Executive Residency by Best Western Victorville

My overall stay was better than I expected. The rose were really cleaned which I like. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great near the mall, restaurants, movie theaters, fast food places, grocery stores. Anything I could need was a short driving distance. I had a three queen room with a sofa which was nice. Good amount of space like the size of the refrigerator. The pool water was on the cold side so I just went in to the jacuzzi and it was nice. Their fitness room was pretty good when I went in it met my needs. Overall, the noise level was pretty decent. I can hear people walking above me but other than that nothing major. Nothing that would keep me up. Stayed here for the weekend and if need to be willing to stay here again.

Spacious rooms, great amenities, amazing staff. Very clean and tidy rooms. Great value for location and amenities. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. The atmosphere felt like home.

Since the upgrade this hotel has changed tremendously and in a good way I might add! The rooms are clean and the staff is more than helpful. Would definitely recommend the stay here!

What you see online is what you get, I arrived from out of town and staff is very nice and friendly and it made me feel comfortable, front desk was always there for when I needed help, place felt safe. Thank you very much.

Excellent stay overall — the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, creating a relaxing environment. The staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit, making the experience truly enjoyable.

Positive--Clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful front desk, comfy bed. Negatives--all fairly minor: sticky elevator floor, greyish water in spa, cold swimming pool, non-functioning coffee maker, no desk to work at Larger negative--breakfast was subpar, starting with flimsy paper plates, odd-tasting coffee, and a limited selection of egg patties, sausage, mini muffins, and apples.

Great experience! Delicious breakfast! Friendly staff. Fresh coffee for a long day of travels. Room were clean, big with great showers. 👍 Frontdesk lady was nice and knowledgeable I would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Stay away from this hotel!! If I could give this hotel a -5 I would. The hotel was under renovation, I never received any communication of the matter. All public areas such as the pool and shop were closed, and the free breakfast listed on their site was not provided due to construction. The electricity in the room I was given was malfunctioning making the light in the room shut off, A/C was not working (who the heck wants to be in Victorville in the summer with no A/C), windows were covered with plastic, hotel door had to be slammed shut in order to lock, no trash can in the kitchen, bathroom door squeaked so badly it was ridiculous, and the bathtub was dirty. When complaining to the front desk I was given the manager's email address. I took pictures and videos and emailed the manager twice, NO RESPONSE. I would not recommend this hotel ever, not even to my worst enemy!!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay the whole time. The bed linens were very clean and seemed very new or at least well taken care of. The entire room was spick and span. The beds are comfortable,

This is a very nice motel. The staff are accommodating and nice. The room was clean.Everything was well oriented. Hotel staff was super nice & helpful.They helped me to do many things.Highly recommended!
