Friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a French hotel — Isabelle was knowledgeable about the area and helped me plan my bike route for the day and was super encouraging. Reception clerk extremely helpful with my bike (never a guarantee!) Great restaurant with staff who amended a meal for me with no worries. Great AC, comfortable clean rooms, would stay longer!

The hotel can be great, but it has many problems; However, the staff are great and do their best to make it work. Rooms are smallish, but liveable. Their airco works fantastic. Nespresso machine is always welcome. Free bottle of still and sparkling water is a good thought. Hairdryer is one of the best. Breakfast is a once good, next time not so good. So if you're staying several days, you don't know if you're getting the same. The breakfast choices are good, really fresh fruit. Eggs are always quite cold. We had room #23 (the same for 25), is noisy when they are moving equipment around for a function. The two rooms are rooms for invalids, so there is no glass separators for the shower, so everything gets very wet. Restaurant is not advisable. The caesar salad had limp greenery, and covered with CURRY sauce!!!! The chicken slices were supermarket type... dry. Parking ground is big but not guarded, but not many people walk there, so it shoudk be quite safe. All in all, if it hadn't been for the staff, the 4 day stay would have been a disaster.

A very good hotel & restaurant - thorougly recomemnded. The room was very clean and comfortable, the restaurant sorted tasty food (dinner & breakfast) at reasonable prices.

5th night of the car club tour and 4th hotel Everything was excellent. Food, care, presentation, cleanliness, hospitality. A welcoming attitude and all staff cared unlike so many hotels before. They took our cases to our room without me requesting it. Super vegan and GF options. Includes air con. 100% recommend.

A perfectly located hotel to visit the memorials and graves from the battle of the Somme. It's just such a shame that the management cannot get it right. Staff helpful and friendly. BUT although the breakfast available is very good indeed, it became very tiresome after five days to constantly ask for croissant, spoons, milk, butter, cereal, orange juice, eggs… even more water for the egg poacher?! How difficult can it be to put one member of staff PERMANENTLY in the breakfast room to check what needs topping up?! For heaven sake sort it out. You also have one member of housekeeping staff who forgot to replenish towels, toilet roll and water in the rooms. AND sort out the administration and get the staff to ask for a signature in the bar… our bill couldn't have been more wrong!!!! Everyone seemed to be having a problem settling their bill. It's not good enough. Having said that we enjoyed our stay in a hotel that should have been charming and could be exceptional.

Lovely location. Found the room small for a double, (through a warren of corridors via different level of stairs), double bed accessible by one side due to it being against a wall. Bathroom lovely, clean and bright. The Atmosphere was good due to us being a coach party. Not a noisey hotel, nice and quiet. Not a 24 hour reception service, door locked at 9pm, access via by code and use of key card. Reception finishes at 9pm. Found breakfast on first day cold, second day it was luke warm. Not enough milk left in rooms for more than 1 hot drink, when asked for more milk was only "allowed" 2 capsules of milk for 2 people. Advise to take a glass of milk from breakfast and keep it in your room for this. Put the sign out for room to be cleaned,either bin wasnt emptied or the tea/coffee tray not topped up. Hotel Bar was never opened in the evening. Value for money for the stay was okay. All in all, this hotel is good for somewhere to stay if you are out all day

Excellent boutique hotel in a perfect central position in Peronne. Comfy beds, great service and an excellent continental breakfast. My room was quiet and spotless, the shower hot and powerful and the whole hotel just oozes charm. The hotel has been renovated in an older building yet retains the warmth and character by getting the balance right by combining the original charm with sharp 21st century architectural design features.

A traditional hotel in the center of Péronne, a little city with a rich historical background. The hotel got every expected amenities excepted a secured parking lot. The restaurant Le Bistrot d'Antoine nearby is excellent! The Musée de la Grande Guerre within the fortress is interesting and the gardens inside enjoyable and tidy as well as the park around.

The bar was closed in the evenings, the shower was falling off our wall, and the staff weren't very friendly. But . . it's well located in the centre, yet quiet at night. We booked 2 rooms, paid the same for each, and yet they were very different quality, which was a bit weird.

We stayed for one night, doing a short tour of the area. We were a little disappointed that our room was not ready at 3 pm. However the place seemed to have been refurbished (USB charge points in the room) and was very smart and well kept. Our room (107) was large, comfortable and quiet with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Free street parking surrounds two sides of the hotel. I'd be happy to recommend this hotel.
