I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is 15 minutes from lake of Como. The rooms were clear and tje staff was friendly. Tje bed it was king size and comfort. The breakfast it was ok but no have bread for intolerance people from gluten.

Location is very very good, no traffic jam and no time loosing to go some where.. the stuff so kind and ready to help you. Very clean hotel and rooms.. lady on reception especially sofia she is amazing.

During our roadtrip through Italy, we stayed at a hotel located relatively close to Lake Garda. While the location was convenient, a car is definitely necessary to reach the lake and explore the surrounding area. On arrival, the hotel gave off a strange first impression. It walks a fine line between rustic charm and some maitance required (At common areas and at the room). The decor is out of normal and might not appeal to everyone. On the plus side, there's a supermarket nearby. We did notice outside a few mosquitoes at night. The room was medium-sized but felt cramped for three people. The extra bed for our child was quite small and the mattress quality was bad (very thin). There were visible signs of wear on the walls and in the bathroom, though overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom itself was spacious. One inconvenience was the air conditioning system, which is centrally controlled. Adjusting the temperature required calling reception, and it didn't always seem to work properly. Our rate didn't include breakfast, and considering the high price, the value felt questionable. However, most accommodations in the area seemed similarly expensive.

We stayed at the hotel this past August as part of an organized tour in Northern Italy. Overall, the hotel is nice, with spacious and clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a genuine sense that the staff cares about the guests. However, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you want to go out for dinner in the evening, that's entirely your problem—there isn't even a taxi service available at night. It works better for families who rent a car. For us, though, this was a real drawback, especially after trying the hotel restaurant on our first night and discovering it served the worst food we had during our entire trip in Italy. The food was industrial, basic, and completely flavorless. As for facilities, it's worth noting that the hotel has no swimming pool, which was quite disappointing given the hot August weather.

good parking, near food shops ,many moskitos , for the short time ok, but the second time i would not book it.

evrything was fine, WIFI was fine, the personal was ver kind and helpful, breakfast was also fine. They cleanin the room everyday and it was very obvious that they did. they always asked us if i need anything else...

This property while at it had a good kitchen and looked good online the actual room was tiny with no view and usable window. The electric bathroom plumbing system smells. Mosquito problem and there was bugs in the bed that bit me on face, arms and legs. I had to get strong antibiotic cream for bites.

We stayed at Hotel Dunant for one night and loved it. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We traveled with two dogs and there was plenty of space for them in the room. We had lovely dinner at the hotel and breakfast choices were excellent. Hotel location was conveniently near highway. We recommend this hotel for traveling and exploring Italy particularly for people traveling with pets.

We had a great experience in this hotel. The location is something about 15 min by car to Sirmione. People are very nice, the room is great, the breakfest is great too. We had a pleasant surprise and we definitely recommend the hotel.

A different approach for a hotel but with great results. Clean, quiet and modern rooms but surprissing in using " old " as a theme for loby. Interesting and a nice result

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was one big disaster. Half of the things were constantly missing. No scramble eggs, no boiled eggs, no bacon, no toast. Just sweet cakes. And employees didn't really care about that.

I was very satisfied with my stay in your hotel and I like to think back to it. I will gladly recommend your hotel to others, hoping that upcoming renovations will be done promptly and that the wifi connection will also be improved so that it is possible to connect to the internet outside as well.

It is very nice hotel in the surroundings of lake garda. Within 10 minutes you can reach the motorway and within 20 minutes lake garda by car. The rooms are not to small. Breakfast is good, but the best is the very friendly staff!

Very nice and modern hotel. Extremely comfortable rooms (a/c, isolated, amazing bathroom etc) in a very nicely furnished hotel. You definitely want to have a car but price/worth is highly suggested. We didn't try the breakfast

Really close to lake Garda, Sirmione or Verona. Really clean areas (outside and inside as well). The intercontinental breakfast was really variable. The quality of the foods are high level. We really enjoyed our vacation here. I can recommend for everybody.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms decorated in industrial style. They are quiet and very well equipped. Very friendly staff . Breakfast is quiete correct. I was satisfied and I will come back for sure.

Recommended by my friend, and I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Very particular structure and architecture, with impressive corners and details. Of course the most important thing are big rooms, and very comfortable beds. Thank you to all the staff who was very kind, welcomed us with honest smiles and were on disposition. Good breakfast offer, and I would like to say a special thank you to miss Roberta, who work in restaurant. So kind and welcoming person. Will be back for sure!

I believe that the Durant hotel by Best Western it's a really good value for money, it is an awesome place the food was simply great the staff was very kind and supporting, even during middle of the night check-in.

The room was very clean, the employees were very nice, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Location is easy to find, and there are many parking places for your car. The bed was comfortable, and there was TV.

My son and I had a very pleasant stay on our Italian road trip. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted warmly, efficiently, and generously by Anna, then served delicious food (I recommend the local dish of pumpkin ravioli) by Aldo, and also rec'd great service from Michele and Laura. The hotel has fantastic Italian design, and a fabulous shower experience.

The design of the hotel is really impressive and creates a unique atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff contributes to this. The convenient location allows for many activities in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Fairly new build hotel the decor is interesting to say the least. Restaurant is very good the staff are friendly and speak different languages. The waiter is very good, asks what sort of food you like and gives very good recommendations.

It was a short business trip, but I found it was good place to stay, comfortable and quiet. Surely Pandemic time coming to the end and trips will relaunch soon. It's a great idea to come back one day!

The hotel is quite nice, considered the modest price. It is clean, has lots of parking space and they try to be a bit different (the art, shower gel packs, room decoration). However, it advertises with having soundproofed rooms. They have not. I'm sleeping in room 56, next to the elevator and every night so far I have been woken up around 6 o' clock by loud sounds of heavy doors smashing, people talking and rolling suitcases. The waterdrain underneath the shower does not keep up with the water flow and hence lots of water flow out into the rest of the bathroom. Also, leaks appear immediately after starting showering. Fortunately they provide plenty of fluffy towels to dry the room afterwards. When returning in the third day I had to go to the reception for some toilet paper and shampoo as it had not been refilled for two days. Considering the state of the hotel, it needs some updating; it does not live up to the 4 stars expectation. Next to that, my travel companion placed a review here and was patronized by the general manager in a swift reaction. Instead of accepting constructive feedback, he starts an attack and points out we would be angry as we could not cancel our third night. That is not the case: we merely informed about our options - in the end we decided to stay to enjoy a day at Gardaland. I strongly suggest the general manager to spent a night in room 56 or at least accept feedback.

I *really* struggle to understand the high ratings here, cause the hotel certainly does not deserve it. There are so many things wrong with my stay here that I don't even know where to start. The “art” is most of the time a collection of of junk. A pile of old suitcases in the hallway, a piece of worn out woodwork or other worn out furniture. The promised airco in the room simply does not work. I need to sleep in a cold room so I have set the temperature to 18 degrees, yet the airco very often shuts down seemingly as it things the temperature is reached, while the display constantly indicates a temperature no lower than 20.5 degrees. Then the promised soundproofing of the rooms: I can literally hear any conversation in the hallway, for the second night in a row I'm woken up by guests leaving early. The fact that doors close with a loud BANG if you don't guide it (they have no handles on the outside) makes it even worse. Next, the fridge in my room is just not working. Plugged in, but broken. Room service does not replenish toilet paper when the spare roll clearly is gone. The hand shower holder is loose and hence starts spraying in the wrong direction against the glass when you turn in the shower, which in turn immediately created a river of water into the bedroom. The rain-shower is too low for learners Europeans like me (193 centimeters) while the ceiling is high enough. And the list goes on and on. Last but certainly not least: the room feels like a rehab-clinic. Sterile, empty. The painted floor is worn out and dirty, after a couple of barefoot steps to the shower and back my feet are already dirty, this is simply a lack of mopping if the floor. I've seen so many hotels doing a better job while being in the same price category. Would definitely NOT stay again. We booked 3 nights on a prepaid rate and when politely asking if we could cancel the second or maybe even the third night this was declined, despite the fact we are a Best Western member. Ok, I admit. A prepaid non-refundable rate is exactly that, but I would have expected a little bit more flexibility for loyal Best Western guests.

Nice staff. Lovely looking hotel. Comfortable rooms.breakfast buffet could have been better, but overall a recommended choice. We got a family room which was attached but separated by an internal door, perfect for travel with kids.

Staff is kind, the rooms are big, clean and for family we had 2 Rooms. The breakfast is very good with locam and international food. A free parking is in front of it. The Garda lake is 15 min far. The price is real competitive and we ll sure be back.

Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff, I really like the idea of thematic rooms and the hotel philosophy. In between a boutique and art and big hotel with common spaces furnished with fantasy. Restaurant in the average.

Absolutely amazing stay here loved every minute of it! Helpful staff, amazing service, central and an awesome story behind the hotel's history. Very funky and creative! Each room has its own story but the swings were a surprise

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is creative and interesting, with all the modern comforts and amenities. Great location, plenty of parking, two restaurants (we did not get a chance to eat at them, but they look really nice). Great value for the reasonable prices given how nice, clean, convenient and enjoyable. We very highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Oh, and really good WIFI (I was able to work remotely to the US with no problem).

A 15 minute drive into lake Garda and a 40 minute drive to Verona. If you stay her definitely hire a car, but we loved the hotel. Will be staying again. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was spotless and very quirky and unique

A great hotel not like any other ! Great common areas, designed by an inventive designer. Very comfortable rooms. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and ended up in a beautiful suite. A very good breakfast buffet.
