SureStay by Best Western Heritage Walk

The location of the hotel is really good, not too far from the main beach and the beach bars, but far enough not to listen to the music and people all night long. It was clean enough, comfy beds, clean pool and an amazing bar next to the pool, with reasonable drink prices. However, the hotel is always too crowded. Even tho thay have pictures with hairdryer in the bathroom, they don't have them in the rooms, and I asked for one on the front desk, but the front desk person was kind of rude and before even explaining anything, she said just talk to the manager. The breakfast is the same everyday. They don't even change the fruit (which was watermelon). Coffee and juices were awful, otherwise it is ok. They have like 30 sunbeds near the pool, and more then 300 guests, so don't get your hopes up for a sunbed. The housekeeping people don't speak English, so it's really hard to communicate. Even tho I told them i didn't need anything, they started cleaning the room. The main issue for me was the security. The hotel is not secured what so ever. They don't have cameras in the hallways, during my stay I didn't saw any security people and they just give you a key if you ask for one. When we were checking in, they said: “Don't leave your phones or money.” ... Anyone can get in the hotel and get out. They don't even care.

The pool and bar area was nice. Rooms exactly what you'd expect from a holiday hotel but they weren't a high level of cleanliness. From the balcony's you can see the pool and where children have entertainment, ideal for families to stay here. The staff were repeatedly rude towards us. We didn't feel welcome at all. We had a balcony with our room. It was attached to the balcony next door with a small fence separating it. Good if there's a group of you staying in different rooms but not so good otherwise, as our neighbours kept staring at us a lot and our blinds were broken so we couldn't have much privacy. Also the hotel is packed with people in reception to get the all inclusive breakfast or dinner making it hard to get around at any time or day/evening. Nothing majorly bad with the stay overall just quite a bit of feeling uncomfortable.

I've been in holiday with my family and friends one week. The overall stay was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. What didn't went so well was the treatment of the reception staff and even of the managers. The parking at the hotel is very small and cars are parked one behind the other. So, one day before checking out I anounced at the reception, even insisted that they call the perso who had the car parked behind mine. They post poned me, and in the morning thy say they have no solution, and I should wait for the person to appear at his car(but he wasnt anounced). We ended up calling the police and left the hotel 4h after we planed. Because of the ignorance of the staff the vacacion has a bad memory.

We been 10 days in this hotel, after booking the Kokiche hotel, and seen the rooms we upgraded to the Kokiche VIP + Everything is new- the building opened at June 2018. + Very quite + The pool at the main hotel - cross the street. + The parking is free but on avaliable spots with a gate. + The location is 10 walk minutes from the beach, and 3 walk minutes from the main street + Laundry - is across the street (4 leva for laudry (5kg) & 4 leva for dryer) - The breakfast is almost the same every day. - The staff speaking Bulgarian , Russian, English, we spoke with them on Russian. - The towels was changed every 3 days. Overall: We enjoyed this hotel, the maid is very nice speaking Russian.

Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere with which you made me spend an unforgettable holiday :). Thanks to the duluth staff for everything. Thanks to the restaurant for the delicious food and the good hygen. Thanks for the clean and comfortable rooms. very nice place I RECOMMEND THEM!
