The location itself is really good, you need to be aware this location is really good to move on any direction thru the city. Sadly this hotel has some areas of improvement, the water heater bearly get you warm water, almost room temperature. Also be aware across the hotel there is a loud bar and some houses near by. If they are full or have any kind of party you can hear the loud music and screams quite easily. If you have issues sleeping look for another property. Otherwise you can be comfortable, its also really good is accross a shopping mall so you have access to any needs relativelly quickly.

Overall, very convenient location located across from Plaza del Sol. On the negatives, there is no elevators for the top floors and the rooms do not have adequate noisy cancelation, you hear everything. The staff is not very friendly.

Not interested to write 200 characters . It was mice. Water bottle to be served in large size or dispenser to be installed. Maintenance to schedule considering guest sleep time. Some vehicle comes and they blow horn very loudly to notice the passenger, it should be controlled
