Un superbe hôtel très bien placé dans Singapour. Il y a de nombreuses stations de métro aux alentours permettant de visiter simplement Singapour! Les chambres sont impeccable et offrent un très belle vue sur la ville, Nous étions en club. Cela a un coût mais vraiment ça vaut la peine. L'étage présente une piscine très belle et avec peu de monde, un accès à des boissons et en cas tout au long de la journée et même des séances de massage gratuites. On a passé 4 jours extraordinaires à Singapour. Le personnel est de plus très gentil et le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux

Nous avons été globalement déçus par les prestations de cet hôtel, qui ne nous semblent pas vraiment à la hauteur d'un établissement 4 étoiles, surtout au regard du prix des chambres. Plusieurs points nous ont déçus, notamment la qualité très inégale du ménage, le choix et la qualité des produits proposés au petit-déjeuner, ainsi que la salle de sport, particulièrement pauvre en équipements. La piscine accessible à tous les clients est très petite et entourée de grilles, sans réelle ouverture ni vue sur l'extérieur. L'espace donne donc une impression cloisonnée et reste très limité pour profiter agréablement des parties communes. Pour bénéficier d'un espace commun beaucoup plus agréable, notamment au 21e étage avec le Club Lounge, il faut opter pour une formule ou un surclassement spécifique représentant environ 70 à 90 € supplémentaires par jour, ce qui nous paraît conséquent compte tenu du tarif déjà pratiqué par l'hôtel. Concernant le personnel, notre expérience a été très irrégulière : nous avons rencontré des personnes accueillantes et agréables, mais également d'autres beaucoup plus fermées, donnant parfois l'impression d'être peu disponibles ou peu concernées par la clientèle. La connexion Wi-Fi est également moyenne, avec de nombreuses microcoupures fréquentes durant notre séjour. Il faut néanmoins souligner deux vrais points positifs : l'hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement du centre-ville, et son architecture extérieure est particulièrement réussie.

Le service de Lucas est très bien cinq sur cinq, ainsi que son collègue dont j'ai oublié le prénom, pour l'infrastructure et l'hôtel, cela ne dépasse pas trois sur cinq, le point positif est que l'hôtel est bien situé à 20 m du métro. Point négatif la machine à café ouverte de 11h du matin à 8h le soir. 1 piscine sur 2 payantes, le ménage n'est pas fait systématiquement tous les jours. Elle se fait généralement tard l'après-midi

Très bon service avec un personnel professionnel et aimable. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est très originale avec un bâtiment creux. J'ai enlevé une étoile car certains petits détails nécessiteraient un entretien, comme par exemple les murs du fond de la piscine au-dessus de la ligne d'eau.

Très bon hôtel, très bien placé pour découvrir Singapour, au pied du métro. L'hôtel est calme, le personnel très accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est bonne. 2 piscines en forme de couloirs de nage permettent de se reposer après les journées à arpenter la ville, nos filles ont adoré. Troisième séjour à l'Oasia Downtown, et cet hôtel reste mon point de chute favori à Singapour. Idéalement situé, il est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de mon bureau, ce qui le rend très pratique. Les chambres sont confortables, silencieuses, avec une literie de qualité qui assure un sommeil réparateur. J'apprécie particulièrement la baignoire, un vrai luxe en plein centre-ville. Je recommande vivement l'expérience Club, qui donne accès à un salon privé au 21e étage, avec une piscine exclusive, des cocktails en soirée et même des massages à 18h – parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée. Le petit-déjeuner est sain et équilibré, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Autre point fort : la salle de sport ouverte 24h/24, parfaite pour les voyageurs souffrant du décalage horaire. En résumé, l'Oasia Downtown allie confort, praticité et exclusivité, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour un séjour d'affaires ou de loisirs à Singapour.

Nous étions dans une chambre club que nous recommandons pour la qualité des services et des accès qu'elle procure. Le niveau 21 est un excellent endroit pour petit déjeuner et se reposer au bord de la piscine avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Singapour. L'emplacement proche des lignes de métro qui desservent rapidement tous les quartiers de la ville et le très animé quartier chinois a quelques minutes à pied. La gentillesse et le sourire de Khai et Lucas ont participé à notre plaisir. L'accueil personnalisé à notre arrivée nous particulièrement séduit.

L'hôtel Oasia Downtown à Singapour, bien qu'ayant une belle architecture, manque cruellement d'âme. On peut ressentir un certain snobisme qui ne fait pas très bon effet. Certes, la proximité avec la station de métro est un atout, mais cela ne compense pas une ambiance qui semble peu chaleureuse et accueillante. On ressent également que les enfants ne sont pas vraiment les bienvenus. Il aurait été judicieux de prévenir les clients que la piscine du club est réservée. Nous avons pu y accéder le premier jour, mais les jours suivants cet accès nous a été refusé sans explication plausible... Une communication claire et respectueuse aurait certainement amélioré notre expérience. Au lieu de cela, nous avons ressenti un manque d'attention et de considération qui aurait pu être évité. Dans un établissement de ce standing, et compte tenu des tarifs, il semblerait évident que la clientèle puisse avoir accès à l'ensemble des installations de l'hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
