there was a fire. Let's stop making excuses and change the doors to metal doors.

Great location right on the beach. Staff were helpful & very friendly staff. The room was old and needs to be remodeled. Desirable choice of restaurants nearby including the Fish Camp where the folks are friendly with great drink and food specials.

Nothing but relaxing with a great location near the pier and lots of food choices within walking distance. .We come to this Best Western at least 7 times each year .The staff is always warm and friendly and we have become part of the Best Western Cocoa Beach family.

Booking for the vacation of a lifetime for summer 2023 - postponed for 3 years due to covid - we are very excited and planning and researching and reserving - SAM at the front desk was very helpful with advice and guidance - we were able to book with confidence on line due to Sam's assistance - Sam is a great example of friendly customer service and an asset to her hotel and brand - Thanks Sam - we hope to see you next summer !!

Generally happy here as a family, had a King Suite with a great view of the pier! Staff were generally friendly and helpful…always gave us what we asked for.. Breakfast was not so good but we had the suite so wasn't a problem if ine came down early and took breakfast up to room-. We did use the pool and were happy as it was not too busy.

Terrible breakfast. Only one spot for breakfast for all of the buildings No security for the balcony. The whole place was worn out. Way too expensive for what it is. I would not recommend staying here.

We are committed to our guests and their satisfaction and are disappointed that your stay did not meet with your needs and/or expectations We offer one of the most extensive complimentary hot breakfast menus on the beach. We have fruit, yogurt, pancakes, toast, English muffins, oatmeal cereal, eggs, grits, sausage, milk, and coffee. In addition, our breakfast manager, Anna, prepares daily from scratch her famous banana bread, which guests routinely request for their travels back home. In addition to our primary breakfast room we have a room situated adjacent to our main dining hall to provide ample space for our guests.

Beautiful location, great staff, wonderful breakfast! The ladies serving breakfast were so patient and efficient with the crowds. Suites are great for families with lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Highly recommend! The beach is a quick half block walk from most rooms. We even watched a rocket launch right from the beach! Staff made sure to let guests know where and when do it was great. The on-site gym was clean. Elevators were in need of more regular cleaning/sanitizing.

This place is perfect for what it is. If your looking for a place on the beach to watch the rockets or a place to stay before or after a cruise. This place is perfect. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast was ok. It was free so I wont complain. The ladies working the breakfast are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. What more could you ask for.

Our room was o.k., musty smell, I took lysol and sprayed. Convenient to many eateries. Grocery store across the highway. Rooms are decent except for the wet carpets near the a/c unit. They are a bit dated but livable. Beware they do charge for parking approx. $8 a day. Which we didn't see on website nor were we told at check in. They did not issue parking pass either. Although I did see some on cars. Staff is very courteous and pleasant. Located nearly adjacent to the Coco Bch.Pier. Short walk from room to beach. Don't get a room near the stairs, much to noisy. The kitchenette rooms are a bit more spacious.

Don't stay here, especially if you have a voucher for a free night, it's a rip-off. Property was noisy, smelly and only few parking spaces. I was charged $400 for a "free night". Staff and management were not cooperative or knowledgeable. Took a week for the manager to call and tell me that my voucher was only good for 5,000 points, not the over 30,000 points it took to stay there! I was not informed how many points it took to stay there until a week later when I questioned the manager. No employee of Best Western gave me that information. No refund or compromise. Had to beg to get my points back, only thing got out of it was a decent breakfast and 1,000 points refunded for my trouble.

I can appreciate your frustration, but I must respectfully disagree with your characterization of our staff and the actions taken on your behalf. I will endeavor to provide context and perspective regarding your reservation and the matter at hand. You contacted Best Western's reservation department and secured a free night voucher in the amount of 5,000 points. Each property depending upon its location and prevailing rate has a different redemption and point level associated with it. A property located adjacent to an interstate highway would have a lower point requirement than one situated near a beach or a destination area. Our property requires a higher redemption level of 32,000 points. Upon your arrival at the hotel, you were informed that regrettably you would not be able to use your 5,000 point voucher for our property. I can understand that is not the answer you wanted to hear. Our guest service agent sensing your frustration, requested your contact information and provided it to me so that I could reach out to you and personally review the matter the following day. My staff notified me that I would need to leave a voicemail as you were departing for a cruise and would more likely than not be inaccessible. A voicemail was left that day and I waited for you to return my call at your convenience, recognizing that you were on a cruise. You reached out following your cruise and we discussed the particulars of the program and the varying redemption levels. During our conversation, you were complimentary of the staff and did not express any displeasure with your hotel or its stay. You did express how you felt misled by Best Western's Central Reservation department, and I could certainly appreciate your position. I suggested that you contact them directly for them to issue a refund for your voucher so that you could use it for a subsequent stay. I encouraged you to reach out to me again if there were any challenges or if you found them uncooperative. The call was cordial and ended amicably. The staff and I at the Best Western are passionate about serving our guests and community at large. We are committed to your satisfaction and those of the many loyal patrons who have chosen our property not only as their hotel of choice when visiting Cocoa Beach but really as their second home. This place was a dump. We got a room in building A and it hasn't been updated in 15 years. The carpets made my kids feet black, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door and upstairs. The price tag on these rooms is merely for the location. Yes, it's great to be so close to the beach but it's not so great to pay so much money and feel uncomfortable while sleeping! We stayed two nights and I completely regret not leaving after the first night.

We just stayed one night here but our room was great and the staff was so kind! We had an ocean front view which was amazing. The room was very clean and an excellent location! The beach was easy accessible. We will definitely visit again but for a longer stay next time!

This was our third stay at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel. We always book an oceanfront room. This will be our second stay this year. I would highly recommend this hotel. This was our first time getting a room, we've been coming down so often fishing!! Anyways about this hotel, upon arrival we went for early check in and when we got there I discovered I didn't book the right room. Me and hubby needed the suite for our 4 little ones!! Lifesaver "Sam" she was working the front desk helped us out soooo much finding a suite here and checking us in early without a hassle!! We're literally coming back this weekend! Breakfast in the AM was awesome! So much friendly people!! Would recommend this hotel 1,000 times!

This is the best place in Cocoa Beach - wonderful location right on the beach at the Pier - two nice swimming pools - terrific rooms - conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, Pizza places and Ron Jon Surf Shop - but the Hotel itself provides a totally delightful and tropical feeling.

The hotel is within walking distance and is visible from the pier. Staff is quite friendly and caring. It's a clean space. If you have any issues they will do their best to resolve it. Has a cute pool and easy access to the beach. The blue umbrellas on the beach are not part of the hotel and will run you about 30 bucks a day.

We just stayed for one night to be close to the beach. Location is great, and the price for amenities is reasonable. The rooms are very basic, nothing fancy but it worked for us for one night. The showers coming back from the beach did not work so there is no place to clean the sand off before going back to your room. No USB charging stations in the room which would have been nice. Overall, a good hotel with a great location.

Upon arriving, our suite balcony door was broken and we could not use it so we requested an upgrade at our expense. We got the ocean view room but no suite and went in to find it dirty (see pics below). We wiped down the table and took pics the 2nd and 3rd wash. We notified management and all they said was to let housekeeping come back up and do their job. I thought it was to be done prior to my arrival. If you want cleanliness, this is not the place. If you want common courtesy, this is not the place. Don't take the chance, it's not worth it. Go anywhere else.

When your concerns were brought forward regarding the difficulties with your door, you were upgraded to a room with an oceanview. I agree that an upgrade charge should not have been applied for the inconvenience that you experienced and for having to be relocated. We take pride and ownership of the guest experience and when we fall short, as we did here, we need to take responsibility. I will be reversing the charge on your account and would ask that you reach out to me personally to confirm your method of payment. I have left my contact information below. When we spoke in the lobby Friday afternoon, I apologized sincerely and informed you that the conditions were unacceptable to me and the that it was inappropriate for you, on your vacation, to have clean the room. My goal was to make the situation right, mindful that more than anything else you and your husband wanted a memorable and enjoyable stay. You requested that any cleaning that was to be conducted be done in your presence and I alerted the evening staff with regards to your desires. After your departure, I consulted our preventative maintenance schedule as each room is subjected to a quarterly deep clean and preventative maintenance program in addition to the daily inspection process undertaken by both a room attendant and supervisor prior to being released. It appears that the room in the Tower that you were relocated to was just completed the previous day and from looking at the pictures it is apparent that the polyurethane wood finish stain that we apply to refinish our case goods (tables / desk / dressers / headboards etc) had not properly cured. The result being the dark brown stains on the wood surfaces of the activity table that you have shown here. Stayed at this hotel for an event and I definitely was not disappointed. Did not run into one staff member that was not helpful, friendly, and interacted with me with a smile on their faces. I've stayed in both ocean tower and the family suite rooms, both of which are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel within steps of the beach and two great pools for use to definitely stay here.

The hotel is okay, some corrosion that I'm sure was cause due to being on the beach. The furniture is a little dated but it worked for a pre-Cruise stay. I was the Tour Guide for a Group of Cruisers. 27 of us stayed at the BW. Our stay included a shuttle to the port. The shuttle company was very unorganized in reference to picking us up.

Since 2015 I have traveled to Cocoa Beach for a size acceptance event that is held here every year minus 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic but every other year before that and since then I have traveled here and have had the best time. The hotel is located in a great location, food options are accessible, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Maintenace team is amazing and friendly. We truly love this hotel. My husband and I got married in 2019 and spent our honeymoon here. The prices are reasonable, the location is great, everything about this hotel is amazing.

The Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites was a great hotel for our weekend stay before our cruise. The oceanfront suite was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room, clean and a beautiful view. I suggest requesting a room level 4 and up for the best views. The location was great; close to the pier, restaurants, shopping and groceries. The included daily breakfast was fantastic! Most importantly and exceptional was Front Desk representative Samantha. She was attentive, kind, friendly and genuine. She was knowledgeable in regards to the hotel and surrounding amenities. She was a joy to deal with and she made our stay stress free and enjoyable. If we needed information or something for our room, she was on top of things and we did not have to wait. Thanks Sam for making our stay a great one!

Loved it, Samantha was exceptional in assisting me. Very knowledgeable and fantastic personality. Literally could not have had a better time. Cocoa beach fish camp was equally entertaining as well. Good times!

For the price was a good choice. Huge breakfast room was clean and decent selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant bar next door was highly rated and very nicely decorated, but the DJ music was a bit loud for us, though outdoor dining was also available and less thumping, didn't try it. They do deliver to the pool. Small pool but not over crowded really as most guest are here for the beachfront access. The bartender was really great, reasonable (borderline cheap drinks). No parking or resort fees! And pet friendly! Multiple buildings. And our partial Oceanview simple meant it was on side of building, but still was a full oceanview facing the pier. Not disappointed at all. There's even several electric vehicle EV charging stations available. We walked to Ron Jon Surf Shop, but most would probably bike or drive. Definitely walking distance to the pier which is only a couple blocks. There's a Dunkin Donuts at the corner. And a huge Publix Grocery and Liquor across the street.

I went with my family, we paid for a room with a view on the ocean for 5 people (higher cost) but they gave a small room with 4 sleeping accomodations. Then they changed the room and since there wasn't any personnel we had a hard time finding the room, the door was difficult to open and my dad had to use the entire body to do so. The sofa bed was not ready and didn't have any sheets, so we went back to the reception (that was in a different building) to ask for the bedding and after a while a janitor brought them, when we asked if he could make up the bed he did so reluctantly (probably wasn't his job), so we had to make it form the start. During the night there was a very strong wind and one of the internal door kept making noises until we put paper under it. The breakfast was fine but it was all served in plastic cups and containers, not very sustainable. On the other hand the rooms we saw were very clean and tidy.

She was very knowledgeable about the area. Throughout our 3 night stay anything we needed, she was able to provide. Samantha's definitely the type of individual that we hope all front desk attendants strive to be. Her personality, experience and her ability to accommodate the needs of the traveller are superior. This hotel is a disaster for the environment. coming from such a brand as yours, it's hard to believe. at breakfast everything is served in polystyrene boxes and coffee in mugs surrounded by plastic, no waste is sorted, plastic cutlery too. it is an ecological disaster. when there is plastic in your stomachs and we all die of cancer before the age of 40, it will be too late to be interested in the planet. a misery.

Our decisions are informed by brand requirements, safety and health regulations, and the insight proffered by valued guests such as yourself. I agree with your assessment that more can be done with regards to sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives, which is why we are in the beginning phases of adopting the American Hotel & Lodging Associations green certification program, which requires satisfying a series of 14 guidelines. Some measures have been adopted (ie: energy efficient interior light bulbs and a linen and towel reuse program) but much more needs to be accomplished in this sphere. I hope that you will give us an opportunity to earn your business again once these improvements are finalized. In closing, I want you to know that the comments and suggestions we receive from our guests are taken seriously. They tell us what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong and how we can improve.

After some miscommunication with boarding on a cruise, we decided to not go home and get a room for the weekend. We checked in with Best Western and the staff was great to look for a cozy room with a view of the ocean for the weekend. It was our honeymoon and they went all out for us with the room. We were both happy, the breakfast the next day was great. Will definitely stay again at the Cocoa Beach Best western.

I'd say the hotel was overall good. Service people were great. Room good. They charged me double for my four night stay, which was traumatizing for me, paying for a vacation with four kids. That's a lot of money. After a number of phone calls, I was credited back the next day. They need to update some safety concerns such as the metal bars of the outdoor room patios. I was up on the fifth floor with rusted bars that had been previously “repaired” with a bandaid of a repair. These bars are so rusted at the bottoms, they will crumble to a hard kick of accident big bump by a strong person. There was a 9 inch wide gap on the same floor outside walkway by elevators where looked like a small child could fall through. Rooms were nice though. Breakfast was acceptable, aside from the frozen waffles (why bother).

This hotel has three buildings plus the lobby. The Suites have an outside door, not on the beach, have a kitchen, bedroom, and "living room" with a pull out couch. It's roomy, but the view is either of the parking lot or street. You can see the ocean a little bit, but the La Quinta is blocking most of the view. The Garden Suites are facing one of the pools and have outside doors. The Tower is where we stayed. This is right on the beach. This review is for the Tower building of the hotel. It's a standard hotel room with an inside door. Pros: *balcony with fantastic views of the ocean (ask for ocean front when reserving; not ocean view) *quiet *It feels safe (need a key to enter the building) *bfast is decent and moves quickly. Portions are large. Some of the tables aren't always cleaned off between guests eating. *quick walk to the beach *umbrella and chair rental for 30 dollars a day. Great deal. *boogie board rental for 10 dollars a day *very close to the Pier, restaurants, and Publix............all walking distance *Water pressure in bathroom is good *Two sinks were nice (one in with the toilet and shower and one outside of the bathroom.........great for multiple people getting ready) *Desk staff was helpful and friendly (sometimes language was a barrier with housekeeping staff, but always very friendly) *temperature of room was good...........air-conditioner made noise, but didn't turn off and on all night like some hotels. Just made a soft humming sound all night. *It was nice having a small fridge, microwave, and hairdryer in the room. Cons: *This place needs some renovating.....new carpet, bedding, and decor. Beds should probably be replaced also. *Pillows were the size of a throw pillow...........not exaggerating. They were tiny! *carpet needs a good cleaning (not just vacuuming.....needs scrubbing) *bathtub didn't drain well, so you will be standing in ankle deep water by the end of your shower. *Housekeeping came, but didn't get sand out of tub..........probably because it didn't drain well. *No safe in the room. : ( Overall, it was a fine hotel. The cons didn't ruin our vacation, but I hope they have plans to renovate and update in the near future.

Right by the cocoa beach pier......great staff.... Excellent pool and breakfast and short walk to the beach! Beach is clean and well organized with umbrella and chair rentals. Walk distance to shops and eating. Right across street is grocery store and shops. Enjoyed Salsas Mexican food also.

Employees not all speak English. If you work in my country I should be able to speak to you and you understand. Bathroom was disgusting. It was Wayyyy overpriced! Hairs on things. Dirty tub. Smelled musty. Stay at the LaQuinta. It's next door and much nicer for the cost.

I love this hotel. It might not be super fancy, but it is CLEAN, the beds are comfortable, the pool is warm and it is right on the ocean and next to the pier! The staff was super friendly and we travel with our dogs and they were welcome there too. We will continue to go back every year.

No need to think twice, book your stay! This hotel met every expectation. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was spotless and we had a gorgeous view of the beach. Watching the sunset and sunrise over the water from our balcony was breathtaking! No complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is great! Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and right on the beach. The property has many different buildings, but we stayed in the tower. We loved our ocean view and the room was spotless! The staff are very friendly. There is so much to do here, fire pits, beach, pier, pools, a bar, and a Publix right across the street! I will definitely come back again!

Check-in was easy, and when we needed a room change, they were very accommodating. Clean, easy to find, close to shops and restaurants, decent amenities, right next to the beach! And the pool really is heated (not just heated to the just above freezing point, but a very nice temperature).

The room with balcony overlooking the Beach was great and would have been perfect except for the consistent pot smell. During our six day stay every day we had to put up with the smell of pot being smoked somewhere or in one of the adjoining balconies. The smell also was evident in the common areas. Other then that the breakfast was great and the location was great.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel really does have beach access. It is within steps of the pier. Got an oceanfront room and it was wonderful. The pools are lovely and heated. Breakfast was good. Only negative is they keep the air conditioning too cold in the public spaces and hallways otherwise I heartily recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right on the beach and within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pool is great and it has a small bar with a great bartender. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The location is easy to get anywhere you want to go while visiting the area.

Traveled with young family. Perfect location for morning walk/run on the beach and watching the sunrise. The breakfast was really good. The pool was one of the best hotel pools I've seen. Heated and very warm (above 80 degrees) and surrounded by palm trees in courtyard. Wish I could say the same for the room...it was bad. Strong cleaner smell like they were trying to cover up a musty smell. Carpet was spongy and even the floors in the bathroom made our feet black. Pack and play for crib was stained (yuck) and broken. Lights were very dim in the walkway surrounding hotel, almost made it feel a bit unsafe. We stayed in the courtyard/motel section, so the rooms may be better in the other buildings. So great amenities, bad room.

Pictures look good but not realistic. First room had mold all around the bath tub. Curtains were so old they were dry rotted. Room smelled horrible. Second room not much better. Place is run down. Would never go back.

Travelled with kids. Pools are nice. Breakfast was good. Good location. Rooms are run down. Kitchen ceiling was dirty. Walls are very thin making it hard to sleep. You can even hear people opening their sliding balcony doors very loudly in your room. Overall okay for the price, but I likely wouldn't stay here again.

This staff is AMAZING! Stanley at the front desk is the nicest, kindest and most patient man when dealing with many folks trying to check in. He treated us as though we were the only people staying there and took his time with us. Shalyn, a new manger is fantastic as well as Sam at the front desk. This is a GREAT location near the pier and walking distance to restaurants. Loved the pool that has a bar called the Blue Flipflop. Very cool setting, great music and drinks.

There was an oder in the air but they did try to cover it up with some kind of spray. Carpets in the halls were dirty. Our bathroom fan was broken (a service person did come and fix it), light in room was out, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, one remote didn't work, no hooks to hang anything up. The view was perfect but I wish there was a way to open the window with a screen in place instead of propping the door open with a cooler. Not enough chairs at the pools. They were quick to give us more towels and toilet paper. One cleaning lady came into my room without knocking - luckily I had just got dressed!!! Breakfast is basic and the same every day. We had to walk a block to get it as there are several buildings spread over the property and ours was the farthest away from the breakfast building. Okay for one night only I would say.

Within walking distance to the Pier, shops, restaurants, adventure park and a grocery store. If not walkable you can take the trolley. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Complimentary hot breakfast daily to start your day. Includes 2 pools and a fire pit area. This area has much to offer. Enjoy your stay.

We stopped here on way home from DR was not a planned stop and used points and was 11pm. I have to say we were so impressed by Steven at front desk he was so helpful and nice and went out of his way to help us. The hotel/room was cleanvery comfortable and parking areas well lit. Older facility but beautifully upgraded and maintained. The breakfast was amazingly and all staff we interacted with were great. Well done

I stay at this place every time I go to Florida. The location is number one - the hotel is great - clean, cozy and comfortable with a wonderful outside courtyard with fire pits and palm trees and a great swimming pool - and a one minute walk to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The epitome of relaxed Florida.

I stayed here in August with my two kids. We enjoyed our stay. They upgraded us at check in and we had a beach view with a kitchenette and small living room area. The hotel is older but my only complaint was that the door to the hotel stuck and we had to give an extra push to make sure it closed all the way. Hotel is close to the beach and an easy location to get around Cocoa Beach from. My kids loved the pool and spent more time in the pool than at the beach. We would stay here again.

Facilty was great with extra workers on staff for breakfast. Pool staff was good. Sam (at front desk) did a fantastic job in helping with future reservations, billing and discounts. This place is awesome for families.

This was our second stay at this Best Western. We love Best Western Hotels. We had an oceanfront room with wonderful ocean views. I actually tested positive while there and felt fortunate to be able to be able to sit out on the balcony during a lot of our stay. The staff was very understanding and maids made sure we had everything we needed because we didn't allow them in the room. How many hotels do you go to that give you a welcome bag with 2 bottles of water that say Welcome With your name on the bottle along with other treats and a card. It was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel .

Great customer service. Even got a free room upgrade when we checked in. Paid extra for shuttle service and the drivers were fantastic and always there when they were supposed to be. Breakfast was served in the dining area and good quality food.

Great view and hot breakfast. Near everything you would ever need. Publix , Fish camp Restaurant, the Cocoa Beach Pieris nearby. The pool and Tiki bar is a lot of fun. There are grills for use and clean picnic tables

We was offered a upgrade to a oceanside balcony room and it was worth it. The view of the beach and ocean was great. The next morning Breakfast was wondering, served by a server of selection of items you wants that was offered. The room was clean and felt like the owner/managers care for their hotel. I can say this was the best stay my family & I ever had at a hotel. Much Thanks

we've stayed here several times, visiting family members. we drive 12 hrs and are very tired when we arrive. quick & simple sign-up and the room is always perfect. it's also nice to have hot breakfast foods ready in the mornings; not just sweet rolls, but eggs/sausage/pancakes/fruit.

Had stayed for a night in 2018 in preparation for a cruise, so when we planned to come back to Cocoa Beach we knew where we wanted to stay. Proximity to the Pier and staff made it our only choice. They did not disappoint. Jaime at the front desk was awesome!

What a shame !!!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone staying in cocoa beach. At 180$ a night for a king plus 8$ for self parking, what ?? First no one explain to us where was our room and you have 4 different buildings in the back of the lobby. The room was disgusting. Insonorisation horrible with hair on the bed. The AC was so loud it was worst than being on the plane and cockroache in the bathroom. Housekeeper knocking on our door at 9am, didn't understood one word of English when we had a late check out. Never ever again. I want my money back.

I love Bestwestern's team they never fail me. The entire team is polite and professional. On this stay in particular i received a ocean front upgrade. I simply asked if there were any upgrades available and with no hassle the gave me an ocean front view. The family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The staff here make it worth the visit. I love coming here due to how nice the staff is and how well they respond to your needs. The location is awesome. You can walk to many restaurants, live music venues, and all the services you will need. The facility is older but well kept.

There is no justification for any hotel to charge guests to park. Period. It's a cash grab. Having said that, the property was adequate. Beds and linens are of higher quality. There is no tub in the motel section of the property and water pressure in the shower is weak. There is no easy chair of any kind, just two dining table-type (uncomfortable) chairs. There is no night light in the bathroom (why?) so you have to leave on the very bright light - even with the door left open only a crack, it's bright and impacts a good sleep. There is good quality coffee in the lobby at all times. Todd, the man who checked us in, was terrific. Decent, hot breakfast. If you need easy access to your vehicle (dogs or mobility issues) ask for a room in the motel building, not the highrise.

I can say, my daughter was followed by a deranged female into the building, and attempted to enter the elevator with her. This person had no right into the building, and because the building is not connected to the registration desk, there is no extra protection for the hotel guests. Be extra careful and keep your room door double-locked !!

We stayed here for one night b/4 a cruise and 3 nights after. I tried so hard to extend our stay but circumstances, on our end, didn't work out. BUT we booked a trip for February! The location is great; right on the beach, near the Cocoa Beach Pier and close to restaurants and stores. Our room was clean. ( Others, one family we talked to, said their room was not, - but who really knows). The Pool. The. Pool!! Warm, warm warm, clean and beautiful! I only went to one but I'm sure both were the same. The grounds are very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm quite critical and never trust reviews and never give a positive review unless a place is worthy. Best Western Cocoa Beach is worthy. AND did I mention the open gas fire pits? Just beautiful! They keep the grounds well maintained. And pools and fires go to 10 PM. What a great stay we had. Can't wait to go back! Great breakfast too!

We stay often at this location as we come up for business. We bring the grandkids and we all love it! Everyone is friendly and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and fresh coffee. Heated pool is great and we can relax while kids swim and get a drink from the bar. Also location is perfect to walk to the beach, right by the pier.

This Best Western continues to be a wonderful place to stay. The employees are doing a great job maintaining the property and providing good service to the guests. The breakfast hours of 6-10 every day are very accommodating and easy to remember. The internet access is consistently fast and reliable. The location is perfect for ocean views and beach access.

I made a reservation at this hotel for mid October of 2021 but because of an illness in the family this summer I had to cancel our entire fall Florida trip. So I cancelled the reservations for this hotel directly on the Best Western website around mid summer well in advance of the 24 hr notice they require to cancel without any charges however a few days after what would have been our check in date I received a bill on my credit card for the rooms I had reserved even though I cancelled them months earlier. I contacted Best Western customer service several times on their website to find out what the charge was for but never got a response. Finally after several weeks a customer service rep from the hotel called me and said the reason I was billed for the room was because I had only cancelled one of the two rooms that I had reserved but since I was a loyal Best Western customer for many years he offered a full refund anyways, like a good will gesture. Well this person was flat out lying because I have a copy of the cancellation form and it clearly shows I cancelled both rooms and have the proof in writing to back it up. After getting the refund on my credit card I received a follow up email from Best Western customer service saying that since I finally received a refund everything should be settled now and I should be happy with their assistance and the final outcome. Unfortunately I had to explain to this rep that no I was not happy because the hotel still tried to rip me off by billing me for a room that they knew I had cancelled and then tried to make it look like they were actually doing me a favor by giving me a refund. The Best Western rep wasn't at all interested in actually doing anything about the theft incident on my credit card and simply said she understood how this was a bad experience for me and would use it as a training opportunity for future customers. I was totally shocked by Best Westerns complacency regarding the entire incident so I asked what makes you so sure you will even have future customers if you dont even attempt to take care of your present customers. Unfortunately they dont get it and lost a customer because it!

Good Afternoon Gregrv, Safety, security, personal welfare, satisfaction, and providing superior customer care are the foundational concerns that as an operator of a Best Western hotel help to orient our business affairs. I have read your commentary here and I can understand your frustration at the challenges you experienced from a charge that was not credited to your account from a reservation(s) that was dutifully cancelled with Best Western. It appears the second reservation was not cancelled in our system despite it being processed through central reservations, which speaks to an intermittent communication outage and not the product of any deliberate, malicious action taken by the hotel. Frankly, I long for the days when individuals can communicate with one another in respectful and measured tones. How quickly we are to attack the integrity and character of others, assuming the worst in their motives and actions (with little knowledge of the substance of said character), while expecting compassion and understanding for one's own failings. In closing, I extend my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused and wish you and your family all the best this holiday season and beyond.

Stayed for 4 nights in a king suite with kitchen. Pros: Breakfast crew was very friendly, accommodating and attentive! Variety of items were offered Awesome views and location Very close to the beach, within walking distance and had 3 access points Grounds to the hotels very well maintained and relaxing The pools and fire pits were great Room was clean and spacious Cons: Paying 8.00 extra for parking yet numerous other cars parked and went to the beach without paying. No paper towels, dish clothes or towels to wash the dishes we used. Yes we made do with what we had but it would have been better with an actual dish cloth. Doors don't seal that great so you can see light under the door and around it plus you can hear every noise outside your door. The king suite we had only had 2 very tall bar stools to sit on and for short people like myself, not very user friendly. A staff member brought me a chair from another room so I didn't have to just sit on the bed. Last but not least, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is so slow that it basically turns into a sauna while showering.

Best Wester hotel in Coco Beach had a great location to Cruise ports, and food venues, as well as the pier for meals and drinks. Although feel the hotel should have its own bus service for drop offs and pick up for cruises at Port Canaveral., not where one is dependent on outside companies, which do not provide enough vehicles on travel dates or guarantee pick up schedules. The return was from ship was excellent. The rooms were comfortable but needs to be updated and maybe painted. The area for breakfast was excellent, and would recommend the service staff, and front desk staff very helpful. And a secure parking area within the grounds would be just great, that has a locked gate., where security would be a plus.

Close to Port Canaveral and Cruse lines. Great view of Cocoa beach with a short walk for some fun in the waves or a stroll on the board walk. Several shops and restaurants are on board walk. You can shop, stop for a drink, or grab a delicious bite to eat.

Unfortunately, there were too many serious problems for me to recommend this Best Western. After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we were extremely disappointed by our experience. Since I use both Google and Trip Advisor reviews to plan my stays, I always try and contribute a review so that others can benefit from my experience as well. This Cocoa Beach location is a complex of buildings, from drive up motel style rooms, to elevator buildings. We stayed in their oceanfront tower, in a corner mini suite. We splurged for this most expensive room because we haven't gone anywhere since the start of the pandemic, and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. First, the good. Our view was spectacular, and this BW is in a perfect spot, a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and restaurants. The ladies serving breakfast, (especially Gabrielle and Mora) were fast, considerate, and friendly. They go above and beyond to serve the hotel guests, and make everyone feel welcome. They were indeed the highlight of our visit at this hotel. Now, the bad. Before making our reservation, I called the front desk to ask some questions. I asked if they provided towels to use on the beach. The person I spoke with told me that I could use their pool towels on the beach. When we went to the pool, we saw that there was a serious shortage of towels. Unlike at most hotels, where they bring a large cart to fill up the towel supply, one day at the pool we saw staff bringing just a small handful of towels to the pool. At one of the pools, the towels are located on a shelf inside the Blue Flip Flop bar. When I went to take 4 towels for me and my husband to use on the beach, this older petite woman behind the bar (sorry that I didn't catch her name) said, “Do you need all of those towels?” When I told her what they were for, she told me that there was a shortage of towels, and that we were not permitted to use them for the beach. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The furniture is very old, and the sofa and chair cushions no longer have any support. There were cleaning issues throughout, especially in the bathroom. I took a photo of the filth in the right outside corner of the tub, then cleaned it up so we wouldn't have to look at it for 8 days. Cleaning staff did not vacuum daily, and that should be the least that they do. We were sure they weren't, judging by the dirt we found on the floor, so we left a small salt packet on the floor one day, and sure enough, it was still there after they made up our room. Their lack of cleaning made me very nervous about standards for cleaning and disinfecting during the pandemic. Even the cheapest motels have toilet paper holders that work. I snapped a photo of this as well. I can't understand why they do not replace this rusty hunk of metal, separating from the wall, with both sides of this double roll holder broken, and not able to hold the rolls on. How can they rent any room, and especially their most expensive room in this condition? During our stay, I found a half dead roach on the floor below the second sink near the bathroom. I say half dead, because it looked dead, but when I went to pick it up to throw it away, it tried to scurry off. I didn't tell my husband, because I didn't want to alarm him, and ruin his stay. I was hoping that it was just one stray roach. Upon checkout, when Megan asked how our stay was, I told her there were some problems, and that I would detail them when I responded to the BW survey and wrote a review. But she asked for details, so I told her. My husband was using the restroom at the time, and I asked Megan not to mention the roach to him, because I didn't want him to know that we spent so much money on a room with roaches. But when he came back from the restroom and heard me detailing the other problems with the room, he told Megan that he saw a roach in the bathroom, but didn't tell me because he didn't want to alarm me. So now that I knew it was a bigger problem than just one lone roach, I was concerned about bringing roaches back home with us in our luggage. I would like to thank Megan, who was genuinely concerned about our experience, and after seeing my photos, asked me to email them to her, which I did later from the airport. Despite all of these issues, we did have a good time in Cocoa Beach. We couldn't have asked for better weather during this November stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this area for another visit. But for obvious reasons, we will never stay at this Best Western again, and would take pause when contemplating a stay at any other Best Western in the future.

There is a great deal to unpack here Ms. Vahedy but let me begin by extending a sincere and genuine apology regarding the experience documented here. I approach the work we conduct at our properties from a person-centered manner and ask my staff to assess the quality and conditions of our accommodations and service rendered from a personal perspective. If they had the opportunity to spend their time traveling and staying at our hotel, what is the experience that they would wish to enjoy? As the father of two young children, my wife and I confronted with a similar set of experiences would be similarly affected. Without the benefit of any personal history with the property, the only conclusion to be drawn is that service and care are sorely lacking here. This is only the impression that you will be left with and it pains me because this is not who we are. I take the work we do seriously and to have just one guest out of the approximately 54,000 distinct reservations generated annually depart with such negative impressions and emotions is disheartening. As most things in life, context and perspective are critical. Over the past three years, we have been recognized as a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award Winner and in the community of Cocoa Beach enjoy a higher Trip Advisor ranking than several upper-upscale properties (Hilton & Four Points) on this most important metric of guest satisfaction. In addition, we enjoy a standing within the top 20% of all Best Western's North America on quality assurance, which encompasses more than 2,200 properties. This is a not happenstance but the deliberate efforts of a group of trained and committed personnel who are passionate about our mission of service, even under the most adverse circumstances and who have persevered and excelled. You reference the service and concern exhibited by Megan as well as the considerate staff in our breakfast area and the work done by Gabby and Mora. This is who we are and what we have been able to accomplish in creating an affordable beach destination for families Rest assured, we are going to take a deep dive into the issues presented here with my facilities team and this will be addressed, and appropriate corrective action taken. I will be reaching out to you via phone this afternoon to express my apologies personally. Above all, I wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season!

Older well maintained hotel with different bldgs. Across from each other near the beach. Publix across the street and the hotel has a nice restaurant on site. Only complaint, hidden $8.00 parking fee.

I've stayed at this loc twice now so that should speak for itself. The front desk staff is extremely helpful. Covid restrictions have been lifted so I did have housekeeping clean my room. The room view of the ocean is spectacular. My only small complaint was that you are next door to a neighbor so on the balcony you do hear them if they are on theirs as well. People are not thoughtful so you do hear slamming doors but that's with any hotel. no fault of the Best Western. I will stay here again

Rooms are very small. If you are on second floor you have to take your suitcase upstairs no elevator. Mold or something like it in bathroom. Great location. Next to Cocoa Beach pier. 2 pools. The person that checked us in really act like she cared about our needs.

We were coming back from a funeral and decided on a 2 night beach stay and happened upon this BW at Cocoa Beach. Our oceanfront room had such a nice balcony that we spent most of the first afternoon there, ordering pizza delivery! The sound of the waves was Heaven! The second day we hit the beach and rented 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for $20 for all day! What a deal! We started our days with the free breakfast and it was delish! The staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy and full! We have decided this is the beach and hotel for us! Perfect location and live the fact our room was real oceanfront!

This hotel has the best views! We stayed in the junior suite, corner room, nice size balcony with an unobstructed view of the entire east coast, including the pier. Maybe 20 yards from the beach tops, such a plus. Parking right outside the lobby door. Huge windows in the living area. Plenty of full size towels available. You can walk to the pier from the beach! We'll be back. Love the hotel, love Cocoa Beach!

I have started making pretty regular surf trips to the east coast of Florida and this is certainly one of the better hotels in their price range. This was my second stay at this location and, now that it is off season, my boyfriend and I immediately noticed that they have done some annual cleaning and the place looked noticeably better than a few months ago. Showers by the pool need maintenance, one was not working at all the other had almost no pressure but we didn't have any real complaints with the facilities.

I really shouldn't write this review because everyone will book here and we may not get a room the next time we stay! This is a gem! First off, upon check in ( way early I might add) Stanley treated us like absolute Royalty. He was professional, polite and had a great sense of humor. He ensures no questions were left unanswered. There are several buildings to the hotel located on two different streets. Stanley actually came from around the desk, walked us out doors and pointed out the appropriate building and the driveway to enter. The room was extremely clean and tidy. All the stuff worked as it should. This property is like 400:yards from the beach, with its own little wooden walk way. Once on the beach you are no more than 200 yards from the pier., which we at lunch on! Did I mention the price was very reasonable? It was. But, we are Best Western members. The hotel is close to a Publix market ( like Vons, Safeway, Harris Teeter etc), and tons of eateries. The breakfast was not memorable, but it was not a sack with a frozen burrito in it and it got us going. The breakfast staff did a very good job. If you are needing a place to flop before your cruise or stay a couple days after to soak up the sun, give this place a shot.

My husband and I stayed there recently for the weekend. My major disappointment was that I left behind my electric heated dry eye mask in a black box by wizard research laboratories on the night table and was unable to recover it. After I unpack the following day and realize that it was missing called the Hotel immediately at 7:12 a.m. I spoke to Sam at The front Desk Who explained that the room had not been cleaned as of yet and no one else had checked into the room so she would send an email to followup with the cleaning staff as soon as they came in to work at 8 a.m. I told her I was concern because I had noticed that after people checked out of their rooms the doors are left opened by the cleaning staff and anyone could just walk in. Since I had not heard from her I called again at 11:20 a.m. and she still didn't have an answer for me. At 2:11 PM she called me to tell me that she had not realize that the cleaning staff leaves early and she has no answer for me so therefore would send another email for the following day. Since I had not heard from her I called her again the following day at 11:17 AM and she told me that my mask was not found. I was very disappointed to hear that because I was pretty sure that I left it on the night table and thought that they would return it to me. I don't understand why someone in the front Desk just couldn't go to the room and check briefly when I first called. I usually do a thorough check when checking out of a room but because the box was black I perhaps did not see it on the night table. I know that I left It on the night table because I used it the night before and placed it on the night table. It could not disappear so I believe that someone took it.

I can appreciate your frustration at the inability to locate the item in question as well as the delay in providing you with a repsonse. Our property has well-established protocols for the colecting, cataloguing, and storing of lost and found items. We take such matters seriously. If an item is found and turned in, we will work diligently to get it back to the guest and even ship it to them if needed. When the item is not found, such as in your case, then there is regrettably nothing more that can be done. Without the ability to verify that the item was left, that the room was closed and properly secured after you left until we cleaned it, there is no way of knowing exactly if it was left or what happened to it. This is why the burden ultimately resides with the guest to account for and remove all items prior to departure. After consulting our lost and found inventory, our executive housekeeper reviewed our storage closets and interviewed the housekeeping peronnel responsible for cleaning your accomodation upon your departure . Unfortunately, we were not able to locate the black box referenced. We will continue to investigate this matter and if we are able to locate the item, we will reach out to you in coordinating its return.

Reserved oceanfront room with balcony as suggested by cruise planner, upon arrival at 2am was given a balcony room overlooking pool, no offer to help resolve, just a "sorry". Very disapointed! I had previously booked with another hotel but cancelled immediately after I spoke with Best Western and was offered a Winter Rate that was only $20.00 more for the same type of room and because my cruise planner highly recommended Best Western, I agreed to it. This was after she offered 4 other prices that just couldn't beat the other hotel. Then she found this great winter rate. So disappointed, as is my cruise planner!

Good Afternoon Terri, I am sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations during your recent travels in Florida's Space Coast. We take great pride in meeting the needs of our guests in a personalized manner and disappointed to hear of the challenges experienced upon your arrival and the lack of assistance offered. We are a large campus spread across several blocks with 5 buildings, two heated pools surrounded by tropical landscaping. Recognizing the distance to be travel, we routinely offer assistance to our guests. I will certaintly share your experience with the team. With regards to your reservation, the room type reserved by your cruise planner was in fact for a room in our suite building and not for an oceanfront accommodation. No modifications or adjustments were made to your accommodations. I regret that we were not able to extend a complimentary upgrade to an oceanfront room.

Very polite and professional all the staff . Fresh banana bread baked seems just for us. Everyone make us feel special. We feel very safe with all the COVID precautions taken. Very close to the beach. Quiet time of the year to travel.

Our check in was quick, in addition to us arriving before check in. Samantha at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice as were the ladies serving us. Clean rooms, ours was a little dated, but as long as it's clean I don't mind. Only about 1 block to the beach, which was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here.

Gentleman that checked us in at 2am-230am was outstanding, and recognized my elite member status, but went down here from there; around 11am - when the next desk staff tried to kick me out and charge me extra. reservation was stated until Sunday at noon (as gentleman that checked us in, stated that it would be no problem for late check out, and would not be charged extra. the morning desk staff, stated that i was only there until same morning and to check out at 11am, no mentioning of the agreement/reservation i made, almost 9 hours earlier. why would i drive over 3 hours to stay at the beach for 9 hours? the gentleman gave us a price of $250+ until Sunday as stated above, and the morning desk staff, said oh no, its $179 a night, plus parking. These prices was never mentioned, when we checked in. I have a heart condition, and this did not help my blood pressure; so we abruptly gathered our things and checked out. I have never had issues like this, at this location before; and with morning desk staff like that; i will mostly not return to this location. my family loves Cocoa beach; but their are other beaches out there on each coast.

With regards to your stay, you signed a registration card indicating that you would in fact be departing on Saturday morning and payment was secured for one night only. Clearly there appears to have been a misunderstanding as to what you authorized on paper and your expectations. I extend my apologies for any distress this may have caused and will work with my team to better navigate such matters in the future. The welfare and happiness of our guest is paramount and the fact that you departed our property with such negative impressions is dismaying to me. I spent one night here prior to a cruise in August 2021. Very nice clean grounds and comfortable rooms. We had a balcony overlooking the beach and it was very nice. The pier is a short walk from the property along with souvenir shopping. Parking was readily available.

Hotel was in the perfect location, near the pier and the beach was beautiful At the entrance of the beach there were chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and boogie boards to rent. Also, surfing lessons! The hotel room was very clean, lots of towels, shower worked well. The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. The restaurant had live music and the food was terrific. The hotel serves a free breakfast and again the staff serving breakfast were amazing! One of the best stays on the beach I have had.

My family and I recently stayed here on a visit to Cocoa Beach. I can't say enough nice things about it. It is in a FANTASTIC location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were all very nice as well. The young man that checked me in was very friendly. The cleaning lady was also very pleasant. We had our dog with us so we declined daily cleaning - but she was always happy to check with us to see if we needed any supplies. The rooms are older but very clean and everything worked. It had a larger refrigerator, a microwave and the best hotel air conditioner I have ever had! We were able to park right outside of our room - it made it very convenient to get to our car - and to unload and load. It was generally quiet - there was a little foot traffic outside because it is so near the beach but nothing that bothered us. We would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay with a pet!

The front desk when we check in was not helpfull much super short . Felt like we are bothering him with our question. We asked for crib for our baby we called ahead of time before arrival nothing really happen even after check in the we kept calling through the day nothing happen we only got a crib till later at night. The cleaning of the room was very poor washroom and balcony were filthy the kitchen too.that was very bad experience.. The fridge in the room was filthy and not working we had a baby and that was not helpfull for us at all The air conditioning was so loud the baby had hard time sleeping and same for us. The only positive on the stay is the breakfast the ladies that worked there are amazing they took good care of us . For the rest I don t recommand booking this hotel front desk doesn t care much about you and the room are nkt cleab properly plus the air conditionning is so louad

Lots of great fun great amenity's staff was very helpful would stay here again, easy to find things to do and places to go, very close to restaurants and stores, walking distance to beach access, easy to watch launches from Cape Canaveral.

Started off with the front desk and Stanley was to much help. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Central to walking to near restaurants and shops. Breakfast and coffee was good and the fitness center had a good amount of equipment. Would come back again!

Steven the night auditor, Megan the morning shift gal and Jamie the General Manager went above and beyond. I've never been treated so good anywhere. We will be coming here for our future vacations. This best western is over the top! Awesome staff, great breakfast, beautiful rooms and views! The pool area is beautiful and big. My family loved it!! We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for everything!! I even got a member rewards gift bag with a personalized water bottle with my name on the label, and snacks, with a card. That made my day!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Our building didn't look very fancy from the outside. Inside, the room was large, clean and updated nicely! The location is great! It's on the beach, in walking distance to local restaurants and the pier. The breakfast was perfect for my family of 5. The pool and pool bar are a nice place to unwind after a long day at the beach.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Yes, the property is outdated for the most part. Eventually it will be torn down and something new built. Keep in mind though, it is clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless. You're a block or less from the beach, you'd think you might find some stray specs of sand but nothing. When you look around at the rest of the hotel/motel selection in that area of Cocoa Beach, you're going to find a hit or mostly miss experience. Yes, you can pay more for a high tier hotel chain. That higher cost room won't be any cleaner and definitely won't have a more understanding, friendly or accommodating staff.

We cannot say more nice things about the staff of this hotel. Each person we dealt with from checkin to breakfast the housekeeping was just wonderful! Stayed in the Tower Building overlooking the ocean. The room looked like it was in need of renovations, the carpet was dirty, the AC made our clothes feel damp, the fridge kept our food cold, but froze up when on high.

First time here. Fast check-in. Clean room. Adequate parking. Nice pool area with BAR!! Walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Was able to rent umbrella and 2 cars for $20 right on the beach. Highly recommend. Received a discount for Military / Govt.

Hotel gets 4 stars for its outstanding hospitality at checkin and for the morning free breakfast. The women that run the breakfast buffet always greet you each morning with a cheery smile & go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The rooms are average, and walls are thin but for the price & location really can't complain. Do they need upgrades yes, could they improve the quality of their bath towels & pillows yes. But overall the hotel met our needs. They did miss cleaning our room one day but management was on top of it the next day.

We stayed at the Best Western in Cocoa Beach last week and loved it. They have different buildings but we stayed in one of the ocean front rooms with private balcony overlooking the ocean. It was perfect. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we couldn't have been more satisfied. The man at the front desk was so helpful and friendly when we checked in. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of outlets and USB ports which is a problem in some other hotels especially if you have a CPAP machine and need to plug it up beside bed. The internet service was great. There was a nice cold refrigerator and plenty of closet and drawer space. They had free breakfast in one of the other buildings every morning. It was tasty and the staff was so nice. Check out was a breeze also even though we hated to leave. This was a great hotel and we will definitely be staying there again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. The location is great next to the Cocoa Beach Pier with the Tower Building right on the beach. But the hotel needs a renovation bad. The reception area has old historic pictures and display of the Space Shuttle program. This program has been scrapped and now is history. Currently there is a resurge in the space program through Space X that would be more appropriate up to date décor for the reception area. The furniture in the room along with the beds and carpet are old and need to be replaced. My room had no USB connection ports. I talked to the front desk and was told the ports were in the lamps. but like I said these were old lamps, like the furniture and beds, with no USB ports. The staff is great. I was recognized by many of the employees and made me feel welcomed back. I like to see the longevity of the employees working at this hotel from the front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff etc. I had a complaint about my room not being cleaned and was taken care of by the front desk lady that recognized me as a past guest. She was great and made my unpleasant situation a good one. I will go back to this hotel in Cocoa Beach and hopefully it will be renovated and updated. Great location in Cocoa Beach.

Nice hotel in a great location. Meghan at the front desk was very friendly and efficient and was able to provide us with an early check in after a long red eye flight. We had a nice clean room in the beach tower with amazing ocean/beach views. The housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor went out of there way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The complementary breakfast was good with a variety of options (eggs, potatoes, sausage patty, French/toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, various juices and coffee). All the staff members we encountered during our stay were warm and welcoming. We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this hotel.

From the time we checked in it was outstanding. Excellent service with a smile. The room was great, breakfast was outstanding. The beach was right behind us with a fantastic view from the 8th floor. Pool was right across the parking lot. The pool has the Blue Flip Flop bar and they play great music that isn't loud and annoying. Parking was not a problem at all. Staff were very friendly. Daily cleaning service.

The location was very good. Beach access was close by and with in easy driving distance to restaurants and shops. The room itself has a few issues. The door of our room and lot of the others in the building we stayed in were hard to shut completely. Housekeeping didn't close the door completely after cleaning once and we had to be super vigilant when we came and went. Secondly, the air circulation in the room was none existant. The person nearest the a/c unit would be freezing and 10 feet away, it would be muggy and hot. We had 2 small travel fans with us that made it a little more comfortable. The TV picture was dark and DirecTV service spotty. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but our toddler granddaughter liked to watch it when she came by from her room. I have no clue on the breakfast because it was in another building across the street and felt like it was too much trouble to get too. The pool could have been better maintained, however I feel like it was more due to poorly supervised children, than neglect due to the hotel maintenance.

We were here for 3 nights and we did like the view overlooking the beach. It is walking distance to the pier and we did take advantage of that. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they have directTV and of course when the rain came you couldn't watch TV so anyone with kids, beware of that issue. Would we stay again, maybe.

Great place to stay. Beach is right out your door. Great location and great staff. Breakfast, fitness room, many options to go see like the Port, Merritt Island, Cocoa, quick drive to Orlando (40min.) Several places to eat bars, events and things for the kids. Cocoa Beach pier is around the corner and greqat place to visit. Highly recommended.

It was definitely not the cleanest place I have stayed and I was very disappointed at not being able to obtain late check out. Many employees did not speak much English but they were all friendly and most tried very hard to be helpful.

Property is conveniently located. Walking distance to beach (avoid $20 parking at Pier). Walking distance to eatery's and such. Prepare for a noisy experience which generally stays within acceptable limits(except I encountered a noisy guest who only cared about themselves). Safe travels/travails!

We just returned today from our stay at BW Cocoa Beach. From the moment we arrived, the front desk ladies were so very helpful & accommodating. Our room was not quite ready & they offered to securely store my insulin so it would not be left in the hot car. The room was exactly as described and very clean. Our view was fantastic! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the cruise ship & other container cargo container ships sitting out in the ocean. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The cleaning staff were so friendly. Hot breakfast was very good- different options each day. Thank you for a great stay!

The third floor on this ocean front was actually the ground floor. Ocean was mostly blocked by bushes. The bed was less than a queen size and very old and very uncomfortable. One scratchy blanket per bed was inadequate. No central air conditioning. Never going back.

Great location. Breakfast service was very good , considering the Covid19. Had eggs and sausage and more. Two pools , one with a bar, very nice. Beach front, great beach. Near the Cocoa Beach Pier. Easy check in and out. Room was very clean.

I stayed here five days and never again. This real is a motel. I was not impressed. The first room we checked in was old. It really should be gutted and rebuilt. The phone didn't work. It had cobwebs coming down from the ceiling. Then, next door, there was a dog that barked incessantly. I complained, and was switched to another room when one came available. It was newer and everything worked, but there were roaches. Also, on the bathroom door was this giant hair ball hanging. I thought it was a spider. Housekeeping was sporadic. For the life of me, I can't understand why this hotel is rated so highly, except it in a decent location by the beach and you can walk to shops and restaurants. Also I should mention there is a $5 car parking fee not disclosed anywhere in the policies. It's a surprise when you check out. I couldn't wait to leave and have had to take precautions not to bring roaches back home. Gross!

The hotel was clean and free of bugs. Breakfast had many choices. The breakfast was really good. Employees were all nice & if you needed anything they delivered right to your door. The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was in a different part of BW(there is 4 parts to BW)Had to walk a little way to get breakfast. We didn't use the pool at all, but it looked very nice. Did use the laundry room, good washers and dryers. Was right by the Pier which is the most popular place at the beach.

If you are going to Cocoa Beach, this is the perfect spot! Walkable to restaurants, stores, and the pier. Right on the beach! The pool was great with awesome frozen drinks for sale! The fire pit area was great with beautiful landscaping on the whole grounds. Breakfast was perfect!

A platinum member, i was asked to move to a room too small for my family because they had given my suite away.. I extended my stay prior to my arrival and checked on it upon arrival and was assured i would not be moved. The rate was extremely high and I am still waiting on my bill. They made no attempt at resolving this issue, simply told me to vacate my suite. I'll never stay again

The loyalty and patronage you extend throughout the year to our hotels is highly valued. The reservation that was secured on the 24th of October, an oceanfront junior suite, is consistent with the room type that you received for your stay. It appears you made a separate reservation for an 8th night on the 12th of March; however, this second reservation was not for an oceanfront junior suite, but rather, an oceanfront room. This reservation appears to have been made through our central reservations department and I apologize if any misinformation was communicated. Since we were sold out of our oceanfront jr. suites the only alternative would be to have downgraded an individual who had made a reservation for the room type you desired, which I'm sure you would agree would not be appropriate under the circumstances I understand your frustration and saddened that you were disappointed with your stay.

Had an awesome bartender Jenn! The one thing that didn't make sense was the line of people waiting to get in when there were open tables and spots at the bar. Really didn't seem like the business was into accommodating people or making money.

This hotel has more than one building so call to confirm your room details-only one building is oceanfront and only upper floors have a beach view.We booked ocean view and called to change to oceanfront with balcony. Loved the room and easy beach access.Nice fire pits and poolside bar with music.Very clean but pillows were lumpy,only 3 drawers in the room, no in-room safe.Lots of dining and shopping in walking distance. Jared and Tiffany provided exceptional customer service and housekeeping was always nearby to provide clean towels. Wonderful getaway from the cold northeast weather.

We stayed hear as part of a complimentary stay for a timeshare presentation. Favorite part was walking distance to the beach. Every staff encounter we had was great, and the hotel was clean, especially considering the age of the building, and dated furnishings. The room was very spacious, but I was a little confused at the kitchenette. Although large and has cabinets and some dishes, It is only for reheating food. There isn't a cook top or oven. So if someone wanted to save money by preparing their own meals, you would be limited to cereal, sandwiches and frozen dinners.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. This time there was a little snafu with our room- not the one we thought we had booked. The manager went out of his way to get us the room we wanted (even though it was quite busy) and check on us to make sure our stay was a good one. We love the location and amenities. Couldn't have been better!

This place deserves a review. Because while it's old (I believe the oldest building dates to the 1960s and most are probably from the 1980s), I get the sense that that they are really trying. And they have done quite a bit of updates/renovations over the last ten years, it appears. We got a good rate for an oceanfront room (about $200).....no resort fee. Reviewers complain about the area being sketchy but we didn't see anything like that. Our stay started poorly when we arrived at 6:00 and our room still wasn't ready. The front desk lady wasn't apologetic....just said that it will be ready when they're done cleaning it. BUT she did give us our parking pass and we changed into swim clothes in the lobby restroom.....then off to the pool. It was VERY warm and seemed clean....really enjoyed it. I had a feeling that she wasn't going to text us when the room was ready, so we called the front desk at 7:00, and sure enough it was now ready. We stayed ocean front in the tall tower building. Our room was on the third floor.....for some reason there is no second floor, so we were actually on the second floor. Which means we could only partly see over the trees, bushes, etc. to the ocean. But I didn't mind that because it was actually kind of nice sitting surrounded by the greenery and still seeing some of the beach/ocean. Two good queen beds and a pull out couch (the mattress was terrible and stained with pee). They had said we could have a cot when we reserved, but we had to ask again for it after we got to the room. They did bring one up and it wasn't too bad. The couch cushion had some food stuck to it in one spot....we are not too picky but the cleaning could obviously be a bit better. Our balcony was awesome. The shower, two TVs, AC and WiFi were all good. We had a microwave, fridge and in-room coffee. It was pretty quiet overall. The elevators in our building were good. For breakfast, they were serving in styrofoam in another building, and it wasn't bad at all. We loaded up and ate in our room. This is a big property....at least five buildings. Two pools, a nice fire pit area with lots of grass, and plenty of parking. You do have to do a bit of walking to get around, but it's not bad. We ate dinner at the restaurant which is kind of attached to the lobby, and it was excellent. The staff was all pretty friendly. What made me bump this up from a three bubble to a four is that they gave us a very late checkout due to us getting into the room so late our first day. This was very helpful to us. If they did some deep cleaning and further renovations, this could be a five bubble place. I liked it and can definitely say we would stay here again.

Very clean property and more than helpfull front desk both on arrival and checkout. Good location close to many restaurants and nice beach area. Plent to do for couples or families. Could use more king beds on the Oceanfront rooms, beds called a queen but more like a double.

What a great experience at the Best Western Cocoa Beach. After a nightmarish shortened stay down the road at the Beachside Inn, I had an opposite experience here. The staff was fabulous and accommodating. They upgraded me to a King Suite bc the AC was broken in my basic king room. The room was huge and spotless. Jared, the manager, was kind and professional. Dan was also very helpful. The hot breakfast was great and served by masked staff. Even the housekeeping staff was great. Stanley, the other manager, was awesome when I asked to extend my stay 1 day. Great location 1/2 block from the beach. Awesome heated pool. GREAT deal at a top notch chain hotel that clearly takes pride in their business. Would 100% come back here and urge you to do the same!

We upgraded to the sea view suite and it was a small step above the room that we upgraded from. Stanley at the front desk was excellent. We'll look elsewhere for our next stay in the area. Check in was less than par. I paid $180 for a roadside motel. Seems like it's the local hang out for partiers. Not family friendly and way too expensive for an extra small motel room. My room was sold twice (keys given) and a woman come in while my husband was using the restroom. Was locked out when we came back from the pool and had to walk a block, wet and barefoot (no pool towels) to get new keys. Desk clerk did not apologize and was rude.

We had Friends come in from Indiana and they wanted to stay beach side so we planned a trip . Looking at last of prices from the hotels online I called to speak to them Todd was very professional and I let him know why we were renting the room and we would like oceanfront if possible. He accommodated our request and was able to get us the best rate. We enjoyed the private beach access and the poolside fire pits our kids enjoyed the pool. The next morning I walked to dunkin dounuts to grab some dounuts and couldn't seem to get back into the room with my key due to me demagnetizing my room key on my phone at 6:10am I had to walk to the office and Steve greeted me and was very helpful and humbling taken in the consideration it was early morning. I will definitely come back here to enjoy this with my family and friends anytime I'm looking for a place to stay and enjoy a weekend away. Thank you Steve and Todd for the excellent customer service and that is the reason I will come again. With so many hotels in the area this would be my top choice not to confuse this with expense because that could not place a dollar amount on the great customer service I experienced at this hotel.

Why we love Best Western oceanfront. The location is Amazing. We stayed in the tower and partial ocean view and it has amazing views. You have big balconies, microwave and fridge in room. Close to the boardwalk for beach access and the pool is right there. Free hot breakfast each morning. You can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier for dining and drinks. Publix is right across the street. BW has this new courtyard area with 2 huge stone firepits that they light up in the evening. Perfect for cool night in Jan. Love the Old Florida charm of this area. Easy to get around and reasonable and fantastic seafood. Love seeing the cruise ships too.47 minutes from MCO airport and you only have 2 tolls you can pay cash. It was so nice to getaway for a few days. We always stay before our cruises here , but that is not happening this year so we just decided to have some beach time. Both Disney ships docked out in front of our hotel. Love seeing them. We plan to be back before our cruise Jan 2022.

We stayed in the tower building with a full fridge, stove, and microwave. We were upgraded to a beachview room. Love this hotel. We could see the pool and beach from our balcony. We loved having the kitchen so we could make food for the kids throughout as they eat 7 meals a day. We stayed during Covid. They still had an amazing breakfast. Food was packed in to go containers. You could eat socially distanced in the room or take food elsewhere. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Pools were great, very warm.

I decided to give Best Western a try because they were offering $25 gift certs for each night stayed. It's almost not worth it. I arrived at this location and was "upgraded" to a suite without me asking for it. It was a joke. Instead of a water view, the "upgrade" had the view of a parking lot and another hotel. For this price, I should have opted for the other hotel.

We have stayed here more than once and always have a wonderful time. The oceanfront rooms are nice an a very short walk onto the beach. Hot breakfast is above and beyond and all employees are very friendly. Food and shopping is within walking distance. If I could, I would go back again tomorrow.

Spur of the moment decided to stop here, ending a 5 week road trip ! I had stayed here many years ago in Cocoa Beach, and remembered the location. With a balcony room overlooking a lovely beach, it was peaceful and relaxing,,,, just what I needed. Everything was clean and well maintained ~ Walk to get breakfast was a bit long, (would be tough if raining) but great weather made it nice. Def recommend for the price !

We were in the 'tower' building with a balcony overlooking the beach. Room was very clean. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Room quiet enough so we could hear the surf from our room. Parking was good, lots of places to eat within very short drive and a couple are just a block or so away. Would recommend without a doubt - ask for a room in the tower on an upper floor on the beach side. Costs a little more but still good rates and I think a value for the quality you get.

Nice hotel but parking lot noisy at night with people fighting. Liked · The room was very nice and spacious! Living room, kitchen and bedroom all separated. Very comfortable setting. Breakfast was very good also! All in all a very nice place and would stay there again in the future. Disliked · It was nice to have a spacious balcony, but overlooking the pool and the parking lot was pretty boring. Plus, late at night we heard couples arguing in the parking lot for many hours. Woke us up in the middle of the night. Probably returning from the beach all tanked up and causing a ruckus. Should have some security out there to stop that nonsense when people are trying to sleep. I was minutes away from calling the main desk to complain but my wife talked me out if it. Also, we had the cleaning people just walk right into our room because there was no "do not disturb" sign available on our front door.

Yes I said resort. They have different types of rooms available. From the towers to small bungalow type rooms. With kitchenettes. The staff are very nice. Rooms are super clean and spacious. We stayed in the towers. Directly by the beach board walk, across from the pier. Beaches were lovely. Not crowded. There is a gentleman that rents lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabannas. Surf boards etc. Super nice guy. This is a basic, got everything you need type place. Its not fancy, but its very clean and the beds are heavenly. If your planning a stay in Cocoa Beach, check this out.

When booking this particular BW hotel, I had incorrectly assumed this property was nothing more than a simple place to lay my head after a long day of traveling for business; I was quite wrong. From the moment you drive up to the portico-entrance to the main lobby, there is a uniqueness to this hotel. The entrance is large, covered and inviting (remember, Florida is known for it's daily summer thunderstorms as well as it's endless sunshine. When checking-in during the summer months, it is common to get caught in a downpour; such is not a concern at this hotel.) The lobby is spacious and inviting as well sporting a half-circular staircase at one side of this lobby, leading indirectly up to it's "Presidential Suite" on the second floor. The pool area is even larger, and surrounded on three sides by the structure of the hotel so as to shelter guests on the main-socializing area of the hotel from the noise pollution of Interstate-75. In addition, the pool deck area has plenty of chaise lounges, space (you can't have enough of that in these days of CoVid-19) a whirlpool and four gazebos to provide guests with shade to eat/drink and be merry while relaxing outside in this spacious outdoor environment. They even provide a direct-link phone to the sportsbar/grill on-property so guests enjoying the pool area don't have to dry off, get covered up and wear shoes into the building just to grab a bite while outside and enjoying everything this hotel's pool-area has to offer! The staff is friendly, polite and professional whether it is the front desk personnel or the domestic staff and they were always willing to engage you as a guest as well as ask if there was anything they could do to make your stay more pleasurable. This is something most mid-priced hotel chains seem to forget these days, but not BW or in specific, this BW franchise. We shall DEFINITELY be retuning to this hotel in the future when business dictates we stay out overnight or longer!

It sounds like you've wrote a review for another Best Western property, however, we'd love to encourage you to visit our oceanfront/beachside hotel & suites in Cocoa Beach. We're an hour away from Orlando and all the exciting attractions, however, we feel that Cocoa Beach is its own little hidden gem in Florida! We have rooms on an uncrowded beach and near the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. We have tons of fun attractions and delicious dining options all within a walking distance. We're a very short distance to the cruise lines in Port Canaveral and, not to mention, the Kennedy Space Center is just 20 minutes away from us! Breathe in the ocean air, see rocket launches, or even dive deep into Florida's larges manatee habitats when staying at our property! :) We hope we're able to see you here next time you're near the area!

We had the hotel booked with many rooms for our supposed to be wedding on the Carnival Breeze, the cruise cancelled during the pandemic. We decided to celebrate anyway the no more date anyway and just have a weekend to ourselves. The hotel was fantastic staff was great and even had a hot breakfast. I refer all my clients to this hotel

Best Western was so great. The gentleman at front desk was so nice. We asked for recommendations to eat dinner and he was so informative. We stayed in an ocean front room and it was a beautiful view. Our room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Just to add, I always stay only at embassy suites or Aloft and I have to say I was very very impressed. They had breakfast but in pre-package and the woman was so sweet and then on weekend they served a regular breakfast. I have to say it was good. The entire time we were there I felt very safe regarding the Covid virus. This was my first time staying in a Best Western and Cocoa Beach and I will definitely return. Oh and most importantly I have to say hi to Chelsea. She also is at front desk. What a sweetheart. She let us do late check out. My sister and I had such a great time in Cocoa Beach. I will definitely come back. Oh! forgot one person, the gentleman who was working all over the resort. My sister and I were always teasing him. He sure does work hard.

We were able to snag a room for the 2nd attempt of the SpaceX launch and we were very pleased with our family experience there. This place was super well-maintained and convenient to the beach (it is a full-time job keeping things nice with the corrosive salt air beating on it every day.) The staff was super friendly and the general manager stopped to help me secure a parking pass for our late-arriving daughter in the midst of the tsunami of visitors arriving for the launch. Beautifully landscaped pool area and grills for guests to use! We were very impressed. Our room was spacious enough for a roll-away so that our two adult kids could sleep separately. Awesome and very prompt service on a very busy weekend. Great management for sure! This will be our go-to place from now on.

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday with some friends. We spent the day at the beach - this great hotel is right on the beach! Stanley at the front desk was amazing and friendly. He was there for our check in and check out and was in a great mood. Stanley really made our trip extra special. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Cocoa Beach.

Having been in quarantine for over 3 months it was a nice break to go to a hotel on the beach and watch the space X launch. The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and there are lots of places you can walk too once you arrive. The hotel is dog friendly and really nice to see all the pups with their people around the property and they cleaned up after themselves. The breakfast was limited due to the COVID, but still very nice !!

Stayed for 3 nights hoping to see the shuttle take off. We had a ocean front room with a great view. We only had a few problems. At about 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off. Not good!!!! People scurrying to get down the stairs. Unfortunately the phone in our room did not work so we had to call hotel from our cell phone to find out it was a glitch and they were working on it. This is an older hotel and could use a makeover. Our room was clean but one day maid service never showed up but they immediately brought what we needed. We would definitely return. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

I needed a getaway with a calming view and found it here! I called Best Western directly so didn't get the deals like in some websites. It was a pleasant overall stay. I would go back again soon. Parking was fine.

Looking for a very convenient Cocoa Beach hotel...this it. Close to the pier, right on the beach and close to the space center for launches. Clean and comfortable...but aging gracefully. Front desk staff, while very busy answering the phone and helping guests, were very nice. For some reason ALL hotel reservations ring to the front desk. My room key died and I stood for better than five minutes before the clerk could clear the constantly ringing phone...telling each person that she would connect them to reservations...after she listened to what they needed. Suggestion: Reservations at the facility of this size, should NOT go to the front desk. If so, they should be immediately sent to reservations...which no discussion

Best place to stay!! It is so easy to check in , front desk workers are so nice and willing to answer any questions!!The beach front rooms are nice, and clean! The pools are clean and heated!! This will always be the hotel we stay at from now on!!!

Non smoking room smells of heavy smoke. Carpets were filthy. Wore socks that were quite dirty walking around. Found a love roach in the bathroom. Building C needs a major renovation. Disappointed with the cost to low value.

We came for a mini-vacation/pre-honeymoon the day we got married. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. Jarrod the handyman really helped us out and we appreciated it a lot! But also, Bernice, really went out of her way to put big smiles on our faces. This was a special time for us as a family but she made it even more special with how wonderful she is! We've stayed here before but will definitely come again with the Hope's to come across her again!

The room was clean and fresh, the view to die for! Pool needs a little more cleaning but over all, it was a fantastic experience. We loved it, we will be back and we are going to make it a yearly vaca!

I was moved to a new another room because the A/C was no good. The new room also was HOT becuse the A/C that was no good and had to be changed to a new unit. I had to leave the room for a couple of hours while this change of A/C was done. I added another night to get to see a rocket launch and I was not given an discount to the new nignt because of the room equipment malfunction when I requested it. I like to stay at this hotel for the waves on the beach since I boogie board but this stay was THE WORST and I am a frequent customer of this hotel. The quality of the rooms and service from the front desk is getting WORSE than ever in my case.!!

This hotel is amazing. Chelsea and Elisa at the front desk were exceptional and made sure to tame care of us. Everything was very clean. Will definitely be staying again. The only complaint we have is that the keys to our room almost never worked and we had some very loud neighbors that were banging late at night, other than that the hotel was great.

We had earned a free night during the stay 2 nights get 1 night free promotion,and the morning of our Cocoa Beach stay I called to ask for an upgrade to an Oceanfront room as it was my birthday and I was informed that they had already given me an upgrade to Oceanfront room. What a nice surprise,excellent guest service!!!

The staff are handling the COVID-19 situations very well. I could smell evidence of increased disinfectants, but not overpowering. This property is always very clean and continues to be so with apparently additional disinfecting.

I don't know what I should have expected but I do rely on reviews from this site so I will share my experience with the room. I booked 3 nights. Unfortunately, all our plans fell apart due to virus cancellations but we were going to make the best of it and just hang at the beach. We had (2) oceanfront rooms. I requested that our rooms be on same floor but they could not make that happen. Manager did allow us to look at rooms so give us a choice to change types so he could try and make them on same floor. When we looked at rooms, I knew this property was not for us. The building is old and smelly. The 6th floor smelled like a nursing home to me when you got off the elevator. I guess it is moisture smell. 5th floor smell was better. Rooms were OK but like I said in my title, property is old. I am big on clean regardless of age so I don't want to see other peoples hair on floor or shower in my bathroom etc. You can be old and keep room paint, flooring, furniture fresh. We stayed one night and left. The $325/night I paid was definitely price of super nice hotel. I would not put this property in that category. The location right on beach was the plus for the property.

We stayed here for three nights to tour the area. Fast and friendly check in. All the staff all week were great! We had a room in the tower overlooking the beach. Amazing views from the room and balcony. Such a great view and sunrise to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was very good. The ladies that prepare and serve breakfast were friendly and happy. The pools were nice. Loved the location. Close to lots of restaurants. Best feature was walking out of the hotel right on to the beach. What an amazing beach to walk or sit and relax on. The hotel was a close drive to Kennedy Space Centre. Loved exploring the area from the hotel. We will definitely be back here and will stay for longer.

Steven was extremely accommodating. I came down at 1am looking for a snack. Steven was the best guy to find, he hooked me up with a little gift bag full of cookies and water. I ended up being super thirsty later that night and was saved by the water Steven gave me. Props to this man and his service.

We stay here pretty frequently. It's close to everything...even work. The launches from 39A are viewable from the beach and the it's quite a sight. The place is clean and believe me I tear a room apart looking for "signs"... if you catch my drift. The people are very nice and we always have a great time.

We stayed a total of 6 nights before and after our Disney Cruise. Due to health issues, I was unable to stay at another nearby hotel. Dan was very professional, understanding and he went the extra mile to get a suite for our family. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. When we returned from our cruise, Chelsea actually greated me by my name! Stanley checked us out and he was very friendly. These people are to be commended. Our suite had a view of the Cocoa Beach Pier and the ocean. We experienced the final launch of SpaceX taking supplies to the International Space Station. There are cabanas, chair and umbrella rentals on the beach. We will be back!

Very nice. Steps away from beach and chair/umbrella rental. Two outdoor pools. Pool bar, but somewhat pricey. One block to pier that has restaurants, shops and tiki bar. Many restaurants and shopping and things to do.

When I booked our one night stay on line, intending to book for Friday March 6th, I accidentally booked for the Thursday night. Immediately, after the on line confirmation was received, I called the hotel advising “Tina” of my mistake, a very helpful lady, she changed my booking to the intended date of Friday March 6th. Checking in on Friday afternoon, I noticed the rate was different and asked Tina to confirm the rate, she confirmed the rate had changed for Friday versus Thursday, I asked why the $100 dollar increase in price? I'm assuming, the day manager for that day, then jumped into the conversation uninvited and he aggressively informed me the rate was indeed different because of the launch and nothing was going to change! I looked at Tina, who had a rather embarrassed look on her face, a combination of his interference and overly assertive response. I thanked Tina for her assistance and after confirming room details took my provided keys and went to our room. The room provided is below par and not worthy of a $277.95 fee for one night! There was no sofa or arm chair in our room, the small kitchenette had a “bar top” with two uncomfortable high back chairs. The king bed was the only place to sit somewhat comfortably. The mattress was very hard and I liken it to sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The bathroom was very small with only a stand up shower enclosed with a shower curtain showing signs of mold and mildew on the bottom cuff. The rooms in this hotel are very dated, 1970's era and are definitely not worth the fee charged. Out of five stars I would rank it 1 overall. Definitely the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in ever.

This was a nice place. Pool was nice and relaxing. Friendly and courteous staff. We had a good time while we were here and would stay here again if in the area again. Fair amount of traffic in the area.

This hotel has amazing location and views. Clean and convenient. Super close to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy long walks on the beach or watching surfers catch some waves right from your balcony. Has restaurants and grocery store in near walking distance. Only thing we found inconvenient is hotel is in many separated buildings so views will vary and breakfast is across a street and so is lobby. Make sure you have a car or your suitcase has sturdy wheels as we found it difficult getting from the lobby to our room without any assistance as walk way was cobblestones and difficult to roll suitcase. Very warmly heated pool on a cold day which made it very enjoyable and had some nice firepits to enjoy free lobby popcorn around.

This was one amazing vacation with my family. The room they gave us was wonderful. Had a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. The room had a kitchen and living area big enough for all 4 of us extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included with everything you would need or want to eat. I give this place 5 stars.

We vacation in Cocoa Beach every year, and for the last 12 years, we have stayed at this Best Western in Cocoa Beach. We continue to go back each year for many reasons. The General Manager, Jamie, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Chelsea and the front desk crew are always accommodating, making sure we have what we need and check in goes well. Anna, Gabby and Johanna, the breakfast crew, does an outstanding job, even on the busiest days, greeting everyone and making sure breakfast goes smoothly. They offer a big variety of food, it's always fresh and hot, and Anna makes homemade banana bread she passes out to the guests. It is close to the pier and they make improvements every year. Definitely the place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

The rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. The value was not there. The breakfast may have been the best part of the stay. The layout is awkward, but I would definitely stay again, just maybe not for the price I paid.

My friend and I stayed here one night before boarding a cruise ship in Orlando. They do provide a shuttle to the cruise port for a nominal fee. Chelsea, "the Cruise Wrangler" was a ray a sunshine; she was great! Dan, at the front desk was very nice, too. However, there was one gentleman working the front desk the morning we left and he was quite rude and seemed very stressed. The room was clean. I should have done a little more research before booking this property because, there are no elevators. We had lots of luggage so we needed help with our bags. A very nice young man did help us which was helpful. I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

As for elevators, you're absolutely right - unfortunately, our Courtyard rooms are two stories and don't have an elevator. However, our suites building and oceanfront/oceanview rooms in our Ocean Tower do have elevators. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I completely understand your frustration. I hope you reconsider staying with us next time. If you give us another opportunity, I'd recommend staying in one of our beachfront rooms - the view is absolutely stunning!

We recently stayed here for two nights - a quick weekend beach trip. It was great! We opted for the oceanfront king room and so glad we did. The view was incredible; we watched the sunrise each morning and sat under the stars at night. When we arrived, it was late but we were greeted with a smile and fruit infused water. Everyone was really kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - aside from being right on the beach, it's near the pier which has restaurants, bars, shops, and great views. We walked to nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was your standard continental, overall decent. Parking is free. There is a supermarket just up the street for anything you might need. Aside from being slightly dated, this is an awesome beach hotel. We'd stay again.

Walk to the Pier one minute! Eat at Papa Vito, walking distance. Play mini golf just next the Dollar General in front of Papa Vito.Clean room. Front desk with popcorn, fresh water infuse with oranges. Oranges.

A block from the ocean with rooms to suit the most discerning budget and preferences. Outstanding breakfast, and a heated pool to boot! Spotlessly clean and close to all major central Florida attractions. Friendly staff, and theater popcorn served in the lobby all day! What more do you need?

I've been at Best Western Cocoa Beach for 5 nights. The location is very nice and central. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a double room. It was OK, although the front door had space below from which noise and air could pass through. The breakfast was OK. It could be much better if there was expresso, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and bacon (there were not, at least in the days I was there). The other negative aspect war the housekeeping. They used to make up the room usually late (in the afternoon) except once. And on the day before our departure they "forgot" to make it up at all, although we had left the "please make up the room" sign hanging out our front door.

We arrived late after a 24hr journey and were greeted by Steven. He was absolutely lovely, super helpful and really informative - just what you need after a long journey! He went well out of his way to help us and to find out extra info for us about launches. He overheard me saying I was hungry and offered me oranges, cookies and water which was very much appreciated. An all round lovely man who was so warm and welcoming - the people really make this place great. My only negative is the extensive use of single-use plastic throughout the hotel, particularly at breakfast. This is not restricted to BW and was present in some of the other hotels I stayed in in Florida. Nonetheless, it is totally unacceptable to use huge masses of single-use plastic in the way that these hotels do and something needs to change. It is not a pleasant eating experience using plastic plates and cutlery and it is so, so, so irresponsible and damaging. Would stay again for the lovely staff, would not stay again for the environmental impact.

We stayed here for a few nights before our cruise. We had a small suite on the 6th floor of the ocean view building. The room was a bit dated but was clean. The beds were comfy. The view and location was fantastic. I really enjoyed the ease of beach access. Breakfast was busy but well organized and good variety. I also found the desk staff super helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

This is a pet friendly hotel and grant it there are not many around. However when we were greeted with an oder of pet urine on top of bleach in the room, it maybe very unpleasant. it was late when we returned from our event to the room so we tolerated it. Also hairdryer didn't work, toilet ran all night and there was rust in the tub that was very off putting.

Nicely renovated and very clean. Pools are not crowded. Location of this hotel to restaurants, beach and bars is great. The grounds are well maintained. Most staff are friendly and eager to accommodate.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights after a trip to disney. Had a great stay, the check in staff were excellent, they seen we had two small kids with us and upgraded our room to two queen beds. Location was perfect, steps to the beach and around corner to the warm heated pool. We also had our parking spot outside our door. Breakfast was very good. Lots of good food options, eggs, toast, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal. Will be back next year for 8 days and hoping to get the same room again.

My daughter and I just returned from a three night stay in Cocoa Beach. We were there to attend a baby shower but it was also to celebrate my daughter's birthday (which I mentioned on the reservation comments). They went out of the way to make her feel special. We were given a wonderful room upgrade to an oceanview room and the room was decorated with balloons and flowers. So nice of the staff to do for her. The breakfast was good and everyone was super friendly! Room was clean, location perfect! We will definitely be back!

Rooms are a little dated, however they were clean. Breakfast was your standard continental fare. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is actually 5 different buildings but is right on the beach and also close to the Cocoa Beach Pier.

stayed there 2 days before a cruise. the location is great literally right on the beach and the free breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are very dated and need renovation. the pools are heated and that was nice for the kids. I wouldn't stay there again.

Although we didn't make a 10 in your book, we thoroughly appreciate your comments. Our hotel is in the process of making updates to the rooms, including replacing the carpet in the majority of our courtyard accommodations. Stayed in a garden view room by the pool in one of the older buildings. Price is too much for a 1970s room. Haven't stayed in a Best Western room like this in 20 years. Room appeared clean but dated. Soap wrapper was stained.. There were no luggage stands so luggage was on the bed or floor. Way over priced for this older motel room. Disappointed. Not the quality we have come to expect from Best Westerns. Also, there is a $5 parking charge which was not mentioned at check in. Would not recommend. Other buildings on the property may be better, but we won't chance it again.

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise, and very happy with our pick! Our room was 1st floor, pool side (in my opinion, the best rooms for location). The lobby, beach and building that had breakfast in it, were all just a short walk. We used Uber for NASA, other bars, etc. We had a pizza delivered to our room from a place that the bartender recommended. It was an awesome pizza, and would order again in a hear beat. Every person we encountered that worked there were nice, smiled, said good morning, etc. A HUGE shout out to our girl Judy at the bar! The best bartender! She's fast, friendly and just a breath of fresh air! Can't wait to hang with her again. The breakfast was above average for a hotel with free breakfast. Organized, fresh, and plenty of options. This will be our go to hotel for our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Sleeping to the sound of the surf is heavenly and waking to the sunrise is wonderful. Steps from the beach as well as the pier which has very good food, fairly priced. Also close to many other great restaurants as well as a Publix right across the street. Everyone working there is friendly and Stanley is the best!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to oceanfront room at no additional cost. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, facilities were well maintained and location within walking distance of the pier couldn't have been better.

We stayed with friends an family, both prior to and after our wedding cruise. The staff is wonderful to work with and Cheryl Gromlich, the Director of Sales and Marketing was fabulous to work with! The pool area was wonderful and accommodated all 26 of our guests. The bartender, Ms. Judy was wonderful, attentive and made sure we all had a relaxing experience. The location is fantastic too! Steps away from the beach, pier, restaurants and shopping.

Stayed here during a spring break trip the night before a cruise. We had a large group that we had no problem getting bookings together, as they allowed us to block rooms. The staff was accommodating from beginning to end. Shuttle was offered to us and parking for a very small fee in comparison to the port. The rooms were good, breakfast was great,a nice pool with a tiki bar, fire pit for a late night fire, plenty to do within walking distance, and the beach is right at the end of the street. I would recommend this hotel for sure, as well as I will use in the future.

We booked this hotel as we generally stay at Best Westerns. This was one of the best hotels of this chain or any chain that we have ever stayed at. Great service from everyone we encountered. Easy check in and check out. We got a better deal booking directly with the hotel as opposed to a third-party travel site. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an ocean view suite at no additional cost with a separate sitting area, two TVs, and a kitchenette. Although the weather did not cooperate during our entire three day stay, we made the best of it and really enjoyed the suite as well as the free breakfast, with a good choice of hot and cold items that varied from day to day. This hotel is very close to the Cocoa Beach pier and within walking distance of a supermarket and several restaurants. Also, an easy drive from the hotel to Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. Our only issue was with the HVAC system that would not shut off the heat our first night, but this was promptly rectified once we brought it to their attention. Also, the sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to close, as it appeared to be old and in need of replacement. Overall, a lovely stay and we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff. Great amenities. The firepits are a wonderful feature.We stayed on a whim, and really appreciated how clean and accessible everything is. Right across the highway from a grocery store, just minutes from the Cruise ships.

I was surprised at the size of the property. I arrived with foot issue and found that it was a bit of a hike to our building. The perk of our building - location on the beach with an awesome view. I'm not sure if this is normally the case, but the wind is loud! Due to the wind, we didn't really enjoy spending time on the beach. I mention the sound because the wind could also be heard in the room. The cleaning staff kept entering our room while we were there, even if we were sleeping and even if it was the middle of the afternoon when we had just arrived and obviously didn't need our room tidied only an hour after we arrived. It was a bit odd to us and inquired with the front desk about this. The breakfast was located in a different building and again was quite a walk on a sore foot. If I hadn't been in pain, the distance would have been ok. The oranges available in the lobby (in a different building) were nice for my sons for a healthy snack in the evening.

Front staff was new and was frazzled. so she came off a little unfriendly. No form of line, just people walking up to the counter and cutting in front of other people waiting patiently to check in. Maid did not speak English and so there was communication problem. We had do not disturb sign out but she still knocked and didnt understand we had late checkout.

A great place to stay while our home was having its old tile removed. The inside of the house was covered with grout dust. Pictures on the walls. Every kitchen cabinet and drawer, inside and out. We needed some relaxing time and the Best Western was the BEST..

Stayed at this B/W with a group of 16 golfers. It was great. Great rooms, great breakfast, great people. Best part is at the end of the day anything you want is within walking distance. NO DRIVING. We will be back next year!

We stay here every year for golf trip. Service is excellent and is usually the same people every year. That says a lot about the property. Rooms are always clean and well kept. Gotta try Anna's famous banana bread at breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Cocoa Beach Location I was even surprised to see I was I was chosen as member of the day and got to spin a wheel for a price. The customer service was friendly and very helpful Our room was a junior suite King and it was clean and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. and all the plumping was in good working order. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. Easy 1 minute walk to the beach and pier. As an Elite Best Western Rewards member, was very nice to get upgraded to a two room suite with an ocean view. Usually it's like pulling teeth with most Best Western properties to get some kind of upgrade. Only issue, which wasn't completely the hotel's fault, was some idiot thought he was the only guest and figured it was the perfect time to blare music or something at 11 PM with the balcony door open. I was just about ready to complain when he did shut it off.

Had to walk across the street to get to our building. It was old & dingy & I assume BW bought an old motel to convert. Huge gap in door. Tiny/icky bathroom. Don't stay in building A! be sure to ask where your room will be. We paid $200 & got a Motel 6 quality room.

5 star hotel brought down by poor maintenance. Excellent site and location. Loved the heated pool partial shaded by palm trees. Suites are roomy and nice layout. Manager Jaime really cares about his hotel and staff. BUT the place needs some serious maintenance and TLC. 1.Balcony door barely slides due to corroded and bent tracks. Cut my finger on the crumbling recessed finger latch.(picture) 2. Bathroom fixtures need repair. Toilet seat broken. Flush valve had to be manually reset each time. Shower valve leaked (picture). Has to be causing mold growth somewhere. 3. Pool furniture needs to replaced. Twisted my back when I sat on lounge because one support pole broken (picture). Rest of them very tired looking. 4. Carpets need deep cleaning. First time I used shower I noticed muddy water by my feet. I was walking around the room barefoot. When it happened again the second day I realized it was the dirty carpet. Owners need to spend some serious maintenance and renovation money here. You've got a jewel—bring it up to standard!

This was our third time staying at this property, and we'll be back again for sure. We were upgraded to the tower which was a nice surprise. Enjoyed the microwave, cooktop and large fridge. The staff were all very friendly. We had a minor issue, and the staff made things right without hassle. The pools are warm and clean. The breakfast was good, with pancakes, scrambled eggs and a rotating selection of sausage and bacon. The location can't be beat. Right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier, so you don't have to pay for parking to visit the attractions. The beach is directly behind the tower, and easily accessible. Can't wait for our next stay!

We were upgraded to ocean view room upon check in. Room was in tower by ocean. The property had a set of 5 buildings and you have to walk to a different building to check in, eat breakfast and do any computer work.

Highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful service, amenities and breakfast... Beach was wonderful. There are chair, canopy and umbrella rentals right in front of hotel. Close to all kinds of activities! 5 Stars!!!

My friend and I stayed here for 1 day before departing on a cruise. Was nice to visit Coco beach, the pier was so much fun for drinks at sunset! Best Western was clean, nice ocean view, employees were nice and professional. Breakfast was hot with multiple options. Would stay again.

Very close to the beach, rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but great for 1-2 nights (Kennedy Space center visit f.e.). Good beds, but thin walls. You can hear your neighbours talking when you are in and they are out. Nice pool and friendly staff.

I like that your are at the beach. Very family friendly. Room was clean. Room was a little out dated. Still nice. Location of hotel is are I'm the middle of everything. They have a nice fire pit the they light at night.

I've been staying at this property for many years and it never disappoints! Wonderful location right on Cocoa beach right next to the pier. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is great! Breakfast is awesome! Grocery store is across the street for convenience and plenty of good restaraunts around too. My go-to hotel in cocoa beach!

We got in a little too early from our cruise and Elissa & Allison went out of their way to help all 12 of us weary travelers also letting us know where the deals on the food and shopping! Great value hotel and the pool is clean and warm.

We come to Cocoa Beach several times a year and have always stayed at the LaQuinta next door. We tried here for a change. This is our spot!! Upgraded us to a direct oceanfront when we had only a partial oceanfront booked. Very well kept. Always seen maintenance doing little detailed things that made a difference. All staff where very accomidating. Right on the beach.

I truly enjoyed the location and my view of the Ocean and pier. Good hotel. The breakfast was tasty and plenty. The room,was clean as were the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to others

This hotel is huge and offers a number of choices from what looks like a roadside hotel to a beachfront-with-view building. Since we were staying a couple of nights, I chose the beachfront, which costs a bit more but we were happy with the choice. Our room was originally on the "third" floor, which is the lowest one, and we could just see the beach over the tops of the plants. I was a little disappointed, but the desk person was nice and helpful, and she managed to find us one on the higher floor. Great beach views, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is good, allowing you to take some nice short walks to food or other shopping, such as the Ron-Jon (huge) surf shop which was fun to browse through. Just before dawn, I headed down with suit and towel and watched the sunrise from chest deep warm ocean water, which was great since we're from the Pacific side with 56 degree water. Breakfast was good, though it's more of a lunchroom atmosphere than any place you'd want to sit around and enjoy. The other non-beachfront units looked decent also, which would be fine and save a few dollars if you didn't need the view.

This hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection is very good and it runs from 6-10 a.m. daily which makes it easy to fit into our schedules. The staff are very helpful and seem motivated to provide good service.

My family of five stayed here one night before we got on our Cruise ship. We stayed in the tower closed to the beach so had an ocean view from our balcony. Walk to the beach easy walk. Clean rooms. Breakfast included in a different building. Close to Ron John Surf shop. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had a longer stay. The beach view and access were 100% worth it.

The rooms were not in the best shape that I've seen at a Best Western. I only need to take a nap and a shower. It was fine for the purpose of what I needed it for. I would not recommend this place for an extended stay vacation.

The hotel was clean and in a great location, a two minute walk to Cocoa Beach pier. The breakfast was great, plenty of things to choose from. The staff were very helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

Hated it! Room smelled awful, bathroom tiles had a film on them that made them do slippery we almost fell a couple times. We thought the ceiling was going to fall down on us with the people above us walking around. Truly horrible. The only saving grace gra bring able to walk to the beach and get out of the room.....

We stayed here one night post cruise. We arrived very early (about 8:30 am) and were greeted with a smile. We did not expect rooms to be ready so early (checkin time is 3pm) but the receptionist said she would get one as soon as she could. They stowed our luggage and we settled in to the very comfortable lobby. Connected to the lobby is a Nestles Cafe. The have crepes, paninis, sandwiches, cookies and a coffee bar. We enjoyed a light breakfast there while we waited. We were called to our room around 12:30 with no additional fee for early checkin. The room is standard size with two queen beds and a small balcony with a partial view of the ocean (which is only about 2-3 blocks away). Room was comfortable, clean with a mini fridge and microwave. There are ample restaurants within walking distance as well as Walgreens and CVS right across the street. The only negative found was that all of the power outlets in the room were old and worn. It was difficult to charge phones or use my CPAP machine because the power cords kept falling out of the outlets. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay and I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay! Staff was friendly, especially Stanley at front desk area. Also the breakfast was good with more options than just danish. They had hot foods and place to make pancakes and there was cereal and oatmeal too. Staff that worked the breakfast area were friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked!

Down from Canada for Business. The staff when I checked it was super nice and informative. I stayed in C section of the hotel which is close to the beach, the rooms are nothing special and mine could have used a door sweep under it as you can see outside, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are kind of thin and with the AC off you can hear conversations outside. Breakfast was better than what you normally get for free. Overall for the price I think it was really good value

We were very disappointed in the room we had in the Garden Section. It was very old, smelly, the carpet was filthy. This hotel is made up of several different buildings and sections & while the section we were in was close to the beach, that was the only positive we could find. The breakfast was apparently in a section across the road but we couldn't find it or how to access that building because our key card wouldn't work there . We were very disappointed & would not recommend staying there.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick getaway for our anniversary at the Best Western in Cocoa Beach. 2 nights was not long enough! From our early check-in with Chelsea at the front desk to the amazing job that "Lady" did decorating our room (Such a nice surprise! Flower petals, towel sculpture, balloons, etc.!!) for our anniversary, we were beyond impressed!! The property was immaculate, the view of the ocean was spectacular, the complimentary breakfast was generous - I just wish we could have stayed longer. I have nothing but positive feelings about this resort and the staff. Thank you for a great visit!

Convenient location next to the pier. Treated very well by check in staff. Property is large and spread out over a number of buildings. We stayed in the suites building in a 2 room suite with kitchenette. No ocean view, but just a short walk to the beach. Although the property is aged, it was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable . I would stay here again if returning to Cocoa Beach. The newest building appeared to be the beach tower, but since we arrived late and departed early, we liked the larger rooms in the suites bldg. it was a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, the purpose of our visit.

Walls are very thin, being by poolside and hearing splashing and kids for hours was no joke. Maids didn't speak good English was hard to communicate the simpliest of detail, had to go get someone who spoke English better and it was still a difficulty. It was 5:00 in the evening when we had to go search for someone to clean the room. All 3 days sausage was served for Breakfast, would have been nice to at least had bacon 1 day. Tiny bathrooms

This Best Western is on beautiful Cocoa Beach. The pool is warm and inviting. The rooms are ok but dated. Breakfast is ok. Great hotel for the location close to the beach and the pool. The rooms need to be refurbished they are small and just ok.

Did the stay and cruise, leaving our car there. The shuttle service is good. Everything you could need is close by. The hotel is right on the water and next to the pier. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. WiFi is good and so was breakfast. We stay here often and really like it.

The Best Western Cocoa Beach is somewhere between a motel and hotel. It's not a luxury resort, but it is perfect for a beach vacation, right in the center of Cocoa Beach. The location is great -- one block from the Pier and a half-mile easy walk to Ron Jon's. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a family week at the beach. The Tower rooms have balconies overlook the beach, with microwaves and small refrigerators. The hotel staff are great -- really nice folks who try to make your stay pleasant. The furniture is a little dated, but the rooms have excellent cable TV and high-speed internet (100+mbps). The rooms are also clean. There's a nice family pool area and an evening fire pit patio. This is a family-oriented property -- lot of families and retirees/snow geese, but also AOK for business travel. The rooms have good electricity -- plenty of outlets. If you're looking for a moderately-priced beach retreat, this Best Western is a great choice.

Terrible mould-like smell. Can't recommend. However, location close to the beach and overall cleanliness are great. We did like the fire pits in the yard a lot and spend our evening there, since the TV-screen was so dark you could barely see anything.

From check-in to check-out everything about this hotel was excellent. Whilst checking in there was quite a large group in front of us which were dealt with quickly and professionally, but we still got an apology for having to wait even though it wasn't required (nice touch) Our suite was in the tower and overlooked the beach, pier and the ocean. The room itself was large, clean and well laid out and the small kitchen area was a bonus. The hotel itself is laid out over quite a large area and contains a couple of pools and a pool bar. Location wise you couldn't get any better and it is literally a stone's throw from the pier. Stephen on reception was great and made sure we had a taxi ordered to take us to the cruise terminal. As I mentioned before the hotel complex is very large and I would really like to thank the two maintenance guys who saw me and my wife struggling with 4 large suitcases who stopped and loaded the cases onto their buggy and took them to reception for us (sorry I didn't catch their names) Great stay... thank you

The Staff knew it was my Birthday so they had a sign in the lobby wishing me a Happy Birthday which I thought was very special until I got to my room and it was decorated with balloons and rose petals. Thank You for making my day and my stay special.

Had planned a small vacation, had decided last minute to book on the beach. Had a great time, great service and food. Finally got to see a rocket launch. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place

I just had the opportunity to stay at the Cocoa Beach Best Western. Not the newest hotel, but the room was clean and had a terrific view of the ocean. Great pool and free breakfast. Can't wait to go back and enjoy this hotel in the near future. I love Cocoa Beach and Best Western!

Loved our stay. We stayed here for a few nights before hopping on a cruise. Judy "Grace" at the bar was amazing, such a great person, amazing bartender, we will be back for sure just because of her! Great beach, great walking distance to the pier and other shopping, all around such an enjoyable stay. Couple areas for improvement: showers are dark, curtain rod is falling down, and although the oceanfront view is amazing the railing blocked the line of sight. A nice glass railing and upgraded patio chairs would have made the experience truly luxury. Beds a little stiff. All staff along with Judy we're amazing, so friendly and so accommodating. If I was to rate facilities, I'd say 3/5, but the staff make all the difference. All in all amazing experience we will be back! Please go see Judy at the bar, she will take care of you. If you read this tell her the boys from Flint say hi!! ❤️❤️

What a great surprising stay! I was treated so special as the member/guest of the day. I was allowed to check-in early and I received an upgraded oceanview room and the checkin host was soooooo nice. I love the warm pool and access to the beach. My room was clean and very nicely furnished. I even lost my key card and received super service. Thanks so much for making my stay unexpectedly special.

We were upgraded to a pool view balcony room. This was the same building that had breakfast in the morning. Check-in was quick and easy, and a goody bag with water and a cookie were given to us, as I have BW rewards. The room was huge. We had views of Cocoa Beach Pier, the pool, and the ocean. We had a separate living room, kitchen, and a very comfortable king-size bed. Later that evening, we went across the road and had dinner. We came back and the hubby crashed. This was nice because I wasn't tired and I was able to close the bedroom door and watch TV in the living room. Breakfast was downstairs. It was a little busy, and had a great selection of food from Scramble Eggs to Pancakes and Waffles. There were 3 juice machines. I did struggle to find utensils, I asked the employee and she showed me that they had an utensil dispenser! How Cool! We checked out, and were off for our cruise! This was a great choice!

This is our second time staying at this hotel over the past 12 months. The staff is wonderful. One of the buildings is on the beach; we paid a little more to have a partial beach view from our balcony and it was well worth it! Take advantage of the daily breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My friend and I were booked here for a short getaway. Several things went wrong with our trip through no fault of this hotel. I was distraught by the time we reached the lobby. The Clerk Elissa was so sweet and did her best to make me feel better. The manager Jaime Teljeiro went above and beyond accommodating. After explaining our booking dilemma to him he made sure we had the best vacation ever. He called the reservation office that messed up our reservation. Then he honoured our booking and even upgraded us to a beautiful ocean suite. Daily everyone was so very nice. What a safe area with steps to the pier. Breakfast was fresh and delicious..also free!!!! There was a southern lady that came around with fresh baked banana loaf. She made you feel like you were in her home. The fireplace at night was so romantic. The pools..there are 2..are heated!!! This place is well kept up. Daily I watched as workers cleaned and landscaped and repaired. It's a joy to stay here. The beds are super comfy with those really good pillows. HBO included..we watched movies every night..lol. They have beach access steps away. Beautiful sandy beach with waves that you can surf but you can also enjoy jumping in as there are sandbars. Nobody bothers you on the beach. We spent most of the day there. We used to goto fort Lauderdale but this is my new favorite spot. Happy hour at the pier is 4 to 7 yay!!!

Excellent location, clean and well maintained facility. Friendly and attentive staff. Went to Kennedy Space Centerand toured the surrounding areas. Hotelis well located wothin easy distance of most area attractions.

We arrived before our cruise. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar area was clean and staffed by a friendly lady. The firepit was lit at dusk for an enjoyable time to sit and relax. We used the shuttle service and the cruise parking site. Both priced very reasonable.

Whilst on holiday in Orlando, we booked last-minute to go to Cocoa Beach for an overnight relax. We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room straight away. The location of the hotel is fantastic - a short walk to the beach. We were also able to leave our car in the hotel car park after we checked out, so that we could stay on the beach for the day, which was a bonus, as parking was expensive nearby. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and breakfast was included, which consisted of hot and cold food, so plenty of choice. Friendly, helpful staff too!! We have stayed at Best Western previously and would recommend it - if we visit Orlando again, we will be return!!

Great hotel on the beach, close to the pier. Very helpful and courteous staff. Beautiful ocean view rooms. They had a great breakfast with rotating hot items each day. Brought extra pillows upon request. This is my second stay here and we will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel is located only a few minutes drives from the port. On arrival we were upgraded to a family suite with an ocean view balcony. Our room was in the same building in which breakfast was served. Our room was very spacious with 2 double beds, a kitchenette, sitting room area and bathroom. There is plenty of parking and the WiFi is very reliable with a good speed. The hotel is spread over a few different blocks and are all less than a 2 minute walk from the beach and also Cocoa Pier where lots of bars and restaurants are located. We would have no hesitation in returning here again.

The hotel was awesome.. Very clean and comfortable.. Close to beaches, shopping and RonJons Surf shop!! Breakfast was awesome.. they have a great selection of food.. the staff was very helpful and accommodating!!

We were happy that we had the Oceanfront room, as this hotel is spread over a few blocks. Beautiful view of the ocean. The room was adequate. They did have those pillow pieces things instead of full sized pillows on the beds. ;( The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish we would have parked our car here while we went on our cruise. It was an option that we didn't think about until after we had already paid an independent company to park in their lot. The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to the Port and other attractions. The breakfast buffet was in a separate building and had plenty of choices and options.

It was so nice. Big place with 2 beach accesses, 2 pools, fitness room, the breakfast was amazing! The fire pits at night are so peaceful.. It was cool last night and the breeze was blowing so sitting next to them were relaxation perfection. Nice flower bushes everywhere. Right next to Cocoa pier. There's a $5 parking fee. I cannot wait to come back!

1st time to Cocoa Beach. Love the location. Had an ocean view room. Totally met all expectations. Front lobby staff was exceptional when we checked in. Loved the Ricki Ticki Tavern. Hope to go back some day.

We arrived late in the evening and were given a warm welcome, quick service and a nice room upgrade. Sandy took time to acquaint us with how to get to the beach (very short, easy path) and fill us in where breakfast would be (different building). Our room had great ocean view and was spacious and quiet.

We arrived late at night after a long flight. Luckily, we received a room upgrade which was very nice. The room itself was spacious, it could use a touch up though. Breakfast was okay, not too many choices, but nice to have. It was super windy during the nights and the storm shutters got very noisy. That's not the hotels fault, but it was a little annoying. The rest of the stay was great, very friendly staff, conveniently located, lots of parking and a good value for money. Would stay again.

We booked as a group of 29 for the cruise packages that they had to offer I can not express how much the whole staff at Best Western made sure we all were taken care of and made sure we all had transportation to and from cruise port and airport ! They have a nice pool area with bar and a great breakfast as well before loading you up to transport you to the cruise port. They had a head count before dropping us off at the cruise port to make sure they did not miss anyone coming back to hotel after the cruise.

I checked in and was given an upgrade without even asking. The upgrade room had a beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony. I slept very comfortable on a wonderful mattress. I had a very quiet, restful nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when I am I. The area.

Very nice big room on 5th floor with balcony. Could see the pier and beach. Nice stay. My husband did not like the pillows they were small. Also heard alot of noise outside. Garbage truck getting trash. 2 pools.

The cleanliness is very good, our room was decorated, it was something so beautiful that my children were happy with their impression of joy when they saw their bed with balloons. Thanks to everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

We loved staying at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel and Suites! The suite amenities made for a great home base in between meetings and visiting the beach. This is a compound with both amenities and lots of room for quiet relaxation.

We were greeted by Todd at the front desk when we checked in. He was welcoming, gave us information about cruise parking (at the hotel and at the port), and was able to secure a nice upgrade for us to an oceanfront Jr Suite. Our room (707) was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a large corner balcony that have is fantastic views. If we come to Cocoa Beach again we will most certainly stay here again.

The rooms were great. The location great. But I do no appreciate unexpected parking fees, expecially when I check ahead of time and am told this on their website " Free self parking is available onsite." I was dinged $5 per day on my card after I left. So, if you can't trust that what a company tells you is true, why stay there when there are many other hotels just as good or better? And there you have my review.

We stayed at the BEST WESTERN Hotel on Cocoa Beach this Summer and loved it! We had a very nice room with a beautiful view of the Ocean...it was directly on the Beach side. The room we stayed in was clean, well appointed and plenty of room. The King size bed was comfy with an ample supply of pillows. It also included a refrigerator and microwave. Also, the room has a balcony with chairs/table. The generous breakfast buffet was free and offered a wide selection of yummy food! Check in and Check out was a breeze. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful ocean and beach front room. We liked the atmosphere so much we stayed an extra day . The staff at the hotel were really nice . The front desk staff were especially helpful. Sandy and Sarah were friendly and gave us great suggestions for activity and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff.

Great location but the rooms need some updates. It is a short walk to the ramp that accesses the beach, you can see the rocket launches from the hotel or beach, and it is close to restaurants. This is an older Best Western that has expanded.The rooms' doors are warped, the equipment (phone did not work, minimum outlets) is old, and the staff was not helpful or just did not know about the area.

We loved the view from our 8th floor room (king) in the tower with balcony . Looked out onto ocean and the pier. The pool was good but crowed . Pool towels at pool . They have several pools . The breakfast was in another building which we walked to. The room was large but was crowed but we found table pretty quick . Typical breakfast choices. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Check in was Aldo at different building . They have about five buildings . Overall great stay and hotel . Plenty of parking close to room .

We arrived prior to the check in time but Sandy and Stanley seemed to work their magic and got us immediately in a room. Less than 100 yards to the beach and all the fine restaurants are less than 5 minutes away Stanley and Sandy laid out the red carpet for us and answered all of our questions with great enthusiasm while knowing they get the same questions with every new guest Thanks for a great stay and we will see you soon Capt Greg

We originally booked a standard double/double room in one of the courtyard rooms. We checked in after a later flight and were not so happy with the room. No elevator, so bringing luggage up to the 2nd floor was difficult. We have a little one and being on the 2nd floor also made using the stroller almost impossible. Breakfast is located in a different building so the stroller was necessary to get there. Beds were very small and the air conditioning vent blows right on you. The exterior door didn't seal well and was very hard to open. Room was so small we couldn't even open a suitcase unless it was up on the bed. We also found little bugs all over the bathroom vanity!! We requested a different building after the first night, one with an elevator, and we were offered a king suite for $20 a night more. I think the upgrade should've been complimentary as a result of the bug situation. What a difference! Our room had a balcony, partial ocean view, full kitchen, and living area. Much more spacious than the other room. It was located in the same building as the breakfast area and also overlooked the one of the pools. I think the ocean view building has the most expensive rooms, but this building is by far the best. Breakfast was good, but a little change each morning would be nice. Eating the same thing for a week long vacation got a little old. Great location by the pier. Beach was not overcrowded when we visited. We would return to the king suite building, but definitely not the courtyard building.

Nice motel within a few steps to the beach and beautiful Cocoa Beach pier. Lots of activity in the area. Hotel has clean rooms, large free breakfast, and ample parking. Uber pick up right at the front door.

This was the second time that I have stayed at this location, and I can say that it was just as good I remember. The pool is great, as is the morning breakfast, and you are so close to the beach that you can see and smell it. I stayed in a suite and it was great. The room had a great lay out and the furniture is modern. Very clean, and a great value for what you get, and where it's located. 100% recommend.

Very nice and well-kept beachfront property in a quiet area. Very courteous and helpful staff at the front desk. Upon check-in, my room was upgraded to a suite inside the building next to the pool, complete with a large balcony. There are several buildings, including two two-story motel-style buildings and a beachfront tower. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, as well as to a very clean and quiet section of the beach! Short drive from downtown area, which has more restaurants and activities. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet and low-key beach getaway!

Best Western Cocoa Beach is a wonderful resort. The tower is the place to stay. Everyone who works there is always willing to help you. The manager (Jamie) is always available to talk to. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but a Best Western.

I would like to thank you for your excellent staff and we'll taken care of building. My family had originally booked another hotel locally that didn't meet are expectations for security and cleanliness. Your excellent staff set us up with a great room at the last minute, with a great price. This Hotel definitely excedede my expectations for all areas! The complementry breakfast was even good enough to satisfy my extremely picky 8 year old son :)

Always have an excellent stay. It's our go to hotel since 2012.. great for a family visit or pre and post cruise stays. The new blue flip flop bar is great. Being at the pier is a great benefit as well...

Sadly not ideal for us. The room number 1101 was not as expected or described - as a suite. It was not suitable for 3 teenagers and 2 x parents - 2 double beds and 1 on sofa bed. The receptionist described it as the best suite on the site - we were excited but soon came crashing down ! The room had a very strong smell of stale smoke and damp. We were on the ground floor and had a view of the car park- what was concerning was the patio doors locks were broken and they were secured together by U shape piece of metal , no net curtains for privacy so everyone had a view when we changed meaning the curtains had to be pulled mostly when we were there and changing. Work needs to be done to modernize the bathroom which leeks water from the shower, across the whole of the floor, the towel rail had fallen off and the light was broken. The shower head is tired and can't work at an appropriate height. It also felt like we were stuck out on a limb where the cleaning team seemed to fail to care for the cleanliness outside the front door, which was flooded when we arrived.

Had a clean comfortable room facing the ocean. The staff were friendly and efficient. Walking distance to the pier for good eats and good times! They have different facilities with a variety of good prices!

Great location, but the room is small, we have found that we get a much better price and deal by renting a condo down the beach with much better views of the ocean. We could not even see the ocean from our room anytime we stayed there. The staff were very nice.

We had a great visit the weekend of August 3rd and 4th The General Manager Jamie went above and beyond to make our Anniversary trip AWESOME.The hotel was really nice and our room was in the Tower bldg with a spectacular view.

Loved this location. Close to beach, great pool, super selections for breakfast, great staff. Had an issue the first night that was immediately and successfully corrected by the management. Very pleased and will return. Thanks to all for a great getaway.

It feels like an older hotel that has been nicely remodeled. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location. Great breakfast. It was multiple buildings, so you had to go to different buildings for different amenities. The pools were a bit small.

We stayed here for 2 nights and went to the pool to enjoy the Florida sun. Paula has been great! She provides the best service at the pool and makes great drinks! You can also buy bottled water there and other nonalcoholic drinks

Staff was amazing… Treated us like they really cared! Gave us an amazing room on the top floor with a Great view! Definitely would stay there again! The view from the balcony was fabulous. Wonderful to be so close to the pier!

Not super fancy, but convenient location and has government rates available. Some units are right on the beach. Nice pool. Easily best place to stay near Kennedy Space Center. Staff were friendly and professional. Comes with complimentary breakfast (which I was too busy to get a chance to try).

Upon arrival we were booked in a room in the older part of the hotel grounds. There was a problem with the room so the very kind staff moved us to the tower with an oceanfront view and balcony. Thank you Elissa!! The room was fabulous, the service outstanding. The pool was very nice, but for some reason the bar was not open on the afternoon we were poolside. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The only minor complaint I had was the fitness room. There was only 1 elliptical machine and it had no power to it, and the cables on the weight machine were broken. The 2 treadmills were in working condition. We had an outstanding stay and I would definitely stay here the next time I come to Cocoa Beach.

The price was to high for such a small room. They didnt give us ocean front room as asked. The house keeping never came in our room. Only 1 elevator worked. The dryer had to be ran twice to dry clothes.

Staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was more than you could ask for. It is right next to the pier so it is very conveniently located to shops, food, bars and the beach. Had a great time. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Right next to the pier and beach for easy access to the water. The staff was also super friendly, especially Paula at the blue flip flop. She was amazing and had a ton of great tips on places to go in the area.

The Good: The location of this hotel is awesome. The rooms and hotel overall were clean and nicely decorated. The Average: It's a free breakfast and the quality shows that it's free. Service during check-in/check-out was quick, but personality lacked a bit. Improvements Needed: The pool-side bar was only open for a few hours our entire trip (and weather wasn't a factor.) As I planned to sit beach and/or poolside with a frozen drink in one hand and a book in the other this put a damper on my overall vacation. Don't advertise it if you're not going to open it.

Thank you for your review, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed our excellent location right by Cocoa Beach Pier! While we do have to close our pool bar for safety during bad weather, it is generally open 7 days a week from 12 until 6pm. We are looking to extend these hours soon for all of our guests who want the vacation to last a little longer! I hope you are able visit us again to enjoy a cocktail by the beach!

We had a very rough day and had actually booked a week stay at a different hotel that was absolutely horrible (mold/mildew on walls, torn carpet etc.) We book here at the last minute for just one night while we found different lodging and honestly the staff were so nice, that they upgraded us for free and just completely made our day turn around 100% for the better. We were in the tower room on the 7th floor. The view was absolutely amazing, from the private veranda and the windows. We loved it so much we extended our stay. This hotel is literally just steps from the beach, just over the footbridge. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, the staff amazing (including the housekeeping staff) it honestly was just a great stay. We plan on returning every year for our anniversary, a new tradition has been born.

Convenient Hotel on the beach which was the perfect way to kick off vacation consisting of Cruising the next day. Close to the ports and yet secluded enough to feel like a pre-vacation vacation. Get an ocean view room for the full experience!

From the moment Stanley Francis checked us in and gave us one of the best welcome's I have ever received in a hotel we knew we were on a good thing. This is a lovely beachfront hotel, we were on the 7th floor of the tower and had excellent views of the beach and pier. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the small kitchen area was a bonus. There was a good well stocked breakfast buffet each morning and a very nice pool area and bar. All the staff were helpful, a special mention to Gerry and Bob, the maintenance guys, for their tips and advice on dining and drinking options, they even gave us tips on our upcoming stays at Fort Myers and Clearwater. A rocket launch and the appearance of Bill Nye the science guy put the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you intend to stay at Cocoa Beach.

Nice clean hotel, simple breakfast... enough to start the day, very friendly staff, beds are comfy, close to Pier which has an awesome restaurant... close to shops... We stayed on the 7th floor and had a great view of the sea and beach. Nice guy renting umbrellas and beach chairs as you go onto the beach... he sets them up too...

We came here for a 3 night visit to family and head to the beach. We much better enjoyed the back pool with the bar. Paula from Boston made it extra fun. She is a gem of a person and great bartender! Since we are fairly local, we will definitely be back.

No issues other than we felt that the price of the rooms are a little expensive for the quality on offer. Motel quality rooms at a significantly higher price. Nothing major wrong but for less there are alternatives that are easily as good. The location is very good for the beach, but the restaurants around the property are few, although you will get something and won't starve!. I would not recommend the restaurant within the hotel grounds as we had a bad experience with the manager there who is rather unpleasent. The food wasn't very good either. I would suggest the Bar and Grill adjacent the property as a much better option. The pool area is nice and the breakfast was fine, albeit you have to go to another building across the road to get it, but not a problem really.

This hotel has been around a while, but I was very happy to see how clean it was. The view of the ocean was incredible. Every single employee I came across, including registration desk, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, breakfast dining room staff...everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was a nice stay and I'd recommend it to others. It has very easy access to the beach as well. Pay extra for the ocean tower -- it's worth it for the view!

Units are old. Locks on doors are sketchy. AC not working adequately. Second room we were moved had a little bit better AC,but not great. We will not stay there again. Many other hotels to choose from at that exit.

Hotel is refreshing. Check in was a breeze. Room was cool when I entered, clean, up to date furnishings. Breakfast Buffet was wonderful. Plenty of food and all at correct temperatures. Check out just as easy as check in. Staff friendly and attentive to needs. Pool and fire pits were wonderful.

The staff are polite, attentive and responsive .The shower needed correcting and it was made super. TV was not a good picture, a replacement was brought.which was as clear as a bell. The towel rail was loose, corrected immediately and fresh towels brought at once.

Just stayed at this facility on June 24, 2019 as it was the only place could find a room on short notice trip. Paid $300.00 for one night. Rooms are old and only large enough for 2 FULL size beds. On the room to our left ran into the gentleman on our way out as he was bringing his Hooker up to his room. He was 50+, she must have turned 18 the day before if she was 18. On the right side of our room we had a couple in a shouting match at around 3:00 am. The walls are what you would expect on a 50+ year old facility. The staff was very friendly although they charged me an additional $5 for our Son to park his car there while he visited for awhile. So in summary, stay anywhere else if you can.

A nice hotel on the beach in the heart of Coco beach, close to everything. We booked a suite and it had a large counter with a small fridge , micro, and sink. We really enjoyed Paula at the pool bar, she was fun and engaging with good tips on food etc.

We flew into Sanford airport later in the evening and were transported to Cocoa Beach and the Best Western. Our driver said this hotel was nothing more than a truck stop. He was wrong. The room was adequate. On our way to breakfast (which was very good) we saw the swimming pool in the courtyard. It looked clean and inviting but we had no time to use it. The hotel had independent drivers to take us to Port Canaveral for a reasonable price. I'd stay in this Best Western again.

Friendly service, Beautiful lobby, Clean room, nice furniture, quiet area, hard bed, A/C barely kept room cool, bathroom exhaust fan to remove humid air sounded like a jet engine, used shampoo containers, glass shelf in bathroom not clean, long hair in shower, no hot water in sink, window view of stairs and parking lot, two blocks from beach, web showed on beach was next door and we had a view of ocean and beach.

We got married on the beach at the Hotel and our reception was in the Hibiscus room in the hotel. Our group included 25 people that traveled to the hotel by air and by driving. Jamie in Sales did an awesome job in arranging for our hotel rooms, Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, hotel to the cruise ship, and from the cruise ship back to the airport. She also did the coordinating of the reception room and Host bar for us. She did an excellent job coordinating with the wedding / reception coordinator ensuring we had the room setup to please us. She was always just one phone call away to reach out to with any problems we encountered. We really appreciated such a dedicated helpful person while planning and executing a destination wedding.

Great place to stay, very accommodating. Kids loved being able to get right to the beach. Anna “banana” was very helpful & her homemade banana bread was delicious! We stayed before our cruise & after. Our room was ready for us both times even when Our flight got us in at 8:00 am.

This hotel was not our first choice for our vacation, but were forced to "downgrade" due to the higher seasonal rates at our usual 3-star hotel. Reviews on TripAdvisor lead us to the BW and they were spot-on. The hotel is clean and well maintained. No problems with noise, good shower, and great mattresses. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT! The food is actually cooked and not microwaved like at other hotels. Only negatives: The hotel is spread across multiple buildings and only one is actually on the beach. Otherwise, it is a short walk. The hotel management needs to look at improving their measures to control pigeon nightly roosting habits outside of the rooms.

We love staying at the BW when at Cocoa beach! Love the new firepit area so much! Will be perfect for our Jan cruises when it is cool at night! We had a suite and it had plenty of room for 6 of us for a couple nights. Breakfast was very good and great choices! One of the ladies that worked there had made a loaf of fresh bannana bread and brought it around to all of us! We also love how close to Cocoa Beach pier we are when staying there! We had some great seafood! We will be back!

The first thing a guest will notice is that this is not your father's Best Western. From the moment one walks into the lobby the property says “resort.” The entrance is a bit tricky to find, though – it's tucked away in a building attached to a restaurant behind a bank (as opposed to fronting North Atlantic Avenue like most properties in the area). Once inside, though, guests are treated to a Nescafe coffee machine and hot popcorn. The staff here is impeccably friendly and professional. Everyone, from the desk clerks to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, goes out of their way to assist in any way possible. I truly felt like an honored guest. Being more of a “resort,” the property is spread out amongst a number of buildings. Across the street from the lobby building are three lowrise, two-story courtyard structures in the old traditional “outside entrance” style. Rooms here either face a street or courtyard with a fire pit and pool. There's a larger building towards the main avenue which contains suites, as well as the breakfast room and fitness center. It also has a pool. Finally, there is the Ocean Tower. This is a high rise building which faces the beach and ocean. These are, for me, the most desirable units with balconies and kitchenettes, in many cases. The “price” one pays for the better accommodations, though, is a long walk to get to the nearest pool and a much longer one to get to the lobby and the suites building which houses the fitness center and breafast room. Those with mobility issues might want to take note of this. There is ample parking close to every building (for a small fee, which is new as of this year). The advantage of the Ocean Tower's distance from the other buildings, though, is its proximity to the beach. There are walkways which lead over the dunes down to the sand on both sides of the Ocean Tower. I'd stayed here before but last time I was in one of the three courtyard buildings, on the ground level (of two floors), with an outside door to the street. This time I asked for a room in the Ocean Tower and I was on the top floor with a partial ocean and city view, full kitchen, and large balcony. It was like night and day. My room appeared newly renovated. The foyer, separate vanity, and bathroom have a beautifully patterned tile floor. The bedroom area's carpeting was also free of stains. Save for some scuffs along the wall near the door, the walls appeared freshly painted. There was a granite countertopped kitchen with cooktop, large microwave, and full size refrigerator, equipped with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and glassware. Furnishings are contemporary and eclectic. There were plenty of AC outlets on the walls and lamp bases, with ample workspace and an adjustable desk chair that worked as expected (which is not always the case). There was colorful artwork adorning the walls which was set off nicely by the fresh white paint of the walls and ceiling. The wall unit air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The bathroom was spotless. All the faucets and fixtures were gleaming and clean. Even the showerhead, often stained from mineral buildup in even the nicest properties, was clean and shiny. Bath amenities leave a bit to be desired but hotels seem to be skimping on that even at higher price points. More important to me are a high pressure shower with hot water, and I was quite impressed. This was one of the most powerful showers I've experienced in my many travels. The balcony was a huge plus with a stunning view of both the ocean and city. Being exposed to the humidity and salt air normally takes its toll on these beachfront hotel balconies but this one did not show it. Even the railings and furnishings were free of stains. The balcony furniture, two chairs and a table, also looked brand new. I spent quite a bit of time in the pool area. The deck was clean and there were plenty of chairs and lounges to go around. The poolside bar was crowded and everyone seemed to be having a terrific time. The free breakfast was standard hotel fare except for the surprising pancake machines. Waffle makers are ubiquitous at motel breakfasts. Pancakes? Not so much. It was a nice, unexpected touch which both adults and kids enjoyed. At every turn there was something surprising and unexpected to a seasoned road warrior who's used to cookie cutter hotels with similar layouts and amenities. I've stayed at a dozen properties in the vicinity. This is an affordable beach resort that may be the best value for the money in the area.

Great hotel we could park there while we were on our cruise for a lot less than parking at the ships terminal. transportation was available and had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable and the people were very friendly.

We booked our first ever cruise and found BW. The staff spent many minutes on the phone describing the options to “Snooze and Cruise” with them. They arranged shuttle services for us at a comparable price (as I did try both our booking and allowing them). They were very accommodating allowing us early check in and late check out. All amenities and activities that we need are within walking distance. We plan to return!

The staff at Best Western are awesome. Paula the bartender especially. She's very friendly and a very nice person. We consider her part of our family. I love this hotel! I first stayed here bc it was the closest beachfront hotel to the SpaceX launching zones. For fans of launches this is a great spot . You step on to the beach from resort , look to the left and can view spectacular night launches !!!! We've not missed a single one ! Prices are great . Every stay but my last stay I was in a “Tower” room . The tower building is the beachfront section and offers private balcony's and beautiful views of the Atlantic . My last stay was in a suite with a kitchen. This room offered a lot of space & Views of the ocean . It is also the building where they serve the complimentary breakfast daily so that was a huge plus. I have not stayed in the exterior rooms. The hotel/resort is divided in 3 sections. This is nice bc it allows guests options based on their budgets . The check in staff is always friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our remote on our last visit and maintenance got to our room and fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Highly recommend this place !!!!

Staff was friendly and polite. Loved the closeness to the Beach. Breakfast was pretty good. Like other reviews, smokers on balcany. A/C was struggling to keep room comfortable. Cons: charging $5 a day to park at the hotel you just paid to stay at was a surprise. This charge is not listed anywhere on web site or during booking. A little hiden gotchya.

Close to the beach, reallyrfriendly staff, great for cruises due to being close to the port and they will drive you there. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and no issues besides other people.

Our recent stay was not what we planned. On a positive note, our room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly. We are thankful for the public beach that was kept clean. The negatives- pools were dirty. We never saw anyone cleaning them and guests were fishing out the garbage and litter. Everyone smoked. There were cigarette butts all over the grounds and guests smoking off the balconies. Food and debri from the night before was left on the patios when the pools opened again at 8 AM Needless to say, we didn't get to enjoy any swimming in the pools. This was a promo offer from Holiday Inn Vacation Club. I wouldn't make a second visit here.

We visited Cocoa Beach, FL for the first time ever this Memorial Day weekend. I'm so glad Best Westeran Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites is where we stayed. The access to the beach was just a few steps away, breakfast which was included had a lot of variety and the employees in that area were very attentive, the staff at the lobby had great customer service, rooms were comfortable and clean with mini fridge, microwave and table to eat (standard room), pool was heated to a very comfortable temp and they're so close to the pier so the location was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back!

had an Oceanfront room with my family for the races. The room was Immaculate and the view spectacular! I had one issue with the toilet and maintenance came up within minutes and had it fixed within 20 minutes his name is Mike and he was very professional and courteous and efficient. my housekeeper was Patricia again very professional and sweet and helpful I needed some lotion and she got me some right away.

We are Best Western Rewards members. This BW was not quite what we've come to expect. Probably because it is really spread out...multiple buildings (may be due to acquiring other hotels). Breakfast is served in a building that's a bit of a walk from the other buildings. "Tiki Bar" is by the pool. Open until 6 pm and cash only. Cannot charge to your room or even use a credit card. No problem as we had cash. Paula told us they are working on getting that changed. Rates are on the high end. I believe that's because the hotel is so close to the port where all the big cruise ships arrive and depart. Passengers book a few extra days on either end of their cruise. Good location.

We got to the hotel pretty early and thought we would check and see if we could check in. I was so surprised our room was ready and hey let us check in. I will admit the set up for this property is different. There are multiple buildings. We reserved a suite and were given the top floor which was a nice ocean view. The suite was plenty of room for the three of us. I picked this property for the location and it was perfect. A few steps to the beach and the pier is right there. We were able to walk right across the street to Publix and 10 minutes to Ron Jon. I am sure there are nicer properties in the area but if you're looking for a beach property that is very conveniently located and clean, then you won't be disappointed. The staff was very friendly and we had no issues at all. I would not hesitate to return!

love this hotel, The staff the rooms are awesome. We go every year. We are apart of the bbw group and always feel welcomed and treated lije family. From the check in to check out they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

There's a reason this hotel is so highly rated. We had a fabulous experience. My friend and I stayed in both the standard room and high rise, beach front room sections. In both situations we got to experience all the great amenities of the property. Or room in the regular section was positioned within a few steps to the beach access. Our beach front room in the high rise was GLORIOUS. We sat on our balcony porch with our coffee and watched the sunrise! My friend meditated overlooking the ocean, basking in the sunshine. It was an excellent escape from the cold northeast winter. We could have swam in the two (heated) pools the hotel offers (but still too cold outside for us). Hot and cold breakfast options were stellar and the hosts kept everything supplied. Two fire pits are available with chairs and cushions for lounging. In the evening we walked to the Cocoa Beach Pier for dinner. We also went to O'Hana J's right in front of the hotel (discount offered for hotel guests). Everything was so close, the staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was free and it was a short (10 minute) drive to old town Cocoa Beach. Full grocery store across the street…short walk (15 min) to Ron Jon's. When I booked my stay I became a member of The Best Western Loyalty Program and was chosen by the hotel as member of the day. At check-in I received the opportunity to try my luck at a nice gift. What a wonderful surprise!

We had a terrific stay here. Absolutely loved it! Tatiana & Jaime at the front desk took great care of us. They even stored our luggage for us on the front-end and back-end of our trip so we didn't have to lug it around while waiting for the shuttle. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach/ocean and was a 1 minute walk from our room to the beach. "Anna Banana-bread" makes awesome homemade banana bread. She said she has been doing it for 8 years. She was awesome. Definitely get her homemade banana bread at breakfast. We ate on the pier and were definitely not impressed with the food and the cost was $30/pp. We ate at the Ale House across the street from the lobby and it was fantastic. The fish & chips was spot on and the beer is cold and not over-priced. If you go to the Ale House, ask for Jade. She was a ton of fun and did an awesome job. She only works weekend lunches though. We will definitely be back to this BW.

MY wife and i was planning a short stay in coco beach so we were looking for hotel there we did stay at this BW three year ago n it was very bad but not this time this hotel has change from0/10 to 10/10 i meant WHAT A GREAT COME BACK, lets start with the front desk by a girl name Chelsea what an amazing customer service it was one of the best we ever had at a front desk and please do keep her we ask for beach towel and a guy by the name Daniel gave it to us.everyone was nice and helpful.I was not going to book this hotel never again cause of past experience but ofcourse my wife told me to give them another chance and im so glad i did and on our next visit BW it is.Thank you guys everyone neds a second chance. Our room was very clean and very nice.we will be back very soon.

We stayed as guests at a wedding and had a great time. The pool was warm and well kept and the fire pits were beautiful. Being able to walk to the cocoa beach pier was amazing. The breakfast had everything I wanted and the front desk staff were kind.

This is my husbands and mine first visit to Cocoa Beach. We had a lovely room on the fifth floor in the tower building the view was beautiful! But we have to say our trip was made even more special when we met Paula at the pool bar she was fantastic!!! She told us some great local places to eat and she was spot on with everything. We spent more time sitting at the bar with Paula then we did at the beach. Our next visit to the area we will come looking for Paula! Hate to go back to Pittsburgh.

Very clean rooms with nice views and excellent location, the service has been fantastic. we were surprised with the breakfast buffet they had more than a continental and tasted very good, will definitely come back here.

The Hotel is perfectly located at the Beach, but the rooms had their best times years ago. We had a Junior suit at the Beachfront, lower floors and really felt uncomfortable without a safe in the room. A renovation would be appropriate, especially the bathroom and showers. They also charged 5 Dollars for parking per night.

We make Cocoa Beach our winter vacation destination every year for the past 9 years. We chose Best Western because of its location (On the Beach) . The staff and personnel working there are great. Restaurants are within walking distance and the Cocoa Beach Pier is only a 5 minute walk. food is good at the Pier. We stay in the Tower part of the Best Western Cocoa Beach and rooms are comfortable and the oceanview rooms are great. The Office staff are top shelf and helpful for all your needs, there is plenty of parking and property is clean and well kept. Perfect place for a family with children, pool is heated and food is good at the breakfast. We shall return!

Requested a quiet room. Was given a room right on the street. So noisy. Had to kick the door every time I was getting in or out of the room. Room was smelly. Old sheets on bed. Was supposed to stay there 5 nights but after the first night, I left next morning to a different hotel.

Outstanding staff from the front desk personnel to the house keepers. I felt everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Room was very clean and well lit. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of both healthy and decadent food. I will be back!

Outstanding location. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and didn't have a car and were able to walk to many places. Room was very clean. When I booked the room the person I dealt with was very helpful in setting up transportation from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in & out. Clean room. Junior suite rm 801 has an amazing oceanfront/corner view! Front desk service was excellent and they even called to make sure the room was ok! Breakfast was great! Pools were clean with plenty of chairs, tables and even a poolside bar! If you're not into pools, the beach and pier are just footsteps away!

Great location, very clean and quiet. There's a Starbucks and a nice bar just off the lobby. There's also a really big store attached to the lobby. There's also a grocery store across the street. The room is clean and quiet. Small refrigerator and microwave in room also. Pool area is very small. Only 5 lounge chairs and one table in the area. You can rent “beach” chairs for $8 for the day if you desire. Otherwise it's a towel on cement.

We love this hotel. This was our second trip here. Great value for the money...steps from the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Heated pools, fire pits, friendly staff, full continental breakfast included. We will be back!

We did the cruise and stay package. Airport shuttle was great. Hotel room was the worst ever! Building B should not be used! Our king bed caved in, ac unit sounded like a helicopter landing pad. Room smelled musty. We spent $390 for a one night nightmare. Tried to change rooms, we were told nothing available. We won't be back.

Ms. Janeen, I am very sorry to hear that your stay with us was not 100% perfect. We take our guest's comfort very seriously, and I am sorry that we were sold out of the suites which you requested to be moved to the night of your stay. Because your rate included round trip shuttles to the airport and cruise terminals, the rate was a little higher than our usual. Typically, our rates are rather competitive, considering our perfect location directly next to the Cocoa Beach Pier and area restaurants and shopping. I hope that you will visit us again, as I would like to welcome you back to stay in our Oceanfront Tower building with private balconies viewing the Atlantic ocean. Although it is not the suites where the rest of your party was located, the sunrise over the beach is a view that is unforgettable and something that should be experienced by all.

Easy to find and close to a beautiful park. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. Parking was a little sparse the first night but I did find an actual space. Area felt very safe.

Great hotel just steps to the beach. Two pools. Great breakfast. We saw one bug (roach) in the room on our last day, but nothing major. No other bugs spotted. Room was very clean, hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet even though we were very close to the pool. Beach is a public beach, but nice and only maybe 200 feet away from our hotel room over a wooden bridge/ walkway with a shower. Chair and Umbrella rentals right there. Fire pits at night by the pool were great.

Customer service is outstanding!!! Chelsea is so nice to everyone. We stayed before and after a cruise. Close to pier and right on the beach. Rooms need updates but are clean. Service 10/10, location 10/10, pool 10/10, rooms and bedding 5/10.

Lovely over all trip. They were super kind and caring staff. The breakfast was perfect and the location is right next to pier. They are also pet friendly which was perfect for us. We will be back. My only issue was the room had an oder of stale beer.

This hotel is situated in a great location that is close to Kennedy; Downtown; and the beach. The Staff is amazing; friendly; and attentive to any need you may have. The rooms however are so so based on $ spent. If your interested in location only, this is a great stop. Just didn't expect the rooms to match up with price.

Great place to stay. Staff was beyond helpful. Any time we needed anything they were always there to help. Always said hi and asked if we needed anything. Hotel is located next to the pier and the food there and atmosphere is excellent. Both pools are nice however they were a bit too hot. Needed to turn the heater down. It felt like a bath. Otherwise our king size suite was wonderful and our week stay was great.

I stayed in oceanfornt room. Great ocean view! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset from and to the sea. I'll remember that view forever. 3mins walk to the beach or swimming pool to enjoy water and the nice weather. Clean and tidy room. More importantly, the hotel staff including Mr. Stanley Francis, Ms. Mariya Klymenko and Ms. Tatiana V and many many others have provided kind, efficient and professional help. I appreciate it. If I have another chance to come back to cocoa beach, I'll come back to stay here again.

I stayed in this location for my spring break.. there were issues from the beginning.... 1. I had to use my shoulder to open my door because it stuck so badly, then room smelled like chlorine... to the point that I left my door open for hours before I had to go to sleep. 2. Notified the front desk as soon as I could,the door was supposed to get fixed but it didn't. Then they were going to air out the room.... that also didn't happen. So I was moved to another part of the hotel. 3. In that move I was upgraded to a king suite which I totally appreciated however the refrigerator didn't work. The freezer was cold but the bottom portion wasn't. It took another day to get it rectified. 4. I didn't sleep very well either.... I guess because I had so many other issues. First impressions are always supposed to be the best. Well my firsts were not that great so I won't stay here again.

Perfect location, on the beach next to the pier and walking distance to many great restaurants. I have to say my favorite was the pool, it was so warm and the bar tender at the pool Paula was so accommodating and friendly. Also the rooms were clean and spacious. I will not hesitate to return.

The hotel itself locations rooms breakfast etc are just fine. Paula at the blue flip flop (poolside bar) was super nice can mix a darn good drink and gave us awesome recommendations as to where to eat shop grab a drink etc. so nice to get it from a local!! Her info didn't disappoint!!!

Excellent stay no problems clean and a great breakfast 2 minute walk to beach had a great time Thanks to the mother and daughter breakfast staff they deserve to be recognized often times the people who do the most are not thanked!!
