Hatte eine tolle Reise, die Zimmer waren schön. Könnten mal etwas renoviert werden (Silikonfugen, Anschläge durch Koffer). Das Club Upgrade ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Der Club Pool ist genial und Drinks und Snacks dort sind ebenfalls klasse. Der normale Pool ist nicht schön. Da hätte man mehr draus machen können. Insbesondere Ausblick schaffen können statt gegen Stahl und Beton zu schauen. Das Personal war meistens freundlich h. Mit ihren Frühstückszeiten sind sie extrem streng. Da wird um Punkt halb 11 die Kaffemaschine ausgemacht und abgeräumt. Syahid und Haadi vom Concierege Service waren richtig cool und haben ALLES geregelt was es an Wünschen und Fragen gab. 1000 Dank dafür!

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschönem Poolbereich und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt. Kalpang und ihre Kolleg*innen machen einen ausgezeichneten Job, Wir fühlten uns immer Willkommen, weil sie so freundlich lächelten. Wir haben uns in der Clubetage mit dem InfinityPool und den bequemen Sitzecken und Liegen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das leckere Frühstück und das Dinner waren immer sehr vielseitig, schmackhaft und mit viel Gemüse, Salat und Obst. Das ganztägige Angebot an Getränken, vor allem die verschiedenen alkoholfreien Getränke, habe ich sehr genossen. Limejuice war mein Favorit. Unser Zimmer mit dem gläsernen verspiegelten Bad war sehr luxuriös und bot einen grandiosen Blick über Singapur. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir haben uns für ein Club Zimmer entschieden. Es ist ausreichend groß und modern. Die Clubvorteile haben wir sehr genossen. Besserer Pool und Happy Hours. Dazu Frühstück in der 21 Etage in ruhiger Atmosphäre klimatisiert oder auch im Außenbereich am Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am Rand von Chinatown und nicht weit von der Waterfront sowie Essensmärkten war für eine dreitägige Städtetour passend.

Waren im Clubbereich. Zimmer gute Betten Bad mit Wanne und extra Dusche, Organic Seife,Shampoo und Conditioner vorhanden. Hatten schönen Ausblick vom Zimmer. Der Clubbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön, eigener ruhiger Frühstücksbereich mit Buffet und eggstation. Nachmittags Cafe, Tee Softdrinks, ab 1800 Snacks und Getränke aller Art, auch Cocktails, könnten nach auschecken noch in Poolbereich verweilen bis zur Abreise am Abend Wir kommen wieder!

Das 27-stöckige Hotel im Financial District bietet mit seiner vertikalen Begrünung umgeben von Hochhäusern eine Art grüne Oase. Im Erdgeschoss findet man einen Concierge, eine Lounge und das Restaurant. Die 24h-Rezeption befindet sich im 12. Stock hinter einer nach aussen offenen begrünten Lounge und einem Aktionsfeld, das für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Gymnastik genutzt wird. Im 27. Stock befinden sich ein Spezialitätenrestaurant (italienisch) sowie zwei Pools. Gäste, die ein Club-Zimmer gebucht haben, haben Zugang zu einem nach aussen offenen, rundum begrünten Infinity-Pool im 21. Stock (grandios!) mit vielen Liegen sowie zu einer Club-Lounge, in der morgens ein kontinentales Frühstück angeboten wird. Am späten Nachmittag gibt es kostenlos kate und warme Snacks sowie Getränke aller Art (auch Wein, Sekt und Spirituosen). Die Club-Zimmer sind recht geräumig, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet mit Flachbild-TV, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlge, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Safe und einigen Accessoires. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, modern mit stufenloser Dusche. WLAN ist kostenlos und funktioniert bestens. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen am Rande von Chinatown. Die U-Bahn-Station Tanjong Pagar liegt gleich gegenüber ebenso wie einige Buslinien. Shopping Center, Restaurants und Foodcourts sowie einige Weinbars finden sich gleich "um die Ecke". Letztlich lässt sich auch der ganze CBD bis zur Marina Bay und Gardens by the Bay in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß durchstreifen. Zum Flughafen Changi sind es ca. 20 Autominuten. Der Service ist rundum perfekt, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Fazit: tolles, spezielles Hotel in guter LageTop Hote in top Lage

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage; die Metrostation liegt 100 m entfernt, Vieles ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Hotel befinden sich drei Pools, im Clubbereich gibt es am Abend kostenlose Cocktails und Snacks. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es herrscht eine wunderbare, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel hat sich wie eine Oase inmitten der Wolkenkratzer angefühlt. Der Club Room im 21. Stock ist eine grüne offene Fläche, man glaubt am Strand zu liegen und nicht am Hotelpool eines Hochhauses. Auch ein Hotel für Leute mit Sinn für Architektur.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit einem tollen Areal für die Gäste der Clubetagen. Die Mitarbeitet des Hotels sind allesamt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Amira und Tin Dao haben uns an diesem Spätnachmittag bestens für uns gesorgt. Das gilt aber auch für alle Kollegen von der Frühstücksschicht. Ideal ist, dass die U-Bahnstation direkt vor der Tür ist.

Dieses Hotel hat durch seine schöne begrünte Fassade absolut hervorgestochen. Wir hatten zusätzlich zu den Zimmern die Club Lounge gebucht, die sich in der 21. Etage befand. Unser Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war an alles gedacht. Wir waren zwar den ganzen Tag unterwegs aber fühlten uns, wenn wir wieder zurück waren, wie in einer Oase. Der Service im Club Lounge Bereich war 1A.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Einen besonderen Dank möchten wir der Duty Managerin Bhawna Supramaniam. Sie war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wir hatten ein Club Zimmer welches auch im 21. Stock befindet. Durch diesen um Zugang hatten wir einen separaten Pool, einen separaten Frühstücksbereich und jeden Tag von 6pm bis 8pm eine Happy Hour mit kalten Getränken und kleinen Snacks. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein optisch sehr schönes und ebenso schön gelegenes Hotel. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus zu Fuß, und wenn nicht, über nahegelegene MRT oder Bus-Haltestellen erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und alles war frisch und gut angerichtet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns, dass der CheckIn nicht im Erdgeschoss, sondern auf einem Zwischengeschoß im 12. Stock angesiedelt war. Durch das nette und aufmerksame Personal war aber auch das keinen Minuspunkt wert.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden um ein paar Tage da zu verbringen. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war super. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels wo wir auf der Rundreise waren.

Ein außergewöhnlich interessantes Hotel, tolle Zimmer großzügig aufgeteilt das Personal sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstücksbuffet absolut klasse. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal das Hotel auch sehr zentral liegt und eine gute Bahnanbindung in andere Stadtteile hat.

Tolles Hotel am Rande der China Town! Super service, Lage super, die U-Bahn Haltestelle liegt gegenüber vom Hotel. Die Aussenfassade bepflanzt. Pool im 21. Stock, wo man auch das Frühstück haben kann. Eine Sache ist irgendwie bedürftig , das Bad ist grosszügig aber mit einer Badewanne und daneben die Dusche. Direkt auf dem Boden, das Wasser fließt überall. Geschmacksache, für uns ungewöhnlich und überhaupt nicht praktisch. Sonst würde ich immer das Hotel empfehlen. Singapur ist ein Traum, bin wirklich begeistert.

Perfektes Hotel, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, Lage sehr gut-MRT direkt vor der Tür. Moderne, saubere Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir hatten ein Clubzimmer, somit war auch der Zugang zur Lounge dabei. Von 18-20 Uhr gab es Wein, Cocktails zum selbst mixen und Fingerfood-perfekt! Nur beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl bei Obst oder Müsli gewünscht. Ansonsten war für uns alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Oasia Hotel Downtown in Singapur. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich liebevollen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an Jeff vom Service, der uns stets freundlich und aufmerksam betreut hat, sowie die netten Herren vom Concierge, die uns mit vielen tollen Tipps weitergeholfen haben – das hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert! Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind äußerst gemütlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten ein Club-Zimmer gebucht, was sich absolut gelohnt hat: Der Zugang zur Club-Etage war ein echtes Highlight – mit leckeren Speisen und einer großen Auswahl an alkoholischen und nicht-alkoholischen Getränken, sowie verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – die MRT-Station Tanjong Pagar ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, was das Erkunden der Stadt besonders einfach und bequem macht. Insgesamt können wir das Oasia Hotel Downtown nur wärmstens empfehlen – hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Komfort, Service und Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!!!

Wir waren 6 Tage im Hotel und hatten Zimmer mit Loungezugang. Das Zimmer mit Loungezugang hat sich wirklich gelohnt, denn der Aufenthaltsberich in der 21. Etage mit großem Pool und Sitzbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und zum Entspannen gut geeignet. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück könnte allerdings etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Positiv ist hervorzuheben, dass das Personal sehr zuvokommend und hilfsbereit ist.

Wir hatten fünf wunderbare Tage im Oasia Downtown. Eine absolute Empfehlung sind die Club Zimmer, wobei wir viele Dinge gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Freundlichkeit von Jeff und seiner Kollegin während der 'HappyHour' ist hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück ist lecker, mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern nach Wahl, die Barbites am Abend sind ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ruhig, wir hatten Zimmer mit Poolblick. Die Erfrischungen werden täglich neu aufgefüllt und es steht eine Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln sowie ein Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Kaffee jedoch lieber am Pool getrunken, wo Obst und Macarons tagsüber zur freien Verfügung standen. Störend war lediglich, dass man vom Zimmer direkt in das verglaste Bad schauen kann und dass die Bedienung der Lichtschalter alles andre als intuitiv war. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß ganz Chinatown erkunden und mit der MRT Station direkt neben dem Hotel ist man schnell auch an anderen Orten der Stadt.

Von Außem macht es einen sehr guten Eindruck. Von innen ist es aufgrund der Farbauswahl und der orangen Beleuchtung ziemlich dunkel. Unser Zimmer ging mit Blick auf den Pool. Im Zimmer gab es nirgends einen Haken,um ein Handtuch o.a. aufzuhängen. Wenig Ablagefläche insgesamt. Die Dusche war direkt neben der Wanne ohne jegliche Abtrennung und Spritzschutz. Wenn man duschte, schwamm das ganze Bad. Der Bodenbelag auf dem Flur und Zimmer angewohnt. Die Sauberkeit ließ auf dem Pooldeck, den dortigen Toiletten und im Clubbereich zu wünschen übrig. Weder Geschirr noch benutzte Handtücher wurden weggeräumt. Kein Poolservice. Die Snacks im Clubbereich waren einfachst und wiederholten sich. Auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht der Kategorie 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Rezeption im Club war oft nicht besetzt. Hervorzuheben ist aber die super verkehrsgünstige Lage.
