Best Western Plus Brooklyn Bay Hotel

We apologize that we couldn't meet your satisfaction and are aware that this hotel was far from Manhattan. Please note that, this is something that every guest does on their own to research on before booking the hotel. We have correctly addressed the hotel location on all our channels and you could have checked this, or could have Called the hotel to inquire. The issue of leaving luggage at the hotel is that we do not allow luggage storage simply because we do not have this space. This could have also been addressed had you simply Called us or asked us. Our front desk politely asked to you Look After your own luggage that angered you. We do not take responsibility of your luggage if you aren't looking after it yourself. You willfully held us responsible for your own lack of simple research. We always believe in a fair and just review and we are disappointed that you choose to grade us based on your failure to communicate with us. Our hotel rules and regulations are clearly posted and for your knowledge. Lastly, and the most important point I wanted to make is that you Discriminated my staff member and bemoaned her in front of other guests. Next time sake, this is not allowed in USA, and we will not allow you to stay at our hotel again, as we don't tolerate such behavior.
