"Great location, nice rooms"

Located right in the centre of Le Mans. Within easy walking distance of the Plantagenet city area (cobbles and hilly) and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious, quiet and with a view over the hotel courtyard. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was typically French, not a criticism! If arriving by car there is large secure parking, however finding the hotel was a little tricky, lots of building and roadworks in the immediate area (July 2026).

"Bumbling around in the dark"

In many ways, it's a pleasant hotel, but the lights in the room didn't work, they were on all the time, the only way to switch them off was to pull the card out of the reader by the door. The problem was more that once I told them, they didn't care, didn't fix it them for the second night and they didn't compensate, despite being asked.

"Nice stay"

Lovely hotel once you find the entrance . Poorly signposted and tucked away in a square. Staff friendly. Room is very nice just as advertised. Large with huge bed. Bathroom is spacious but toilet separate so you have to go from to other to wash hands. Breakfast adequate but basic. Plus when busy little room to walk between chairs to exit

Would have been a 5 if it weren't for the breakfast, which is awful: rotten fruit, stale bread, very limited selection. Pretty sure the 1 waitress serving the whole room is also cooking the food.

"Only place to stay at in Le Mans!"

Love love loved this hotel. Firstly, it's pretty new ; love the deco . The rooms were spacious and comfortable . The price is amazing for what it is. I stayed at other 4 star more expensive and worse. The best part is the location. There is an art center and a courtyard with bars and restaurants at your feet! At the best Japanese place right near by . I will absolutely stay again.

"Central Le Mans location, standard 4* hotel"

Well located, good parking and friendly staff. We were upgraded on arrival, always nice to happen. Room was large, bed was comfortable but the room was so dark, everything is black, which is fine if there's adequate lighting and soft furnishings to improve the feel of the room (there wasn't). We only needed this hotel as a pass through for one night, travelling on a tour of France, so it was fine. If I was here for several nights on an actual holiday, I suspect I would find the room oppressive, but that's just personal taste. In summary it provided everything we needed and I would not hesitate to return if the price was right and I was only needing a bed in a good area with safe and secure parking on site. As an aside, the most memorable part of our visit was being awoken by lots of rowdy noise from local boys directly outside reception ,which got very boisterous......until (many) police officers came along, broke up the fracas, tasered one of the boys, removed his knife (and randomly his shoes) and stuck him in the back of a police van...... not something you get to see everyday where we live.....In fact seeing police is rare for me, let alone seeing them actually doing their job.

"Abysmal"

Abysmal We were put in Room 215. At 23.45, we moved because the disco sounded like it was in our room. The staff member who moved us, said it was a problem on Saturday nights. As it was a known issue, we should NOT have been put in that room or anywhere near the sound source.

"The location and staff were amazing."

The location and staff were amazing. The rooms were good, but could have been improved in a couple of ways. Closets were inconveniently set up, the light in the bathroom glared in someone's eyes while trying to sleep, the chair at the desk tipped over if we rested a sweater on it. All things that were easy to deal with, but could have made our experience better.

"A jewel in Le Mans!"

An excellent hotel right in the centre of Le Mans . Within easy walking distance of the Plantagenet city. Really friendly staff especially reception & night porter. Private secure parking at 10EUR per night is well worth reserving. Room was really well appointed & breakfast was excellent.

"Loved this place"

Had a night stop in Le Mans. Leprince was recommended to us and we found it a super place to stay. Bang in the middle of the city with a super courtyard full of bars and restaurants in the evening which is very vibrant all evening. We arrived a little early but the lovely hotel receptionist sorted us out with a place in the town for a drink / lunch and managed to get us in our room earlier than stated. The only slight downside was the very cramped breakfast room and the fact some of the hot food on offer for breakfast actually ran out more than an hour before end of service which seemed a little unfair on those who took a later breakfast time. We would certainly go back and Le Mans centre has quite a lot of things to see
