The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The room we were initially given was nice. Went there because I was schedule for a procedure that I needed a functional bathroom. The toilet broke… totally mortifying experience. Had to call maintenance then went from a king room with jacuzzi tub and living room to a small two queen room that was right next to the band they had playing… we didn't get so much as an I'm sorry for this, or refund of any kind for this fiasco. I would not recommend staying here. Plus we ordered room service and one burger cost 37 bucks!

I am giving this hotel a 2 because I needed ground floor rooms for a family member that had just had surgery which they told me I had and upon arrival they told me they weren't available and stuck us on the second floor a long ways from an elevator so the overall experience sucked. The front desk staff could have cared less and their attitude was basically... Tuff Luck! NOT OK

Had a great time at this resort, which is right on the river and not far from downtown. Breakfast was amazing - we were told they use a combination of 15 spices to season eggs, etc. and when we asked about it, our cheerful waitress Dianna brought some for us to take home. They also have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

We stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip, and this place was probably too fancy for that. While it's pet friendly, the pets "can never be alone in the room for any amount of time," so we didn't get to enjoy the hotel as a pair. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was expensive, but the included breakfast was out of this world. Also, this hotel had hands down one of the best pool and hot tub setups I've ever seen. There was also a sauna but we didn't use it. The hot tub was properly HOT and the jets weren't too rough. I'd go back just for this if it didn't cost so much! Pet fee was nearly $50. You have to call ahead to make sure they put you in a pet friendly room.

I love this hotel! I find the rooms comfortable and clean. Outstanding service from all staff members. The breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel stay. The price is great for all that's included. I consider myself a frequent flyer here, my home away from home. This is where I come to rest and reset. The only negative is on two nights now the fire alarm has gone off without cause. Hopefully an issue that is resolved soon - this should never happen. Other than the alarms, I highly recommend The Riverside hotel.

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway at The Riverside Hotel! The live music in the lobby and Sapphire room was excellent, and the large sauna was a great for relaxing. We will be coming back soon with the entire family!

What a treat. Great music, was like being in Nashville. Had a fantastic breakfast and then dinner. The food was really good. You cant beat the location. Truly hidden gem. Our first time staying here but we will definitely be back. Went with two other couples and throughly enjoyed our time.

A busy hotel with room to roam. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Swimming pool and sauna were great! Great location next to a running/walking trail, brewery and winery. Access to the city was easy. We will stay again!

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. Our most recent visit was on 2/17/2024. I could write a book, but I will just highlight the issues we experienced. 1) The front desk Manager, Kendall, checked us in. She argued about the pet room we previously stayed in; to the point that I wanted to walk out an find another hotel. She kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in and select a room. She was so very rude and unaccommodating, that we had to ask for the hotel manager to assist us. He did make it right (for the most part). The front desk employees need some training on how to provide good customer service. I would say that at least half of the employees lack basic skills for the job in which they are paid to do. The whiteboard behind the front desk asks the employees to jot down their "toxicity". There was one noted, "venomous saliva". REALLY? So unprofessional. I have included a photo, but it's not really legible. 2. The hotel smells musty and the rooms are quite dated. The noise level from above is unbearable. We also had to endure marijuana smoke bellowing under the door from the adjoining room. It was so bad that we had to move rooms (clear across the the property). It really is a maze when trying to locate your room and find adequate parking. 3. The pool does not open until 4:00 pm. This is a real disservice for guests that have longer stays. We used the pool Saturday night around 7:30 pm. There were no towels and three of the propane heaters were not operational due to running out of propane. It would have been nice to have the heaters operational, as the temps were pretty chilly that evening. 4. There are no pet stations in the designated pet areas. This is obvious by the large amount of dog feces all over the property. They charge a $50 pet fee. Perhaps the hotel can use these funds to provide pet waste disposal bags and an area for the dogs to roam. 5. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The line wrapped around toward the front hotel check-in area. The food was cold, and the selection was so limited. The hotel did not stay on top of replenishing the food they ran out of. Seems like many of the food options have been eliminated from just 6 months ago. We were given to-go boxes for our breakfast and was told we could eat in our room. There was such a bottleneck where the waffle maker is located. Guests had to wait for guests to finish making their waffle to access other breakfast items. Such a poor set-up! The hotel should have a waffle maker station with more than one waffle maker. There was a good amount of children there and we all know that most kids are going to opt for a waffle over other foods offered. We really used to look forward to our stay at Riverside. It has really gone downhill and is not worth the room rate charged. Of course, we won't be back. There are better options in Boise.

Our stay was in the winter so we didn't get to experience the outdoor amenities but the indoor pool and hot tub with splash ground was terrific. Although dated, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a little inconsistency with the shower temp, but since it seemed to be last plumbed in the late 80's, we adjusted. The breakfast buffet that was included in our room price was varied and good. We would like to return in the warmer months as the hotel fronts a large river front trail that would be fun to walk or bicycle. The location was handy to the freeway. I suggest that you stay in the furthest wing from the reception area on the river side. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The best hotel in value, amenities, location and service in Boise! The staff go out of their way that your needs are meet and that you are valued. Thank you very much for making my stay with you the best ever! I have been staying at this prooerty fir many years since Best Western took over management and the change is day and night. This is my home when I travel to Boise. Please continue the great work you are doing. Thank you!

My husband and I purchased the New Year's eve package that included the room, dinner, entertainment and brunch the following morning. This package was perfect! Not only were the staff very polite and on point, the rooms were clean and check in was earlier than expected. The staff actually acted like they wanted to be there and were cheering you on for staying there! The rooms were very clean and we snagged one with a view of the outdoor pool and the river in the background…..perfect setting. Entertainment: Great band that played something for everyone. The ballroom was decorated properly and the satellite bars were easy to order from. Dinner was awesome…..the salmon was perfectly cooked. Brunch: the staff was very accommodating and the menu choices were many. I would definitely recommend the Riverside Hotel for any occasion. The customer service will always bring us back, especially in the world where that is lacking most of the time.

This year the Riverside exceeded our expectations for a NYE getaway! Last year we had some disappointment and spoke with manager Kathy via email regarding it. She was very understanding of the problems we encountered and this year I am so happy to say that changes have been made! The band was great, food fantastic, staff was accommodating!! The Riverside has been my “go to” stay in the Treasure Valley and while they experienced some post covid staffing/training issues, I think it is safe to say that they are back on track, providing wonderful accommodations!

Service and staff were great. Location was close to downtown. Hotel shuttle to and from airport, as well as downtown and back was very useful. Music in the lounge was an added bonus. Free breakfast buffet is the best of any I've had at a hotel. Bacon, sausage, eggs and more. Not your typical hard boiled eggs, bagels and cereal.

This hotel has an outdoor pool and adjoining outdoor restaurant/bar with food and live music on the Greenbelt overlooking the Boise River in addition to the indoor eateries plus live music scheduled in the Sapphire Room. Very fun to get together with family/friends!

From a very smooth check in to a beautiful room overlooking the river, everything was wonderful! All the staff was great, but Dianna in the dining room was exceptional - we saw her everyday and she was just amazed us in every way!!!

My king bed room with balcony is bigger than that of hotels nationwide at this price point ($129). Hotel and room are comfortable and clean, although even with good signage, due to many additions, the facility can be difficult to navigate. Water pressure is good, but despite specific claims and written commitment to the environment, the room cleaner replaced hanging towels and sheets on a made-up bed, and water flow could not be paused in shower without turning valve off and losing temperature setting. Sink valves are also double-knob type so less convenient for water conservation. We ate from breakfast buffet once where food quality was generally acceptable but greasy. Breakfast cost $36 before gratuity for two (incl one coffee and one OJ). We ate dinner at the outdoor restaurant and found food quality below expectations with my better half (a Boise native) ordering steak fingers which she didn't finish due to greasy taste/texture. Her fries were excellent but a bit too salty. My “Kobe brisket sandwich was nothing ore than pot roast and sautéed onions and American on a soggy hamburger bun. If you like black olives, choose salad over fries as the salad is buried in them. Price for a beer a cocktail, and two mediocre dinners, $54 before gratuity. During both dining experiences service was above average, and speed of food delivery was good. Tried to order room service breakfast our final morning, called room service about 6:15am, rang and rang, no answer. Called the front desk, explained the problem, asked them to have room service call us, but after 10 minutes still no call, I went out to pickup breakfast locally, and even at 10:30 when we checked out still no call back from either the front desk or room service. We won't hesitate to stay again but probably won't patronize hotel food service again

The Riverside Hotel was accommodating and a great value. This is my second time staying at the hotel, and both times, I have hod no complaints. The river walk is a great way to spend a few hours enjoying the area.

My husband and I had a great time and had plenty to do, although if you stay on the west side you are near the brewery and the music kept us up until around 1am, the room was very nice but I suggest you bring your own pillow, the pillows are horrible. The pool is not heated in a way I was expecting, it's quite a bit below body temperature so it's not ideal for fall or spring in my opinion. But the food and drinks at both the sand bar and the lounge were great the service is wonderful staff are fun, shower is large, robes are super comfy, rolms are clean and spacious. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located on the river walk so easy access to the trails. It's a resort type setting with a lot of offerings - pools, fitness center, restaurant, bar, laundry, etc. Easy short drive to downtown area. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I will try and stay at this beautiful hotel every time I visit Boise! The pool was lovely and enjoyed listening to the great music from the Sandbar in the background. The staff were all professional and very nice including Jillian at the front desk and Kathy, Angie, Michelle at the Sandbar. Being right on the greenbelt is of course the best setting EVER!!! Looking forward to my next visit!

I flew in from the DC area for a business conference and arrived at 2AM after many flight delays. I was exhausted. When I walked through the front door of the hotel, Fidel, who was working at the front desk, with a big smile, told me he had been waiting for me! I had never been to Boise or the Riverview Hotel and I have never felt so valued walking into a hotel! Fidel was so genuinely welcoming after my long day of travel. But we discovered that there had been a glitch in the glitch in the online booking system and my reservation wasn't showing up and Fidel made sure I had a room through the end of the conference I was attending though it was a challenge to do with the hotel being full. Customer service here has been great to say the least. It is a beautiful hotel, clean and well managed. I would highly recommend a stay here!

I stay at The Riverside Hotel once a year for work. Every visit has been great - no issues at all, clean room, welcoming and professional staff et cetera. This visit, I was greeted with the usual prompt and smiling service at check in. Morgan at the front desk told me I'd been upgraded to the Presidential Suite at no charge seemingly at random. She took the time to tell me all about the new renovations that had been done, and gave me detailed instructions on how to get to the room. The room itself was absolutely amazing. Two stories, floor to ceiling windows in the living room area, and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs that were simply incredible. I never fail to be impressed when I stay at The Riverside Hotel, and this visit was absolutely top notch.

Really dissapointed. Not a value. I can only comment on the suite, perhaps the standard rooms are better. The suite smelled funky and it was extremely spartan. Like something you'd find at a budget hotel. But it was priced like a luxury hotel.

We live locally in Idaho and needed a place to stay while our dog was getting surgery. This hotel was the perfect distance from her and it was absolutely perfect with the view of the green belt and the food was AMAZING!!! We don't like to be away from home but this experience was perfect! Everything was perfect!

My friend and I moved to this hotel last minute because it was going to be 100+ degrees during our stay, and that was a fantastic decision! The pool was very nice and they had poolside bar service (which included being able to drink in the pool). There is also a nice restaurant out by the pool that we ate in once day for lunch (good food!) There was also live music at the restaurant that we enjoyed listening to from the pool. My room was very clean with a comfy bed and good size bathroom. We rented lime scooters just about every day and rode them on the greenbelt to downtown (about a 10-minute ride). The free shuttle to the airport was icing on the cake. I would for sure stay here again if visiting Boise, especially in the summertime.

Perfect location for getting around the city or just going for a post dinner walk along the river. Great walking distance to numerous parks and the local surfing spot. Comfortable rooms with great dining options and friendly staff.

This is a very welcoming establishment, with a variety of artist displays throughout its halls. They are supportive of rescue animals and hosted a fundraiser for rescue dogs in need. Their showrooms are unique and offer a variety of different decor that I have not seen elsewhere. The breakfast was delicious and not like so many other establishments where it there is not a variety of choices. I highly recommend.

Great daily breakfast included with your stay. Live music st multiple times on site. Right off the green belt walking/running/bike path. On and off site dining options within walking distance In room coffee service could be improved.

This is the best hotel in the area, whether for business, family vacation or a needed weekend getaway. The value is exceptional for the amenities and service provided as well as a fantastic chef in the hotel restaurant at an affordable price. Or you can have a meal by the outdoor pool while live music is offered at either dining choice. f you are in Boise don't miss this hotel, not pretentious, and priced affordable!

If I have to overnight in Boise this is one of my favorite hotels. It's super clean, great restaurants, nice size outdoor pool with bar and outdoor restaurant. Family friendly and great location by the River that has a wonderful bike and walking path. It also has an indoor pool and fitness center. Staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service.

This is great hotel for any occasion. The food, drinks and room were the best. We enjoyed the views and even rented some scooters to see more of the town, unforgettable stay. We WILL stay again for sure.

Stayed here multiple times, but this stay was not so good. They seem to really be catering to locals "staycation" and there seemed to be lots of party rooms that made it really noisy through the night on multiple nights. Pool with service was a gem before, but service has declined there as well. Still a good location with some good amenities, but ultimately if your sleep is disturbed by guests, dogs, housekeeping, then it doesn't make for a great stay. When issues were brought to front desk, only minimal compensation was given in a 50 dollar gift card. They still have art all over so that is a bright spot as well.

Clean, comfortable and with everything I could want or need on the property but also on the river and Green Belt walk so super easy leisure walks or links to the downtown area. We walked to wineries, breweries, farmers market, etc. but also enjoyed the hotel pool, bar, live music, etc.

We had a great weekend in the area. It was nice that while I was attending a conference, my family had things to do with out me but right on the property. They were taken care of while lounging by the pool. We needed more time for sure.

This property is fantastic so much to do but do not stay on a first floor room. we booked a very expensive suite and still had so much noise until 3am from rooms above us ...sleeping was a nightmare. the manager moved us and it only got worse. a much smaller room and still the noise. you have to sign a quiet hours rule sheet but it is not enforced. these people should have been thrown out. again great property bars music wineries pools etc all a 10 plus

My total experience was average at best. With that said a few things were worth the stay. For one the place is very old and is currently undergoing a makeover that will make the future stay much more enjoyable Fidel works the front desk and was very helpful and informative with the local hot spots and all questions presented, if he did not know the correct information he took the time to research so we could fully enjoy our experience.

We had a downstairs room and the noise from the room above was horrible. Also our room was next to an outside door and stairs and we could hear everyone coming and going thru the room walls. Such a shame because the location is wonderful and the room was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast also. Not sure if we would stay again, but if we did it would have to be an upstairs room only!

Shower wouldn't get warm enough to get in and room service staff constantly harassing you starting around 7 and even entering the room. Front desk didn't care enough to ask how my stay was. A shame because it's such a good location.

close to many amenities, hotel staff was courteous and friendly. I did not have to worry about any issues with my room or service at the hotel. The hotel had a few wineries near by and some excellent food choices.

The grounds are immaculate, sitting right on the river with the greenbelt right there. 2 Bars and a restaurant on site with 2 pools. Able to rent bicycles to ride the greenbelt is FANTASTIC. I will definitely be staying here again. Wonderful staff also.

I read a review from an idiot that made me very concerned, Yes, there was a musty old Smokey smell in the hallways, but it's a very old hotel, It was clean and beautifully remodeled. staff member offered to help me with my suitcases climbing the stairs. I kindly declined. After that the room blew my mind. It was so spacious, clean and very nice, Loved everything about the room. The bed was so comfortable.

Sand bar restaurant staff rude, Bar 365 Staff rude, Riverside Grill staff great, for a birthday experience with my family I was extremely disappointed, we frequent the Riverside for family staycations and unfortunately this was the worst experience by far, I was looking forward to music and dinner at the Sandbar and was unable to fulfill that expectation, after moving to the Bar 365 the waitress refused to serve food or refill drinks because kids were present, we finally ordered delivery, breakfast was great

You cannot go wrong even the locals stay here for a "staycation". Live music every night, busy greenbelt next to the Boise river, ducks, mink, cormorants and beavers along the bank. Very restful but you can also join in for some healthy activities....biking, walking, paddle boarding etc.

This is a great place to stay-great location next to the River and the River Walk, nice grounds and pool, and a comfortable room. The only negative about our stay was that the hallways smelled musty but the property itself is spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet although for us, the choices were limited. Coffee, on the other hand, was great! We had Sheryl and Nicole taking care of us at breakfast and they were both very friendly and professional. The Sandbar next to the pool was also really good for an ice cold beer and good food to go with it.

This hotel is very large and offers pretty much anything you could want. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and yet has three areas with entertainment, and two pools. It is situated on the river walk on which you could walk, ride a bike, etc.to a huge, well-maintained park. Great location!

If you are disabled and have to check in for your spouse, they will not let you check in. Fortunately they let my husband face time me. Don't show a military disability ID because you'll be told that they need to see something with an address on it. If you check out early they won't give you a receipt and then will dispute that you checked out! The food shack at the pool is understaffed so expect a 45 minute wait time to get food in the late afternoon.

The service is amazing. Staff always were eager to help and had a smile on their face. From pool to the lobby each staff made you feel welcome and wanted. The friendlyness of the staff outshone all the high end touristy resorts we have stayed at. They really seemed to be happy working for this hotel which says a lot about the organization.

The hotel staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. One of the best features of the hotel is a shuttle service that will take you anywhere you want to go within five miles, and then pick you up. This was a great savings on taxis or Uber/Lyft. A special thanks to my three shuttle drivers, Steve, Cheryl, and River for providing a great service with cordiality. Also, the hotel restaurant is open all day, which was very convenient.

We stay here every time we go to Boise for work or for fun! River is a fantastic driver and got us to where we needed to be on time and was so polite. Not all of the rooms have access to outdoor patios.

The shuttle we took from the Riverside to the Cotten Tree restaurant was extremely accommodating. They were on time and very polite. We made a phone call and they were there within minutes. I would definitely use Cheryl and River again anytime.

Was a great stay Cheryl was very kind, professional and prompt in picking us up at the airport. Vehicle used was clean and very pleasant to ride in. I would use and recommend the service to anyone going to the The Riverside Hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. Stayed on a Saturday night and there was so much going on at the hotel itself I almost wished we hadn't made any other plans for the evening. Live music in the evening and more at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful artwork on the walls.

We love supporting local businesses and artists. A couple nights at the Riverside, stopping into nearby wineries, swimming in the heated pool while it snows with poolside bar service, and dancing to live entertainment, it just doesn't get much better than that!

If you love to feel pampered and like you're on a fancy vacation, this is THE PLACE to stay! We've not had one disappointment staying there. The outdoor warm pool and hot tub where they serve you drinks while you relax IN the water? Awesome! The restaurants on location are fabulous! Live music every single day! The new indoor pool and hot tub area are great and would be super fun for the family! The breakfast buffet (drool) is gourmet food! This isn't the continental breakfast you're used to. IT"S AMAZING!! The staff are super friendly. This hotel encompasses everything you want for a wonderful trip! And it's right near downtown Boise. You can use the river path and walk if you want.

The hotel and the dinner & breakfast buffet was great! The band (The Last Call) was also amazing except for one thing, they totally blew the 10 second countdown to midnight by about 30-60 seconds. Maybe they need a time keeper next year to keep them on time.

Nice updated hotel with delicious, generous free breakfast and easy access to Boise River greenbelt and parks. Live music in the lounge when we arrived, clean nice room with comfy bed, microwave, and refrigerator large enough to hold our wine bottle and snacks. Friendly check-in staff and warm cookies to top off the experience. Weather was chilly and rainy but we still enjoyed the well-heated outdoor pool and hot tub (with heated towels!) The new indoor pool was pretty overrun with kids and the temperature was chilly (even the hot tub was barely 99). It would be fun for families, especially with the splash pad and pool whirlpool. But our littles weren't with us for this anniversary getaway. A little pricey but honestly right in line with other hotels that offer these amenities. Small complaint: The indoor hot tub was closed for morning cleaning after our morning workouts. The maintenance guy said they do that every day? With the outdoor pool also closed in the morning that was disappointing. But my only complaint about the whole experience.

Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet and shuttle service. Even though its not downtown walking distance to cafes, its got shuttle to airport and downtown. Steve, Cheryl and River, and Ashton plus management took great care of us. You do get what you pay for, so stayed in the slower season to get better rate, but felt the $170 per night was worth it, instead of a cheap $70 place that had bad reviews.

Had a very relaxing and successful trip at the Riverside. Great indoor spa complex, renovated room and most important the greatest staff! Including Jen, Christina, and Stephan who graciously welcomed us into the resort upon check in.

Excellent stay. Staff were very warm and welcoming. 1 out of 2 bartenders were excellent. The omelets at breakfast were fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. I know they are doing some remodeling but that did not affect my opinion of our stay. Thanks!

Darcy, the front desk person was awesome. She was very helpful and was able to help us get rooms close together for our family Christmas lights get away. Will def stay here again. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the indoor pool was great fun for grandkids.

Hotel is just fancy enough, I had stayed here over 15 years ago and WOW what an improvemnt. The bed were beyond comfortable and that breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! Already planning a girls weekend there soon. PS the free shuttle to downtown was a huge bonus.

This is my first negative review of any hotel. I typically only review for amazing experiences, but I'm hoping my review will help create change and bring back the prior great experiences. It makes me sad to see how much the environment and culture at this company has changed. This hotel has historically been one of our favorites. Unfortunately post- pandemic the customer service and friendly faces went away. The Christmas decor was beautiful and the pool area is always extra special. The staff seemed miserably unhappy with the exception of the kind people who delivered our room service - they were great! Breakfast quality is less than mediocre these days.

When we were checking in there was a lovely group of people enjoying a Christmas party in the lobby and the open lounge area had soft music playing. The front desk staff of Morgan and Seth that attended to us were attentive and more than helpful, and full of smiles and it was apparent that they enjoy their jobs.

Just have to brag about the wonderful care and experience my daughter and I had his past week at the Riverside in Boise. Brenda at the front desk was exceptionally kind, professional and concerned about making our trip a memorable one! We were delighted to see that she was born and bred in our neck of the woods and we chatted about the various places we had all visited! She regaled us with absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies and was very helpful with all matters of the hotel! We cannot wait to return and only hope she is on duty! Also, must mention the fantastic breakfast and bathrobes which were both complimentary!! The outdoor pool and hot tub were just what the doctor ordered after finishing up my last session of chemotherapy! What a way to celebrate! We will certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who is interested in visiting the Boise area (and to ask for Brenda!)

We have not stayed at this hotel in several years and decided to give it a try again. We had never stayed in this portion of the hotel and we were super exicted to see what was in store. When we walked in, it was like a 70's hotel room that has never been updated. The bathroom was old, the room looked dated and the mattress was an old spring mattress that was probably 20 years old. The tub did not drain, so when we showered we were standing in water up past our ankles. The mold around the shower made it apparant this room didn't get cleaned well enough. Our back door was old and either didn't close all the way or was broken and let in a lot of cold air. The hot water did not work well, and we had to have only hot water running while showering and even then was not super hot. Construction started at 7am right out our balcony door. A semi truck was delivering shingles and they had their crane truck moving bundles of shingles to the roof. This woke us up. As I was working, I cracked the window shades to be get some light in the room and as my wife was walking around she noticed a constuction worker staring at her through the window. Pretty creepy we were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we left after the 1st night. I will not stay here again

Cheryl and DeeRay were awesome help as far as getting me where I needed to go, the hotel is very spread out but they hauled me around when I needed it! dawn. It would be nice if the hotel had more capability for people who need physical assistance- an elevator or a moving walkway would be a great addition to this beautiful building

I have lived in Boise for decades and have frequented The Riverside for music events and dinner, etc. but I had never stayed here. My husband and I decided to book an evening for our anniversary. Since it was not an ideal time for us to get out of town, we decided to keep our anniversary simple and stay local. It was an amazing experience! We booked a junior suite right on the Greenbelt, had an amazing dinner at Bar365 while listening to a couple guys play an acoustic set, Took advantage of the heated outdoor pool with poolside cocktail service, enjoyed the new indoor pool facility, and topped it off with the amazing breakfast buffet. Our server, Daisy was top notch. She was attentive, friendly, and quick. We actually told her how much we appreciated her and then even asked to speak to management so we could express how impressed we were with her. This truly felt like we got out of town. But when we left, we didn't have an exhausting travel back home, since we only live a couple of minutes away. It was exactly what we needed. We will probably do this annually.

When we first drove up I was a bit scared with the look of the area and outside of the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised by the inside with cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. We had a great stay.

I love doing meetings at The Riverside. You can tell that their customer care philosophy starts at the top with Kathy, the GM. Jen in sales always sees that we get everything we need. Seth created a top-notch check in experience, too. And, the incredible banquets staff - including Angel, Terri, and my all-time fave David. It was such a pleasure to return after three years of virtual meetings to so many familiar faces. Keep doing your thing, Riverside. I'll see you next time!

The staff here is absolutely incredible!! From the moment we arrived, Morgan at the front desk was so helpful and didn't skip a beat in what we needed. We found out they offer complimentary shuttle service while you stay here and our driver, Cheryl, went way above and beyond for us!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, 5+ stars!!!

Our experience here has been absolutely amazing. Cheryl was an excellent driver who went above and beyond when one of our friends left their wallets at the airport as well as Morgan coordinating getting us a driver within minutes without hesitation when we were frazzled. Cheryl waited for an hour at the airport and continued to make sure we were okay the whole entire time! The food service has been beyond amazing and we cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Cheryl & Morgan for starting our trip off right!

This hotel has a shuttle service which is really great. Cheryl drove me to a grocery store and even waited for me for my quick shopping trip. She dropped me right to the closest entrance for my room. This is a fairly large hotel so I appreciated the hospitality.

A friend and I stayed over one night at the Riverside. The room and the amenities were very nice. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely presented. Very busy dining area and maybe not enough servers.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, as the name states, it is right on the river. There is a lovely concrete path for miles along the river, just steps from any room in the hotel. Great for walking, scootering, biking, jogging. The Sandbar is lively with music during the day and evening, with food and drinks available, right next to the pool. The huckleberry lemon drop is DELICIOUS! The outdoor pool is large and heated to a perfect temperature, a duck visitor was an added surprise! If you have small children, there is a splash pad at the brand new indoor pool, which is a very nice facility! The art shown throughout the hotel is nice as well. This property just sort of hits all the senses. I definitely hope to come back!

When I visited I was happy about the beautiful layout of the room, and the view. However I was surprised that it lacked alot of things, esp for the price you pay, you would expect these things to be there. For example, 1. There is no paper/handout in the room for the menu of food service, there is no complimentary water, there is no paper/handout with a guide for TV channels, and no instructions regarding room service (where to put platter once done, what time they pick it up). There was also no paper/handout paper of any sort highlighting amenities within the building. Yes, I realize everything is online, but it is MUCH more helpful to have all these things convenient in physical form within the room - it is kind of expected. I hope they will be able to upgrade these small things. Plus there seems to be constant construction on the stairwells (not mentioned on website anywhere), which means you have to walk at least 10 minutes to the lobby since you are required to use the farthest exit. There are also no quiet hours, so there always seems to be those people just coming back from somewhere at 2am yelling or talking loudly in the hallways. I would recommend this hotel after they change those things.

The time I spent here was amazing, and the staff were all fantastic. Cheryl and Ashton went above and beyond to help my group and I navigate the city (so ask for them). It was definitely a wonderful experience!!!!

Really appreciated the shuttle service at the hotel. Cheryl and Ashton were kind enough to drive us to and from our destinations around town the whole weekend any time we needed. They were great and so was the hotel.

I am being charged for a stay that I had cancelled. The hotel does not respond, puts me on hold forever. I am entering Week 2 of trying to settle this through other means. I had enjoyed the Riverside on previous trips. This week I have to interrupt my trip to go in person to straighten out the fraudulent $267 charge. I will obviously not be staying at the Riverside…ever.

Wanted to make sure that Darcy's amazing customer service did not go unnoticed she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and did it with a smile! I have never stayed at the Riverside but I will definitely be back she is a wonderful person to represent your hotel!

We love staying at this hotel every year. The grounds are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is so good. Darcy our front desk clerk is top notch! She went above and beyond with us. Excellent customer service!!!!

The Riverside Hotel is definitely a higher end experience for the business traveler but without the high price. Great rooms, first class breakfast and amazing staff make this a great stay. Add in the more than reasonable price and this is one of the best stays in the Treasure Valley--without a doubt!

Recently, my husband and I spent 17 nights at The Riverside due to a water leak and mold in the crawl space of our home. During a very stressful time, we were able to enjoy the staff and our spacious accommodations. At the Front Desk, Laurie immediately made us feel very welcome. She became my go-to as we had to extend our stay. She answered all my questions with a smile, as did Brenda and Seth. The staff in the Riverside Grill were terrific, too. At breakfast, Daisy and Melanie, among others, remembered what we liked and they always took extra time with us. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We travel often, and The Riverside compares favorably with the better hotels in which we have stayed world-wide. We heartily recommend it.

I was at the IMGMA conference, the space was awesome ! Mike and Sara was so helpful, kind and willing to do whatever we needed. they had great activities and always concerned if our needs were met. my room was large and clean. I would definitely stay here again and refer others to stay there.

Seth, Laurie, Brenda and Salma were all terrific at the front desk. All of them were friendly and accommodating for anything I needed. The hotel itself is very welcoming and upscale for the Best Western brand. It was a refreshing experience in my travels for work. I hope to stay here again!

We did our first Staycation at the Riverside Hotel in Boise. We had a great time. We swam, we went to dinner (and breakfast), heard great music and just hung out. It was awesome. Such a nice place to stay, and this hotel has it all. Beautiful setting right by the Boise River.

The bacon is awesome! Food is the best I have had in 8 years of staying at hotels. The room was clean and the staff was great to help work out the points and awards to pay for the room that I had. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Good facility for accommodation of mid-size conferences. Two-story layout requires rather long walks to and from any conference meeting rooms and meal areas. Good food, well prepared, reasonably priced. Very expansive and somewhat confusing layout; would benefit from improved internal directional and wayfinding signage.

We spent the night on our 52nd anniversary. We actually spent our wedding night there many years ago. It has changed management many times since then. We ate dinner there and the food was excellent and, of course, the breakfast bar was great! We had a room on the second floor facing the river and we sat out on the balcony and watched the people walk and bike the Greenbelt. We always enjoy our stays there and look forward to next year!

First, a five star shout out to Alex and Michelle at the Sand Bar. Great service and fun people! Cocktails were great too! A legitimate skinny margarita! Food at the sand bar was marginal. Don't order the veggie roll. It was gross. Burger and fries looked good but we only had apps. We have decided the new slogan for the hotel should be: "Come stay with us. It smells like an antique store in here". It's a big, old place in need of updating. They do pretty good with what they have, but for $200/night it needs to be on par with other newer hotels. It is clean however and mostly comfortable. Another odd thing we noticed was all the weird and not customer focused rules they have. It notches down the experience. The staff do there best to compensate and generally do. The location is epic and I will stay again. Go to Stagecoach next door for dinner if you have the chance.

I was able to check in early staff was very sweet and helpful. Hotel was very dated but I just needed place to shower and sleep very little. Then I got to my room. The bathroom had long hair everywhere. Single male here with no hair. Turned shower on and hair came up out of drain. I packed my bag and walked out. I wasn't going to accept a different room. It was awful. Everything was dated or work in progress. Could see paint half done in room. Shower had grout just on wall. No sinks had stoppers. Hopefully it was due to renovation but the drainage needed immediate attention. MI told front desk and walked out. Couldn't get refund or cancel reservation So do not stay here until they finish their projects but they still have a long way to go. Higher end hotels downtown at cheaper price.

Wow this breakfast experience puts the bar high for all other BW hotels. The made to order omelet was amazing. Tables with tablecloths and the hostess serving us at the table were warm and friendly and made the morning a delight. Check in was smooth and when I came back to ask clarifying questions of several topics the girl who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions. The layout of the hotel is a bit of a maze and could use a bit more signage but I understand you are under construction and renovating too. With the outdoor bar we were awoken at 1:00 am with people coming in kind of loud forgetting courtesy but that is our world not your issue. There were also families allowing their children to run the hallways. Again what can you do about people who don't think of others. Love the patio and the ability to sit outside but as a non-smoker the lady 4 doors down sitting outside smoking was a bit icky. Our room was amazing! The extra USB ports and plug-ins all over wow! The extra seating and the two heads in the shower was really nice in such a big bathroom.. Wow bottled water and Costco cookies at checking in acknowledgement of our membership and level. Haven't had that at all BW hotels.

Love this chain of hotels. Always comfortable room with nice amenities. Good rewards program. The premiere locations are a great addition. The one outside Yosemite is exceptional. Staff is friendly and helpful and we feel safe in these hotels. Free breakfast is always tasty with lots of variety. Makes for a great value with the price of eating out being what it is.

Hi Cecily and Madison were amazing. Providing exceptional serivce and food. We had lunch just in time to enjoy some live music and the relaxation of the Boise River. Never a dull moment at The Sandbar!

Cecily was AWESOME Great waitress took care of us like family will definitely go back and eat again. Restaurant is definitely great as you can watch the Boise river. This is on the green belt and walking and bike riding are a must.

The rooms are not up to par in this hotel in my opinion. One of the nights I stayed, the rate was $309 if I remember correctly, and there were plastic cups in the bathroom, not glass glasses. The rooms are old and need to be refurbished. The screen door to the patio was off the track, bent, did not work. The restaurant is very good - the beet salad is just terrific. Props to the staff - they are great.

After researching hotels in the Boise area I chose the Riverside Hotel for its pool. Our itinerary brought us into Boise in the evening after a day of driving. Our plan was to spend the night, enjoy the next day at the pool prior to flying out of Boise late afternoon. I requested a pool key at checkout and was informed I could not use the pool after checkout due to liabilities. I travel a lot both domestically and internationally and have never not had access to pool facilities the day of checkout. I would never have spent the money for this hotel knowing I would be denied access. A lot cheaper options for a room. I gave the hotel 2 stars as the room was clean and the included breakfast was good. The only reason I couldn't go higher is the service was just average. We were awoken to a loud maid crew in the corridor and found the service in the lobby bar subpar. I rarely write reviews but this ‘pool policy' completely impacted the stay in Boise. I have stayed at other BW's and have never encountered this. I'd suggest you add verbiage to your website informing future customers of your rules around access to amenities on the day of checkout.

We appreciated the amazing driving of Izzy to and from dinner in downtown Boise! This hotel experience was awesome from the fun pool and tiki bar to complimentary shuttle to dinner, to live music and comfy beds and then an amazing complimentary breakfast buffet!!! Highly recommend!

Attitude of staff was the worst thing. I get it, short staffed, hard to get staff.. but honestly??? Poor attitude is no way to treat paying guests…..The music playing almost all day was way too loud. The only good decent music was “ Junkyard Joe ( One Man Wagon Band) and Tim Daniels one night in the restaurant. The rest were garbage

I'm here in Boise getting my daughter moved into Boise State campus housing. Seth was a perfect professional at check in. He gave us a gift card to the hotel as a VIP and cookies! I will definitely be staying at the Riverside when coming to visit over the next four years.

On our arrival at The Riverside Hotel, Brenda Wayland invited us to her check-in window and treated us like we were the royal family. She noticed immediately that we were platinum reward members and upgraded our room to a lovely ground floor room facing the pool, AFTER asking us our preference on a ground level room or second floor balcony room. Brenda offered each of our family members a water bottle and fresh baked cookies. Lastly, Brenda looked ahead and noticed we had reservations to stay at The Riverside Hotel again in one week. She upgraded our room and called us to confirm the upgrade, again asking our preference for ground level or balcony room. Brenda Wayland is a gem. The Riverside is lucky to have such a warm and gracious person as part of their team.

What a lovely gem to stumble upon in the Gem State!!! The hotel is older, but maintained well for its age. There are plenty of renovations in process, but you wouldn't know it by the peaceable sound of the place! Special thanks to Seth at the front desk for the resolution of a hiccup in my stay and making it right. He is a true customer service professional and a clear asset to the hotel.

King River front room. Room was not clean. Snotty looking stuff on inside of sliding glass doors, dirty washcloth on balcony. Hot water handle broken. Carpet not clean. This is our go to place in Boise and has always been great before. Someone dropped the cleaning ball on this one. Disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful, always clean and welcoming. The staff are phenomenal! Even when they are extremely busy, we were always treated with care. The pool is clean and fun! The restaurants are always delicious. My kids had such a great time and look forward to coming back again.

The Riverside puts the "Best" in Best Western. This hotel has everything. Two restaurants, both with amazing food and staff and a huge pool that's great for the kids. Seth was a gentleman helping us with problem solving and referrals for activities, and even gave us all warm cookies like a double tree!

As a former Boise resident, I ate at Sanbar on and off over a few years (back when they served MFT Ketchup), but have not stayed here until tonight. Walking in to the main entrance it was casual opulent, and had sharp, classy vibe. Felicity at the desk was a rockstar, and found me a great room. Waitstaff was stellar at the sandbar, where we had excellent locally sourced food. And all this with our two dogs, who were treated like royalty. The first rule about Riverside Hotel is you always talk about the Riverside Hotel.

Checked in our river view room loved it. Came back late went to sleep. The next morning made the bed the comforter was covered in blood on the inside. Called front desk all they offered was housekeeping to bring a clean comforter. I went to the front desk and was told all mangers were unavailable due to a staff meeting and I would receive a call. 3 hours later NO CALL. Went back to the front desk & was offered 25% of one night. Not acceptable. Would you stay in a room with bloody bedding???

Loud batrhroom fan acess to room poor because of blocked off parking due to construction, luggage carts have to be retrived two buildings away thousand of feet from room, no daily service to room,food ok but overall service lacked some mold in shower. Overall could be much better for price paid

Seth in registration did a fantastic job correcting an issue regarding my assigned room at check in. Thanks to his effort and diligence Seth found me an outstanding room to accommodate me and my family. My thanks and praise to Seth. I believe he deserves recognition and a raise! Ashton was our shuttle driver. He reliably took us to downtown Boise and back with no waiting whatsoever. A very safe and friendly driver. Cindy, a very friendly and professional server at the Bar 65 is always a pleasure to visit at the Riverside Hotel. She always gets are order correct the first time and her experience is obvious. We saw Cindy 3 years ago when she served us a fantastic dinner, so glad to see her again on this visit, and hope to see her the next time we visit this outstanding hotel. Please give her a raise as well. Overall—a very nice stay at the Riverside Hotel.

Nice hotel. Check-in was easy enough once I found the lobby... the property is enormous and it took me a while before I got the hang of navigating around. My room was lovely (river view was great!) and had coffee, a fridge, A/C, TV. I don't recall seeing a microwave, so that would be one thing that was missing. There was a separate sink area outside of the bathroom in my river view king room which can be nice for multiple people staying in a room. There's food and drink nearby, and a lot more about a mile's walk away... if it was 900 degrees outside, I would have liked to walk more places as Boise is very walkable. It's bikeable too, if that's your thing. My two primary complaints about the hotel were that the shower controls are confusing and the property is almost too large. I timed it - it takes 6 minutes to get from a 600 room to the lobby by walking, and I did not take any elevators. Got my steps in that way though! Overall, this is a very nice hotel.

My friends and I go to the Sandbar restaurant here often for good food, drinks, and music. We especially love server Macy. Had the pleasure of being in her section a fee times and she always gives the most amazing service with a smile.

Rooms are great. Pool was a little crazy but Macy and Alex helped with great poolside service. Rooms are clean and remodeled. Staff is always great with getting us next to the pool. Kids love coming here when we visit family and we will be back.

Very nice hotel, 10 minutes from downtown Boise. Walk/bike path is very nice. Close to wine tasting, and water activities. If you are looking for a great place for a family trip this fits the bill. A little on the high side $$wise, but within range of other hotels in the area.

This is my 4th time staying at the Riverside , Boise for a girls family staycation. If you want to have a convenient stay that feels like a mini tropical vacation , then stay here and sit poolside for all meals and enjoy the live entertainment and refreshing cocktails. If you're lucky, Macy & Alex will be your servers. They were so sweet , prompt , accommodating and fun ! They added to our relaxing weekend by providing exceptional service with a great attitude. They were professional but it also felt like they were enjoying the vacation as much as we were while they worked in the heat all day serving the entire pool deck ! These ladies deserve their own staycation. Thank you Alex & Macy! There is a buffet breakfast that is served inside , but I personally recommend going to the SandBar and either sitting poolside or get it to go and enjoy it on your patio , if your lucky enough to have one. This hotel is an old treasure ! It is not new or modern but they had done a good job trying to maintain its huge grounds. (Screen doors & sliding doors could use a little WD40) I am picky about bedding and linens and I slept comfortably. If you are a hotel snob , you need to remember you are not at the Four Seasons & chill out and relax and enjoy the beautiful river. the pool, the live music and the cocktails and SandBar ! I can't wait to go back !

We visit Boise for both business and pleasure. I am always excited to go to the Boise area because it means I get to stay at The Riverside Hotel. I highly recommend a river view balcony room. The view is amazing and the people watching on the greenbelt so much fun. A walk on the greenbelt is also a highlight. We love that there is great food, drinks and entertainment onsite. After a busy day, we appreciate not having to get in the car again.

The room was very nice. Good view. Lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was great. But for such an impressive property the Wi-Fi is terrible. I could not stay consistently connected. I would definitely recommend staying here if Wi-Fi isn't important to you!!

Want to give a shout out to Alex our server at the pool!! We love staying at this hotel. We stay vacation here often! The kids love the pool and we love being able to catch up with old friends. This last trip was great Alex was our server at the pool and she was amazing we ate lunch and dinner there, that's how long we were able to enjoy being with friends and family!! She did an amazing job serving us adults drinks and kids ice cream! We had wonderful time!!!!! Love this place!!!!!

Alex was super friendly and attentive to make our day in the pool fun and enjoyable. She was polite, respectful and made us not want to leave but dinner reservations at a local restaurant preventing us from staying longer. Thanks Alex! We can't wait til next time!

This is a true gem in Boise. It is situated on a great setting on the Boise River. Plenty of parking, a great outdoor pool, great breakfast buffet that is included and an awesome staff. There is a bar/restaurant (The Sandbar) that is right on the river. Food is tasty and you can't beat the setting. There was live music every day we were there. It's a lovely location on the green belt. You can rent bikes on property and cruise the green belt. There are some other bar/eateries within walking distance. Had some awesome gelato from a gelato truck nearby. We considered staying downtown but I am so glad we stayed here! Downtown is a short drive. I really liked the setting on the green belt and on the river. They are building a new fitness center. The property is older but well maintained. We will definitely stay here on future trips.

I look forward to visiting Boise again someday to enjoy this hotel for longer. We stayed just one night, but it was great to just stay at the hotel. Walk from our room to the Sandbar for drinks or dinner, then get a good night's sleep. For dinner, we enjoyed white sangrias with the grilled cheese and the pulled pork sandwiches, which were excellent. The buffet in the morning was also good, particularly the thick bacon, French toast, and omelette bar. It is a large hotel, so don't lose the map they give you at check in. It was also irksome to be limited to cable tv. Although we brought a fire stick, we could not change the TV to that HDMI input. And, I would've liked more information about the restaurants and music that night when we checked in, but I could find it clicking around the hotel website. But, the hotel was so comfy with so many other amenities, none of those issues were big problems.

I heard they are renovating rooms. Not ours. We had a first floor river view room that was falling apart and smelled like the many pets who have stayed there. When we arrived, our outdoor space (to sit and watch the river) had one sad little broken chair. The bath has fixtures from the 70s. Not great for a room that cost $200+ We were there for the 4th of July. As we were watching some fireworks at about 10:15, the sprinklers came on and drove many guests back indoors. We could stay outside because the sprinkler in front of our unit was broken. The next morning, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated for the comp breakfast (which was tasty for hotel comp breakfast). Great location, staff was nice, but I wouldn't stay here until they finish renovating the place.

The room was just about perfect. We were lucky enough to have the double shower head on night one but after we moved for nights 2 & 3 it was just a single. Why did we move? We wanted a river view room. Why are we only leaving 4*? The grass at the riverside is so over watered we were unable to step outside or even open the door when the sprinklers were going. And the went a lot. The front desk graciously adjusted our rate to a standard room. We would 100% stay again but not bother with riverview. Breakfast was great. The pool was great (but the hottub needed treatment). Access to the trail and wineries and parks was great.

The Riverside has been our home away from home in Boise for some 30 years. And the new owners have done a wonderful job of turning a soon to be old maid into a young beauty. But beware. While doing that they have made many of the rooms unusable by us, and I suspect many others. The noise pollution from "The Sandbar" complex will keep us away from ever being within earshot again. Even worse, on the first floor, the occasional (every 10 minutes or so) hitting of a tennis ball, or worse against our glass window, from over enthusiastic athletes is not what we paid for. No we are not fuddy duddies. Yes we are glad to see the exuberance of youth. But not bouncing against our window. Not what we are paying for.

Except for the main hotel , there are no elevators , so might want to get a first floor room if you are getting old! Great breakfast , good internet , everything worked fine! Sandbar restaurant inside hotel was a little spotty on service , didn't have the first two drinks we ordered ...

I was at this hotel earlier this week. I checked in at around 5:00 and the front desk was overflowing with people and you could hear the phones ringing non-stop. Everyone working at the front desk look stressed, but when it was finally my turn, a gentleman named of Seth checked me in. He was kind, welcoming, and took the time to tell me about the hotel and what it had to offer despite how overwhelmed he and his coworkers looked. He recommended the Sandbar restaurant that's part of the hotel along side the river. It was a beautiful evening made even more by the music, drinks, and food.

What a pleasant hotel. Everything from the location on the river, the breakfast buffet and the attitude of the staff made my stay enjoyable. Special thank you to Seth at the front desk for welcoming me to the hotel. I would stay here again 100%!

we just completed our second stay at the Riverside (6 nights). We like it for the amenities (Good breakfast bar included with room rate), access to Riverwalk and downtown (5-7 mins drive). Rooms are nice enough and AC is not too loud. Pet friendly. Barbarian brewing, Push and Pour coffee, Stagecoach restaurant are all within 1-2 blocks. Service is competent and friendly.

This is a great hotel! Traveling home from SLC and just needed a place for one night. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was courteous and pleasant. With our AAA discount the price was reasonable. The shower was great. 2 shower heads! One bath towel was frayed at the ends but still very clean. Huge TV, small refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. I am a late-night reader and they had these awesome small bedside lights that did not disturb my partner at all. The bed was super comfortable too. Breakfast included: there was a delicious made-to-order omelet bar, an array of fresh fruit, yogurt, and a buffet of your typical cereal, eggs, sausages, etc. The coffee and orange juice were very good. All the wait staff were nice and attentive. Would 100% stay here again. (My partner wanted to stay another night just because the hotel was so nice!)

Pool was clean, live music, and I think the kids grew gills they were in the water so much. The Sandbar's food and drinks were top notch, and the breakfast spread is great for the morning. We will be back.

We ALWAYS stay at the Riverside Hotel when in Boise, Idaho. We like visitng the wineries in the area and there's no better place to be than at the Riverside. A great restaurant, the hotel is right on the river walk, there is a wine tasting room next door, and the hotel has a place to eat outside near the river.

We recently hosted a family reunion at the hotel and we couldn't have picked a better location! The daily breakfast had a ton of hot and cold options. We loved hanging out at poolside bar and hot tub.

I wanted to say that the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make myself and my family feel so welcome! Brenda at the front desk made me feel like I've known her forever! She was so pleasant, professional and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. Also Nancy, Steve and Cheryl your shuttle drivers were simply awesome! I needed 6 rides and they were so accommodating. That said, the only problem I had was the smell of my room which was not pleasant! Housekeeping brought me a scented vapor machine which was overwhelming at times. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Kind Regards, Marcel Nejaime USN Vet

The Riverside Hotel is situated right along the river-edge of the Boise River. It is quite beautiful. The hotel doesn't have any fees for parking and it has a large parking lot. Seth made check in fun and quick. He was a great help.

We really had a very positive experience with everything at this beautiful hotel. We were met by our shuttle driver Steve. He was so pleasant and positive it made us feel right at home immediately! He gave us some valuable tips on what to do and see!

The shuttle driver Steve was a tremendous kelp in getting me around Boise.Was always prompt,friendly and available.Fantastic service. The hotel staff was also very helpful with our military reunion Highly recommended for any convention or meeting.

You need to explain that you are really not a BW participant. You do not honor BW commitments and are really an independent Hotel. This should be explained over the phone during the reservation efforts. I would have stayed at a participating BW. Very bad experience. Felt like I was lied to based on my experience. (Over the phone registration and front desk tell two different stories and I was already trapped into my reservation) Very disappointing!

My husband and I stayed in Boise for the first time. We choose the riverside hotel because it was along the Boise river with rooms that face it, which did not disappoint! Seth at the front desk was a gracious host who made us feel welcomed. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Boise for the first time.

We stayed here one night, when there were several graduation parties going on, including one just across the hall. Happily, the celebrations quieted down at a reasonable hour and the night was quiet. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the amenities nice. We decided to get takeout from their restaurant. The hotel is huge, it was a long walk to and from the restaurant. When we got back, our food was very good but we were only provided with sporks to eat it (which was difficult). That seems a little cheap for such a nice place. The included breakfast the next day was good.

The hotel is a gem. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was outstanding. Pool service was great. Staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely come again! We are already planning our next trip!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk, Seth, made our check in easy and fun. The Riverside Hotel is clean. There is plenty of parking, even on the busy weekend I stayed there. I really liked the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room not to mention the complimentary breakfast.

It took three attempts to find a room that would be away from the construction and quiet enough to rest. We were charged extra for a room on the river side of the hotel. The phone didn't work. The shower didn't really work. And the top sheet of the bed didn't go all the way down and over the bottom of the mattress! We had to get up at 11 P.M. to re-configure the sheets to fit the bed. Go figure! The reason to stay here is the location. Close enough to downtown, and there's a path along the river behind the hotel that is lovely. Breakfast is standard, meat, gluten, dairy fare. Serving this place up a robust two stars!

Heard everything in hallways & Nextdoor. Unable to sleep due to noise. The cost was outrageous based on the lack of quality of the room. Was going to stay longer but could not sleep and not worth the cost.

The room was enormous. The decore of the room and the hotel were beautiful. Service was excellent. A very good stay. Excellent place to stay. Lots of extras. Has a nice conference area. Very fancy. Wirth staying at.

This place is huge! You definitely need the map to get around. There aren't many locations on premise with an elevator so there was a lot of walking and stairs (which wasn't a terrible thing, I didn't have a lot of luggage). I was here for a conference and my coworkers were placed in different locations all over the hotel so we were all really far apart and two of us fairly far from the conference rooms. The rooms and linens were clean and while the bed was comfortable it was very soft and the pillows were extremely soft, too much so. The room I was in had a balcony which was awesome to sit in the sun and it overlooked the pool area which was beautiful and had a neat little grill and live music both Monday and Tuesday nights. It appeared the pool didn't open until 4pm on Wednesday but I didn't look to see if that was standard or not. There was little umbrellas over seating areas and it said the pool was salt water which was neat. The website said no pets other than service pets were allowed but it appeared after we got there, that was incorrect. I was debating bringing my dog but left him at home because he's not a certified service animal. The hotel is in a great location. There are several breweries and wineries very close by, minutes walking which was really neat. There are also places to eat and drink on site and other food (including Joes Crab Shack) very close. It's situated right along the river and has a beautiful path for walking or riding bikes. You can even walk down and watch the surfers and kayakers in the man made waves in the river. Other than the live music going until about 830p the room was quiet, you didn't hear your neighbors talking, walking or showering. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. There was lots of room to park all around. The conference rooms were set up nice and they were easily transitioned from a large room into 4 break out rooms. The food they served was good and the staff were always coming through taking dirty dishes and trash away. My room had a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. There were ample places to charge with USB ports and outlets. The bed had cute little reading lights next to each side so you didn't have to turn on the whole light. The black out curtains worked pretty good too. I didn't eat or drink at any establishments on premise, mostly because the conference served us most of the time. They did not allow late check out which was a bummer because our conference ended at 530p.

Sheets were not clean. I asked for them to be replaced they sent someone up right away but she brought more unclean looking sheets and laughed about the situation the whole time she was changing sheets when it was after 9 pm and I just wanted to sleep. She even threw my duvet cover on the floor and then asked if I wanted it put back on the bed which defeats the purpose of asking for new CLEAN sheets. I went back to the front desk the next day and a different lady came to help. She fixed the situation bringing brand new, clean sheets and was genuinely apologetic about the situation. However, the issue should have been resolved the first night. The front desk gave me a drink voucher for the bar for my troubles, however, I wouldn't be able to use the voucher for a drink worth more than $3 as I am pregnant which was very visible at the time of my stay.

Absolutely flawless from first touch to last. From the front desk service to the room service. The most relaxing stay at a hotel I have experienced! I will most certainly be returning. In fact it can't come soon enough. Highly Recommended!

The Riverside Hotel was a great jumping off point to everything in the Treasure Valley. Rooms were well appointed & very comfortable. Customer service was always one step ahead of the game. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the the Garden City/ Boise area.

Very clean rooms, enjoyed a great breakfast and the staff was all very friendly! Great drinks at the Sandbar with live outdoor music and very pleasant atmosphere. A little bit hard to get in and out of but well worth the effort!

My wife had recently injured herself just before we took a trip to Boise. The staff, specifically Brenda, went to extreme lengths to ensure my wife was comfortable while I was doing other required activities. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed, JW was very friendly and efficient when we checked in, and our stay was overall very enjoyable. Had a very great breakfast with wonderful omelet.

Stayed there a few days for a conference and couldn't be more pleased. Resort style hotel so it can be a walk from room to entrance, but the rooms were large and always promptly clean by the time you return anytime in the afternoon. It was unusually snowy this time in spring, so I stayed in for most of my meals. Portions sizes were large, and pretty tasty. The staff is always friendly and usually there to accommodate most requests. Shout out to Izzy, my driver who took me to the convenience store for an extra phone charger. Definitely a recommend and I'll likely be back!

Spring break was fantastic at this hotel, located right on the Green Belt. We have stayed here many times and it's a wonderful value. We LOVE the super warm heated outdoor pool, the AMAZING FREE breakfast, the restaurants on site are amazing! No reason to leave!

We went up to Boise for a family wedding. We loved the hotel so much we want to come back just to stay there again. It is our new favorite destination spot! The pool was amazing and the restaurants were very good

The Riverside Hotel has such friendly staff! Seth checked me and my family in and upgraded us to a Riverview room instead of having us face the parking lot construction. The room was beautiful and the view was even better. The hotel is definitely older, but the rooms looked well renovated and the new construction looks promising, although I didn't want to look at it in it's current stage... The plants around the hotel also look so sad. Really takes away from the rest of the property. We will definitely be staying again, though, when we're back in Boise!!!

Good sized balcony but didn't have any chairs & overlooked the pool which is open till 10pm & was right next to the bar which had a band playing. If you wanted piece & quiet don't stay here. Breakfast is a struggle to get to. Room was nice & location was convenient if you want to be downtown.

We truly received excellent customer service in every encounter. Housekeeping staff also did an excellent job; our room was very clean at check-in and they promptly provided us with anything we needed during our stay. They were friendly and respectful of privacy. Restaurant and bar staff provided amazing service as well! I wish I had kept a better list of names during our stay, because the customer service was wonderful across the board! This hotel has a fantastic team of customer service professionals :) The list of amenities and services at this hotel stand in a class above most hotels and are more like a resort. The room rates are a value for the quality. Clean, comfortable rooms with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of storage/closet/counter space, extra USB ports and outlets, and even a corner chaise lounge chair with reading and wall-mounted book lights! Ask for a courtyard, ground- level poolside room and you can walk right out to your patio, the beautiful lawn (with life-sized checkers & chess), the seasonal Sandbar grill restaurant/bar, and the gated, outdoor, heated saline pool and hot tub. Warmed pool towels are provided. Some pool noodles for kids were also available. There are second floor rooms with balconies, but the elevators are spaced far apart. Just be prepared for some walking (this property is huge!) and I would avoid the second floor for anyone with mobility issues. Other fantastic amenities include (FREE with your room for all registered guests!) an excellent breakfast buffet at their indoor restaurant (The Riverside Grill) which includes scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, a staffed eggs-to-order and omelet station, pastries, French toast, biscuits & gravy, and table-side drink service (coffee, juice, water). The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. Both the lobby/Riverside Grill and the seasonal, outdoor Sandbar restaurant often play live music. In the main lobby, we so enjoyed the harp and the bands that played at the Sandbar were enjoyable and not at all loud from our room. Last, but not least, the property is conveniently located right along the Greenbelt with walking and biking pathways!! Rent bikes at the front desk!

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Our second floor room had a nice view of the Boise River and greenbelt with a small outdoor seating area. The room was spacious with a lovely contemporary decor. Our dinning experience for dinner and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and very professional. We definitely recommend and would stay at the Riverside Hotel again.

This hotel has great potential, its just not there yet. The rooms are average but comfortable. Pool are is really fun outdoor activity and very family friendly but pool hours are limited making the pool over crowded during the 4-10 hours when its open. It's impossible to keep the pool clean while it is so crowded. Food service definitely needs improvement. Limited staff and long wait times. If you want to hang by the pool bring your own food.

Our visit was fabulous from the checkin at front desk to the end of our stay. I left my expensive bag there and Analisa had it for me. Honest employee and I am so appreciative!!!!!!! We will stay again to listen to all of the awesome live music.:)

First of all the employees from front desk, breakfast personnel and housekeepers were super nice. The room we got had a old smell to it, the whole section 5 till 3 needs updated. The hot tub was low in water so the jets were not working well. Breakfast was ok not to many options. When we got checked in they had a jazz band playing it was very nice. Our room needed updated from the popcorn ceiling to the carpet. Would stay again but for the price it's a maybe. They need a bigger area for fur babies plus fence all the property.

Stayed in 356 while traveling for work. Room clean but dated carpet and such. Bed and pillows very soft (not in a good way per my preference) - you sink right in. Housekeeping kept the room clean but could use some improvements. The first two nights, I was given conditioner and lotion but no shampoo. In night three I had to call the front desk and ask, but they promptly delivered. They have a mix of 5-6 brands and products don't routinely match. Breakfast good - high protein options with less fruit and such (one bowl of mixed fruit daily). The omelet station was great. It's a big conference facility. My room faced a dingy parking lot. Green belt view would be better. Location is decent. A 6 min drive to downtown. Walkable to an urban tasting room for wineries. Decent stay but would love more fresh fruit and more comfortable beds.

Accommodations at the Riverside have been wonderful. My stay is for 2 weeks and Izzy provides a fabulous service! Always smiling, personable, and friendly! He is quick to accommodate your shuttle request and maintains a reasonable timeline. Truly a gem!!

We have always enjoyed the Valentine's day package deal the hotel puts on. You get a deluxe room, dinner buffet, two tickets for the Fabulous Chancellor's Valentine's dance and breakfast buffet. This is our ninth time we have come to the dance. My wife and I first met at this dance 10 years ago. We come back every year they have it.

Love the bar and restaurant staff! We feel like royalty in the Sapphire room. The waitstaff know how to treat the customer like they are special and it just adds to a Wonderful eventing! Angie, Sapphire club manager, goes above and beyond in her service, she is amazing. Actual hotel staff are not as caring, and even indifferent.

I was expecting a quiet sleep. I was woken to a pounding sound. I paid for a river view and an upper floor. The room was nice. The bath tub faucet needs to updated. When I took a shower, the tub slowly drained. The sink stopper needed to be fixed. The amount that I paid, is the price I have paid for a room at the Hale Koa in Hawaii.

I was looking forward to staying here. The location near the river is great and the pictures were encouraging. When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby was nice and inviting. Check in was easy. The man who checked me in told me that my room is on the other side of the building and showed me a map of how to get there. He didn't ask if I had a car and I was just listening to his instructions. I ended up walking for about 15 minutes around the property, around a construction site, in the cold dragging a suitcase. He didn't tell me that I could get there through the very long hallway. When I got to the room, I was very disappointed. It was very dated, water spots all over the ceiling, the bathroom light had stains and/or water in it that was gross, the desk chair was broken, I could go on... If I wasn't here for a conference, I would have changed hotels. Walking to and from the conference location was nuts. The length of the winding and confusing hallway took 10 minutes each time I wanted to go to my room. Somehow I was "lucky" enough to get a room that was so far away from the lobby, it was really frustrating when your entire stay is centered around the activities near the lobby. The food in the dining room is great, I really enjoyed my meals. Izzy the shuttle driver was amazing and I would like to give him 5 stars!

We usually always enjoy staying at the Riverside; pet-friendly, good food, walking distance to a couple other great restaurants and winery, nice walking path on the river. Unfortunately, this trip, we had a poor experience.....was totally ignored at breakfast; left after 40+ minutes of waiting. Would have rated the service as terrible, but the service the evening before was excellent, so rated it average overall

Visiting Boise for business. Had the pleasure of Izzy driving us to downtown Boise! Such a great personality! Izzy is courteous and friendly! I will definitely be requesting him every time I need a ride!

I was surprised that when I asked if there was an available upgrade that, upon checking with the manager who was behind a closed door, that upgrades were not offered to Diamond Select members who were using points. The hotel was well below capacity, less than a quarter full as per an employee that I asked. In all of my years of being a customer of BW, I had never heard that. Especially since I had stayed at a BW the night before in a different city (Walla Walla, WA.) and was automatically upgraded without asking and then again at a different BW (Pasco, WA.) both times using points. The room I was given was at the end of the hallway in the furthest wing away from the lobby, quite a journey to and from the lobby in light of how expansive this property is. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could've been. Stray hair found in the bathtub and the cap in the sink was missing. The drainage in both the sink and the tub are very slow and should probably each have some "Draino" poured into them. The internet connection was spotty at best, had to log in and off multiple times while tryong to get some work done. Overall, this is an amazing property and I have stayed here multiple times for a reason. The remodel seems to be going on what must be it's seventh year but it's paying off.

The Riverside Hotel is an amazing property with great amenities. The outdoor pool and hot tub are one of a kind. Nice & hot & enjoyable on cold Idaho nights. Exercise room is good size. The laundry room was immaculate with two washers & dryers. The breakfast area was a several steps up from other hotels. 3 bars on site, was nice too. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, large tubs, sink inside & out of bathroom. Large TVs on wall with beautiful local art. Each room has a walk out or balcony facing the pool area. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will book here again.

The outside pool open in the winter was amazing!! Food was beautiful and very delicious! Staff were all very kind and professional! Only thing not quite great was the view from our room, but that was ok, we couldn't hear the road noise.

Affordable, well staffed, clean, great food. We will be back again to enjoy things we did not have time for on this trip. Construction was heavy but appears to be bringing new exciting features that will make this an even funner place to stay.

The rooms are spacious, well-designed and sparkling clean, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed during the winter, and I suspect the grounds will be gorgeous once spring arrives. Don't miss their restaurant's omelet station.

Great atmosphere, lovely food/drinks service inside and poolside. Outdoor, heated pool is wonderful at night and adults only 8-10pm! On a cold winter night, it is a fun place to be. Complimentary breakfast service was a huge hit!

This is a great hotel on the banks of the Boise River on the edge of downtown Boise, Idaho. The food was really great. The room was spacious and very clean. The onsite night club was intimate and great for musical shows. We attended the concert by the local band the Blues Brothers who were absolutely fantastic.

I loved the Riverside Inn especially how warm they kept the water in the pool during January. It was great to relax after a day at the conference by taking a nice swim in the outdoor pool. The temperature was very comfortable and the Hot Tub was great too! The food they served at the conference was very tasty as well. I recommend it!

The building is older but they've done a nice job updating the rooms and common areas. The heating and cooling system was a little wacky during my last stay but the two previous times it was fine. The gym is basic and outdated but fit my needs while I was there for a week. The hotel staff has always been super friendly and helpful which I really appreciated. The hotel restaurant had decent food for a hotel but over priced in my opinion. I love that it is located right next to the Boise Greenbelt. It makes for really easy and enjoyable nature walks/runs.

Thank you for offering the Staycation! It was needed! Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good. Room was nice. Had a view to the courtyard. Didn't get to try the pool it was pretty busy. Considering staying again.

We spent a night for a staycation and to bring our granddaughters to swim in the outside heated pool. They had a blast. Totally loved the two headed shower afterwards. And they also loved the carrot cake brought up by room service.

We chose to spend the holiday at The Riverside since we could not travel to family due to weather, etc. We based ourselves at the hotel and had adventures from there. I would highly recommend a get away at The Riverside, even if you live in a nearby town like we do!

This was our second visit to the Riverside. As usual the room was spectacular. Their beds are by far the best beds we've ever slept in in our travels. The room was located on the courtyard level just outside of the saltwater pool. The pool is only open from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the winter primarily because it is an outdoor pool but it is heated to 95°. The hotel was quite full with two football teams one from Kent State and one from Wyoming that were going to play in the Potato Bowl But everything was comfortable and relatively quiet during our stay. The rooms are well insulated so even with a bunch of rowdy football players we slept like babies. We attended a traditional Christmas concert in the Sapphire room. The music was quaint and the dinners that we ordered were fairly good. The salmon was superb and the service was excellent however one meal was not up to par. We chalked it up to the fact that they probably were using a temporary cook because their food there in both the sapphire room and in the 365 grill is excellent. If you do stay there be sure to partake in their breakfast buffet. It is one of the best buffets we have ever seen and you can have an omelet made to order while you watch. Most of the room packages have a breakfast buffet included in the cost. They are also in the process of adding on to the hotel by building a brand new indoor saltwater pool with spa and hot tubs. They hope to have it completed by a late fall 2022. This will alleviate a lot of the crowding in the pool during the summer months when the stay of families on vacation picks up. It will also help when the weather becomes a little bit rough and they have lightning within 10 mi of the hotel because they evacuate the outdoor pool to protect the guests. We stay at the Riverside Hotel whenever we are in the Boise area regardless of the reason that we visit. We only live about 45 miles away from Boise but we make excuses to go there so that we can hang out at the Riverside. It is by far one of the best places to stay and be part of a community that welcomes everyone and even allows you to bring your dogs into the lobby to visit.

I stayed here for a conference. The hotel was undergoing some construction in the parking lot but i was never disturbed by noise from the work. The room was great. Very large and the bathtub was great. Double shower heads which I was pleasantly surprised with. The staff was outstanding. The lady who checked me in was fantastic, friendly and professional. The only thing is this hotel is pretty large and navigating the halls was a little challenging at first and I was in a room pretty much at the far end from the conference area. Other than that, no complaints. The conference facilities were great. We used several rooms and were comfortable in all of them. I would highly recommend using them to book a conference or just for a night's stay. Great experience!

We are here for 8 nights while visiting family. This hotel is a gem. From the minute we walked in, I knew this would be a nice stay. The staff at the desk was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and VERY nice. It has 2 sinks which makes getting ready so much easier. We got maid service daily and at whatever time worked for us. In the three other trips I've made this year, I'd decided that good hotel service was not available anymore. This hotel proved me wrong. Two criticisms: they didn't have decaf coffee available at breakfast and it had to be brewed each day, which takes time. And the breakfast bar isn't great. The bacon is undercooked and way too sweet But the omelette bar was good. The fitness center was very nice also. We'll stay here again

After a weeklong road trip hiking and biking the Southwest this hotel was a welcome nights stay. The service and amenities were wonderful. The location is easy to access with plenty of secure parking.

We had such an awesome time here! Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had. I had some trouble with the initial booking through a booking app not through the hotel and Steffan one of the hotel staff was amazing, both on the phone and in person. He was friendly, very understanding and professional! He helped me get everything all taken care of! It was our first time in Boise, the hotel has an amazing heated pool, delicious breakfast, clean rooms but best off all, has a wonderful and friendly staff!! Will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

Recently stayed there on a long weekend, read Yelp reviews at the airport and was a little panicked about our stay. Thankfully those reviewers were clearly mistaken. The hotel is so charming with a mix of old school and new school. The location is fabulous with the gorgeous river and amazing walking path. In addition, all the staff was fantastic, kind and assertive but especially Kendall at the front desk! The delicious free breakfast and courteous bar and restaurant staff doesn't hurt either. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

Upon arrival at the Riverside, I was immediately impressed. They have a beautiful property with a piano walkway. You walk directly into the lounge to check in and immediately impressed. After a speedy check in, I walked to my room and saw beautiful glass chandeliers and beautiful local art for sale. It was so cool! I opted for a courtyard view, and even in the winter it was beautiful!

I had been on the road for several days and stopped here. So, to their credit, I didn't have a reservation, and was still provided a room. I got in the room, shut the door and immediately smelled an odor that was not agreeable. Within seconds I had pinpointed a dirty diaper that had been left behind the bathroom door. That, in and of itself, rates just one star.

I was looking forward to my stay here for a conference, but the hotel cancelled the conference after objecting to a speaker. The intolerance and prejudice shown by management in this action spoiled the good service experience otherwise provided by the hotel staff.

This is a nice hotel given it's age. It is perfect location to the greenbelt. I utilized the greenbelt every single morning to go for runs. The breakfast is much tastier than any other continental hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms are big and always clean. The hotel itself is quite large and easy to get lost in with the different sections. My only complaint was we had cold miserable showers 4 of the 5 nights we were there. We complained twice and never really had the problem resolved. Considering the hotel is $100+ a night, cold water is unacceptable in my opinion. I had collegues staying there at the same time and 3 of the 4 of them all had hot water every day. The hotel should have allowed us to swap rooms in order to provide us the best stay possible. Especially since the hotel was not busy and had plenty of free space. Other than that, it's a good location to downtown without being around all the traffic. It's easy to get to and feels clean.

Had a really good experience here. Has a homey feel. Came for an event being hosted at the hotel. Nice wide tub/shower. I saw people commenting on the breakfast buffet and how awesome it was. I was like darn can it really be that special. It is. You have to go early if you don't want to wait. Most of the staff are friendly. Nice gym with weights, cable machine, treadmill, ellipticals, and bike. Better than most hotel gyms. Riverside Grill (restaurant in the lobby) was great too. I had the burger and sweet potato fries. Very very good.

I picked this property for location which is right on the river with tons of trails and greenbelt area and that I have never stayed in a Premier Best Western hotel. Here are the pluses -Staff was amazing and the buffet breakfast was top notch. Grounds and the pool area were very well taken care and super fun it you want to take a late swim or sit in the jacuzzi. We booked a river view room because I wanted to wake up to the water view. I was put in Bldg 7 ground floor. The room was updated as much as it could be but the smell of old and musty was over so whelming and it started in the hallways. I wanted to open the sliding glass doors for fresh air but the screen door did not lock and had a lot of wear and tear so I did not feel safe. Thank god for Kendall as she moved us upstairs with a balcony so I could open the sliding glass doors. It helped a little but if you are super sensitive to mold and smells do not book this room category. Even my husband who is not super sensitive could not get past the old musty smell. I did not know how old this property was and went off the reviews. This could be a kick a$$ hotel if not for that and hopefully they will be doing renovations because the rest was super. Now cant wait to sleep in my own bed.

Room was dirty, staff was rude, management didn't care at all. We asked for a different (clean) room and we were denied. My guess is they're a franchise that only cares about profits. This place is absolute trash - don't waste your money.

The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious with luxurious rooms. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel has a large piano bar in the lobby, an outdoor court yard and beautiful swimming pool. The property is clean & safe and very well managed. I think their prices are very reasonable for what you get... Its a travels paradise. I travel between WA and AZ often and this was the first of many future stays at The Riverside Hotel. It's now a destination!! Thank you for your part in making my ROAD TRIPS so enjoyable!

We left our room and when we returned some man had used our shower, towels, and shaved in our sink! The hotel gave us a house credit for food for $100. No security was sent to our room, no help. No nothing. Some strange man could have been hiding in a room of a woman alone on business.

We have stayed at the Boise Riverside a number of times now, and keep coming back. While the property is a bit older, they do an outstanding job of keeping it up-to-date. The amenities are many. We especially enjoy hanging out at the SandBar by the pool. There is live music almost every night at of of the on-site restaurants. The location (right on the Boise River walking path) is fantastic. The dining options on the site are perfectly good (and the breakfast buffet is excellent), but if you want something else, other restaurants, including downtown dining, are well within walking distance by just hopping on the Boise River path. This would make a great spot for a small family reunion. We'll be back.

I've been wanting to stay here for a staycation for the longest time. Pretty satisfied with the service & hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back and staying for more than a night. Love the extra packages that they offer too!

Excellent location near the river and downtown. The hotel offers a free shuttle to downtown and the airport. If the driver isn't available, the front desk staff secures a taxi on them! The Sandbar was a very cool outdoor venue located on property. Breakfast was okay but something good to start the morning off right.

Clean, outstanding customer service, outstanding food and beverages. Provides a free shuttle to downtown and the airport. Only minor flaws is the room pillows, but I am a very picky person for pillows.

I would like to thank Izzy at the Riverside Hotel in Garden City, Boise for driving me so safely but efficiently to the airport. He immediately found me at the hotel and swiftly loaded my bags, friendly and a delight to talk with. He was a very considerate driver and dropped me off as close to my airlprt departure location as possible. I just wanted to let the Riverside know of his excellent hospitality. I also love the Riverside - who wouldn't!

Overall this hotel was a wonderful experience. The breakfast staff was extremely kind and the omelets were delicious. But the star of the show was Felicity at the front desk. She was so gracious, welcoming, and funny. She was very helpful in explaining everything to us. This hotel is huge! Be warned that if you don't like stairs, ask for a first floor room! Also Marika at the front desk was very helpful the next day and Ashley in the grill was a wonderful server. Be sure to get some of those Chocolate chip cookies.

Because of a wildfire, my family and I had to evacuate our home in a rush in the late afternoon with no clue where to stay for the evening. I called the riverside hotel close by here in Boise and I was greeted by Seth, who was so understanding and ready to help in anyway he could. He talked us through prices and got us the best rate he could. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the closeness to the greenbelt and the Esther Simplot park, made my family's sudden and frightening stay a little less stressful. We'll be recommending family and friends from out of state stay at the riverside, without a doubt.

Stephan went above and beyond in helping me purchase and deliver a gift card to my daughter and son in law. I live in California and wanted to surprise them with a gift card to their favorite restaurant. I had forgotten what customer service and professionalism actually feels like. This may have been the best hotel we've ever experienced. We would plan a trip in the future to be able to return there. The room was exceptional, and the restaurant experience, including the complimentary breakfast, was far above the usual quickie fare.

I'd give it a 4.5 star rating that wasn't an option. We really loved this place due to the great location along the Boise River and the outstanding service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It seemed genuine. The pool and pool bar called the Sandbar was great! There was live music in the main lobby bar and at the Sandbar. The included breakfast bar with made to order omelets, and a large variety of options including biscuits and gravy and eggs benedict one morning was outstanding and the best I've had for a free breakfast anywhere. The hotel is a bit dated and I think was a Red Lion in a former life. It has many conference rooms, ballrooms, and amenities. Our room was large and bed very good. There are some little things like the doors that need to be updated as they are in poor shape. Overall its time to invest in the hotel and update it as it could be even better. It does not deserve a 5 rating but I wish I could give it as the staff was so very good. Our favorite staff member was Annie at the Sandbar pool bar.

Not the “usual” generic hotel restaurant. Had singer and guitarist in the lobby that we could hear at our table but not too loud. Prices very reasonable and small plates available. Macy our server was friendly but not real attentive to us despite the restaurant not being busy. One person's cocktail had bleu cheese olive in the menu name but when it was brought to her was told they were out of those olives. She was not asked if she would like another drink. Cheesy crab skillet was out of this work. It was a small plate but was rich and more than enough. Food presentation superb. Chicken croquettes were good.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels we stay at, anywhere. We travel quite a bit and when we are in Boise, we ALWAYS stay here. (or we change the dates we'll be in the area so we can stay there)

I do not travel much or write online reviews, but Seth at the front desk was so charming at check in, that I just had to write this one. He really spends the time with you at check in which just made me feel so welcome. If you are reading this and want Seth to check you in, look for the handsome young man with awesome hair. My husband and I love coming to this hotel in the summer. We only live 20 minutes away but this hotel has a great outdoor pool and a restaurant and bar with live music. You are right on the river and greenbelt so you can't beat the location. There are restaurants within walking distance or you can rent a motorized scooter and take the greenbelt into downtown Boise. Lots of options for entertainment and having a complimentary full breakfast served the next morning is an added bonus!

Even though this hotel is a little older, it's updated and very impressive. The continental breakfast (free) is the best Ive ever had at any hotel. Their pool area is large with a bar that's connected. If you're ever fortunate to sit by the pool in warm weather, ask for Annie to be your waitress. We were there with a group of eight people, and she remembered all of our room numbers for our tickets. She's amazing!

The Riverside Hotel is the family favorite hotel when coming to the riverside, especially when my husband and I travel with our children. The hotel is very large and the pool and other outdoor activity possibilities are amazing for a summer get away--in our case, a last minute family trip before school! Everyone at the hotel I have had the pleasure to speak with is so professional and nice! Seth was a new face at the Front Desk from our last stay. He checked us in and he was our go to man if we needed anything. His communication and problem solving skills are unmatched. Hopefully we get to get him again in the spring! We can't wait for our next stay.

The Riverside Hotel is home to some of the best service I've encountered at a hotel—granted I don't travel much . Upon mine and my husbands arrival, which was significantly delayed because of our flight, I was met by Seth and Marika, who were so welcoming and personable. Seth checked us in and he was excellent with explaining everything we needed to know about breakfast, checkout and how to get to our room—The Riverside Hotel is huge, it is a like resort so listen carefully at checkin and use the map the front desk gives you!!!! Sandbar employees were also fantastic and the food and music were superb! The whole hotel is a lovely little get away! The breakfast buffet was not the best, but it also wasn't terrible and is better than any continental breakfast offered at other hotels. Regardless, can't wait for our next trip to Boise!!!

This place has it all. Big clean rooms with a comfy bed. Love the local photo art! River view a bonus. A soaking tub also a bonus. Greeted with a smile and fresh cookies. The lobby is stunning, and that carries thru the entire property which is huge! We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Sandbar near the river path and pool. They had live music inside and out. No reason to leave the property once you check in. Check out was gracious as well. Best hotel stay of our vacation.

We had the honor of having Izzy as our driver. He was the first representation of the hotel that we saw, he picked us up from the air port. He was extremely friendly and so helpful. He made us feel as if we were home. He also recommended great places to see while visiting Boise. I hope every guest of the hotel gets this experience.

The room was very dark and seemed dusty and a bit dirty and discolored. The towels were dirty and I felt kind of gross sleeping in the bed. My room definitely did not look like the pictures on Agoda or their website. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare though. For some reason, the front desk told me they could not give me a shower curtain? There were hooks for one but it seemed like they were short curtains? And the toilet was broken and spurted toilet water from the handle every time I flushed. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty and I don't think they should be giving this room to guests anymore. It was not a good impression of the first place I stayed in Seoul and there are much better hotels in the area. Don't waste your money here.

The service was terrible for the front desk, inside restaurant and outside restaurant. The room was clean, very large closet, frig, coffee, microwave, good outlets throughout the room. Bed was very hard. The hotel is very large and is long. We did not have a car and were placed at the far end of the hotel. Very long way to walk with luggage. The food was old and reheated for the buffet on both days. Poor service.

Everything was ‘fine'…the breakfast food was great, but the beds were not very comfortable and the hot tub was barely luke warm(same temp as pool) which was very disappointing. There was fun music in the area next to pool. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for our needs. I'd always recommend it to others and we would have liked to stay another night, but when asked was told not available.

We stayed at the Riverside as a family. What a great location. The staff and amenities are awesome. On the river, live music and huge pool. Games for kids and access to the greenbelt that takes you up and down the riverfront.

Poor value, no discounts, room not ready, late checkout denied. SANDBAR several tables open but 30 min wait, staffing issues. Had concert plans so room not ready changed plans. $178 for a 4pm to 11am a poor value. Have stayed here several times but will look to newer downtown locations. Will do same with out of town guest coming to Boise for BSU football.

This location looks to be recently renovated. The rooms are amazing and huge. I traveled alone and felt very comfortable staying at this location. The rooms are very clean and everything worked great in my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was easy to control and stayed at the perfect temp for me. The bathroom is large and there is a sink outside of the bathroom so that two people can get ready at the same time. The internet was quick and I had no issues with it. The TV worked perfectly and there were several channels included for all types of shows to watch when unwinding after a long day. The Greenbelt is right behind the hotel and is a great place to take an early morning walk before starting your day. The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing and had quite a bit of variety to it.

Hotel staff found my much needed car keys late night in the parking lot, too thankful!!! I had driven to town for my friends wedding that I was in, and the night before I lost my keys somewhere in the parking lot. Couldn't find them and I had my bridesmaids dress in there and the wedding was within hours. Rather than deal with a locksmith/etc, the staff found and protected my keys and I am forever thankful ♥️

All of the staff that helped during our conference meals were so nice and worked so hard. Particularly Chris the bartender for our conference and Dreemi. David, the banquet captain, was the biggest help and took a ton of weight off our shoulders! everything went so well because of this team!

I had a wonderful experience at Riverside. Steve was and Stephen were both very helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend The Riverside Hotel and will tell all my friends and family about the great service I received.

We always love staying at The Riverside! So many fun things to do and the location is perfect! The service, food and music at the Sandbar was amazing. We met some friends there and we all had so much fun!

Room was dirty. Air filter caked with gunk. Toilet wobbly enough to scare you when you sit down. Check-in/Check-out staff were unfriendly. Although the Sandbar staff and pool area was wonderful! Free Breakfast was so confusing. The set up made no sense and it was very frustrating.

Our daughter attends BSU and we have property in the Boise area so we always stay at the Riverside. The location pool sandbar and breakfast can't be beat which is why we always stay here. A few stays ago, a few things were taken from our room (my pricey skincare and hair stuff) so I no longer allow housekeeping in our room during our stay. That works fine. I change out towels when I see them etc. This is a pet peeve of mine: the chocolate chip cookie. Everyone should receive one at check in. It's a signature item. It's hit and miss. Sometimes we get one and sometimes we don't. I'm not sure what determines getting the warm cookie at check in, but when We've paid over $1500 for our 6 night stay, We deserve a cookie. People checking in on either side of us receive them and we don't so I don't understand it.

In the past this hotel has been clean, fun and offered good food. The last two time we have stayed have been complete disasters. The service was horrible and the food was the worst we have ever had in a hotel. The fire alarm went off the last two nights that we were there.

I was looking forward to this trip to celebrate my grandmothers 99th bday. I booked the honeymoon suite months in advance only to get bumped the week prior to another room which I agreed to because it still had a courtyard and/or river . Once arrived I learned they dumped me again to the "Executive Suite" Fancy name for sh!t room. Huge sparsely decorated, cold feeling with no lighting and no windows. Cavernous. Second floor with view of parking lot right under where people smoke. It was a please to find dog kibble along the walks in the bedroom adjacent to the TV that had the remote from hell. Wi-Fi was non existent. We moved to a café to use public. House keeping was not to be seen... would not even make up the bed without me having to call. I hope someone with management reaches out to me to explain. They need to acknowledge there extreme lack of service or customer or care for their stay. OH And the mattress had a depression in the middle that could trap a tank! Room 436 Stay 7/5/21-7/9/21

The lobby and Lounge are great. The breakfast is very accommodating. But if you stay with your pets, just be aware you will get the older least updated rooms with leaky roof and discolored path tub. I was very disappointed with the lack of bang for my buck

We wanted to stay somewhere not far from the Boise Airport. This was perfect! The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is right on the river with walking paths and restaurants. Our room was luxurious and clean plus we had a balcony room facing the large courtyard and pool. So beautiful! We ate at the Sandbar, onsite, where they had live music. The food was fantastic. We had Beet Salad, wings and Asian Wraps. The bartenders were really good at their jobs and this place was PACKED. We also received a Complimentary Breakfast Buffet for both of us.

The Riverside Hotel in Boise is my favorite, particularly when traveling with dogs. The hotel's Garden City location is convenient and access to the riverfront trail, Telaya Winery next door, and the Stagecoach Steakhouse (excellent food!) are all big pluses. I travel frequently with my dogs and the ground floor river view rooms with sliding doors onto a fenced grassy area for walking are perfect! We usually stay at the Riverside in Boise and have for many years. While there have been a few minor glitches, our overall experience has been great.

This is a very nice, very well run facility in a great location. There is a big pool, music at their poolside bar, and the hotel is located on the Greenway, a beautiful and very well used river walk. The hotel rents bikes for use on the Greenway. We walked to a nearby restaurant one evening for a change.

This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. The room was large and comfortable, modern, two bathroom sinks, spa tub, two shower heads, mini frig, coffee maker and microwave. We stayed in a King room and our bed was super comfortable. Our room faced the river and had a small patio right on the greenbelt. There was a swimming pool and hot tub. This is a super large hotel by the freeway, but our room was at the far end and we didn't hear any freeway noise. The hotel is a conference center so the main building is well appointed with conference rooms. The included breakfast was restaurant style with pancakes and waffles prepared on the spot and a delicious array of buffet items in heating trays. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel for evening meals and they had live music when we were there on a Sunday night. This place was the bomb! Worth every penny of the expense. Highly recommended.

The rooms were decent, had a mini-fridge and microwave. The location was great loved being right next to the river and I was able to bring my dog baby. Access to the rooms was a little odd, unnecessary stairs but no complaints. Breakfast was included in our stay but was very underwhelming.

The Riverside hotel is our go to and coming to Boise. Especially when traveling with kids b/c of the outdoor pool with food and music it is a great space for everyone to enjoy. If you're lucky enough to run into Seth at check-in-he'll be sure to make the beginning of your trip great -his great communication and smile and will help you with any problem-solving needed. He was our go to if we needed anything and he was very helpful and professional. If you have a chance to eat out at the sandbar we hope you run into Cassie she again is one of his employees with a huge smile and is great at her job!

Booked months in advance specifically for a River view room. This was day 5 & 6 of an 8 day adventure with 3 couples total. Two couples received a River view room, unfortunately as a rewards member and the one who booked these rooms, I did not. We were placed on opposite ends of the hotel from our friends. The staff was good overall, especially since we are all working through COVID restrictions & an employee shortage, however this could have been easily forgotten & forgiven had they provided us some sort of compensation or credit towards onsite services or even future visits, but instead we heard; "ya, sorry bout that, were booked solid". Once we were in our room we quickly learned that the bathroom door did not latch shut at all. I called maintenance and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it during our 2-day stay, and they apologized for the inconvenience. Same thing with our balcony in our non-view room. It was covered with cobwebs, dirt, leaves & debris which is no big deal really, but when asked for a broom to clean it, or help to have their staff clean it, we were told again "there is nothing we can do during our stay, however they will make note to get it cleaned, and sorry for the inconvenience" As a small business owner, I can understand and appreciate shortcomings like these, but HOW they were handled was a complete disappointment unfortunately.

My family was supposed to stay at the Riverside for 6 nights. When we booked (through Best Western) we booked a "view room". Not only did we not get a view of the river, but our view looked out to the saddest patch of dirt. When I spoke to the front desk about this they told me that I "didn't book through them". Apparently they want you to call the hotel to book. Our room was utterly disappointing and we asked to be moved, but were told the hotel was 100% booked. We walked around the hotel and it was clear the hotel was not 100% full. The only "view room" they could move us to had a view of a tree- the tree was extending onto the balcony and it had a broken screen door that was laying out on the balcony. When I asked for a roll away (for a room that accommodates 3) I was told they were only allowed in suites and that a King size bed comfortably accommodates 3 people. Staff at the front desk didn't care that we were going to stay there 6 nights or that the Best Western web site is deceptive. The only reason we stayed there that night was b/c we needed time to book another room. This hotel is on the water, but to get to any good restaurants (and Boise has a lot!) you have to drive to downtown. Be aware that if you don't get a "view room" you'll be looking at the parking lot and it's not a pretty part of town.

The room's AC filter was dirty & clogged. The sink drain plugs were both broken. The maids start knocking as early as 8:30 for cleaning. Be sure to put up the "do not disturb" sign the night before, or you will be rudely awakened by the cleaning staff. The slider was also left unlocked by previous tenant. We didn't find this out until the following morning. It definitely gave us a sense of insecurity after staying there overnight.

The Room was clean, and sanitary, I feel the room decor was a bit dated. the pool was beautiful and the service at the pool was TOP NOTCH! My father took a tumble on a scooter and the staff was great in helping resolve this issue with as much first aid supplies thy could muster up.

My Wife and I got married at the Riverside 2 years ago and celebrated our 2nd anniversary again at the Riverside. Brought back many memories. The staff was excellent in the hotel, pool and the Sandbar. Little more per night. We had a great time. See you next year. Robert

We loved the atmosphere at this property. The drinks and food around the pool were amazing and the full breakfast can be beat. We loved the location along the river and had a great time renting scooters around town with scoters available right at the hotel. The beds were a bit hard would be our only complaint.

This has potential to be a great stay but our account made it less than ideal. The positives: wonderful breakfast options at their buffet. Awesome pool with food/beverage poolside options from the Sandbar. Comfortable beds, spacious, clean rooms and decor. The negatives: pool closure posted right before opening. Huge disappointment since this was the reason we chose to stay here. We had a long day of car travel ahead and planned our entire morning around having our kids swim for an hour before departure only to be offered "sorry, did you not get to swim yesterday?" Why, if it was closed for "treatment" could they not have treated it upon closure the previous day? or earlier that morning. We witnessed the staff arrive at the pool (from our hotel room-pool view) an hour or so upon a 10am opening and signs weren't posted of its closure until right before. The sign stated they would open at 1:30 so that tells me the "treatment" most likely takes 4 or 5 hours. Had this been managed better, the pool could have been opened when guests expect it to be. Unlike weather or toileting accidents, the chemical issue seems like something they could have controlled. At the very least, offer more than a seemingly insincere apology. That would have gone a lot farther when considering another BW stay in the future. Another negative was that we booked a room for 5. When realizing there wasn't enough bedding in the room, we informed staff and was told "sorry, our rooms are fully booked. We don't have extra bedding." What?! We could get by with just a blanket. Our kids were tired and the 45 minute delay to getting to bed while they came up with bedding was frustrating but they did pull through. Lastly, regardless of a pandemic, buffets should have sanitizer available before people use utensils in the buffet lines. They did have an omelette station where you only touch your plate and the cook does everything else, which was a better option but the line was very long for only one employee to be running (she was amazing though). Would I stay here again? Hard call because the pool is a huge draw. We were just very disappointed with the handling of the situation.

We've been past the pool and Sandbar while riding/walking on the greenbelt and always said we'd love to do a staycation there. We finally did over the Fourth of July and it was so relaxing and enjoyable!

The Riverside Hotel is a very popular property in the garden city area of Boise. The walking and bike trails adjacent to the property are a big plus. the poolside restaurant and SandGrab bar are great options. a number of the rooms have an outdoor patio. Rooms were large with comfy beds. the only negative was the front desk staff was beyond frustrating was calling ahead to see if your room was available early before 4 PM. Check-in .dodon't even try to call because it doesn't seem it's something they are trained to ask about.

I loved every minute of my time here. Everyone is so kind and helpful and it is a beautiful venue. Also shout-out to out shuttle driver Steve who was a gem. He was so kind and helpful and welcoming. He made our trip lovely.

Thanks to Steve we had a great time attending a wedding reception and trout fishing the Boise river. Without Steve we wouldn't have made it to cabelas for the fishing gear and licenses, then up to Red Robin for the float back to the hotel. We were catching trout in between tubers and asked these two to take pictures and send them back. Good times for sure. Thanks again.

Right on the Green Belt near great amenities - a happening place. It was fully booked for our last trip but they handled the crowd well. We usually ask for a room on the river side, but truthfully all rooms are pretty quiet.

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and every time is as good as the last! The service is always excellent, the rooms comfortable and the pool area is fabulous! We enjoyed a meal at the sandbar and the food and service was very good, despite being busy they were really on top of things. We will continue to return when in Boise area!

We loved our stay! We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Boise Greenbelt and really enjoyed using that walking trail a few times during our stay. We knew it would be a nice hotel but our expectations were exceeded for sure! The breakfast in particular was one of the best included-in-your-stay breakfasts we've had anywhere! I mean…an omelette station?! The room was comfortable. We would absolutely stay again and next time would come ready to enjoy ALL the amenities.

First let me say we love this place. Ive been coming here since the mid 70s. It has been kept up-to-date, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, the pool area is exceptional, it is clean and the grounds are well managed, and its nearly like a small resort. The restaurant is well managed and has great food along with its great staff. This is why we love it when we come to Boise. So, why not "5" stars? The house noise (music) that is playing around the pool. They have live music that is wonderful. Thats not the problem. To bring atmosphere to the pool area they have recorded noise playing all he time live music is not playing. All you hear however is the continual "thump" "thump" "thump" constantly repeating itself all day long and past 10:00 PM when you would like to sleep. You don't hear music. You just hear the thumping of the base. Close the door and turn the TV and you still hear it. Come on. Its after 10:00 PM People want to sleep. Sit outside during the day and you are tortured by the noise. I love music. This aint music and when you are 100 feet from the speaker (thank goodness) you don't hear music. I suggest they look into other forms of music where the band doesn't rely entirely on an ongoing "base". And turn it off at 10:00PM. BTW: The manager Rick was everywhere! Always doing something including hauling peoples luggage to their room, checking the facilities,, greeting people, picking up trash... You name it, he was doing it! Great employee!

We arrived and turned down the bed; the bed had blue fibers, and there was a straw wrapper laying on the sheet. We felt the one bed was clean, so we decided to sleep in that bed since it was so late and fix the problem in the morning. We called, and they were accommodating and said they would send someone in the morning to change all the sheets. The next morning we marked the sheets so we would know if the maid had changed them. When we returned and checked the sheets, we didn't have to use our mark to tell if the maid had changed the sheets; the straw wrapper was still there, and so were the blue fibers. The one bed had clean sheets, but the maid had just remade the dirty bed. We called the desk very upset, and they immediately sent someone to change the sheets. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the service was outstanding, but dirty sheets do not make a great hotel for me.

From the lack of handicap spots and mildew room smell, this hotel should amend its description of a premier location and improve not just the lobby. BW is better than this and Riverside should mean located in a better secure location to be Premier!

We did a little staycation for all the June birthdays at our house. We had the BEST time. Jennifer Mackay made our reservation and put us in a room right by the pool with a platter of cookies and some Martinelli's sparkling apple juice on ice for the kids. They LOVED it. The perfect details for the kids; they felt so special. :) Staying at the Riverside might be our new summer birthday tradition!

This is the BEST Best Western we have ever stayed at. The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with great choices. There are wonderful walking or biking paths along the river.

We arrived a couple hours early and rented bikes, riding the entire Boise river greenbelt and getting an enlarged, totally positive view of Boise. Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the river which was wonderful to sit out on. The room was perfect. The pool was beautiful. The patio restaurant was really fun (but too crowded and a bit understaffed). We informed the hotel it was our 40th anniversary, and they gave us a gift certificate to the restaurant, which was so touching. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time we are in Boise!

I have stayed at this hotel about five times in the last few years and have referred friends and family to stay there as well. I've always thought of it as a great place to stay in Boise especially with pets, And the breakfast has always been a major bonus. I have to say the prices have rocketed way up and this time around the quality was down. Over $300 after tax for a standard room with no outdoor area, and you get two little packets of powdered coffee creamer? UGH. Tiny supply of toiletries, scratchy towels, lackluster breakfast which surprised me - used to be amazing - and the hallways smelled like old pee. I won't be returning at this price ever again. The staff at the restaurant and lounge were awesome.

The food at the main restaurant is fantastic sand bar and pool make you feel like your on vacation. Room was comfortable and hotel though old did not show its age. Great place to stroll along the green belt or enjoy the live music.

Great rooms. Clean , spacious and some with a river view and outside seating . Very convenient for a cocktail before dinner . Staff goes out of their way to please you. We could not find a luggage cart , asked a staff member . She brought the cart at the entrance where were waiting within 5 minutes. Fantastic breakfast with an omelet bar , included in the price

We visited last weekend for the first time and are already anticipating our next visit. Everything was stellar from the time we checked in until we left (reluctantly). 5 stars plus! Food, drinks, pool, that "get-away" feeling...so much fun!

A newly remodeled hotel. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle if you would like to go out and not drive. The food in the restaurant is good but the service is a little slow. Overall experience is very good.

I always love staying at the Riverside. Friendly staff and clean rooms along with a great free breakfast and a warm pool... Keeps me coming back. The hotel is so classy and I love the live music. It's my home away from home.

We traveled to Boise for a wedding at the Riverside Hotel. We also stayed there. Very clean with wonderful full breakfast. Our room overlooked the river and through a small gate we could access the "greenbelt" that runs for miles along the river. Great walking/biking path. A short walk to "The Sandbar" - a local hangout riverside. Staff are friendly and competent. Dog-friendly hotel as well! Live music in the lounge and a caberet called "The Sapphire Room." Didn't have time to attend but heard the performances were great. This place has it all.

Beautiful exterior with grand entry into the hotel, very inspiring . The room was very comfortable with view into the courtyard, soft bed, and bigger size than most hotels. The bathroom and separate sink for makeup, with modern size toilet, and large garden type tub was very nice. The hot pool with adult hours was better than expected, and location near the river with the Sandbar for drinks and food IS SPECIAL!

My husband and I booked their Spring package for a night away. Heated pool was great, food and service were excellent! Splurge the extra few bucks for the river view room, it's great!! Included breakfast was nice and beyond a standard hotel meal. We would easily return and hope to make this an annual trip. Location is fabulous and very walkable for those without a car.

I brought a friend of mine from sunvalley into the sandbar Sunday, and we had a great time our bartender Lori went above and beyond for us she is truly a gem you guys have! We will be back for a staycation soon!

This is not like any other hotel. This operates like a resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have many options for food and room service. The pool is huge and heated. Pool bar was very good as well. On the weekends they have the Sandbar outdoor restaurant with live music. So fun. So much to do. The service and food was excellent. We loved the river view.

A really nice experience for our family. The hotel is located right on the river which makes for a nice morning walk. The staff was extremely friendly and personable! I would recommend anyone staying in the Boise area to reserve a room at Riverside.

After staying here 2 years ago, we were eager to have a trip that included Boise again so we could spend more time at The Riverside Hotel. Under Covid-19 protocols, the stay was relaxing and the grounds were impressive. Hats off to the staff from lobby to kitchen to housekeeping.

We thought our room was very nice - loved the river photos on the walls. Lots of amenities, although we only went to breakfast. Well done breakfast buffet and very busy! We even had maid service in spite of Covid for our 2 night stay.

The staff was very overwhelmed this weekend and service suffered. If you are going to market the hotel and offer packages, then you'll have an influx of guests. Plan accordingly. I felt bad for the staff working there.

Nice place, great value! The only missing was more information on how to take advantage of the amenities. Needed that book in the room with all the hotel details. The room was clean and comfortable and the entire property was very nice and welcoming.

We stayed on what appeared to be a very busy weekend for the hotel, so I am trying to give them some grace in this review. However, we were unsatisfied. The check in process was a wreck. Check in is at 4 PM and many people in the long check in line were told to come back later because their rooms were not ready, including us. Once we got to our room, it was obvious that the cleaning had not been thorough because there were bags of garbage on our patio and no toiletries in the room. The modified breakfast tasted great, but no one had told us that you had to go stand in a very long line to get your food, so we sat at a table waiting to order for quite some time before any staff came by for us to ask how to get our food. We had high hopes for our weekend away, but were quite disappointed.

We had a small group meeting (overnight/conference room) and felt well cared for before & after the visit. We had our meals from the grill and were VERY impressed with the variety, flavors, size, presentation-- just all of it. The participants liked the size of the room and commented the facility reminded them (a bit) of a cruise ship because it had so many sections & levels. I will almost certainly use them again next year for the repeat of this event.

Loved the location! River access, restaurants and wine tasting were all within walking distance. The free breakfast was nice to have as well. We were checked in by a girl that was not very friendly and seemed to not like her job. Our shower was no good

If you are coming to Boise, it is a good place for your family to stay. Nicer than most best westerns youll find. Though you will be happy if you've never stayed here, I can honestly say its not what it use to be pre covid. It was my wife and I's preferred place for at-home staycations. It will always have a warm place in my heart since I had my wedding there. But it is now what it use to be. I hope it does back after covid.

Large, clean room. Great amenities and the heated salt water pool is amazing!! We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant, the presentation was beautiful and the meal was delicious! We will return for another visit.

We bought the warm up to Winter Package for Valentine's weekend and we're so disappointed. Poor execution from start to finish on every promised part. No robes to the room, slow check in, not one poolside drink offered, no warm towels.

Beautiful river view king size bed room. Decor was great. Everything was great. The pool was awesome and warm. Only issue was that outside the room in hall was a leak from the snow melting, but that was no ones fault and the hotel management got right on it! Would definitely stay again!!

We live in town and made a reservation to stay over so we could use the hot pool. We were not informed a separate reservation was required so the whole reason we sent the money to reserve the room became obsolete. The cleaning staff were very loud in the room next to us the next morning. Otherwise, this is a great location and the concert venue they offer is a great experience.

We booked a romantic package for Valentines weekend and everything was short of romantic. The view we received was of the lobby....we were not able to use the outdoor pool. This was the only reason we booked at this hotel. The staff was unfriendly. The mattress was so lumpy and outdated.

It is a very nice place to stay. Above my usual price range but the rooms are nice, large and the TV is big. The walk-in shower was very nice. The do have all the amenities you need on site. My only complaint is the customer service. As a Diamond Elite member I asked for a late check out which is a perk I get. They denied the request saying they were full. I find that hard to believe. The parking lot had only 10% of the cars from last trip and the grill was empty at 9 am.

My family had a very nice time, dinner and service was excellent. The heated pool is so fun, we could have stayed in it for hours. The poolside drink side service was a great perk as well. We highly recommend and will come again!

We chose this hotel because of it's location adjacent to the Riverwalk, but we're especially impressed with the service. The front dest was very helpful with allowing both an early Check-in and late checkout. Although I was hopeful they would allow it due to the high vacancy rate at the time, it wasn't expected, but certainly appreciated. All the staff were perfectly helpful, pleasant and attentive. And did I mention how clean the hotel was.

We were very lucky to just complete the ‘Warm Up To Winter' couples package offered by The Riverside Hotel. This was our first time staying here, but we loved it so much that we are bringing our kids back for Spring Break. This is an older hotel that has had a lot of nice renovations. We stayed in a King room that faced the pool and it was large, clean, and nicely appointed. The big draw for us in booking this hotel was the heated pool, and it DID NOT disappoint. It was very warm and the robes, heated towels, and bar service made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise. We had intended to eat at different restaurants downtown, but we were so impressed with the on site restaurant that we never followed through on that plan. We did take advantage of the Greenbelt (that is right at the edge of the property) and walked to downtown area on one of our days. The breakfast is amazing in terms of what other hotels offer these days- we had wonderful Idaho home fries, eggs Benedict, sausage, eggs, and bacon. The entire staff treated us so kindly and the hotel is doing an amazing job enforcing masks, social distancing, cleaning, etc. We enjoyed the live music, linen tablecloths, cloth napkins, and luxurious robes and slippers in our room. In short- we have not had this great of a vacation since being able to go on cruises, AND THE FOOD AT RIVERSIDE WAS SO MUCH BETTER! Can't wait to come back! Thank you so much!

We attended a Sapphire room event and had a marvelous time while feeling safe. Got to swim outside in January! Wonder heated outdoor pool, bar and staff. Room was excellent, good value. We will be back!

Because of covid we were unable to travel as before for my husband's 82nd birthday. We decided on a staycation at the Riverside in Boise. The service was exceptional; staff very accommodating; the food very good; the room was comfortable; the music in Bar 365 was great.

Loved the winter warm up package! The pool was incredibly warm and it was a fun atmosphere for and evening swim!!! Beds were really comfortable and soft. We received great service at the front desk and the warm cookies are unbeatable!!

My family and I had a great time at the Riverside Hotel. The kids enjoyed the hot pool and spa. While mom and dad had a casual evening listening to music in the lobby. I would highly recommend the Riverside or personal travel and business use a like. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy.

What an amazing place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had a room just above the lobby area that was beautiful and comfy. I just needed a place for a few days while we finished up the sale of our house. I could have just stayed at the Riverside forever:) This is the only place I will ever recommend!! There is no other place with all the amenities that they have to offer.

The owners keep updating and improving the property and while it has a good restaurant and service is good, it is also walking distance to Joe's Crabshack and the Stagecoach; both good places to eat! Front desk is always friendly and accomodating!

We wanted to enjoy a little staycation with our family of 7, and The Riverside Hotel was a great spot. The kids loved the elegance of the hotel and lobby, learning to play chess on both the indoor and outdoor chess boards, having a big breakfast, watching the Disney channel, and especially swimming in the outdoor heated pool. It was a joy for us as parents to see our kids have so much fun, and the 100 degree outdoor pool was enjoyable and relaxing for us amidst the cold of winter! We also loved the proximity of this hotel to the river, and the ability to walk out the back door of our room for a morning walk on the greenbelt!

We stayed under the Warm up to Winter package, which included slippers and robes for the heated pool, hottub, firepit and poolside bartender. The experience was amazing. We also received a $50.00 gift card that we used for our dinner while watching the Christmas movie Elf in the Saphire Room. We love that we can book a room and not have to leave the hotel grounds. Saphire Room offers year round entertainment, there are restaurants, happy hour even on weekends, and a heated pool. Will be back!

What a wonderful way to celebrate an anniversary. The hotel is a true classic. The heated pool in the winter with drinks served poolside was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the live instrumental music with timeless hotel decor made for a classic atmosphere.

Given a fresh cookie at check in! The heated pool to 95* was open. Music played. Always feels like home! I've come here with my kids who have a blast, right on the river walking path. Hot tub is perfect! Rooms are perfect!

With all that we have been through this year, and with the stress of the holiday season, my family (myself, husband, toddler, and newborn) decided to take a vacation. Or rather a staycation since we live in treasure valley. I was so pleasantly surprised by how great the affiliations were at the riverside, and how family friendly it was! We loved swimming in the outdoor heated pool and loved ordering room service for our meals. They have some of the best bacon we've ever eaten! We took advantage of the winter deal they're running for a room and gift card. It was the best bang for your buck, it felt like robbery!

It's a "staycation" every time we visit. Everyone is so attentive and the value is incredible. Food is out of the ordinary and has many items that are the "flavors of Idaho." We were there for the Winter getaway! The pool was heated to 95 degrees, it was like a spa! Great Mexican spiced coffee was even better as we enjoyed the pool. What a great idea! We had special, comfy robes and slippers to wear out to the pool - they even let us keep the slippers! My husband and I really needed something like this during these very limited travel times. Thank you, Riverside, for coming up with such a fun idea!

The hotel failed to inform us when booking that the hot tub was ADULT ONLY from 8-10pm. Apparently, the policy had changed 1 week prior. Their staff was not trained on the update, and there was no signage posted anywhere. We had been driving all day with 3 kids (6yrs and younger). We decided that Boise was as far as we were going to make it for the day. I called the hotel, explained our evening arrival, ages of our kids and intention to hot tub. At check-in, I then again explained we were headed to the hot tub with our kids and asked about the towel situation. We dragged all 3 of our little ones to the pool, it was freezing might I add, and was then greeted by a security guard who wouldn't let us in. Our children were SO disappointed and the evening was full of crying. I asked the manager if there was anyway he could allow us in for 15 mins and he would not. The only reason we spent the extra $ to book this hotel was for their outdoor hot tub. Definitely not going back!

Really enjoyed the winter package that included time in the heated pool. Such a wonderful, relaxing time. The staff was exceptional, and the food (Bar 365 and room service) was excellent. A perfect local "staycation" when we couldn't travel for the holidays.

We 'road trip' as often as possible (2019 had extreme issues which lessened our travel chances) when we hit the road we usually stay at another 'brand name' place which is very enjoyable, but NOTHING beats Riverside Hotel. I think Riverside Hotel is a special gem in the crown of Best Western crown of properties.

The Riverside provides great service and a comfortable room where you do not have to listen to people closing room doors all night. The well built older, but updated, hotel has everything you need for a great get away right in your own town, or out of town if you are not local. The Sapphire Room is a long favored venue for great music and food. Don't miss this gem on your list of great date nights!

Everything was great. Room overlooked Boise River which is beautiful in the fall. Live entertainment out in a weather protected area was really really good. Although we did not make swimming reservations the pool was heated and looked great. Grounds were lit with tree lights and the propane firepits made for a great atmosphere. Employees were all wonderful. We can't wait to come back with our dog and cruise the river walk again. Thanks to everyone at this Best Western - a definite return here is in the future!

The hotel itself is right on the green belt which is great for running and cycling (they have cruisers to rent). The grounds are expansive and we really enjoyed their fire pit at night. Also nice they have a lot of music. Rooms are refurbished so things like the bed (very comfortable) and furniture are new and very nice, but the original parts of the room like the walls/windows/doors are old and tired. Breakfast was fine. Would recommend if you don't need to be downtown.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, great internet. Great night sleep! Haha slept 12.5 hours didn't even know it where I was at first when I woke! That's good sleep!

I was traveling cross-country with two dogs, and this was my last night on the road. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect set-up. My room had a sliding glass door to a courtyard which went to a walking trail along the river. Ease of staying with pets was such an unexpected treat after 3 days on the road. The hotel is completely pet friendly and offers wonderful amenities. I will definitely stay there again on my travels through the area, honestly wish I could have stayed longer.

We have always wanted to stay at the Riverside Hotel, we live an hour away from Boise and finally decided to go down for the weekend for our anniversary. The hotel was honestly the most fancy hotel we have ever stayed at and honestly, very affordable. There is a guy who plays piano while we enjoy a delicious breakfast, how fancy is that?! The rooms are wonderful, they have soaking bathtubs (can fit two people in case you were wondering). The view is amazing and all throughout the hotel, there are local artists art hung up everywhere! You can even buy it if you fall in love with a painting! Like, if you've ever wanted to feel fancy but don't have a lot of money to spend on crazy hotel rooms, stay here. You won't regret it!

I have stayed at the “luxury hotels” in downtown Boise in the past. I decided to try the popular Riverside. Although it is 1980 architecture. The sprawling resort has been kept updated. Rooms are not large. But appointed and laid out nicely. I loved my balcony room on the river.

We ended our vacation with a trip to the Endodontics for a root canal and this was the perfect place to stay and enjoy some great food, drinks, the great hot tub and live music. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which is refreshing!

Terrible experience for the first time at this hotel.... Got the executive suite and it was the worst room we've ever had at this hotel. This suite was decorated with old furniture, crappy fixtures, shower head that produced little more than a trickle and a bed that was old and uncomfortable. Worst staycation ever! Breakfast was meah at best...

Our room which was spacious and clean overlooked the Greenbelt and the river. We were nervous about booking here because one review said that proper COVID distances were not being maintained. This proved UNTRUE, staff and guests were wearing masks and all tables were sanitized before new guests sat. The Sandbar Grill and bar had wonderful food and music every night. There was also music in the lobby. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our walks along the Greenbelt

We had a wonderful stay at The Riverside Hotel in Garden City. The property is right on a beautiful section of the Greenbelt, and we walked or biked there each day. It was easy to rent bikes at the front desk. All personnel were courteous and helpful with any requests we had during our stay.

The most important part of a guest room to me, is a good nights sleep. I have slept in hotel rooms for 3500 nights over the last two decades and there are some terrible beds out there. To find a room that is tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable is rare. I like a softer bed that still has support and stays cool. This bed was perfect. The sheets and down blanket were amazing. I slept like a baby. I had a deck that overlooked the beautiful Swimming pool and Fire Pit. The TV was huge and the lighting was well planned. I started with a plan for a one night stay, but extended for 3 more nights. Live entertainment every evening as I ate at the Sand Bar and the lounge restaurant. Great food and tremendous service. I have never written a review of this length, but I enjoyed my stay so much that it is worth spending my time to let others know how happy and comfortable I was.

This place came highly recommended so we went ahead and booked it for the weekend. We were coming in for a basketball tournament in Nampa and decided to stay in Boise and drive back and forth each day. When we booked our flight we weren't sure if the games would be starting early so we arrived at the hotel at 11am after a very early "get up" and flight. I asked Steffan (sp) at the front desk if there was any way we could check in early and pay for the extra day because I knew that we were very early. NOPE. Your room isn't ready, check out isn't until noon and check in isn't until 4. I noticed the parking lot was empty except for maybe 10 cars. Really? You didn't have a single room, anywhere in that hotel that we could pay an extra day for and get settled? He was abrupt and uncaring. We left and killed two hours and came back. We were greeted by a very sweet gal who's name I have no clue of unfortunately - I was pretty blurred eyed by then. I said we would take anything, an upgraded room, anything. She checked and within a few seconds she had us a room which turned out to be absolutely perfect. We could hear the music from the Sandbar in the evening which we enjoyed. She really turned what started out as a very bad experience into a decent stay. I am not super fond of resort hotels - I stay at too many of them for work - but this was a good one. Nice and clean and plenty of areas to walk, which we did. Idaho is less strict regarding COVID which didn't bother us a bit. We wore our masks when we felt we needed to. I considered three stars, but went with four thanks to the gal at the front desk that turned things around.

The good news is that the staff wear masks. The bad news is that there was no enforcement statewide safety protocols. For example, tables at the restaurant were much closer than 10 feet apart, mask wearing is not mentioned anywhere in the Covid-19 Precautions and Safety Flyers posted at provided at check-in. I personally witnessed at least 30 unmasked guests wandering around common areas in close proximity to other guests, bartenders and wait staff. If you don't mind being exposed to COVID-19, this is the place for you!

Great hotel for a fair price. Beautiful grounds and location next to the river, with a pretty walking/jogging path along the river. Not too far from downtown Boise (not walking, but a short drive). Plenty of green grass for walking your fur-baby, too. The staff was super friendly and helpful (free chocolate cookies and a pooch cookie at check-in). We stayed one night with the upgraded room with a balcony - very nice to sit outside and enjoy a beverage and the fresh air, and then we had two nights in a standard room (our plans to stay with family changed, so we were able to secure a couple more nights at the hotel, but in a different room). The bathrooms have big bathtubs - kind of chic 1970's style - cute and great for a bath. Room service is prompt and decent (better to go for the burger than the steak). The included breakfast was just so-so. The pool is open but you need a reservation (free) because they are limiting the number of people. We did not visit the pool because we were spending time visiting family and exploring Boise. There is an elevator and luggage cart to make it easy to haul your stuff in and out of your room. Plenty of parking. If you travel with your dog, look up dog parks. There's a great one over by the bicycle park and military area.

Our visit was off to a rocky start when the check in staff upcharged us from a $50 deposit to $75 without telling us why. When we got to our room, our keys didn't work. After we finally resolved that, we came into our room to find no blankets on the beds, only dirty, layered sheets. We had to double up on sheets from the spare bed because staff insisted there were no more blankets in the hotel. The wallpaper is peeling, the halls smell like urine. 1/10 would not recommend.

UPDATE: Riverside ripped us off, again, agreed to a set price by phone then hotel added charges we did not agree to when we arrived. They took the extra bed from our room then said sorry and offered portable mattress to make up for the mistake, then charged us for the old ripped stained mattress, then hotel said sorry for over charges and credited us for those charges, then over charged us for it again and credited it again, only to charge us again after leaving the hotel, very dishonest! We asked manage to fix it and manager agreed to, he fixed the charges, apologized, and he even printed out receipt this time of my payments to show over charges were credited. However receipt doesn't match the sudden bank over charges again the day after leaving the hotel . Contacted manager again and manager said he suddenly doesn't have ability to fix overcharging my card, seemed like it's a common scam because we witness several other guests going through same over charges as we left. The over charges are not even a big deal, being dishonest about it by plying charges free agreeing to credit charges over and over is what's a big deal, especially dyer discussing it with management and staff for several days in a row. Unfortunately for the Hotel, my small business lawyer will have to submit our complaints to the Idaho Attorney's General office since they make a habit of ripping off people and giving them receipts that do not match charges over and over, not nice:( 1st visit Good Hotel - Poor Service Though. Dinner menu is mostly awesome, Do not order falafel it's not real falafel and taste like cardboard but almost everything else on the menu will exceed expectations. I had about 5 bad experiences in a row with customer service over and over but tried to make the best of it. Hope it's better next time & hope they've get the pricing correct and don't change our room last minute or lock us out on accident for hour again sheesh guys come on, we paid a lot for good service so we hope it gets just a little better :) We will return agin in month or two to give it another try.

This hotel is affordable luxury in a great location to enjoy all that Boise has to offer. An older building that is not short on space and amenities. Large rooms, large TV, firm bed, but pillows a little to soft. Love the outdoor pool that is connected to a restaurant and along the greenbelt path. The included breakfast was lovely and like eating at a sit down restaurant. I would stay here again.

I am in the middle of a staycation at the riverside Hotel in Boise Idaho. I can't believe how beautiful the grounds are! I am sitting by their beautiful pool and am watching Julie, Jules, hard at work, in the hot sun. She works so hard to make the place beautiful for the guests. I love this place, and all the beautiful flowers and roses are just so gorgeous and so uplifting!! If you need a beautiful place to visit, with a beautiful pool and gorgeous grounds, this is the place for you!! Thank you Julie, Jules for all your hard work. Your guests appreciate it very much!! We will return, just to see your fabulous artwork, in the landscaping and grounds.

At check in we weren't given our ground floor suite that we reserved. We booked a ground floor suite in advance as I have trouble with stairs. The room was nice, but the balcony overlooking the river had wasp nests, spider webs, and lots of bugs so we couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and enjoying the river view. The hot tub had a sign that said maximum 4 people (no time limit).

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were in Boise for a couple of nights to visit friends and hadn't expected much more than clean and comfortable pet-friendly room. We got that and more. The hotel is located on the Boise River Greenbelt, a 25-mile long path along the Boise River which is open to cyclists and pedestrians. Very pretty setting. The hotel grounds are attractive and well-maintained. It took a while for us to get our bearings and to find our way back to our room after venturing out to enjoy the activities afforded by the property and the surrounding area. They have over-sized chess and checkers sets on the lawn. The pool is large and refreshing. During our stay, reservations were required to use the pool (to allow for social distancing). But we were able to use it on short notice on a weekday afternoon; we were one of only two couples in the pool area. When I booked the room, I called the hotel directly to ensure that I'd be able to leave my small, well-behaved dog in his crate in the room unattended while my husband and I were out and about. At check-in, a woman at the front desk (not the clerk who was checking us in) told me that we couldn't leave the dog in the room unattended without the manager's approval. She said the person who took my reservation wasn't authorized to make exceptions to their pet policy. While the clerk who was checking us in was very pleasant, this other woman was not. This left me fuming, but not necessarily surprised. I've encountered similar situations at other Best Western hotels. And as with my experience at those facilities, when the manager did arrive at the front desk, he was very gracious and thanked me for being honest about our intention to leave the pet in the room as opposed to just signing off on their pet policy and ignoring it afterwards. He agreed that a quiet, well-behaved dog could stay crated in the room while its owners were away as long as the do-not-disturb sign was on the door and as long as we provided a cell phone number that the hotel could use to contact us in case the dog did become a problem. After our chat, the check-in process proceeded smoothly. We were given warm cookies plus a dog bisquit for our pup. Our room was on the first floor near an exterior door, which made for easy access when walking the dog. There was ample parking near the door and luggage carts were provided for schlepping all of our stuff from our car to the room. The room was across the hall from an ice machine, but it was still very quiet. The room was large and well-lighted. Nicely appointed, with a comfortable king bed as well as a day bed. It had a big-screen TV, a small refrigerator and a microwave but no in-room safe. There was plenty of counter space in the bedroom, and the dressing area featured mirrored closet doors and a lighted make-up mirror. The bathroom had a shower-tub combination with a large bathtub. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our two-week road trip, this facility had the best complimentary breakfast. The other places offered variations on the Covid-conscience grab-and-go bags in place of their usual buffet breakfast. But the Riverside offered a buffet breakfast, with a server who plated the food for guests. Choices included some delicious, sugar-coated bacon, sausage links, potatoes, thick, fluffy scrambled eggs, bisquits and gravy, small fruit cups and individual packages of yogurt. Beverage choices included freshly brewed iced tea. There was no limit on the number of trips one could make through the buffet line. Just a couple of small nits regarding the room: *The tap water in the Boise area seems to contain a lot of iron. While we had plenty of hot water available for bathing, the water was rust-colored. *A previous guest had evidently spilled something in the room's refrigerator. I wound up cleaning the stain myself. And although the fridge had small freezer, it was iced over and unusable. *The cap to the bathroom sink cold water faucet handle was missing. No show-stoppers though. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay here again if we were in the area. A tip for folks who are trying to find this place. The hotel's website lists a Boise street address. The facility is actually in Garden City. Our GPS didn't recognize the street address until we entered Garden City as the location.

Family and I spent 3 days enjoying a staycation in our beautiful city of Boise, ID. With times being what they are, it felt so good to "get away" and relax. Spending time at the pool was our main goal, but we also enjoyed sitting outside our room with an amazing view of the courtyard, pool area, having dinner at Sandbar along the Boise River front, room service, complimentary breakfast, and the most comfortable beds and rooms. We opted for adjoining rooms which was perfect for the 6 of us. I've spent a staycation here before with a good friend, just last month, and plan to keep the tradition going throughout the year. I would highly recommend The Riverside Hotel for any out of town guests, as well. . It sits along the Boise River and Greenbelt where you can visit restaurants, coffee shops, whitewater recreation, parks, paddle boarding ponds, Saturday farmers market, wineries, breweries, and more, all within a short walk. Downtown Boise is also minutes away! Can't wait to return.

Amazing Hotel.. A full service resort without being a resort. Amazing Sand Bar, pool, live music every afternoon and evening, great food and drink selection. Fast service, Bike and jogging path and Boise River right next door.. Have stayed here for the last 15 years for our 10 day vacation.. We enjoy seeing many of the same employees from previous vacations. .Looks like they do not have a high turnover rate. Allows you to know many of them as friends you haven't seen for a year!

As usual, the Riverside staff did not disappoint. They were thoughful, courteous, and responsive to all of our event needs. From navigating social distancing requirements to boxing up leftovers, staff went above and beyond. A special shout out to Jennifer Schmidt, Jonathan Wray, and David Pratt for always giving me your maximum hustle! Looking forward to next year!

We were so lucky to be able to hold our annual conference at the Riverside this year. Although it looked different than past events, the staff at the Riverside were so pleasant to work with. They helped us adhere to all social distancing guidelines while still keeping as much normalcy as possible. Will absolutely work with them again and recommend without hesitation!

You cannot go wrong with The Riverside Hotel, no other hotel in Boise comes close to it. Once you stay here, you will never stay anywhere else in Boise, unless its booked up, of course. I cannot say enough good things about The Riverside, wish I could live there. We have also stayed in December, and it is just as breathtaking then as in the summer. The greenbelt and river is right there, you just can not go wrong!

This looked like the nicest place to stay close to the airport in Boise before our flight home. Totally clean and the restaurant was good and that is all we wanted. They also had huge tubs which is what we needed after a week in the wilderness. The pool looked really cool with a restaurant and would probably stay an extra day if we came again to enjoy it all. Great place.

First travel for a seminar since CoVid. In general it was a weird experience. Due to CoVid we had to make pool reservations ( that was weird) except for the “buffet breakfast” our stay was top notch. It was fun to rent scooters and go around the ‘green belt''.

First of all, I was there during COVID and it was clean and staff were following all safety protocol. All guests were masked, pool was available for 'scheduled' time to allow guests to still use it privately and social distancing appeared to be as encouraged as possible. Secondly, the room was impeccable: clean, large, tasteful and comfortable. The enormous, soaking tub, multi-head shower was a surprise. I recommend using the non-slip mat in the shower ;it is placed there for a reason, trust me! There is a second sink/dressing area, too, which is nice. It is absolutely worth it to pay a little more for the view. The river and the trails are beautiful. If you aren't doing that, request a room away from the restaurants to avoid noise.

The location can't be beat. Make sure to go see the Whitewater park along the river front. The room was beautiful. Really appreciated the second wash basin outside the bathroom. Beautiful artwork in the rooms - photos of places in Idaho. Lots of plugs and USB ports everywhere in the room. The hotel also has a lot of Covid19 safety practices in place. The remote was presented in a plastic sleave. All decorative pillows etc was removed from the room. The servers at the Grill wore masks. The included breakfast was amazing value and was served plate by plate by the server. One stands in a line at the buffet. The server has a selection of items in front of her and you choose item by item. No one dishes up their own plate. Drinks are brought to the table by your server. All in all - will stay here again for sure. Just hope next time we have quieter people staying above us. Seriously - what were they tapping at at 1am??

Located on the Boise River with adjoining bike/running trail is prime. Lobby and scheduled local entertainment are certainly a draw. The room was large; TV also large. Free breakfast bar for all in your party, although they have you sign for it ( very confusing) Beds large, but not necessarily comfortable. Restaurant area seemed to be well attended, regardless of the day/night. The pool area was also well attended throughout the day, so difficult to find a quiet location.

I seriously can't say enough about this awesome place. It's more of a small resort then a hotel. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The staff are amazing. We have stayed there 3 times in the last month. All the way from Oregon. Food and drink service at the pool. Where do you find that in a hotel.Live music. An outdoor restaurant that serves beyond meat vegan burgers. You can not do better then this. We are hoping for one more trip before the end of summer. We were only looking for a bed for the night and found this gem. We left and came back. Changed our plans to stay there and came back two weeks later. Awesome place.

Great get away, pool music, drinks and food all good. Room excellent, clean and recently remodeled. Lots to do in the area with green belt, parks, water park. Drawback would be dogs in food areas and your normal pool idiots. Not enough chaise chairs.

The pool and the Sandbar were lifesavers on this 100 degree day! Live music and pool side service was just what we needed. The font desk clerk even offered to upgrade our room to be at the pool area with a patio entrance!

We enjoyed a one night stay. We had a beautiful updated room on the court yard area with a tiny patio. The check in was very smooth and Sean helped make sure we got a good room for my visually impaired companion. We had pool access - but required us to make a 2 hour reservation— yet we saw many people staying in the pool area for hours, while we adhered to the policy. We were able to make a second 2 hour reservation for the following morning. We were able to enjoy the outdoor music from out little patio in the evening because the band was loud enough. The draw back there was even though our room was non smoking — the court yard area was filled with smokers which detracted from our enjoyment. We enjoyed dinner inside while listening to Wilson Roberts. Such a friendly guy. Our server, Cindy, was a delight, she even let us know the lobby area was dog friendly and gave a old dog special treats made in the kitchen of the hotel! We sampled the breakfast buffet which was included with our stay. Suffice it to say, it compared nothing to the standard buffet prior to coved 19. We would have preferred a discount toward any breakfast item on the menu. Jean, the buffet chef was doing her best to help people understand — she did so with a smile. I appreciated her understanding and kindness. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the next morning and early afternoon pool service. I ordered what I thought was a simple request — I wanted a root beer float—. It was not on the very limited menu but the server agreed I could order ice cream and a root beer soda. I figured I could then make my own. The problem was the soda came 20 minutes prior to the ice cream, and when I did get the ice cream, it arrived as single scoops in separate dishes- nearly completely melted. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for silverware. So it was Pretty much a hot mess with the melted ice cream and warm soda. Separately we also ordered chicken strips which we good and came with ranch and honey mustard. My companion had difficulty navigating the pool deck as their was no clear path marked on the pool deck and there were many personal articles, beverage containers and lounge chairs obstructing his way to the pool. The pool should have Been outlined at least 12 inches from edge with a dark color blue or a change in texture to accommodate the visually impaired. The hot tub did not appear to be used too frequently but when we tried it, the water was cloudy and did not appear to be clean or circulate to filter well. Overall a good experience. Suggestions for improvements. The most lacking area is the food. Need to make seasonal lighter options on the menu, also more kid friendly foods. A great option would be a sno cone and a smoothie station. Another suggestion would be to turn the rock area next to the pool into a kids splash area or a family spot.

Staff at Sandbar we're wearing mask below mouth and nose. I saw a review about this same issue and called hotel to see if it was being addressed; I was assured all staff would be properly wearing masks. Clearly that wasn't true. Staff in lobby wasn't wearing mask, within 3 feet of us. I commented that I thought everyone was required to wear a mask and he begrudgingly picked up a mask and put it on without covering mouth and nose, then tried to enter elevator with us. I was encouraged to move to a room on second floor above lobby - it overlooks the parking lot and highway and was last renovated in 1975. It had only one nightstand for a king size bed. I will be asking for a refund in the morning. What a joke for $170/night in Idaho. I should have booked the Motel 6.

Even with the COVID we were able to enjoy a one night get away while we were moving. The pool was fantastic. Dinner at the lounge was very good. Breakfast in the morning before we had to take off and spend 13 hours moving that day. A nice relaxing late afternoon and evening was just what we needed.

I understand covid is happening but price wasn't adjusted to the lack of services offered. Have stayed here numerous times so was very disappointed. The pool is the reason we stay here so other than having no towels for a couple hours the pool side service was great.

Beautiful river view and nice location, being on the greenbelt.Ask for "river"view! Updated rooms are very nice,Unfortunately we couldn't eat at the outdoor bar/restaurant because food servers wouldn't wear masks.They had them on (since it is required for everyone to wear masks right now), but most of them had the masks on their chins, below their mouths. Clearly, the masks were not to protect those they were serving, but only to be able to show that they were complying with the Boise rule that everyone must "wear" a mask.I guess Boise needs to define what wear a mask means. Beware that housekeeping will walk in on you without knocking before check out time! Even after she walked in unannounced, she continued to make me engage in conversation about when we were checking out (instead of closing door and apologizing).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Riverside. The staff was amazing, providing exemplary service and making us all feel appreciated and welcomed from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We booked our return stay with this hotel without question, and we can't wait to stay there again.

All I have to say is WOW! We had the absolute best experience at the Riverside Hotel! I have to start with our check in experience with Steffan. He was so kind and gave us everything we could possibly need. We are from out of state, so we weren't sure of what there was to do around. He not only was kind in showing us where to park, easily access our room, etc., but he gave us maps of the surrounding area, reserved pool time for us, gave us recommendations for local dining and experiences, AND warm chocolate chip cookies. It gave our family with two little kids the best experience. We went swimming, ate at The Sandbar, walked along the river, and enjoyed the sunset on our balcony. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and well done amidst all things Covid. We will definitely be back! It is a little treasure in the Boise area!

We were only looking for a bed for the night on our way through Idaho. What a find. This place is more like a resort. Fantastic outdoor pool with pool service. Live music and outdoor seating for dinner. Comfortable beds. This is our number 1 place to revisit when we have more time. I wish I could give this place for them 5 stars.

This place is great for families. I have stayed here with my wife and toddlers numerous times since 2018. The summer is the best time to go imo. The pool is awesome and the live bands at the sandbar are super enjoyable. Food is great there too, I could write a whole review on the kobe beef sandwich(get it!). You can walk to quinns pond. The staff is great. My favorite thing about the Riverside is the breakfast buffet. Especially on the weekend. Eat the bacon. Sometimes you will get cookies when you check in? Sometimes you don't? But either way, Steffan is always there to nurture you into the hotel like a loving mother should. thank you.

This hotel has it all- we came for a baseball tournament in Meridian and we were able to have our entire team stay here. We had a delicious hot, breakfast each day and in spite of Covid they worked with their city to meet standards to open their outdoor pool. There is full service at the pool most days which you don't normally get at a Best Western and really top quality food and drinks. Great family hotel!

Riverside Hotel makes for a great family/group stay. The pool is good, the restaurant is good, and the lounge is excellent - and children can keep tabs on parents there. Breakfast buffet is good, but order an omelette from the menu: big, moist, and piping hot.

This hotel was fantastic! Our room had a sliding door that opened up to the pool area, which was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. To top it off, a great breakfast at the Riverside Cafe was included and it was delicious. I wish we could've stayed more than one night.

The service, location and cleanliness were excellent. With a fantastic view and access to the green belt in Boise it was a true adventure. Cindy in the Bar and restaurant was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Others that were helpful and courteous were Angie and Taelynn. I would highly rate this hotel when visiting the Boise area.

The age of the hotel was a concern when we walked in. Within 30 minutes those concerned were erased. The food is absolutely top notch. Phil is a master, Gnocchi, Braised Chicken, Filet and Riverside Bacon. The people. Cindy, Almein, Rick, Sophie, and so many more. Our stay was longer than expected and this “family” knows hospitality. Music. River. Boise.

We stayed at the Riverside Hotel Wednesday and Thursday this past week. It is located right on the Boise River in a beautiful location, on the river walk. Even though some services were limited due to the COVID-19, the staff was excellent as always. You could order food for breakfast and go down and pick it up and take it back to your room. We have stayed there several times in the past and it has always been great!

always stay in the 700 rooms -all rooms have been updated people are awesome and everyone makes sure you are treated special Tiahina at the front desk Cindy Nancy at the lounge to Korrie H at the shuttle and of course Kathy and Lisa in office these Ladies are awesome.

Probably could've aced a well ordered match of ultimate frisbee in those sleeping quarters. Massive prison cell it seemed. Cold, dank, dark, tiny windows for tiny humans I suppose. There were corners of our room we did not enter for we feared we may not return for we did not know the way. Awkwardness crept in one corner his acquaintance Howard the hallow slept in the other... we remained far from them. Secluded to our creaky king size fluffy mound. We laid twice. Deep. In the cushions of passion. The top left of the headboard creaked like my old nana.. She kept us up all night with nightmares of creamed meatloaf and pickled beet casserole

Thank you so much for making my stay so amazing- I travel for business and this hotel - AMAZING and the staff especially Korrie and Shawn for taking great care of me amidst lost luggage and all was a dream come true. From the food to the hospitality top notch- thanks so much and the view amazing :) I CANT WAIT TO RETURN !!!

The drivers were excellent for my wedding. They helped out so many of my guess. Ask for Jonathan or Eazy, They are both a great help when it comes to maneuvering through Boise. Also, their breakfast with the all you can drink mimosa bar is legit!

The Riverside hotel is our place to go now when we come to Boise. Friendly service and we feel at home Everytime. They go out of there way to make sure our needs are taken care of. Jonathan who drives the shuttle is the best. Very knowledgeable and just is there whenever we need to go somewhere and will go out of his way to make sure we get what we need. I highly recommend staying here. We give it 5 stars and 5 A+.

We live in Boise and took advantage of The Riverside's promo if attending a concert at The Sapphire Room. The rooms were huge! I drive by the hotel quite frequently and had no idea what a fantastic place it was. Sunday Brunch was excellent. Thanks Riverside for a wonderful stay.

I have generally enjoyed the times I have stayed at the Riverside hotel. My room this time was top notch! It seems to improve each time I stay there! I am always happy to know my conferences will be at the Riverside.

My sister and her husband had stayed here several times and told us it was a realy nice place and thought we would like it, well I can definitely say my husband and I did enjoy it very much! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect near the river to take a walk. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great rooms, great communication, great breakfast. It had everything a person in charge of 35 college guys would ever want. Ask about the in-house catering Pasta and Taco bar for team dinners! Worth it!

We stayed overnight at the Riverside for a quick staycation. It is a really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The room was modern and roomy. Sunday brunch was excellent and included a band! Terrific stay.. We will be back to do the same in the summer when the SAndbar is open.

This is a wonderful conference center - so convenient with comfortable rooms, and select restaurants within walking distance. There is also a beautiful path along the river for a leisurely stroll during break time.

I stayed at the hotel and the driver went out of his way to make sure i had everything I needed and treated me like family! I highly recommend!! Thanks Riverside! Ismet he's very friendly professional thank you very much I'll be back again!

Jonathon and Ismet were awesome drivers! I first came in from the airport and Jonathon drove me from the airport to the hotel and offered to take me downtown and pick me up again after check in. Being as it was my first time in Boise, it allowed me to see a little bit of the area without having to call other transportation and was also able to avoid the extra cost, which I was extremely grateful for traveling on a small budget. Jonathon told me that I'd probably see Ismet the next day; I did and he was extremely friendly and offered great conversation to wrap up my trip. Both opened the doors for me and were quick to offer taking my luggage. Thank you guys for allowing me to worry about one less thing on ny trip!

We had our conference at the Riverside last week and I was beyond impressed with the banquet manager David. He was so kind and always willing to help us. We are booking our next conference at the hotel since they were so easy to work with and because of David's great customer service. Thank you!

Ismet the shuttle driver is amazing. Friendly and willing to take guests anywhere they need. Breakfast is really good and lots of it. Great walking and running paths right out back door. Walking distance to downtown. Great place to stay

Room was very comfortable, bed very comfy. The vibe/style of the place is great, food very good. Excellent service all around. Right next to the Greenbelt, plan to take a walk along the river. The attached Sapphire Lounge is a lot of fun for music and libations.

I'll do my best to make this brief, though there's many great things to say about this amazing spot. For those that don't want to read the full post, think: THE best buffet breakfast you can imagine--no joke! (included),;SUPER friendly staff; a ROCKIN' old school super-club music venue; hot tub and pool; comfortable beds and tasteful rooms; and convenient location for a super affordable price. We liked it so much we literally came back through Boise on our road-trip just to stay another night and devour that breakfast. Honestly- I don't know how they do it for the price. We arrived after 9 hours of driving on my bday to discover Petty Fever (a world-class Tom Petty tribute band) was playing in the Sapphire Room (the aforementioned dinner lounge) but it was sold out and about to start. The receptionists Laurie and Sean directed us to the Sapphire Room manager who manager to find us a table in the second row because of a no-show and he and his staff were genuinely happy that they could squeeze me in for my bday. And to boot, Laurie and Sean gifted us free drink coupons because it was my bday... I'll stop here because you get the drift by now. If you're on a budget (or even if you're not) the Riverside is certainly worth a stay!

Attended a recent conference at the Riverside Hotel in Garden City and had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff were super helpful, fun flavor water was waiting for guests in the lobby area (awesome touch) and the conference staff were lovely to work with! The Banquet Captain, David was so very helpful! Food was amazing, too! If you're looking for a great place to host your next event - Riverside is the place!

Seriously the best staff and place in Boise! Ismet was gracious enough to take us to get a new car battery since ours died on us while we staying there. All of the staff were super helpful and got us on the road. We LOVE the Riverside!

I stay in a motel/hotel about 50-60 nights a year, often on business doing shows at various fairgrounds. The Riverside Hotel in Boise is by far the best, most luxurious, most fairly priced, best staffed, finest breakfast included property I have EVER stayed at and I am not prone to hyperbole. The staff was finely trained...I felt I was on a Crystal Cruise ship! Special mention must be made of Sean Kierie at the front desk and the incredible team at the first class restaurant on the property: Angie W, Nancy, Savanna, Kim and Charlotte. They all work as a team to provide perfect service. We never bothered to look for another place to eat because the dinners were first rate and very reasonably priced. Lots of BW top properties serve fine breakfasts, but none come close to this place. Imagine a real omelette station, fresh baked pastries, fresh delicious/ripe fruit, various kinds of eggs, and, and this is real, on weekends carving stations with great prime rib and ham. We could not believe it but it was true and it was delicious... and all included in the reasonable room rates. Yes, the rooms were well appointed, immaculately cleaned, great work stations and internet. I would almost drive to Boise just to stay there!

I enjoyed walking along the river front, which is right next to the hotel. The room had a nice big working desk. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent - it was nice to have a fresh-cooked breakfast instead of the typical hotel continental breakfast.

Make sure you don't have a room by the courtyard if you want to enjoy your balcony and views. Smokers will ruin it. I believe there should be no smoking on the grounds. Other than that the hotel is great. Great weekend breakfast buffet too

My wife and I got into town and were pleased that they had shuttle service since we did not rent a car. The drivers (Jonathan and a lady I forgot her name) were incredible. We left the hotel on several occasions and they dropped us off and picked us up each time. They are extremely accommodating and recommended us to restaurants and things to do in the city. If you go to Boise you need to stay at this hotel! A+++++

My boyfriend and I decided to try Nordic Skiing in Boise for the long weekend. Our room was spacious and all of the employees were warm and accommodating. We ate a dozen warm cookies, used the shuttle service to and from the Bogus Basin park n ride, to dinner, to drink, to the airport. The bottomless mimosa breakfast that was included with our rooms was to die for—wish I were the size of a lunberjack so I could have indulged more. Cory, Izzy, John, and Steve— the shuttle team was phenomenal. They were truly on point and helpful in every way. This a fun hotel drop in—certainly worth it.

My girlfriend and I visited Boise for a Nordic ski weekend at Bogus Basin. Riverside was ideally located right next to the river, easy walking distance from downtown Boise and close to some great restaurants. Great value location includes a solid breakfast buffet with omelet bar and bottomless mimosas on weekends. The real prize was the fantastic concierge / shuttle staff, who took us to and from the airport and everywhere else in downtown Boise we wanted to go. Picked us up with our skis and everything. Izzy was our first driver and he was awesome. Cory was fantastic and shared her stories of growing up on the Snake River. John gave us great wine bar advice, and we chatted with Steve about Boise St college sports - just a solid crew in every way. Highly recommended. Only drawback was the labyrinthine hotel layout and the jacuzzi water was too low to enjoy properly aprés ski.

Its always an awesome place to stay. We have a senior college student and we've stayed there a minimum of twenty times. We always love the weekend brunch. Annie makes our stay so much fun. If you go to the weekend brunch, ask for Annie. She is always so happy and so much fun. Our family loves her. The entire staff is so accommodating. You are right on the river which is so beautiful! We never stay any other Hotel in Boise!!!!!

Ismet has an upbeat personality, provided the utmost customer service, Ismet took care of our luggage from the hotel lobby to the curb right in front of our airline. you have a great employee. our trip to the airport was amazing.

The Riverside hotel was excellent. Great service, nice rooms, great food. The hotel would shuttle us into town so we didn't have to drive or park. Ismet and Korrie were great, both gave us great insight to visiting Boise when driving us around. We will definitely return.

Decent hotel with nice rooms, clean and tidy. Particular kudos to Ismet, who was really helpful with some short journeys I needed to make around boise. Top bloke, and knew the city well. Although I was there for business, I'd stay they on a vacation too.

We stay here often. Had a performance @ the Morison center. Our shuttle driver Ismet dropped us off and to our surprise was waiting for us when it got out. Very professional and appreciated. We will be back and the live music in the lobby is always a plus

Korrie was a wonderful guide for what to do and where to go off the beaten path. It was very nice not having to spend money on cab rides or Uber. We will definitely be back for more fun. Their brunch buffet is the best in town.

Very nice room and very close to many stores and the river. The room are nice size, with nice amenties and nice wifi service. The champane breakfast buffet was very good and super nice staff. going back again

We were here from Florida for my sons college football bowl game, and we cannot say enough about this place and the employees. Since there was a large rowdy football crowd, you would expect some grouchy employees, not a chance! This was the friendliest staff, not just some of the time, but the entire stay. The property was nice, clean, and the food (especially the brunch) was incredible. Loved that there was live music in the evenings, and loved that the shuttle was always available for guests. We had a 1 a.m. flight and we asked for a late check out, they allowed us to stay in the room until that evening. Seriously, there is no hotel that lets you stay beyond 3 or 4:00. Whoever owns/manages this property should be super proud! It is very apparent that you care about your guests, and it shows directly through your amazing employees!!
