"Two-Night Stay"

aford578358, 17 Avril 2025

I appreciate their commitment to environmental efforts. However, these came at the expense of the comfort of the stay - we could not control the temperature of the room so were hot during the nights. Opened the windows but noisy street.

"Comfortable. Convenient. Great value for money."

Chris4Penny, 17 Août 2024

We enjoyed a very comfortable 3-night stay at the Originals Bristol Hotel. From the moment we arrived we (and our dog) were made to feel extremely welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional - nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange for us. We had booked the half-board (demi-pension) option, and this proved to be a very good decision - the food was delicious, with the breakfast having a wide range of self-seerve options, and the dinners a fixed price menu. The hotel is in a great location, just outside the city's ring-road system. This meant we had the best of both worlds, with all the places of interest in Le Puy being within easy walking distance, while car access and parking (we used the public car park opposite the hotel) was also very easy. We would be very happy to stay at this hotel if in the area again, and would totally recommend to others looking for comfort, convenience and great value for money.

"Beware of stated check-in time"

Passenger64888635198, 16 Mai 2024

I booked this room visa their website. The website and the confirmation email stated a checkin time of 14:00. Upon arriving I was informed that normally check-in is at 17:00. I wouldn't have booked if I'd known this. I canceled and found a less convenient place. Not helpful

"NIce hotel but credit card charge unexpected after regular payment."

gbr25, 31 Août 2023

We staied one night on august; hotel in good position not far from town center and useful public parking in front of the hotel. Unfortunatly after having payed at checkin, when back at home we found an unexpected charge on our credit card. Contacted by phone and mail but still waiting for explanations and refund after one week.
