Hotels in Haute-Garonne

Couldnt give any care or inteterest at all. It is at the most a “reps” hotel where they are fawned about for no reason at all. . The staff could not even pass a civil passtime with foreign guests who had chosen their hotel. They must not like what they do.They wouldnt serve a meal or drink because they were too busy. It was not late and we had sent a message ahead via booking. com to say our eta of 7.30-8pm The only thing said other than giving us a key was: “ you have to eat in your room he said” No I dont think so I said! …that was our welcome from reception guy! We then had to go out for something to eat around 8.30 in a not particulary nice student area but at least the people in the french “pub” wanted to practice their English snd were pleasant.. We cannot recommend this place which is trying to be something it is unable to be because of its staff or structure or ability in the service of hospitality. Shame really, as we always had such a nice time at BEST Western Gergovie, near Clermont Ferrand on our trips through France. From seasoned Francophiles who are very unimpressed by this so called hotel

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. We had upgraded suite and it was spotless and very nice.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay. Thanks to Valentin, Clara, Carla, and Maureen. Rooms were fine -- very pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent. -- and we enjoyed chatting with Fabien. And the location right in the centre of it all but with the hotel being set back down an alley it was very quiet. All-round -- highly recommended.

Stayed with large group of friends - charming hotel full of French character - loved the hotel bar. Great location. Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed.

It was an old fashioned elegant European hotel with an excellent staff. Our room was fairly large, the furniture was old fashioned and comfortable and it had a modern heating system. The Bathroom was also of a decent size. It had a shower without a door which coming from the US I found to be pain to use. It had a breakfast that was nice enough but unfortunately they served patisseries made in a factory which is bit insulting. Note, this being an older building it had handicap access issues with the odd stair here or there making things harder than they'd be in newer building.

Check in was delightful. It is a beautiful old building with all the associations of quirky lifts, carpeted floors and darker furnishings but it looks and feels luxurious. If it's modern you want, don't come here. It is a peaceful and calm place. Our red room was very spacious and had an excellent balcony. Bathroom and separate toilet. We simply loved it. We slept really well and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, nothing out of the ordinary - one thing I would like is a cafetière of coffee and not the nespresso machine at breakfast - just my personal opinion - coffee brought to the table would be lovely! We have visited to Toulouse a few times and we'd love to return! Many thanks to all the staff.

It was a little tough to find the hotel even with GPS, but once we were able to get to it this was a real find. The hotel was a real upscale place and in a nice area with a mid range price. The rooms were very nice and very clean and parking was private across the street from the hotel. Lots of restaurants near the hotel.

Great location at Capitole. Friendly reception staff. Our Capitole view room was small, adequate, but dated. The breakfast was adequate. Would return bc of the location but this is not a luxury hotel in any way.

I am currently staying at this hotel as part of my birthday celebration in France with friends. The staff is friendly but i was informed at check -in that i would have to move from the suite that i booked months ago after my 2nd of 3 nights. The other option was to stay in a suite that had no terrasse and no view. There was no acknowledgment as to why this is so nor was there any advance warning so that i could rebook a regular room with a place de la capitole view. If my friends were not staying here, i would have changed hotels. Now i have to pack up all of my luggage tomorrow morning to comply with their check out time mandate and wait until their mandated check in time to have access to my new mandated room. Never once was there an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. This is not a 4 star hotel. I have traveled all over the world. I booked a suite and they did not even provide a bottle of water and certainly nothing acknowledging my birthday. Extremely disappointed as my friends raved about this hotel.

Charming hotel located right on Place De La Capitole so smack bang in the centre. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was very spacious and luxurious with an olde worlde feeling about it. Room had a coffee machine. A selection of fresh biscuits and bottled water were supplied upon arrival. Breakfast was a fantastic typical french spread with plenty of choice. A small courtyard outside the hotel with a couple of tables. I was moved to this hotel as the sister Grand Hotel Balcon was full due to a refurbishment issue with my booked room. However i was not disappointed with the change and it was a great opportunity to experience this unique property.
