this trip was for a death in the family. The hotel was located in a good area, and convenient to all the places we needed to go. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. internet was a problem, breakfast was average. any problems taken care of in good time.

I charged $800 for the TV in my room. No phone call. No receipts. No explanation. Found out about it when I saw the charge on my card. Called the hotel and manager (Shannon) said there was nothing she could do. I filed a duspute with my credit card company and file a complaint with their corporate office. This ridiculous i have do all this. If you stay here, make sure you check everything and report everything!

I normally visit Corpus every other 3-months, we normally stay at another property at SPID & Staples, this past July heading to Bob Hall Pier I noticed this new property, and told myself, stay here next trip down. Checked in at 3:30-pm, unfortunately I didn't notice the name of the clerk who checked me in, nonetheless she gave me an excellent verbal tour of what the property offers. I was slightly confused as to why I was charged $150 extra for incidentals, nonetheless I kept quiet. I did request high floor, and was given top 4th floor, I also requested view overlooking parking lot in order to keep watch of my vehicle, unfortunately that request could not be approved, I was okay with it. The room itself is absolutely incredible, full size kitchen: wet bar, convection microwave, built in 2-burner cook top range, full size refrigerator. Plates, Coffee Cups & Glasses In the above cabinetry. A rather large bathroom with sliding barn-door entry. Very comfortable bedding, huge flat screen and work desk. I'm slightly surprised no sleeper sofa option offered. Plus I noticed the shower had extremely low water pressure, took an extra 10-minutes to wash off the soap of my body. A very delicious hot breakfast buffet in the morning, however being sold out that night, tables and seating was extremely limited, therefore we used the cocktail lounge bar to sit at and eat our breakfast. I notice like a water fountain across from elevators, I went to take a look, from what I could gather, it's a water dispenser for bottled water, couldn't figure out how it worked. In a nutshell, this Executive Residency by Best Western is absolutely incredible, I was overly impressed, and will return in the very near future. Bravo to this property.

Great place! Close to TAMUCC and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Not too close to all the action though so quiet and relaxing as well. Caring & helpful staff. Great breakfast and everything was clean & in working order! We will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is always good, lots of items to choose from. Location is very close to everything. Walmart is next door. The beach is only a few minutes away. The downtown is 10 minutes away.

The room was clean and spacious for traveling with two other adults and a baby. The shower floor was a bit dirty upon arrival, but we ended up not using the shower for the one night stay since we were going to the beach. The AC was fantastic here! Some rooms never quite cool down, but this one was great! No issues parking. Parking was free. Only complaint other than shower floor was that they couldn't accommodate a late checkout for a shower after the beach, but otherwise this place was great. Beds were more plush than Marriott Towneplace chain.

Awesome customer service and extremely clean hotel, they were cleaning on a daily basis. Hotel rooms were spacious. No need to get breakfast due it was always hot and ready to eat. Hotel management was very knowledgeable on rewards.

On the southern edge of CC, we picked this from TA reports. No major issues in very modern hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast too early closure at 09.00 for vacationers. Basic 3 usual potatoes/scrambled egg/ sausage/ plus loose cereals. Fruit juices coffees bread muffins etc. Free parking. Less than 10 mins from main centre strip of CC. Another 10 mins South takes you to the Gulf Coast beaches. Good sized rooms with kitchens and all ancillary equipment for any self catering. Inroom Safe, at last! Pool underused but needs parasols from the strong sunshine & 38Ctemperatures. Overall a good six days to chill out in Corpus Christi.

Everything was perfect. Chris at the front desk was so nice. Check in and check out quick. Room had everything we could want including a real freezer w fridge. We will be back. Breakfast was ordinary Beat Western which is no award winner, but things were kept clean and supplied as needed. I did not find a barbecue grill. This property isn't on nthe osland, but it's just as quick to get to the beaches as going out there and much less expensive for a nicer place.

I have stayed at all the local hotels until I found this one. The others are all 2nd to last. When I have to be away from home on business this one is a keeper. Everything is new and it smells new and not like the musty locker room socks or school cafeterias aroma that I got from other hotels. These guys ask and care how they are doing.

Hotel room was clean, all staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the lobby. We did not swim but the pool was very nice and looked clean and well taken care of. Hotel was only a short drive from a Walmart & HEB. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. People were very nice and very eager to please. Nora snd Melissa in cafe area were great. Super super clean. Even met the owner, seemed like a great guy. He was out helping keep the place sparking clean. I was impressed.

My husband and myself stayed at the Flour Bluff location. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only thing we did not like is the bar not being open and not enough pool towels not available.

I have not stayed at a Best Western for several years. It just did not LOOK like as nice a hotel as other brands. But they have stepped up in looks and rate along with other brands now. So, I gave this one a try and I was not disappointed! The staff was very professional, helpful, and positive! The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette! Breakfast was more aesthetically pleasing than most I have seen, and it was fresh and tasty. This Executive Residency definitely had a nice modern environment about it. My opinion of Best Western has definitely stepped up because of this stay.

Nice newer or upgraded hotel. Friendly staff. There is a bar onsite if you want to relax with an adult beverage at night. We did not use this while there. Easy on and off the freeway, nice location between Corpus Christi and Padre Island. Would stay here again. Only complaint is breakfast not kept up with as should have been. Ran out of coffee, food and syrup one morning. Don't know if staffing issue or just neglectful.

The staff served us breakfast even after it closed. This one thing made our stay truly exceptional. No where in the USA has this ever happened (in Mexico yes, but not USA). If only they had a hot tub we would have been in heaven.

So far this has been our favorite place to stay in Corpus. The location really works well to visit our daughter at school. The hotel is always clean and pretty quiet; there are other people there, but we've not been kept up at night with any noise. The price is GREAT as well, especially considering you get a kitchen in your room! We will be back!

I had to stay in a hotel for a total of 5 weeks now in the last 2 months and it's been a great experience staying here. Amanda, Hui, Sadie and the rest of the staff were all very kind and accommodating. First time staying at an Executive Residency by Best Western. The hotel was well decorated and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The first hotel we stayed at that 2 chairs at the table so my wife and I could both work on our laptops at the same time.

This Best Western is named Executive Residency. The rooms have a convenient added touch of kitchenettes in each room. Other than that, the hotel was not much different than the usual Best Western. The front desk clerks were all extremely polite and helpful. All of the staff were friendly. The breakfast area and lobby were spotless. There were some housekeeping issues that were disappointing, though. When we checked into our room, the kitchenette looked clean enough, but the coffee maker had a used coffee pod in the brew basket. There were kitchen towels, but no dish soap. We stayed at the hotel 4 nights, yet our room was made up for only 3. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room for the 4th night. I mentioned this at check out, and the clerk had no explanation why they forgot. So, over all our stay was okay, but not spectacular. I would give it an Average rating.

Location - AMAZING Service - FANTASTIC Room - WONDERFUL I have to say this will be my go to place to stay every time I go to CC to getaway. It shows that every staff member takes pride in their job and this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The room was so spacious, loved the kitchen area, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

First room shower was almost complete black. Sheets had make up on them and were just turned inside out. Second room had food left in microwave and used coffee left in the maker. I had to kill a roach on the counter while i was cleaning dishes in sink. Shower was also dirty in second room. The cost was more than the quality of room.

Close to everything. Room was excellent. Great service. Room had complete kitchen and full size ref/frzr. Easy access. Walmart just moments away. Fuel is moments away. Mustang beach is 12 min drive. Aquarium and USS Lexington are 15 min away. Highly recommended you stay here

This is a new facility and the service is excellent. Complete kitchen, with all pots, pans and utensils. Refrigerator and freezer is full size. Spacious room and bathroom are as fine as any 5 Star hotel. Beautiful location and won't break your budget. Easy access to any sites of interest in Corpus. Beach on Padre Island is just minutes away. ANIMAL FRIENDLY!

Hotel was well staffed, rooms were clean and spacious. Walmart is located right next door to hotel. Breakfast offered was well managed, the morning of my stay it consisted of scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage links. Breakfast bar had a full complement of fruit juices, milks and coffee. Cereals, breakfast pastries, breads, fruits and oatmeal. Waffle machine makes 4 small waffles. Great stay, will return again.

I think this is my new favorite location to stay while in Corpus! Room was so clean & comfortable! The hotel itself is pretty & kept up very well! Convenient access to everything we needed including TAMUCC to see our kid! We will stay here again!

Amanda was great. She got us checked in quickly, showed us where to go and also showed us where the breakfast and bar were. She really made us feel like family going above and beyond. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and even came with a small kitchen.

We stayed at the Flour Bluff location this past weekend and were extremely happy :). Walking into the lobby everything was nice and clean, then to be greeted by AMANDA!! She was amazing, friendly and always had a smile on her face. We had a group (East Central Cross Country Group) all walk in at the same time, which was a little over whelming but she handle it like a pro! (Amanda honestly made our trip - she answered all our questions, had suggestion for places to eat and anything we need when was on top of it) Our room was clean, pool area was great and we even used grill and cooked while the kids swam. We will be staying there again !

First, the positive: the hotel was just updated so everything is new. Very clean. Great breakfast. Dog friendly. Easy access off highway. Mini store stocked well. In the room, the mini kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable bed. The negative: when we got into the room, we used the toilet but it didn't flush. Called front desk. Was told to try plunger! No, we are not doing that. Repair never came so we asked to switch room. In new room, the carpet was soaked under the A/C unit. Let front desk know for FYI. Sarcastically she said “are you wanting to switch rooms again?” One of the bath towels had two huge holes in it. The room next to us was used by a long term resident that kept the tv blaring. Clerk knocked on his door but he never answered. Impossible to sleep. In the bathroom there is only one towel bar and one hook. We were three adults and needed more places to hang towels. Our bath towels never dried! The bathroom door is a barn door that doesn't close completely so privacy is somewhat lacking. One of the two elevators stopped working. Notified front desk. Never repaired. We were on second floor. The broken elevator always showed up when we wanted to go down! Had to go up and down to second floor several times before it would descend to first floor!

Great place we went on 8/9/2021 very clean good size of Samsumg TV, good mattress, small kitchen nice fridge, , no dishwasher,updated bathroom with sliding glass doors, building looked pretty new, good elevator, good washer and dryer (only 2 washers and 2 dryers) 2.00 per load on washer and 1.5 on dryer They got hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, friends small potatoes, coffee, apples, banana, oatmeal, cereals, milk, yogurt , pancakes and some bread They do not clean daily only pick up trash and give towels if you want to have your clean up you have to request Front desk people very courteous they did not close even when I went late like 11:30 pm I will definitely stayed there again Ivan

The stay was execellent. The building , hallways and rooms were very clean. Rooms have full kitchen ,stove, sink, full refrigerator ,dishes and microwave,all ammenities for a long stay The staff and managers were very friendly. Breakfast and lounge area are very clean. Free ice machine. Location is close to stores and gas stations. This is my second stay and I will keep coming back with family.

Great convenient location, clean rooms with super friendly and helpful staff! Kathy is awesome and she made our stay pleasant the moment we walked into the hotel. They also offered a full hot breakfast and we would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay, stay friendly, very clean, we enjoyed the stay we booked another night despite the 17 minute drive from our prior location. Well worth the drive and price. Would differently recommend to family and friends

Neepa provided excellent service over the phone and upon arrival. Hotel smelled clean as soon as I walked in and it was for the most part. I do recommend they dust on top of the fridge, and my shower had a few stains but those would be my only complaints. Breakfast was good, my family and I felt safe, easy and quick check in/out experience as well. I would definitely stay again

We had a really nice stay at this very brand new hotel. They were pet friendly and made it very easy to have our dog along. They had a really nice pet relief grassy area off to front side of hotel that was lighted at night and made me feel very safe taking our doggie out late at night. It was so nice and convenient. The room was very clean and big with a kitchenette area that was stocked with lots of amenities. The hot breakfast was good as well and the property had plenty of parking. The location was perfect for us to drive right over to Padre island seashore or go to downtown. Great location and nice staff.

We pre-registered requesting a early check in because we knew we would be leaving Houston at 6am and going straight to the beach and would need to clean up before our dinner reservation. We expected they would tell us room isn't available until 3pm; however, we arrived at 6pm and was told our room was not ready and had to wait 30 mins for the to get the room cleaned. This is completely unacceptable, as we didn't receive a call or notification and my son ended up getting eaten alive by mosquitos as we waited outside for them to get the room cleaned. We requested a credit, but the Manager Kee stated she couldn't do anything about and made excuses regarding them being completely booked the day before and was delayed. However, at 11am checkout time, they are sure to deactivate your room key and you can't stay longer. Proceed with caution...The hotel is new, so it was clean; but your room may not be ready according to the Check-in time listed and they won't accept responsibility for it, but make excuses.

Our adherence to the strict Best Western "We Care Clean" policy additionally increases the time it takes to ensure each room is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for your safety. We apologize for being unable to meet your expectations.

During our stay we did not have hot water for about two days. Rooms did not get cleaned even when we left the blue door tag asking for it to be cleaned. Lady in the front desk with tattoos was disrespectful.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and NEVER had hot or even warm water. Told the front staff and she told me yes I did. I told her no I don't come see. She never did. I also have a picture of dirty not used like rolled around in the floor dirty toilet paper. Ask the cleaning lady for 2 extra towel. That's all I received. Didn't pick up the dirty ones or do anything else to the room

The room was dirty. The sheets on one bed had not been changed after last guest. We found a pill on the floor and a dime so it hadn't been cleaned. The front desk just handed me sheets to change it myself. Very disappointed. Left my name for manager to call me but hasn't happened. Will not stay here again.

Hotel was great with being clean, spacious. Great amenities. Only bad thing was front desk girl gave a suspicious man our room key according to the man, who knows he could've been lying. He entered the room at 1 am I guess thinking it was his room. It was very startling and our entire family couldn't sleep for the rest of the night whatsoever. We only received an apology from front desk staff. They didn't do anything whatsoever. Requested a call to speak with the general manager and haven't received anything. Our entire family was very paranoid and scared cause if he had bad intentions and seriously hurt our family. You just never know. I'm sure the policy states where staff should verify first who's in what room. Very poor job from the staff. Also, parking is VERY scarce towards the later hours as many work trucks and trailers parked all wonky taking up multiple spaces so beware. We want to return only if something is done about giving out random room keys to random people.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Staff is friendly. The rooms are fantastic with a full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, pots/pans/dishes/etc. The bathroom was very large. There's a table with 2 chairs to eat at, and a lounger to well, lounge in. A/C was cold, room was clean, nice views of the bay, and they offered a good hot, breakfast buffet.

My family and I have been traveling cross country for the past couple of months and although the majority of nights were spent camping - we did do our fair share of hotel stays, so we have had a ton of recent experiences. I can easily say this is the best place we stayed. It was friendly and professionally staffed. It was CLEAN and Covid "safe". They have reopened the pool as well as the gym and are taking extra care to keep them safe. They are also providing ...are you ready for this...A FULL HOT BREAKFAST!!! Thank you!! So tired of paying for breakfast at other properties and getting a granola bar...or nothing nothing at all. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a full-size refrigerator, microwave and stove top in the rooms! It was just a really great place to stay. We will be staying here every time we are nearby. Definitely worth the price and then some. Overall : Clean Spacious Comfy Friendly and Safe! Nicely Done Residency by BW.

Rooms were very nice. Common areas and Halls were clean and fresh. No place to walk dogs. Front desk clerks were unfriendly. I was charged a "misc cleaning charge" of $250 for staining a sheet and leaving several soda cans on the table.

We stayed a couple days to do fishing in the area, the best western is nice and new and a couple piers are nearby, it was great n there is a lot of great restaurants in the area that we loved, we will be back

Our room was not serviced 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. The breakfast buffet was poorly run, and because the coffee service was poorly stocked and managed, my wife received blister burns to her fingers trying to carry the hot coffee. Cooks did not keep up with demand. Minor repair issue to our room was not addressed during our stay. We had to beg for one extra pillow - it took 3 days to get that! The facility is new, and nice, but the staff/management is surely not up to the task.

Our breakfast staff works very hard to keep up with the demand of our guests especially during peak season such as Spring Break. Could not have been a better place to spend 11 nights!!! Very close to White Cap Beach on Padre Island which was one of my main purposes of staying here. Plus, the king room with a kitchenette was a bonus!! Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, and all the essentials to work with. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room with large, soft towels. The pool was delightful and with the 2 grills made for a nice cookout. The staff was "the best"!!! Always ready to assist and help in anyway. (Personnel thank you to Ramona!!) Breakfast was FANTASTIC!! None of that Covid BS bag crap!!! Very safe area to stay and quiet.

This is a newer hotel that has promise. It is beautifully decorated and I like the room layout with a kitchenette and walk in shower. However there were a few things that missed the boat. When we first got into the room I noticed there were only 2 small pillows on the king bed. I immediately called the front desk and asked for more. We left for a couple of hours; came back no new pillows. I went down and asked in person for more pillows. The person at the desk went in the back and looked, said no more pillows. The next day we finally asked a housekeeper in the hall for more pillows and she gave us 3 more. In our room there were some finish things that a sloppy contractor left behind: they installed a new tile in the entryway and didn't smooth out or clean up the grout, then walked through the grout into the bathroom leaving marks on the floor. Even the floor of the shower had some grout or paint stains. We stayed 3 nights and I'm a BW Rewards member but the view we had was of the back of the front sign. The rooms aren't very sound proof and we were unfortunate enough to have a yelling/screaming/cussing/crying family with small kids next door for 2 nights. Sure, you never know who your neighbors will be but better soundproofing would have been much appreciated. The staff were all very pleasant and I really wanted to like this hotel but it just wasn't a 5 star experience.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care my family and I along with our pet received at Executive Residency by Best Western, 9305 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX from 15-20 February 2021. The reason for our stay was due to the weather and power outage. When I went to check in Amanda Tijerina (Sales Manager) was working the front desk and answering telephone calls. The line was very long but her calm nature and willingness to keep reassuring everyone that they would be taken care of was phenomenal. She definitely made an unpleasant situation bearable. Every staff member with whom we came in contact with asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. We stayed here out of necessity during the winter storm. They had no water but electric. The staff here went above and beyond given the circumstances and appeared to be calm and in good moods. They were quick developing an emergency plan. They explained to us their plan and we never wondered what was going on. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

This place was unbelievably exceptional!! We found our new permanent hotel when visiting Corpus Christi thats for sure. From the minute we walked in the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly, the room was so home to us, it had a full sized fridge, a counter top stove , all the pots dishes and utensils you need.it was super clean. We were gonna stay for 3 nights but unfortunately we had to check out next day to drive back to San antonio because of the ice storm. It was our anniversary weekend ( we were married on valentines day yeay!!!) and we really didn't wanna leave but had no choice. The breakfast was perfect!! Waffles eggs sausage ect ect ect. We had a room on 3rd floor that had a great view of the bay!! We need to make up our Anniversary and will most definitely come back here!! Thank you executive Residency for a great experience!! save yourself from a night of restlessness and avoid those "beach access" thin-walled shacks. We checked in here and had a great night of sleep. Amanda at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, showers had hot water, hotel was very clean, and oh by the way they had breakfast. Checkout was a breeze, and very easy. WiFi worked really well. AC worked really well.

Even though I was only there for one night I still had a great stay. The only thing I'd say they need to improve on was their breakfast food options. It was very sparse and not much was out. Other than that, I had a great stay.

This hotel is very well kept, Staff are all very friendly. From the moment we checked into this hotel we were very impressed with the Front Desk Agent. She was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and we were provided all hotel details. We also received complimentary drinks for being rewards member. WOW! very impressive. The female bartender was delightful and helped to create a " Cute girly and Fruity drink" for a friend ( That was the instructions I was given to order.) The bartender accepted this challenge and Won! The following morning we were greeted with smiles from both the manager who was working over night and Breakfast attendant. Both staff members even made it a point to ask if I needed any further assistance. Very caring! I will definitely stay with this location for all future stays. Due to Covid-we wanted a room that was new and had an outdoor grilling option. This hotel still has the new smell! it is beautiful. The room was exceptional. The kitchenette is fully stocked and nice. The refrigerator is full size so bring the family and stock it. It's close to Walmart and a short drive anywhere. We bought steak, shrimp and wine and had a wonderful dinner out by the pool. Only suggestion is ask for a room facing away from the parking lot light.

Hotel is still new so very well maintained. Rooms were great and spacious. I'm loving the new concept most hotels are going to with glass shower doors rather than the tubs with fabric curtains. The receptionist upon check-in was EXTREMLY helpful. We needed extra blankets and pillows which she had to get from another floor. She was not bothered by the request and was actually very polite about it. It's rare to have such excellent customer service when it's just one person at the desk trying to multi task. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be near Red Dot Pier. Our room had a refrigerator, sink, dishes, utensils, etc. We didn't use any of it but it's nice to have if needed. Rooms stayed cold throughout the night although we prefer units that run constantly for the white noise and to keep air moving. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you again to the afternoon front desk worker on 9-26-20 for your excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic experience. Upon checkin, the staff left me a welcome basket in my room. They were extremely accommodating and every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Easy access to the SPID so you get around easily. Just down the road is the Walmart or HEB for groceries. NAS CC is about a 4-5 minute drive from door to gate. Cant ask for an easier drive. North Padre Island is right over the bridge so this is a great location for beach access. The place even has a bar area where you can relax or meet the other guests. The gym was super new, clean, and never crowded. All-in-all, I HIGHLY recommend this place. You wont regret it.

We stayed here for almost a week, and our stay couldn't have been better. The staff were so friendly and the hotel is sparkling clean. The front desk staff was so welcoming. And the maid staff was on point! We observed staff cleaning the lobby and other areas of the hotel constantly. This is a perfect hotel to stay at in the area and we will definitely return. They also had an electic car charger so that was perfect for us!

All too often now, hotels are charging more, and providing less. Not so here! I needed to check in extra early--absolutely not a problem. My room--squeaky clean. Every single staff person I came in contact with was friendly an accommodating. I don't normally do hotel breakfasts, but I stopped by their breakfast room on my departure morining; cold orange juice, a surprisingly good cup of coffee...and BREAKFAST TACOS! What a pleasant treat! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, You can spend more, but I doubt you'll have a better experience when visiting Corpus Christi.

Will definitely say me & my husband really enjoyed our stay here. The check in was super quick, & if you're a fan of nice & cold places during the Texas summer I highly recommend this one because the AC in our room worked amazingly. Our room had a kitchenette & if you're thinking of doing an extended stay, I'd absolutely recommend this place. It had a full fridge, stove top, microwave & a place to wash dishes. The bed was very comfortable but if you want more than 2 pillows on the bed, I'd suggest bringing your own. The bathroom was very clean & nice, plus it had a gigantic shower! But I will say if highway noises bother you, take that into consideration because you can hear the cars driving by at night. It didn't bother us but I know it can keep some people up especially if you have a room closer to the highway than we did. Overall though I will absolutely be returning to this hotel for even longer stays!

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel and this property advertised itself as so. When I called to let them know that my cat was going to stay in that property, they told me that cats are not allowed in the hotel. I told them how it is possible to advertise themselves as a property that is pet friendly and does not allow cats. What's the matter? Aren't cats supposed to be pets? They told me that cats are pets. But, they are not dogs. So, I told them, 'so, according to you a cat is not a pet, however you are advertising yourself as pet friendly, right?' Why don't they make it clear? Imagine I showed up in that hotel with my cat and I am not allowed to have her. So, I canceled my booking, and I am not going to stay in a hotel that falsely advertise their amenities.

We apologize for the confusion. Each Best Western Brand hotel is individually owned and operated, so some only allow certain pets on property. We are in fact pet friendly but that only extends to dogs, which is stated directly on our website under hotel policies. Any other pets would need approval prior to arrival.

The staff were extremely kind and fast at their jobs. The rooms made you feel like you were at home relaxing. Best stat ever. The lounge and the lobby were clean and the complimentary breakfast lasted until 9 am which is far better than most places.

This hotel just open in May 2020. Everything was so luxurious from the lobby to the fitness area, to the pool. I literally thought I was staying at an all inclusive hotel. The staff was so nice and attentive. And the room was so beautiful with a full kitchen, including fridge, microwave and all the pots and pans you can tell who ever designed this hotel though about everything you would need for a great vacation experience and more. It comes with a Spa like bathroom and very comfortable beds. I definitely recommend anyone to stay here and won't be disappointed

Very clean Excellent position, not far from the beaches and not far from city center Price fair compared to others Breakfast in a bag, due to Covid 19 New, rooms are nice and the kitchenette is a plus

We stayed here for the first time and will definitely be back! The staff was very friendly, really nice pool and outdoor area. Our room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and very nice big shower. Great stay while visiting the beach !

Stay away from this property! The rate the they quote per night is VARIABLE!! And that is not communicated to the customer on the reservation process. What I thought I was paying $98.1 + taxes for 3 days it ended costing me $179.10 and $188.10 the other 2 days. Not to mention the noise, the rude people and the beds that are not made. A forgettable experience!!
