Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

When I arrived, hotel was closed due to fire. Customer service would not help me find another place to stay stating that I would have to call back the next day because customer relations was closed for the day.

The bed linens had not been changed from the prior guest. There was hair in them and the sheets were wrinkled where others had slept. The shower had been wiped down but had a large amount of hair left in it. There was not a hairdryer in the room. The night worker told me they didn't have hair dryers. The attendant the next day found one for me.

It was a unreserved stay driving home from Houston, It was a beautiful Hotel at a very reasonable price. Everything as clean, working, and met expectations. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Room was very tastefully decorated.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There was a lot of hair lying on the floor. the carpet was dirty and the furniture was old. The breakfast was very limited. I would not stay at this hotel again, there are better options in the area for a better value for money!

Stayed here while visiting family, and I must say that I am impressed. Checked in late friday night and off to the room, I was. King size bed , very comfortable, with everything you need to cook in, if you want to. Large tv with a decent selection of channels, pool a little too small but that's ok. Internet worked good from the room. Room and lobby both smelled fresh and clean, and no trash to be found anywhere. Bathroom had bright lights, and fan. Definitely worth a try.

Breakfast was great. Staff was FANTASTIC, and very helpful. Rooms were great. Fantastic location. Convenient to local eats and fuel. No issues, no suprises, and the price was most desirable. 5 stars! I will mist definitely be staying here again while in the area.

Had a truly awful experience here, if you need to be in Baytown I would recommend Towneplace Suites. Also if you have an issue, corporate will do nothing to assist. This is the last time I'll stay at a Best Western.

Rooms were nice but we could hear pounding on the floor above us. Bad insulation. Front desk was not friendly at all and didn't welcome us or explain where anything was in the hotel. Luckily it was a one night.

Worth every penny, excellent services, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and beds, we travel a lot in my experience this will be my favorite hotel be stay at, i could be here for months, breakfast is very complete and delicious

The room was very clean, very nice, I could smell the bleach on the towels and the sheets which gave me a great piece of mind not just during vivid but it just smelled so clean and fresh. breakfast buffet was best I have ever had at a hotel.

Very clean and everything works fine, no issues , great personnel and good food. lots of parking. easy access to freeway, all types of restaurants close and even a pharmacy. Have never stayed in a Best Western before and we where very pleased with the service.

I spoke with a receptionist over the phone Pryor to checking in to inform them i would be checking in late to which they had no issue and made note of it. Upon arrival, we were checked in immediately. Once we got to our floor, the halls smelled amazing. When we got into our room, the room was spotless and smelled great.

General manager will deny any claims against you if you complain. Housekeepers won't clean rooms, if you ask. Audio and video recording admitting of wrong doings, will not issue refund. Do not stay here. Guest smoking and selling drugs out of hotel, staff will admit to knowing. GM will be rude to handicapped guests. Thankful I kept my own videos and photos of my entire stay.

My daughters, granddaughters and great granddaughters all enjoyed a FUN overnight stay at this hotel and then the next day did FUN activities at the mall in Houston! Celebrated my oldest great granddaughter's 4 th birthday at American Girl store with their birthday package that was VERY nice and much fun for the children!

Wake up for breakfast! Well above par and you can tell someone cared enough to put in thought and effort when deciding on the breakfast options. Extreme value and I'd stay there again just for that, but the room was clean and in perfect order also!

Room was huge and very clean. The bed was like heaven. Best sleep ever. Complimentary breakfast was great. The kitchenette with stove was a plus and a surprise. Need a good night sleep,, this bed will do it. Highly Recommend.

I remarked upon entering how clean the lobby smelled. Seriously, I don't think I've ever said that before. The place looked and felt very clean. We checked in at midnight. Incredibly helpful and nice staff, even that late. Great location. I was really impressed. Lobby was decorated for Halloween, which was cute... kind of spooky, but I liked it. Will definitely stay here again for Houston trips as it's on the way home and out a few minutes from the city.

Bed sheet had blood stains on it which you can see with the naked eye and when I tried to pull the bed sheet it had somebody's body hairs. This was disgusting. Upon request hotel staff changed it but I was also too tired to go somewhere else. No offense but it seems like run by moms and pops kinda business. Everybody is related to owner and they are boldly over confident. No offense but when you pay $163 after taxes you don't need blood stained sheets and previous resident body hairs. Also the phones were not working at all.

I was quite impressed by this hotel. The lobby is spacious and plenty of room to sit. They have breakfast in the morning and you have plenty of space to have your distance from others. There is an outside seating area as well that has a grill, TV, and fire pit. It reminded me of being home and able to relax outside of a hotel room. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. We stayed in a room with a King size bed. I could have fit another King size bed in the room...that is how big the bedroom was. The room was quiet from outside noise. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a pool. I did not use the pool, but the area was clean and I witnessed a few families enjoy the pool area.

Booked a suite with balcony for a weekend stay for my son's birthday. When I walked in, I immediately noticed dirty mirrors. The room and living area were both clean. The countertops and dining table and chairs were dirty. Refrigerator didn't keep our drinks cold. The lights kept going out at night I had to constantly keep adjusting the breaker box. Sometimes it fixed the issue, sometimes it didn't. Had to force the balcony door open. It was a nice room it just could've used a bit more of attention mainly the lights and cleanliness.

Stayed in Rm 423, kitchenette, lots of room, my ‘goto' hotel now for this area. Tips: RM 420 isolated between stairs and storage. Rooms on quiet end, away from hwy, are the ‘401/402/403' rooms. But this room is quiet even though it's very near the hwy.

Very ease to locate, in a great location. Close to shopping and dining. Very easy access off and on I-10. Right next door to a Buccee's. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were very delighted with our breakfast options, we were even able to appease our pickiest eater. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Overall nice hotel except our phone didn't work in room and they half cleaned the bathroom. Also the room door was hard to shut these things were reported but nothing was done. They also acted as if they had a limited number of towels because it was 4 of us in the room and we had to keep asking for towels. Those things were minor but I would stay here again.

Had a great visit. Staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast was awesome. No problems when we needed extra things to make us more comfortable. The kids had a blast at the pool and we're able to enjoy themselves in a nice environment.

My worst Best Western experience to date. The kitchen had ZERO supplies meaning no plates, cups, silverware, etc. Killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Room was dirty overall. Just bad all around

The overall experience was not bad. The staff was friendly. The pool has a lot of chlorine so burns the eyes. The hotel has a fitness center and seating areas outside. The rooms were large but the beds were on the hard side and can use some updated pillows. They lay flat when you put your head on them and are small.

The hotel staff itself was courteous and quick to check inn with. The suite was definitely I feel over priced and had a funny smell to it. I was charged 3 times the rate that the exact same suite o stayed in was renting for the day I checked out.

Staff was very nice, over charged for rooms and bugs in our room. I advised the staff at approx 1:00 but no rooms available to move to at that time . Rid centipede looking bugs, room no replenished with soap, shampoo etc during our stay.

Stayed at this Hotel for 10 days while working on family estate issues. The staff was great, the room and lobby was so very clean and they actually had a hot breakfast! Too bad the pool was closed due to Covid.

They are very thoughtful to the customer service experience, although some things are overlooked. I stayed here before when the hotel opened 3-4 years ago and I do like the location, parking and the modern property itself. I was disappointed to see my balcony was on a rooftop type structure which did not feel safe. It was a low balcony and we could have easily hopped over and walked around, or criminals could do the same, and hop on your balcony - I did not like this and I was glad I was not alone. I do not believe all of the balconies are like this, but this particular row of rooms on the Second Floor are set up like this. The area in which the balcony was on had multiple pieces of random debris; including an old pair of shorts (which made it's way into the rain gutter over the course of the stay), cigarette butts, and a t-shirt. Obviously, if I could easily hop over, so could an employee and clean this. Quite off-putting. The room was quite dusty and could use a more through cleaning. The best part was the very sweet and thoughtful breakfast hostess; she was so nice and also the food was cooked thoughtfully, which is a welcome change for a hotel breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again, but I will request a room that is not on the Second Floor and I check the room prior to bringing my luggage up next time..

We recently stayed 5 nights - bathroom was filthy with buildup mold, crud, rust, no dishes, utensils, etc in kitchenette, horrible smell, cleaning staff never once serviced our room so we had dirty towels, overflowing trash for 5 days - despite requests - we had to retrieve our own bedding for pullout and towels, washcloths etc from desk. Lights falling out, outlet falling out of lamp, rotted, exploded batteries in remote. Beds hard as a rock. Sticky, filthy floors.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. First walking in it was very clean and the front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Getting into the rooms the were very clean and smelled clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Great rooms, staff and clean. The smell was fantastic. The decor was up to date and also the bathrooms. Nice accomidations throught the hotel for the price we paid. Could be eaisly 129 a night stay but it was much less.

Very nice, helpful and professional employees. New, spacious and clean property overall. This was by far the best experience I have ever had staying at a Best Western property. Rooms nicely furnished, equipped, and maintained.

Staff is incredibly rude and they're super shady about extra charges until you check-in. There was pubic hair in the shower and toothpaste in the sink. Usage of the bathroom echoes throughout the whole room. The doors to the rooms slam shut all night. I will never return to this property.

They have really improved. Stayed before with minor issues, however, no problems. And the full staff was the best. Very clean room. Social Distant in place. Very clean room and hallway as well. Bed was very relaxing.

I stayed 4 nights during an evacuation and was surprised to find a nice hotel right off the interstate and close to stores. The hotel and accommodations are clean. The hotel staff were courteous. I enjoyed the mini kitchenette, it made the stay more like home.

The room was updated, very clean. Front desk staff was helpful and check in was convenient. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Breakfast is depleted and is not what it used to be at Best Western due to co-vid, but is free and suffices (I guess). Hopefully this gets figured out.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the moment we walked in the front desk agent ( Marisol) was very unwelcoming. No greeting of any sort. My brother in law reserved three rooms for my family and I but there was some confusion finding the reservations. The front desk agent was unhelpful finding the reservations for him. All she could do was wave the registration card of the first reservation she found and processed in his face. As a front supervisor, I was so disappointed a simple gesture of “let me help you find the other two reservations or suggest they were under different names” could have solved a lot of confusion. Once the reservations were found she repeatedly continued to explain to him in a very condescending tone as if he could not understand why she could not find them. UNACCEPTABLE My brother in law's fiancé was very frustrated with the agents toned for it was uncalled for. She stepped in to let her know no explanation was needed and to process (put it in) the other two reservations. The agent caught an attitude with his fiancé and said she would not be disrespected by a child. My brother in law fiancé is 27 but for her to assume VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She told her she wasn't a child but since the agent was wrong she told my brother in laws fiancé she acted like a child. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My mother tried to diffuse the situation but the agent threatened my mother with calling the police. I am so shocked by this agents actions. She even assumed because we were a problem checking in that were we're going to be a problem during our stay. She continued to say she was going to put us on the DO NOT RENT LIST. That was not called for as well. Like I said as a front desk supervisor I am so disappointed. I have never ever witnessed any of my desk agents say this to a guest. She also took her mask off and came from behind the glass to make her points clear which is very threatening to my family and I especially during COVID-19. After she checked us in, she was still talking about the situation which I had to step in to let her know she needs to calm down, the situation is over and to stay behind the glass. As my brother in law calmed his fiancé down outside, she proceeds to call her supervisor while I'm standing in front her which is again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I could hear her on the phone telling her supervisor the situation but then the agent mentions that she is Mexican so she didn't know what our problem was. WHAT DOES HER RACE HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING!!!! She even called myself “the civilized one” WOW!!!!!!! I'm just so disappointed in this behavior. My brother in law sent an email to the general manager the night of the incident and no call or visit from her the next morning. This will be our last time staying as this hotel which is very upsetting because it is such a beautiful and quiet hotel. Also, I will not be recommending this hotel to my leisure or business guest in the future.

The entire time we were there everything was more than perfect from the friendly helpful staff to the cleanliness of the entire building it couldn't have been a better stay I highly recommend staying here

this is the first location I've stayed in one of Best Western's Hotels and till today it remains my favorite for 2 reasons, first of all... the front desk it's the most friendly and helpful of all BW's places I've stayed so far ! and i have stayed in many different locations all over the state. Second.... the Hotel itself is new and kept immaculate at all times , smells always amazing and the beds are the most comfortable forna wonderful, restful night sleep. Did i mention how clean they keep it at all times ? Lol Highly recommend this location in Baytown.

Rate was great for what we got. Stayed outside Houston on way from Baton Rouge and ended up using this as our base for our Houston stay for 4 days. Karsandra DeLeon was the first sign this was a great place. She was very friendly, very helpful, and was quick to provide assistance on items I needed. Room was very clean and fresh (smelled fresh) and was very quiet for a good night's sleep (we could not hear any traffic in the hall or out the window). Kitchenette was great to have and we were able to freeze all our waters for our cross country trip since fridge was big and had adjustable settings. Table and counters were great to have. Breakfast offered was better than the typical hotel breakfast. Food was hot and tasty - western omelette, cheese omelette, bacon, sausage, juices, small and large waffles, biscuits and gravy. Food serving area was spotless so we tipped the woman taking care of it.

We have stayed at this hotel every March since it opened. It keeps getting better & better and the staff keep amazing me. The hotel as a whole is very welcoming and the staff go above & beyond. We recommended to friends who joined us and they were very happy as well. Management should be very proud of the team they have here.

One of the better Best Westerns for the price. Very impressed with this BW in just about every category. Great welcome gift for members. There is a very nice outside area with a TV and grill with sectional seating with a nice fireplace usually lit up and warm. Hotel breakfast are usually the same everywhere and bland so I was very surprised to show up to see the lady chopping fresh Bell peppers to go with the cut up sausage and hash browns she was making. It's been like that every time I have been. Can't say enough about it as I stay in hotels a lot and usually just try to get through the breakfast. This one is very nice plus they do dinner and 2 drinks I think maybe 2 days out of the week. Usually a BW of this quality is priced well over a hundred a night but this one is a little under so overall a very good value. Keep it up and I will keep staying here when I come thru town.

This hotel and its staff, in particular Sandra proved that hotels can be just like home. Amazing customer service and fresh breakfast, plus the advantage of laundry facilitates on site. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is kept in excellent condition. The lobby is well laid out and rooms were very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is good with many selections. The internet is extremely fast (5ms ping and 160+ mbs up and down). The price was extremely good value.

Just a little get away vacation. Hotel room was perfect. Amenities very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfy and clean. First floor room was quite. Would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel rocks! They offer a great breakfast and evening happy hour included in the price. Hotel rooms are large and comfortable. I had never previously experienced this particular BW "brand"; it is geared toward business people on longer assignments and has very nice bedroom/living room combinations with kitchenettes. Very convenient.

This was my first time staying at a BW hotel and remains my favorite and most visited location , customer service is second to none , front desk always with a smile and extremely helpful !! I will keep visiting this location..

Had a great experience at this hotel. Great service, clean room, and a tasty breakfast. Parking was ample and the interior design was modern/clean. The pool looked great but it w a s closed since it was too cold. Will be back here soon.

This hotel is very nice! The moment you walk in it smells amazing and there is a fruity looking lemonade waiting for you. The staff was very nice. The room was amazing! I couldn't believe that I had such a nice room for such a great price. The breakfast was the best part. The minute I walked out of the elevator I could smell it throughout the hotel and it was delicious!

The rooms was big and spacious, bathroom clean and very white beds slept great very firm . The room even had a stove ,glass plates,real silverware,dish towels,pots and pans very very nice hotel will visit again

We had a party of 21 traveling for a next day cruise. Most of our party camped on the beach and we opted for a hotel so we could clean up the next morning and be fresh! Woke up, no water! No showers, no shampooed hair, used bottled water to brush our teeth. STAFF DID NOT CARE. after insisting on a refund, It never came. Called the hotel several times after returning from our cruise to never get a call back. On the 3rd and final call the person answering the phone "Marisol"?? Was so rude and hateful as I was stating facts she called me condescending. The call went down hill from there. I would not recommend this hotel. Other than no water, there was no sound on the outdoor tv and the grills were out of service, unable to turn on the bathroom light without secondary lights in the room coming on. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Best Western has really stepped their game up. They are like a 3.5 star property as opposed to the old 1.5-2 star property they used to be. Pleasantly surprised. I will be joining their rewards program

Stayed one night in a double queen, 3rd floor. Check-in was unusually slooow. Brand new hotel obviously, very well furnished and decorated. Room was average size, roomy enough. Bathroom a bit small but well lighted. Fully stocked tiny kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, utensils. Comfy bed. Great AC. Large HD TV with HD service. Wifi was fast. Windows had shades instead of typical draw-drapes, making for better light blocking. Nice outdoor pool. Patio with large double gas grills. Average breakfast, some protein. Large number of extended-stay construction workers. Housekeeping uses a very strong-smelling cleaner that permeates clothing and suitcases, requiring air-out at home before putting away. Would stay again.

Nice lobby, staff, pool, and room. Great continental breakfast. Only issue I had was loud neighbors right above me, but the receptionist switched my room right away. Loved it! Would definitely stay again.

My family and I love Best Western hotels. Executive Residency are not only super comfortably designed but modern and luxurious. Pools are clean and fitness equipment are never out of order. Cleannliness all over their installations.

Right off I-10, just past Buccee's; you can use old Jacinto Mall parking lot to avoid traffic off highway. Also convenient location to great food and stores. The hotel itself had great nutritious breakfast. Beautiful, comfortable rooms.

This hotel was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful.. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Will definitely be coming back!! The food was Amazing and Fresh!! The cook knew exactly how to keep people coming back for seconds!!

The AC went out in our home quite unexpectedly and we needed a room fast. We arrived, hot, sweaty not in the best mood. Within 15 minutes we were in a suite and relaxed. We loved the hot breakfast and comfy beds and my daughter took full advantage of the pool.

The whole experience was great. The air fresheners was a bit strong. They smelled good but too strong or at least in my opinion. The cook was awesome! She made everyone feel at home and very welcomed.

I booked 2 suites over the phone yet they tried to give me 2 standard rooms when I arrived and told me I would need to pay extra if I wanted the suites I originally booked! Customer service is terrible.

From the moment we walked into the hotel there we smiling staff greeting us. Cleaning crew was constantly cleaning something (i.e. floors, elevators, outside grills, tables in breakfast area, etc.). Hotel smelled and looked clean. Our room was nice and tidy.

Over the past month and a half I have stayed at Baytown's Best Westeren every weekend. I am alway very satisfied with the quality of the rooms and the professional service I recieve checking in and out. I will continue to stay at this location when I am in the area. I would not change a thing, seriously.

Enjoy the hotel the guest getting drunk by the front door while having my 4 year old daughter in my arms was very uncomfortable nice hotel but the party needs to be moved to the room so people can walk inside the front entrance and did not appreciate the smart remarks by the drunks as we walked in

I have never been treated so unprofessional in all my life, asked to be moved downstairs so I could see my truck with all my tools, the screen on the tv was all scratched up, so I asked for another room the room had high test of phamaldyde in it, asked to be moved! Was told to leave, had to beg to stay in the room with the scratched up tv because my truck was in the shop. The manager was going to throw me into the streets. What a frickin joke!! She got caught giving me a horrible room, then she was going to throw me out!!

I booked my room through priceline for a race week. We were busy to get the cars ready so wasn't going to be able to check in the date I supposed to check in but was going to arrive late night. I called in to let them know that I would be late , someone named Chris hung up on me without listening me. I arrived at 4.30 am checked in and realized that the room was not what I booked, I called in from the room told him that this might be a mistake and he told me that the hotel is booked, can't do anything and hung up on me again. I called again and again , he didn't pick up. I didn't sleep for 36 hours but couldn't get away with a treatment like this and had to go down to complain. I told him what he did was wrong and he attacked me and asked out for a fight. Luckily there were cameras and got his name, again it was Chris :) I explained him that he wouldn't want to fight me and talked him over that this was a bad move since it's 6 more rooms of us in this hotel :) He had to calm down and said that he doesn't give a thing about this job. Which made me think that the hotel was getting managed poorly by hiring people that has no respect to their jobs. I wasn't able to sleep due to his statements, I expected someone knocking my room with a gun for the whole night. Next day I talked to other Front Desk employee named Ben and explained all. He said he would have owner or manager call me but no calls received.. This place is not safe do not ever go there especially in TX where people carry guns. We were just guys and no families with us so we were lucky.

Overall stay was perfect. Had no trouble at all. The whole place was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Did I mention that I loved the room. PLUS it was not expensive at all. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Until recently, it had been 20 years since I'd stayed at a Best Western property due to a very negative experience. This visit more than made up for that and I will definitely keep BW in my options when business travel is required.

I can't say enough about this hotel. You will enjoy the stay and the breakfast buffet is all that and more ! Fast check-in and friendly staff ! Very convenient location, easy to access I10. New and clean !

It was VERY clean. Also a great room set up. The staff was very helpful and friendly even with tough questions. The shower was huge!! We had a great visiy and i would recommend this place to anyone. Very nice part of town.

Had a great stay here. New amenities, room, etc. Price was competitive. Internet was fast. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall good. My family and I will be back here in the future.

We decided to stay at the Best Western Plus in Baytown due to its high rating on online reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel met all of our expectations. The hotel was very clean and well designed. The room was large and laid out well. Good lighting, plenty of electric plugs for your devices and USB chargers as well. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel housekeeping department did an outstanding job. The free breakfast was excellent and even included scrambled eggs and bacon. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, very clean. Great social at 5 pm! Food was very good! Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. I would strongly recommend this hotel for you overnight stays!

Great staff very friendly went out of there way to greet you and say hello. Away from home for a while and appreciated the staff greeting you by name. The service was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great every morning.

I stayed stayed at the Executive Residency for a little over a month in September while on business. It was one of the better long term hotels I have stayed in. It seemed to be fairly new and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the few requests I had. The location was directly in front of I-10 on service road so there was some road noise. It was close to several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It has a small pool and workout room and a laundry. Also they did reception each Tues and wed with food and drinks. Nice touch. There is an area for grilling out and seating area where smokers go to hang out and throw thier disgusting cigarettes on the ground ( the one thing I didnt like ). Otherwise, a very nice place and not terribly expensive.

I was first given a room on the first floor. The room was nice but there were mosquitoes in the room so it was hard for me to stay. So I requested my room to be changed and the guy at the front desk moved me around with no issues. The hotel is clean, spacious, has a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Room Service is great, breakfast is good and on Wednesday and Thursday's there is Happy Hour. They serve wings, chips, hot dog, hamburgers, you name it with alcohol drinks !

Suites do not have doors separating bedrooms and tv/kitchen area. Bath lighting is not good for putting on makeup. Breakfast was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel due to employees not putting out food 30 minutes before serving time was up. None of the staff seemed to care.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was awesome and hotel was really nice. When in Baytown will stay here only. Everything was close to the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. They care about you here. Best extended stay ever.

The building is clean and breakfast was great! Housekeeping the one day they came in didn't do anything but change sheets! Not one counter cleaned or floor vacuumed! Promised one price and charged another telling me the young man that promised me that price was just trying to make me happy!10 days into it they tell me I'm paying a different price and I need to sign this form! Also a fax came from my bank I never received! There was someone coming in our room! We travel all the time I have never left a hotel before my stay was finished! I rarely have a complaint! We've been to 9 hotels in the last 1 yr.1/2 Also called my credit card because the girl who didn't give us our fax also wrote down our credit card # and was keeping it! I had to ask for it!! Credit card company said that besides the other charges around $2500 in pending charges were added !Still watching these!!!

I am a promoter and I had a big show this past weekend. Everything from making reservations, to checking in, the stay, checking out SUPERB JOB. I have been alot of places stayed at alot of hotels and this hotel places in the top 10 hotels I've stayed at. Great price, convenient location, clean rooms, amazing staff especially Eva, and so much more. I have absolutely no complaints. I got 10 rooms, they were able to put us all on the same floor, VERY CONVENIENT. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Finally a hotel that provides a small kitchenette. Breakfast downstairs was also really good and accessible throughout the day with fresh fruits and juices and other little snacks throughout the day. This will now be my go to hotel anytime I am in Baytown TX

Quiet, comfortable and CLEAN! Francisco goes out of his way to check you in. He made sure my family's room meat our needs. Oh, and the GM is so helpful! She was even working on her day off! Busy memorial day weekend but that hotel and its staff is AMAZING.

Beautiful hotel with places for guests to meet with visitors in front of the fire pit or in the lobby. Hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable with a place to sit and read as well as a kitchenette that is nicely equipped.

i liked the decor of the hotel. it was warm and inviting. the exterior was well-maintained. the hotel staff was polite and helpful. the decor of the actual hotel room was welcoming and relaxing. the room was very clean and comfortable. the bed was relaxing and gives you a goodnight's rest.

Would stay there again, very nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms decorated really well and the bed was great. Love all the amenities the hotel offers. Pool is a little small, but that is the only thing I didn't like.

We always try to stay in Best Western when we travel. This was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was especially good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and very clean. We will stay here again when we travel through this area.

We stayed for the night while travelling to visit family. It looks new, not sure how old it is. It was very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful. Very close to downtown Houston and lots of places to eat and visit around the area. Very convenient location. The room was really clean, well kept and comfortable. I would recommend and stay here again.

Dang! This place was disappointing! I was so excited to check out the new BW in Baytown. I wish i hadn't. When I checked in, the young man had a speaking problem; meaning, he refused to speak. He wouldn't tell me anything (location if ice machine, how to get to my room, offer coffee). He made me feel dreary. This is what happens when you hire people that have no interest or passion for the hospitality industry. Then, my husband and son met me there later and I drew a bath for my son and he got in and luckily only his feet as the water heater was set so high he scaled his feet and we had to wrap them in a towel soaked in cold water for an hour. This was a terrible experience. This is proving that just because the place is new and more expensive than other BW's does not mean it will be better. To top it all off, getting coffee from the breakfast buffet, there was no tops for the coffee cups and the front desk hostess was no where to be found when we checked out. Stay elsewhere, be happy.

This place is wonderful! The staff was friendly, eager to help. The rooms were very clean, it had a little kitchenette which we utilized. They sold frozen dinners in the lobby that were decent in price and in brands offered. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all the time. The breakfast offered both hot and cold items; eggs, bacon, waffles on the menu as well. The food area had booths and high top tables available along with regular tables and couches. Right outside was an outdoor fireplace. This place was cozy and warm and clean.

This hotel opened within the last couple of weeks. The kitchen items were not unwrapped yet. The lighting of the room....lamps, etc., was difficult to figure out. The service was superb however, I would definitley recommend this hotel...details just need to be ironed out.

I decided to try this hotel for a business stay and I must say it was a great pick. New property that is kept extremely clean. The room was a great size, comfortable bed, good internet and AMAZING breakfast. The staff was very helpful. I must say I was in shock with the tasteful breakfast they offer here at this property, it was by far the best breakfast I've had while traveling for work.This is something I am not use to while traveling for work and staying in multiple hotels. Thumbs up to the breakfast attendant and staff. GREAT Experience, I will definitely be back and highly recommend to others when in the area.

The staff is very genuine and its a very nice hotel. It was recently opened and all the rooms are kitchenettes some are suites and some even include a balcony. So if you need a long term stay hotel I would suggest here. They serve breakfast everymorning and also have a exercise room. If you need to look something up they even have computers for the guest to use. Say you need to have a meeting it also has a meeting room that you can rent.
