This Best Western in Branson, Mo is in a great location. Close to all of the activities, but not too noisy. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and each morning the breakfast was hot, bread items were fresh, and what needed to be cold was cold. Always plenty of food. ALL the staff is friendly.

We stayed as we always do, 2 days and 1 night in Sept. . had a great room on the third floor. The a/c controls were mounted on the wall rather on the unit which makes controlling the setting a lot more easier to control. The room was in great condition, nothing to complain about. Had a good sized bathroom with tub/shower combination , Also, the lavatory outside of the bathroom is convenient.The 2 queen size beds is a plus.Would not want to change anything. Show tickets are available in the gift ship for most shows, AnnaLee gets the best seats available and she is very knowledgeable so you can get what show want. The breakfast room is available every morning and is well stocked. The location of the hotel is great and just off of Hwy 76 congestion.

The was very helpful, friendly, dedicated to serving guest. Even the Gift Shop attendant. Rooms need some improvement on looks. Pretty basic old. Parking limited. Access and Security excellent. Gift shop reasonable prices and nice selection of items. Bathroom was very nice.. new shower and counter tops and lighting very nice.upgrade

This was on par with most chain hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in the off season, which may have made a difference. The price was good and I may stay again for my next visit. I didn't use the pool, so I can't give it a rating.

Overall my stay was good. The hot breakfast was good, but just the usual, nothing special. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. The towels were a bit thin and we'll used and the rooms were in need of a bit of a uplift, the furniture was well wore.

This was a vacation to Branson to celebrate an anniversary and to see Gabriel Iglesias close to attractions but needs updating badly beds were horrible everything else was nice and clean stuff was awesome

This was a really nice BW. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in a little early. The room was fine and the breakfast good. I probably shouldn't say the but the morning staff person allowed us to use the indoor pool a little earlier than the posted opening time. My wife and I got in 1/2 hour of laps before breakfast. THANK YOU!!

I dont think I need to say much else. We travelled with a large group and each day another person found bedbugs in their room. We ended up moving all 45 of us to a different hotel. That area seems to have this problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The minute we were informed, we took immediate action to eliminate the problem. Like other quality, vigilant hotels, we have a five-step program to prevent bed bug incidents. But, should a new guest introduce a bug to a room through their luggage or clothing, we also have a solid program of immediate intervention to ensure no other guest needs to be concerned. This issue has been completely resolved.

I found the rooms to be incredibly clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The AC was cold!! (It was HOT outside!) The staff was so helpful and nice!! The hotel was very well priced. We will be staying her again on our next visit to the area!!

Excellent customer service provided by all staff! Good location with easy access. Good free hot breakfast with several choices. Swimming pool and hot tub well maintained. Housekeeping staff was very caring and eager to assist with all requests.

After being there three nights we found crumbs under the pillows. We did not eat in our bed. We were checking out that morning. I told the front desk regarding the sheets not being changed from previous guest. She said she would tell the manager. Sleeping on previous guest sheets, absolutely disgusting! Hair in tub from previous guest. We found a bottle cap next to other bed. Breakfast area had food all over counter. The hot tub jets were not working properly.

Thank you for letting me know of the issue that you had. I can assure you that sheets are changed during every checkout. I did however speak to all my housekeeping staff of our standards for this hotel regarding changing sheets, cleanliness including breakfast, and more. The switch is on the wall to activate the hot tub jets. Everything on the hot tub is working properly. Thank you again for staying with us and come back again.

Nice place to stay. Not fancy but adequate. Clean Rooms, grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, Really impressed at how extremely friendly and helpful the the staff was. Because of them, we started each day with a smile.

Rooms were clean. Our two daughters 5 and 7, loved the salt water pool. Breakfast had lots of options. Location is super convenient. Short drive to restaurants, outlet mall and silver dollar city. We will definitely be back.

The good.. Location was convenient. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful always saying hi and wishing you a good day. Breakfast was always well staffed. The bad... Our room smelled and the pool got shut down while we were there for three days. We could use the pool at their sister site, but that wasn't convenient. The building seemed run down. For example, the door had a sign to not let it slam, but it was hard to do and should just be fixed The front desk staff and gift shop staff were not helpful. They were not attentive and didn't want to help. The carpet needed cleaned better, found some debris from previous guests.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad to read that you did enjoy some of your stay. We are very sorry that our pool was down for a couple of days. The safety and security of our guest is always our first priority and in this case it needed to stay closed until we could safely open it back up. Pool is currently up and fully running.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The hotel beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast each morning was hot and good tasting. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The whole experience was wonderful!

This hotel was perfect for our basketball team and their families. The location was great. We were close to everything. It was nice to have laundry facilities and the indoor pool was open until midnight. Each room had a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was filling and good, but a little crowded. The only issue we had was a chirping smoke detector at 3:30 in the morning. My husband went to the front desk and they gave him a battery. Within a few minutes, the chirping had stopped and we went back to sleep. Everyone working here greeted us with a nice smile and kind words. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

The manager Helen was very helpful getting us checked in and answering questions. She was very enthusiastic about what she was doing for us. Later one desk clerk Joy was very helpful getting the Air conditioner working. My wife got too much heat on Thursday, and they did all they could to get our money back on are tickets on the Haywood show. No luck. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi, they gave us a booster, but that didn't work. It was ok we weren't there much. Also Joy got us checked out early because of my wife not feeling well. Hey Helen give Joy a raise.

all good but the breakfast in the morning room was great everything worked plenty of restaurants near-by lots to do also when in town again would go back hopefully with a better breakfast also thank you

This was not our first trip to Branson but our first stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything. We will definitely be back!

The hotel and staff were good. We stayed only one night. After we returned home we noticed bites on my husband's arms. Diagnosis: Bed bugs! We have never encountered this before and are now panicking. We met the hotel know. So far no response. We haven't traveled anywhere else this past month, so thinking this is the only place we could have picked them up.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this situation. We thoroughly inspected the room that you stayed in and found no evidence of bed bugs in the room. I did try reaching you by phone, left and message, and so far no return phone call. You are more than welcome to contact the local health department, Taney County Health Department at 417-334-4544, and request for them to do an inspection of that room. They will do the inspection and contact you back with the results. This way you are not just going off of our word but the word of the local health department. We are very sorry that you are having bite issues but they don't seem to come from the room that you stayed with us in. Again, we do appreciate your business and hope you come back to Branson real soon!

We spent two days and one night this trip.They had our room ready when we arrived. The breakfast was filling with plenty to select from. They have gone back to self serve as it was prior to covid. The bed was very comfortable and the room was satisfactory. The two vanity's come in handy when two people are getting ready for the day. The tub/shower was good had , has plenty of hot water. They have plenty of extras like exercise room, hot tub and sauna, and swing pool but we did not have time for everything they have to offer. The employees are very friendly and helpful if you need their assistance. The air conditioning worked great after you get the temp you want. If the breakfast room is overcrowded, it is ok to take a tray back to your room . Also, the parking lot is flat with no hills to contend with.

We've stayed here several times over the years. This motel is consistently great. It's very clean, extremely friendly staff, pool area is awesome, quiet location slightly off 76 but still close to everything.

This hotel had everything I was looking for. It had a adequate size indoor pool that I used to get some exercise laps (slow laps). Breakfast with "Make your own Waffles" . Location was off the 76 strip, but within easy access to shows and activities on 76 strip. Very quite area. The hotel is not prefect but did have everything I was looking for. For example; I had refrigerator problems where I had to play with the dial to get right temperature (the MAX was actually OFF and the OFF was MAX.) I finally figured out that if I turned the dial all the way toward the MAX and heard / felt a click, that was turning it off. Then I turned the dial back to about half way. This was a good temperature for the refrigerator. The sheets look like they were old, but they were clean. Towels were great. Pillows were fluffy, but I like flat. No problem though, because I always bring my own pillow. Staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel I stayed at the day before had "not so friendly" staff. It makes a big difference.

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was very family friendly, and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast as our favorite amenities. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to access, but not right on the main strip, so it wasn't noisy or as busy a street. It was right around the corner from the Butterfly Palace, which was one of our entertainment stops. The staff was friendly and kind, and offered a great service in the gift shop for purchasing tickets to a wide variety of attractions and shows. We were also able to get a schedule for what was available on the days of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 nights at the Best Western Music Capital Inn & it was excellent. All staff was very nice & helpful, the hotel was very nice & clean. The breakfast was outstanding as well. We would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. I finished chemo & radiation a little earlier this spring & actually received the nicest thinking of you card from the staff. I was moved to tears. How thoughtful of them. This is a very top notch hotel with reasonable rates. We will be back.

This hotel smelled so old when we walked in. I had debated between this best western and the other one and i instantly regretted my choice. The overall stay was ok. It wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't my favorite either. We did utilize the pool area and that was nice to have. The breakfast was great and was always fresh and stocked!

Hotel was clean, staff is friendly, we loved the large indoor pool and hot tub, the location of the hotel worked well for us since it was on the edge of the strip that is closer to Silver Dollar City. SDC is maybe about 10 minutes away. The breakfast is also really good with a good selection of food and two waffle makers (most hotels I've been to just have one).

This place was a breath of greasy air after having to leave another property. The rooms were clean the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing that I didn't like was the stair door by the room we were in it shut very load and we could hear it in our room. Other then that everything was great

Hotel is adequate and staff is friendly enough. However, three ball team of kids were there when our group was there. Kids were slamming doors and running the halls at midnight. I asked the clerk at the front desk about it at 12:15 am. She said they were going to bed shortly. Parents, coaches and/or hotel staff should have stopped this before midnight. The walls are thin and the doors are heavy and loud when slammed. This makes for an annoying and sleepless experience.

We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel staff refused to clean our room during our stay. Rooms were dirty and not well taken care of. Breakfast was not edible and unappealing. The only thing positive was the pool area for the kids. But the picture is very deceitful and not as big as the picture leads you to believe. Would not recommend staying.

We've been staying here since 1998! The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is always good, the rooms are clean. And I especially enjoy their coffee, which is available even after breakfast is over! We have stayed with them 3 times in the last 12 months for a total of 13 days! In years past we brought our grandson with us during 2 different summers and he & I used the pool & hot tub which was very enjoyable!

We have been staying at Best Western Music Capital Inn for several years when we are in Branson for YCW. I was very disappointed when I walked in the room. They have changed the beds, they mattresses are terrible! They are not the high beds that we used to climb into. They are saggy and they do not use comforters anymore. You get a sheet, a thin blanket and a sheet! There are bars that are sticking out below the box spring, which I scraped my leg on. Luckily we received a group rate. I would not stay here for $180 a night. I am a Diamond Rewards member and stay at a lot of Best Westerns, but I will not stay at this on again. We will find a different one to stay at next year for YCW!

It's not fancy! I was disappointed when we first arrived. The rooms are dated and could use some updates. However, once I was in the room for a while I realized that it is spotless. Seriously, that means a lot more to me than it being super pretty. The beds are pretty comfortable with plenty of different pillows. The bathroom had an updated shower stall. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast is pretty good! I'm limited as to what I can eat, but my husband and son were pleased with the variety. The pool and hot tub are pretty nice, and indoors which is good. If you're not hung up on appearances, and want a good place to stay that is clean, I highly recommend this Best Western.

We stayed here during spring break of 2022. The hotel is conveniently located but not directly on the strip, which is fine with me. The 2 ice machines that they have for the hotel were both broke down until the night before we left when the one on the 3rd floor started working again. The breakfast area was a bit on the very warm side, but you can also eat in the lobby area. They probably would be better off if they would have individual milks for people instead of the milk canisters that they have to refill all the time. Breakfast goes till 10a but by 8:30 all the bread products and muffins were gone. Room was a nice size. I like that they have a sink outside the bathroom for people to get ready with while another person can take a shower. I would stay here again. I am a Best Western rewards member and got a promotional rate for the number of nights we stayed and also got double rewards points which is nice.

The staff was quite friendly and accommodating..end of the positives. Dirty pool, pics out of date, ice machines broken..go to front desk, front desk rationing ice distributions, fitness center doesn't open until 0900, wifi doesn't work..room rate around $180/night….c'mon

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Best Western Music Capital. We appreciate your comments and take them very seriously. Ice machines have both been fixed. We always had plenty of ice at the front desk for guest to get anytime. Fitness room doesn't open due to the noise that people can make in there. The room is close to guest rooms so we do our best to keep the noise down till at least 9am.

I have stayed here in the past and it has been good for the most part. We stayed here again for a week and I was not impressed. Furniture in the room was filthy, my daughter had a roach crawling on her clothes in the dresser drawer. The stool in the women's bathroom in the pool area was clogged and rim full for two days. There were two church youth groups running up and down the halls, in the stairwells all night long. I called the front desk two nights in a row. I stepped out in the hall the second night after I called, the lady from the front desk came up to the fourth floor and advised the kids to quiet down and that she had already received a complaint from a guest and gave them my exact room number. This was 12:30 a.m., they continued to slam doors, and nothing was ever done about it. I will not stay here again, too many places in Branson to pick from. Had their pool not been open until midnight, I would have left mid-stay this time.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues that you experienced. We have addressed every single issue that you have spoke of.

If I'm rating just on the mattress, it would be a 1 but the rest of the hotel services would be a 5 so that averages out to a 3. Seriously, such a nice hotel and mattresses that visibly sagged in the middle! They were horrible. But the rest of the hotel experience was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean, convenient to entertainment and shopping. I was disappointed that the pool and fitness room did not open until 9 am.

Thank you for letting us know of the issue with the mattress. We have already addressed the issue and have taken care of it. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay. We can't open the pool until 9am due to having put chemicals in it in the morning. It has to set for a certain amount of time before guest can enter the water. As for the fitness room, it is right below guest rooms so we don't allow people in there until 9am due to noise from that room disturbing other guest.

This hotel is centrally located to easy access for all of Branson. The staff is amazingly freindly and helpful. Able to get show tickets and answer any questions. The provided breakfast is really good and when your day is done you can relax in the hot tub. Definitely recommend!!

Good location for our needs to get to Silver Dollar City. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable for me. The breakfast was adequate to hold us over until we could get more elsewhere. We had room 102 by the laundry/game room and pool. Didn't care for that. Can hear the laundry and games being played and screams from kids up and down the hallways and in the pool. Not a good location for the room.

We spent two nights at the BW Music Capital Inn and we had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so friendly. We arrived well before check-in, but our room was ready, so we were able to get into our room early. Our room was clean, smelled great and was well-equipped. Our bed covers consisted of a lightweight blanket between two sheets. Felt clean but not very snuggly. But with just two of us and two queen beds, we just added the covers from the other bed. Thermostat worked great, so could just turn up the temperature. Breakfast was great, with hot and cold options. Not too sure about the COVID precautions. Posted sign says wear masks, but I saw very few. Housekeeping won't enter your room during your stay, but maintenance staff came in to check the fridge without masks. I'm not a hard-core mask wearer, but don't post the sign if you're not going to follow it. Would stay again.

We arrived for our reservation which was Oct 14, 21. Got there a little earlier than we had indicated on our pre-reservation checkin arrrival but our room was ready so had a little time before our show was scheduled. Upon going to the room the temp was a cold 60 degrees , so advised the front desk and was told they would get a maintenance man to take care of it which he did in short order. That was the only problem until the next A.M. , could not get hot water for taking a shower- just luke warm and this we did not report. We were satisfied with everything else during our stay. The breakfast was great, the hotel was very clean and quite and the employees were very friendly. This is a very family friendly place to stay. The rooms are comfortable ,well lighted and spacious. Our only drawback is after checking their room rates for staying the following month (Nov) will be much too high this time.

I have always enjoyed staying at best western..they are. Lean and staff is friendly. I would recommend this motel ..they have a pool, hot tub, and close to the strip in Branson. Really enjoyed my time.

We went with a big church group. Amazing staff. Very clean rooms, and accommodating front desk that was so kind. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was a good free breakfast and the dining overlooked the pool.

We were travelling with a group of 38 older folks from our church. As you might imagine, this can be a tough crowd to keep happy. But Joy and the folks at Best Western Music Capital Inn went over and above our expectations: Wonderful facility well maintained, great amenitites, hot breakfast - and the service and organization BEFORE we arrived made the trip awesome! HIGHLY recommend - and we'll most certainly be back!

The motel was well-kept and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was rated as third best place to stay in Branson, but we had a few problems with hot water. The motel has a hot breakfast, but it is served rather than allowing self-service. Other motels in Branson were allowing self-serve in their breakfast area.

we have stayed at this motel for several years. but no more...i was told upon check in that there would be no cleaning service! just put your dirty towels in the hallway and someone will pick them up...but if you need more just come to the front and ask...this includes coffee and cups also. The beds were so hard neither of us got any sleep...they need to be updated! the toilet would barely flush and we had no hot water on the morning we left. The ice machine had no grate to set the bucket while you got ice and there were towels all over the floor soaking up water where it was leaking. the trash cans on the outside were overflowing with trash both days we were there. We have always enjoyed our stay at this motel...have even recommended to friends and family...but won't be staying again.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Best Western Music Capital Inn. I'm very sorry that you had these issues when you stayed with us. We are addressing every issue that you have pointed out. We do have padding that can be put on a bed to make it softer as sometimes beds are just not as soft as we would like. The next time you stay with us if you would just let us know we are happy to set that up for you. Our ice machine was out of order and had a sign on the side that it was being worked on that is why the tray was removed and why the towels were laying around it. It has since been fixed and is in full working order. Again thank you for letting us know where we can improve. Thank you, Management

We have stayed here numerous times, and have always had a positive experience. Staff is very helpful and polite. I appreciate that they are trying to keep us safe from the Virus, and do not come into room to clean, etc., and I have no problem going to front desk to get towels, etc. Breakfast is very good, and food is hot.

We stayed here while on our Anniversary trip to Branson. We love the cleanliness and the friendliness at this hotel. Have stayed many times before. Same family has owned for years. They have very high standards. We definitely recommend for a stay in Branson.

This was within 10 to 15 min of everything we wanted to do in Branson. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast had good options/variety.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel.It was clean,quiet and comfortable.Air conditioner worked great,good water pressure in shower,good tv reception and channel line up.There is no housekeeping,at this time, but not a problem to get extra towels if needed.Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast.Everyone we encountered was very nice and friendly.We did have a problem with our key cards second day there.Went back to our room and couldn't get in.Had to go back to the desk and a very nice lady fixed them for us.Had no further problems.We did not care for the beds,they were too firm for us.Due to us forgetting our swimsuits,we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.All in all,a nice stay and would recommend.

The hotel was understaffed and there wasn't enough towels to take a second bath on the second night. The air conditioner did not work great once I brought it to their attention they said just take out the filter and it will be fine.

From the moment we walk through the door. We were impressed from the decor everywhere we nods to music from the drum kit hanging from the ceiling to the pictures on the wall and the numbers on the doors. We were greeted with a sincere welcome from Brenda the front desk clerk. Check in was a breeze

Staff was very friendly but my room was very hot, it was hot out but I should be able to turn my air down past 66 if I want also very low air flow. Not very clean in the room crumbs in corners & cracks

When we arrived the elevator wasn't working so that was not fun to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs but it was fixed the next day. Internet connection is very poor. But the staff is friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Shower is impossible due to scalding water that cannot be turned cooler. Very clean rooms. Smells good. 2 night minimum stay- 200$ per night. No toast or waffles due to covud but good biscuits n gravy and omelet.

We traveled as a family with two youg adult children. We spent three nights where we received the best customer service from every single employee at the place. The maintenance man who held the door for us, and immediately came when our remote became disconnected from the TV, the front desk workers, and the breakfast staff were all amazing in all of our dealings. They even called after we left about a necklace my daughter left behind and ended up mailing it to our home. The pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and the game room was fun even though I lost at everything. This hotel has maintained this level of cleans me comfortable for us many times over the last couple of decades.

We enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool area, which was open late. The rooms were nice and clean, showers were hot and had great water pressure. Beds comfortable also. The hallways of the hotel could use some updates, but overall, we had a great experience here.

We went on vacation to Branson. This was a great place to stay right off of strip. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. It had plenty of parking. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were open until midnight. Game room was fun as well.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Everyone there was very, very friendly and caring. The person at the front desk was truly friendly. The rooms were clean before I walked in. Everyone there made my family & I feel like we were at home.

This was my families worst hotel experiences ever. We've road tripped around the United States and this tops anything I've ever experienced. Our first room was dirty, worn, old, and filthy. We found a long hair on the sheets, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was a molding and stained shower curtain. So we called and asked to switch rooms. At first glance the second room looked better, so we okayed it. But you will see a photo of what we found in the second room. Poop on the toilet. I also found a pile of hair behind the bathroom door with debris. It looked like they may have swept everything in the corner of the bathroom and never used a dust pan. The tissue dispenser had dried brown splatters on it that wiped with some elbow grease. It was late and we were tired. We pulled our our Clorox wipes and cleaned the room ourselves. I had cleaned everything else when I found the toilet issue or I would have taken pictures of that also. The toilet was the last straw! I went to the front desk the next morning. I will say this the staff is very nice. But they said because you booked this thru a third party there's nothing we can do but offer you a voucher for a free night at this location. No thank you!! I don't plan to ever stay here again. I wouldn't even feel right passing on that to a friend. As we checked out I saw the ‘cleaning staff'. Wow, no wonder! A very young group of what I'd call girls. The hotel is very run down and old. It looks like the bathrooms have been remodeled recently but not much else. I read reviews before choosing this hotel. And I just want to give somebody a fair assessment of what you will really find. I can't believe how anyone could be happy here. We didn't feel comfortable using the pool or eating breakfast there due to the lack of cleanliness. I wish the hotel would've stepped up and found someway to take care of us considering what we found. I shouldn't have to clean a hotel room at 10:00 at night after a long day of traveling.

From booking to checking out, my experience was wonderful. Easy to book, friendly staff and easy check in upon arrival. Checking out was a breeze and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were set up nicely and comfortably. Everything I could have needed was available. Definitely will be staying at this hotel again.

Service is awesome. Beds are horrible. Almost left after first night. Bought some padding from target for beds. They really are so close to being one of the best in Branson. But those beds have to go.

No in-room service. Need to update clean room system. Were sent to 2 dirty rooms first. Shabby, torn curtain in room. Need to upgrade a little. Little more variety for breakfast buffet. Grandkids enjoyed pool.

We arrived on a Monday and left on a Saturday. We were greeted with a smile and great customer service from the time we arrives until we left. Room was clean when we arrived. The hotel needs a little updating but in my opinion the short comings of the hotel are overcome by the staff! The price was great and it is off the main track but easily get around town using other routes. The breakfast was good every morning also. Pool area was nice but did get crowded while we were there. Once again the worst part of the stay was rude guest but the once again the staff overcame that shortcoming and made it worth the stay.

The personnel at the Best Western Music Capital Inn were all exceptional from the time I made the reservation, arrived at the motel, and our departure. There were adequate food options for breakfast. The motel was spotlessly clean.

I called ahead for breakfast status and this was the only hotel in our price range serving hot breakfast, and they did not disappoint! The hotel room smelled slightly, but having a decent breakfast dear outweighed that. Front desk ladies were awesome!

Nice location for those in town for a quick visit. Away from all the traffic and noise yet still convenient. Easy parking, easy access. Breakfast was a modified hot meal with eggs and meat. Limited bread options. Limited fruit. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything added up to a good value. We appreciated the ease of parking and access to our room, as well as safety. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool one evening for a stretch of the muscles.

This is a really great hotel to stay with family. There is an indoor pool, small game room, hot breakfast, and it is clean as a whistle. Close to silver dollar city and the strip, we loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely be back.

Stay was great except for the bed. Mattress was so uncomfortable, couldn't stay asleep. Lighting could be a little better as well as it was very dim unless you pulled curtains open, which was fine during the day but at didn't have much light at night.

It was my husband, kids, and myself that stayed here for a mini vacation. Everything was great. The room was small compared to other hotels I've stayed in for the same price, but it was worth the money. The continental breakfast was good and had a decent variety. The pool was open til midnight and was a great extra for the kids. They spent hours down there over the whole weekend. Great hotel and very nice staff.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety. All staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was overcrowded at times and the water tasted like the ocean when splashed. That was the only issue we had.

Nicely located out of main traffic but still close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything kept in working condition. Plus a nice hot breakfast. Our first time staying there and a nice experience.

Very nice and clean hotel! Even during covid they had a complimentary breakfast. It was served to us by 2 nice ladies. They offered Biscuits and gravy, sausage, frittatas, banana muffins,juice and coffee.

Horrible place! Absolutely no service, terrible breakfast , no housekeeping even upon request! The rooms smelled with a perfume to cover up odors. A piece of iron on the bedframe jutted out where you could trip over it. We were scheduled to stay there five nights but after one night we checked out and went somewhere else.

Currently, due to COVID, we are not doing stayover services however upon request for those with extended stays we do them. The Best Western Brand has asked that we stop the stayover services in order to help cut down on the spread of COVID. The perfume smell that you are referring to is the disinfectant that we are using. We tried to find something that wasn't so medicinal smelling so we use Microban that has a clean fresh scent. As for the bedframe, I apologize and if you had contacted the front desk they would have come right away and fixed it for you. As for the breakfast we feel as though due to the circumstances, COVID, we have adapted well in order to ensure that our guests are getting more thank pre-packaged continental breakfast items. Again, thank you for letting us what you didn't like about our hotel.

We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly and very caring!Even in the midst of the world's pandemic, they were certain to make sure we were taken care of! The hot breakfast was not the traditional full hot breakfast like! It was good and served by staff who also served with a smile!

The staff at this hotel was constantly on top of everything while also being friendly and upbeat. It was like being around old friends, not strangers. I was actually disappointed to have to check out because it was so amazing

We recently stayed at Best Western Music Capital Inn Branson and had a wonderful visit. The staff was very friendly and made us feel like family. The hotel was very clean. There is a great indoor pool and hot tub. Also, there is a game room that the kids loved playing in. We would highly recommend staying there. We plan and look forward to going back and staying there soon.

I have an elderly parent with us, I was concerned about her walking. I called to inquire about connecting rooms vs walking to breakfast, walking to the door. we were placed in the perfect rooms! The hotel is beautiful. The staff was grand! Rooms were clean, but due to Covid, no maid service during your entire stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, The breakfast food was satisfying. The room was very clean but I chose to wipe down where people touch because of Covid. We will stay there again next time we visit Branson.

This motel is very nice and very clean. The Lady that checked us in was very helpful and nice .We used the jacuzzi one night.Were disappointed not to be able to access the breakfast room to use a table to play cards. the table in the lobby was very small. The desk personnel were very helpful in getting us tickets to a show!! need to have gift shop open other than weekends.

We understand the frustration of not being able to go into the breakfast room to play cards however with COVID it sure has changed the way we have to do things. I will tell you that the table in the lobby, other than the very large one, is the same size as the tables in the breakfast room. We would typically have the gift shop open everyday however again due to COVID we have had to make some major changes and we are in hopes that by next year things will get back to some sort of normalcy so we can operate fully open. The rooms in this hotel have not been updated for many years and require maintenance. The photos greatly exaggerate the atmosphere and aesthetics of this ok hotel. The pool is very nice and the lobby looks good.

While traveling with family, we requested adjoining rooms when making reservation a week prior to stay. When we checked in, we not only didn't get adjoining rooms, they separated us from one end to the other. And, when we arrived, there was not a single person in the adjoining rooms. They could have easily gave us adjoining rooms, but didn't want to go thru the trouble. Don't recommend this hotel at all.

The room that was adjoining to your room was out of order for maintenance so unfortunately we were not able to put your family there. You were given the opportunity to move closer and you decided to stay where you were. I appreciate your leaving us this review so we can improve upon our front desk on handling special requests and guests when those request can't be honored.

Clean, friendly, kids had a blast in the pool!! Every staff member was super helpful!! The room was comfortable, breakfast was hot and good. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. Will stay here again next trip!!

This hotel is very clean, it is quite, the staff are helpful and kind. We stayed one night. There is a pool, hot tub, and a sauna. There is a little game room, washer and dryer. There are restaurants within walking distance and gas stations close by.

My room, the pool, hot tub, customer service, breakfast, business office, etc were ALL wonderful. The staff at this location made my 11 night stay for work INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this crew was. I wish I would have gotten names to call them all out. Incredible hospitality. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Washer and dryer worked great. Fitness room and business office were such great amenities for my lengthy stay.

This is my favorite to stay in Branson. Clean, comfy rooms and a great staff. Ms. Brenda was very nice and helpful when I made the reservation and she took care of me when I checked out. She is a great lady. Very nice and cordial. Ms. Darlene was super nice when I checked in and she made me feel welcome. I was impressed with the way she greeted me and thanked me for staying there. These 2 ladies are great and will put a smile on your face. When in Branson, you should make this place your home away from home. Great people and staff.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. It has an inside pool that was very clean as well. Hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again. Only complaint is we paid extra for the breakfast buffet which they did not have due to Covid. The food that they did have was awful!

We understand that things aren't normal at this moment in time and like many others we are in hopes to be able to return to that normal so we can start serving our full hot breakfast that everyone is use to. The pre-packaged items are typically pretty good however it is not everyone's preference and we understand that. We hope that you will come back at a point when things return to normal so you can enjoy that breakfast buffet.

Our family had another good experience staying at this motel. We realize that during COVID-19, things are different, but the service was still the same - outstanding. They handled breakfast well under the circumstances. You came to the room where breakfast was served and someone told you what they had available - cereal, muffins, fruit breakfast sandwiches, etc., Then you told the person what you wanted. They collected it for you and gave it to you on a tray, if you wanted to take it back to your room, or you could eat at one of several tables in the room or lobby. There were only 3-4 tables available for social distancing purposes. The room we stayed in was comfortable. There were plenty of mirrors in and around the bathroom area. One bathroom had the toilet shower and sink. The small room adjacent to it also had a sink and towel. Thanks to BW for another great stay!

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There was an odd smell in the hallways, but I really think it was an air freshener, but I didn't care for it.

Not a terrible property, but way overpriced for the features and maintentance. Pool water was cloudy. Pool bathroom was filthy. Made guests walk to the front desk for anything they wanted. Had "Be Green" cards in the bathroom but no place to hang wet clothes. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Several ice machines not working. Poor breakfast for the price. Noisy during night - paper thin walls. Fitness room filthy and stuffy, no A/C working.

I appreciate your taking the time to leave us a review and although some of the issues you list were due to our brand asking us to make changes due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Normally you would have had a full hot breakfast and pool towels would have been readily available in the pool house as well as stayover maid service would have been provided. As for the exhaust fan not working maintenance checked it out and because it is quiet it is perceived as not working. Ice machines not working I will check into that as we have two and this is the first that I have heard that there was an issue with them. Walls are made out of concrete so if it was noisy I apologize. The fitness room is sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day, everyday and yes there is wear and tare on them. We did have a water leak that left the equipment with what appears to be water stains and as much as we have tried we are unable to get that off. I apologize for the stuffiness as we usually have a fan in there and I will make sure that it is in there and in working order. I hope that you will give us another chance to show you how things really are once this pandemic is over and we can resume a, hopefully, normal life.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. If you like mirrors in the bathroom area, you'll love it. Two sinks, too. Great breakfast and friendly staff make it a very fun place to stay. The price was reasonable for the quality of the motel.

So a mixed review. The friendly caring attitude and clean facility were a 5 star, however a mattress that felt old and a darkish room both seemed ready for updating. Pool was crystal clear in keeping with 5 star operation of hotel.

Our first stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was excellent! Full buffet! We opted to forgo maid service for 500 points. Convenient location for north theaters. We will stay here again.

Receptionist was very friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable for a family of 6, 2 queen beds, a hid a bed and there was plenty of room for us to set up a play pen. Breakfast was amazing and the pool area looked lovely. Will definitely be back!

We spent 2 nights here with a tour group and everything was great. The rooms quiet and clean. It was nice having two sinks, one in the bathroom and one outside. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. If we are ever back in Branson, this will be where we will stay.

I will say that the property itself is clean, beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Loved that they even wished my husband a happy birthday. We enjoyed the hot tub but the heated pool was just a tad chilly for my son. The reason why I am leaving a 3 star is because of the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and where we were located in the building allowed us to hear everyone coming and going so badly that neither my husband or I slept well. My son was also super restless to the point where at 245 in the morning my husband and i decided we needed to change hotels. The staff was helpful in trying to find us a different room in the hotel but due to the rooms being full, could not moved our room. We ended up going to a different hotel, with much more comfortable beds and quieter rooms Around 4am in the morning. I would say that I give the staff and the location a 4.5. The rooms I give a 1 for comfort.

We appreciate your feedback and sorry to hear the bed wasn't as comfortable as you'd like. I will look into the rooms bedding and if needed will change it out. Hope you will come back and give us another opportunity as we do have rooms with newer mattresses. We try to upgrade mattresses each year so give us a call for your next reservation and if we have a room with a newer mattress available for rent, we will get you in it.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends with and without children. The hotel offers free breakfast and they also have an indoor pool for those that like to swim no matter the weather.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I think the mattresses need to be upgraded. But yes, I'll continue to stay here, maybe it's a room that hasn't been upgraded yet.

WOW!! 21 years! That's awesome! We appreciate you and your feedback for the property. We have over the past couple of years replaced mattresses at the property and will continue with that this winter. When making your reservation ask for one of our rooms with the newer mattress and we will be happy to put you in that room.

If I could give this hotel no stars I would. Very polite front desk but they are completely uninterested in making wrongs right. We came back from on our 3rd night there to an un-made room. The maids hasn't even walked in- when I called to ask, the lady brushed me off and said if I needed more towels or something I could just “come on down and get them yourself” an air conditioner that was broken, and not sealed off from the outside well, mysterious charges on our bill (she removed one without an apology, but how many people aren't catching a $16.49 charge?) they claim to not charge certain things until checkout, but charged us for everything all at once at the beginning of the trip.I would never have resorted to a review if she wouldn't have cut me off while trying to explain the things wrong with my stay while checking out. She was already aware of the many issues we had during our stay and didn't want to hear more. There are many other MUCH nicer and competitively priced hotels with vacancy all over Branson, please choose to stay at one of them and not here. The real problem is not necessarily the situation itself but how they handled themselves.

Mrs. Leger, First off allow me to apologize for any dissatisfaction during your stay at our property, it is not the goal of our hotel to make guests stay not enjoyable. We did look into housekeeping missing your room on the third day of your 5 night stay and discovered human error, they missed your room so I'll be happy to refund the housekeeping charge for that day. The $16.49 authorization is odd for us just as it was for you, in some cases a card processing companies will allow additional funds to be held for incidentals or tips at hotels and restaurants, I would check with your card company/bank to perhaps see what your terms and conditions are on your card. The reason for the card being charged up front was it's a debit card, we charge all debit cards upfront as a courtesy to the guest so your bank account isn't holding the funds for up to 10 days. When it comes to the PTAC unit, maintenance did enter the room when you had mentioned that the room was cold but you had turned up the thermostat, to discover that when you wanted the heat on, you had the setting on cool so the heat never would have turned on since it was on the AC setting. Again it's never our goal to make someones stay not enjoyable, and you did stay 5 nights with us and appreciate your business. We do know you only get one chance to make a good first impression, and in your case we missed the mark. We do hope you have a change of heart and come back to see us again the next time your in town so we can showcase our award winning service to you and perhaps change your mind on the experience you had the first time.

Room 223 doesn't have internet, so if you need to check your email get a different room. The so call breakfast was over pack with bus travelers and we couldn't get anything to eat that morning. The carpet in the room was needing cleaned on replaced.

Internet issue is something that we can work on and we have reset the router and it seems to be working fine now. As for the breakfast being full I apologize for your not having a place to eat during the time the bus group decided to come down. We have a sign posted that gives times when the breakfast traffic is typically higher than others in hopes to help ease some of that frustration however it doesn't always work out that way. As for the carpet in the room needing cleaned we will definitely have housekeeping get them cleaned with the carpet shampooer ASAP. We hope that you will return and give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Service was great. Like the layout of the room. I also liked the fact that they have free wi-fi there since I use my cell phone for several different reasons. Very much enjoy the fact that we don't have to go any where for breakfast. We can stay there to eat.

We renovated our rooms approximately 4 years ago and the carpets were replaced at that time. Not sure what room you were in as we are currently in the process of changing out the darker lamp shades to brighter ones as to lighten the rooms up as well as switching to all LED Lights. I hope that you will consider coming back and staying with us again so we may have the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Best Western always makes for a comfortable stay and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. This one is no different, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I wish I could remember her name but the lady at the concierge desk is a true servant, she did everything she could to make the rest of our trip as special as could be. The rooms were a little older but clean, the wife did not care for the bed she had but mine was perfect (we had the same beds but different preferences) first world problems! The breakfast was good also, had enough variety that eating it three times we were able to choose different stuff.

I agree about the beds being a preference thing as that's the way it works at my house as well. Definitely first world problems! Check the window on the lower floor as second year in a row that top of window bottom gapped out from frame & had to have maintenance come & fix. Bring your own bottled water as they charge for it at the front desk even though booklet in room says you can just ask for it. Overall, a great location with easy access to attractions.

Great place to stay and is near shows you can walk to and places to eat. Comfy beds and best of all, two vanities. One inside bathroom and the other outside the door to the bathroom. A nice size fridge and microwave in each room. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. Had just about everything you would like to start you day off. The pool and hot-tub was the main reason we booked this Inn. It was heated and a salt water pool...perfect.

The staff is wonderful and so are the breakfast options-oatmeal w/all fixings, different egg choices daily including boiled, breads & muffins, waffle maker, daily breakfast meat option, cereals, juices, fresh fruits, yogurt, and sausage gravy w/biscuits. There's a cute gift shop near the lobby, a computer & printer in the lobby & plenty of seating, too - especially if you have a large group waiting to go see an attraction. It's centrally located and the rooms are simply decorated, clean, plug ins at the lamps for cell phone chargers, wi-fi, mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, easy controlled heat/ac unit, iron & board, full body mirror & magnifying mirror, a separate sink outside the bathroom, and each floor has a soda & ice machine. There's a saltwater pool, hot sauna, and whirlpool with plenty of extra towels & seating in the pool area.

Great place to stay. Close to every thing, everyone was nice, I will use this hotel again. Breakfast was great. Room was nice. I did not use the pool or sauna but it all looked nice and clean as well.

Nice facility, Freidly people, Good breckfas but Poor housekeeping. I had 2 out of 4 nights stay issues with housekeeping with one being not housekeeping done at all. Over all I would recommend this place if they would improve thier housekeeping.

This place had some good, some bad things. Our room was large & so was the in room frig. However, there was no bathroom fan, so it was really bad when all four of us took showers! The staff at the front desk didn't know how to process Best Western Travel cards - not acceptable - train your people. Breakfast was good - glad they had boiled eggs. My boys also loved the Cinn, Powd, Sugar & choc. chips for the waffles.

The breakfast experience was a disaster. They did not prepare for a busy holiday weekend by putting extra staff to care for the many guests that were there. The room we were in did not look like the pictures shown. It was very small. You need to ask for the larger room with sofa etc. I had to move tables and chairs just to plug the coffee maker in. The AC was noisy.

Yes holiday weekends are some of the busiest times in Branson, and unfortunately we did have a team member, who is no longer with us, call in on for the shift. We did resolve the issue by bringing in additional staff for breakfast. As you mentioned, yes we do have larger suites if they would be more accommodating to the party and always happy to book one for you by simply calling us at the hotel, 417-334-8378. We have a very limited number of suites so it's always best to book early as they are very popular.

This well situated motel is located on Shepherd of the Hills Road, very near several theaters and attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was tasty and well stocked. I really felt we got a lot for the money spent.

Great place to stay in Branson. Nice location but better yet the staff was great. Hotel was clean and enjoyed the breakfast. The pool area was nice and enjoyed the spa. Quick check in and check outed with breeze.

The motel was very clean and the concierge helpful. Breakfast is above average with lots of choices for kids and adults. The indoor pool is lovely and inviting. Excellent location and close to many shows and restaurants.

Breakfast was wanting. The meat was missing and when asked the reply was "we just got it in. It's cooking. This was at 9AM. The coffee wasn't fit to drink. The coffee pots that were there are gone and no coffee in the lobby. No cooperation from the assistant manager. Told me that the pots wasted coffee and money. I dont feel that after paying over 100 dollars a night for a room that the little amount of money for decent coffee and better customer service is too much to pay.

Mr. Samel, Thank you for your feedback, as we value your comments and concerns. Each year we look at our suppliers and we evaluate contracts for the new year. We have had some really good feedback when it comes to our coffee change this year, in fact probably more this year than in years past. But again we will look at it at the end of the year and evaluate what was good or not so good this year. We continue to offer the 24 hour coffee service, guests can get the coffee in the breakfast room all day and all night, but of course we also offer a coffee service in your room as well. We use all feedback as training, both good and bad, and if you felt you didn't get the assistance you were looking for, I apologize for that and will review. We don't ever want anyone to feel that they didn't get what they paid for when they stay with us, infact we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our guests and train team members to do the same, if we didn't hit that target, again we apologize. If i can be of assistance, don't hesitate to call.

This is a very clean and and located in a location that is out of the higher traffic area. The amenities are all you need to make for a comfortable stay. The hot breakfast is good and changes daily for a change. We were there for a three day two night stay so were able to have time to spend in the hot tub one day, were going to also swim in the indoor pool but changed as the water was a little cool for us older folks. There is a wonderful gift shop with many items available and they also can get any show tickets without standing in line at the theater. There are refreshments available at any time in the lobby. Parking is on a level lot that is well lighted at night. Entry at all entrances requires by your room card only except at the main front entrance for security. They have a variety of room types to chose from and all are spacious.

Although I have stayed at this hotel several times, I won't be back. I am willing to overlook small issues at busy properties, including the missing tile, the tooth flosser under the sink, and the green-tinged water in the hot tub - just don't touch or use. I will not overlook the rudeness - cruelty toward my daughter and nephew when they asked the front desk night manager, Stella, for a refund of monies lost in the malfunctioning ice cream vending machine. She accused them of lying to her - even made my nephew (a minor child) sign a post-it note to protect herself from being accused of stealing money. Too many other options in Branson to ever put up with that again. I will spend my money at properties that treat my children with respect. It didn't help when Stella's last words were that the ice cream machine malfunctions regularly. Really Stella? You know this, but you accuse my children of lying?

We did research this situation after you brought it to our attention and the front desk did give the monies back but after multiple trips back to the front desk for multiple refunds and snacks in hand, Stella did grow suspicious. We do have everyone sign a refund form anytime we give money back, that's standard operating procedure, Stella did inform us that when you had contacted her, that language was used that was not necessarily called for. Again I believe the situation as unfortunate as it was, could have been handled better by both parties and we have addressed this situation with Stella. We hate to hear we would lose your business because of this and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so you can experience the award winning service you've known and trusted for several years.

It isn't the newest motel but it is clean and the staff is great. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the AC was not taking all the stuffiness out of the room but we sleep fine. there was a pool but we didn't use it. Looked great. Was in a nice location.

My wife and I took our granddaughters to Branson for a couple of days of fun. As always with a Best Western hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the people were friendly. One especially pleasing aspect of this hotel was that the pool was open until midnight. We wish all of the Best Western hotels would adopt this policy. Our only complaint is that my wife couldn't bring her one pound four ounce Yorkie service dog. Her separation anxiety was tough.

If you are going to be in the Branson area, this Best Western is the place to stay. It's not on the main street which we really liked. It was very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. It's only a couple of minutes to the main street where are the attractions are. This hotel is clean, fantastic staff, nice indoor pool, and good hot breakfast in the morning.

this is a great hotel ,, close to food and some shows ,,(other shows just round the corner )and for the show or tour tickets there are 2 wonderful ,,helpful ladies ,,(Anna Lee and Dee Bopp) waiting in the gift shop to help arrange tickets for most of anything thing even at a short notice (saves a lot of stress wondering if you can get tickets at last min also because of rain ,,one show that I had already paid for with my charge card was cancelled , but the ladies had my money refunded to my charge card right away ,,We was there for 7 days , we was put on the 4th floor ,elevator a little slow on busy days ,,but we walked down the stairs so didn't use the workout room ., I truthfully say we did not have one problem ,,every person on the front desk (that we had contact with ) was super helpful we had no problem checking in and out ,,even though we arrived one day earlier than arranged ,, I queried something on my bill (my mistake ) and it was explained clearly to me ,. Thy have a nice WARM ,CLEAN swimming pool. ,I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and all the staff ,.

Hotel is quite nice for what I paid for 5 nights. Pool is open till midnight so the kids could go tire themselves out before bed. Each staff member was kind and happy to help. I would stay here again if I go to Branson again. My big complaint is they only offer bacon for breakfast on sundays. My room also had a sink in the bathroom and a sink outside the bathroom, which is really nice when you have 4 people in the room.

Our family spent 2 nights in Branson at the Best Western for Mother's Day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean. The beds are comfortable. We were less than a 5 minute drive to most attractions, yet in an area that was quiet so you could sleep. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast bar was great. We normally do not eat breakfast at the hotel, but we decided to eat here both days. We would return and wish we could have stayed longer.

The people and service at this hotel are wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. The tornado sirens went off while we were there, and the staff had us all go to the basement, continuing to check on us and the status of the storm. Luckily, we were all fine, and returned to our rooms when the storm was over. It was reassuring to know that everyone was caring and concerned for our safety.

My wife and I enjoyed a three-night stay at Best Western Music Capital Inn on a Thursday thru Sunday. We enjoy making trips to Branson for a long weekend, and this one was over the Easter Weekend. The location is on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, near its intersection with highway 76. There are numerous restaurants nearby, as well as several "back ways" to access shows on the strip without actually having to be on highway 76. There was ample parking, and check-in was easy and quick. There were not a lot of other patrons at the hotel when we were there. The facility was very clean, and we never had to ask for our room to be serviced, for extra towels, etc. We were in room 219 near the rear of the property, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The mattresses were of good quality, and the A/C worked flawlessly. We enjoyed a good night sleep every night. The room had both a microwave and mini refrigerator which made keeping refreshments easy. There was plenty of hot water and nice towels. Having two sinks is always nice too. Breakfast was well stocked, and had a good variety, including various breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and two waffle stations. The breakfast area was kept very clean, and had the extra benefit of overlooking the indoor pool area. The pool and hot tub were very well kept and clean, and there were always plenty of towels available for patrons. The area has a lot of glass and skylights, and is well over two stories in height. The temps were well managed as well - heated when chilly and cooled during the day. We were very impressed with the pool and really enjoyed the hot tub after a day at Silver Dollar City. Did I mention "clean". When we took the stairs to the pool, the floor in the hallway (out of the way place) was squeaky clean. The staff and owners here take a lot of pride in the property, and it showed. The total package was a great value for what we paid, and we would be happy to stay here again. The staff was laser focused on making sure you were pleased to be there.

I use to stay at this hotel every year for years until life got busy. I came back to it because it was always clean and had wonderful customer service. I was not disappointed. Front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. Food is good and place is clean!

This was a nice hotel and off the main strip a bit. We went after spring break but before the busy season so it was super quiet. I kind of ended up staying at this location by accident. I like to stay at the one on the strip and accidentally booked this one. I was a little concerned just because I wasn't sure what to expect. This hotel was very good though. The customer service was well above average, room was nice and clean and the hot tub was awesome! I have stayed at 20+ hotels in Branson and this was amount the top 5. If you don't mind being on the back strip then this is well worth the look.

This hotel is downtown but not on the strip. Lots of things to do nearby and not having to drive far for them. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. Pool was open till 11pm and a small game room for things to do at hotel.

We stayed here for the 4th time in eighteen months and enjoyed the stay. We were traveling with my sister and brother-in-law and the hotel was great. We stayed here as part of a package deal with other attractions through ReserveDirect. Unfortunately we felt the room not up to our cleanly standards. The first room did not have working heat , and the heat register was full of dirty crumbs. A lightbulb and radio were left in our room by housekeeping as well . After staff unable to get heat working we were appreciatively moved to a different room. Unfortunately this room was not much cleaner , we had to wipe red smears off our toilet seat and toiletback before feeling comfortable using the bathroom and were a bit grossed out after that. Dirtyness on the counter, stray hairs and nail clippings, flecks on the floor ; we stayed but never felt very sanitary. Our 3 morning's breakfast service was hit or miss, 1 lady did great keeping food out and was friendly, another didn't seem to keep things stocked and didn't even change out the juice that ran empty after we had asked. The hotel had nice aspects such as a santa for kids, but even little touches like this did not make up for the overall poor room quality we experienced. We were disappointed and had expected better. We would not return here.

This is a lovely motel, convenient but quiet. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We didn't know that Santa and Mrs. Claus would be there, and it was a wonderful surprise for our grandchildren! They are perfect and gave the kids a sweet gift. My only complaint is that the water in the pool was too cold for me.

Best motel I have stayed in over the past 10 years. Used to travel every week as part of my business. This facility is the best in my memory. The physical plant is well taken care of, but, to me, the attitude and atmosphere of this place is the highlight of my stay.

We always stay at Music Capital Inn Best Western in Branson, and would not stay anywhere else! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, no matter where they are, from houskeeping, to front desk, to concierge office. The location is very convenient to whatever we want to do; shopping, shows, etc.

Just want to give thumbs up review of this hotel & their very professional but down home friendly & helpful employees especially Brenda, Katy & Marcella. We had to travel to Branson for family emergency. My husband is double amputee so we need special accommodations. Upon checking in Brenda & Katy were very helpful. When in our handicapped available room, hubby need use restroom. Unfortunately the toilet was not handicapped height. When he tried get off I had to have front desk call 911 who responded immediately. I feel maybe hotel should address this to correct to correct height. Also the bed was so very high for us to get him into easily & safely hope they can also address that. Next am Marcella was very helpful to bring riser for stool. Overall it was the most helpful & friendly place we have stayed at. Breakfast was excellent & those ladies who took care of dining room were also great. We had traveled to Branson last November needing same accommodations at different hotel & were treated like 2nd class people. It was no comparison to staying at Music Capital Inn. We definitely will stay there again if can get arrangments for handicapped room. They were excellent!

I took a group of 123 people to Branson for our 5th trip to Sights & Sounds Theatre. The hotel was very hospitable and welcomed us with open arms...3 bus loads. Breakfast was great and everyone enjoyed the variety every day....however, there is just so much you can do with breakfast menu. They did a great job, kept the food coming and everyone had plenty. The rooms were without complaints, except our only day for cleaning a few of the maids decided it was okay to leave the dirty towels on the floors in the bathroom and did not restock. This was the only thing that keep me from giving a 5. That was pretty tacky....make the bed and leave dirty towels on the floor. Darlene in the front office was a great communicator and worked with me. The location of the hotel is not in town, but if you are able to walk....there are several places to eat and antique malls to enjoy. We were on a tight schedule so all did not enjoy the surroundings. We will return in 2020 for our next performance and I will probably stay there again unless the group is larger and want to be in the center of town. thanks to all the staff for the hospitality and ICE CREAM!!

Great location, the room was above expectations and the staff is FANTASTIC!! I have never received the attention and willingness to make sure all my needs were met as this staff and hotel provided. Myself and 2 of my friends had a mini trip planned to travel to Branson, MO and see the "Sampson" show, everything was amazing and we all had such a great time. Thank you!!!

What a wonderful hotel. Very clean and obviously upgraded. Everything you could wish for at breakfast. In room Microwave popped the corn perfectly. Large tub and shower with handholds for safety. Close to shows and activities. Pleasant, friendly staff. Be sure to go see the Hawgood's performance while you are there. They are better than most Las Vegas acts I have seen. You won't be sorry.

We stayed at Music Capital Inn on 10/4/18 and again found it a great hotel to be at. Although their manager has retired, the new manager, Josh, will see to it they will still give you the finest place to spend your vacation in Branson. All of their employees are very friendly and will make your stay the best. All of the rooms are great but we prefer to be on the second level as that is where the front desk check in is located as well as the lobby, the breakfast room, and the gift shop and show ticket sales is there also. They have a nice salt water pool and beside it is the hot tub and sauna.Also have available a laundry room, an exercise room, and a game room. The parking is on level ground with no hills to climb. They will be getting decorated for the Christmas season soon .A stay here is one you wont forget so get a reservation soon as they are usually fully booked up during the Christmas season.

My wife and I went to Branson to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and stayed at this hotel. The Staff was great from the minute we walked up to check in right down to the morning we left. We spent five nights there and found Every part of this Hotel to be Excellent. Every staff member (whether it was front desk, the breakfast people, housekeeping or the maintenance people) were very friendly, polite and asked how they could be of help to us. This is how a Great Hotel is run and is the best We've ever stayed in. A truly relaxing trip. We appreciate everyone of those employees and will certainly stay at this location when we go back.

We just completed our second visit to Branson and each time we have stayed at the Best Western Music Capital Inn. We love the location as it is just around the corner from all the restaurants and shows on Hwy 76, but you don't have to deal with any of the congestion and traffic. The staff is friendly and the hotel very clean. After arriving, we decided to switch to a handicap room since our adult daughter was also traveling with us and in a wheelchair. We had no problem at all making the change. Staff were all very accommodating and even brought in a separate rollaway bed so the entire family could sleep comfortably. The inside pool is huge and there is also a hot tub. Both hot tub and pool have handicap lifts for getting into and out of the water if needed. There is breakfast provided and offers a great variety of both hot and cold items. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. In summary...great staff, location and price...highly recommended to anyone staying in the area.

I love going to this motel in Branson. It's on Shepard of the Hills Expressway, on the north side of the town, and off the 76 strip. But it's easy to get anyplace in Branson from the motel. There's never a lot of traffic on the expressway, so you can get in and out easy. The pool and hot tub are open late, the water temp is great, and the towels are plenty. Breakfast in the morning is a full buffet, both hot and cold, with fresh fruit always available. They do the Best Western "we'll come clean your room every day, or just on days you'd like, and give your more points for future stays" thing, and that has always worked wonderful for us. Do you really need clean towels every night? Staff is friendly, and very good at anticipating your needs. Check-in is quick and painless, as is check-out.

One of the nicest and cleanest places in Branson. Also it is secured. No worries about someone walking into your room at night, which was our first experience in Branson, not here though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a little lacking and it was very crowded as breakfast which ended at 9:30 and most guests were just starting to move about 9am so seating was limited and the staff was doing their best to keep everything full and clean. A larger eating area and extended breakfast time would help a lot. More “hot” choices” would be nice too, but other than that it was perfect. We will for sure stay here again when we come back.

My family & I stayed here for a weekend getaway (we only live about an hour from Branson) & the room was plenty big for our group. We had 5 kids with us (ages from 1 to 14) & no one felt cramped or uncomfortable in our room. Add in the free breakfast, salt water pool, friendly staff, & excellent location to all Branson has to offer & we will definitely be staying here again!

We have stayed at this Best Western before when visiting Branson so we wanted to stay again for several reasons. First of all, the rooms are very nice and fresh. The breakfast is good and when it gets crowded, there is a lot of seating in the lobby which we took advantage of each day. Perhaps the best reason for choosing this Best Western is the location! It is NOT located right on the main drag (Hwy 76) which is really an advantage because that road is ALWAYS busy and hard to turn in and out of. Shepherd of the Hills Expy is much less busy and provides back roads to avoid Hwy 76 when going to the shows or shopping. The only hard thing we experienced is that our room key was constantly not working which made us have to make multiple trips to the office to get a new one.

Rooms were clean. Conveniently located. Shower curtain in our bathroom was hung wrong and we couldn't figure out how to close it properly. Game room was kind of lame and the floors in the pool area are slippery but we will definitely stay there again.

The friendliness of the front desk staff was as good as I've seen anywhere. Nice lobby and a good breakfast, plus a very comfortable room. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and motels in my work travels, and this compares to the best.

Not that is was bad but to rate it more than 2 stars would be stretching it. Room on first floor , lighting was dim. Breakfast was ok but again it's a good two star hotel but nothing more. Ok for one to two nights max.

This was our first time in Branson & at this hotel. We picked this hotel for great reviews & great price. After staying here, I am confused by all the great reviews. The staff is friendly & hotel was clean. The rooms could use some updating. Our room was a double queen & was a little small. AC could not keep up with the heat & lighting is very poor. Had all the lights on & still very dim in the room. Beds were very bouncy & killed my back. Had to sleep with pillows underneath me. The view from our window was the front of the roof & part of a tree. The breakfast area was a little small & crammed with people. Line going out the door & down the hallway. Stayed four nights & could only eat hot food twice because of the wait. Scrambled eggs were mushy & the fried eggs were like rubber. The WiFi was horrible!!! Very slow & couldn't get on the internet most of the time. We had 3 devices & couldn't get on with any of them. My husband complained about it & said they would reset the AP - it didn't help. On our last night, my husband complained again because we could not get on the internet. The man at desk gave my husband the phone# to call their support to get it fixed! The hotel's problem & WE have to call their support to try & get it fixed!!! Outrageous & unprofessional!!! Will not stay here again.

Please accept my sincere apologies for failing to exceed your expectations. I am sorry you experienced difficulty using your devices during your stay. We utilize a fiber wifi system which generates plenty of bandwidth/signal strength for the entire hotel which also supports our business systems. Since you were unable to access the internet from any of your devices, it may have had something to do with the settings you use at home. The support number you were given assists our guests with their individual device settings when that is the problem. I do wish that you had brought the issues of the bed and the lighting in your room to our attention during your stay so that we could have remedied them before you spent four nights in an uncomfortable bed. We would have been happy to move you to a room more to your liking. We thank you for your feedback, both the good and the bad. Wonderful place to stay, clean and updated. Friendly staff, we needed a pack n play and they had one as well as willing to set it up in the room for us. Pool area very clean. Breakfast choices great and plenty of room to sit with family. Loved the gift shop inside the motel. Would stay here again.

We always stay at this motel when we come to Branson and we come several times a year. We have never experienced any problems. It's very clean and quiet. The breakfast is superb with many choices such as waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage or bacon, variety of cold cereals, juices, and several others.

I'm giving this hotel an average, because it checks all the basic requirements. The hotel was clean, well updated, with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was good but without much variety (eggs and sausage four days in a row). My biggest complaint is that this hotel was HOT! Granted the four nights we spent in Branson were all nearly 100+, but the AC in this hotel just couldn't keep up. We couldn't get the temperature down below 77 in our room until about 1am even after the hotel staff let us borrow a large box fan. The staff was all very helpful sending maintenance up to look at the window unit and even offering to try switching our room, but there was nothing wrong with our window unit and it wasn't just our room that was hot. Even at 77 degrees our room was noticeably cooler than the hallway. After spending full days in the hot sun at White Water and Silver Dollar City, all we wanted was to come back to a cool room for a refreshing night's sleep, and this hotel missed that mark by far. My family lost sleep due to the extreme heat and this really detracted from our visit. It was a nice hotel, but I won't stay here again for that reason.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was just as enjoyable as the first one. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is fantastic, the property is well maintained and has had some updating since the last time I was there. Dee in the gift shop is always helpful and willing to make sure your experience in Branson is wonderful when looking for shows and attractions. We love visiting Branson, and this hotel is easily accessed by one of the several bipasses Branson has now. I also like the fact that the pool is a salt water pool, and you don't reek of chlorine when exiting the pool area!

From the time we got there the staff, especially Brenda at the front desk, made us feel welcome. Our room was not quite ready, however we were allowed to check in early which allowed us to make our reservations at the shows we had reserved and the restaurant. An excellent all around experience, we will definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying here. (The first was 2015.) This was another amazing experience. The hotel is clean, bright, and cheerful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so happy, and helpful. Our room was clean, cold and quiet. :) The only sad part to our stay was finding out that you no longer carry that amazing hand cream (with the sea salt) in your gift shop. I was hoping to get more, but I understand why it is no longer there. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!!

We've visited Branson three times in the past three years and have stayed here all three times! We love this hotel! It's in a great location above all the traffic congestion but can easily access everything. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel are clean. The breakfast each morning is excellent with biscuits, gravy, eggs, meat that changes each day, waffles, fruit, pastries, etc. The indoor pool is nice too and well ventilated so it's not hot and stuffy like most. I'm sure we'll return to Branson again and again this will be our hotel choice. One of the best values we've found!

We were supposed to stay in a condo in Branson West. When we arrived at the accommodations, we found our condo was infested with ants. It was already late and we decided to get a hotel while we figured out what to do. We arrived at the BW Music Capital Inn after 10:00pm. The person working the front desk was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It made the horrible experience we were having melt away. We got checked in and got right to bed. The hotel seems to be quiet and clean. The only thing I would have appreciated more would be more updated rooms. Something less brown. :-) Breakfast was free and very tasty. I was really pleased with the value of the room for the price and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and genuinely seemed to care. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it to someone else.

We use this hotel every time we visit Branson, once to twice a year. They are clean, comfortable, easy access, away from Hwy 76 traffic but close to every thing. Internet, swimming pool, great breakfast, very nice staff. There is nothing we want for. TV, Fridge, Microwave, iron, hair dryer, all standard. HVAC works well. Never smells old or musty. Room was very clean and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good but no variety and donuts were very dry,. Will definitely stay here again,Nice pool. convenient location. Just off the main road ND EASY TO WALK TO SOME.

2nd time at this location; first time about 8 years ago. Selected this property based on our last stay and other recent reviews. The hotel is great. The area is good, just off the main drag. No complaints about the local people. The ladies helping with show tickets were great. A special shout out to Marcella (pretty sure that's her name....she was extra helpful to us and we appreciate that big time). Breakfast is fine...if you can't find something there, you aren't very hungry. We did not do to the pool area...but we didn't come to Branson to swim! You can't go wrong staying. Hallway entry to all rooms, which we like. Secure entry from the side doors. Hotel was clean. No complaints here at all. My only complaint is more with Best Western Corporate. I received the best rate thru a third party service...so BW did not get me credit for reward points. Perhaps BW corporate should reduce their rates some and that wouldn't happen. Nevertheless.....stay here anyway. Great place, great staff!!

We had friends staying in their trailer in this part of town. The facility is older, but has been kept up well. The rooms have newer ACs that are quieter than most. The staff was very helpful. The free breakfast was very good-scrambled eggs, sausage, Waffles, toast and other breads were plentiful. The rooms were typical Best Western and clean. The indoor pool was good if not very large. The price was very good for the location - not cheap, but a good value.

If you come to Branson, make this your hotel. This is our third time and we always choose this Best Western. It is off the main strip, therefore it is quiet and has very little traffic. It affords you quick access to the strip by several back roads. Within a couple of blocks you have 5 or 6 highly rated restaurants. The entire staff is very polite and helpful when needed. We have always found our rooms very clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast has a very large selection of items and they have a overflow room if there are too many guest at breakfast at one time. The only thing I would change with this hotel is the number of handicap parking places, increasing the number would be helpful.

Very nice clean,hotel and staff was awesome. Close to strip but far enough away from traffic was perfect. You won't be disappointed. We were greeted with a smile fast check in and the bible was opened with a thank you note from the owners which made us feel very welcomed.

The staff was very friendly upon entry. The rooms were nice and clean. The indoor pool was a little cold, but not too bad. Breakfast was good. Price could have been a little cheaper considering it was not peak season.

Our stay was amazing! Staff was very friendly & helpful. All employees greeted you with a smile. The rooms where very clean. Beds were comfortable as well. Getting to the hotel was very easy & the traffic to & from wasn't crazy.

I am a Tour Manager who had a group block of rooms at the Best Western Music Capital Inn. I have to comment on how friendly & helpful the staff were at this Hotel. Being in the tour business, I experience many different Hotels & have had both good & not-so-good experiences. This Hotel exceeded both my & the group expectations. A couple of the nights there, I did not need my room cleaned, so left the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, but when I returned at night, there was a basket outside my door filled with clean towels & toiletries! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a no-frills, down-to-earth Hotel stay.

This place was chosen for several reasons & it came through great! We prefer to stay off Hwy 76 because it can be so crazy busy (& it was when we were there) so the location was perfect: close to everything but not stuck in traffic jams. Score 1. We like breakfast and not the dried pastry kind of breakfast, -yes this place had really good breakfast choices and lots of them. Score 2. The weather was still cool and they have an indoor, heated pool, hot tub, & sauna. Oh my goodness, after a full day of walking, soaking in their heated pool, hot tub, & sauna was absolutely heaven! Score 3. Do I recommend this place? Does a bird have feathers?

I went to this hotel with my best friend and we had a blast! There is such a warm welcoming feel the moment you walk through the doors at this Best Western. It's been recently updated and I love the look of it! The lady in the gift shop, Miss Dee, was so helpful and just headed us to just the right shows. She was so funny. The front desk was cheerful and ready to help us at a moment's notice. The manager, Sue, made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone visiting Branson!!

My wife and I spent this weekend in Branson, Missouri. While in Branson we always enjoy arranging lodging at the Best Western Music Capital Inn. The Best Western is always a delightful place to stay. The facility's General Manager, Sue Gordy leads her operations team by example. And, I must tell you, this team is top notch. I met, Darlene, a new team member to this hotel, but not to the Myers family. It was delightful to meet her and spend a few minutes getting to know one another. Our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Ms. Brenda checked us out and Ms. Brenda ALWAYS brings her A game to her customer contact. Our stays at this BW always feels like home. Great place to stay. This Best Western has a decent breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff. There a several restaurants nearby. It is away from most of the traffic. You can also get show tickets at the gift shop.

Stayed in 3 other hotels that week.... Loved the hotel and staff so much we decided to stay another day in Branson, Friendly, Clean and great location.The breakfast was an entire meal, not just a waffle and coffee. Food was excellent. My wife and I stayed at the Best Western-Music Capital Inn for a weekend trip to Branson. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as well as the heated indoor pool! I booked this hotel only because of the pool and hot tub area for a weekend getaway for the kids. The pool room was 65 degrees, they said they had to keep the window open to create a draft for the door to the pool area to shut.... I say fix the door, it was 10 degrees outside, the heaters in the room couldn't even begin to keep up with that temperature blowing in. The water was warm, but 65 degrees is too cold for kids to get in and out of the pool. And on top of that, the hot tub closed the day of our arrival. Needless to say, we did not get to spend near as much time using the pool as we had hoped for. I had to give the hotel a 4 rating, however, because everything was super clean and everyone was very accommodating. Our rooms were ready before check-in time and very clean. The free breakfast was better that average with many options to choose from. Beds and pillows were better than average. Hotel location is excellent also. I hope they get the pool area situation figured out because it is very nice and we would like to stay again the next time we venture to Branson.

The Best Western Music Capital Inn has been my family's primary vacation hotel getaway for a good 20 years. It is really hard to beat with comfortable beds and one of the best indoor pool/hot tub/ sauna areas in Branson. The breakfast is great and the desk service is first rate. We take advantage of the off-season deal for a Christmas getaway every year. I have to note that their peak season rates are getting out of hand. We find ourselves going to their competitors during the summer because the rates are too high and the hotel will not play ball with the price. The management should take the advice of the Phood Phantom and at least match the price of their competition and more importantly give their loyal customers a price break even during peak season. I always call Music Capital Inn and then wind up staying in my second choice. How many other customers are doing the same thing? Money walking people.

Just got back. Went to watch a Christmas show in Branson. Got back late but my kiddos still were able to swim since the pool was open until midnight. It's salt water and heated. Boys were enjoyed that it wasn't freezing! Next morning Mr. and Mrs. Claus was in the lobby at breakfast visiting with the kids. One of the staff sang a song. It felt so warm and welcoming. And the room was set up with an extra sink and mirrors making it easier for everyone to get ready.

Lost hot water in shower. Hotel was full crowded for breakfest. Ixe box knob was broke. No heat in bath room. The staff was great and was a family American owned. Dont want to beat the hotel totaly up the breakfest was great. Bed were comfortable. Just needed to come back after ten am to clean the room. If u werent out early ur room doesnt get cleaned

We stayed here in 2014 and gave this hotel very high ratings but this time not so good. Our room was kind of dirty and the wifi was very very slow. However, the location is good, breakfast was good, breakfast room was not crowded, and our room was a nice size. We really liked that you could get show vouchers at the hotel. But you still need to stand in line at the theater to get your tickets. I will have to think twice before we stay here again as there are lots of choices nearby.

We visited Branson in May and stayed at this hotel at that time. We were so pleased with its location, accommodations, staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the entire hotel; we obviously chose this hotel again. If you have not been to Branson before, the main strip can be rather busy with more traffic than is desirable. This Best Western is located off the main strip but close enough to be at all shows within a few minutes. There are plenty of quality restaurants close to the hotel with easy access.

We stay here whenever we visit Branson. They have a good breakfast - though you need to get there early or it's really busy/crowded. They have a nice indoor pool area with hot tub. The rooms are clean & the staff friendly. I recommend it when visiting Branson.

Nice hotel and good location in the middle of everything. Excellent staff, good breakfast, but my husband wasn't impressed with the coffee. The beds are a little firm if you are use to a pillow top like us. I requested a first floor room, close to a door and that is what I got! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were nice.

My family was very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Music Capital Inn for our trip to Branson. They had an excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel was located in a good spot to get to get to multiple places in Branson with ease. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We like this motel and location. It's very clean and off 76 hwy. so you don't have all the traffic to worry about. The breakfast is good and they have coffee at all times.????. Checking in and out is easy.

Communication very poor from start to checkout given different price on the phone than final bill signed a form they did not have to change my sheets but I told the desk clerk we still wanted our bathroom cleaned and clean towels she said no problem just tell the maids ask them every day never happed spent 3days with 3 women and never had the bathroom cleaned or trash emptied. Finally went to the desk and got towels and shampoo

This hotel was fantastic! I have never had a speedier check in. I honestly think it took less than 5 minutes! Accommodations were nice. Teenagers used the pool and arcade and had fun. They said the hot tub was actually “hot”. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and comforting. Close to Silver Dollar City. Doesn't appear to be new from the outside, but you'd never know it from the inside. It's beautiful. Will be staying here on my next trip to Branson.

Love this hotel the staff is very friendly Brenda provides excellent customer service. My only disappointment this time was the guest bathroom sink did not drain very well I did report to the front desk in the evening about the issue it seems it may have been fixed but still did not drain very well and when we first went into the room the bathroom was not cleaned very well Overall I do like this hotel as I have not had any issues in the past when I stay this will not keep me from staying in future trips.

We really liked the layout of the room. Two sinks were very handy. Having a refrigerator also was good. Didn't use the microwave but nice it was there. We used the green program and kept our room clean. Staff was very helpful and eager to help.

Four day celebrating our 20th anniversary. Branson a favorite destination for wholesome, family friendly entertainment. Our first stay at the BW Music Capital Inn. Excellent in every way: easy check-in, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and variety, nice pool for my aqua exercises, courteous staff. Plus, at least for us, great location for getting around by not being on the main Hwy 76 route. Will definitely look to come back.

Friendly staff, clean room, awesome indoor pool, and delicious breakfast. Only problem I had was the door to get in the building has a place you have to swipe your key and it usually took a minimum 3 tries to get it to work (one time it took several tries). That was frustrating. Also the bed was a bit firm for me. I like a softer bed, but I slept okay.

I've stayed here several times over the past 5 years and every time it has been pleasant. The pool area is nice and indoors so it can be used in any type of weather. The beds are comfortable the breakfast is good. I especially love how convenient this hotel is to Silver Dollar City and that you are able to avoid the traffic in the strip by having access to other roads around Branson.

We had to charge our vacation plans on short notice due to Irma and decided on Branson. We stayed six days and were very pleased with this Best Western. All the employees are great at their jobs and friendly. I visited with Melissa, (working with the breakfast bar), several mornings, super sweet person and she loves her job. She shared how great the Myers are as employers and how the staff love working there. That speaks volumes about a business.

Our group spent two nights at the Best Western Music Capital Inn! It was all of ours first time there and we look forward to returning. The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size. The breakfast each morning was Really great! They had a wonderful selection each morning, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, cereal, juices and such. They also allowed us to utilize the breakfast room for card/board games. The lobby also has a rather large seating area, couches, chairs, and tables. There is also an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub(was closed for maintenance). The pool was relaxing. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We had a great time and I look forward to returning.

We always stay at Best Western hotels when we travel. We have stayed at various Best Westerns over the past and this Best Western was the BEST we have ever stayed at. The staff were fantastic. We stayed here the week of 9/9-9/15/17. Check in was quick and easy. Clerk was pleasant and efficient. Room was good. Has refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Room has 2 vanities which is nice when someone's is in the full bathroom. We had a little difficulty cooling the room down the first night and told the maid the next morning and within 5 minutes of telling him maintenance was there and fixed it. Maintenance also brought us a fan to move the air around just in case. The correction to the air conditioning unit fix our issue. I didn't go down for breakfast but my family brought me back the normal hotel breakfast fare. I would stay again if I return to Branson.

We stayed at Music Capital Inn on 8/25 as it close to Silver dollar city and the Southern Gospel Music festival. We had a very enjoyable time at both the Best Western and SDC. Best Western served up at great breakfast on Fri morning to get our day off to a great start. Anna Lee got us good tickets to the Pierce Arrow show, in fact she even went to the show with us and we all had an enjoyable time. The room at Best Western is spacious and comfortable and very quiet. The vanity outside of the bathroom lets us both prepare for the day at the same time as there is also a vanity in the bathroom proper. All of the employees are soo friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. This time of the year it is a good idea to make advance reservations, especially on weekend stays, as they fill up fast. Hope that Sue, the manager, gets back to work soon as we missed her being there.

This motel lives up to its reputation as one of the best motels in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattresses wer very comfortable giving me a good nightd sleep. The staff were very polite and helpful. I was offered an express check out if I wanted it. This was my first time in a salt water pool a I was surprised, no burning eyes from the chlorine and no dry skin. The hot tub was at the right temperature, in my opinion. The sauna was great. The temperature got to the operating level very quickly. I would recommend this motel to any one who wants a great value for the money. This motel is located close to several shows and restaurants. Traffic is moderate to light making it easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Actually right across the street from the Soji Tabuchi Theatre

We like this hotel for a variety of reasons. First, it's typical Best Western: Not ritzy, but a very good hotel for a reasonable price. It's well located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, close to everything but not right in the middle of the busiest section. It's well-managed, and the employees are friendly and helpful. It's a good hotel for the price.

LOVE!! this place. Super nice employees, breakfast is great. We come every year and stay at the same place for the shepherd of the hill car show. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is also great, restaurants across the street not far from the strip, and close to shepherd of the hills.

We have stayed at the Best Western Music Capital Inn several times. It's a very nice, clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a good location off of the strip. It is very similar to another hotel across town owned by the same family (different chain) but we prefer this one due to the smaller size and slightly lower price. The first hotel I check availability for when going to Branson!

This hotel is a little off the main strip, the staff were very friendly, nice pool and hot tub. We stayed with our 2 kids and two other families who also had kids. Kids loved the pool area, it was plenty of room. The breakfast area, while a little small, was nice. Over all a great place to stay! Left satisfied..

My wife and I booked a 3 night stay, but only stayed two. Check-In featured one lady who was on the phone and was alone. She was nice enough, when checking us in, but said she was in training and couldn't answer many questions. She did refer us to a kind lady in gift shop that was very helpful and the hotels only saving grace other than its location. Where to start, mold on shower curtain rod, torn worn carpet near bathroom, housekeeping was not best. One day we returned from Top of The Rock to shower mid afternoon and room had not been cleaned, and housekeeping staff was reprimanding employees in hallway. A used tissue was on bed as added bonus. No tissues in room or coffee one day. We decided to just drive home Sat. Night. Property needs an update. When we checked out, lady at desk could not produce a bill. We booked based on high reviews on Trip Advisor, but save money and go elsewhere.

Beds were awesome, and I have a bad back. Pool and hot tub was great, grandkids had a great time. I feel they should have some rules though, there were kids down there by themselves unsupervised jumping in Breakfast was ok it's your norm nothing out of the ordinary.

Nice Best Western on Shepherd of the Hills Parkway just off main strip. Good rooms, nice breakfast, pool looked nice! Gift shop and show tickets inside! Liked the Drum Set Pendant lights in the main lobby!!!! Friendly staff. Really comfortable bed in King Whirlpool suite.

Staff was very friendly and nice very helpful but we were very unhappy that we did not get the room that I ordered and no one did anything about it the maids did not clean our room and I ended up having to clean my room myself not the kind of vacation I wanted not sure if I would stay or recommend this place

We LOVE this hotel! Our family has been coming to the Music Capital Inn since 1995 because of their genuine hospitality and wonderful service. I tell all my friends, family and co-workers, this is the best hotel in Branson. They have great rooms, breakfast, swimming pool area and an awesome location! You just can't beat this wonderful hotel :)

The rooms are very nice and the staff is beyond awesome, helpful and friendly. The have a very nice hot tub and pool. The breakfast buffet is a nice way to start your day. The security over the whole building was good.

Location is decent. Couple miles from strip and 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City. Motel style hotel. Building dated but rooms were clean and bathrooms nice. Full hot breakfast with eggs and sausage plus lots of other items.

This was a getaway weekend with the wife and kids. The Hotel location is Good. Close and accessible to all entertainment, dining and shopping. The landing was only 7 min away. A good hotel that provides breakfast which included bread, cornflakes, waffles, pancakes, fruits, fruit juices, eggs, etc. The gift shop in this hotel is small but yet it has a good collection of many little things at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the cleaning crew checks if it needs cleaning when we met them in the hallway. ICE Vending machine is available on every floor. Carpets are clean and noticed that the staff takes extra care in keeping it clean. Bathrooms are neat and provided us shampoo, conditioner, face bar, and a hand bar soap. "The Butterfly Palace" is about a mile away from the hotel and most of the other attractions of Branson is less than 5 miles away. Many restaurants and pharmacy are also nearby. There is a nice swimming pool in this hotel which comes in handy if the weather isn't favoring you to explore the outdoors. Free wifi is also provided for the guests.

The rooms weren't that great which is besides the point of the reason why my rating is low. The girl who was in charge of cleaning my room just was lazy.... one day she just didn't clean it. We get back to our room around 4pm ask her if she's going to clean it she pretty much told us yeah yeah to shut us up. And then we asked the front desk and happen to run into that girl again she was already leaving for the day.. they sent someone else to clean it.... today we get back to our room and the beds were barley made our breakfast stuff was still left there I guess she just doesn't want to clean our room...

Having had so many disappointing experiences with hotels in the past, from the moment we walked into the Best Western Music Capital Inn, we were relieved to notice the cleanliness and overall pleasant presentation. The staff was very helpful, since we had reserved two rooms for two nights via Expedia, with the 2nd night being added on a later date, the rooms wound up being separated, so we'd have to move our belongings to a different room for night #2. The staff went out of their way to fix the issue and keep us in the same rooms for both nights. The rooms were clean, updated and very-well kept. The indoor pool area was also nice for our kids to enjoy on a rainy night. And the breakfast both mornings was surprisingly good. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great value! Would highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Free internet worked well. Housekeeping service was good and check in/check-out was simple and quick.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with fresh red apples and hot coffee. The hotel is located off of the strip but close by several show locations. There is plenty of parking. The hot tub and pool are open until midnight providing a nice relaxation after a show and before bed time. This is a nice place to stay while in Branson.

We booked last minute and was a little apprehensive about this hotel. We originally booked for 4 nights but it being our first visit to missouri we decided to change our trip a bit and head up to st. Louis for half of our vacation. We love Branson and will definitely be back. This hotel accomadated our change in plans with no questions asked. Then our second day in branson we left the "do not disturb" card in the door. We frequently do this when we go out of town, however, we have never had the service we recieved at this best western. They left a note that said they did note clean our room and they left a basket of towels at our door. We have stayed at hotels that range from 5 star to 2 star and have never had that kind of towel service, most of the time we have to go to the front desk or a linen closet to get towels. The room itself is kind of dated but it was clean and great size for just my husband and i. When we come back to branson we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights, beds comfortable, handy location, great breakfast, small indoor pool and hot tub. good pricing. Public areas,(pool, breakfast were crowded but acceptable as hotel was full). Would stay here again. good internet speed and dependable. GREAT STAFF.

Hotel was in a perfect place for us. It was off the main drag, but still close to what we wanted to do and see. Due to business ended up in Branson, so we added some vacation time. So glad we did as we enjoyed our time.

Rooms are very small. You can hardly close the door without hitting the toilet in the bathroom. A/C units need updating. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are so small. Breakfast was missing. Some things weren't hot. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was in good condition. We would stay at the Comfort Inn Branson Meadows next time.

This is a really great hotel to stay at, we try and stay there every time we go to Branson which is several times a year. They always have a great staff. Place is always clean, and usually a great breakfast. Parking is always available and they have a great pool and exercise room

Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed 3 nights and room was cleaned each day in a very timely manner. Very affordable. Front desk and gift shop personnel very friendly and helpful. Clerk in gift shop opened back up for my husband when he needed some Tylenol. Breakfast was good, several choices.

This is a great hotel!! Very clean, super friendly staff, and good breakfast selection. It's a really good location, easy to take the red or blue route to get around. It was our first time to stay here, but won't be our last.

My wife and I visited here during Memorial Day weekend. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and has decent amenities, and has a great breakfast which is included but for the price paid I would have at least expected them to clean the room. We left to go enjoy the sights and sounds of Branson at 9am and returned a little after 11pm to an untouched room. I called the concierge and mentioned it to them and requested clean towels since we didn't have any. They apologized, brought us towels and said that they would refund the housekeeping fee. Sounded fair to me so I didn't think anything further about it. Upon checking out I mentioned this and they then stated that there were no housekeeping fees and we were pretty much out of luck. I then contacted Expedia, who I booked through, and explained the situation, who contacted the hotel for any sort of compensation who then stated to Expedia that "due to their policy in relation with my request for compensation that it has been denied". Will definitely avoid this hotel at all costs on the next trip to Branson.

We had a great experience at Best Western Music Capital Inn. Everyone on staff was very courteous and helpful. They were always smiling & taking time out of their day to say hello. A few of the housekeeping staff even made a point to learn our names and greeted us every time we saw her by our names. It made us feel special and appreciated.

We always stay here when we go to Branson. We've tried other hotels, but kept coming back to this one. Besides being clean, friendly, welcoming, serving a hot breakfast, with fridges & microwave in the guest rooms and always having coffee available in the lobby, added to an indoor pool and hot tub, it has all the amenities for a very reasonable cost. And one of the best features is that it is not right on Hwy 76, which means it's easier to access with less traffic congestion, yet close to everything and all the faster alternative routes makes it only minutes away from most attractions. That also makes it quieter for sleeping. You can even buy show tickets right on premise. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed for five nights. Price was good. Chose because of indoor pool and website pictures and reviews. First time at this hotel. Staff was super nice. Breakfast great variety, always hot and plentiful. Always had a place to sit. Room was not one of the newly redone, but room was very nice, clean, comfortable and well supplied for our needs. Great indoor pool for the grand kids and us to enjoy. Location was great, little to no traffic issues at this location yet still in the middle of everything. Really easy to get to and from everything we needed. Would stay here again. Oh and also, room was so very quiet. We never heard another guest from our room and it has been a long time since a hotel offered a total quiet sleeping atmosphere.

This was our first trip to Branson and did not realize how busy the main strip is with traffic. We chose wisely by selecting the Best Western Music Capital Inn, it is not on the strip but very close to any of the shows. Less noise, less traffic and less hassle. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. If we were to say anything negative, the bathrooms are a little on the small size but not enough to cause our rating to be lowered. We plan on coming back to Branson and we will use this Best Western the next time. Close to some very good eating establishments. A very enjoyable stay.

This was our first stay there. We love Branson! This hotel was close to everything. It was clean and the staff were very friendlly and helpful, we did not have a chance to use the pool but we went and checked it out it was very clean and warm

First of all, let me say I am very picky about my hotels. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, I went ahead and booked this hotel without seeing it first. I was a little nervous about doing this, so I was wanting to check this hotel out good when we got there. This hotel is awesome. Super clean, very comfortable beds, super friendly staff. I needed a roll-a-way bed at the last minute on Saturday night. I called the front desk and they told me they were all given out for the night but they would put me on the list for the next night. Thirty minutes later, there is a knock on our door. They had located me a bed. They just went about and beyond to provide excellent service. The swimming pool was crystal clear and a very nice indoor pool area. The breakfast was delicious! This is the only hotel we will now stay at in Branson. Beyond impressed. Five Star Rating!!!

We stayed here Saturday because it was perfect for Silver Dollar City. So close and super easy access. We were blown away by hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness. By far our best Best Western experience in 24 years of traveling. Not only that, but the breakfast is the best we have ever had in a hotel where it's included with your stay. Constantly restocking and the variety is outstanding. Pool was huge, family friendly with a kiddie pool I and has an adult hot tub for folks wanting a good a hot tub but with no kids. We will be back.

We usually come to Branson yearly for shows and shopping. This was out third year in a row for May. Stayed at the same motel, same room, each time. It is easy to get around, and much better than the busy 76 strip. We are treated nice, and feels almost like "home away from home!"

We enjoyed everything about our stay .The staff was courteous and professional. The room was pristine. The beds were so comfortable, i woke up feeling younger and more refreshed than I have in a long time. Even my 13 year old grandson didn't get up in the middle of the night. We absolutely love this place! Family friendly place, lovely, clean, refreshing, rooms, delightful pool room, with sauna and hot tub, delicious hot breakfast! Cheerful, accomadating staff, and love the Christian music! Would definitely recommend this place,

Workers were all exceptionally kind especially front lady. The room was very clean and a good size. The breakfast was very yummy so you did not have to go out and buy breakfast--sausage, biscuits and gravy, donuts, cereal, fruit and eggs. Quality place for decent price!

We picked this "Inn" for Location on Shepherd of Hills Parkway Close to IMAX, across from Shoji Tabuchi Theatre. It is Not on main street, or 76 so you can avoid traffic. It was easy to get around from here.The staff were friendly, helpful. room was clean, in addition to pool, spa, hot tub being clean; breakfast is served each day, well kept and overlooks enclosed glass pool. This is a Family owned Inn, w/Christian values, they have a board to post your comments, are prompt when you need something, and have a Concierges person to help with shows tickets or restaurant. Good management here ... will be back next trip! Thanks recommendations: The bed was comfortable in room 214 all 200's are ground floor.Even numbers are on East side of building for morning light.

We stay here at least once a year. it isn't the only place we stay when we go to Branson, but we like it enough to keep coming back. Everyone is always friendly and the place is pretty nice and a good location off of the main drag. It's not what I would call a 4-star hotel, but I rate it as a 4 on TripAdvisor because you can trust that it will be clean, consistent and affordable. Most of the roadside hotels in Branson are pretty much a 3-star to 3 1/2-star hotel or below, but this is a nice place. The kids love the pool/hot tub and the breakfast in the morning. It's convenient to get to Silver Dollar City and back without getting on the Branson traffic. It's easy to get to from the East Side on Red Route, or if you're coming from the west, it's just off of the main stretch on the Red Route before you get to the bad traffic.

It was a very nice accommodations and everyone was nice, We were there two nights and slept well. We will probably stay there again since we enjoyed our stay. We usually take our RV and do not stay at many motels but Best Western is our preferred motel chain when we look for motels because of their quality facilities. We arrived late after a long drive to find we only had one room reserved instead of the two rooms we thought were reserved. The desk clerk was very accommodating and quickly solved the problem and found us another room close to the original room. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The wife and kids and I always love to stay at this hotel. Brenda is always friendly and nice to talk to on the phone when you make an appointment to stay here and when you show up she has a smile on her face and it makes you feel like you've come home. We love to swim in the salt water pool and relax in the hot tub. The rooms are always so clean and look like they've been remodeled. Had a good breakfast there, with eggs and sausage links, biscuits and gravy and about everything you could want in a breakfast. Mona that works the breakfast area is very nice and worked hard keeping the food full and hot. We will continue to stay at this hotel.

We came here for the weekend and enjoyed our stay here. This motel has different amenities, but we used it just for a place to sleep and eat breakfast. All of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The lightning in the room was a little dull. Again, overall a veru good motel.

I'm a frequent Branson visitor and this was one of the best places we've stayed. It was a great location and easy to get to. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and nice. We didn't use the gift shop or game room, but it was nice knowing it was there. The only issue we ran into was with breakfast in the morning, but I'm not sure what the hotel could do to improve that. There were two sides/lines with food, breakfast was busy, and guests were coming at the lines from all directions, which was frustrating. We will definitely be back for our next visit! I'd recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience: rooms, staff, breakfast, etc. Will ALWAYS stay in this hotel in Branson. Had a large group, with 35 rooms, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. In addition, they followed our instructions exactly placing student rooms right next to chaperone rooms.

We had another wonderful stay at Music Capital Inn , 2 days and 1 night. They were extremely busy as had multiple bus customers while we were there. We were assigned to a different room than was first offered due to they felt that getting on a different floor would be beneficial for us. Turned out that there were no noticeable disruptions anyway. Although the weather was rainy all the time, it did not take away the relaxing time spent at the Inn. The breakfast was very good and the girls kept the buffet filled and the tables cleaned off. Anna Lee got us show tickets at The Welk Center and the seats were in a good location and also enjoyed a good dinner before the show. We always stay here whenever possible while in Branson. It is best to make reservation direct with the Inn so your room will be available without having to make other arrangements. Due to time restraints, we did not get to the pool or hot tub this time. The pool is always kept spotless. Their location is the best, no whether what you have planned while in town. They have a spacious lobby which allows for people going or coming to get in without much disruption.

I love to stay at the Best Western Music Capital. We travel to Branson more than the average bear and stay with them a lot. And with the Myers hotel chain. They treat us very well as if we were family. The pool and hot tub are clean and exciting to be in. The rooms are always clean. I've been staying with Myers for about 7-8 years and have never once had a problem with anything. I recommend these hotels for buissness, family time or if you just want to get away for a weekend!

Great value during end of March. The hotel has a concierge (in the gift shop) and can arrange your tickets to shows. Very nice heated indoor pool with sauna and Jacuzzi hot tub. The hotel rooms are clean, quiet, nothing fancy. Breakfast was scrambled eggs that are formed into a patties, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cold cereals, make your own instant oatmeal, make your own waffles and they provide whipped cream from the can and strawberries or chocolate chips for the topping. They also have two or three types of doughnuts with icing, bagels with cream cheese, a little refrigerator of yogurt of varying flavors. Very professional and friendly front desk!

Good location, close enough so that it's only a short drive to everything in town, but out-of-the way enough so that we didn't feel bunched in by too much stuff around us. Right across the street from Shoji Tabuchi. Beautiful indoor pool, nice clean rooms, close parking, elevator, nice breakfast.

We never consider staying anywhere else in Branson. The people are so helpful, congenial and accommodating. It is like going home to see family since we normally stay there three times a year. We stopped and got the last room available for the night. The clerk was very helpful to get us a room to fit 2 adult and 2 small children. We will use this hotel again. We love the pool, sauna and hot tub. I would say if I had to find 1 thing wrong with the hotel, I would say the shower was not hot enough... it was warm but not hot. This is a very clean motel, with very fast check in and friendly staff. It was pretty clean, and had a nice sized bathroom with plenty of counter space. It even had an extra sink outside the bathroom, which is handy. Wifi was spotty at best, and none existent at night. Beds are very comfortable. The pool was wall to wall kids as it happened to be spring break...so much for a quiet relaxing vacation..the breakfast was not a pleasant experience. Kids running around with no parental supervision, trashing the place and leaving spilled food everywhere, and I didn't see one kitchen person trying to clean as they went. The eggs were terrible, as was the cold sausage, cold gravy, and cold biscuits. I don't think they could keep up with all the wild kids...we got coffee and left...

This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, though outdated. The wifi was too slow to use and room was a little too warm, but overall the experience wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location is great.

We've stayed here in the past and continue to come back. However, we will no longer be staying here. The "hot" tub was colder than the pool all three nights we stayed. The thermometer said 88 degrees. We notified the front desk and they indicated that others had already complained.They didn't seem too concerned and didn't offer any discount or apology.

Everything was clean, fresh, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and staff kept up with demand. Didn't use pool but it looked very clean and was inside. Like the location away from the busy strip.

We had a king room on the 4th floor which was very quiet. There is only one elevator and occasionally we had to wait a few min at busy times. All the rooms have interior entrance. Our room was very roomy with generous floor space. The complimentary breakfast included pancakes and waffles, both bacon and sausage and biscuits and gravy. The front desk staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of our group. For those of you familiar with Branson, the motel is straight across from Shoji and a couple of buildings from Pierce Arrow. The very popular Grandma Ruth's cinnamon rolls are about 1/2 block away. It is relatively easy to pull out and make a left turn. Would definitely consider returning there. Only reason I didn't give it more stars was the mattress and pillows weee too soft for my liking but I was so tired, I slept well anyway.

The staff was very helpful. It has a great saltwater indoor pool. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The wait for the elevator was generally speedy. This was the quietest hotel we ever stayed in. Has good Wi-Fi and cable television. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, eggs, bacon, sausage plus all other breakfast foods.

my only suggestion is to replace the deck chairs with swivel rolling chairs.. there is not much room where the desk is located. the wooden chairs do not slide around and made it very difficult to position the chairs for getting up & down by the desk.

Room smelled of Urine. Hot tub was not clean and was not hot enough. There was scum and hair all in the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel itself was ok too. Lobby was really clean and nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Located off the main strip where it is less crowded and quiet.

This was my first stay at the BW Music Capital Inn. It is conveniently located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway just across from Shoji Tabuchi's Theater. It is an older property but has been reasonably well maintained. Rooms were spacious and furnished with coffee makers, refrigerators, and microwaves. The bedding was reasonably comfortable but could use an upgrade. The shower/tub unit looked to have been recently upgraded and was nice. There was a separate vanity / dressing area outside the bathroom proper which proved very convenient for two occupants getting dressed simultaneously. There were lots of usable mirrors; and there were lots of electrical outlets to accommodate the recharging demands of our smart phones and tablets. There was one maintenance issue in our room (315) which I think justifies management's immediate attention. The electrical outlet for the bathroom vanity is badly in need of replacement. The plugs of our electrical devices (hair dryer and curling irons) fit so loosely into the outlet that their constant movement kept tripping the GFI breaker in the plug. This plug was virtually unusable and could represent both an electrical shock and/or fire hazard for future occupants. The free breakfast was good with many hot options including eggs, sausage, waffles, and pancakes. Service was good and overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. I would certainly consider another stay here.

My hubby and I are in the middle of our stay here and couldn't be more pleased. Great location...away from the busiest areas but you just drive around the corner and you are back in the middle of it all. Clean, spacious room and a very nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Many times, indoor pools are cold and barely usable. Not this one! It's just the right temp to enjoy! Breakfast is good...an average hot breakfast in a hotel. We ordered all of our show tickets through the concierge, Dee, right after we made our reservation. She is great and all of our show tickets were here waiting in us when we checked in. Definitely the way to go! She secured us great seats at all the shows and was a pleasure to work with. It costs no more to use Dee and is so worth it! We got a room upgrade to a king suite upon arrival and was a little nervous when we found out that it backed up to the elevator. However, it ended up not being a problem at all. Our room is quiet and very comfortable. We have a favorite B&B we like to stay at here in Branson, but they were full up so we sought out a hotel option this trip. Glad we found this Best Western. It's a great place to stay in Branson.

This property is likely located just off the strip on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. It is convenient to most everything in Branson via the alternate routes. Our room was clean and spacious and we loved having a sink separate from the toilet/tub area. Breakfast was not exceptional but was OK. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It's nice to be able to buy show tickets there.

Got into town very late to find my usual hotel chain all booked up. Selected this hotel from other possible alternatives based on its neat, attractive appearance. Clerk was helpful and efficient in checking me in. Room was clean, quite and comfortable. Free high-speed internet was bonus. Breakfast bar was the typical you-get-what-you-pay-for reconstituted scrambled eggs & sausage Coffee was excellent, however, and there was a nice variety of juices.

The whole hotel was filthy. The sheets had cheese or something on them when we first arrived, the toilet was clogged. Their breakfast was at another location and it wasn't great. The stafd was friendly enough but over priced for what it was.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. You are so close to everything! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and he commented over and over again how nice it was to be within just a few minutes of just about everything we wanted to do. We got the king suite with the two-person jetted tub. Luxury! The water even stayed nice and warm the entire time the tub is on. Breakfast every morning was really nice. They have a full-time person keeping everything stocked and putting out fresh biscuits, keeping the milk full, juices stocked, etc. It was pretty crowded, so some mornings I just took the food back upstairs with me, and other mornings I found room to sit and enjoy in the dining area. Our room was clean and well-stocked each day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was so friendly - even the maintenance guys stopped to joke around with us. We would stay here again for sure. We do wish the rooms were a little brighter -- even with all the lights on it was still rather dim to me. A smaller item on our wish list would be a vent fan in the bathroom.

We stayed at the Best Western with our church group. We had 21 in our group and not one complaint. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and everyone rested well. I am a charter bus driver brought a group here the first morning I woke up with big welps on my arms. I had been bitten by something in room 213. I did go to the front desk and reported and showed them what had happened. Yes they moved me just to the room next door and told me that they was going to have the exterminator come and spray the room. And that no one would be staying in that room. Which was a lie. When I got back to my room that night there was someone in that room. They did comp my group for my room for two day but that was not doing anything for me the person that got bit. Did not check on me or offer any first aid nor a I am sorry that happened. Not to mention the next night the fire alarm was going off at 11 pm. I really am disgusted about the way they handled all of this. For the four days I was there and working I had to deal with the 9 bits I had received staying here. It is hard for a person to work or to rest well at this hotel please think twice before staying at any of their hotels.

We were unable to find any evidence in the room that would have accounted for the bites you experienced, but we did have the room treated regardless. I have spoken with your tour director and she assured me that you were compensated by the group. She also mentioned that the passengers on the tour were very pleased with their accommodations and there were no complaints from anyone. The fire alarm did indeed go off at 11 pm and our local fire department responded immediately and found that someone in the hotel had tampered with a pull station. Came in with a College Volleyball Team had several rooms. All rooms were clean, with comfortable beds but the service and breakfast were outstanding. This hotel goes out of its way to make you feel at home. Little touches such as the sugar scrub and the hotel's staff asking about our tournament make this place special! Would highly recommend.

Love this hotel, personnel is very attentive and helpful other than the gal in the breakfast area who was more focused on talking with front desk personnel than doing her job this place is a wonderful place to stay . Beds are comfortable, rooms clean just awesome !!

This hotel is nicely done, the bathrooms are updated, the rooms include a frig and a coffeemaker and the beds and pillows are comfy. Everything seemed clean and fresh. The breakfast is good; scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and a full complement of the usual rolls and cereal and yogurt. There is coffee available all day in the lobby. What really stands out about this hotel is the friendliness of every person I encountered. The desk clerks, the lady keeping the breakfast area stocked, the concierge that helped me with questions about attractions; every one of them was extra pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

Older hotel that doesn't offer as many king rooms as the newer hotel chains. Not directly on the "strip" so driving is a must. The staff is super friendly and try their best to make your stay enjoyable. Free breakfast, always plentiful, hostess would leave the door unlocked for late people while she cleaned up so you could still grab a bite.

We only had one night to stay in Branson, Missouri but our experience at the Best Western Music Capital Inn was exceptional. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, lady in the souvenir shop was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and neat and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna too. This Inn makes a guest feel like "family" and we are hoping to return to Branson again and will certainly pick the Best Western the next time too.

Nice facility but some personnel issues regarding restocking of supplies during multi night stays. Discussed with counter staff and will remedy them. This BW has a good breakfast, very nice lobby area, updated rooms and a great management staff. Some of the housekeepers may need some remedial training on being thorough and having the room ready for the guest each day.

entered late fri evening around 9pm. We loved the pool being open unitl 12am! We did not have a shower curtain. so that was a little inconvenient. Room was not cleaned Saturday at all. one thing i would reccommend is if you have 5 guests the room should be set for 5 guest i.e. towels shampoo etc. but we visited the desk and were provided extras as needed. Breakfast was fabulous and even had gluten free and dairy free options for our family to share. Overall it was a great stay!

Located just off the main drag . . . Close to theaters and museums but not down in the heart of the heavy traffic. The owners/managers seem committed to excellent service. The room was updated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was a full offering with an ample variety of hot and cold foods.

This Best Western was a great stay. It is not on the main strip but very accessible to all the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the town. the ladies in the gift shop were helpful with booking shows in the area. We would certainly stay here again.

We came to Branson thinking we had reservations at LOTO. When we arrived there, they did not have the rooms we needed. I had to scramble, searched for the room types we needed and made the call. Best Western answered the phone saying they were going to exceed my expectations, and they did. He was able to get us the rooms we needed, made check in a breeze and turned a stressful scramble into a positive experience. The rooms hotel was a little dated, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the kids LOVED the breakfast.

This is a great place to stay with the family. They have a great breakfast, nice clean rooms, and a great pool and hot tub. Easy access to all the shows and restaurant. They also have show tickets available at discount prices. We always love staying here!

We had a delightful stay in Branson, Missouri, made all the better by our choice of the Best Western Music Capital Inn. Besides ultra clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast choices, and reliable Internet, the Best Western Music Capital Inn was in an ideal location. We were close to all important venues without being right in the middle of the high traffic area. Restaurants and theaters were within five or ten minutes. Be sure to check out the Haygoods performance nearby. Perfect Branson entertainment for the entire family.

As a whole, the staff at the Best Western in Branson was very nice. Tiffany in Housekeeping is a true gem. This hotel is fortunate to have her. Brandon at the front desk was the least helpful and least friendly. His appearance was unkempt and detracts from the brand. This hotel is centrally located to most attractions.

The front desk folks at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The team was very flexible as I had to change my stay plans multiple times but we got it all worked out and things went very good. The location is very good and the stay quite comfortable. I loved seeing the many families that were there during our stay. Very nice.

We had a great stay at Music Capital Inn this week and have more scheduled for later this year during festival season at Silver Dollar City. Anna Lee got us front row seats to the Patsy Cline & Friends tribute show. Brenda got us checked in with no delay as we arrived a little later than planned. Everything at the Inn is clean and comfortable from the rooms to the lobby. Although we didn't have time to use the pool and the hot tub this time, they looked very inviting. The continental breakfast is great with a good selection to choose from. The waffle makers are always popular and very busy. There is always fresh cool refreshments available in the lobby. The rooms are quiet and you are not bothered by outside noises or traffic going by all night.The Inn is just a wonderful and relaxing place to spend your time after a full day of seeing Branson.

This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest places to stay while in Branson. It is located on the north side of the loop and away from the Strip. This is nice as you do not have so much traffic to deal with when you stay on the Strip. The pool is clean and warm for an indoor pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Showers were hot and the a/c was cool. The only thing I would change about this is the continental breakfast that they serve. They need more of a variety on hot food items.

We do offer a full hot breakfast every morning which includes eggs, ham, sausage, and bacon (meats are on a rotation), make your own waffles with toppings, biscuits and gravy, 3 cereals and oatmeal, yogurt with toppings, bagels, muffins, donuts delivered fresh daily, 3 juices, and fresh fruit. We reserved and stayed for a volleyball tournament and had a great stay will be staying again. the pool was great and the staff very friendly. the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Our rate as a group was reasonable. I ended up staying another night and the rate was just about the same. Great place to stay.

we have stayed here on more than one occasion, and never had any problems. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast and great rooms. Our favorite part by far is the saltwater pool and hot tub! I would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely stay here next time we are in town!

We visited this property in August of 2016 and will be back! The staff was friendly and helpful and always ready to go the extra mile for us. It was the perfect location to be in the middle of all the Branson fun and restaurants. The breakfast bar was delicious. the property was so clean, modern and welcoming. The Manager did everything she could to make sure our visit was a memorable one. My wife and I would highly recommend this facility for a familty reunion, couples retreat or a girls outing. The gift shop is well maintained and was terrrific for booking all our entertainment needs. We would highly recommend visiting this property on your next Branson visit.
