Hotel Oasia, BW Signature Collection

We stayed on the 23rd floor in the club room and could not find fault with anything. We never heard noise from next door nor the lifts and corridor, the bed was huge and the room spotless. The staff are exceptional and so polite, a credit to the hotel. The actual location is great; there are many restaurants etc within a few minutes walk, and just further on is Maxwell Food Centre and Chinatown. It is conveniently situated next to the Tanjong Pagar MRT, so getting anywhere is incredibly easy.

Oasia Downtown Hotel is a hidden in plain sight gem. We discovered this hotel in 2025, and have stayed here about 10 times since and many other bookings to come, during a very busy schedule in Singapore in 2026. The wellness offer is real. We have taken advantage of it in many ways, the pilates, yoga, massages after work, Club level recovery by the open air pool. I highly recommend this property as a home away from home if you do business in Singapore regularly. Or if travelling for a personal occasion, it will feel like a very special find.

I had the pleasure of returning to the Oasia Club level to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had the best time. The staff on the club level were amazing. Kalpaua and Poulive went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were attentive to our every need, saying hello when we passed them, and checking to see if there was anything further they can do. By the end of our trip, they were like friends, more than staff. The club level offers free drinks and snacks to help yourself too, up until 10pm in the evening. It was very handy. Happy hour between 5.30-7.30 also had a great selection of hot and cold canapes and wine and cocktails. You can also opt for a 10 minute mini massage. The breakfast on the club level has a small but great selection of hot breakfast options, pastries, juice, coffee, tea, and fruit and yoghurt. It definitely gives you a more vip feel when you have breakfast in the lounge and the club deck. The rooms are clean and spacious. With a mini bar fridge and a good size ironing board and iron. Overall, I cannot fault any staff of Oasia, from the staff downstairs to the check In desk on level 12. The location is great. Just out of the way enough but stiff close to attractions, shopping, food options and an MRT station (across the road). You can find a small grocery, Pharmacy, fast food options like GYG, BreakTalk, a Tea place and Starbucks, restaurants and a short walk to a McDonald's and Maxwell Hawker centre (which is definitely a must when visiting Singapore) We love Oasia and will definitely be back.

We loved staying here. Great location and not noisy like Orchard Road. MRT across the road and close to China Town, Lau Pa Sat and the Marina. Only complaint was the rattly air con in the room which we mentioned on departure - rm 1801. Would highly recommend and would return. Thanks 😊

Great hotel with unique greenery on the exterior of the building. Club room and facilities make for a very relaxed and exclusive stay.

Good location but very average hotel! Extremely weird layout and average buffet breakfast - they do not offer barista coffee (you have to pay additional to the overpriced breakfast). I ended up just buying a coffee and bagel on the second and third day of my stay which was significantly better and cheaper. Room and hallways were in need for some renos and love! My room had a broken cabinet that required repair and a horrendous smell at random times of the day (perhaps the drainage??)

This hotel is fantastic. We would stay here again. Lucas at the front desk (concierge) was friendly when we arrived. Watched our bags for 3 hours and then helped load on the way to the airport. The rooms were spotless and generous. And the restaurant has a three course meal for $39 plus paired wines for $39 which is exceptional when you see the quality of food and wine on offer. All the staff were friendly. The restaurant were especially accommodating. My only recommendation would be for them to offer a better deal for O/S guests who arrive early and want to chill out sore in room or by pool. The half day (5 hr) price of $239 is a bit of a stitch up (in my opinion). I would have paid $20 each to hang by the pool for a few hours and probably would have had another lunch while waiting. But…. The hotel is excellent on every other way.

Very dirty room and guests are not important. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside but inside a place you better do not stay. Being some years old is not a problem but not cleaning properly is unacceptable. Even if you request cleaning you find the same dirt the day after. Never again and Singapore has much better places for the same money.

What a beautiful hotel situated in Downtown close to local activities. It was stood out from the rest of the hotels in the area. I love the live walls and sustainability that this hotel offers. Staff were considerate and prepared us breakfast as we were due to leave before. We stayed in room 2522 which was beautiful and suited our needs along with a great view. The concierge's both day and night were all amazing. Lucas and Marc were especially accomodationg and were very helpful, patient and kind they helped us plan our days and made sure we're got where we needed. Thank you so much we enjoyed our time with you.

Our stay at Oasia Downtown was such a memorable experience for our family. We booked a club room and thoroughly enjoyed all the exclusive services. The room was spacious and the tub in the bathroom was a bonus. A special thank you to Poulline and Kalpana for their exceptional service and genuine kindness. They were so warm, friendly and attentive, especially towards our toddler, Hayden. He was always so happy to see them and really enjoyed their company. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, but their thoughtful care made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciated your kindness and would love to stay at Oasia Downtown again on our next visit in Singapore.

We booked 2 connecting club rooms for a family of 4 for 2 nights. Check in took a while as they was a queue and there were only 2 staff. The staff who attended to us at the registration level (level 12) was very helpful and explained to us the complimentary services clearly. Rooms were of good size, well equipped with nespresso machine , wellness snacks etc. Probably the only fault for my room was the lack of hooks in bathroom for wet towels and clothes. Strangely my kids' bathroom had them. Room cleaning service can be better if we can have a replenish of vanity kits and drinks. We only had a replenish of nuts, but not any of the toiletries or drinks. Club lounge level was fantastic, felt spacious, breezy and chill..breakfast was not bad with choice of egg and some selection on the buffet table. Not a big spread but good enough. Evening cocktail was popular with wine, some small bites. Lounge and pool access till 10pm. The hotel offers complimentary wellness activities for club room customers. The aqua spin classes were all fully booked when i checked with the hotel 1 day before checking in😩. Gym was small but luckily it was seldom packed. The location of the hotel is great, with so many food options nearby. It was a great staycation for us, we had a very refreshed weekend and would highly recommend paying for the club room for the additional perks and services, totally worth it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Oasia Hotel! The building itself is a marvel: towering for 27 levels, covered in plants, it's unmissable. There are several comfortable and tranquil common zones to enjoy, providing great views and (some of them) pools. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfasts are delicious and with enough variations. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are several metro station (at least three different lines) in walking distance: from 2-3 to 20 minutes. The only caveat was a glass-walled bathroom. Even for us as a couple it caused a bit of confusion, but with a bit of room lights configuration you can achieve some privacy. Otherwise we were absolutely pleased and are very grateful for the hospitality and would recommend to stay here!

I previously left a review saying that I could not recommend this hotel because of the check-in experience. However, I believe it is equally important to acknowledge when a hotel makes a real effort to correct a situation. The staff handled my feedback in the best possible way. They personally approached me, sincerely apologized, and did everything they could to make things right and ensure the rest of my stay was comfortable. I truly appreciate this level of attention and professionalism. Thank you very much to the entire team. Because of the way you responded and the steps you took, I will definitely return to your hotel again. Thank you for showing that you genuinely care about your guests!

Almost a great stay. The only drawback is wifi. I believe the wifi has some firewall setting that interfere with my corporate laptop. Hence the first 15-20 minutes of connection everytime I worked was very flicky/unstable - The wifi signal went on/off and my laptop could not reach the server while web browsing is still Ok at moderate speed.

A very welcoming and helping stay! Lucas helped us check in and gave us local tips for food while helping my mum with her wheelchair, the hotel provided an easy to use manual when we needed it. Poulline and Amira were lovely in the club room food and coffee area on level 21, they helped my mother get in and out and carried plates if she needed while having great conversations with us!

I enjoyed a 6 night stay at Oasia Downtown with friends. We did the Club level which is highly recommended. The space you get to enjoy as a club guest is serene with a great pool space, and complimentary refreshments. The staff are very helpful. Would stay again

We want to give special recognition to Timothy. He was thoughtful and patient throughout our stay, readily answering our questions and sharing handy local travel advice. Thanks to his kindness, our Singapore trip was still enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel had significant hygiene issues, which were major drawbacks of our visit. However, Timothy's attentive service really stood out. He is a valuable member of the team.

The Oasia hotel downtown Singapore is an amazing place I've stayed in some time. It's not only beautiful and standout hotel but it was in a perfect central location for everything. I would highly recommend upgrade to executive experience. It's a little more but you get so much more! Much better private pool, happy hour from 6-8pm which including cocktails, drinks and canopies. Separate breakfast area and access to soft drinks, coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day! Special mention goes to Meera who looked after us throughout our stay and was just brilliant and nothing was any trouble! Thank you Meera. To be fair all the staff were exceptional, so kind, polite and on hand throughout our stay! Do not hesitate to book Oasia downtown if you are visiting Singapore!

Located in a quiet neighborhood opposite a metro station so convenient for travelling around the city but with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Deluxe room was smaller than expected but clean and comfortable. Lovely long swimming pool. Good service from concierge and front desk staff.

Great central location , staff friendly

Spent 3 nights here as part of a Singapore/Malaysia Trip. The hotel is conveniently located. There is a seven eleven next door. China Town and a Hawker Center are within a few minutes walk. The rooms have super comfortable beds and live the rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast Buffet was great - good variety and omelette bar. Staff are all friendly. Dining options are a bit limited. Italian restaurant on the top is pricy, and the restaurant at the bottom has an OK menu. WiFi was spotty at times. The pool does not have a great city view, and because of the ivy in the outside, much of it is shades. No hot tub. Overall, I would stay here again.

Had 2 Club Rooms on floor 23 - great view over the floor 21 infinity pool. All the little extras included add endless value. From snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the afternoon at level 21, and in your room, to the cocktail hour - where you can help yourself to cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks and snack in the evening. Rooms were perfect - well sized especially for city centre, with lovely shower and bath. And Syahid at the concierge desk was very helpful, as were all the staff we interacted with.

Amazing location with a very short walk to MRT, Maxwell hawker centre, Chinatown and Satay Street. Attentive, delightful staff. Spend the extra for the Club room, the pool, free snacks and drinks, great breakfast and free massages make it well worth it. We have stayed in 4 different hotels in Singapore and Oasia Downtown has easily been the best. This is where we will stay from now on

The hotel is so beautiful with a lot of trees. Its location is very convenient to all the business centers, well-known sight-seeing venues and services including shopping malls and restaurants. You can go anywhere with taxi, grab, MRT, buses or just walking. The room is nice, clean, quiet. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is good. I would recommend this for both business trips and holidays.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a five-day stay at Oasia Downtown, and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were warmly welcomed by the bell attendants, who promptly assisted with our luggage and directed us to Level 12 for check-in. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was outstanding. The hotel has a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere. Our Club Room overlooked the lovely swimming pool and was immaculately presented. The bed was comfortable making for a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring. Staying in a Club Room gave us exclusive access to the Club Lounge, where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the evening cocktails and delicious selection of canapés—more like a light dinner—served daily from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The exclusive pool was another fantastic feature that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. A special mention goes to Naida in the dining room, who was exceptionally attentive and consistently ensured everything was to our satisfaction. We would also like to thank the two gentlemen at the concierge desk, who were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location is excellent, with Tanjong Pagar MRT Station directly across the road, making it convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Oasia Downtown and would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and a fantastic location.

We had an excellent time, we chose to upgrade and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast and light dinner with wine and two wonderful swimming pools. We had two piece clothes laundered each day and free healthy snacks and drinks in a mini bar. Thank you everything! Gary and Denise

I had a wonderful stay. I have been staying here almost every month and every trip to Singapore. Facilities are great! Room is spacious. Many of the staff had been very kind towards me. Syam and Lucas from the concierge has always greeted me in a kind and respectful manner. Front desk faizal and tini has always been a great cheerful spirit whenever I check-in. Overall, my experience has been amazing!

Our stay at the Oasia hotel was incredible. Everything from the staff, food and rooms was perfect. The location was convenient and easy to navigate from. The infinity pool had unbelievable views over looking Singapore city. The value on the pool pass was well worth the purchase. It's a fantastic hotel with a very friendly, attentive staff. The Club Room is to be preferred, as it gives you significant perks, however, check if the early check-in is included in your booking, as mine wasn't (although I was sure it was) and I had to pay a lot of money to access the room in the morning. The swimming pool at the Club Level is stunning and the Happy Hour is great, but it could be a bit longer. The hotel is not in the centre but close to many attractions and opposite an underground station. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a longer stay in Singapore.

We spent 6 nights in a Club Room and were truly impressed by the overall architectural concept of the Club Floor. It offered a variety of comfortable spaces where everyone could find their own perfect spot to relax and unwind. We absolutely loved spending time there. Honestly, this place helped us forget about everyday worries and allowed us to recharge our batteries and regain a lot of energy. The rooms were perfectly soundproofed, the beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen was always clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Benjamin at the reception for his genuine care in making sure we felt comfortable and for sharing excellent recommendations about some of Singapore's hidden gems. We would also like to recognize and thank the breakfast team on the first floor for their wonderful service. In just a few days, this hotel became very close to our hearts, and we are certain that we will return in the future.

As it was my first visit, I had always been mesmerized by the building's unique architecture and was looking forward to the experience. However, I would like to extend my special thanks to Tini from the Front Desk team for her exceptional service. During my initial check-in, another officer had assigned us a room and mentioned that it came with a 'good view' and 'privacy'. However, upon entering the room, we were disappointed to find that the view was largely blocked by tree branches, which was not what had been described to us by him. Thankfully, Tini stepped in and became the saviour of our stay. She listened to our concerns and kindly assisted in arranging a room change to a much better room with a beautiful view. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned our experience around completely. Thank you, Tini, for making our first stay at Oasia Downtown a memorable one. Your excellent customer service truly made a difference, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed in the club room, positive takeaways were that the bathroom was big, and the lounge area was actually the entire 21st floor. There was free flow of coffee/tea and food refreshments and also sufficient seating areas for you to relax and soak in the scenic view. Additionally, hotel was conveniently located right next to Tanjong Pagar MRT, and there was many food options available for dining in the evening. The only one area which I felt could be slightly better would be their breakfast. While it was good, I felt that there could be a wider spread of food options available

The employees were very helpful and great in hospitality. They've even told us in advance that their hotel serving non-halal foods and drinks. Location was very near to my office building.

Good, central location. Clean and quiet room. Lucas Noel at the concierge gave helpful recommendations for food and neighborhoods to visit. When I fell under the weather at the end of my stay, Lucas brought me tea, fruits, and a cold towel. Guest services was helpful and responsive, and extended my checkout time by four hours so I could get more rest before going to the airport. Would highly recommend

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond. Everyone has a smile for you, remembers your room number (!), and are just wonderfully pleasant. I would especially like to single out Haida, who always had a smile on her face, was quick to ask if I needed anything, refreshed my wine glass more than once, and was just a pleasure to deal with. The hotel itself is conveniently situated. The 21st floor Club Room was a great place to just sit and enjoy the outside or to go in the Club room and enjoy a coffee. The rooms are clean and "big enough" for all the time you spend in a hotel room. The hotel is undergoing some renovation, but none of that impacted my stay. It was quiet and I was never disturbed by noise.

Oasis is a great hotel if you want something unusual in Singapore. We loved staying there. Great location, near Tanjong Pagar metro station with easy access to many of the amazing sites. We didn't upgrade to the Club rooms, it was fine having a standard room, nice & clean, our "allocated" pool was on the upper floors, outdoor, it was a strange feeling to float in the pool and listen to the distant hustle & bustle of the city below. Would stay there again!

This is a really good hotel if you stay in Club class. Just off the centre 100 yards from Tanjong Pagar MRT. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Startling appearance, covered in vegetation right up to 27th floor. Separate check in for Club on 21 floor. This floor has a separate, large pool, open on 2 sides, with a 5 storey gap. Sensational, and hardly used. Decent Club lounge, with air-conditioning, rest of floor open, with various searing areas and water channels. Really good. Breakfast perfectly adequate, helpful staff, happy hour good. Rooms not huge, but comfortable, good sheets. Nice bath,open rain shower, where water went everywhere! Because of open shower half bath area had a lip, which I found dangerous, especially at night. Trip risk. Had to ask for face flannels. Laundry expensive. Staff generally charming and helpful. Was given late checkout

Very nice hotel, lots of greenery, located in a strategic position close to Chinatown. We've been staying in the Club Rooms, so we could use the swimming pool al 21st floor, very nice and relaxing, as well as the aperitif served in the afternoon, very good. Breakfast was good, frankly speaking I would have expected more variety but it's ok. IMHO the rooms need an improvement: in particular the furniture was quite old and the wood was wrecked in many points, a refurbishment could be a good idea for such a hotel like this; moreover there weren't many sockets, thus such operations as phone charging have been a bit difficult.

Amazing hotel, would recommend club access as it comes with free cocktails, food, massages and 2 pieces of free laundry per day. Staff are all lovely and helpful, especially Lucas Noel.

Had a very enjoyable 3D2N stay at Oasia Downtown's club room. The room and bed were comfortable and we were warmly taken care of by Atirah at the club lounge who made us feel very welcomed!

Shall keep this brief and list all that we loved about the Hotel Location: Perfectly situated for all of Singapore's attractions and local non-tourist areas you may want to visit, Tanjong Pagar MRT will link you to the entire Island. Hotel itself: Excellent, note I am commenting on the Club room areas which are amazing, the pool area is grand, club room for evening drinks and breakfast on the same level (21). Breakfast can be at the Pool area tables or in the actual Buffet area. Staff: All those that we met were so friendly, Amira, Amara and so many more were amazing, so thank you all of you. Rooms: We stayed in a Club Room that has all you need for your stay. We were here for 14 days, the view from the huge floor to ceiling window was fantastic which we never got bored off. Although the room size is only 28sq mtrs it was spacious and the cupboards and wardrobes hid all our cases and other items we didnt want showing so it was aa small home away from home. Note the rooms were so quiet, we never heard noise from any other rooms or people walking or talking down the hallways. Summary: Hotel Oasia Downtown, make it your place to stay next time your in Singapore.

I didn't like the hotel at all. Anyway, I would like to give my appreciation to the concierge Mr Lucas Noel, that was very kind and helpful, your great service gives a bit of light for this hotel.

I was very disappointed with the view from the hotel room. There was simply no view at all. Right in front of our window, there was a metal barrier/grill that completely blocked the view. If I had known the room would have no view, I would definitely have chosen a cheaper hotel instead. At the time of booking, there was no mention in the room description that there would be a barrier in front of the window blocking the view. The photos only showed a room with a city view. I was very disappointed. At least the location was very good.

We upgraded to Club and that proved an excellent choice as it provided all the benefits so well described on the hotel website. The rooms and facilities are exactly as described and the staff were all outstanding in their professionalism and local knowledge (Amira, Atirah and Meera to name but three) Oasia Downtown is located 100m from an MTR station that connects with Changi Airport ...... if that is not to liking that translates into a modest $25 in a taxi. The MTR station also connects you with everywhere you need to get in Singapore. It is within easy walking distance of Chinatown. Super infinity pool.

Great location. However the standard rooms are very tired and the place could do with an upgrade. We have stayed here before in a Club room and I think these guests are given priority to the detriment of the standard guests. Having said that, we upgraded to a 'Club Package' which gave us access to the Club level and happy hour etc. Having breakfasted in both the Club level and the Marmalade room on level 1. the Marmalade room was by far the better option - especially as we went early.

Room very clean and comfortable and kept well by AZZ. Things needing attention are, sink plug not working, no instant coffee sachets, no face washer (flannel), no offer of porter assistance but however the concierge was exceptionally helpful.

Fast check in and check out procedure. Club room with lounge benefits make the stay very worthwhile. Facilities are good, and ambience of the hotel is 100.

I had a great stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore. The hotel is clean, well located, and overall service is friendly. This was my third Club level stay over seven years, and I did notice a drop in some amenities. The Happy Hour offering felt more limited, and drinks are now self-service. The Club staff were a highlight. Atirah and the team were warm and attentive, particularly the staff at breakfast on Saturday morning. A small disappointment on departure, as the ground floor reception was not very attentive. Overall, it is good value and I look forward to staying again.

Amazing outside in excellent location but surprisingly old and worn inside like it was there for 30 years instead of 10.

The location is great for us - walk to Chinatown, right next to MRT and across the road from a supermarket. The Club lounge pool is amazing and the space around the pool great. The food in the club lounge in the evenings is sub-par in my opinion and a fairly limited selection of wine and beer. I don't like the bathroom layouts in the rooms - with the glass panels which are very clearly not soundproof and too close to the bed! The room attendant was fabulous. The gym is tiny - only 2 running machines and not a lot of space for free weights. The place is clean and the atmosphere is friendly enough.

I was very happy with the service, facilities, and location of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, the Club Floor was significantly understaffed. It was clear that the team struggled to maintain service quality, particularly during breakfast and happy hour. Guests often had to repeatedly request drinks and food, as service was not timely. I also felt for the staff, as they were doing their best despite being stretched — with only 2–3 team members attending to 30–40 guests at a time. Having stayed for 9 nights and paid extra for Club access, I felt that the experience did not meet expectations due to the staffing limitations.

This is a truely delightful hotel. We booked the club level and I would recommend this to anyone. The staff are delightful (especially Atirah in the club team) who will attend to anything you need. The experience can be likened to a top level cruise ship! A great breakfast and evening drinks is part of the club experience. There are many more perks included. The proximity to Chinatown and a nearby shopping mall are awesome. The room was big and serviced every day, what's not to love!

This was our 2nd stay at Oasia Downtown. The location is ideal, next to a metro stop but within walking distance to various points, including Chinatown and the Marina. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed staying in a Club room to have use of the lounge and pool.

We just had a fabulous three night stay here in a club room. We highly recommend this - it's a very nice experience with the club floor where breakfast and evening happy (2) hours are situated. Special shout out to Atirah, promote this member of staff please, she's amazing at going above and beyond with her top tips. Nice room, good air conditioning, unbelievable views. Location of hotel is great too, near an underground station and handy for Chinatown and all it offers.

We visited Singapore the same week as last year and it was out first time staying at the Oasia Hotel Downtown, and I just wish we had stayed here on our previous visit. The location is perfect and soon as you walk out of the MRT you are only a few metres from the hotel and it is a great view. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Pay for the Club privileges, it is worth it, even if it is to use the Club pool on Level 21. I can't fault this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation!

A very cool hotel in a brilliant location to walk to most of what Singapore has to offer. The staff were great and the food and drink excellent. All spotlessly clean. The gym needs to be bigger with more equipment.

Wow!! What a stunning Hotel! Picture perfect! We had a lovely 5 Days at the Oasia hotel staying in the club room. Very clean rooms and a beautiful hotel for our first time in Singapore. Hotel is situated in a perfect location right across the road from the MRT, Starbucks and shops with a short walk (8mins) to China town. Evening drinks between 6-8pm with club lounge benefits was great and definitely work the extra money.

Oasia Downtown is our go-to hotel in Singapore, it is always immaculately clean, service is brilliant and the Club Room experience is great value, and a great way to end the day or prepare for an evening out! What really makes this a standout is the location, across the road from Tanjong Pagar MRT, around the corner to buses, but the food choices close by is the biggest winner. Local Hawker centre and food options less than 100m away, and less than 15min walk to Chinatown Complex, Maxwell Food Centre, Amoy Street Food centre or Lau Pa Sat Hawker centre, not to mention the many restaurants within minutes. All a mecca for any foodie!

Far East Hospitality has never let us down so far and this was our returning stay in Oasia Downtown. The check-in experience was a breeze with warmth and friendliness. We had a great weekend stay at the Oasia hotel and loved the natural breeze that flowed through the lobby area on the 12th floor. The staff were excellent, facilities good, the room a decent size and well equipped. The Tanjong Pagar MRT station is right across the road. The neighbourhood mixes old and new. A traditional and working temple sits among modern skyscrapers. Nearby there is a local food centre, parks, restaurants and bars.

We stayed at Oasia downtown for 1 night prior to boarding on our cruise. The location was great! It was close to Chinatown and only 6 minutes walk to the Maxwell Food Center. Syahid and Kayden helped us with our luggages and getting taxis when needed. They were very friendly and attentive! We left our luggages after checkout because our cruise didn't leave till later in the afternoon. When we came back it was ready for us. I recommend this hotel because it is very clean and close to the food center, close to the port, and also they have wonderful staff!

Very efficient and pleasant hotel. The location is well connected on the metro but in our experience very calm with traffic and noise. Our room was simple but spacious enough and comfortable, with a very good bed. Reception is on the 12th floor and all staff friendly and efficient. The only suggestion I would have is that although the 12th floor space is very relaxing and spacious, I would think a bar/cafe on that level would be welcomed by many guests

Lovely hotel with wonderful amenities from cold water to fill your water bottle to fabulous food in your restaurant. The people were helpful and a joy to see each day. A truely wonderful place to spend time.

The hotel feels spacious and opulent throughout. Its location is excellent — you can easily walk to many local attractions, and the MRT station is just across the road, making it incredibly convenient to get around Singapore. The concierge team at the entrance level were really helpful and welcoming. To reach the main reception, you take the lift up around 11 levels, where you'll find a lovely open space with comfortable seating. From there, we had to use another lift to access the room we were allocated on level 19. The pool area is fantastic. There are two similar-sized pools and a beautifully designed relaxation area. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The only slight downside was the view — when we opened the curtains, we were directly facing the opposite hotel and could see into a gym area, which had people looking at our room, this was only a slight inconvenience in the morning. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, served in a spacious seating area with a calm atmosphere. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel has a wonderful location, with many attractions within walking distance. The nearby MRT station and shops are very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped, providing everything we could need, from an iron to a yoga mat. The access to the club lounge was also a nice bonus. One minor consideration is the design of the toilets, as the glass wall is somewhat see-through despite being tinted; however, this wasn't a significant issue for us since we had two rooms. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to friends.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Oasia is within walking distance to all the restaurants and places we wanted to be. The rooftop pools are a relaxing oasis that we appreciated in the evening after walking all day, glad they were open late. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms was perfect. Black out blinds made for a very restful sleep. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I don't have a single negative comment. 10/10 would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is in really good location but it lacks the quality what I expect with this price. I had the club room but did not feel getting much of extras for it. The variety of drinks at lounge was very limited, not even providing regular coke. And the snacks means some fruit and yogurt. The pool temperature is way too cold. And I'm from Finland, used to cool waters. The room is very basic. I assume that in Singapore rooms can be smaller than in resorts but still it was really "normal", no wow effect at all. I might stay here again because of the location but next time I would know no to expect anything extra and probably would not pay the extra for club room.

My check-in and check-out were seamless as usual. I'd specifically like to thank Tina (12F Lobby) for her efficiency during check-out and her genuine interest in how my trip went. Upgrading to the Club Room was a game-changer. Kalpana and Amira (21F Lobby & Lounge) took such wonderful care of me—their service truly helped me survive a demanding work schedule. The room was consistently pristine, and the bed remains one of the most comfortable I've experienced. I credit the success of my business trip to the incredible team here. I'll definitely be back in August!

Excellent hotel! We had a club room and for us all the Club amenities were worth it first and foremost because the Club level, lounge and pool provide a quiet, relaxing, resort like atmosphere. This is exactly what you need after a hot day of sightseeing: relaxing near the pool with a glass of wine and canape (complimentry for Club guests). We enjoyed our stay but only as we had access to Level 21 available on Club status rooms. Level 21 has a separate swimming pool and complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast not great. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a Club Room and we think it is worth it. Pool area is less crowded, more relaxed and much nicer here. The breakfast offers exactly everything we needed and was well organized. All in all it is much more private and has a nice atmosphere in the Club area. We would come again!

Out of the ordinary, wonderful hotel with exceptional pool area (if you are willing to pay for the club level, which is definitely worth it). We took the King Suite, which is fabulous in size and style. The club pool is not crowded and has ample deck chairs and sofas. The Italian restaurant on floor 27 is very atmospheric and great for dining. Don't expect too much of the lounge service during the day though. Also do not expect great city views from the rooms or the restaurant; the main direction is looking inward, which is still great. Highly recommended as a romantic getaway for couples!

The hotel is very clean, the room is very comfortable, breakfast is nice and staff were supportive and friendly. only 1 comment there is no Bidet in the bathroom.

We came from Holland on a travel through to New Zealand. We had a fantastic 3 days. Beautiful swimming pool with spectacular view and good breakfast. The outside of the hotel is decorated with plants and trees. Best hotel I have ever been. It's situated central in the city. And the people are very friendly. Must see!!

Such a calming oasis in a bustling location with lots of cute cafes and restaurants. The club floor has a private pool and lounge with attentive staff. Tin Dao was exceptional in taking care of us.

We spent 3 nights in the Oasia Downtown in Singapore after 2 weeks travelling in SE Asia. This is a lovely hotel and is in a superb location next to an MRT station. We had a Club room and enjoyed the pool on level 21 and the 2 hours of included food (snacks and a pasta dish) and drinks (wines, beer and spirits) in the Club lounge each evening. It was a superb setting to have a drink before heading out (we were also able to use that facility until 9 o'clock on the day we checked out which was really appreciated). Our room was spacious with a good shower and bath. The bathroom products, Nespresso coffee machine and ‘healthy' drinks were good. A couple of minor issues: On one day of our stay we went out after breakfast and returned at 6pm and the room hadn't yet been cleaned. It would've been nice to have returned to a clean room and fresh towels. The staff were all really nice and clearly worked hard but we got the impression that the hotel was understaffed. Similarly at breakfast in the Club lounge, tables were left uncleared and guests had to find their own cutlery and clear space. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend this hotel.

The staff(Syahid, Meera, and Amire )are incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the Club Floor features a spacious infinity pool that's even better than the rooftop pool, and the breakfast is delicious.

First of all, the vibe of the hotel is amazing: the building feels like a green oasis in the city, and even walking into the lobby you immediately feel welcomed and calm. The room had literally everything we needed and even a bit more (good Wi-Fi, comfy bed, nice views). Breakfast was really delicious, more than we expected- and the cocktail hour was a lovely surprise for us, something totally new and fun that we haven't seen in other hotels before. We also appreciated how much the hotel cares about guests' well-being: there's a 24/7 gym, yoga mats in the room, options to take massages, and even little wellness touches that made us feel taken care of each day. Special shout-outs to Tin Dao and Kalpana -they made our stay incredibly easy and were genuinely friendly and kind, even when we looked like zombies after a long journey 😆 Overall, great location, lovely atmosphere, excellent facilities, and very thoughtful staff — we'd definitely recommend staying here!

I've been a returning guest at this hotel for years, and once again it reminded me why I keep coming back. During my most recent stay, I accidentally left some important belongings behind after checking out. I want to sincerely thank Jervis and Syahid for being incredibly helpful and professional in assisting me. The lost-and-found process was handled with great care and security — they made sure the correct identity was verified, which gave me real peace of mind. Beyond that, I truly enjoyed my stay as always. The consistency in service, reliability, and attention to guests is what makes this place stand out for me. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely continue returning in the years to come.

Kaipana and Tindao provided awesome service. The whole place is magical and comfortable. We decided on Club Level and it was well worth it.

We had a really nice stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown. The room was clean, comfy, and well kept. We stayed in a Club Room and the Club perks were great. One small downside was breakfast — it used to be à la carte at the Club Lounge, but now it's a buffet, which felt no different from the main restaurant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lee from housekeeping for his great service. And Meera at breakfast was amazing — she greeted us every morning with the biggest smile and so much positive energy. She truly made our mornings better.

A lovely hotel in Downtown Singapore. Fantastic transport MRT links and location to central Singapore. Varied breakfast options and very comfortable clean, quiet and restful rooms. Staff are very kind and helpful. In particular two staff members Syahid and Derek worked hard to arrange a restaurant for us at the last minute for the New Years Eve celebrations and were successful. We are looking forward to enjoying our evening.

We held our wedding soleminisation at Downtown Oasia Hotel Courtyard and it was such a great experience. Would really thank the manager Natasha and Karen who assisted and guided us thru out from the planning to the actual day and made the event such a success. We would also like to express our gratitude to the service crew Lesley, Razak Naz, Grace and Ace for rendering such excellent service on the day as feedback by our guests. The place was so beautifully (see my pic and you will know) complemented by the great service it left us with nothing but fond memories of our wedding with our guests! :)

The pool is open on the 21st floor, suitable for all seasons, and a place where people can unwind. Nice break, and don't forget about the happy hours from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., which include canapés and nothing to worry about, according to dinner. The staff was friendly and took good care of us.

I would like to share my experience. The club room from checking in with Tindao was a breeze and he managed to provide excellent service to us throughout our stay. Thanks to Kalpana also for the little treats for our son! Super nice experience at the club level with the lounge, swimming pool with spacious seating all around and the windy breeze certainly made it better! Oasis Hotel was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful stay here. We especially enjoyed the perks and views of the club level, where there are snacks, drinks, an American breakfast, and free cocktails every evening from 6-8. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The location is only a few feet from an MRT station, which made getting around easy. And most noteworthy, the service was fantastic. Special shoutout to Jin Diao and Meera on the Club level from their attentive and kind service. If this place wasn't on the other side of the world from home, we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

We booked a room on the club level and as soon as we walked off the elevator on the 21th floor it felt like paradise. The pool area and the staff were so welcoming. The room was very comfortable. And Tim Dao was so helpful and made us feel welcomed. All of the staff was extremely nice from the Concierge to housekeeping

We booked a twin bed room and found its configuration to be functional for our vacation. The room was clean with its light switches helpful for night time sleep. We also used the laptop safe to secure our passports and the MacBook when going outside. Staffs were polite and they offered us good travel advice visiting the city. The Tanjong Pagar MRT is right across the street. We tried a couple of eateries, a pastry shop and a tea shop at the MRT for our breakfast. This hotel has a really good location for our vacation travel. We will most likely use this hotel if visiting Singapore again.

On Monday, (December 8th.) after a gruelling and exhausting journey of over 11 hours of battling strong head winds between Aukland and Singapore, we touched down at Changi Airport. My husband slept through the worst of it on the flight, but I did not! We had already booked our accommodation for the night with the Oasia Hotel in downtown Singapore - although our ‘package' did not begin until the normal check in time in the mid afternoon. However we went straight to the hotel on arrival, to ask if we could leave some luggage with them while we did some sightseeing in the city. We were met at reception by a very nice gentleman called Mike Loi. He could see how tired we were, and volunteered to see what he could do for us. To our relief , he checked us in on the spot and we were able to go to our very clean and comfortable room (with an incredible view) to refresh ourselves, and begin to recover. We used one of the two beautifully clear, roof top swimming pools to stretch our legs after the long journey. We were so grateful. This was a real act of kindness, and the beginning of a wonderful stay in Singapore. Thank you so much Oasia - and Mike.

I managed to book a stay here at the last minute due to dissatisfaction with my original hotel, and could not have been happier with the decision. Very friendly staff, great service, and a fantastic room. Housekeeping even went out of their way to safely help me get into my room by showing me how to use my key properly!

Ive stayed at a Club room three times with Singapore Hotel Oasia. Its a lovely hotel in a great location, but be warned before booking with them! They call it dynamic pricing. You book at the non-refundable "members" rate, purported to be the best price available. Then, two months later, they offer those same members a much reduced rate, calling it a private members sale". Sorry, its not for you, as they already have your money! They wont refund, or offer you the same rate, even though you have supported them with an early, prepaid purchase. They don't give a damn about their members, they just want to fill their rooms. The CEO would be proud!

Impressive architecture that is a landmark on the city skyline. Equally impressive was the helpful staff who were always available but never intrusive. We stayed in a room on the club floor. It was large, very contemporary, well designed and comfortable. The pool and facilities on the club floor are beautiful and worth the extra expense. We spent a lazy afternoon by the pool reading, sleeping, sipping on complementary drinks all the while looking over the skyline.

Prior to arrival we were contacted by Nur Atirah the Senior Guest Service Executive via email. Atirah asked if we were celebrating anything and what our time of arrival would be. As we were not arriving until after 10pm Atirah explained we would not be able to avail ourselves of the Club Room benefits as they cease at 8 pm daily. That said Atirah arranged an amazing welcome pack that was in our room on arrival. Bottle of wine, cheese platter, water bottles, face cloths and towelettes and even a portable mini fan. This greatly exceeded our expectations and set the tone for an amazing 3 day stay. We will be back and can't thank the staff enough for the warm and professional service we received. Good service, able to accommodate with my requests to leave our luggage there early. Able to extend check-out timing by an hour. Hotel has good ambience and vibes. Only nit-pick is that I wished there's a way to fully cover the glass area separating the toilet and the bedroom.

Room was generally clean but toilet is showing signs of wear and tear and the wash sink is leaking if the tap is turn on. Comfortable bed and pillows. Checking in and out was a breeze. Location was great right in the heart of the city business district and walking distance to the mrt and many food options all around. Amazing architecture with lots of natural light and breeze and greenary. Overall staff were friendly.

We stayed at the Oasia for two nights when we first arrived in Singapore. We upgraded to the Club membership and absolutely loved the experience. The quiet pool was absolute bliss after a day of exploring and we loved the complimentary cocktail hour - so worth the upgrade. Meera was sensational, she looked after us so wonderfully during our stay. She ensured we had everything we needed and guided us through without being over bearing. We would highly recommend staying at the Oasia and would boom again in a heartbeat should we visit Singapore in the future.

Really good base to explore the city, if you don't mind walking you can get to the bay in about 30 minutes but there are buses regularly passing and taxis are cheep. Close to China town and loads of shopping centres. Beautiful pool area, the rooms are modern and clean. It's a stand out hotel with good amenities. Friendly staff and would stop again.

The most relaxing stay to date. The room was very comfortable but the stars of the show are public lounge areas. We spent a lot of time at the lounge seating and the pool area admiring the views of the city. Spa like music was playing in the background and paired with the surrounding greenery made the most relaxing experience. Staff were very helpful too. We only had 2 nights unfortunately, that's the only downside to our stay, we wish to go back again!

Hadi & Syahid were extremely helpful and friendly. Being our first time in Singapore, they made it easy to get around and offered good suggestions. The rooms were clean, perfect for those looking for something nice and comfortable at an affordable price.

I stayed at the Oasia for 2 nights during the Singapore F1 Grand Prix weekend. The hotel location was ideal bus and metro stops, but it was equally just as easy to walk around. The hotel is designed by the same architects who built the ParkRoyal Pickering hotel, and nature forms a big part of the aesthetics. I stayed in an entry level room, which was perfectly fine and paid SGD 60 to gain access to the Club Floor, which was SO worth it! The pool was great and the advantage of doing this on my last night was that it gave me access to the Club facilities until 5pm the following day (even after check-out)… which gave me somewhere to relax before heading to the airport in the evening.

Once again Oasia downtown was a perfect, elevated stay. The front staff and kind club room attendants made sure that every need was satisfied and wrapped in freindliness.

Oasia exceeded my expectations. I got a club room which comes with a lot of exclusive benefits. However the thing that stood out was the service across the board, no matter what level of customer you were. From the moment I arrived at the concierge, both Syahid and Hakim were there to help me with a taxi issue that I got myself into. Both going above and beyond to make sure I got it sorted. After a 24 hour journey and being quite sleep deprived I can't tell you how much this helped and meant. Will absolutely be booking Oasia next time I'm in SG.

This is our second time back at the Oasia Downtown, we came here for our honeymoon 2 years ago and this time we came back with our 9 month old baby! Once again we had an amazing stay with access to the club lounge which we find so relaxing! A special mention to Atirah, Meera & Amira for being so lovely with our baby, they spoilt her with lots of attention and we even got back to our room where there was a gift waiting for her on the bed! So so lovely of them! We are even changing our hotel in January to come back here as we enjoy it so much!

Excellent location! It's just a few minutes walk from MTR station. There are also foodies and supermarkets nearby, and it's just 15 minutes walk to Maxwell Hawker Centre and the Chinatown. Will come back next time when I'm in Singapore!

The service was exceptional and the hotel was gorgeous. This was by far one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room service was very consistent and did an excellent job taking care of the room every day. The Club Level staff was always friendly and offering any assistance they could provide.

Very business like with no heart and soul, cleanliness was good but pool area was unwelcoming and tired. Bar prices were unbelievably high with a bottle of lager costing $17. Staff efficient but unfriendly

If I'm going again, I'll definitely book the club room. The little snacks and the happy hour drinks provided at the club area is great. A very cozy area that is convenient for business and leisure. However, swimming pool at the 21st floor is alway crowded. I'd recommend to go to the roof top swimming pool. Less fancy, but less people as well. The location is very ideal, only one stop by metro or 20 minutes walk to the major CBD area. China town and all kinds of foods are available within walking distance. I enjoy walking every day.

A unique hotel in Singapore. I did not regret choosing the Oasia Hotel's Club room. While the general hotel pool was somewhat disappointing, the pool on the Club floor had spaciousness and a great view. The rooms were fabulously quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Sockets allowed European power plugs to be inserted. Breakfast was also great and evening cocktail in the Club lounge a nice plus. The only negative remarks I need to make is the lack of plants around the relax tents next to the pool (it looked half-finished but nobody worked there), and the moldy smell in my room due to the water not really running into the shower drain (lack of slope) and remaining there the whole day. I forgot to mention the great hospitality of the service staff. Outstanding.

Great service! Had a really great time at the Oasia Hotel Downtown in Singapore. The hotel is nice, but their service Had a really great time at the Oasia is what really stood out. I accidentally left something behind after I checked out. My friend, Mr. XU Lan, called them, and they found it super fast. They were so careful to make sure it was really our stuff. The best part? When they heard I'm staying there again in November, they just offered to hold onto it for me. No need to rush back and get it. That's just amazing service, and it shows they really care about their guests. A huge thanks to the whole team at Oasia Hotel Downtown. I can't wait to go back in November!

The design of the architecture is brilliant. Walls covered by plants is just so beautiful. The room is not very spacious but it's enough for a cozy stay. By the way, hotel staff are super friendly and the room is super stylish. The biggest advantage might be the location with just a one minute walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The hotel is definitely an eye catching attraction that you couldn't ignore in the downtown. Highly recommended!

A good hotel for a short stop over. The Hotel is looking dated but all areas were clean and functional. There is limited bar and public areas to relax in ,which was a disappointment. Staff were friendly and efficient with special mention to Sim (Guest Relation) and Anthony (Consiarge) who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - thank you.

This hotel never fails to amaze me. My requests were handled quickly and always with a smile, never making it seem like a chore. Their helpfulness felt grounded and real. One staff-Jeff in particular at his own expense actually bought us bath salt even though the hotel room didn't come with it. His thoughtfulness was genuine and I would definitely come back again to stay!

Room is outdated, bedding is end of life. Elevators from the club room is a nightmare in the mornings or evenings. And breakfast in the club lounge is depressing

The hotel has stunning facade and is in great location. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the hotel. The location is top notch with lots of food joints right across the road. China Town is also in the walking distance and so is Maxwell Food centre which are popular tourist joints. Rooms were clean, service was very good and also they agreed to do early checkin and late checkout both for us, which is really great. Highly recommend for a non fussy stay in the middle of SG and reasonable rates.

The facilities are great and the hotel lobby is really pretty! The room was clean and I could get room cleaning every day. The swimming pool on the top floor was pretty, and all the staff were kind.

The Oasia Hotel Downtown was a great place to stay for the location and its Club Room extras. The rooms and hotel facilities were well above average, of good quality and we recommend a high floor for the city views. The staff are friendly and professional and attended to every need and want. Our three day stopover was short but this hotel catered well.

Celebrated our anniversary at Oasia Downtown Singapore and it was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was cozy with beautiful city views, and the rooftop pool was stunning. The staff at the club were very helpful especially Jeff and curated a special experience for us during our special occasion. Loved the peaceful atmosphere in the middle of the city. Truly a memorable experience! We will definitely be back!

Hotel facade was amazing with the eco culture. Staff is very friendly from the front office team especially Scott and Assad. They have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay here, one of the best service experience that I have experienced during my stay in Singapore. I enjoyed the Club Room and Lounge experience and found the hotel to be really well situated very close to the Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

A standout hotel. Would go back in a heartbeat. Location - seconds walk from an MRT station, minutes from streets full of amazing looking food options (gyoza king was less than 5 min away). Close enough to walk to hawker markets in Chinatown and Maxwell. Staff - friendly and helpful, all very nice and knowledgeable. Club level extras - you get free activities (yoga and pilates once a week, HIIT and aqua work outs more regularly). The yoga was lovely, on level 12 outdoors - a separate pool. Both pools were 1.2m all around. I did find the club level pool quite cold, but my other half thought it was perfect. - a separate breakfast area and checkout area - Massages most evenings from 6-8pm in 10 minute slots, the massage person sets up just before 6pm and there's a sign up sheet with the time slots all blank. It was very busy on Saturday but otherwise not too bad. Probably worth being there by 6pm to sign up if you have a specific time in mind. . Perfect way to start the day. - food and drinks all day was a huge bonus! The food during the day after breakfast time is fruit (pears, bananas, apples) and some crisp-like snacks. You've got access to tea/coffee machine and soft drinks all day as well. Happy hour starts at 6pm and was never busy. Food included cheese, crackers, sandwich, noodles or salad, a pasta/veggie gratin and then something hot - like fried chicken, wontons, etc. Delicious and they restocked a lot. Make your own cocktails, wine and beer also available. Really lovely start to the evening. Room - comfortable, great Aircon, plenty of space. Good WiFi. Strong shower. Breakfast - maybe the weakest but still absolutely fine. Not a ton of variety/change per day and the sausages were so pale and sad! Also the club room breakfast had even less options than the main breakfast which was annoying. The main breakfast buffet didn't have the coffee I liked, nor melon, but the club breakfast didn't have chocolate muffins, peanut butter or grapes! So it was a toss up each day which one to choose.

Amazing experience in the club room. The club floor facilities are exceptional with the pool, evening drinks and snacks and breakfast. As well as all day drinks and coffee. Really loved the chilled vibe and I was able to slow down and just enjoy my stay. Great location with lots of places to eat and a cool area to explore. Jeff and Atirah were super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help with requests.

I loved our unlimited access to healthy snacks and beverages. I also appreciate the relaxing ambience, and the cocktail hours in the evening. Lastly, kudos to its friendly and helpful hotel staff, like Atirah and Shafnie.

The building from outside is one of the best i've seen in Singapore. Really loved it! Location is great, on top of the metro station and close to lots of places to eat. It's also a pleasant 30 minutes walk from Marina Bay Sands / Gardens by the Bay. I've stayed in a club level room and the amenities it comes with are well worth the higher price of the room, especially the private infinity pool, which was awesome. The room was spacious, the pillows and bed were amazing, and the air con worked great. I've spent 10 night in the hotel and i could have easily stayed 10 nights more, because everything was great, including all the staff. If i'll visit again Singapore i hope to stay here again!

The hotel staff are very professional and friendly, Syahid and Assad help us to carry all the heavy luggage, the swimming pool is quite chill and relaxing, we had wonderful time here !

We were extremely impressed by the friendliness of the hotel staff especially the Club Lounge staff. The hotel is located in a central position and it could not be any easier to get around and explore Singapore.

Excellent location for a four day break. Beds comfy and rooms are a good size. Staff very pleasant , hotel clean and very well maintained. If your budget allows I would definitely recommend the advantages of the club leval. Breakfast could have a little more choice.

Well located near Chinatown and only a couple of minutes from an MTR station. Staff very good - particularly Kalpana who is very efficient and friendly, remembering we had been there 12 months previously. Have stayed there several times, which pretty much says we are happy with it!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful—whether it was during check-in, check-out, or assisting with my luggage, they always greeted me warmly. Even the housekeeping staff I passed in the hallway were very kind and welcoming. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it very convenient to reach all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hospital's and service at the hotel was very good. The upgrade to club experience is worth the extra cost. The pool and service is excellent. Further on, the hotel is in the hot spot of Singapore with immediate access to the high lights of Singapore. Look forward to exploring Singapore from hotel Oasia. Enjoy.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful when asked, however the hotel itself needs refurbishment. The carpets are stained and it generally looks dated and tired. Breakfast was very disappointing and there was absolutely no service. Machine coffee - ugh! The location is great but I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there's very little service and there's just nothing special about it. Feels more like 3 star rather than 4.

Perfectly located hotel, clean and simple. The best city break hotel. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but the pool in the afternoon sun on the club floor was fantastic. Meera was amazing, so helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed in Deluxe room, level 15. Pros: - Super convenient to shops, food, Tanjong Pagar station is across the road from the entrance of the hotel. - 2x pools. 1.2m deep - never busy, great for kids. - Shower pressure is good - Water dispenser near reception to fill bottles up Cons: - Rooms are a bit old and there isn't anywhere to sit and relax other than the bed - Shower has mold and feels dirty - Need to take 2 lifts to get up to rooms that aren't the club rooms, and they are slow - Rooms face each other so you can see into other rooms and vice versa. - The divider between room and bathroom has decorator cut outs which means when it's dark, if you turn on the bathroom light, it shines pretty brightly into thr bed area. Just a bit annoying when you have kids and dont want it to be dark when they sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the Oasia Hotel Downtown! I booked a Club Level room as keen for a bath tub as well as a stellar pool. The additions of Club Level (breakfast, cocktail hour, laundry, etc) were well worth it! Big shout out to Amira! She was so lovely to chat with, graciously made me coffee each morning and was always happy to help. Amira made me feel like a valued guest. Great location to walk into Chinatown but also just steps away from an MRT station. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Only one train change to get there from the airport. Would absolutely stay again!

Went for a short staycation at Oasia during the weekend and we really had a great time there. The team make an extra effort to check if we are celebrating any occasion upon check in, and specially arrange amenities for us. The location make it easy for dining options which is just across the hotel!

The hotel had friendly and courteous staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our first trip to Singapore and would go back there to stay again. I booked the VIP rooms with lounge and private pool access and it was worth every penny, would highly recommend the Club Room VIP.

Amazing staff and facilities. The staff helped me get my phone back that I lost in a taxi, they called the taxi firms and got it back! The club membership is absolutely worth the extra money, free drinks in the evening and free access to the infinity pool and beverages during the day!

Nice facilities Good 12 floor to feel Singapore breeze! I had an issue with a borrowed bike. I got stuck at Marina Bay shopping centre. The concierge, Scott was amazing, helping me until he shorted out. Employees like him make the difference in the Customer Experience. Great experience

Was lucky enough to stay on the Club Level of this amazing hotel. The rooms are amazing. The Club Lounge and Club pool were fantastic. The added touches of free back and foot massages plus the availability of exercise classes and even a sound therapy session made this a great stay!
