Best Western Plus Hotel Springfield Airport Inn, Springfield

From the moment my wife and I entered, Tanya and Christina were so kind, helpful, and overall great conversationalists. What's more is we felt welcomed. Hard to find these days in a business, says this humble observer. We were planning a 4 day stay for my sons birthday, and they were able to accommodate. They were filled Friday, so they upgraded us for the same rate. Moreover, they called me by name every single time. Super personable. Kaitlyn and Shirley prepared a well rounded breakfast. Here's the kicker, there's good flavor and the eggs were NOT dry. Summer at the front desk had great professional bearing and showed great insight with the questions I asked. Most hotels close to the airport that I've been to are lack luster to say the least. But as you walk into the warm welcoming, and immaculately clean foyer, you know you'll be well taken care of by the entire staff. Highly recommend.

It was quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Beds comfortable and four pillows per bed. Carpet seemed clean. We stayed here because we read about crime issues in north Springfield. No issues at all at this place. They had the TV with a guide for channels which was nice. We would definitely return. Breakfast - Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, greek yogurt, bananas, apples, waffles, etc. Breakfast area spacious and clean.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Room was spotless, bed huge and comfortable. Check in staff are very helpful. Could not ask for more. Amazing value for money. Only 4 minutes from the airport

Very comfortable and clean. Quiet, pleasant and great service. Breakfast was good, the area was very clean, staff was available when needed and very accommodating to the guests. I Would highly recommend.

My stay in a pinch was a great stay. Clean and wonderful staff. Breakfast was pretty good. I will stay again sometime . There was truck parking next door which made my decision to stay. If I had time I would have worked out in there gym.

Good clean hotel for a good price. Try to avoid the Best Western in Hopkinsville Kentucky, a truly awful hotel. The Hotel is a little dated but the service was good and the breakfast was good, overall good stay for the price.

Everyone was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. Shirley (?) the waitress was excellent. My ride to the airport was taken care of by the hotel, including the tip! Nicely done!

Excellent experience. From check in to breakfast to check out. We were greeted by a very friendly person upon check in. She told us if we needed anything to be sure to let her know, and I felt like she genuinely meant it. Our room was #216. King bed. The bed was pretty hard, but the pillows were fantastic. The room was very clean and was up to date. Shirley, our breakfast server was exceptional! She is sure a hard worker. The breakfast was biscuits, gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs. There was even shredded cheese, hot sauce and salsa for the eggs-extra special treat. There was yogurt, whole milk, real cream, pancakes, waffles, bagels and toast. An excellent breakfast! While we were there a large family with 7 children came in. Shirley went above and beyond helping the kids. She helped each one make their pancakes snd get the things they needed. Then, there was a boy in the hall trying to work the vending machine. She went out and was helping him sort his money. He had a 50 cent piece and she told him not to try to put that in there. She even offered her own dollar to get the machine to work. Shirley is a real gem. Overall, excellent stay. This is our second time staying here and we will be back!

On the road from St. Louis to Denton, TX, we found ourselves in need of a hotel room, but most places in Springfield were booked due to a convention. I phoned the BW Springfield Airport Inn as a last resort and fortunately they had rooms. The receptionist that took our call, Beca, was so nice and helpful. We hadn't eaten, so she recommended Alli's Family restaurant nearby where we had an incredible meal at a very affordable price. The next morning, a decent breakfast was ready in the breakfast area, where the lady who worked in this area was also very friendly. It was almost like being among family. Our room was clean, but if we're in Springfield again, we'd stay here because of the friendly service.

Stinking Smoked Out NonSmoking room. Terrible terrible terrible. It literally stuck in our clothes the next day. When ask for another room they had none. Full they said. I was SO embarrassed of the odor. It smelled as a smokers convention for Old Lady's perfume Salesman Stayed and Lived in it until they passed and had to be carted out. You shouldn't have to pay for a room you specifically reserved to be nonsmoking when it stinks of a retirement home bar!!

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay with us here at BW. Being sold out we were not able to move rooms. However, the front desk as well as our housekeeping staff did go to inspect the room and there was no evidence of smoking. We are a nonsmoking facility and a zero tolerance for it. We do hope that you will in the future give us another chance. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience you had with us.

We chose to stay here a second time after a great first experience. The rooms aren't fancy, but it's clean. Shirley does a great job in the mornings with breakfast. The area is always kept clean, and she was helpful with my kids. Give that sweet woman a raise! Thanks for another great experience!

Great place to stay. Tanya was very welcoming on my arrival and Shirley puts on a wonderful breakfast. Beds were quite comfy and the room was extremely clean. Love the pillows! Ali's family restaurant nearby is a wonderful place to eat if you're hungry LOL. They sent a taxi to the airport to pick me up and book me a taxi the next morning as well. Great service

I stayed at this hotel twice during my recent visit to the Springfield/Branson area. They currently contract with Yellow Cab for their shuttle service, and while the drivers are very courteous, the service is a little slow. I waited for over an hour for a shuttle to the hotel on one occasion. From the hotel to the airport, the shuttle runs every hour so you can reserve your shuttle in advance with no issues. All hotel employees provided exemplary customer service. Rooms were clean and adequate with comfortable beds.

Desk staff was very pleasant. Room was ok, clean. Bed wasn't that comfortable. Plenty of USB and regular outlets for charging. Hallways were noisy, no sound deadening. There were lots of loud kids and we had to be up at 3:30. They had grab one go bags with banana and muffin. We were offered water or a Coke, but couldn't take into the airport. Location was great for early morning trip to the airport. There were no diet drinks or bottles of water in the vending machine on the first floor,Hore

Pillows were awful, and I would have liked a blanket to cover with but none in closet. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast was promptly at 6am, so I grabbed it on the way out the door to airport. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here before. It's very close to the Springfield-Branson airport and has a free contracted yellow cab shuttle. The front staff ladies are very friendly. The grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room and facility is very clean. The room rate of $125.00 was very reasonable considering the yellow cab was $22.00 including tip. I saw the request slip filled out. There is a very good Mexican restaurant in a 5 minute walk. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Need to catch a plane very early in the AM. I was staying 3 hrs away from the airport visiting family. I booked the room the a week in advanced. to be closer to the airport the night before my flight I have done this before. I was pleased with this hotel. it has a free shuttle( taxi now) to the airport. the room was clean. the gal at the counter was super nice and friendly, It was my second time staying here for the same reason. I will stay again on my next visit to see my son and his family. Also the rate for the area was better then any where else .I did not eat Breakfast since I left at 4;00 am.

I thought I would give the Best Western Chain an opportunity to gain some of my business, I travel weekly for work taking a team of up to 5 people to each visit. I am titanium with another hotel chain and Diamond at yet another. Their customer service rep was rude when asking about a status match and went on to tell me I wouldnt get credit for my stay. What happened to we want earn your loyalty I will not stray again.

This hotel is my go-to for flying early out of Springfield SGF. The best thing about this property is the staff! So friendly and kind. Consistently upbeat and professional. Courteous and accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet. The WiFi is excellent. There are restaurants within walking distance and the complimentary airport shuttle is just the icing on the cake. Always stay here when flying out of SGF and will continue to do so.

The Staff was helpful. After a very long 15-hour drive, it was nice to see a friendly face when we walked in the door. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable. There isn't a hot tub, but the indoor pool area was great.

I definitely will stay here again, perfect location, I felt very safe, parking lot had plenty of parking, staff is very friendly and helpful. Only minor problem with driving on Chestnut was hard to see the hotel sign due to trees overgrown and blocked the sign, and passed up a couple times (just a minor issue). I recommend staying here if in Springfield, MO.

Very good hotel for the money. Location excellent for highway commute. Dollar General, Casey's, McDonalds, Wal Mart Market, and a grocery store all within a mile or so. Chestnut Expressway less crowded than many of the other hotel road. Wish hotel would have had a hot tub.

Not what we expected from a BW Plus. First pet room smelled way too strong, moved us across the hall and it was fine. The beds were not good. Breakfast just ok. Internet very slow. Good dog area with large grassy area. Service very good and friendly.

Rooms were very clean. We had a handicap room and the walk-in shower was great. Even had a mat to put down in the shower to keep you from slipping. Good variety of food for breakfast. Both hot and cold food available. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Missouri from Wisconsin for a day trip to pick up some beautiful puppies. Unfortunately we ran into some problems and needed to stay the night. We had no idea where to go, a quick cold call resulted in a friendly person at the desk answeing, reassuring us that they would have no problems taking in us and our new pets in. We arrived tired and hungry after a 12 hour road trip. The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful, we quickly had a room where we could relax and eat. The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Although our stay was short it was exactly what we needed, when we needed it.

My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Becca at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. She was also patient and helpful, assisting me in printing various travel and work documents late into the evening. Here's only reason I didn't give 5 stars: At one point during my stay, I noticed a low, rumbling sound coming from below me, which I imagine was from the air conditioning system (or something in that vein). It was unpleasant, but only lasted 10 minutes or so.

After a 12 hour day on the Road driving --- getting to a Hotel I was not familiar with -- little concerned as usual about wanting/needing a good nights rest --- This BW Hotel made my check in about 2 minutes long, gave me a room by the stairwell that led outside, with plenty or parking room. The Hotel was and room was quiet and clean! I plan on staying here again when I am Springfield again.....!!!

We booked a room at the Best Western Plus for five consecutive nights. We were in town for a wedding, and the hotel was near the venue. We were entirely pleased with our stay. The staff was excellent - always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Shirley kept the breakfast area well-stocked and was cleaning and wiping down surfaces if she wasn't filling the warming trays. An added treat was the fresh lemon water that was always available in the lobby. If we ever need a hotel in Springfield again, this one will be our choice.

This was a last minute stay for us. We went to the Wilson Creek battlefield and needed a place for the night. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. The room was nice and cool and just big enough for all of us for the night. The pool was very nice for the kids as well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. My kiddos love waffles and they had plain as well as blueberry and all the toppings you could imagine. Biscuits were soft and the gravy was nice. Eggs and sausage with cheese and hot sauce suited us adults well. Also had donuts and muffins as well as cereal for my non traditional breakfast eaters. The coffee was great!! Usually you don't get good coffee with these breakfasts. Loved that they had splenda as well. That seems to be hard to find here in Missouri. The beds weren't too firm either. Was a nice stop off!!

We needed a place to stay near the Springfield airport before flying out the next day. We were greeted warmly upon arrival by the front desk person, Tonya. We explained our situation, flying out the next evening and she arranged for a late check-out and a shuttle to the airport. Our room was very clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to be near the airport.

I booked this hotel to stay close to the airport the night before our flight. The woman who checked us in was super nice, but that's where it ends for me. The hotel was dim when you walked in, and the rooms had a lot to be desired. Our room seemed run down, but somewhat clean. The best was the bathroom. You could not open the door completely, because it hit the front of the toilet. This is not my caliber of hotel, and I was happy it was only an overnight stay. I booked this based on reviews, but I have to say, I'm not understanding how this place is getting 4.5 stars. My only guess would be that's it's close to the airport???

Hello. thank you so much for taking the time to post a review. We are very sorry that we failed to reach your expectations. As we speak the hotel is under the process of renovations which will take place at the end of summer. We do understand the size of the bathrooms however it does serve its purpose. The actual reason we are loved by so many is because of our exceptional customer service and cleanliness. We do offer all the amenities required to be an airport hotel. I only hope you will give us another chance in the future.

I stayed here to make driving to or from early and late return airline flights safer and more comfortable since my home is several hours away from the airport. In addition to its quiet, convenient location in a non-congested area near the airport, this hotel offers the right touch of amenities and has a very friendly staff. And for those who like a great breakfast to start the day, the complimentary breakfast buffet is that. Shirley runs that service and provides the best selections and presentation you'll ever see in a moderately priced hotel. Try the biscuits and gravy. It's the best.

We had a great experience at BW. The staff are awesome!!!! So friendly and attentive! They made sure we had all we needed, even knowing they were booked to almost maximum capacity over Memorial Day weekend. Our room was clean and neat. Tonya is an exceptional mgr who makes sure things are taken care of!!!! We would def stay again!!

Dont stay here unless you plan on being up all night. People in the halls all night, mechanical work being done on vehicles in the parking lot, gave up sleeping at about 5A…showered and left. Front desk clerk was kind enough to give me some coffee. People already lined up for breakfast that didnt start til 6am. Pretty sure with the number of people i saw being let into side doors that a lot of them did not pay to stay there.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy check-in and checkout. Always stay at this Best Western when we visit family in Springfield. Our family from Texas also prefers these accommodations.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. VERY friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Close to expressway. There wasn't a lot around in close proximity to the hotel in that area of Springfield and a little overpriced for that particular location.

Stayed for two nights for a softball tournament in Monett (about 45 min drive). The hotel was clean other than minor wear in the room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but sufficient. Breakfast area was very clean, standard continental breakfast items available, and the coffee was decent. Note there is not a coffee maker in the room. This was on less busy side of Springfield, with easy access to the interstate. The parking lot was well lit at night. Only about 15 minutes to many restaurant options and Bass Pro. Will stay again the next time we have a tournament in the area.

This was a well ran and clean property. After driving all day from Columbus we arrived to a clean and fresh smelling room. The bed was comfortable and the level of service was fantastic. I especially loved the side garden. It was nice to wake up and smoke a cigarette amongst the trees and beautiful green grass.

My room was fantastic. Completely clean and beautiful. The breakfast, provided by Shirley, was incredible. Customer service from the front desk was best. Thank you, Best Western Plus staff. Next time I want to use a hotel, I will for sure put Best Western Plus at the top of my list.

They must be paying people to write reviews about how clean this place is and what a great location. Either that or those people are used to staying in terrible hotels. This place is a dump. The rooms stink. We even asked to change rooms and the new room stank. It is in an area of town that is a total Ghetto. I would not feel safe having my wife walk our dog. Also - it sits right up against a semi-terminal so there are semi trucks pulling into that lot all night and they vibrate the whole building, and then they crank up the engines on their reefer units and you listen to them run all night. I can't even believe Best Western allows this to be part of their franchise. The rooms were dirty - and I mean dirty. The fabric on the furniture was torn. The lamps were literally rusty. All night long we were basically wondering if we were going to have bed bugs in our clothes and luggage. It was SO GROSS. And we stay at Best Westerns all the time. Again - DO NOT STAY HERE. I don't know where they got these reviews about cleanliness - this place is a stinky smelly dump! We wanted to burn our clothes after staying here from the smell in the rooms.

Good afternoon Tim. On behalf of our entire team I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay with us. Our guest satisfaction is very important. I was unaware of any issues. I have personally went through to see if anything was mentioned to my staff and I was unable to find anything other than a room change being requested and the staff promptly handled that request. With such an unsatisfactory stay I am not sure why these things were not brought to the front desk staff immediately. Had we been informed of some of the above mentioned discrepancies our staff would have addressed and corrected any and all issues promptly. Best regards

A really great hotel, staff was all very friendly and always welcoming. Bathroom in the suite was a touch small but other than that a great stay. Breakfast areas was clean and food was always hot and stocked.

I have to say, I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this one was my best stay! The staff is awesome, welcoming and went out of their way to make the kids feel at home! Christina at the desk is a gem! She's accommodating, makes it a point to know you, super friendly and respectful! Don't lose her! Thank you again for a great breakfast and making sure we had everything! Super comfy beds and clean. Make it a pint to stop…you won't be disappointed!

Staff was so friendly but there were a couple problems. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Kept turning the thermostat down but air would not kick on. It was very hot and stuffy. Customer should have full control of room temperature, not management.

Nice friendly staff! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Front desk help was very funny. Nothing better than to start the day with a great laugh. Great sense of humor! Love this place. Will definitely return next time in town.

I haven't seen a hotel breakfast like this since 2019. Shirley does a great job. Eggs, two kinds of sausage. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, and a whole lot more. Peanut butter and cream cheese for the bagels too. Hotel is fine too. Will stay here again if I'm in town.

The Airport Inn is conveniently located just off highway 40. Parking was easy for my pickup and 20 ft trailer. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The room was clean and confortable. Breakfast was good. There is a restauraunt within walking distance with good food, large portions, and good prices.

First hotel that I went to that the breakfast was hot the whole time. We went in at 7:30 and it was so hot it had to cool off before I could eat it. The food was great and the room was too. The rooms were clear and sheets fresh.

Went to a wedding. Came back to room and found that due to confusion on reservation all of our stuff was removed and placed in a plastic bag, They did call us to advise that all of our stuff was in a bag but couldn't take the call during wedding ceremony. Got back to hotel moved back into our room. Everything was in the bag. The hotel staff was very good and we will come back End of story

Check out time at our hotel is 12:00 so at 1:30 we had to gather everything due to not being able to contact you. We do again apologize for the inconvenience. We were happy we were able to extend the room for you when you came back in as well as making sure your things were returned.

This hotel is one I have stayed at over the past 7 years as I visit my Dad. This time I stayed to attend his funeral. It is a clean and friendly place and the people who work there appear to enjoy their jobs and care about the customer and the place in which they work! I have never been disappointed over the years!

This was the cleanest, friendliest, most pleasant motel we've stayed at in a while. The price was good, breakfast had nice selections, the front desk/lounging area was accommodating to our large group of teenagers, and the beds were comfy. Good stay!

I am a Best Western rewards member and got double rewards points which is nice. The hotel needs a little updating but overall, it was a nice stay. It's off the beaten path out by the airport and I'm not sure why it is rated a PLUS. I didn't see anything special about it.

It was a great stay, service was good. Would definitely recommend. The area was close to downtown Springfield where there is plenty of good restaurants and places to visit. Parking could be better, I doubt there is enough parking for all the rooms there. But would definitely recommend this place.

We were very surprised at how clean, friendly and quite the hotel was. It was booked, with an indoor pool so you know families will stay and its pet friendly. I expected it to be noisy and maybe the room smell funky but it was the opposite. We had a good night's sleep and the room didn't smell. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly. We will be staying here again.

I'm a Diamond rewards member and stay almost exclusively at BW properties. The staff at this location all exemplary in their respective positions. Fun, friendly, professional, and welcoming! Chris, Tonya, Becca and Shirley, all went way out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. Thanks! The property is well-maintained, the hotel and rooms are clean, and the breakfast dining area one of the cleanest I've seen. Room was clean. Having a charger for my Tesla was super convenient. Breakfast was wonderful. It might just be the area where this hotel is located but I could feel I was the only one wearing a mask. The only thing I would really change is maybe removing the old CFL technology from the lamps and room lights and replace them with warmer LED solution. It was quite jarring to turn on the light for the first time since the pandemic started and seeing one of these old CFL bulbs messes with my eyes and well being.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the property or the staff. Clean room and friendly staff.Close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.If I had a complaint it would have to do with a lack of eating establishments near the hotel, which obviously has nothing to do with their service.

We showed up unexpected during a snow storm. We got a clean room and they were friendly! Our room was clean and everything was very comfortable. Their breakfast had a lot of choices and also very clean!

The service was great, room was still being cleaned when I arrived at the door. Everything seemed pretty clean. The walls are thin....heard an alarm clock go off 2 rooms away at 2am. I was leaving early, so didn't matter much. But if you want to sleep without hearing anything, this is not the place. If you're a heavy sleeper & want to be close to the airport(3miles away) then this is perfect for you.

We got checked in, ran to grab some food, came back and ate, then went down to the pool. While my kids and I were there, the dryer caught on fire! Staff didn't alert any of the people in the rooms. Smoke filled the entire lobby. My son and myself have terrible asthma, so it was very difficult for us to deal with it. Luckily I had my keys with me, so we were able to sit in our car with the heat on, which was great since we were wet from the pool. Staff said nothing after the fact, they didn't check on anyone.

I would also like to explain that the fire department let us know we had no reason to evacuate. Guest were ok to stay in their rooms. After the issue was handled the front desk did check on everyone that came through the lobby. Our guest are our top priority in any event. I am so sorry you felt you had to vacate the building.

We stayed at another BW property in the Springfield, MO area when we went west 10 days earlier. When we were on our way back home, we opted to stay at another BW that was closer to the interstate if possible. This location fit the bill and it was a joy to stay at. Looking forward to staying there again when we head back west.

The hotel was clean. The pool was open and warm. Breakfast was a wide variety and tasted good. The hotel was able to accommodate our large family with conjoining rooms which is great for us with small children. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with small children!!

We have stayed there 2 times and both times 3-4 days. Our go to hotel while we are in Springfield. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast has a variety of food for everyone. Kids loved the pool

I stay here when I take my daughter back and forth from college. Have always had a wonderful stay! Will use this hotel for each stay. Especially love the shower, a nice hot shower. Bonus is this hotel is not far from the college and is not to far from the highway.

The hotel needs and up date badly. The shuttle service to the airport was a cab and not the hotels so they were late getting to me. The people were nice but the rest needs help. It was my first time staying and I don't believe that I will stay there again.

All the personnel are great. Especially Jen who went above and beyond to help me figure out how to solve my issues with change. Good Value for the money. Coffee, water and apples available. The Gym was in good shape and usable.

Very clean facility and room. I was impressed by the electric car charging station. My next stay may be with me driving my Chevy Volt! The staff was a friendly and helpful and the morning coffee was good too!

The room was clean and comfortable. I am very picky about hotel rooms and I had no complaints. The breakfast was good. Definitely worth the amount I paid for the room. One of the better rooms I have recently stayed in.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Only stayed one night to catch a flight, but very pleased. The room was very nice and the staff was welcoming and got us set up for a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Would defintely stay there again if we were in the area.

The only issue I had is with the person at the front desk during checkout on morning of Nov 13, 2021. I went to the front desk to buy water since the vending machine on first floor did not have any and the vending machine on second floor was out of order. I was waiting at the front desk when I saw 2 hotel employees smoking outside lobby doors. The employee that was supposed to be at the front desk was standing so she could be seeing if anyone came to front desk. I rang the bell and no one came plus she remained outside smoking her cigarette. Another customer came to front desk to inquire about check. I gave her the info and she left all while the front desk employee remained outside smoking. Finally I started to walk out, then she put out her cigarette and came inside with a smile on her face. How fake!! When there is a customer at the front desk, you put out your smoke and come in from outside. I didn't even talk to her afterwards. My experience at the hotel was great prior to this incident at checkout. The lady that checked us in was great and addressed any issues we had. Kudos to her.

Easy to rent a room, good prices, great employees with great service. The room was very nice, lots of room, clean. Loved the microwave, refrigerator, and accommodations. Animal friendly as well. A+++++

Check in was great. The girl that checked us in was really nice, and actually all of their employees seemed friendly. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny, but it was very clean except for the wall by the window. I thought the mattress was a little too firm. This hotel is located way out of the way for shopping, so for that reason alone I probably wouldn't stay here again. It was pretty inexpensive stay, so I guess there's that.

Everything was fine except for one very important detail……pillows! FYI, 99.99999% of people like regular sized pillows, not the small square pillows that hotels are using nowadays. Spend an extra $2.14 on the normal size pillows and maybe you'll get better reviews. A good nights sleep also plays an important role in reviews.

We just completed a month's long trip across the US. When we found this Best Western we decided to try it as we haven't been to where there were any Best Westerns in our path. It was the Best! We will definitely use Best Western Plus on our future journeys. They are clean, pretty, and the beds are the most comfortable we have ever had in a motel. The heating AC units are very quiet. It was just an overall wonderful stay.

We highly recommend Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn. The staff were most accommodating and friendly and our room was in excellent condition. We had an early flight out the next morning and had to leave the hotel at 4:00 a.m. The hotel provided us with a shuttle to the airport along with a breakfast snack free of charge.

The power was out the entire time I was at the hotel. From about 9am to about check out. It wasn't a staffing issue and the hotel was very nice, just inconvenient not having lights or heat. Staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was great! I'll stay again.

Hard to understand what the Plus is supposed to signify in the brand - perhaps the indoor pool. This place was ok, decent hot breakfast tho no soy milk which as lactose intolerant, we certainly appreciated at the Amarillo BWP.

We had a great stay - mixed visiting family with a soccer tournament. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. My grandson and his friend enjoyed the nice indoor pool. Hot breakfast was good and well stocked! Parking was well lit.

Wife and daughter's first full day, they put do not disturb on door. They were gone all day and when they got back the door was cracked open and the do not disturb card was gone. I don't understand why someone went in their room and definitely don't understand why they didn't properly close the door. Another weird issue was their keys didn't work properly after that. The place also charged my card full price hours before they ever checked. Room was booked through bookings.com and said payment would be handled onsite.

It was such a great hot Breakfast with sausage and eggs and biscuits and gravy, waffles, orange juice and coffee. Such a great addition to the stay while traveling for work. Also next door they have parking for $10 a night if you have a big trailer that won't fit in the hotel parking, very convenient!

This is the third time that I have stayed at this property, always before flying out on an early flight. It is not in the prettiest part of town but it is very quiet at night. The motel is up to date on furnishings and seems to be very well maintained and cleaned. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Close to airport. Grab and go breakfast bag only a banana and a cheap wriapped muffin.

.Very nice property, clean, easy check-in and great staff. Decent hot hotel breakfast. Only thing I would mention and this is really the fault of the state of MO, not the hotel per se, while the staff was masked, etc, almost all the guests were unmasked as if it was 2018. There was even a beligerrent anti-masker in the parking lot as we were leaving. All this in a state that is not exactly a leader in the fight against the pandemic. We had no choice, but had we, we would likely not stay in MO in general. But again, the hotel and staff were very good.

We had so much fun doing this! Anytime you guys need a night away, you know who to call!

Easy check-in. Room clean and ready to go. The A/C wasn't very powerful, but it worked okay for one night. Free shuttle service back and forth to the Springfield Airport, only 10 minutes away. Attendant carried our luggage downstairs when the elevator was temporarily out of service. Easy check-out. Shuttle prompt early in the morning. Bagged breakfast was appreciated, but minimal. I'd stay there again. Thank you!

Found this hotel room online last minute when our travel route through Missouri changed in order to avoid severe weather. Arrived late with tired and grumpy kids so when our room smelled of old cigarettes smoke I did not complain but just went with it. Was nice that the room had a mini fridge and no other complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was nice. Really my only other complaint was the fitness center and pool hours were very limited. I believe they closed by 9:00 p.m. and opened later in the morning as well which was not convenient for use. Staff was friendly though and parking lot was small allowing for easy access when unloading and loading baggage. Room was outdated but as long as there are no bugs I do not complain. Was nice for a quick last minute booking.

The hotel itself was extremely nice. However, we did have a problem with the corridor outside our room. Someone had vomited immediately outside our door. It occurred at about 2 a.m. when I was awoken by someone getting sick. I thought it was in the room next door, but it was actually in the hall. When we got up to have breakfast, we were greeted by a mess. The hotel was aware of it as they had placed a scrub bucket over it, and a sign over the spot next door. We had to wiggle our way around the bucket so we didn't step in anything. Not a way to start the day Location wasn't the greatest. All the major restaurants were on the other side of town, about a 20 minute drive.

Was pleasantly greeted upon arrival. Shuttle arranged and provided by Best Western (including tips) was prompt and convenient. (24 hour service by yellow cab). Great place for dogs. with grassy area for walking and playing. Corvid precautions practiced

Overall experience was excellent! The pre check in service and express check out were both very easy. Staff could not have been more pleasant. Could have used a TV channel guide. Covid restrictions may have caused that to be missing. Very clean room and lobby!

Room was tiny, bathroom was tiny, reserved two queen beds, received 2 double beds and when I called the front desk the lady was rude and said "Thats what happens when you use third parties to book your room" there is nothing I can do about it. wont be back

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, however, our double rooms have always specified as being two queen beds.

The room was extremely damp inside, I'm guessing high humidity outside but why so bad in the room? Maybe bad window ac unit??? Coffee in lobby was not even warm let alone hot. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she could care less. Her reply was she made it 2 1/2 hours ago and that was basically it. I Discovered my room was not cleaned nor sheets changed after a long day in business meetings all day. I informed front desk of this as well and front desk reply was That she was sorry. Obviously it was not a good experience and will avoid a Best Western Stay as much as possible in the future.

I usually don't write reviews, however I'm going to try and help out this business and any other guest that might need an honest opinion. The room sheets are clean, the room smelled too musty. I'm blaming the carpet and the window air conditioner. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom fan didn't work well enough for this small bathroom. All in all I give this a 3-4 out of a 10. I will be asking any place I stay at from now on, if they have carpeted floor, if they do I'll skip. In my opinion, they cannot clean the floor carpet enough for the room to smell fresh.

We found that this hotel had a Tesla destination charger plus a J1772 charger. Call ahead and they will put traffic cones in the charging spot to save it for you! Very friendly staff and very clean and neat hotel.

Flew in one day, picked up a puppy and then left the next, so it was a short visit. The receptionist was great and the rooms although small, were very adequate. Nice and clean even though it was a "pet room" and there was a nice, secluded "pet potty area" by the room. It is an older hotel and the rooms are rather out of date, but if sleep is what you are there, for you'll have no problems!!

The facility and room were in good condition. The bathroom showed some typical wear-and-tear but it was not troubling. The bathroom was small. The bed was very good and the AC unit hummed but it was not loud enough to be annoying. Breakfast was a nice, expected combination of hot and cold foods and was well stocked. The eating area was kept clean. We did not use the pool or exercise room. The staff was polite and genuine. We were later than expected on our arrival and had already received a phone call about our status. I thought that was a nice touch. That was a first time for me to get a call. The location requires a drive to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. On the flip side, it is in a quiet part of town.

This is was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. I am surprised it has as many good reviews as it does. Upon arrival we asked for the complimentary shuttle information since we were going to drop off our vehicle at the airport nearby. The shuttle is actually just Yellow Cab & we waited 45 minutes at the empty night time airport for our cab. The man who picked us up was driving a filthy vehicle with missing seatbelts, speeding, & telling us about how he punched out a passenger once that was under age. He also mentioned he was late to work today because he over slept & that's why he was so late to pick us up. Once we finally made it back to the hotel we noticed a stack of flyers at the entrance with nearby food for the guests, I snagged one & noticed Alli's restaurant was next door to us. The flyer said they deliver after 5 to the hotel, at 6 PM we called & the lady who answered told us “we don't deliver to anyone except door dash & grub hub” then hung up on me. I called the front office & they told us they're manager and the flyers might be mistaken then. So we door dashed from elsewhere. When folding down the bed sheets on the bed, there was a tick in our bed which was alive. We took photos of it then flushed it down the toilet & barely slept the rest of the night in fear of more ticks in the bed. We then discovered a tick attached to my boyfriend in the morning which we had to pull out & flush as well. Hoping he didn't contract something from the tick. The room had an odd smell & the AC blew straight up into the curtains causing for poor circulation in the room all night. There was no comforter. Only sheets & a scratchy wool blanket. To top it off, this hotel allows pets which is normally no inconvenience to us however at 7 AM, there was a dog barking in a room near us until well after 8:30 AM non stop. We will never come here again.

It was very pleasant breakfast was a small selection. Rooms were clean bathrooms was small especially for a big person doors didn't close good in bathroom. Entrance door didn't open or close easy. Just minor things like that but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I don't consider this to be a BW “Plus”. Greeted with lemon infused water and a pleasant person at front desk. Basic room. No hanger on the back of the bathroom door to hang nightwear. Can't open closet door and entry door at same time. Bathroom door rubs against toilet. TP shreds on contact. No lotion. Fortunately brought my own. This from room 232. Maybe other rooms are better. But…what really ticked me off was that the bed wasn't even made. Sure. Fresh towels and trash emptied. But really??? I guess the housekeeper is not permitted to make beds at this time. Don't know if this is all hotels or not but it would have been nice to know. We ended up leaving the do not disturb sign on the door. If you aren't going to make the bed, and we don't need clean towels every day, then why bother getting in. I will say breakfast was ho-hum but they did have shredded cheese, salsa and hot sauce for the eggs. Not a great experience but disappointed and tolerable.

Nice, very clean room. Comfortable beds. My only complaint was we were the last room at the end of the hall and some guy kept going out to smoke and propped the door open so smoke went in the hall. That was not the hotel's fault though. Why prop the door open, just take tour room key. The breakfast bar was amazing. We stayed at 2 other hotels for around the same price and this one by far was the best! I appreciated the non carb options - especially the Greek yogurt (name brand) w lots of topping options (nuts, chocolate chips, granola, etc). Nice selection of other typical breakfast bar items but had more condiments - flavored syrups for the waffles, etc. Nice pool too!

The staff was friendly so they get 3 stars.Room smelled of cigarettes, 2 flies in the room throughout the stay, could not get rid of them!!The A/C unit was not producing cold air so it was very humid overnight. Booked for 2 nights but only spent 1, did not bother to ask for a refund as I figured I should have known better given the price but $224 for 2 nights is a lot of money. I thought a hotel price of $30-$50 did not make much of a difference but apparently it does. I wish I had shelled out the extra for one night at Vandivort rather than paying for 2 nights at BW and ending up sleeping on a friend's couch the 2nd night. It was much more comfortable on the couch! No flies, no smells and good temp. Again, the staff were good, BW management needs to step up their game. Or perhaps I'm the wrong clientele.

Friday, June 26th was my 3rd stay at this property.. The room was clean, the beds were super-comfortable, and all was quiet and peaceful. The property is about 8 minutes by car from Springfield-Branson airport. The Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn provides an hourly shuttle to and from the airport via local taxi cab -- fare and tip prepaid. You can park your vehicle at the Inn for $6 a night (almost half the cost of airport long-term parking) while you are away. All in all, this property more than met my needs.

The building is older, but our room appeared to have been redone recently. The bathroom fixtures were new. You could see light around the door, but other travelers were not noisy, so it was fine. The breakfast offerings were good. The main downside was that there was no place to eat nearby except a local diner (which we tried and would not recommend).

We have stayed at many Best Western hotels. This was the best by far that we have experienced. The staff was excellent. The property was super clean and the first actual hot breakfast served since the Covid restrictions. The shuttle from the airport and return was by taxi. The hotel picks up the tab and the tip so your trip is just you and your party. Excellent way for the hotel to provide transportation. Good job Henry.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with TV, microwave, fridge and little coffee pot. Respectable selection of TV channels. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Didn't have time for the fitness room or breakfast, (but the waffle that went by looked delish!) In passing, looked like assortment of fruits and other things as well. Clean, no odors, elevator to 2nd floor (which I appreciated.) Free shuttle to airport (with tip for driver included!!!) In my experience, this motel is as described! Definitely would stay again! :-)

We've been to Springfield twice, stayed here both times. The hotel is very easy to get to, and convenient to Bass Pro and most of the other attractions in the area. If/when we return to Springfield, we will definitely stay here again. Wonderful accommodation and a great staff.

Hotel was great as always. Did online check in while I was still out of town so my wife could get into the room. I use this property whenever I have a really early am departure or as in this case a really late arrival as I live about an hour and 15 minutes from the airport. In this case, landing after midnight with an early doctors appointment in the morning in Springfield. While I couldn't sample the breakfast this trip because of the doctor's visit, it has been good in the past. Will stay there again when the need arises.

We stayed here overnight recently because of a Hotwire deal we got online. The hotel met our expectations and the staff was friendly and helpful when I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast had quite a few options and was tasty.

I had last minute reservation. Front desk was very nice. Hotel and room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised based on other hotels in the area. As I left very early next day (4 am) they had my transportation ready along with a grab bag of breakfast snack.

Good location near Springfield Airport. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out staff was exceedingly courteous and accommodating. I will definitely book this hotel again when I am in Springfield Missouri.

every one of the staff were friendly and professional. I only got the names of Rebecca and Summer but all were friendly and professional. they advised of of nearby places. the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. there were a lot of guests in other rooms but we never heard any noise.

I don't smoke but they charged me for smoking in the room and laT year one of their housekeepers or management stole my 5000 ring I forgot in the bed . I called for it as soon as I left the hotel and they swore they never found it ! The manager covered it up. This is the worst hotel one could ever stay at! It's ghetto and the mangers and employees are dishonest . I guess you get what you pay for !! Nasty dirty people And place

On behalf of our entire team here, I would like to clarify we only charge smoking fees when the rooms are in fact smoked in. As we discussed over the phone. In regards to the ring that was claimed to be lost here, we have no names to match anything in our system for a missing ring. Any further questions you may have about any of these matters, feel free to please contact me, as I would be more than happy to assist you! As far as the staff at this Best Western location, they are the most honest and trustworthy staff, and based on our reviews, our guests see that and appreciate that! I have looked back on past reservations, all of the way back to this time last year, and upon investigation, I did not find any reservations under this name. Clean hotel and staff were great. I would stay here again it was close to Bass Pro, restraunts, gas stations, and other sites you may need to see or want to visit. Hotel was easy to find right off a main hwy.

I had to get there early due to weather conditions. The staff was wonderful and got me in my room without complaining. They set up my airport shuttle for the following morning and told me about a nearby restaurant that gives discounts to Best Western customers. After returning from lunch, they gave me my needed gloves I left on the counter! As I was putting my coat on, the phone rang to let me know the shuttle was there! Polite and helpful staff. I could not have asked for better. The room was clean and comfortable.

Awesome hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was very good, especially considering some hotels/motels have stopped giving any breakfast using COVID as their excuse.

I was on a business trip and I got a lot of complications but one thing that I absolutely loved was my stay at Best Western Plus. Christina made my stay a lot easier and was very helpful with every need I had. If you want a comfortable place with clean rooms and friendly stuff I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn is a great place to stay. It is located conveniently off the interstate. The young lady at check-in was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms was very comfortable and quiet. There is an excellent restaurant next door that serves good food, large portions and very reasonably priced.

Facing the threat of snow mixed with rain and an early morning flight out of Springfield, Mo, I spent the night at the Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn. I was surprised at check-in by my reservation being upgraded to a suite. I was able to spend the night in very comfortable circumstances. Through a standing arrangement the Inn has with Springfield Yellow Cab to provide shuttle service to the airport, I was able to make my flight in plenty of time. The staff were friendly and professional. It was a comfortable place to stay in the face of uncomfortable weather.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. They even have Tv remotes that are able to be cleaned between customers. The only down side was that COVID caused the restaurant to have to be closed.

This place is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here when I visit my father. Close to his house and convenient. The breakfast was continental with a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit that we could heat up in our room. It was pretty good along with cereal and bagels, coffee and orange juice.

From the moment I walked, front desk team was super friendly, fast at check in/check out process. Housekeeping keeps the rooms super clean. I booked 2 queen bed room and it came with coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Overall great experience. Great value for the price.

Nice place to stay--near the airport--very friendly and helpful staff--good value. Had questions about how to operate the TV and the desk person came to our room and answered all our questions. We had sausage sandwiches for breakfast because there is no buffet during the pandemic. Nice substitute.

This BW has always gone above and beyond, but especially during this Covid pandemic. Everything was extremely clean and safe. "To Go" breakfast also included a freshly made sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Delicious! The room was, as always, exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Off the beaten path, area looks a little shady but overall a good experience, Rooms are dated and lobby is small but clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, I understand Covid-19 restrictions but breakfast served in a small lobby with food and drinks scattered around the room seems ridiculous. There was a whole dining room that would have allowed for much better and safer experience.

Best hotel for humans and pets! The staff is super friendly. The staff is so nice and talk to my Labs. Checking in and out is a breeze. The courtyard area is a big for my Labs to wonder around (not fenced in). The even have doggie treats!

Nice hotel, clean, and the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Location point is perfect, just 6 min away from the Municipal Airport. The front desk ladies were amazing people (Shirley, Dinem, and Becca), Thanks! The entire team made the stay pleasant, sharp ladies! Also the cleaning crew, did great job. Next time I know where to stay. Must eat at the little food joint (Ali), which is at walking distance. Low price and great amount of food.

This is a nice hotel.WEll cared for, safe, nD HE STAFF WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE YOUR STAY A GOOD ONE. Shuttle to airport, ability to leave car there instead of at airport, and great service. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very safe and secure.

Good value and excellent friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed with a non refundable deposit. Lobby was always clean and had Fresh fruit, Lemon Ice water & Hot coffee. There is a restaurant one door down. Flying J's is close as well. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights, really enjoyed my stay here. Handicap rooms are very accommodating.Clean facility, housekeeping does a great job. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Front Desk lady Christina took good care of my checkout needs including heating up my breakfast sandwich, setting up a taxi shuttle and helping me out to the car. Will be staying here next time I'm in Springfield.

We had a flight cancellation while we were at the airport and had to find a hotel in a few minutes and close. The hotel had a musty smell and was your average best western. The service was really good however that was the only thing that was good. Definitely would only stay here if it was for one night in a pinch.

This hotel was extremely clean! Every detail taken care of. Large bathtub that was as clean as new, bed was comfy with really nice pillows, sheets and blankets. If you need food the diner next door was great too. Highly Recommended!

The clerk at the desk told my wife she would mail a box for her and it never got here. She just took it for her self. She was the one that checked her in that night. It should be easy to check out who checked her in! This is the worst I've been treated at a Best Western!

This facility is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was parking. We were driving a truck with a 30 ft. trailer and had to park behind the hotel in an empty lot. We would stay here again.

All amenities closed, even breakfast/exercise and the chlorinated pool. Pillows were tiny. Blanket was thin. Carpet was dirty. Service never brought up pillows that were asked for. Location was a little sketchy. Only stayed here for the Southwest Rapid Rewards.

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. It was very small and 2 people could not be in there at a time. The room was large and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a to go breakfast that was very good.

The hotel was clean. The staff were pleasant. The amenities were closed due to COVID, but there was a paper in the room to hand to the front desk so you could choose how much the staff worked in your room. It doesn't have much of a view, but it was comfortable.

My room smells so bad with a particular moldy smell. Furthermore the floor is so gross the bottoms of my socks turned black from walking in my room. Felt sick from the smell. They moved me to a different room at request but very unsatisfied with the experience.

The only reason I'm giving this hotel any stars is the staff was great and the hotel was clean. It's the management I have issue with. I researched this hotel and paid extra to stay there because it had a pool and free breakfast. I was traveling with my grandchildren and that was to be part of the experience. But when I got there I was told the pool was closed and no free breakfast, I assume due to covid. But I'm still paying for these amenities?? They did suggest I could go down the street and look for another hotel that might have an open pool? I just traveled 3 hours by car with toddlers, I'm not getting back in the car and running around town checking hotels. They did offer a grab and go breakfast. The most ridiculous excuse for a full breakfast I've ever seen. A small commercially packaged muffin and a banana. A comparable grab and go would have been something with protein, maybe a gourmet muffin and how about some juice? I searched their website when I booked and I saw no mention of the pool being closed due to covid or no breakfast. I don't intend to return to Best Western Plus, they should change the name to Best Western Minus.

On behalf of our entire team here at Best Western I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. If you booked online you would see that the breakfast is a continental breakfast due to covid. I personally called them to make sure that was located in the paper work that would have been emailed to you after booking. Also we do have more to offer for breakfast then just a grab and go. Our goal is to make sure our guest are happy especially during this craziness happening all around us. The precautions we are taking here at the hotel is for our guest safety as well as our staff. We hope that you will give us another chance when everything settles down.

Rooms were very clean. Smelled fresh. Decor was a bit outdated. Only 2 small pillows for a king bed? Could not use freezer because it was totally frosted over and in need of defrosting. Breakfast was a BIG disappointment with only bagels or cereal. They advertise a hi ot breakfast but your only getting a Partial Continental at best.

It was just an overnight stay as I was traveling. Cost to have my cat stay was a bit steep but I wasn't going to drive all over looking for something cheaper. Women at front desk was super nice and friendly!!

This was a good & safe location. The breakfast was just wrapped apples & bagels with cream cheese bc of covid-also cereal with milk & coffee bar.Ice machine &vending machines work. Fitness center & indoor pool closed(covid). There is a guest laundry. basic king Room has coffee maker, frig (no freezer), microwave, iron&board. Plenty of Food & full breakfast 2 blocks down. Front desk ladies very helpful & great bathroom! Very clean!!!!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival the room wasn't ready although I did the pre check in. There's no safe. The size of the room & bed are good however the bathroom was odd. The bathroom door is 1 inch away from the toilet when opening/closing. The room carried an odd smell once the ac is higher than 68 degrees. The pool isn't accessible due to covid. Vending machines for ice & beverages are working. Last, I had to call the hotel after my stay due to pet fees. I had no pets!

Good evening..I am sorry the hotel did not meet your expectations. The pre check in is our express check in not an early check in. The hotel still has an early check in fee. Please no matter which hotel you may be staying at if you have any concerns always let the front desk know.. We have a 24 hour desk at this location and always want our guest to be happy. We certainly would have done what we could to accommodate. Please feel free to contact the hotel, I would love to speak with you as we were unaware of any of these concerns.

Everything was great! It was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. It is close to airport for early morning flight. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay.

Nice, clean comfortable room. Amenities were great. The grab and go breakfast was nice though it could have included a bottle of water like most places offer. Noise level was non existent. Staff was beyond friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.

When I made my reservation, I listed my Best Western credit card to hold the room. When I arrived that credit card had already been charged. However, I intended to pay for it with my Best Western etravel cards. The clerk voided the credit card transaction and gave me a receipt showing that. She didn't know how to use the etravel cards though. She copied the cards and said someone would do the transaction the following morning after 7 am and, since I would have to leave the following day before 7 am, I could call the number on the back of my etravel card to check the balance later that day. I have checked it several times since my stay and nothing has been taken off the etravel cards. I stopped at the hotel yesterday and was told it takes awhile for that transaction to occur. I think the staff needs training on how to process the payment on those etravel cards. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the hotel or staff.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Due to Covid, mask required by all in hotel. . .no pool, no fitness room and no breakfast area. that was disappointing but out of control of hotel staff. Hotel has easy access to I-44 and plenty of restaurants within a short distance.

We were late arriving after traveling long hours and were very tired. We were met with complete understanding by helpful staff that went above and beyond to make check- in extremely fast and we were in our clean, comfortable room in record time! This was my third time staying here because I absolutely love it! The staff is phenomenal… Helpful and kind and always wear a smile. The rooms are extremely clean and very comfortable. On this trip, I was upgraded to a suite without even asking. The outside is always clean and inviting. Due to the COVID-19 situation there was no continental breakfast, however, they did provide a bag breakfast and they did have bagels and cereal set out that were individually wrapped. I will continue to stay here every time I go to Springfield!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, welcoming atmosphere. Clean sheets, no bug problems. Nobody tried to steal our stuff. Only thing is the parking lot is a little snug. Great stay overall, if we are back in the area we will stay here again

Granted, picking up breakfast in a sack isn't as good as a regular hot breakfast, under the circumstances during COVID-19, they provided a decent breakfast. Was sorry to hear the pool was closed until July, but that's the way it goes in these uncertain times.

Friendly staff and laundry room is open 24/7. Close to food and store. I definitely would stay at their establishment again if I'm ever in the area.The pool is closedown due to the pandemic, but the water looks clean from the window!

We spent the night during COVID-19. Check-in was easy and room was clean. The only 2 negatives were floor lamp didn't work and breakfast consisted of a lunch sack with a piece of fruit and a granola bar.

I will always use this hotel! They are awesome! You can't find a better place! Clean, friendly, great location to airport. Plenty of things close by to do. Reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. Best hotel of all I used in my trip.

I have stayed 3 times at this property. The first stay was great. Both front desk girls was very helpful and friendly. Had a great breakfast! Go back second time they found something wrong?. Charged extra $25... ok still convenient location for our reason of staying here. So we go back for a 3rd time. They found something else to charge us with. What irritates me is they get your debit card and put whatever charges they want to add without your approval!

Good morning! I want to apologize for any misunderstanding that you may have. When checking in to the hotel guest sign a paper stating they are aware we are NOT a smoking facility. The motel is a easy 15 min drive to the airport which we were flying out of. It also had easy access getting on an off of I 44, The rate was very reasonable. the check in and out was very easy, an I would recommend this motel.

It's like this hotel is on another planet., NO sanitizer available during a global pandemic!! Upon request, they bring it out... but then immediately put it away. My husband went to front desk for info, and it no one was there. I had to call down to front desk to ask them to go and help him. There were bugs in our bathroom, I sent pictures but heard nothing back. Other BWs had coffee available in the morning. Front desk claimed she knew nothing about this.

Our family enjoyed the fine hospitality at this Best Western Plus motel. The chocolate chip cookies available when we checked in were delicious. And Shirley does a great job providing the breakfast with delicious food and a variety of options. The rooms were comfortable and really we have no complaints. The price may be a tad higher than we prefer, but all in all, not bad.

Traveling across the country. We were exhausted so we decided this was a nice spot to take a break. Price was great, pet friendly hotel (big plus) and the location was right on our way. First impression was the receptionist/front desk night shift. Super friendly, greeted as soon as I walked in and helped me get to my room quickly and efficiently. Would stay again if ever in that area.

The Best Western Plus, Springfield Airport Inn is where I always stay (unless it is booked full) when I am in the Springfield area. It is out of the downtown hubbub, clean, and staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet, and the breakfast buffet is what one would expect.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I always enjoy my stay at this hotel on my drill weekends for the National Guard. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close enough to the airport. Overall, a great place to stay.

Miscommunication and disappointment: My fiancé and I traveled cross country from Los Angeles, California to Illinois to make a drastic decision to move. We've been on the road for 24 hours and decided to call this Best Western because my father said I could use his points, (he believed he had a free night). When I called initially with my questions we were driving and was in Oklahoma (2.5 hours away from this destination), I saw online that they had a last minute special of $67.99. But because we were traveling with our cat, I saw no options to add on our pet, and decided to call in. Big mistake. I called in first initially and kept asking the manager, Tonya, if there were any discounts available or free nights available through my father's account. Unfortunately, they couldn't look it up only using the phone number. So I decided to call back after I got his email. So I called back and communicated with Tonya, that I am 2.5 hours away, she told me the total. And I asked her, "Is that including the discounts/free nights under my dad?". She responded that, she already added it, and that it's there. So here's where the miscommunication happened, she told me a total of $108 including my cat, on my end since I asked her about discounts and the free night my dad had. I initially thought she told me the $108 and meant that I had a free night, and was communicating me my total prior to doing the coupon code for the free night. (Remember, I asked about any discounts or free nights my dad had-- and Tonya vaguely responded that, "Yes it's there, I added it"). So that just opened a hole of miscommunication that didn't end there. So I told her, "Great! I'll see you in 2.5 hours. We're currently in Oklahoma". When we arrived, Tonya, was off for the night and it was a nice middle aged woman that helped us. I communicated with her, we've been driving for a long time, and asked if it would've been better to just book online for this price, and I saw that they did a AAA discount as well. (Which I have). She said that if it was on the BestWestern.com site directly, (it was), that yes it would've been better. And I asked her is it ok if I just at least get my AAA discount, to which I was interrupted and told, "Tonya already charged your card". And wasn't offered any resolution to this. I didn't book directly on BestWestern.com because I didn't initially see the option to add on a pet, and I had some questions regarding my dad's account to which is why I called. I thought Tonya would help me get the best price possible, but she originally charged me a full price of $89.99... when regular rates online for that day said $71.99, and was told by the front desk lady, that Tonya, did "some sort of discount to get you $10 off". Shady much? It wasn't even communicated to me what type of discount when I initially called from Oklahoma, and Tonya KNEW I was asking about free nights and discounts, she just vaguely said she had it there which opened it up to interpretation on my end. Since the real reason she knew I called in the first place was about a free night! She didn't even communicate with me that my dad only had 9000 points, and 12000 points is what is needed for a free night. The front desk lady had to tell me that, and when I asked if she could honor my AAA discount at least, she cut at the end of my sentence and said, "Tonya wasn't supposed to use your dad's discount for you, she just went ahead and out of her way to honor that". To try to make me feel bad, so I would shut up about it. Sorry I "inconvenienced" you, and turns out you weren't supposed to do it anyways... Corporate even said Tonya wasn't supposed to do that by any means. I appreciate going out of the way... but this is why it opened it up to her to overcharge me and not communicate with me what my discounts were and didn't communicate with me if I had a free night. It's because she was doing something she wasn't supposed to do anyways. I spoke to corporate, and they understood it was very frustrating to know that the reason I called was to ask if any free nights/discounts available and to be taken advantaged of like this is very disappointing. I've been a regional manager before, and whenever I had customer's asking if any discounts available or specials, I would be sure to tell them what is available for that day, and what they can do to get it. As well as, how many points they have, if they had an account with us. This was so disappointing, especially for Best Western. I'm not sure what their goal for the month was, but this is definitely not how to do it. Tonya, if you read this, I hope you know that the stay was very pleasant but this was a terrible way to do it. (Our bathtub was flooding, and we even let that go because of how tired we were). Never staying in a small town again, they try to take advantage of you traveling, and being tired. This was my first time at Best Western ever, and this left a terrible taste in my mouth. Even after all this, Tonya still refuses to help us get some credit back. It probably would've been close to $20 in savings... that sounds minimal, but imagine traveling cross country and how that $20 could've been used for something we needed. File case # 200202-4028

This motel provided a comfortable king bed in an attractive room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast area maintained by Shirley was excellent. There were lots of choices of what you could put on your oatmeal and salsa and cheese for the scrambled eggs. Coffee was good.

We stayed overnight because we had an early morning flight. The staff was helpful and friendly. Because we were leaving at 5 am, the desk clerk set out grab and go bags with muffins and bananas in each so early risers could still enjoy breakfast. The ONLY issue I would mention is that the hotel relies on yellow cabs as their shuttle service from the airport. Otherwise, the facility was PERFECTION.

I stayed at the place both going and coming on a trip across the country. You get great and friendly service at check-in, a quiet room with all of the necessities - and at a price that's less than typical chain prices along the main routes. Though not right off the interstate, it's easy to get to, and near a lot of stores and restaurants. The breakfast is fine, with a friendly (but unobtrusive) attendant. A great choice if traveling through this part of the country,

The lady that prepares the breakfast saw I was struggling to gather my food to take to my room, so she helped. Best hotel breakfast buffet I've had in a while. Everything was fine. The only complaint is that the USB charging unit next to the lamp was broken and unuseable. Please get this fixed as it is of major importance for things like charging a phone or some similar device.

Had a great stay for four nights. Breakfast was great, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, pool is small but still a great swim! Lobby was very inviting. Hotel close to highway, and two stops from zoo and eating places.

Drove as far as safely able. Able to get late reservation for me and cat. Non-smoking room definitely had no residue of smoking odors. Very clean, comfortable room with amenities such as MW, fridge and coffee pot for moderate budget distance travel. Friendly, helpful staff. I felt my packed vehicle was in a safe parking lot. Very nice balance of comfort and useful amenities. Probably best stay that accurately met my needs and my desires.

Reserved the 2 queen beds room. Rooms had wide space between the beds and all the furniture. Ample room for the rollaway bed too that we left it open the whole trip. All the staff we encountered were very nice as well. 1st floor rooms were quiet. Breakfast bar reasonable with warm foods. Pool was heated. Very clean and inviting hotel. Bathroom was my least favorite feature. The door nearly hits the toilet when you open it & you can really only stand in front of the sink because the toilet is so close to the rest of the bathroom vanity. Air condition fan & bathroom exhaust fan worked great & helped create "white noise" for sleeping. My for family of 5 still had a wonderful experience during Christmas there.

2 queen bed room. Very friendly staff. Bathroom was a little tight. Room was very clean. Huge flat screen tv! Breakfast was a nice hot variety (there are also cold items, cereal, and some dry breakfast foods) and kitchen staff was friendly and very attentive to dining guests and breakfast bar.

The service at this hotel was incredible!! Rebecca has amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!! The room was very clean. Very impressed that there was a new stacked washer/dryer available. Pet friendly hotel with treats available in the lobby when needed and a large area to where pets can relieve themselves. We really liked the location and felt our vehicle was safe in the parking lot. Staff like Rebecca made this hotel extra special!!

This place was the best. Ideal location for the shows. Very well cared for, friendly staff. It has the best beds and pillows. The breakfast is the usual fare but very nice. Clean eating area. The pm snack of cobbler and ice cream is a wonderful treat after being out all day. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is about 2 miles from Springfield Airport and offers airport parking and shuttle if required. I did not use this option but was impressed that it was offered. With an early checkout, they offer sack breakfasts which included a banana, blueberry muffin, water and coffee. It was perfect for a 6am flight! The hotel was clean, comfortable and a very reasonable price.

the front desk even prepared a bag breakfast to grab and go since we had a very early flight. The sleeping comfort and room was very nice and updated. The staff was very friendly and easy check in and room access

Last min reservation didn't disappoint. The breakfast and coffee were amazing. High speed internet was excellent and the check in and check out was amazing. We stay at all best westerns if we can and this one doesn't disappoint.

Staff was excellent at check in and out. Facility is a bit dated but overall generally clean. I felt the tip envelopes in the breakfast area was a bit off putting considering we served ourselves and didn't require any assistance or anything special.

This airport is located close to the airport so once in the hotel provided shuttle(taxi) you get there fast. It is located near a family type restaurant that is not big on atmosphere but big on portions, flavor, and convenience (you can walk there).

We have stayed at this hotel before and have stayed at other Best Westerns. This is by far the best Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was excellent, from the welcome, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the free breakfast, the condition of the room and everything else. I will stay here again and highly recommend this place.

I stayed here because I needed a place to stay near the airport. I picked this hotel because it's one of the only hotels in Springfield that offers a free hotel shuttle. I was very happy that they provided a free shuttle and free breakfast, it's a great value. The only caveat about location is that you aren't really able to walk to much from there, you'll either need to Uber or drive to get to any restaurants nearby. The room itself was a little small and basic but no complaints. The one thing I did note is that the shower water got hot and the pressure was good, that's sometimes hit or miss at other hotels. They also have an indoor pool but no jacuzzi just in case you wanted a hotel with a pool. I was satisfied that I stayed here. If you need a hotel with a shuttle to the airport, pick this one.

The hotel is clean and overall very good. Smells strongly of cleaners when you walk into the entry which is obnoxious. Nice people running the desk. Clean rooms, decent internet and the beds were decent. Three stars because their pillows were terrible for me. As most hotels do nowadays, they put a bunch of pillows on the bed. What good is that if they are all the same? Fat, don't compress - so I sleep poorly and wake up with an aching neck. I'm there to sleep so if you can't manage to provide at least another slimmer pillow option, I won't be staying at Best Western's very often.

Excellent stay. All the staff was very friendly from check in to check out, addressing us by name. Great oversized room. Very comfortable. Breakfast area offered a nice selection. Best sausage patties. The hostess kept the area stocked and tidy. Thumbs up!!

Very good staff, nice clean rooms, good bed. Let us check in early. There is a free airport shuttle with your stay. There is a restaurant called Ali's next door. Good food and lots of it at very good prices.

Love the toilet situation, you can brush your teeth while pooping and still be able to use the sink. Minus one star for the poor taste in carpet. Staff is very nice, I hear great things about the breakfast.

Overall satisfied Booked online and when checked in was charged higher rate and online rate was prepaid. Front desk said they credited higher rate and acknowledged lower rate. Will check my card statement to make sure I wasn't "double charged" for a one night lodging

They were so fast and friendly. I've personally worked hotels before and know how frustrating and hard this job can be. Front desk informed us of breakfast and shuttle service. We wouldn't be able to do breakfast due to early morning flight so they said they would have to go breakfast for us. ❤️ Fresh water with lemon was an amazing touch! Thank you for having such a nice and comfortable room. Pool was wonderful for middle of November.

We stayed for one night, before catching an early morning flight. The ladies at the front desk were nice and eager to offer any service or help we might need. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. And thank you for great water pressure in the shower. Fast food (McDonalds, Taco Bell, Arby's) is 2 mins down the road. We decided to drive 10 mins to Ruby Tuesday off I44. Quick 4 mile drive to the airport.

Room was very nice (better than we expected based on another BW hotel we stayed at the night before) and staff was very friendly - they gave us a complimentary snack bag even though we were using points for the room.

Easy access off the highway. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but otherwise the hallways and rooms are spacious. The eating area is also quite nice. We were quickly checked in and out.

I stay at this Best Western, whenever it is available, while I am in Springfield. It is far enough away from the downtown congestion. The service had always been good. The complex is clean and well cared for. Parking is good.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, great service! We stayed for 1 night and had a good experience overall. Decent dining options nearby were measly, but the hotel itself was perfect for us. Also free parking for oversize vehicles was useful.

I had the pleasure of staying here twice because of the way my flights were. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. When I came back from my trip it was after midnight and I had not eaten very much because of the flights. The woman at the counter was very nice and very thoughtful as she gave me some yogurt to eat and popcorn as well. Thank you for having a very thoughtful person on staff.

Didn't receive the AAA discount I was told would be taken care of at check in. Tornado warnings went off in the night and the front desk girl had no idea where we needed to go or that she needed to have the weather on.

We stay at Springfield Airport Inn every year for family events. We like the rooms and the excellent staff. The only problem we've experienced is noisy neighbors. This has occurred during the past 2 visits. We are reluctant to alert staff so it is partly our fault.

This hotel was probably a good location for the airport but for what we did it was a little out of the way. That was my fault for not researching the location better. The hotel was clean, quiet, had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. It was good and they kept if stocked.

We stayed twice, arriving and leaving Branson. I didn't book the return until after we had stayed once. It is very comfortable and we looked forward to the hot breakfast before leaving for the airport.

Clean, updated, indoor pool, workout room, easy access, good breakfast selection, and friendly helpful staff! Towels in pool and workout rooms are so helpful with children. The smell of fresh coffee as you walk in the front door was amazing at 3 am. No complaints with our stay.

I recommend and would stay here again. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Super easy access for airport. No issues to report - but glad I did not stay near the ice machine! View wasn't the best, but all the big stuff was taken care of and there was coffee, lemon water, and wrapped apples avail 24/7. Front desk also printed my boarding passes. Hard to say anything negative or constructive....they cover the bases for me.

I was in the area for family relayed business in a small town west of Springfield and this hotel was very convenient. The staff were the friendliest I have ever seen in years of traveling and staying at hotels around the world. They greeted us warmly, remembered our names and always asked if we needed any assistance with information and directions. The hotel was basic, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not the highlight of my stay but there was a hot breakfast with several options.

musty smell in room, bathroom not vented and way too small, carpet needs a deep cleaning, air conditioning not great. THE STAFF HOWEVER WAS WONDERFUL!!! The Pool was fine-water could be warmer. Breakfast was great-no Bacon though :(

Location was very good for what I came to Springfield for Staff friends night shift staff was amazing went out of there way to let us know about pool hours breakfast hours where we could get something to eat st night where the Mac Donald's was-for grandkids my only concern was the mattress felt a little damp it wasn't I think it was the mattress cover will definitely stay there again when I come that way

This is a quiet place tucked away from the highway, yet close enough to the airport. The staff is very personable and professional. We enjoyed exploring downtown Springfield. We ate dinner at a wonderful bar and enjoyed a fun coffee house afterwards. We'll be back !

We are on an extended road trip and this hotel had everything we needed - a microwave, a mini-fridge with freezer, and a generous breakfast to get us on our way the next day. The only drawback was that there was a strange odor in the room that seemed to come from the air conditioner unit. Probably needed to change the filter.

A noisy air conditioning system prevented getting a sound sleep. It would have been nice if they offered non-dairy milk at breakfast so I didn't have to bring my own. Otherwise an okay experience. Nothing outstanding.

Unexpected surprise! My wife and I enroute to RI stayed at this hotel and were warmly greeted by Jacinda who was knowledgeable and professional. We were tired by the long journey and Jacinda understood and quickly processed us into our room. Shortly thereafter, she helped me print out our airline tickets for which we are most grateful! On our return from RI, it was very late, and although we had no reservations, we needed to stay the evening. What a wonderful surprise to see Jacinda's smiling face as she found a room for us... she even remembered us from the week before when we stayed! Although I am sure the Inn is top quality, it is employees like Jacinda who are the REAL pleasure in staying there. We WILL be staying there again!

The service at this Best Western Plus was personal and friendly. I called for an airport shuttle on arrival at Springfield. The service was a cab company; fare and a gratuity were complimentary of the hotel. My shuttles from and to the airport were efficient, and a short ride. Tonya and Christina at the front desk are among those who made me feel welcome, making sure I was comfortable. My room was clean. The bath amenities were sufficient and of an upscale brand. Seriously, the manager of this hotel does a great job keeping things running. It's nice! The hotel's breakfast room was small, but the offerings were what you find at larger hotels, including waffles, biscuits and gravy, and great coffee. Shirley kept this area clean and well-stocked, and the room was always ready and welcoming on time

Very nice remodel of an older property by BW and they did a great job. We had to leave before breakfast but they had a to go bag with banana and muffin...nice touch...this should be done at all hotels for their guest that must leave very early. Nice pool but a bit small.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Springfield for one night as we were making our way to Kentucky. Very nice room, friendly staff and great location. We found the Bass Pro Shop a quick drive away. All types of restaurants in the area. Free breakfast with the normal items but was actually good!!

My wife and I stayed here recently when she had a 5 am flight. Our arrival was met with a smile and we were immediately upgraded at no extra cost or request. The room was not very nice, spacious and comfortable. The morning staff was equally nice and even brewed fresh coffee at 3 am. The hotel itself is a very short, easy drive to the Springfield Airport. We will definitely stay here again when we're in Springfield again.

First off I choose BW because it was supposed to be 100% smoke free campus, because I have chronic asthma. Well when we get there the assistant manager checks us in to the king suite and immediately asks if we smoke and I tell her no. This was my anniversary and it was ruined by the front desk calling three hours later to ask if we've been smoking after a delivery person just left and then not taking my word and sending some teenager up to my room to and I quote “the sent me up here to smell your room, to make sure it don't smell like smoke)This girl then said it does NOT smell like smoke. I thanked her and she left. Obviously it wasnt the teenagers fault, it was the assistant manager. And then in the morning when we left there was two employees smoking right by the front doors so that every guest had to walk through the smoke. I reserved the king suite and the toilet felt like it was gonna come unscrewed. I found a pill laying in the floor from a previous guest. And the ottoman in the room looked as if it had been used as a chew toy for a large dog. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this hotel was! I needed a room close to the airport with a free shuttle. My room was 110, very big room! Quiet room, very clean! The breakfast exceeded my expectations, there were scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and a waffle bar, yogurt and toppings, all kinds of cereals, everything you can think of! The airport shuttle was a cab arranged for me for my time. It was great! I'll definitely stay here again!

Great value and clean rooms AC needs work took all night to cool off the room. location is not the best but ended up being ok for what we were doing. I would stay again if I had to, overall not a bad hotel.

Well kept hotel with friendly and informative staff. Fairly remote location so either have dinner before arriving or be prepared to drive to a restaurant - but that also guarantees a quiet night's sleep.

Listed as non smoking and clerk reminded me of that upon checking in- I don't smoke - but oh boy does the room smell hit you instantly as you open the door - room 132 - a musty /smoked in lots of time smell- if I had been with my wife and 3 Littles - I would have not stayed - room was clean other than the smell

Shirley provides guests with a great breakfast. The breakfast room is clean and all of the food is fresh. Lots of food options - bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal and a yogurt bar. Yum! Our room was also clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

Great overnight stay with dogs. We traveled from Texas to Wisconsin with two dogs. Attendant at front desk very friendly and accommodating. We had a first floor room close to the back entrance next to the courtyard for the dogs to play!

Everyone was very friendly. The clerk gave us very good advice about a place to eat. The place was clean, but my husband kept hearing noise from some machine outside. We both found the bed very hard and uncomfortable.

This hotel is advertised as non-smoking and upon our arrival the lady at checkin noticed the gentleman checking in before us had a pack of cigarettes in his pocket. She mentioned it was a non-smoking hotel and would need to charge him an additional $150 deposing case he smoked in his room. She then told him she would waive that fee. We were a late check in and when we got to the room it smelled of cigarettes. Since we had been traveling all day with our young granddaughter we opted to just go to sleep. The next morning at check out I mentioned the room smelled of cigarettes and understood this to be a smoke free hotel. I was told it is however they couldn't do anything if someone smoked in the rooms. No apology from them. It should not advisable smoke free if they really don't control it any better they do.

Good hotel. Close to freeway and restaurants. The room was very large. staff was friendly and courteous. Not a lot more to say. I thought the value was good. Breakfast was ready when listed and was good.

The room and the rest of the property was clean, including the indoor pool. Hot breakfast was good. The staff were all polite and friendly. There is a business center with two computers and printer. There is one elevator, so sometimes you might need to wait a bit. All in all, this was all one would hope for in an ideal Best Western.

My 20 yr old son needed a room for the night. We had pre-booked at Baymount in Springfield. When my son arrived they would not accommodate an under the age of 21 stay. It's bothersome a person can actively serve their country, be drafted but cannot get a hotel room. Called the Best Western and they saved the day. Staff was great over the phone, when my son arrived. Room was clean, saved the day....

We were in town for a Karate tournament and could not find anything nearby so picked this. Although it as a little drive from our destination, it was a wonderful and cozy experience. The front staff were courteous and the room was clean. I noticed that they have started placing envelopes in the rooms and even in the dining area for tips for the staff.

I had a best western credit from a previous trip in Kansas. No one could figure out how to utilize this credit for me. That is until I spoke with Tonya. She took a lot of time making phone calls to the home office and took care of it for me. She didn't have to do this. She could have said oh well. She chose not to. It was only for $46.12. Way more effort than the amount. What an excellent employee and ambassador of your organization!! Thanks again Tonya.

Room smelled bad, it was dark in the room with lights on like walking into a cave. Employees are great and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking is good. Front desk employee on evening and morning are excellent.

Odors in the room (animals?) and ac did not seem to adequately take care of the humidity..bedding and floors (while clean) were tacky to the touch. The staff were nice and the location near the airport was excellent!

I just stayed for one night due to its proximity to the airport. It is close to most things you would want to do in Springfield. Not the greatest area, but the hotel grounds were nice and clean. The indoor pool was nice for the kids. Breakfast was good and included hot food (Eggs and sausage) along with make your own waffles and the regular breakfast items.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels we've stayed at this week. It had a well lit parking lot. The staff was very pleasant to my family and I. We definitely will stay here again! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Had a 6 am flight so wanted to stay somewhere close to the Springfield Airport. I had never stayed at this hotel. The one I usually stay at was almost double the price so I thought I would give it a try. Pleasently surprised. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Restaurant next door with several within minutes. The hotel provided a Yellow Cab to the airport which is the other reason I chose it. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was great. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good... I had scrambled eggs and waffles each morning. We were there to visit the Wilson Creek Battlefield National Park... I was very impressed with the park and the rangers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Springfield.

My wife and I stayed here for our mini family vacation and absolutely loved everything about the hotel for the price that we paid. We had one room with a king-size for $107. The front desk associate was extremely polite and even ask my permission before offering our toddler a banana. Great service overall and great Hotel

Staff very helpful and efficient.The room was clean and quiet allowing us a good night sleep.The staff suggested local places for dinner. We had a very early morning flight and they arranged our transportation to the airport provided us with car stay over and a carry out breakfast snack.

We stayed at this facility on July 2 and July 8. Both experiences were great. The breakfast was a bit above average although the food could have been warmer. We'd recommend this place and will likely use it again in the future.

Front desk was very helpful in giving directions and running boarding passes for my airline flight the next morning. Plenty of parking spots which are well lit and close to hotel entry. If your looking for a reasonably priced room for a early morning flight this is the hotel for you.

Clean and convenient location provides transportation to airport. Park and fly means I can leave my car at the motel and use their shuttle to the airport. Room was very modern and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This BW was well kept-up and was a nice place to stay. The room was overall good. Nothing stood out as WOW, but it was just overall very nicely done and kept. The check-in process was short, sweet and very friendly. All the staff at the hotel we had interactions with were very kind and helpful.

I stayed here twice, both times after arriving to Springfield on a late flight. Each time, the desk employee efficiently sent a taxi to pick me up (they paid the fare). Although I checked in very late, the desk employees were courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again.

We were traveling from Ohio to Texas. Randomly picked this hotel at random and am I glad we did. Stepping into the lobby we were greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. We felt more like family coming to visit than guests. Staff very accommodating. Looking for someplace good to eat and right off the bat she recommended a family restaurant within walking distance. It looked in need of repair when we got there but were hungry and went on in. And "oh boy" am I glad we did. Best food we,be had in a long time eating out with lots to take back to the hotel with us. Bathroom light not working and was fixed immediately with much apologies. Rooms clean and no odors. Great mattress and nice hot showers with good water pressure. Will definitely stay here again!

We found everything satisfactory. the hotel was away from the major highway so it was quiet all night. We were able to get a room without a prior reservation as we had not been expecting to travel on that date.

For the price, the location is great, clean and comfy. Breakfast was hot and good selection. We were in the area for a wedding and it's location was about 4min.s away from the venue. The staff went outta their way to ensure I was able to check in very early, I was greeted with a gift bag and warm smile! Checkout was quick and easy, along with a great warm smile as well! I'd stay here again if in the area.

I was very pleased with my recent (first) stay at this hotel. The front desk was friendly, they provided amenities not available at a nearby, more expensive hotel. If I had to find a negative, it is that the airport shuttle is hourly instead of half-hourly. For this particular trip that was not an issue, but I foresee that it could potentially be.

We spent the night at this hotel after landing in Springfield. We were on our way to Branson. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful. It is unfortunate that there are not more places to eat (non fast food) nearby, but this is certainly NOT a knock on the hotel.

Stayed the night here as it was close to the airport, so used the shuttle service and parked the car. I will not do that again. Called the hotel at 10:00 when my flight landed. Didn't get a ride until 11:10. During that time the hotel was supposed to call me back twice (they never did) and the hotel employee didn't tell me I had to go to a specific area at the airport to pick up the cab. The cab driver said he can *ONLY* pick up people in the designated cab area, not in front of baggage claim, where we waited in the rain for over an hour. Will park at the airport next time.

Bathroom only had a sink no place to put your makeup or toiletries. also the bathroom floor texture felt like it was wet all the time but really wasn't. Didn't like the bathroom at all. The staff was really night especially when we.checked in. The bed was very comfortable and a nice chair to watch TV. liked everything but the bathroom

The room smelled completely musty when we entered, yet there was an envelope for a tip in our room. They ran out of different foods at breakfast without any sign of getting more, and there was not a soul tending to the tables, yet there was an envelope for a tip on each table at breakfast. I consider myself a good tipper, but this is the first time that I have experienced the envelopes everywhere and the tips were definitely not rendered. There was a ton of noise both inside and outside of the hotel. It seemed as if children were up all night jumping up and down in the room above us. We did not sleep much or well.

Second stay here as it is close to the airport and accepts pets for a nominal fee. Clean rooms, friendly staff (evening, morning and breakfast crew). Would definitely stay again! Only complaint was pillows -all lumpy. No flat ones!

If I am unfamiliar with an area I often tend to book rooms near the airport, even if I am not flying. We travel with a small dog and I like to get in a 2-3 mile walk in the morning before continuing. The BW+ “Airport Inn” is a study in contrasts. First, I never saw an airport although I assume there was one somewhere. The inn was located in a very industrialized area. Not a horrible location but also not one I felt comfortable walking 3 miles in. The building itself appeared freshly painted and well maintained. A shining jewel in an otherwise uninviting area. The breakfast was average but totally serviceable. The room presented the greatest contrast. It had been freshly redone with new appointments and was very clean and comfortable except for this ratty old chair sitting in the corner. (See pics below). We seriously considered rolling it out into the hallway to significantly improve the overall appreciation of the otherwise new room.

I would only like to say the AC needs to be worked on for colder air, the room gets humid very quick and that they need new pillows I could tell it was a very worn out pillow ad all were they just need new ones.

Had a great experience here. The lady working the front desk was absolutely amazing. I asked her about a 24 hr pharmacy close by. Not only did she call and verify it was open 24hrs she wrote down directions for me. Truly appreciated more than she knew!!

This hotel was in a really nice location on the West end of town. It was easy to get to, but not sitting right on the interstate where road noise would be an issue; and it was at the edge of town where it was not right within the city and the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was nice, however I did not eat there. Overall a good experience.

Will definitely stay here again. The lady at the front desk was so nice when I got there. It was very clean. Free shuttle to the airport was a big plus! I had to leave super early so I didn't get to enjoy their breakfast but they gave me a banana, coffee, and water for the go.

Lobby room pool area eating area all very clean. Staff very helpful and always a smile. Will stay here again . Our room had a hot tub also which felt so good . And the price was good also. Found some good places to eat close by also.

clean, good location - close to interstate, good service - even though they were very busy when we checked in. the breakfast was good and they had a good variety of food. This is the first time that i have seen envelopes in the room and at the tables at breakfast that were soliciting tips? Not a bad idea, just new to me.

I chose this hotel because it is halfway distance between my home and where I visit my elderly mother. I'm glad I did. Very nice, clean economical hotel. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. I decided to stay again on my return trip. Convenient location off I-44. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is super nice to you when you check in but could care less about you once they have your money. This old man, easily in his 70's, was waiting in line to get him a waffle. When his turn came, he grabbed a little cup and tried to get some batter to make things happen. Unfortunately for him, the batter container was empty. I got up to help him thinking we might be able to squeeze one last cup out of the machine so he could enjoy some breakfast with his coffee. No luck. I decided I would go tell the front desk so they might help this guy out. They told me "breakfast ended at 9:30." I told them the dude was waiting in line well before this time and that he just needed a waffle. He was entitled to it. He didn't come in after the fact. Once again, I was told "well, breakfast ended at 9:30". I looked at the clock at it was 9:32. I said "well, I guess screw this guy right??" and they all laughed as I walked away. What kind of crap customer service is this? This is a perfect example of we have your money, go screw yourself. Whenever we come to Springfield we stay in a hotel. Enough that we get free rooms from points. We will never be staying here again. This place is trash. The lady's name was Shirley. She said mention her name on TripAdvisor so here it is.

Katie and her staff were exemplary in the service they provided. When I first researched hotels by the Springfield airport to do a park and stay (leaving vehicle at hotel during trip instead of airport parking) I spoke with a couple of nearby hotels that were lacking in customer service and knowledge. Not Katie and her staff. They were waiting for us coming and going.They backed up what they said would happen. Taxi service was there and at airport (late at night) waiting for us. Airlines left our luggage behind and they provided essentials we needed for the night... They were friendly and kind all the way. The breakfast that Shirley provides is all you could ask for and she was kind and engaging as well. Would definitely recommend

We've actually stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and have found it to be a perfect accommodation for us when visiting or passing through Springfield. It's a typical 2-story wood construction value inn but newer, with a good hot breakfast included, with a pool and workout room. But we've consistently found really friendly and helpful people here, especially at the front desk and breakfast. Beds are very good, rooms have always been clean, and there's no noticeable signs of wear and tear in the bathrooms you sometimes see at other value hotels. Highly recommended!

They had a very friendly staff and it was also neat and clean. Nice atmosphere and decor. We were on our way back from St Louis after my husband's son had a double lung transplant but stopping in at this Best Western we were able to rest and not worry about anything. Thank you, Toni Russell

we enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to stay there again. The price was good the people was kind and very helpful . We were safe and we had a very good breakfast. The Tub was large and I enjoy it. And the air conditioner stay on until you turn it off and is super great for me!

Stayed with 2 cats. Room had oder of previous animals. We were there for only a single night. Would have requested a different room if it were a multi night stay. Other than the one issue everything else was fine. Would stay there again but check the room before moving in.

used park and ride service, well satisfied with service, staff provided friendly service and help with ride program. Ride service utilizes yellow cab company, we left ay 4;45 am. Returned 6 days later, service was friendly and capable.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms, breakfast area, and pool were so clean and enjoyable. The price was even better! The hotel was out of the main part of Springfield but the price and facilities made it worth the drive.

Close to airport, nice and quiet stay. We arrived late and were flying out early, so did not have time for breakfast. But the staff have us grab and go bags so we would not go hungry. Our room was at the end of the hall, so very quiet.

Totally all excellent.. Very friendly front desk staff. Clean room . Great location. Front desk signed us up for Rewards travel voucher program. Check in took few minutes with no reservation. Free newspaper waiting, USA today weekend.

My husband got tired and we checked on line for hotels close to highway we were using. I contacted Best Western Coach location but ended up at this Best Western. Angie, front desk, was very nice and we stayed. Room was last one on first floor. It was clean and very well organized. I did notice a distinct smell of clorine but thought it was from opening door. Once we showered and went to bed, I kept smelling the chlorine but didn't report it. Other then this, very nice place to stay and I will definitely go back if traveling in that area. Breakfast was a good variety for all.

This great place was only 2 miles from airport. They shuttled me to airport at 6:45 next morning after good breakfast a d freshly made cinnamon roll. They had a great yard outback for service dog to run. It's tucked in long wise and I missed the sign first time going by. Exceptional amenities a d decor. Will stay there anytime I am in area.

I would recommend this Inn. It is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. They have breakfast and if you are leaving early they give you a brown bag breakfast. The rooms are neat and clean and front desk staff are nice and friendly and helpful.

We stay here twice a year on our trips between our winter and summer home. Nice little hotel that is clean and quiet. Breakfast is nothing to write home about, just the usual hotel fare, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc.

The Bestwestern is only 2 diamond hotel but is much nicer then that. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. The only issues was there is not a lot of choices to eat around the hotel. We ate at a family restaurant near by that was good. The service there was alittle slow. I would stay here again.

I was traveling alone and I felt very comfortable and safe here. This was a great location and a good value. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower drained very well...this is my pet peeve.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay during a layover between flights and was impressed as well as not by the hotel. When I landed I called the hotel to have the “shuttle” come get me, and the staff was very friendly and got one out to me quickly. However the term shuttle should be used lightly as it was in really a local taxi cab. This is overall not a big issue however as the hotel paid with a voucher for this ride so that was nice. The front desk clerks We're extremely friendly and helpful and got me checked in quickly. The room was very nice and clean in the hotel itself is quiet. They do offer a pool as well as a very small fitness center which was needed after a long day of flying. There is not much in terms of outside amenities of the hotel such as food if you don't have a car however there is a small family restaurant within walking distance so you can get something to eat. Overall the hotel itself for the price is not too bad However you should go in with moderate expectations and not have them too high. I would stay here again due to the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel itself.

Convenient to the airport and town. No airport noise. Pet friendly and clean. Breakfast provided is hot, basic, and good. Miss Shirley who takes care of the breakfast room is awesome! We did have a barking dog problem one night, but it was quickly resolved. Don't forget to go next door for lunch and dinner at Alli's Restaurant. Diner style food, lots of it, and "down home" friendliness. There is a Dollar General across the street for those incidentals you forgot at home. We stayed here while house hunting and recommend it to realtors for their out-of-town customers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a best western. The beds were so comfy felt like our own bed at home. You won't be disappointed and the price was way less than the other hotels that offer the same services.

Great night of sleep - the room was quiet and dark. After spending 2 months at a military hotel, this was a pleasant surprise. Everything from staff to room was outstanding! The staff recommended eating at a diner down the street - they gave a 15% discount. I got a large meal and drink for under $10 - very cool!

Very comfortable and clean stay. Staff was very helpful and polite, pool was nice, kept clean and warm, and breakfast was fillinf with a nice assorted layout. Checkout isn't until noon so that was nice, had plenty of time to get up, relax, shower and pack up without a rush. Overall it was a nice stay.

Not only was the front desk staff very helpful but the housekeeping staff does an amazing job in cleaning the rooms. Front desk staff also is knowledgeable of restaurants, stores and activities that are available in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The entire Facility is immaculate. From the lobby,to the pool area and bathroom,our hotel room and laundry room. Everything was crystal clean and organized. Breakfast was the usual fixings,but Shirley (The breakfast manager) kept everything clean, fresh and readily supplied. The location is very convenient and quiet. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit our family that live in Springfield!

Just coming from Branson-Hilton, my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was nice, shower was actually better in temp and pressure than my 4 nights at the Hilton! Had a minor confusion at check-in with setting up the taxi for early AM to airport, but this was resolved and everything went off without any issues. Did not use any of the amenities; didn't get to try the breakfast, as we left very early. Would use this location again.

I happened to get the best desk clerk for a late night emergency stop. She was great, everything from there was smooth. When you're tired and trying not to get grumpy, a personable and accomodating clerk makes everything worth while, and forget why you had to stop.

We stayed at this Best Western Plus and were not disappointed. Although it is an older hotel, it has been updated and everything was top notch. My trip was to take my friend who is the General Superintendent of The Assemblies of God of Belize to meet with the directors of Assemblies of God World Missions in Springfield, Mo. His spacious room and kingsized bed gave him a restful night's sleep after a busy day and he was relaxed and refreshed for today's meetings! When we visit him in Belize we use the Biltmore Plaza Hotel in Belize City.

Staff was awesome to work with, all of them were helpful! Katie, Tonya and Jerome I believe were the staff I dealt with. They assisted on getting my ride arranged from the airport, tips on late night dinner and overall just made me comfortable!

I haven't stayed at a Best Western for years. I grew up in the hotel business so I'm more critical than most but also very understanding of the work required to keep a hotel in good shape. It was very clean and staff very friendly. I thought the property was much newer than it actually was and it kept in great shape. I will return.

My brother and I had special needs, staff were kind and helpful. The room was lovely...lots of pillows, way more than we needed, but nice!...The room was a nice shelter from the storm and there were food choices in the area that made it easy. Thanks so much!

What a nice little hotel! Staff is personable and professional. Rooms are neat and clean. This is an economical option and I enjoy staying here when I visit my family in SW MO. I plan to stay here again soon!

The hotel was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure and when the heat went on and off it was extremely quiet. The woman at the front desk was very nice and provided recommendations on restaurants for dinner. The breakfast was typical of other hotels, cereal, eggs, sausage, etc. nothing special but it was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would not hesitate staying here again.

Stopped as the first night on a long journey. Great value for the price, and consistently good breakfast as expected. Staff 's customer service is becoming excellent at all Best Westerns we've been staying at lately.

We are normally Hampton customers, but thought we would try out this Best Western Plus. We were pleasantly surprised. Room was very comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. We plan to try these hotels again.

Rooms are updated. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Indoor pool is warm and has large pool towels. Breakfast was hot and everything was replenished. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles and all kinds of toppings!!! Excellent stay.

We needed a handicap room and it was perfect. The accessibility of the shower was spot on...got around the hotel with no problem. The staff was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The staff on duty was Tanya...she was just wonderful.
