The restaurant was the only saving grace. Dharmenvder at the restaurant was very courteous and on his toes to comply with the requests. The food, although limited, was mostly tasty. Everything else was just downhill. The overall service quality was really bad. The rooms were booked on triple sharing but the provided amenities in the room included 1 towel, 1 dental kit set. No face towels, no hand towels. Had to call several times to get these basic things in the room. They did not have the towels readily available since their laundry guy was absent!! Can you imagine that? Had to call a few times simply to get a couple of bottles of water (at inflated prices). The staff is courteous but can do with a but of training. There does seem a lot of scope for improvement.

Good and clean atmosphere loved the experience very comfortable room loved the view alsoo had a great time and apart from room and atmosphere the food here is really good too I loved the food and the embiance also. Overall it was a nice experience

This hotel is smack bang middle of heritage area. Nice spacious clean rooms serviced everyday, fantastic staff all round. Reshma on reception is very nice and helpful , helped us to arrange transport, which was great and priced better than local transport companies. It is located a minutes walk from The Jalianwala Bagh and about a 4 minute walk to the golden temple. The hotel offers breakfast freshly made to order every morning nice and tasty but the choice is limited. It is fully accessible by the elderly and disabled, very modern and clean. There are ample eateries in the local area and all very reasonably priced. The heritage walk is a lively 24/7 shopping area, always barter on pricing and never agree to pay the asking price unless it is a fixed price shop.

Very poor housekeeping Very bad ambiance Very small rooms Washroom is just like nest. Not proper space for bath and fresh. Toilet sheet cushion is not foldable. Very bad experience as the hotel presented by Best Western.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all basic amenities available. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything neat during my stay. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety of options at breakfast. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and consider staying here again in the future.
I have included the packege with breakfast and they gives you multiple options of the same. The amenities and services are good. Staff is very kind.

No another hotel near to railway station in such an affordable budget, delicious food, neat and clean rooms and hygienic restaurant. I will definitely recommend this to all very affordable stay and great ambiance.

Location is good. Approachable from all sides of city.Atmosphere was ok. Rooms were neat and clean but linens were not upto the mark.Food was delicious and served with love and dedication

We have visited Amritsar twice earlier and stayed in Best Western AH1 in premier rooms. However, this time we were told that rooms were not available there but they could give rooms in Sure Stay, a smaller property with slightly smaller rooms. The price they charged was same. However, rooms given were actually downgraded to Standard without informing us. The bathroom was in pathetic state, soiled WC, shower just about trickling water and no buckets, was a chalenge to have bath in these conditions. Even room service was terrible. V bad experience - they were insensitive to our complaints and didn't bother to apologise too. It was only at the time of check out that we called the Gen Manager and gave him feedback.... Leading to his apology.

had a really nice experience staying at SureStay by Best Western in Amritsar. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
