Here is our checklist for this hotel stay: Room-clean but clearly visible how old is the hotel, carpet is clean but old. Needs renovation. average room size for 2 queen beds Bed-not super soft, just average Refrigerator-yes mini Microwave-yes Breakfast-yes decent breakfast Bathroom-clean Toilet-doesn't clog/clean Shower-water pressure ok, just average Air-condition - works good/not noisy Smell - old building smell, not really inviting Area is safe. View-none Pool - no pool at this property Built-1988 very old building. Definitely need renovation Price $155/summer/weekday. Still overpriced for the amenities they offered. Overall, its an okay hotel. Good for just 1 night stay just for sleeping. Otherwise pick a different hotel if staying multiple days.
Old room in disrepair. Shocked they even have the Best Western Name affiliation. We left our room after the first night for the day put do not disturb on the door and someone came in and went through my husband's backpack and took a few things. The front desk and hotel manager where not helpful denied any responsibility.
I will say that despite the fact that I had originally booked my hotel next door at the Hampton Inn & suites, who actually gave my room away at 10:00 at night, I called the Best Western and they were more than accommodating. They are wonderful people to deal with. Everybody was kind and understanding with my situation as the other Hotel had given my room away. The beds were very comfortable, the food was great and it was a very inviting place to be. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone for your help this weekend.
We came here for a three night stay for a wedding. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal because it is only about five minutes from the airport. But what impressed us most was the staff. From restaurant recommendations to offering chocolate chip cookies, they were all very friendly and accomodating. Most importantly we had a variety of shuttle runs, needing to pick up and later drop off a rental car and then transportation to the airport early the next morning. Everything went smooth as clockwork. The only negative, and it's a small one, is that the rooms were a little dated and could use a bit of refreshing to give them a more modern look. But that pales in comparison to service we received and the overall comfort of the location!
My wife and I spent a night there earlier this week, in preparation for our morning flight. We have stayed there a number of times and the experience has always been the same - very clean hotel with a king-sized bed, and comfortable sitting area and desk. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the convenience of being transported by the free shuttle to the airport make this a great deal. The breakfast is adequate, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. We were able to leave our car for a week at no extra charge. Great value for the money.
My only complaint was that the mattress was so uncomfortable. I woke up both mornings with back pain. My son's bed was much better.
It was a nice stay. Clean room and relatively quiet. Good location. 15 min drive to Providence. When we first walked into the room, we noticed the cabinet door of the fridge could not be shut bc it was missing a piece of magnet. We went back down and told the front desk and showed him the video of the door and another young man said he would go upstairs to check. Less than 10 mins later, he came back and confirmed that the door could not be shut and said he rolled up a tissue and put it between the door and the cabinet to keep it shut. He said he doesn't know when maintenance would be available to fix it. We then asked for another room, and he said there was one room available but the cleaning ladies are working on it. My boyfriend went to the car to get our stuff, and during that time, the young man went to check on the room again and said it would be ready in less than 30 mins if we want to wait. We just decided to keep the original room and the front desk told us to call in the morning, and they'll have maintenance fix it. We thought it was redundant for the young man to go upstairs to check on the door when we've already told him what was wrong with it. I even took a video and showed them. That's why we took one star off.
I arrived on July 3 with my aunt. We got room 113. But this visit had a number of pros and cons. Pros: The check-in went well. The beds were comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and helpful when problems arose. Cons: The shower/tub combo had just one grab bar, compromising my safety. I came close to slipping and hurting myself while showering. The alarm went off at 4 a.m, which is way too early for my aunt. The toilet didn't flush well. The sink overflowed, with water ending up on the floor. The only cereals available for breakfast were three types of Chex. No Cheerios or other cereals with fiber. There was no skim or lowfat milk. They offered oat milk, but I refused. So I wasn't completely satisfied. There are other hotels in Warwick that have all I want and more.
This BW is one hotel among many national brands near the TF Green Airport; but I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when I travel to RI. The friendliness and kindness of the hotel staff is unparalleled. My room is always clean, the breakfast is stocked with many selections, and the management keeps the property safe. I travel to RI to take care of family matters which is very stressful. Having such welcoming and comfortable accommodations is necessary and very much appreciated.
My husband and I have been staying at the Best Western for many years. We love the people, the fact that we're recognized, can park our car and get a togo bag in the morning if we leave early. It's quiet and so close to the airport. Always a great night sleep before our trip.
Lobby is very nice. Front desk employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many items to choose from. Rooms are clean. Comfortable beds and spacious. Very convenient to many activities. Lots of different restaurants within a short distance. Amble parking
Highly recommend. Welcoming environment. Friendly, helpful staff that went beyond expectations. A+ in all categories!
So convenient to Providence airport. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. So close to the airport but the room was quiet. We never heard plane traffic. Shuttle service available.
This place is amazing! It is very convenient if you are flying into the Providence airport. The shuttle is very efficient, and the airport is less than five minutes away. The breakfast is amazing, and all of the staff are very accommodating. We highly recommend and will stay here again if we fly into Providence.
I didn't get to experience this hotel. I booked it on Feb 22, 2024 for a one night stay on April 20, 2024. I called on the 19th to confirm, and they did not have my reservation. All rooms were now booked. The guy who answered the phone was very rude. He found that the reservation was made for Feb. 22...the day I called. Then he blamed it on me, saying I should have checked the confirmation email, which was never sent.
We stayed for just one night after arriving on a late flight. The check-in was easy and the desk clerk professional. The room was decent. It was clean and mostly well-maintained with just some deferred maintenance (for instance, there was a small leak in the shower head that sprayed over the top of the shower curtain). The breakfast was better than average for this price range and it was being actively maintained by 1.5 people. I'd stay again if flying in/out of Providence.
This hotel amazes me on how they want to make sure you are happy & you have everything you want / need. The breakfast I was very please with and how they mix it up daily. The front desk always says hi & asks if I need anything. I have a service dog & they always great him also
The service here is better than what the west coast offers that's for sure. The price and amenities cant be beat. Rooms are better than most hotels I've been too and it's right next to the airport which makes it really convenient. If i visit the state again this will be my to go spot to stay at. I'm surprised this place isn't rated 4-5 stars yet, its definitely underrated.
The Best Western Airport Inn is an excellent spot to stay when flying out of TF Green Airport. Very close with a convenient free shuttle service that gets you there in minutes. They are very nice to deal with. Friendly and helpful.
My wife and I stayed in the Best Western Airport location in Warwick R.I.. out stay was for 4 days. The hotel staff was both friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite as was please on the layout of the bedroom and lounging area. We took advantage of the breakfast and that too was very nice. Our stay ended on December 24, 2023 and headed to the airport. That's when the bad situation came about. After 51/2 hours our flight was cancelled and now we were stuck with no rental car or hotel room. Now the good situation started. I call the hotel and told them of situation and they “no problem “ and then we were picked up and brought back to the hotel. We were met at the counter by Migul Patidar who checked us back in. Then came the question I never expected. “Are you hungry “. My wife said yes and the next thing I knew we both had plates full of chicken, lasagna and meatballs. They must of had a small Christmas party and this was some of the leftovers. It didn't make any difference to us and Matul wasn't in any way obligated to offer the food. Can't tell you how much we appreciated that offer. All business in this crazy world we live in needs a Migul Patidar. Mike F
My wife and I spent a night before taking the 5 minute shuttle to PVD. We're leaving our car here for the week we're away. Hotel is very clean, and the rooms are large and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was basic but good. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional - especially Anthony. Can't say enough good things about the experience.
we've been coming to the Best Western for years and it's always a comfortable stay. We make our flight in the morning, get to the airport in 5 minutes, it has everything we need to get ready for our trip.
The only negative thing that I can say is that the waffle machine did not work... We had a 3 night stay booked but ended up staying a 4th night when our flight was cancelled. Called them right away and the shuttle picked us up and they had a room available for us.
It's an average hotel. I just loved the cleaning people, the Indian couple! So professional, pleasant, and friendly and they do an excellent job. Please, try to do something with the A/C, it is too loud, and for a light sleeper like me, it's an issue! The shower needs to be updated, the shower curtain is so yesterday.
Great hotel personal were very courtsey and helpful with check in and checking out Hotel was close to airport, transport was very good even the rain, we had an early flight out and offered us a to go breakfast of muffin, granola bar and piece of fruit
I went to visit my granddaughters in Rhode Island. The hotels by the beach are too pricey in the summer so I drove a little more to get a better price. I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was generous, and the staff members were polite.
If you have to pay over $200 a night, I would suggest you find a different place to stay than here. Most of the gym equipment is broken. Support staff didn't seem to care when I pointed out that the water cooler in the gym was empty. Food was mediocre. The most alarming point of my stay was noticing that one of the fire hoses was missing from it's cabinet inside the hotel. Surely a potential safety hazard.
My flight to Orlando FL kept getting delayed so I booked a room at this property online. I thought I was booking directly with BW, but turns out I was on some third-party booking sight. I had visited this property a few years back while on a business trip. Called hotel to request shuttle service and driver arrived promptly. Once at the hotel, both Anthony and Jonathan at the front desk were RELENTLESS in locating my rez. I was totally impressed with their professionalism and courteous service. Kudos!
My flight was canceled due to storms. Desk staff was understanding and allowed me extra time to frantically search for new flight. General Manager went above and beyond helping me negotiate my first Uber order then did more than expected by comping me the extra time I was willing to pay for my not vacating room by 11am. He also tried his best to calm me while I was overly stressed about getting to Boston (no flights from RI available) and even placed my luggage into car. I will always stay there for all my future family visits. Breakfast was exactly what I needed and staff cheerfully replenished coffee, bacon etc when needed/asked. A great experience in the long run.
Booked a last minute Saturday evening for a parents death. They always used Best Western, so I tried the hotel for the first time. It was clean and comfortable - and quiet. We needed quiet for this visit so we were grateful that the hotel halls and walls seemed soundproof! We were able to get the rest we needed, and for that I am both grateful and new Best Western customer.
Best Western Airport Inn is excellent. We were booked in a small room and we asked Adriana if we could be put in another room. She upgraded us to a king suite at no extra charge. We loved our new room. The breakfasts are amazing with a variety of great food. This hotel is clean and comfortable. We have been staying here for years. Give Best Western a try!
right off exit for T.F.Green Airport and great price with AARP card inc. breakfast and taxes. Clean and simple nothing fancy but great location as we traveling from New London tp Providence RI. Breakfast was a good assortment and parking is free.
This was probably about our 8th stay at this hotel, and it continues to satisfy. Everything works right, friendly staff, clean rooms, and one of the better free breakfasts all for a competitive price. Not the most stylish or modern, and shows some signs of wear, but comfortable and well kept. We always sleep well there.
Room very clean, comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast service had good selection of items which were kept well stocked. Breakfast area kept neat and clean with generous amount of seating available, Airport shuttle available on demand; did not have to wait for prescheduled time for pickup.
Very bad and unprofessional management. Management has hostile and prejudice behavior . They are rude and unfriendly. They don't represent any professional hotel management concept. Management is cruel and mean to the customers.
Location is excellent to get to ProvidenceRI while avoiding the downtown area issues and costs. While the outside is average, the experience and convenience to other activities is excellent. If in RI, this is nice location, good solid hotel for a very reasonable price for a weeks stay
We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip. The 1st night, I didn't hear any airport or highway noise. The last night, we did hear some noise but that's why we have earplugs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but no microwave to warm up the muffins or Danish - gotta have that melted butter! The shuttle was quick to pick us up and ready for our VERY early flight out. The only issue was the ice machines were broken on the 3rd and 2nd floor. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Everything was i have come to expect from Best Western. Room was clean and all I could ask. A quite room - no traffic noise - a good nights rest before traveling the next day. Close to many attractions.
We always stay at the Best Western Airport Inn when in RI. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is a bonus! We were notified upon check-in that housekeeping staff was short, and if there was anything that we needed, to ask before 3pm, before they left. I appreciated the front desk informing us of the situation.
This was our second stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room very clean. Breakfast is about what you would expect at a hotel of this type. Overall I would say staying here is a good value especially for the location. Check in and check out we're quick and easy.
Where do I even begin? I'm so surprised at how great a stay I had. This was one of the cleanest hotel experiences I've had, even at more expensive hotels! Bedding was crisply cleaned with bleach, and they don't use a duvet cover, which is even cleaner. All fixtures in the bathroom were spotless, as was the shower. Everything smelled and looked very clean in my room. That, alone, made me feel so comfortable, but what was even better was how friendly the staff was! Both front desk staff members that I dealt with were very helpful and very friendly. The hotel was quiet too; I was surprised at how full the place was, and yet guests and rooms were quiet!! Breakfast at this place was also very impressive! They offered a wide variety of hot and cold foods, and a nice little cafeteria eating area that accommodated for a large number of people. The location of this hotel is also exceptional, being right near 95 and just an exit off from the airport. I'd definitely stay here again-- Just an overall excellent hotel stay, and one of the best prices I could find in the area!!!
Old dingy & room smelled of mildew. A/C is way outdated & gave off horrible smell. Bathroom is very very tiny & sink is NOT in the bathroom. Bedding was stained & beds not comfortable. There has been zero updates. The reason I gave it 2 stars was that the breakfast was ok & staff was friendly. Would not stay again. Also we paid $280 a night because of an event this weekend & it was not even close to worth it. Extremely disappointing.
Some of the staff were amazing! There is a sign at front desk, “Due to staffing shortage, your room will only be cleaned if you call before 10 a.m. the night before and request service.” I was very happy with my stay until I was missing money. I had left the do not disturb sign on my door. Returned to my room one day and it was cleaned! Another day, still with do not disturb, someone knocked on the door “housekeeping.” Since I had been asleep, I did not answer. A few minutes later, the same person called the room to see if I wanted room cleaned. Very strange since the sign clearly states room will not be cleaned unless requested. The owner took no responsibility for my privacy being invaded. He just stated that his employees are honest and would never take anything. They clearly went into my room without permission - yet, he became very defensive. I never left my purse in the room again. They have a lockbox, but held it in a safe room, but I'd have to constantly bother staff to get my purse multiple times on a daily basis. I was very impressed with this hotel until I was treated like a liar! That did not sit well with me. Staff is honest? One member parks in handicapped parking when boss is not there. Same member steals food from the kitchen, like an entire bunch of bananas one day! He also told me that the woman who I said called my room doesn't know how to use a phone and can't speak English! Really? I know she called and said, “Housekeeping - do you want room cleaned?” It was difficult to understand, and I had to ask her to repeat what she said, but it was the same woman who knocked on my door with a Do NOT DISTURB sign on it! I was very disheartened as he was insi hating I lied!! He told me he is not responsible for anything that disappears from my room! He took no responsibility for my room being entered without my permission! His response? “Well, they are just trying to do a good job!” Does that make any sense? He has a rule stated right at the desk! Are guests the only ones who must abide by the rules? He was very personable until I had a complaint!
The hotel stay was friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of choices on the breakfast bar for everyone. I would definitely stay here again………..
+ I called the hotel late at night after arriving at the airport, and the driver arrived after only a few minutes. Turns out he was the only person working, and he couldn't have been nicer. He was still working early the next morning when I had to leave and was still smiling. - Unfortunately, the room I was in smelled horrible, as if it hadn't been aired out in a year+. When I turned on the sink faucet, and also the shower, brown water came out. After 30 seconds or so it turned clear, but either they have a major problem, or the room literally hadn't been used or serviced in a very long time. I would give 5 stars to the employee who checked me in, but the room was so awful I can only give a 2-star review overall.
Because my flight was cancelled, I needed to book a hotel nearby, quickly, and Best Western was a great choice because it: had a free shuttle and was a couple of minutes away, allowed early check in (I checked in at 1pm). Also, staff was friendly, 24hour coffee, and free breakfast. Room was quite basic and a little loud (I could hear the road), but it was good value for money.
The hotel was very clean all the way around. Wonderful location. The room was quiet and had plenty of space for a family. Beds were comfortable. It was a very average stay, but it kept the kids entertained and was safe.
I have stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn for more than 6+ years whenever we visit with my daughter who attends URI as well as many festive holiday celebrations, It's always a pleasant surprise upon arrival being a hotel developer myself, I find the property to be in a great location on 2138 Post Road, Warwick Rhode Island and conveniently located to many shopping venues and great restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Once inside the hotel, you would feel more at home rather than a typical Best Western with a friendly staff, comfortable lobby and clean fitness center. The staff and attendants were outstanding and very accommodating. The suites were large, very comfortable King bed, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty assortment of breakfast treats to satisfied most travelers. I especially thank the owner and the Front Office staff whom I had the pleasure of meeting who were gracious, went out of their way to insure we had a great experience. This is a comfortable hotel, great value with friendly and fantastic service, cleanliness of the property and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this Best Western Airport Inn property to my family and friends for a wonderful hospitality experience. Thanking the Owner, the GM Adreanna and staff for a wonderful experience! Harry
We had a very late arrival so we did not stay long. Staff was helpful. The room clean and fine. We did not have time to use pool or fitness center. This was a convenient location for us, close to family. This would be a good site for anyone visiting the Providence area or the airport.. There are several decent restaurants very close by. .
I have stayed at this particular Best Western(BW) property on at least a dozen occasions. Now to my overnight stay on 4/27/2022. All was fine internet worked, TV worked and bed was fairly comfortable. I set my alarm to 9:15 a.m. and asleep. Got up before my alarm and turned on my computer and headed for the shower. Now, I am in the shower with my hair full of shampoo and my body covered in soap when suddenly, THE WATER STOPS RUNNING! Imagine my surprise? I was irate! I will be brutally honest by this point I was fuming as I had to rinse off in the sink! I go to the phone and call front desk, 15 rings, NO ANSWER! I was absolutely livid at that point. As a result my pain level shot up as high as it goes and I wanted to make BW workers feel my pain. I call back after a few minutes. Manager answers he tells me "we have a sign up that you should have seen telling guests the water was being shut off at 9:30 a.m. for replacement of the boiler." Though still extremely angry I ask, "why wouldn't you do that at 11:00 a.m. as that is checkout time?" WHY, if they were doing something like that wouldn't they have either had a very large sign or have it on the front doors where likely everyone would stop and read it? WHY wouldn't front desk person mention it? I read very quickly and noticed right away that first- the date had been crossed out and 4/28 written in and it said "10 a.m."!! Not 9:30 a.m. as manager stated. The whole situation was bad enough, handled terribly and then to find out the manager LIED TO ME!
We had a good time! Room was very clean, easy check in and out and the breakfast was good albeit a bit early. No complaints! Bob the front desk person was also very kind and understanding. We absolutely had no issues!
I travel to Rhode Island several times during the year and was looking for a new place to stay near the airport. Thought this was it. Decent bed, breakfast, nice room but received a call from front desk at 3:20 AM asking if the water in room was ok. Told the person he had called the wrong room. About five minutes later after I had just dozed back off he calls back again. I tell him that he has called wrong room yet again. He says he is sorry and hangs up. By then I was wide awake and didn't get back to sleep until after 6. Requested compensation for this. The manager (who never spoke to me)y gave me a credit toward the bill that was much too low for the inconvenience. If you don't have a bad experience like I did, it would probably be a good place to stay.
This was our 4th stay here for a total of 15 nights within the last year. We keep coming back because the hotel is a clean and pleasant place to stay. Staff has a good attitude. Breakfast is a bit better than most with good variety. We always take a King Suite because we like the extra space and it costs only a little more, but I imagine the other rooms are just as good. The hotel is aging and unpretentious but it is clean and comfortable and odor free and provides everything we want. The price was reasonable, and Best Rewards Points and special promotions make it an even better value and a good reason to come back.
We parked at this hotel prior to our trip and stayed at the end of our trip. Shuttle service was great. They shuttle to order, not at specific times, which was great so we did not have to wait. Did not have to leave our keys. Parked ourselves. Breakfast excellent. Staff very nice. Hotel rooms outdated and not super clean. Bed had old mattress with depression in the middle - Room 109. Not very comfortable for 2 people. Sheets old with holes. Nice amount of pillows and towels. Microwave and frig. Shower great although the bathroom could use updating. Not sure we would stay again.
Just stayed the one night before flying out in the morning. Large clean room with great furniture and bath. Only about 2 or 3 minutes to rental car return at airport. I know they also have free airport shuttle. Will definitely pick them again because of great price along with great service.
stay next door at the Hampton, nicer, and the bw charges you extra fee of 50 dollars upon check in for incidentals, promised to return upon check out. They take the word of the housekeeper, that extra towels are left, so they can turn around and say they are missing. Party of 2, charged for 6 extra towels, why would we have needed that many????? Then cannot speak to the manager, gives you the run around.
Had to leave our house during construction. Our stay was nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our hotel was very close to home and checking ind/out was quick and easy. The prices were the cheapest around.
The main thing we took away from this place is it had a slight odor as you walk down the hall to our room. The hotel could use just a little updating however. The beds were comfortable, the price was right and breakfast was good as well. By the way, excellent water pressure in the shower!
Everything about my experience the past two times that I have stayed there has been 5 star plus, especially the staff! They go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. They are EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with as well.
Staff was very friendly but room very small. The main entrance could use a little sprucing up outside but inside was nice. Advertised free daily paper but only had them available 1 of the 4 days we stayed there. This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel but was a little disappointed due to the room size
This hotel is a good value and in a convenient location. The rooms are a decent size and the staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. There is great water pressure in the shower. They offer breakfast with a decent variety if you are looking to eat on the run.
We stayed in a King suite for 4 nights. The room and furnishings were clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and, as necessary, helpful. The free breakfast had more variety than many other hotels. We will be traveling to this area frequently and are likely to stay here again. The hotel decor is not fancy and the color scheme makes it seem a little dingy, but the room was nicely furnished and nothing seemed unduly worn or shabby. There is no swimming pool, but that was not important to us.
This hotel is in a great location. Directly across from the airport and only 29 miles from the beaches. Right off the Interstate. Very convenient to local restaurants and visits to out families. Staff was very pleasant..
I stayed here for three nights this week while visiting my aunt in Warwick. I was looking for a hotel that wouldn't break the bank and which was also close to my aunt's house; I did some research and it came down to Best Western and Radisson, and I chose BW because of the free breakfast. Pros: -The free breakfast! Which was actually surprisingly upscale. Can't say I've seen a homemade/fresh yogurt machine before. It also had a pancake machine, some hot foods (eggs, sausage patties, potatoes), cereal and milk (only dairy milk), tons of pastries, bread and a toaster, apple and orange juice, and more items. -Beds were comfortable. I stayed in a Queen room and they also have King rooms and suites. -Room was impeccably clean. -Wifi was fast and easy to log on to. -Walls were thick, I never heard my neighbors. -I didn't use it, but there's a hotel shuttle to the airport, you just have to book it the day before your flight. -Room had a mini fridge and also a microwave. Cons: -Shampoo came in a packet, which was weird, and I couldn't open it, so I just used conditioner, which came in a regular tiny bottle. The 2nd day they refilled my room with tiny bottles of shampoo though. -My room was literally next to the elevator, which I thought might be noisy in the mornings; it wasn't too bad but the housekeeping carts made a clack-clack-clack sound which was loud. -On nights 2 and 3, my keycard no longer worked for the room. On night 2 I was told not to keep it by credit cards or my phone, but on night 3 I hadn't done either. Only thing I can think of is maybe my Fitbit Zip deactivated it? Very weird though. The front desk fixed it both times. -Upon check-in I had to ask about breakfast and the wifi password - usually the hotel tells you these things. -My room was a bit small, as was the bathtub, so I switched to taking showers for nights 2 and 3. -No pool, but the hotel does have an exercise room. Overall, though, I would definitely stay here again - I only paid $83/n before taxes for the room, as it was a rate for Best Western Rewards members who were staying 3+ nights, I believe. For that price I would say the room was an excellent deal, especially with its complimentary breakfast.
Very pleasant and attentive staff.. Always smiling with offers to help. Good breakfast, clean rooms, internet, gym and wonderful caring and pleasant staff from housekeeping, front desk and kitchen help. We would highly recommend this hotel.
This will probably be our last Best Western stay. The reviews were decent, so we booked here for the night we flew in and also for a few nights later before we would fly home. We had such a dismal experience that I canceled our second stay and chose a different hotel. 1. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a terrible smell. Somewhat musty, but pretty disgusting. I know that the humidity of the area makes it hard to maintain things, but other hotels manage it somehow. BW did not. 2. The shower curtain smelled super sour, so that the whole bathroom smelled sour. Ugh. 3. My husband was in the shower when the room phone rang. The desk clerk asked if we were using the bath tub or shower. I said that yes, we were. He asked if I knew how long we'd been using it. I said that I had just showered and my husband was just finishing now. The desk clerk was talking to someone else at the same time as to me, and apparently there was a leak downstairs due to our shower (on the 2nd floor). Thank goodness we were checking out the next morning and wouldn't need any more showers! 4. The sheets were incredibly threadbare. See my photo. After these four things, I spent some time finding a different hotel for our last night. But that wasn't the last bad thing. 5. We received a wake-up call at 5:35am that we didn't request! It wasn't just a computer glitch -- a live person called our room. I heard my husband explain to the person that we did not request a call.
Very pleased with my stay…as my header indicated, it was clean, price worthy, and close to what I needed, and what I wanted. My review history is filled with InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu….this was not, but I didn't pay those prices either. The room on 3rd deck was quiet, clean and comfortable. The fridge, bed, bed sheets, towels were all clean and comfy. I didn't need amenities this visit, so why pay for it? The desk team doubled down as the shuttle driving team…very prompt and fast pickup from the airport. Breakfast was hot and all I needed. If you are looking for 4 stars, look elsewhere…but if you want a clean, comfortable stay and reasonable prices, near the airport…your search ends here!
I recently stayed here for a wedding. The location is actually pretty good for going to the each and Providence on top of being right next to the airport. For a few nights stay it wasn't and at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were ale to help us stay in the same room for the multiple nights evet after we booked them under two different reservations. The hotel room itself seemed pretty clean and didn't have any issues. There are a few good restaurants and bars in a walking and short driving distance. Overall I would recommend staying at this location.
Staff was friendly. Great Location for our trip on over to Newport and way cheaper. Room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast selection was great. Very nice place at an excellent value especially considering the very high costs of most hotels in the area.
Very comfortable stay. Good water pressure. Soft pillows, bed, towels. Fridge in room. Microwave provided upon request. Hot complimentary breakfast provided to hotel guests. Wide selection of breakfast items.
My wife and I stayed four nights at this hotel and had a generally very good stay. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, and everything worked. The breakfast selection (grab-and-go) was pretty good considering - you can choose one from each category of item (pastries, breakfast sandwiches, bagels/bread, yogurt, etc.) Cereals and juices were served at the regular dispenser just off the breakfast room. (You can tell when the cereal dispenser is closed, because they put a large garbage bag over it. Really!) The hotel is in kind of a wasteland of good dining options, but it is very close to the expressway exit, so you can get anywhere easily, and the Warwick beaches are only 10-15 minutes away. The only issue we had here was that we requested housekeeping on our second night, and when we returned from touring the next day, it had not been done. Even though the desk clerk had written it down in the log to be done. When I complained, he ran around to find the housekeepers and told me that they could do it as soon as they finished the room they were working on, so that was pretty responsive, but not as good as doing it right the first time.
Love the staff's commitment to great customer service! Love that they have full appliances in the room. (Some hotels don't have microwaves inside the rooms.) They practically bend over backwards to see that you have what you need. I requested a Gideon Bible and they brought me one. Another time I needed more height on a chair and was loaned a chair cushion during my stay! Love it!
The hotel staff are nice and friendly, the management are also professional, during my first day I heard a noise in my room, when I complained about it they switched me to a better room, big and clean, the hotel provided me a daily breakfast free, it wad simple but fine because of COVID-19. The have a free parking too which is helpful too. I totally recommend it for families.
Our experience in a Best Western along with Staff have gone far & beyond of accommodating us. We absolutely are very much comfortable as well as content & will definitely have future stays for sure. ☺
I have recently begun staying at this Best Western out of convenience. It's close to anywhere I need to be. It's relatively clean and the staff are very nice. The only thing I would change is the smoking area.
Since RI is my home and I know my way around, this is the best spot for me to stay in and be close to everything! This Best Western is clean, the staff is wonderful. I've never not been greeted with a good morning, good evening or do you need anything. Very helpful and accommodating. It's also close to IGGY's Chowder and Clam Cakes are a must!
The staff were so understanding. I am a person with disabilities and they made sure I was able to have the handicap room. They always asked if there was anything I needed. We got in late, we called the hotel and less than 5 minutes they were there and they took us back to the airport to get our rental the next morning.
After having booked this hotel first and then changing it to a different one for a lesser price, we ended up checking out of the other hotel after 2 nights (we were supposed to be there 4 nights) and booked the this BW online. We have stayed here before and loved it. It was not worth saving the $80 to stay at the other hotel....always BW!!!! Rooms are always clean and the FD staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was also very comfortable. Although they were not offering their typical breakfast options due to COVID-19 they were offering a nice selection of grab n' go items. On the first night we discovered our deadbolt was not working. After I told the FD the next morning about it, it was fixed that same day.
Good cleaning and social distancing. Average room with minimal amenities. Fridge and coffee maker. Very small bathroom with outside sink. Takeaway bagged breakfast with juice, a piece of fruit, and a packaged Danish.
I stayed in a room the week before and paid $78 vs the $98 for this week, I am a VIP customer and usually if they don't have a cheaper room I get upgraded for the same price. I will be returning on a regular basis and would like to continue staying with you for the correct price.
Hello S a I had another visit here this is my second one and Jacklyn and Cameron has been very helpful during the night so I've been down here and I just wanna say thank you to the best Western in, god bless
2 nd time here because it was so nice.your staff is so helpful and kind ,Jaclyn is very kind and caring to us and Jodi,is right there with her assisting us with any problem we might have. will be back
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the choices for breakfast and the breakfast room was large, with plenty of room and clean.. Overall, it couldn't have had a better experience. It was very close to the airport, too.
Great staff, rooms are great with comfy beds will definitely be staying there again, the breakfast was ready early & lots of options. Shuttle service available 24 hours was exactly what i needed! Got to my flight just as needed at an insane early hour to
Nothing really fancy here (no pool). It is not 4 star hotel, but everything was great. Small bedroom for one queen bed, but it had everything and clean. Breakfast was good. It had pancakes, fruits, scrambled eggs (a bit dry though), yogurt, etc.
Always stay at Best Western Airport, Warwick, RI, when we need a hotel in Warwick/PVD. Good for the price. Beds are always comfortable! Staff always friendly, no complaints about breakfast. Close to airport, good for those 5:00am flights.
The hotel is located right in the middle of everything there is to do in Rhode Island. Great price, excellent value! We had a bit of a complicated checkin (two separate, consecutive reservation instead of one proper) but the front desk made us feel like it was no problem.
This location is excellent for flyingin or out of Rhode Island. Shuttle to and from airport is available. Breakfast was vwey good as well. Beds are comfortable and the room are pretty spacious. Bathroom is a little small though
Clean, comfortable rooms, nicely equipped. Pleasant, professional check-in. Convenient for overnight before early flight. But, lobby smelling strongly of weed, with desk clerk shrugging it off as unfortunate but normal. Full breakfast well prepared at 4am (very nice) but shuttle driver late for scheduled departure while killing time in back. No one at desk in morning for 1/2 hour before 4:15 am departure, so no way to checkout and get receipt. We'd go back, but with managed expectations.
I had an overall good experience with this property and staff and also this hotel is in a good location for nearby restaurants , the staff were very nice and polite, the hotel lobby was clean and up to date.
Prompt shuttle service at PVD for 1:00 a.m. arrival. Comfortable and clean room and bed. Helpful front desk service. Annoying loud refrigerator which we had to unplug. Parking is easy and one could actually walk to the airport terminal - it's that close.
I had a last minute need to stay in the Providence, RI area. I've been a frequent Best Western guest and have always had great experiences. This time, I was very disappointed. The exterior and lobby of the hotel were nice. The room was dirty ....dried vomit in the sink and a shower curtain that wreaked of urine. I arrived late at night and didn't discover these issues until the next morning when I was getting ready. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the guest in the room next to me opening a can of soda. I could hear their conversations like we were in the same room.
I was given a room that should have been marked out of order. Horrible room, didn't sleep at all. Brought to the staff attention, maid empathized, staff did nothing. I was surprised best western is ok
My wife and I had an early morning flight out of Green Airport in Warwick, RI, on 10/26. We needed a hotel that was close to the airport, clean, friendly, helpful, served breakfast and had an airport shuttle. The BW hotel met all are needs,. Located right next to the airport, very friendly and helping staff, clean and comfortable. It throughly met all our needs. We will stay there again on our next visit to the area.
Stayed 2 nights, very peaceful with great restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. The only down side was there were lots of sirens from emergency vehicles, unsure why maybe a hospital was close by. But if we ever get back in the area we definitely would stay here again.
I have to say that my preferred hotel hands down is Best Western. Staff are so welcoming and professional. Their concern about my stay has consistently been beyond other higher end hotels. I will continue to support their business.
Spent two nights here prior to heading to Cape Cod for the week. Literally right next to the airport. I could have walked from the terminal had I known. Our flight arrived after midnight, and the shuttle promptly picked us up. Check in was fast and our room was ready. Al in all, al pleasant stay.
This hotel is friendly always clean and very welcoming after a flight. Breakfast is available early for those that have early flights. The rooms are comfortable. And even though you are near the airport the sounds of planes is not disturbing.
The hotel and room have an old musty smell. The rooms are poorly lit and outdated. I would not recommend going barefoot. Very close to airport and cheap priced. $80. I guess you get what you pay for...
This hotel had clean sheets, comfortable pillows and a nice TV. It's very, very dated. Many of the hotels I've stayed in on business, have been updated in some way. The bathroom was very small, sink was outside of the bathroom. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I'd much prefer a more renovated hotel.
We flew in after 10pm and wanted a hotel near the airport. Called front desk and asked for shuttle (not pre-arranged) "I'll be there in 5 minutes!" That cheerful attitude was exhibited by all thru check-out. Room was nice and clean; breakfast was hot & did include eggs! I arranged a different hotel for end of trip; twice the price and a big disappointment. Had I known in advance, we would have returned to you. Thanks
This is a very serviceable, but not luxurious hotel. It is convenient to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are smallish compared to other Best Western hotels at which I have stayed. The rooms are equipped with the amenities a traveler would need. WiFi is reliable. The hotel provides a shuttle from the airport, but I was dismayed to see that the van was operated by the front desk manager, who left the hotel unattended while he ferried passengers. A hot breakfast was appreciated, The hotel is obviously geared to short-term travelers. A longer stay would be less pleasant.
We stayed two nights on reservations that had been made at different times. The staff arranged that we did not have to change rooms. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast had an excellent range of items. The internet was very speedy. Overall an excellent, well-run property.
This BW hotel is located next to the airport which makes it easy access. There was no noise from the planes. We had a king room that was clean and very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC worked great and was not noisy. The vanity is located outside the bathroom which made it great for getting ready in the morning. There is also plenty of lamps in the room for light. The desk has two USB ports. There is a large selection for breakfast including, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, bagels, muffins, toast, pancakes, cereal, and coffee. The hash browns and eggs were not the best but the pancakes were good.
Four of us from MASS traveled to RI to meet our friends, (We all rent condo in FLA.) One couple from MASS made the BW Rev becuse they stay at BW. I was very impressed with this motel and plan on trying BW on our trip to FLA in Feb 2020
AFTER A MONTH OF HOSTELS, THIS MODEST AIRPORT HOTEL SEEMED LIKE TOP-DECK BUSINESS CLASS. I was doing one of my typical poverty pack tours of NE USA, using hostels for accommodation. However RHODE ISLAND's few hostels' booking sites were closed for the winter when doing my organisation, forcing me onto general hotel booking sites. I was delighted to find BEST WESTON at the main TF GREEN AIRPORT had a room at a very competitive rate – only about 20% above my average hostel stay**. What a bargain – a big, comfy, well featured room all to my own featuring a good comp breakfast and all the other inclusions this standard of hotel provides – a definite step or two up after sharing 8 bed dorms with strangers. A bit of research showed 4 bus routes went thru the nearby bus-stop (50m north on the same road) which could get me to nearby PROVIDENCE and several other RI locations. Not to mention a nearby high street with lotsa fast food, slower restaurants and small supermarts. Of course regular airport hotel users will not be interested in bussing this region – however the place has a big car park with didcounted long term parking, is close to the nearest railway station for RI residents who want to leave their cars at home, and the usual airport hotel free shuttle to/from the nearby terminals. BTW, I only noticed aircraft noise on the 3 minute walk from the bus stop – otherwise this seems a pretty quiet area. Staff was friendly and efficient, book in quick and the long-duration comp. breakfast (04.00-10.00) had staff refreshing dishes seemingly every 5 minutes. Sure beats trying to scramble an egg in a crowded hostel kitchen. MY RATING – compared to my hostel average, this place deserves one or two extra TRIPADVISOR roundels. However that's like comparing a DC3 with an A320. You dear readers are as likely to stay in hostels as a Fortune 500 top executive to fly coach. YOU will be more interested in how BWAI stacks up against its peers. Fortunately I have stayed in quite a few hotels of this standard. I've found these days the AVERAGE place has a very agreeable standard. Intense competition has ensured that guests will rarely be disappointed. BWAI was not different – COMPARED TO ITS PEERS I'm rating it AVERAGE (3 roundels). In no way does this imply the place was wanting. As said, compared to my usual accommodation this trip, it was a step up. **no real surprise: airport hotels can have bargains on slow nights. I lucked in.
I just wasn't very impressed. This hotel needs some remodeling... blankets were stained and torn, nothing felt clean. The breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The positives were that the staff was pretty friendly and it is right next to the airport. It was relatively quiet.
This hotel is better than the other lower cost hotels. No Motel666 or Red Roof blech. Less expensive than Hampton and good eateries close! Make sure to stop at Oceanside Diner for a gyro before you leave the area.
My husband and I stayed here two nights while we were playing bridge in Warwick. This B W Hotel was a complete package. We enjoyed a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom layout was a bit strange--although it worked especially since we did not shower. We enjoyed an ample breakfast but the quality of the offering was less than at other B W hotels in the past. At the end of the hallway and not noisy.
Really not a bad place to stay. Was VERY clean, staff was nice and the bed was EXCEPTIONAL. I'm really not too sure just WHAT there is to do in Warwick, but it's close to both the airport and I-95. We just needed a hotel to stay while we spent time in (expensive to stay in) Providence.
We like to take off shoes inside, but did not dare to do that in our room. We chose this hotel because of hot breakfast and it did not disappoint: sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Just the eating area very spartan and ac blows directly towards the table.
Chose this hotel because I've always found Best Western to be a good hotel chain. Chose this one because it is very close to the airport (3 mins). However it was dirty, old food in the carpet, tub was filthy, unable to take a shower and the sink/wash up area was right next to the room door! Also, smelled musty.
My family love it here! Friendly staff, good free breakfast, nice pool, nice room! Close to the beach, plenty of places to eat, free food delivery, bar and restaurant in the hotel, plenty of things to do around here or just relax in the pool that opens at 6: A.M. till 10 P.m. TV is awesome, plenty of channels, more important cartoons for my kids. The price is very good, free parking. Was our second time here and can't wait to come back.
Immediately adjacent to the airport. Ample free parking. My king room was large, with a desk designed for computer/internet work. Comfortable lounge chair. Working climate control system that kept the room at a constant temperature. Large flat-screen TV. Very comfortable bed. The desk clerk at check-in was very helpful and efficient, as was his counterpart when I checked out. If you need to be close to the Providence airport you could not find a nicer place for the price.
Stayed here using their stay and park deal. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Free breakfast starts at 4:00 am which was great because we used their free airport shuttle at 4:15. Parking car there for 10 night trip. The cost of hotel and parking is only slightly more than I would of paid if I parked in the cheapest TF Green airport garage.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper place to stay but still values quality. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is a huge variety, and the rooms are very comfortable. My husband and I were very impressed.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff was terrific, especially Samantha. We had family members flying in and out at various times, and she made sure our rooms were ready and let us know the shuttle to the airport was available 24/7. Highly recommend.
My husband and I stayed there before our flight out and on our return flight. It was clean, comfortable and the people working the desk both days were great. The room could use some lighter colors because it is kind of dark. But we would definitely stay there again.
We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's always clean, and affordable. The front desk employees are always friendly and helpful. There are a lot of breakfast options. The area where you eat is often crowded though. Food is tasty though.
This was a very nice hotel...very clean, easy to find, and with a staff that was eager to help make the stay that much better. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was a big selling point...you get five star quality at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good, and parking was very close to the room. I have a friend in Warwick I want to visit again...when I do, I will make sure to book my stay here again!
We had precooked this airport due to its location. We had previously stayed at the nearby Sheraton until it was sold and we are glad we chose this place. It was conveniently located for our needs such as family visits. The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. It looks like this will be our go to place in the future.
Great Hotel wonderful employees. Breakfast was good and the times were spot on for travelers. Housekeeper A-1. Will be back to this hotel next time we are in the area. They could not have been nicer employees and the room and service was great.
Nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Easy access, on the road right in front of the airport. Easy parking. Very quick check in. Room was nice, larger than expected. Bed was a little firm, but comfortable. Toilet and shower are together. Sink area is just outside this area. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Lighting was adequate for us. The breakfast was good. Lots of food items. A pancake maker was also available. Adequate seating was also available during the time I had breakfast. I would stay here again.
Happy to stay so close to the university. It was easy access to visit the school the next day. Breakfast was good and a great start of the day. Helpful staff. Would like to have a bigger bathroom, but it is adequate.
We stayed overnight after going to Greenwich Odeum Theater. We could check in anytime after 1:00 PM. The hotel is very clean. The staff was very helpful. They provide coffee, tea and cocoa 24/7. Breakfast starts at 4:00 AM. Which is great for an early morning flight. The hotel is .03 miles from the airport. You can walk to the airport or take the free shuttle.
Location, breakfasts ,staff , great job.rooms clean. When we travel we always book a Best Western. Later this year we are going to Texas and will be staying at the Best Western we stayed at the last time we were there.
This hotel is perfect access from the highway. On and Off. Staff was friendly and the room was large and clean. Breakfast well presented, fresh and plentiful. I will stay here again if I need a room in this area.
I stayed at this hotel for the proximity to PVD Green Providence Airport. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Not just one of them but every employee I encountered greeted me and asked how I was enjoying my stay. My room was clean and my WiFi great throughout the hotel. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in my room. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast was A buffet style of warm foods but also has choices of pastries, cereal and fruits. The shuttle drivers were always on time and even helped with my bags. I highly recommend this hotel for any business trip. I will be staying there next time I am in Town. Kudos to the staff!!!
The room was nice, breakfast was excellent and staff helpful. Love that the shuttle runs at request, not on a rigid schedule. Very close to the airport. Front desk recommended a restaurant across the street that was delicious.
They picked us up, gave us extra coffee and breakfast food, extended our checkout to 2 pm instead of 11 am. Can't say enough about the great attitude and accommodations when we were pooped!staff was great, room very big and nice!!
Do to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to book a room as early as I wanted and rooms close to the university were already sold out and ridiculously priced. Best Western Airport was one of the few reasonably priced options still open. Our flight arrived on a Friday, slightly early, and I called for a shuttle for a pick up and Mason at the front desk was quick to answer the phone and he said they'd have someone to pick us up in just 5 minutes.Check-in time was at 3 pm and we were there around 2ish. Despite being a little early, they checked us in right away, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Our room, 338, was clean and nicely appointed, the only odd thing was on of the pieces of artwork was hanging on the wall directly behind the TV, so you couldn't see it, but does anyone really look at the artwork? I really appreciated how comfortable the bed was, and even though we were right next to the airport we didn't hear any loud noise. Well, except for the smoke alarm in the breakfast area, because guests kept burning their toast. It went off at 6 am one morning, which I only knew about because I happened to be awake already. I felt badly for the breakfast attendant, who twice had to wave a paper plate at the alarm to get it to stop, while we had breakfast later that morning. Free breakfast was nice, though the eggs and sausages were cool, but a microwave is close by. Yogurt and fruit was also available, and the coffee machine allowed you to choose dark, medium, or light roast, which was nice. Coffee was very hot, but sleeves were provided. While there we mostly used Lyft to get to and from the university, and it only took an average of 15 minutes to get to there. When we checked out on Monday, a shuttle was ready to take us to the airport immediately, which was unexpected on a busy check out holiday weekend. All of the Front Desk staff and the shuttle driver were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly go back again the next time I'm in Providence.
Arrived at the Best Western after a grueling 5 hour drive. The gentleman at check in was courteous and saw I was a bit cranky from the drive. He did everything quickly with no fuss. Gave me the 50 cent tour and wished us a pleasant stay. Upon departure the check out went very smooth no issues.
Clean convenient fun safe economical. Have stayed here many times and always a great experience! Have stayed there by myself and always felt safe. Close to Providence and east trip to Newport. Happily recommend!!
Clean and comfortable. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Very quiet. I keep coming back to this particular Best Western. Easy access to highway.
It was a nice place to stay. Staff was extremely friendly and place was clean. I definitely will return. Breakfast was not very big selection but we found something we liked so we were ok! Downside was no pool.
The staff was great, breakfast buffet was better than most and rooms were comfortable. The problem was they had a group of young kids running crazy and it was out of control. The exercise equipment was broke, maybe by the out of control kids but it wasn't usable.
I stayed in room 218 and unfortunately my visit was timed with a pre-teen cheerleading competition so the hotel was filled with loud children literally doing flips and lifts down the corridors and right outside rooms where other guests were trying to sleep up until about MIDNIGHT. The staff didn't do anything about it. A fellow guest ended up screaming at them to be quiet, that people were trying to sleep. Then the kids started prank calling my room. I answered the first two times and then had to put my phone off the hook. All of this I probably could have forgiven, because hey, it was just bad timing and terrible adults who couldn't control their kids. BUT, THE THREE COCKROACHES in my room I absolutely cannot forgive. I get that it's a budget-friendly hotel, but even the lifts(elevators) were dirty. I still expect cleanliness if the hotel costs more than $50. I would say if you're a light sleeper, or just a person who likes sleep and clean things absolutely avoid this hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn is just around the corner and though it is a bit more expensive, it's definitely the one I would recommend if you need an airport hotel near TF Green. The staff didn't even ask me how my stay was when I checked out, I assume because they knew what the answer would be. The only plus to this hotel is that the free breakfast is OK and Rafael the shuttle driver is great. Otherwise, pretty grim experience overall.
We had a 40th Anniversary trip planned when my wife received word that her 90 yr old Dad fell and she had to arrange Hospice care and I called Andreanna the Manager after I called Priceline and they agreed to make an exception due to the Family emergency and she was very businesslike and refused to make an exception even if It was a partial good faith refund. I travel frequently but my experience with Best Western Warwick and Andreanna has not been a warm or understandable experience.
Very conveniently located hotel in Warwick, short drive from Providence. Excellent breakfast, hotel was clean and comfortable. Only issue is that we had a room at the far end of the hotel facing onto the highways so it was quite noisy, further exacerbated by the noise every time the fan started for the heating system. We got very little sleep the first night, but the front desk very kindly moved us to a much quieter room on the other side of the floor for the second night and it was much better. I think this is a potential problem for all the rooms with one double bed as those rooms are at the end of the hotel near the highway. I would recommend booking a room with two double beds which seem to be in a much quieter area (plus the extra space is nice).
My family had a 6 AM flight so needed a hotel close to the airport. It's a very convenient location - just a few minutes from the airport with an airport shuttle that runs 24 hours. This was doubly convenient when our return flight was delayed and didn't return until around 4 AM (when it was originally due a bit before midnight). The rooms are clean and comfortable - nothing to get excited about, but no concerns either. The hotel felt very safe. We splurged a little for a suite given it was a trip of parents and two kids. One thing to be aware of - park and fly options are extra - the rate wasn't, to my recollection, excessive, but be aware of that if you need to your car there for a few days.
I stayed at this hotel while passing through New England and it was a great choice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. Unfortunately I left before enjoying breakfast. I was thanked several times for being a Best Western rewards member.
Perfect place to Stay, Park, Fly especially for an early flight. Went to Tampa for the women,s Final Four. We had a 6:00 AM flight. Staff was very efficient with our shuttles both leaving and returning. BW also has a free breakfast that starts at 4:00 AM for those guests catching an early shuttle. We will definitely use BW in Warwick next time we fly from Providence.
Airport Inn is conveniently located a 1/2 mile away from TF Green Airport, front desk service and shuttle drive was excellent and fast. Chelos Restaurant is conveniently located a short walk away and is hightly recommended. Hotel price was below a $100 for the single night. If visiing this area again, I would definitely look to stay here.
I arrived in PVD after midnight yet was picked up less than 5 min after calling. The place was newly refurbished, the staff very friendly and with breakfast included a good deal (breakfast was not special but hot edible eggs & sausage, fresh yogurt and fruit was way better than just a continental).
We always choose the Best Western Airport Hotel even if we arent flying into or out of Warwick. Its close to everything we need in the area. The early morning breakfast is an added bonus as we usually have to get an early start
I am always impressed with the efficient, yet warm and welcoming staff from the front desk to cleaning and breakfast are. They all make a point of greeting me and have a big smile. The rooms are always cleaned and all the amenities provided carefully. The newly resigned breakfast area and fitness centers are well placed and the breakfast provided is more than enough as a meal.
If what you are looking for is an economical overnight stay with a weeks parking included this is the place. The bed is comfortable and you cant get closer to the airport. The pick up was timely even though we arrived at 0030.
Consistently very satisfied with this site. We've stayed her several times in the last 6 months and can give high scores in all categories. From the minute you walk in you are treated kindly and warmly and enter a neat and clean lobby. Even though it's right next to the airport, it is so quiet, I forget I'm near an airport at all. They have a good breakfast spread that's included & the cleaning staff has been super pleasant and professional
Great hotel, great value,. no complaints at all. Breakfast is good. Room comfortable. Would stay again when in Providence. Comparable to much pricier establishments in downtown - worth the 10-15 minute drive.
We stayed only one night before heading to TF Green for a 6 AM flight, and this property was perfect for our needs. It was quite new and well-designed for a Best Western (the minimal corporate branding of franchised properties leads to a wide range of decor quality at other locations) with a spacious 2-queen room for our brief stay. The 4 AM breakfast start time was perfect to grab a bite for the shuttle, which was waiting for us right on time at 4:15 to head over to the terminal. No flight noise that we could hear from our room facing the parking lot. Definitely will stay here again before future predawn flights!
Stayed 2 nights here. The room was big and spacious. Slightly outdated. Bed was comfortable. Shower goes cold at homes and be careful some don't have slip protection. Decent breakfast items and a variety.
This hotel was very nice , clean and friendly staff ! My only complaint is when checking in you were required to use a credit card , I have a card but preferred to use cash and wasn't able to.otherwise this hotel was great
I reserved a room here because my flight arrived too late, and I wanted to save my upcoming road trip for the following morning. My room was very comfortable, breakfast was good, the service was very friendly, and the shuttle service worked very well. Overall, this Best Western worked out exactly as I hoped, and I'd be happy to stay there again.
We reserved a two-room suite. This was one of the best floor plans compared to other two-room suites at other hotels. A completely separate sitting room with TV. The bathroom connected both the sitting room and the bedroom. A very clean, spacious room. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Friendly staff made our stay even better.
The Best Western at TF Green is quite close to the airport making that early morning flight easy. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. A simple but adequate breakfast is served from 4 am so you don't have to start your trip on an empty stomach. I would definitely visit the BW at TF Green again!
The facility was excellent - good appearance, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast offerings. The staff was pleasant, helpful and competent. I believe that I have said enough with the words that I have used !
I have stayed here alone and with children at least 6 times this year. It is my new favorite. I like that breakfast is longer, the staff is wonderful and it's convenient to anywhere and everywhere I travel while in RI. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and I have NO issues here.
Excellent stay, close to airport, free shuttle was also great. Room was clean and comfortable. It is a close walk to Legal Sea Foods, we ate here and it was excellent service and great chowder. Many other stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
BW has clean rooms, a totally choice-filled breakfast, helpful staff. Good parking. Even being near the airport we had no noise problems. The clerk had some suggestions for us as to where to sight see as we awaited our date time with family. She was right and we had a lovely scenic ride along the coast.
Nice place to stay for work. Not a lot of frills, but clean and professional staff. Breakfast needs some work though, was the same everyday, not a lot of choices, and the quality was a bit below what I would expect.
The service of the staff was incredible. We needed a great deal of help navigating the public transport buses. We were given bus schedules and a map to the area around the hotel. We requested a shuttle to the airport at 445 and it was right on time.
Extremely friendly staff. Made to feel welcome immediately. Willing to help in any way. Room was large, spacious, clean comfortable with fridge, micro, work area, couch, chair, two king beds. Very reasonable rates. Breakfast was moderate in choices, and could have been organized in a more user friendly way. People were having to crowd in to the food line. However, it was breakfast, and served it's purpose.
I've been coming to the Best Western for a number of years. We stay here if we have an early morning flight or if we arrive very late. It's safe, convenient, fast and quiet and affordable. You can't beat the early morning breakfast and the friendly shuttle driver or the nice pick up at the end of the day.
My husband and/or I have stayed here multiple times in the past 18 years when we visit family. Never an issue. Room are clean, staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I would like to see different items in the free breakfast once in a while.
Without too much hesitation we booked this hotel again, as we'd liked staying here the previous year. It was a convenient location since our flight was due into TF Green Airport in the evening and we knew it was within walking distance of the terminal. The rooms had been redecorated with laminate flooring and new wallpaper. Breakfast was standard but plenty of it. All-in-all a reasonably-priced place to stay close to the airport.
Loved this hotel. Arrived in the evening, about a 5-10 minute walk to the airport however we got confused finding the hotel first however we quickly located it with no problems. Very clean rooms, the best bed i've ever slept in! I could stay here for the rest of my life laying on the beds they were that comfortable. Very friendly and helpful employees- very good value for money with an amazing breakfast too included in the price- STAY HERE!
We have stayed at the Airport Inn many times over the years. It is quiet, clean with a good breakfast for a reasonable price. We use it when we arrive a day early before starting on our Fla. trip or for the last day before departing home from our Fla. vacation.
It is clean, fairly quiet, and reasonably priced. The decor is standard. There is decent places to eat near by and they serve a self serve breakfast. The park and fly deal is great, and the shuttle service is efficient. What more could one want?
We spent one night here between flights. A very kind cab driver called the hotel shuttle for us and we were collected in 10 minutes from tbe airport. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and huge. Very comfortable if a little dated but perfect for our needs. Free tea and coffee in reception area 24/7. Not much to eat locally, if at all so we took an uber to warwick mall and had a choice of suitable places. Would definitely stay again for a one night transit stop but mot ideal for more than one nighr in my opinion unless you have a car and can drive around
I spent the night at this hotel as it was close to the airport and I had to catch an early flight. I was completely satisfied with this hotel from start to finish and would use their services again if need be and recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Here's my story: I called the hotel a month in advance as I was looking for lodging accommodations close to the TF Green airport as I had an early flight to catch and needed a place to spend the night. The person I spoke to on the phone was super friendly (wish I remembered her name) and explained all the services her hotel could provide. Not only does their breakfast start at 4AM (Bonus!) but you have a selection of hot food items to choose from. They have a hotel shuttle on call 24/7, you just need to make arrangements at the Front Desk. So not only was I able to grab some coffee, hot food, and a complimentary newspaper, I got a ride to the airport which just 5 minutes away. The room itself was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfy and I had all the pillows and bath towels I needed. Did I mention how warm and friendly their staff are? Yup, they have dedicated personnel who want to be sure you are taken cared of from check in to check out. All in all a great experience!
It's an airport hotel. If you are in the back, you are overlooking the Providence Airport access road and can see the airport parking structure. They provide a complimentary airport shuttle. Their staff know the answers to the usual airport related questions. In spite of its close proximity to the airport and the highway, it is surprisingly quiet. Breakfast is 4-9:30am to accommodate early morning departures. Breakfast is the usual exaggerated continental breakfast - volume, but not quality. They have set up a few tables in the lobby in addition to the breakfast room so you can have a quieter setting. The room was comfortable, clean, but could use some updating. It isn't where you would want to make an extended stay, but was fine as an airport hotel.
The rooms could very much use some updating specifically the bathrooms which seemed really old. The entrance was hard to spot on the building, the elevator was down with little direction on where the stairs were we took a flight down and ended up outside as there wasn't a direct connection to the first floor but no signage to let us know that. Breakfast was mediocre but as expected for this type of hotel.
We stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn while traveling to Providence for the Labor Day weekend. This hotel was not our first choice but we had hoped it would be just as nice as our initial hotel that was sold out for the weekend. Honestly, there is something wrong with a hotel when you the entry door. Yes the hotel has a driveway with a great portico but the entrance door is located on the far right and it looks like it was put there as an after thought. The check-in area needs some serious cleaning and upgrades. The ceiling by the check-in counter is cracked and stained and the foyer looks as if it was once part of a fast food establishment. I could have sworn there was a window in the foyer that was part of a drive through for a restaurant. Our room was clean but it smelled as if smoker had been in this room recently. Quite unusual since this hotel has a strict non-smoking policy. The bathroom toilet had to be flushed a number of times to make everything go down and the vanity countertop had seen better days. The best part of the complimentary breakfast was the free Sunday papers. The waffle maker was broken. The cereal and yogurt options were quite limited. I understand that you pay more for a hotel that is located near TF Greene airport but when you are spending an amount that is comparable to staying in a hotel in downtown Providence, you should get more for your money. Overall the hotel is clean but it really needs to be upgraded. Would I stay here again, I doubt it, there are better options nearby.
Fairly standard hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. There is a workout room, I did not use it but it did look clean. The pool was clean and spacious. The hot tub was nice
We chose this hotel due to its closeness to the airport for an early morning departure. It was literally a 2 minute drive to the rental car dropoff with no traffic, and there was a gas station on the corner for easy fillup before returning the car. Nothing special about the hotel, breakfast in the morning.
Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights in Rhode Island and ended up at the Best Western Airport inn because of its location and favorable ratings. Ended up being a great choice. The staff was great, the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was also pretty good. The rates at this hotel were cheaper than the other hotels in the same area.
The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean, bed and pillows were excellent. Room had a refer, iron and good TV. Hotel was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. This hotel is right up against the TF Green airport and there is a shuttle. Classy place and great price compared to other hotels.
After flying in from UK in the evening we just wanted somewhere close so I didn't have to drive too far on the wrong!!! Side of the road in the dark, this place was perfect at less than 5 mins from airport.Good clean room of a decent size for a family of 5,breakfast was ok(egg rather cold and average at best sausage) with good blueberry topping for waffles, good coffee, yoghurt and fruit.the most expensive motel on our 4 week road trip, but not bad for the area.
I had to make a reservation for a friend that was coming to visit us and I had to make sure that my friend was going to be picked up from the airport and have the assistance needed and in time. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they did picked my friend up on time and assisted as needed. When I called the hotel to verify that my friend had arrived, the front desk staff told me my friend had and was already in the room and asked me if I wanted to be connected to the room, I said no let her rest. The staff went above and beyond my expertise!!!! Thank you for all your wonderful help
Passing through the Newport area we chose to stay at the Best Western for one night. It was the right decision for us as the hotel is extremely easy on/off I95. The room was very clean and the staff was sweet and caring. Everything was clean and well attended. Breakfast was typical, everything was hot and fresh and coffee tasted fresh brewed.
Awesome and clean room. Bed was so big and tv had lots of choice with lots of channels. Breakfast was just what I needed, and shuttle service to and from airport was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
stayed here for 6 nights in July. The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were adequate. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. It is not a luxury hotel but it is very convenient to the interstate and was quiet. Shuttle to the airport was timely.
The hotel itself is super clean and nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly and caring. We arrived at 3:30am and they were the only hotel to not automatically tell us they had no rooms available. They offered us late checkout at 12:45pm for no charge. Love Best Western!
This was a perfect place for our family passing through the area. New, clean, friendly staff and great price. Convenient airport location with easy highway access, although no outside noise and we were on the top floor.
We stayed here one night due to its proximity to the airport, price and shuttle service. I had to drop off a rental car at the airport, and the desk clerk came to pick me up from the terminal. We were also able to get a ride after checkout the next morning with 5 minutes notice. The rooms were clean and the hotel looks like it was renovated recently. The hallways were noisy though, and the breakfast wasn't great (they were out of hot water and even though we told 2 different staff, they never refilled it). The price was very good. 2 queen beds and we only spent 80.00 after taxes for the night. If you don't mind a little noise, it's worth the stay.
I chose this hotel for its price and proximity to Providence. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine--eggs, cereal, waffles--which was nice compared to a typical continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was very nice, but a little noisy. It is close to the airport and a busy street. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was like all these places. It was acceptable, but not great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time and it exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning with this horrible heat wave had the room feeling like an igloo nice and cool. The bed is very comfortable and the TV had all the channels you could imagine. They have breakfast and a very practical gym. We would like to recognize front desk agent Lashana for being so professional and helpful. She suggested a great mall near the area and allowed us a late check out. It was an overall great start to our fourth of July. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks, Ina!
This hotel is an older property that has upgraded nicely. Rooms are average for the chain.Clean. 2 minute shuttle to the airport plus a 10 min walk from the car return make it very convenient. Staff good, friendly and helpful. Had no time for breakfast so no comment.
We booked here because it was the cheapest option near the airport and the hotel has good reviews, but our experience wasn't that good. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. And that's the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, but quite dark and outdated... like travelling back in time to the end of the 70s. And definitely not a good night sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable (mattress sinking in the middle). Breakfast wasn't good either. Quality of the food was not as expected. Not to mention there was no crockery -just plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates.
We arrived in a downpoor. There was a small covered unloading area near the entrance of the hotel. The shuttle bus was parked smack in the middle of the road under it, another car squeezed in to stay a bit dry. We sat patiently waiting for 10 minutes for the drivers to come back but there was no movement. So I got out of the car, got soaken wet before I was in. A girl and a trainee were there, I asked politely if they could arrange the shuttle to move or if they knew who the other car was. The answer came quick from the girl...NO. Okay, I said, so we should unload in the pooring rain and get everything all wet ? Why is the shuttle bus there ? Well, maybe a customer wants to go to the airport and then they will be wet... uhm, maybe your driver get's wet but at least your customers can unload dry....than she picks up the phone...Hi John, I ve a customer here could you move your car. What ???? And you didn't know who the car was from ? I don't like being lied to miss ! Well, apparantly it was a regular visitor....oh well, who are we right ? finally we could unload and in the meanwhile the trainee was very professional and check us in. The room was perfect, well maintained, smelled good, had great waterpressure and the breakfast is good as well. But...our stay was ruined by this girl and certainly too because she badmouthed my husband the day after. So never again will we stay here. O and after complaining by email by the manager, a "we will look in to it" was all we got....so he thinks it's okay too
Had to stay 1 night in Warwick area for baseball tournament, room was reasonable, extremely comfortable bed. Non smoking room, smelled like cigarettes, and the highway outside the window a bit loud, but turn ip the A/C which worked great and nbd.Free breakfast in the morning was nice to have , although eggs and sausage were cold. Overall good deal for basic nights sleep.
We have stayed here numerous times while visiting our son at college in Providence. It's very easy to get to from 95 and less than 10 minutes to Providence. It was always clean and affordable, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here for any trips to Providence!
We wanted a room close to the airport and rental car return. They had 2 rooms and met all requirements. I front end staff was helpful helping us check in to our flights, restaurants, and any other additional questions we had. Breakfast was adequate, free shuttle to the airport, the room was nice and clean, great shower and as we were leaving the owner thanked us for staying and we could see that they were making improvements on the property. Good location an d ii would stay here again.
We stayed in this hotel twice for multiple nights, and had problems each time. This time we were locked out of our rooms when the keys stopped working (easy front desk fix). Both times the Business Center had problems: Both times one PC was non-functional but on, so anyone with systems knowledge could access areas in which they did not belong. The last time, there was no printer, so the Front Desk got to see all your personal info. This time, there was a printer there, but a computer expert could access the non-functional computer and hack it. Given present day security issues, this is very dangerous. On the bright side, Housekeeping was fantastic! Room was perfect! Lobby was much improved from our last stay. Overall, we would stay here again!
The entire experience was very good... From the shuttle pickup at the airport when we arrived until we left. The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated, the room was very spacious, queen beds were very comfortable, decorated nicely. The front desk ladies offered us delivery menu's when we checked in, so were were able to call for some dinner without having to go out in the rain after a long day and a long flight. The check-out process was speedy and the shuttle was ready and waiting for us within a few minutes of arriving in the lobby. I would recommend staying at this property, as it is VERY close to the airport (PRV) and having the shuttle was great!
We chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the car rental return at the airport. We also were able to get a shuttle to the hotel in the morning before our flight. The room were clean and the staff was nice. It's a no frills location but met our needs for the night.
I am pleased with the services and personal interest the staffs has. The location by the airport is very convention the for those who don't mind the traffic. It doesn't have a pool or bar but that os not part of my needs.
I was concerned about noise from the airport but that wasn't an issue. Hotel was pretty much no frills but was clean. Breakfast was available at 4 AM which is good for early travelers. We were visiting family so it was a convenient location.
This may be not the best BW I've seen in my life, but you can't beat the location: literally minutes to the Providence airport terminal. One feature that sets this BW apart is the reception hall: nicely appointed and with a three-story ceiling. Otherwise, your typical low-budget hotel: the room with a sink in the living space, TV, mini-fridge, microwave and mini-coffee maker - as you would expect. The beds were not comfortable, but I guess you can tolerate them for one night. The bathroom was clean, just enough toiletries - but the staff didn't need reminding to place 4 towels in the bathroom, which was appreciated (more often than not, hotels will give you only three even if they see 2+2 on the reservation). Importantly, the room was quiet despite the airport nearby. In terms of service, couldn't complain: they were nice, cooperative and helpful. Given that this hotel definitely mostly serves airport traffic, they open their breakfast at 4am, which is quite rare, and another point of appreciation for us. The hotel operates a shuttle bus, our riding time early in the morning was 4 minutes. Subject to parking space availability, you can also leave your car in their parking lot for a modest price in case you are leaving for several days and returning to Providence - another convenience feature I don't see often. All in all, a convenient place for air travelers, especially with early/later arrivals/departures.
Rooms are a little small, but had everything I expected (including mini-frig). Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodated my every request. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Breakfast starts at 4am to 9:30 for those with early flights. Close to PVD airport with free shuttle.
good hotel and convenient to PVD airport...just off the connector road to I95...breakfast and nice quiet rooms made for a nice stay and easy in and out and good sleep too...will definitely use this property again
This is a close hotel to the airport and the rooms are mostly clean and good for sleeping. However, every night there were slamming doors, trucks parking and backing up with alarms in the back parking area. The breakfast area was not the cleanest or had the best layout. They had waffles, but the machines did not work well, no non-stick spray and no area to put your plates down. The food selection was just so-so. I extended my stay, but the not adjust my key card so I was locked out and getting it fixed was a hassle with a rude desk clerk. It was the manager who did the extension (not very competent at his job) and he also removed my discounts and charged me a higher rate. When I checked in the had to see my AAA card, but then they had to photocopy it as well, never had that happen before and should not have happened. On check in the courtesy van was parked under the covered part, so customers had to unload in the rain/snow. And finally being a rewards member (gold) means nothing at this hotel, I would not stay here again as first, second or third choice. Also, not their fault, but if the airport shifts there plane patterns, you will hear some plane noise, but the door slamming was much worse and annoying.
Clean, convenient, close to the airport and highway access. Really nothing special about their continental breakfast except it was geared for early risers, I think it was over by 9am. Got a decent rate, in town for a family funeral.
My wife and I were returning from Ireland to the Providence Airport. We got in a little too late to catch a train back to Philly so we decided to stay at the Best Western close by. Boy, are we glad we did !! I phoned the hotel from outside the terminal and within 5 minutes a nice lady by the name of Lashana drove up in a van to pick us up. She was also the person who answered the phone when I called for the pick-up. She does everything, and very well at that. Lashana also checked us in. I wish every one in hotels were as efficient and friendly as Lashana. Now to get to the room info. Big, clean room, nice bathroom with plenty of towels, hot water and water pressure. Nice décor. Coffee maker and refrigerator. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Within walking distance of the airport. We were embarrassed, how close it was after we got picked up by Lashana. We could have walked the 300 yards. Restaurants are also within walking distance. The breakfast was hot and delicious with sausage, pancakes, eggs and corned beef hash. If you arrive late to the Providence airport pamper yourselves and stay here before or after your flight. It will help you to unwind and relax. M. Greg Miller Millersville, PA
We arrived about 11:30 PM, and called the hotel. The airport shuttle was there within a very short time. The rooms are modern, and for the rate - very good. The hotel is clean, and a good value as a modest continental breakfast is included. We would certainly choose this hotel again if needed.
Conveniently located just outside Providence Airport Terminal within walking distance. But call the desk and a shuttle will pick you up and then drop you off when your ready to leave. Clean room with comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Immediate pick-up at midnight, when I called. Same with shuttle back to airport in a.m. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast had great selection and starts at 4:30 a.m.! I would definitely recommend.
My account was charged twice and caused a over draft. I travel every day and work and a budget, this caused a BIG mess because some one was Lazy and Greedy! In the mean time between time watch out and triple check your statements!
Just about everything at the BW Warwick was fantastic. The only real issues revolved around the shuttle. The on-duty driver wasn't familiar with the rental car return location at Green Airport. It took several phone calls but we were eventually picked up by a staffer in his private vehicle. We needed to get to Green Airport at 0330 for an early morning flight to Tucson. Apparently, no one remembered the shuttle driver doesn't even show up until 0400. Luckily, the young man setting out the breakfast, which is really good, got us to the airport.
Good Hotel for a quick stay in Providence. Walking distance from the airport. Great place to stay if you arrive at night and want to continue by car the next day. It is located by the Airport/I-95 connector and facilitates early morning starts for heading North towards Boston or Greater New England area or heading south towards New Haven or NYC.
The front desk staff at this hotel made us feel like family -- welcoming, smiling, courteous and provided great recommendations for restaurants, as well as flawless directions. The room/bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless and nice fluffy towels. Only drawback -- no pool. But if we are in that area again, we'll be staying here!
And wonderfully comfortable, clean, spacious and surprisingly QUIET hotel, the lady clerk was terrifically knowledgeable and useful. Gorgeous Christmas tree and beautiful huge window lobby, the hotel also offers what would be a perfect buffet if the scrambled eggs weren't clearly powdered. Highly recommended stay for anyone going to Newport (where the hotels are prohibitive) or anywhere within an hours travel. GREAT deal through hotels.com!
Nice place, big rooms, small bathroom, a little outdated, but very clean. Every employee we dealt with were excellent, friendly, smiling, and helpful. Basic continental breakfast. We would stay there again.
Stayed here prior to early morning flight to Chicago. Nice hot early morning breakfast.(starts at 5am) Room was very adequate, clean, comfy bed and nice bedding. Shuttle driver was helpful and very nice. Front desk efficient. We have stayed numerous times and never been disappointed. Safe area. Many restaurants nearby. 5 min to airport.
I use this hotel when I'm working in the area and need to take a flight out. Their lot easily accommodates my truck and their shuttle gets to the airport in just a few minutes. The beds are comfortable, the coffee is good, and the staff has always been super nice. Plus their rates are very competitive.
Easy check in, big clean room, comfy bed, and very good breakfast. I had a 6am flight and breakfast begins at 4am which was nice! Shuttle was very easy to arrange. Would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat!
The location is great. Close to Interstate 95, and near several good restaurants. Be sure to try the Greenwood Inn. Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Can't beat it ! Also, there is a great laundromat not too far away - maybe a mile or so. Do your own, or have it washed and folded. Ask at desk for location. Excellent place to stay !!
Although the price was good, I feel that is why the stay was what it was. The room was very stale and did not feel or look very clean. there was toothpaste (not from us) in the sink and hair in the toilet. the hallways were very loud and noisy most times with staff laughing. The staff although I know it is not the Ritz, would expect to be somewhat pleasant I felt we were bothering them. This was less then a pleasant experience and will never go the cheaper way again
Wake up to the beat of annoying sounds coming from th floor above the the hallway don't know if it was the room services but if they was the have to respect other people don't check out st the same time and respect people sleep i can give this particular hotel a 2 star they n d to talk to the staff about loud noise early morning
Had to make a quick, unexpected visit to RI and with the great rate and positive reviews, we decided to stay here. Were not disappointed. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Good continental breakfast with hot items and pleasant variety in a clean breakfast room with staff that constantly worked hard to keep it neat and stocked. Accommodating front desk staff when we found we needed to stay one more night - we stayed in the same room at another good rate. Hotel is older but has been maintained. Would recommend it in a very competitive airport hotel environment and will stay here again. Only negative was slamming of heavy of hotel room doors and noisy, rude hotel guests.
Nothing fancy, but thought it was perfectly adequate for the price. Complimentary breakfast was better than I was expecting. Shuttle to and from airport was a big benefit and reason for choosing. My biggest complaint, and it's a big one, is that a few days after my stay I noticed my credit card had been overcharged by $134. It took three phone calls over the course of two days to finally speak with a manager who admitted their mistake and credited me back the overcharge, very aggravating! I was happy with my stay until that, but that alone would make me reconsider staying again.
The hotel was clean and updated. We were close to many attractions and the downtown area. . The breakfast buffet was good and attractive to us. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff helped us to be comfortable.
My wife and I had to fly out of TF Green Airport and found the Best Western. The price was very reasonable for staying by the airport. I wish all hotels would do that to help travelers. They provided transportation for me to drop off my rent-a-car and then transportation to the airport the next morning. Their breakfast started at 4:00am which was great because we had to leave very early. So they were very accomodating with our schedule. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to one of our favorite restaurants, Legals Seafood so that was great too. My only criticism would be that the room was a little "dated" but still worked out very nice. Some upgrades to the bathroom area would be nice. All in all I would stay there again in the future if necessary.
I am happy every time I go there! The staff are all hardworking and more than happy to help and remedy anything that might come up. It is unfortunate that somre guests forget to be aware of the fact that others are at the hotel and thie volume in the hallways is more than necessary but that is their lack of awareness not the hotels. It is my hotel of choice.
This hotel was an excellent Value and very clean, functional facilities. It was close to the airport - I was able to walk to it. The breakfast was very good and complete, the staff courteous and efficient.
The shuttle pick up is wonderful! The rooms are clean and the people are very nice and helpful! Breakfast on-site is always a great way to start the day! The lady who was in charge of breakfast certainly kept everything full, cleaned and was especially cheerful! Always a pleasure to stay here!
I stayed at this hotel near the Providence airport because I was taking an early plane flight, and had expected I'd have breakfast at the airport or after the flight. Then I checked in and learned that breakfast started at 4:00 am, in time for me to eat before my flight. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as instant oatmeal, so there were options for someone who can't eat toast. And the hotel is within walking distance of the rental car return, so I could leave my luggage at the hotel and return the rental car the night before my early plane flight. Definitely the right choice for a Providence airport hotel.
The Best Western is perfect for travelers. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, etc. It has a great complimentary breakfast with sausage, corned beef hash, eggs, pancakes, waffles, juice and fruit. The rooms a large and neat as a whistle.
all friendly -remodeled adds a friendly setting - all the staff accommodating - We love to stay at Warwick BW as it is easy off/on to highway - close to all the places to eat or just take a coffee down in the lobby at any time. Breakfast has so many items to choose from - I always try to eat healthy as they have so much to dig into. Waffles with Peanut butter and fruit was my last breakfast, coffee, juice.
Easy and quick check-in. Room was mostly clean upon first inspection, however its those forgotten out of the way areas that need some attention. The AC/Heat filter was caked with dust. These should be vacuumed once a month and probably washed with water a few times a year. Debris and hair in the corner behind the entrance door to the room as well. I will give housekeeping credit for cleaning this after my first night. Apparently not all rooms have a microwave as mine did not have a Micro but did have a mini fridge. Most of the even numbered rooms back up to the airport access road, however noise seemed to be minimal since it's just people going to/from PVD. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items with make your own waffles. A decent amount of seating in the breakfast room and lobby was available.
Due to a family issue. The location, cost and quality of the room was extremely important. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. My room was a little congested. The employees weeecvery kind and quick to please. The attendant in the breakfast Are was especially helpful and kind.
We stay here when flying. The staff is very accommodating. Parking can be a problem but the staff is there to assist. The park and fly package is very reasonable and on time. Our favorite restaurant is also near by, Cello's. You cannot go wrong with a meal or cocktail.
Excellent clean, hotel lobby and excellent foot the room was excellent clean the staff was very kindness professional great service food was very good better say excellent over all hotel is one of the best I be in Unite state thanks you very much and the price was great.
Pleasant stay. We stay here when visiting the grand kids. Most of the time is spent with them the room is just a place to sleep. We are not looking for "over the top" amenities. Clean comfortable room, close to the family.
We booked this as it was under 15 minutes walk from the arrivals hall at Providence airport. Follow the signs to the railway station and car rental desks over the elevated walkway. Go as far as the car rental desk area (but don't walk passed them) and take the lift down to ground level. Head towards the Shell gas station and from there you'll be able to see the Best Western. If you are picking up a rental car then you'll have seen the desks en route. Alternatively, they do offer a pick-up service. The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were compact. Breakfast was included and although it was basic quality there was lots to chose from and plenty to eat. It served us well having landed in the evening.
Very comfortable for us before flying out in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast started at 4 am!! And it was a good breakfast too. We enjoyed our brief stay. Frig and micro wave.
Looks a bit dated in corridors and reception but rooms are okay. Large size, big bed, fridge, no room safe and wash basin is in the room. Breakfast included cereals, eggs, sausage, juice, muffins and pastries. Overall quite acceptable for an airport hotel.
Clean, comfortable room. King size bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. The "business desk" in our room was ineffective since the wall outlet powering it was not working. Wifi connectivity in our room 333 was intermittent but we were about as far away as you can get.
This is an excellent venue if one is flying from TF Green Airport. We stayed both on our way in and out of Rhode Island. Room prices do vary greatly depending on day and date as the same double queen room on a Saturday that cost $203 was only $96 on a Sunday night. Airport pick up was quick. Danny – driver and desk clerk – couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We even were able to get a ride in the morning to the car rental building. The hotel is attractive with a welcoming lobby. Lovely photos decorate the hallways and unlike many hotels, carpets are bright and non-institutional. Beds are comfortable though pillows are lumpy and the linen is scratchy. This is odd as the towels are perhaps the softest I've ever felt. The room is standard Best Western and includes a desk, cabinet or closet and refrigerator with, again, cheery art. Lighting could be better. Towel racks are needed by the sink and hooks in the bathroom. We did hear a little highway and airport noise on our second visit but not so it disturbed sleep. One can walk to a couple of restaurants for dinner. The free breakfast is high end Best Western including many cereal and bread choices, eggs, and corned beef hash and begins early to allow for early flights. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always available in the lobby. A second thumbs up to Nathen who shuttled us back after we dropped off the rental car.
We wanted to take a trip to Boston but hotels were much higher in price near the city. We found this hotel online and saw the good reviews. We stayed in a queen suite for 3 nights. We were very pleased! The suite was spacious and included a microwave, mini frig, TV in both the bedroom and living space which had a queen sofa bed. The bedroom had 2 queen beds. Everything in the room was clean and the room had no odor. The entire hotel is smoke free which was very nice. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but there was plenty of choices including some fresh fruit (apples/bananas). We took the train into Boston. The train station was within walking distance (approx. 2 blocks away) and easy to find. The train ride into Boston was great. The hosts at the hotel desk were polite and helpful. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel!
the hotel was comfortable and very clean,. beds sleep very well staff was very pleasant , concerned and helpful. breakfast was good. I would stay here again without question, stores and restaurants are close by, easy access to highways
Clean rooms and comfortable beds at a great price! Could not be more convenient to the airport. Free breakfast is adequate but great for the overall price. Service was excellent too! Would definitely come back if in the area.
The beds were comfortable and the shower hot with lots of pressure but my main complaint was the loud noise. Between airplanes, the busy traffic, hearing everything in the hallway, and the buzzing sound that started early in the morning it was hard to get a good night's rest. There were some other minor annoyances such as the too small parking lot spaces, huge flower planters on the sidewalk which did not allow you to walk by with luggage, and it was a hassle to get a baby crib. Breakfast was only fair. I would pick a different hotel next time.
I posted a review for this establishment in 2013: "...Excellent value (date of stay 2013, APR 29 to MAY 3) At this price point, it's not realistic to expect 4 star accommodations, but BEST WESTERN Airport Inn 2138 Post Road, Warwick, RI was clean and quiet, and the staff were competent, friendly, and easy to understand..." And so on. I stayed here again OCT 10-12 2017, and JUN 21-23 2017. I am happy to report that the experience was exactly the same. The price is competitive, the rooms are clean, the equipment works, and the staff are very friendly. They treat you like you want to come back. And it works! If I had to be critical of anything, it is the parking situation. The parking spaces are small and sometimes the lot appears to be full. There is additional parking around the back of the building, but it gets dark back there after the sun goes down. Keep in mind that parking is free. Many hotels nowadays have free breakfast of one sort or another, but it's annoying when they only make it available for 2 hours or less. Not all of us bound out of bed before 8am. These guys have the free breakfast going from around 4am to 9am. I had scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, bagels, english muffins, american cheese, sausage links, waffles, orange juice, and coffee. The food tasted good, the things that were supposed to be hot were hot, and the things that were supposed to be cold were cold. The lady who maintains the breakfast area really works hard. Please note the tip tray near the waffle makers. You can't go wrong staying here. ~SESCMark
This was a pleasant overnight stay and came up to the standard we have come to expect from Best Western. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room clean and spacious . It was a little noisy we would advise you request a room away from the road
This hotel was renovated only 2 months ago so anything negative may have been sorted. We found the room and especially the bed absolutely wonderful. So large and comfortable, lovely linen and overall welcoming. Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was all paper plates and plastic cutlery with limited products, but OK for a complimentary one. After long flight and traffic jams out of Boston this was a haven for sleeping.
Good, efficient place...service is excellent. Location is awesome! Less that 5 min to the airport and 1 block from Legal Sea Foods! A bit pricey this time...seasonal. My 3 requirements: Clean - check Good bed - check Good shower - check Works for me.
Tiny rooms, huge tv, dirty pillows with Drool stains on them. Please check your pillows under the case. Also, light above the sink was extremy dim. Refridgerator was not plugged in, when i mentioned this since i could not refrigerate my food, the lady at the front dest just said "sorry".
Having arrived particularly late at night and over 2 hours behind schedule, I question myself whether I perceived the facility correctly when I was over-run by tiredness ! It would have been good to have the hotel track our flight and have the shuttle available - it did not and we had to pay a taxi to reach the hotel. Again, late at night, it is not reasonable to expect staff to be at their best. Their subdued unenthused attitude perhaps reflected that. Cleanliness and comfort was immaculate. The shuttle driver Rafael was particularly friendly and helpful. Having stayed at comparable hotels for many years, I do still question whether £160 a night was good value? ....Yes ...I was exhausted....I rederve judgement !
Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was large, clean. WiFi was sufficiently fast for music, text. Did not attempt streaming. Breakfast had a reasonable number of selections. Breakfast room was clean and bright. A good value.
This property is not a super fancy place but the breakfast is super good and the place is clean! no complaints at all. The front desk people are very friendly and give you great service. Close to everything you need, even the late night Wendy's run ;)
Way Way better than any Best Western I've ever stayed at before, more inline with Holiday Inn or Courtyard experience than my past BW experiences. New Decor, new Bedding and Design, great Internet, and ample parking. I dont know if this is a Chain WIde remodeling effort or not, but this location was GREAT
Stayed for one night in transit to Boston. Very quick check in. Pleasant staff. Room was fine, spacious and clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was very tired looking and could be doing with a spruce up. The shower sent water jets out in directions akin to that of a laser net but no great hassle. Breakfast was included and was perfectly fine. Coffee, a few hot items, cereals etc. Quite tasty actually. Also handy for many restaurants. I think the instructions for the airport shuttle could be a little clearer but all in all a perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay.
We fly into Green to attend a reunion and this isour favorite place to begin and end our trip. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet. A great place, a good value and our home away from home in Warwick.
While in Rhode Island, I needed a hotel that was inexpensive and easy to get to. Conveniently located less than a mile from the rental car garage and right by an I-95 ramp, this BW fit the bill. Because of the price, I knew it wasn't going to be fancy, but the décor is surprisingly cute, and both my room and the lobby were very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent--everyone was friendly, efficient and helpful, especially when I needed restaurant recommendations or advice on the best way to get anywhere. The continental breakfast had far more choices than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. Two things kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars; first, my room had an odd odor, neither pleasant nor unpleasant, one I couldn't identify (maybe pressed board from the wardrobe?). I got used to it pretty quickly though. Second, it was a little noisy around my room, in part because I was right by the elevator (guests arriving from, or leaving for, the airport seemed especially loud) and in part because my room faced the highway. I never heard any planes, but I did hear some loud motorcycles and rumbling busses. Again, I adjusted pretty quickly, but if you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Still, I'd easily recommend the BW to anyone visiting Rhode Island and would stay again in a heartbeat.
The Best Western Warwick rates a very good overall on its physical merits and an excellent in terms of service. It also rates an excellent overall as a convenient place to overnight for one or two days on the way to or from Maine or Canada, en route to the New London ferry, or for a visit to Newport and the Rhode Island shore area. It is also within easy reach of fine dining in Providence and East Greenwich.
The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet so it was easy to sleep. The location was convenient to the airport. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. Good value for the money.
The airport is really close. The hotel unfortunately doesn't have a pool or hot tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed was rather high to get into. The clerk gave us the name of a good restaurant with in walking distance. The breakfast was good.
As usual, United Airlines had a delayed flight. Hurried and called Mike at the Best Western for a room. He hooked me up quickly with what I needed and was very courteous and professional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and off to the skies i went. Excellent hotel for a quick overnight stay.
Convenient. Right at the Providence Airport. Free shuttle. Super friendly and helpful staff. They greet you immediately, imagine! Have stayed next door at the Hampton Inn for years and BW was $60 less a night so we tried it. Fridge and microwave are nice extra. Standard (not spectacular) breakfast waffles, breads, powdered eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit. Well stocked, rolls/bread fresh, milk - I love a glass in the AM - was cold. Bring your own snacks as the vending machine was emply. Gotta love Legal Seafood across the street. Bed was comfortable though I wish hotels still provided blankets by default vs the "3 sheets". These were a little more substantial/puffier than most, however. Sink is in the room vs. bathroom so if that bugs you, be aware. Other nice touch was 2 suitcase racks and substantial closet/wardrobe. My Dad stayed next door at the Hampton like always and had to change rooms. No room to hang things up in closet, no drawer space, urine smell on carpet. He was disappointed. Hampton usually does better.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient...you are very close to the interstate. Plus there are many strip malls and grocery stores nearby. Rates were very affordable and the service we received from the staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Room was very clean and modern. We would stay here again.
I stayed there September 13. Room clean and well maintained and stocked with amenities. Bath towels exceptionally soft, not worn out like many hotels Breakfast went to 9:30 am. Attendant present and clearing tables and restocking food items I highly recommend
Very comfortable overnight stay. Nice room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast, including some hot items is served beginning at 4:00 a.m. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot which is nice for a longer stay.
Very nice hotel for an early flight out of PVD airport. Clean room, WiFi works well, good "motel/hotel-type", fairly full continental breakfast. Shuttle starts at 4:00, which we needed. Overall a good value for under $100, taxes included.
We needed a hotel close to the airport as our flight left at 5 a.m.. We only spent one night there but were pleased with the early breakfast (4 a.m.) and shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The convenience of the shuttle made it an easy stop for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Very friendly staff, nice gym and Breakfast buffet, very convenient off of 95 and next stop is the airport. Room was very clean and new looking. internet worked well. Would recommend stay here in a heart beat again. Great value as well
We had a last minute idea to spend the night before a red-eye flight at the airport hotel and were quite happy with the decision. Staff was great from the moment we walked in the door--down to giving us tips about our air travel. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy and cheap during our stay away. Shuttles were regular and dependable.
Spent one night at the Best Western Airport Inn to minimize stress for our red-eye flight to DragonCon. Check-in was super-easy, parking our car was also super-easy, and the staff was very helpful with all our questions regarding their airport shuttles. The room was comfortable and I was able to get work done that night before leaving. Breakfast was okay, not great, but it was sustenance before a long day of flights and travel.
I hate driving to the airport. Hate it. This place is awesome...the airport is next door! Great room. Nice beds. Good shower. Quiet. We didn't stay for breakfast but there was a wide assortment of items: hot and cold. The staff was really nice too. Free parking and wifi. Would stay here again.
Stayed one night after a transatlantic flight. Great location, average budget hotel. Was going to skip breakfast and just get coffee. But the scrambled eggs looked really good so I grabbed a plate. They were truly the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. Perfect consistency and flavor. So not what I expected from an airport BW!
My daughter got married in June 2017. All the staff were WONDERFUL. They were so caring and did everything I asked them to do, even the owner helped my daughter get off a bracelet that was stuck on her arm. Also the hotel was very CLEAN. Thank you to all the workers, you were all wonderful and made a beautiful day even better.
Searching for a flight to Denver I discovered the best way to get their at a good price was via Providence Rhode Island with Norwegian with a one night stopover before catching a Frontier flight to Denver. So I booked into the Best Western Inn Warwick a short hop from terminal. Very good accommodation at reasonable cost my one disappointed was breakfast Just not good enough BW it lets the hotel down
very average hotel. toilet clogged all nite and no one helped. i kept calling front desk and no one pick up. next morning i go down at 630 and get plunger.nice staff, same breakfast items every day. it was ok. happy to leave
This hotel is great for an early morning flight. You are able to return your rental car the night before and ride the shuttle the next morning to the airport. No hassles. Close to many restaurants. Best thing was price.
Stayed when visiting family, hotel had everything we needed. Close to airport, close to everything around that we needed, friendly staff, very clean environment. Was very pleased overall with our stay.
This hotel was ideal for a night after a flight in from the UK. Very clean and well equipped rooms with added bonus of good breakfast included. They even have a small gym. Breakfast was great and they were able to provide me with gluten free cereal and bread along with Cornbeef hash, eggs, yoghurt, and cheese.
We recommend this place to stay. We chose this location for price and location. The rewards program promotion won us over for $10 gift card per night. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is tiny. Complimentary breakfast included were good. Parking was a pain for a couple evenings. The only negative part is the parking. We had to park away from the entrance because there are vehicles took up 2 parking spots. We didn't mind the walking. So we didn't complain.
We visited Warwick recently and had a chance to stay at this location again after a couple of years or so. It has always been a pleasant, trusted hotel offering clean and well maintained rooms, courteous and attentive staff, and a nice complimentary breakfast. However, with some recently completed renovations, the property has gone to a higher level of comfort. It now offers a premium sleep experience with upgraded beds. Also, it has a more modern feel with new carpeting and furnishings. Microwaves and refrigerates in the room are an added comfort. The positive upgrades along with its convenient location to the airport and the I-95 expressway make it an even greater place to stay. I highly recommend this Best Western! It's a great value for your $'s too! PS: It was a great place for my little dog too, as it has well maintained, grassy areas around the property.
Incredibly clean, Huge room, Fantastic location to the airport and highway, Great soundproofing, Walk to restaurants, Shuttle at 4 am to TFGreen, Excellent customer service in booking and check-in and out Perfect!
This is my 3rd time staying at the Best Western in Warwick and it is a great deal. It's very convenient to get to, free breakfast, clean rooms, and they provide cribs if necessary (this time I didn't need one but have in the past). I definitely recommend.
The staff at this hotel was so helpful and caring. They made our stay enjoyable and we felt at home staying at this hotel. The shuttle to the airport was waiting for us in the early morning to take us to the airport and the driver was courteous and helpful too. We will stay at this hotel again for sure.....
nice location, weekdays nice price. People are friendly and hotel is clean. Close to airport I would return! close to restaurants, shopping pretty much everything you need dry cleaners , tailors and etc
Hotel was EXTREMELY noisy, Staff lacked customer service skills, and they do not accept Best Western Gift cards apparently. Upon checkout, they REFUSED to accept my BEST WESTERN GIFT CARDS!! UMMM, you ARE BEST Western, correct??? Funny, I use Target gift cards frequently and guess what??? Target accepts them!!!! LEARN FROM TARGET as your hotel clearly doesn't understand the customer service industry AT ALL! This hotel sucks, worst I have EVER stayed in. Find another hotel or sores case, bring a tent, at least it will be quieter.
I stayed at this property on two separate occasions in July as I made my way up to Maine for a holiday. I expected a standard unimpressive Best Western property, and I must say I was surprised. For an older property, it had been beautifully renovated. The staff was cordial and friendly, the rooms were well appointed with refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, microwaves and high speed WIFI (at no charge). The morning breakfast was quite good. It was far more than the standard cereal, wrapped muffins and bagels, etc. It included eggs, bacon, sausage, a wide selection of choices in a pleasant enough dining space. I would stay there again. The location is superb for dining in the area and for convenience to the airport. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport and the staff is quite accommodating. Well done, management!
So close to Airport. Very comfy bed. This is not a 5 star hotel but very clean, safe area and location was perfect. It was also close to highways for side trips to Newport and Narragansett Beach. Breakfast was typical warm breakfast.
We needed a hotel to stay in after a transatlantic flight and the BW was the cheapest option of all the chain hotels on Post Road so we chose that. It is very close to the airport and the car rental lot and easy to get to, check in was simple. The room was spacious although the vanity and sink were in the room so the bathroom was small but fine for us Unfortunately we had the room right next to the lift and because it is an airport hotel and my body clock was readjusting, I was woken up a couple of times from 4 am onwards by people leaving. Normally I am a good sleeper so I think this wouldn't have disturbed me normally if I hadn't just changed time zones. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room further from the lift. Breakfast was standard BW breakfast and there was plenty of food and space. If I needed a budget hotel near PVD again then I would definitely stay here again.
We wanted a no frills, affordable hotel to spend the night in after we realized our flight from the UK landed after the last flight to Atlanta departed. We'd only be there about 10 hours so all we needed was a clean, comfortable room. We were surprised to find the staff very friendly and helpful, the beds new, the lobby area very welcoming and an extensive breakfast that started at 4am. Since we had to catch the free shuttle to the airport at 5am it was nice for the kids to be able to grab a muffin on their way out the door. Thanks!
Clean room; chintzy linens nowhere to be found. It was my bad luck to have a room right next to the elevator AND the ice machine, but hey, that's life. I had no idea people got ice so late in the evening.
Booked this hotel on my way back from a week long trip to a Europe. Good price per night, very close (5 min) from Providence airport PVD. Upon my arrival, called hotel to request shuttle, they arrived within 5 min. Hotel is a bit dated, but clean, great staff, nice spacious room, good breakfast selection. I will remember this hotel next time I travel via PVD.
I was running around planning my Moms 80th birthday and I never had to worry about the room and/or service! It was great to come back to the room and relax! Everyone was great from the checkin to the checkout.
The location was very good since it was very close to the area that we wanted to visit. It was also close to several restaurants that we can walk to and they were very good restaurants. It was very close to the exit of the freeway and was easy to get to
Only a few minutes to the airport which was great. The rooms are small but fine for an overnight stay. Beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Overnight stay included airport shuttle and continental breakfast which was typical bagels, waffles, muffins, juice, coffee - eggs/sausage as well but tasted terrible. Good hotel for the price.
We needed to spend one night in a hotel near the airport due to a family function the next day. After shopping around online, we settled on Best Western. Overall the hotel is fine. The front desk staff were fairly helpful. A decent breakfast is served each morning from 4 AM to 9:30 AM, and coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7. Our room overlooked the highway, but again, we were only there one night. It seemed as though some of the room (e.g. the carpet) was recently renovated, but other parts (e.g. the bathroom) have been neglected for years. The beds were comfortable. But we were awoken by someone stomping above us about 3:00 AM. That is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but it should be noted you can hear people moving around in rooms above you. We might stay here again. But we would definitely compare the price to other nearby hotels.
I would definitely stay at this Best Western if I am in the area again. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The staff was very helpful when I needed to drop off the rental vehicle and needed a ride back to the hotel late at night..
Very nice hotel. Easy access to interstate and main roads. Business and restaurants all conveniently located and places here are two shopping malls in the immediate area. The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and someone appears to always be available to assist you . The hotel is adjacent to TF Green airport for easy when traveling.
Clean, pleasant motel. Affordable. Convenient to Route 95 so can easily go in any direction. Scenic route 1A outside the door so beaches are close by, as is providence. Breakfast is good. Price is right!.
After having been stuck at the airport for 11 hrs before American Airlines canceled our flight staying at the BW Airport Inn was a welcome relief. We are rewards members and were treated as family when we arrived. We were given a discount on our room and bottled water and snacks when we checked in.
Convenient location, very near to an airport. Overall the hotel is good, particularly for a stay for a day or two. Close to 40 mins drive from Newport and relatively inexpensive during the independence day long weekend stay. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast is good with a fairly good number of varieties.
Recent reviews were right...rooms were clean. Very quiet and slept well, given the close proximity of the airport. Continental breakfast was standard fare and well stock. Customer service was great all around.
Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room with refrigerator and microwave. We used both during our stay. Very poor quality breakfast. Old fruit and plastic eggs. The staff saved me a few dollars by rebooking me through their system and not hotel.com. This was done with no problems. Better eggs and fruit is needed.
I booked this hotel using HotelsOne.com. It is worth noting that if you do not book via Best Western you do not get your Rewards Program points even though you are staying at the hotel, and presumably Best Western are receiving the bulk of your money. The hotel itself is a good quality, medium priced lodging. It is extremely convenient in situation. Virtually on the I95! The staff are friendly (Mike in particular) and knowledgeable about local places to eat, things to do, etc. The room we had was comfortable, well air-conditioned for the 33C (feels like 41C) weather. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. All in all a good experience.
This hotel does it right. Shuttle to and from airport and local restaurants. Newly renovated great beds and pillows. Breakfast s very good large selection. Great staff. Great shuttle driver Rafael. Staff is very good at what they do. Hotel is so clean. House keeping staff is great. Do not be afraid to stay.
Stayed for a week on business. Staff was polite and helpful, provided dining suggestions and accurate directions. Hotel was kept clean, cleaning staff was good. Good coffee in the mornings. Will stay there again on my next trip there.
This hotel has been completely renovated. The free breakfast buffet is very good with new added items. Very clean. New shuttle bus to the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Totally non smoking. Only negative is small parking spaces.
Convenient to airport and walking distance to restaurants. Quiet considering closeness to airport. Can return rental car and walk back to hotel. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel, but air conditioner could be more quiet.
We stayed (2 adults + 2 children) for 4 nights with our daughter studying locally visiting us. In fact, we were there for her graduation at Roger Williams University. The staff were really very friendly, accommodating to all our needs, providing us with cutlery and crockery for our evening meals procured from local take aways (plenty of choice), lovely range of breakfast, airport pick up and drop whenever we needed, plenty of secured parking space, spacious, neat and clean rooms (left in a mess by us in the morning only to find spic and span by evening). The Senior Patel was on holiday (I had known him for 4 years now - having stayed there in 2013 when my daughter started uni!), but the Junior Patel made sure everything was smooth. Over all, a more than a pleasant stay!! Keep it up guys!! I don't think I will be travelling in that part of the world again, but if I did, here's where I will stay!!
I booked this hotel through a third party vendor and unfortunately paid in full before my stay. I won't make that mistake twice. The only time people were friendly was at checkin and checkout. The night staff always looked like they wanted to be anywhere but at the front desk. The bed was comfy and that is my only compliment. After our first night I went to the front desk the next morning and advised that the towel hook broke in our bathroom, the sink was not draining, the light switch to the bathroom was loose and sometimes the light stayed on and sometimes it did not, the exit plan posted on our door was for another room down the hall, and our AC was very loud and that this was not a quality hotel. He said that the only thing he could do is call around for another hotel. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. Offered no name or had a name tag on. Did not even apologize for any inconvenience but said had I booked directly with Best Western he could do more. The light and hook got fixed and a new exit plan for this room was put on the door and that was it. Our tub never looked like it was cleaned our entire stay despite leaving a tip each day. New towels were thrown haphazardly on the shelves in the bathroom. I did not bring it to managements attention bc hey I already paid so what were they going to do anyway. Breakfast and parking was a joke. The parking lot spaces are made for small cars only. We had an SUV and each night it was a joke coming in after 10pm. People were parking illegally and taking two spaces for their SUVS and trucks and finding a spot was impossible. Needless to say I won't be staying at a Best Western again.
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient to I-95 and only 7 miles from Providence, at a much lower rate than a hotel in Providence would have cost. The best part is that this hotel is pet friendly! We were able to bring my daughter's dog and she enjoyed her stay, too. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here one night before our trip to Block Island and then one night before heading back home. I was very impressed with the cleanliness! Great breakfast! Very helpful and friendly staff! Highly recommend.
Haven't stayed in this hotel in years and was greatly impressed with decor changes and transportation improvement. It is really a lovely place to stay now with many restaurant choices nearby. Great stay the night before a flight!!
Very good service. Rooms were clean. Super nice staff. Great breakfast!!! Easy access to restaurants and events. Children friendly. Airport shuttle very convenient and a very important asset. Transportation!!!
Property clean and extremely comfortable would stay again also the location to the airport and plenty of places to eat close by. The staff was excellent as well... Over all a great experience I hope to stay again really soon
We received excellent guest service at the front desk upon check-in! They helped us with restaurant suggestions and were fun to talk with. Shuttle was super convenient! Hotel looks very nice - it is an updated property, so don't hesitate to book here.
Clean room and good breakfast. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The price is super reasonable. It is close to Newport area and also close to the airport, so it is very convenient for travelling. We will go back next year for sure.
Price was very good; staff were excellent; room was clean and quiet. My view out of the window was not great; a large dumpster full of trash sat right below my window. Breakfast was OK with a good variety of items. Cleaning staff did a good job. Nice proximity to the interstate.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Adjacent to PVD Airport. Good coffee and breakfast selection, including waffles. If driving, convenient to interstate highway. Very pleased!
I stay here frequently on weekends and am never disappointed. Very friendly and competent staff. Unusually quiet. Even though right by airport, on busy street, I have never been bothered by noise. Right across the street from Legal Seafood, a good chain restaurant. Breakfast starts at 4:30, ends at 9:30 even on weekends.
Offers earlier than normal check in at 1:00 and accommodates even earlier. Everything was better than average, which is great when you are anticipating things to be average. Front desk was very helpful for any and all requests. Would recommend and would stay there again
We stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend and what we enjoyed most I would say is the location. It allowed us to explore Newport, Warwick, wickford, Boston and providence with ease. Breakfast was served everyday and included hot items and a waffle iron. Other items included eggs, hash, sausage, hard boiled eggs, continental items, cereal, juice and coffee. The coffee was good and also they had flavour shots to add! We arrived very early our first day and were still welcomed to enjoy breakfast on them. Now that's hospitality. It's an average hotel but it's the little things like that - inviting us in for breakfast even though we were early and not entitled to it. They got us our rooms early again even though we arrived at like 830am- they acted like it wasn't a big deal. We certainly didn't expect this but greatly appreciated it that's for sure. They got us two rooms side by side but they upgraded the one room to a suite as it was ready before other rooms! The suite upgrade was fantastic as the room was being shared between my in laws, mother in laws mother and my sister in law so this was much more spacious and comfortable for them as it had two rooms- one with two queens then like a living room with a pull out sofa and was very large. The hotel itself and the rooms are dated. But we expected as much being a best western airport hotel. The hotel itself is a 3. The staff and them being so accommodating boosts them up that's for sure as does the location as it was best in our minds! Thanks for a great weekend!
Nice king size bed with comfortable desk and lounge space. Bathroom area was clean. Was able to make coffee in the room and the television was large and clear with good choice of programming. Breakfast in the morning was great!
The room was great. The bed was comfy, did not hear a single jet the whole night. Quiet, comfortable and clean. The showerhead was made for 5'9" and shorter, but worked for us okay. The staff was great! Breakfast was what I expected except the eggs. They tasted like egg substitute or something, very weird texture. Waffle maker, sausage, and basic continental breakfast fare.
We had planned to stay at a competitor - which had no vacancy - so decided to stay here since we were leaving the next day. The two dudes at the front desk were very nice, and we got a nice quiet room. It was clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was average.
Nothing spectacular. The door handle to our room was broken and we couldn't get in. Instead of giving us another room, we were told to just hold up on the door knob and shown very short and abruptly how to do it by the male front desk clerk. He was clearly irritated by it. The the ice machine on our floor was broken so had to use the elevator to get ice. Checked in after 8pm on a Thursday and 2 working front desk were not very helpful and didn't smile at all. The lady working the breakfast area was very kind and did a great job keeping it stocked. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Maids said good morning with a smile. Nice and quiet, easy to get to airport from here.
We enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very good. The breakfast was fair at best. Good choice of tv channels and several free newspapers available. Good parking. I would stay here again.
Nothing but a pleasure to visit. I visit the area frequently and always look forward to a friendly welcome from Julissa and company here in Warwick, RI. Recently remodeled older property with all the basic amenities included. Very reasonable and convenient to I-95, with many fine options for dining or shopping close. A must for the coming or going TF Green International Airport user.
We arrived early afternoon to return our rental car just a couple of blocks away. The shuttle picked us up at the rental place and at 4:30AM the next day it delivered us to the airport. We had comfortable beds in a large room. Sink outside the bathroom was convenient, bathroom small but everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Price was reasonable. Located across the street from Legal Seafood which was a pleasant surprise. We only spent the night there before our flight home and it worked out beautifully. It is not a fancy place but comfortable, clean and fresh is important to me and it was just right. Will plan to stay there next time we fly out of Providence.
Very clean room with friendly service. We arrived at the airport at 1 am. The phone rang for a long time before we got an answer, but once they answered the shuttle was quick and check in was fast. Easy check out in the morning.
It is a very nice hotel and I found the staff to be very friendly. They have everything you need and at a great price. Eggs parking lot has adequate lighting and an employee was frequently observing the lot.
Older rooms partly updated. Had a king bed room with only one night stand and no place to plug anything in at the stand. Putting in a second night stand and something to plus electronics into would be easy. Bed is really high--hugh platform and thick mattress makes climbing into bed work. Breakfast was average. This morning, there was no ice in any of the ice machines on all three floors. Less expensive, but you get what you pay for.
We stayed here on the recommendation of the race director of the New England Challenge. We're very glad that we followed his advice. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the area in the future.
Checked in mid afternoon and was pleased to get early access to our double Queen room. Room was clean and nicely appointed with modern furnishings and a mini refrigerator. Location was convenient and walking Distance to several nice restaurants! Early complimentary breakfast was very nice as we needed an early departure for our days plans. Property was convenient to Warwick airport and acces to I-95 nearby! We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. Front desk staff was very helpful in suggesting places nearby for dinner. We w
Stayed for a week. Very happy with the staff. They were friendly and helpful. One of them even went into the cooler and gave us some breakfast items even though we were 30 minutes late. Good breakfast buffet with anything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Close to the airport.
Really good location. Value for money. Good quality room amenities and service. Booked literally 24 hours in advance and secured a good deal. Convenient location to major tourist sttractions although we used a car all the time, eg. Cape cod, Hartford, Plymouth rock.
Even though the hotel was full of young students we found it easy to sleep - comfortable bed, nice linens. A shower that worked well. Cocoa available at bedtime - nice. We also like the location as it is close to our family. A bonus...two real chairs for sitting which is not always so.
This hotel was only 60% occupied when I stayed there last week, since it was undergoing renovations of all the rooms and I had extreme difficulty finding a parking space at night. One night I came to the hotel at about 11:00pm and there were no parking spaces! As a paying guest of the hotel, what was I supposed to do? I was told at the front desk to park next door at the Hampton Inn, but I told them that they have records of all the license plates of cars parked there, as I had stayed there last year. I was also told that the Best Western was renting out parking spaces to airport parking customers. I found several cars parked over two parking spaces. Also noticed that the parking spaces are very narrow. Luckily, an agent at the front desk gave up his parking space for me, but it still left me with a very uncomfortable feeling as a paying guest of the hotel to be worrying about this at night.
Good location, good stay, very good breakfast. Very close to airport & some good restaurants. Proximity to places of interest very good. Staying that close to the airport was a plus. Breakfast was a good variety of food & beverages.
I knew that Best Western is not a 5 star hotel but I did expect more from them. The breakfast wasn't bad but not exciting either. The people who took care of the breakfast were pleasant and helpful. The hotel appeared reasonably clean. While there was free parking, coming in late at night there was not much parking available. Also the parking spaces were very narrow. The rooms were very plain. There was no mat in the shower which made the tub/shower very slippery. Some of the products they stocked in the rooms were very cheap. The worst part was getting a call from the front desk at I o'clock in the morning since they were looking for the owner of an out of state car. Since they hadn't asked for car info when we checked in they had to call all the out of state people. Since the beds were not very comfortable it made it impossible to get back to sleep. The girl at the front desk when checking out didn't even ask how was our stay, she just asked if we wanted a receipt, and handed it to me without saying anything. There are several other hotels in the vicinity and I would choose one of them over Best Western the next time.
The hotel was great… The attendant named Peter was incredibly nice and the best part of the hotel! Peter was attentive understanding patient and fun! The rooms were very nice the beds were extremely comfortable but I think that there are a few housekeeping challenges but overall it was a very nice stay! Thanks Peter!…
Lousy breakfast buffet. Much better next door at the Hampton Inn. Almost empty of food 30 minutes before closing. Closes at 9:30am on the weekends. When it's 75-80 degrees outside, they put the heat on in the rooms instead of the A/C! Hotel has no system in place to prevent unauthorized cars in the parking lot, so I had no place to park my car at 11:00pm at night. Had to go inside and report the problem and Peter at the hotel desk gave up his space so that I could park my car. Because of my complaints, the hotel manager told me not to come there again. Poor customer service!
We have been going back to this hotel for the last 4 years. The service is excellent, the breakfast buffet is great, and the employees are great and friendly. No stone will be unturned for them to help you with anything you may require. Will continue to stay at Best Western in the future.
Stay before a early flight. New refurbished rooms. Construction but no interruptions at night. Clean early breakfast. Very nice staff. 24 he airport shuttle quick and fast. Enjoyed easy to get to. Great check in.
Good experience with friendly staff, knowledgable of area and helpful with dining suggestions. Would recommend for a quick stay as location is close to airport but not desirable for staying for longer stay.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was not too hard and not too soft, the breakfast offered GF and items with protein (not all cereal and pastries). One nice feature of the room is that it had the sink and mirror outside, separate from the toilet and shower which made it easier to share.
Was going to a conference in the area and this hotel was a better value than the one with the conference. It is also close to highway access as well as restaurants and shopping. Was a good hotel choice and recommended.
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was big and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Also everything was very clean. The price is excellent and wouldn't stay anywhere else when flying out of Providence. It's the closest hotel to the airport I want to commend Tony. We had a lot of luggage and he put them in the van, took them out of the van, brought them into the hotel and then brought them into our room. He was so helpful and nice.
We've stayed here multiple times when we have an early flight, and the staff have always been helpful and pleasant. The beds are so comfy and it's less than five minutes from door to departure gate. The continental breakfast is actually a delicious one, with many options, and they start it early enough for my 6am departure.
We stayed two nights here many years ago and liked it well enough to stay two nights on our recent fall trip. The location is convenient to the interstate, but the local area is confusing to navigate even with a GPS. The best feature of our king room was the mattress – the most comfortable bed on our trip. The room also had two night tables, an upholstered chair with ottoman, closet cabinet with iron and board, desk and chair, flat panel TV on a chest, two luggage racks, a mini-refrigerator, and a microwave – everything we needed. The only feature that needed attention was the TV remote which either needed new batteries or a replacement – the channel up button did not work. The split bath had a toilet and tub/shower in an inside room and a sink with vanity just outside the bathroom. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower curtain which needed to be washed – it was sour. We ran the fan on the heat/air unit just to drown out traffic noise. The hotel is situated perpendicular to a busy highway. Breakfast was good enough to get the day started. The best feature was the waffles. The usual hot and cold options were offered. A very friendly woman kept the breakfast stocked and assisted when needed. My only complaint with regard to breakfast was the boiled eggs on our first morning – only time I have ever thrown away a boiled egg. The lobby has been recently renovated, and staff report plans to renovate rooms in the winter. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The price/value was competitive, and as long as that is the case, I would stay here again.
Very nice location very nice hotel clean breakfast just what you need but very good very helpful customer service near everything very convenience and quiet people very pleasure cleanness was very satisfied
I travel to RI often and found the BW Airport to be so convenient when flying into PVD. The price is great for the area. The breakfast is nice and the area is spotless. I heard the hotel rooms are being renovated soon. I was happy with the old rooms so I am sure I will enjoy the renovated rooms when I return there soon.
As a frugal traveller (some may call cheap, I call them nay-sayers idiots) this was a grand-slam of a stay! This is not a five star hotel, but the quality delivered for what was you pay is worth the rating I give this place. I found the staff very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the pillows big and poofy, and the mattress we slept on was soft. Located near the Warwick Airport, the noise was limited. Continental breakfast included with stay. The breakfast being what it was, it was fairly good. My wife was ecstatic to have waffles every day. For accommodations, they were limited. There was an ironing board with iron, hair dryer, table, cable television, secure wi-fi, closet with hangers, coffee maker, ice bucket with ice machine down the hall, dresser, and luggage bench. This is a no frills hotel, just the way I like it. For others who require more, this may not be the place for you. Oh and for those that exercise there is a exercise room with equipment, although only 5-7 people at a time could use this amenity. The rooms were very reasonably priced when we booked during Rhode Island Comic-con, $60 a night. Considering it was a 15 minute drive to the Rhode Island Convention Center in the capital, which the hotels we looked at were running $300-400 a night in Providence, this was a no brainer for me and my wife. We'd rather spend our money at RICC than on a room, but that's just us. To reasonable travellers who are conscientious of costs, I highly recommend this hotel.
We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel. It was easy to find being on a main drag. The desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. Out room was very clean and quiet. Diagonally across the street was a Legal Sea Foods where we had a great meal that evening. The continental breakfast was satisfying also. Highly recommended.
Our one night stay was made better by the courtesy and usefulness of the staff. From supplying a map and directions to pointing the way to the waffle maker these folk were uniformly friendly. On the negative side, the halls had an odd smell, a bit musty and the room could have been cleaner. This place is practically on a runway which may be an advantage and wasn't as noisy as I feared it would be. I'd stay there again.
I was not impressed. Arrived and was not greeted right away, the beds were ok, and the pillows were too soft. I felt rushed the entire time of check out day. From 10:30 am until I checked I had house keeping knocking on my door to see if I had left..
Can always depend on this hotel to provide a great value for the money. The rooms are clean with ample space. Breakfast is included and begins at 4 AM in the morning. Perfect location for a stay if you are going to the airport as it is a quick shuttle ride, provided by the hotel, to the airport. Highly recommend a stay here if you need to fly in or out of Green (PVD) airport.
Excellent hotel and value for money. Room is large. Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is simple but hey it's value for money. The location is excellent i.e. Just beside the airport. Only issue is the chamber maid seems to keep missing making my room. Probably too busy.
Pros: Room cleanliness and comfort were great. Good shower. Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable bed. The room was very quiet with no disturbance whatsoever. Cons: Food quality at breakfast was poor. Sausages, eggs and bacon looked and tasted like fake food. The waffles tasted of nothing but raising agents. Location: We only stayed one night on the way to Boston from NYC to break up the drive so didn't know about anything locally however for an overnight stop it was perfectly fine and we would recommend it.
The hotel is very close to the airport which makes transfers simple and fast. Room is big, clean and quiet. Value for money. Staff are very pleasant Breakfast was simple. Nothing special or elaborate.
We just got home from a getaway to visit family and friends .Stayed at two Best Western hotels ,one in Warwick R I at the airport nice hotel ,comfortable, clean ,good breakfast ,handy location and very pleasant ,friendly employees and Manager. Also stayed at a Best Western in Brunswick Maine another good location ,good breakfast, pleasant staff but lacking in housekeeping our room was not vacuumed in the three days we stayed there ,a queen size top sheet that was well worn for a king size bed just didn't seem right? Have stayed there before and was much better previously.
The BW Airport is right off the airport property. If you're exiting the rental car garage, turn RIGHT. The rooms are clean and good-sized. Our room faced the front of the hotel, which was a little noisy, so I'd ask for a room on the back side. The breakfast was standard fare...cereal, pastry, waffles, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast lady.
\\stayed here for 2 nights while we visit Newport and surrounding areas. We have been shopping along the way for the last few days, and decided to pack some of our items in one case, rather then keep bringing in 2 cases. It was not till we arrived home and discovered that we had left a bag of goodies some where along the way. We phone the hotel and they thought it may be there, needed to check the next day when the security people cam in. And it was, had them send it back to us in Canada. Want to thank the housekeeper for turning it in.
Staff was very anxious to please and easy to talk to. Some areas of the building needed improvement. Was convenient to other places to eat. Included complimentary breakfast which was more than sufficient.
I would totally stay here again. Nice and caring staff. They will go out of their way to assist you. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location - very close to the train station and the airport. The hotel offers a ride both ways.
Rooms are always clean. Courteous, -professional staff. It's very nice to have breakfast so we don't have to go find a place to eat and spend time waiting. Hotel is convenient to Providence and other areas. Although it's near an airport, we've never heard a plane.
Updated and fashionable and very functional. Sink separate from shower/toilet area. Lots of space and drawers. Some rooms have a room fridge - ask when booking room. Comfortable and clean, good water pressure. Did not have a dataport in room however the Wifi requires a password which is necessary for some business computer security. Great customer service. Breakfast buffet was okay for a fast bite to get you going for the day.
Nice property. Beautiful lobby that's three stories tall. Large room with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Comfortable bed and convenient to the airport. Breakfast was ok. The eggs looked like they were made of plastic: shiny whites with brilliant yellow center.
There were several positives but we had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel. Apparently the desk was distracted and did not inform the driver until I called again. Driver apologized. Otherwise the room, breakfast, etc. were fine.
My wife and I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. Some of those visits have included our dog. We have always been happy with the room, breakfast and staff. Good value for the money and a decent breakfast. I would only request that they include our dog in the price of the room and not charge an additional fee.
A genuine and grateful thank you to staff members Peter and Walter. These two were so helpful to our family during our stay, a real asset to your hotel. Helpful staff aside, this hotel offers clean and quiet accommodation. The free wifi and breakfast are an added bonus.
Horrible! Long story, very, very short. Family stayed here for memorial services for a sudden death in the family. Got kicked out for making noise at 8:00 PM on Saturday. Cops frantically tried to find us accommodations. They felt terrible for us. Arron (manager) was out of control and not professional in any way. I am a 57 year old woman! And corporate says it's up to Aaron to decide if l get a refund!! How low do we need to speak? Family was put in harms way to say the least!
We stayed one night and we enjoyed this hotel and were very impressed with the quality of service, They picked us up at the airport very promptly, when most of the time you have to wait a long time. The room was nice and clean.
Hotel is close to airport and easy to access. Hotel is older and is showing signs of wear and tear. Appeared clean. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Not bad for the price and would stay again when in the area.
Not bad, pet friendly though I left my pets at home. Some people in the hallway were very noisy, room did not shield the noise of people shouting. I would most likely stay here again especially ifI bring my dog.
When we arrived we were very tired due to a delayed flight and a long walk to the car rental at TF Green Airport. There were three gentlemen at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel behind the counter. Two acted like they were just punching a clock and one was smiling and very nice. Perhaps the two were new and if so they have found the wrong employment. They wouldn't smile no matter what. I felt I was wasting their time. The breakfast was so-so. The hot food seemed to have been made the night before. The room was very clean and the appearance of the hotel as we entered was very nice.
Nice facility near the airport. A great staff. Close to the rental car return and a shuttle to the airport. Also breakfast begins at 4am so we could eat before an early morning flight out. Close to restaurants and other attractions in the Warwick, Rhode Island area.
I found the room to be clean and adequate for my 5 hour stay. Breakfast was available early (4am) which was great for me as I had an early flight. Breakfast was hot and had a good selection of items. My only negative comment is; the rooms need to be updated or at least he one I was in does, but the cosmetic issues were nothing outrageous.
The hotel was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with extras for the waffles ie chocolate chips, strawberries and blueberries. The eating utensils were sturdier than most places. There are only 4 tables in the front, but plenty more in the back.
Our flight arrived just before midnight. Before booking, I called to verify that their shuttle would be able to pick us up. No problem on arrival even at that late hour. The driver and all the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had stayed there a couple of years ago and I sensed that the property has been cleaned up a bit since then. This is a modest facility and decent for the price. Breakfast was fairly standard, but well tended by the hostess. Coffee was better than average. I could not get the wifi to work, but it was only one night so no big deal. If I were to spend more time there I would have pursued getting help with it. As others have noted, it is very convenient to the airport. One tip...if you arrive late, none of the area restaurants are open.
This was our second visit to this motel. We booked it for the location and the value. To our delight, they have renovated since our last stay and the motel was pleasantly updated (and immaculate). There was a slight glitch with our room. Mark and Aaron - at the front desk - took action immediately and upgraded us AT NO CHARGE to a suite. This was unexpected and we appreciated their prompt response and service. Would stay here again with no hesitation, even without a "suite", ;).
My family and stayed here one night only as we were attending a nearby wedding. The hotel was located very conveniently from the highway, very easy to get to, although we drove by it the first time because the sign was a little small. The hotel lobby was beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom roomy suite. Beds were comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and coffeemaker. The bathroom was a little small. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. We ran into some small problems and I can't speak highly enough of the staff helping us every step of the way, and their compassion towards us, Aaron was wonderful. Thank you!
My wife and I and another couple booked rooms there so that we could catch an early flight out the next morning. We had 2 rooms side by side but when we opened the door to our room we found open luggage and alcohol already in the room. We called down and the desk manager, Aaron, seemed non-plused by this. Needless to say, we didn't want to stay in that room, what if the first residents still had a valid key card and walked in on us? They gave us the only comparable room which was a suite, very nice, I must admit. However neither we nor the couple we arrived with recieved our wake up calls and the hotel shuttle we scheduled to take us to the airport was not scheduled. This could of ruined everything as we were taking an early flight to board a cruise ship. Thankfully we woke up in time and Michael was able to arrange our shuttle. The shuttle took us and a few other people to the airport where the group of us had 3 different airlines. Instead of making 3 stops, the driver dropped all of us off in the middle leaving people to carry luggage to their respective airline entrances. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, I suggest you try one of them.
Rooms are comfortable, very clean and quiet.. breakfast included and free shuttle to the airport... Rooms also gave a microwave, fridge and free wifi, which was surprisingly fast.. Pleasant staff & quick check-in, perfect all around...
Disappointed in the breakfast served and the cleanliness of the cafeteria floors everyday. Fruit flies , coffee not strong enough, creamer containers sticky, and awful eggs, I don't even think they were real eggs.
Very surprised at the condition of the hotel and room. For the price I expected a lot less. Parking right out front. lighted and thought I saw security. Large pleasant lobby with numerous seating areas. Large breakfast area, workout room, computer room, very professional. Cheery staff from the get go and throughout my 4 day stay. Ride to and from the airport worked out great for me. The room was very large, clean and well appointed. Towels were like new and thick and large. Could not be better, and no, I do not work for BW! Mike Walsh, Tucson, AZ
I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival being a hotel developer myself, I find this particular BW property to be in a great location centrally located near the airport with shopping malls and many shops all within 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Once inside the hotel, you would feel more at home. The Manager Mike Patel and attendants were outstanding and very accommodating. The rooms were large, very comfortable bed, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was tasty with an assortment to satisfied most travelers. I especially thank Aaron at the front desk whom exhibited a keen insight into URI – University of Rhode Island basically given my wife and I a road map of many helpful tips for our daughter who is attending URI whom we had the pleasure of meeting upon arrival who was gracious during our stay, went out of his way to insure we had a great experience. If I could give this a hotel a 6 star I would based on the fantastic service and cleanliness of the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this convenient property to my family and friends.
Located close to PVD, this property is certainly on the lower end of the price scale when compared to other hotels located in the area. Don't expect much. Basis rooms. Average size. For the most part, fairly clean, but certainly in need of some updating. Parking can be a problem if you arrive late at night. Lots of "park and drive" customers. Average continental breakfast consisting of waffle maker, fried eggs, sausage, cereals, old stale danish, yogurt, toast, and bagels.
When you have to take an early flight like we did at 6:15 AM, the Best Western Airport Inn is the place to stay. Great service and such comfortable beds! The wake up call and the van shuttle was the best!
I am usually quite satisfied with Best Western Hotels. This time the room was very smelly and I tried six times to get a functional remote for the TV before giving up. The manager was superficially courteous but interrupted me and seemed eager just to get rid of me. I think that they should have brought a functional remote to my room rather than me having to make 6 trips to the front desk before finally giving up.
We found this property through TripAdvisor...The hotel is across the parking lot from a fairly higher priced competitor. Our room was comfortable, had everything we needed, the free internet was pretty fast...the highlight was when front desk person "Peter" suggested we go to the local Irish Pub down the street. I don't know if it was my loud tie-dyed shirt, or the fact we were looking for somewhere to quench our "thirst" within walking distance (after a 4 hour drive) that made his suggestion instant and decisive...But it was a brilliant suggestion, a very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice TV...all for about fifty bucks less than the competitor...
Stayed for business. Place is clean, and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable even though you are right next to the airport. Breakfast was good and the staff keep it well stocked and maintained. Good place to stay.
This hotel is a very comfortable, convenient, fairly inexpensive; its not fancy but has what you need. Free breakfast, a gym, wifi, refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The staff is very helpful. Location is excellent just off I-95, near to restaurants and shopping next door to TF Green airport, with free shuttle.
We were so happy to have stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn in Warwick, RI. The hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff were excellent. The location was great for sightseeing in the Rhode Island, Connecticut area. You won't go wrong staying here.
Overall it wasn't a horrible experience. I was only there for one night. There was a terrible odor in my room, and the pillows were extremely hard. I had an early flight out, and I didn't sleep a wink due to the horrible pillows. On a lighter note, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was decent, and we had prompt service to and from the airport.
We stayed here for one night en route to Cape Cod. We had a family suite, the room was very large clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate and Wi-Fi worked really well. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. For the price paid, exceptional value for money. Would recommend.
The staff was great. The shuttle to the airport was great. The convenience was great. It was clean and sufficient. I wish the vending machines for drinks was better functional. I like to use the in-room coffee maker so I wish the added sugar and creamers was there in larger quantity.
Nice three story hotel located near the airport and I95 highway. It is adjacent to the Hampton Inn and is easy to miss if you exit I95. There were restaurants nearby, including a Legal Seafood across the street. Shopping malls are approx a five minute drive from the hotel. The front staff were very friendly, especially Peter, who was very helpful and took time to orient us to the area and made great suggestions of where to tour and eat locally...nice touch! Check-in was fast and efficient and we received the exact room we had requested. Our room was a twin Queen which was quite spacious. It was clean, offered a nice bathroom with sink outside of the bathroom. The beds were very comfy (plush) and you had a choice of four pillows per bed. There was a large TV with a great selection of channels. The room's AC worked well in the heat wave at the time and it was quiet at night. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, typical of this style hotel, which included juice, coffee, yogurt, cereals, fruit, breads and pastries, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, etc. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well (password provided at check-in). There isn't a pool here in case you're looking for that. There was plenty of free parking and newspapers were complimentary each morning. Overall, a great find for the price with very friendly staff!
The outside looks like your typical mid-range airport hotel, but there are pleasant surprises waiting inside. The 3 story entry creates a nice lobby. I had a King room with a couch, easy chair, refrigerator and microwave, with tons of space. It was one of the largest motel rooms I have ever seen. While this is an older facility, it is clear that they not only keep it clean, but refurbish it. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide free shuttle to the airport, which is only 5 minutes away, a nice breakfast, and several computers in an alcove off the lobby. Good value and highly recommended.
We stayed 1 night - a Friday. The hotel had 4 baseball teams staying that night and the kids ran up and down the hall until 11:30pm - screaming. It was miserable. The running was noisy and the screaming was worse. I called the front desk about 9:30 but the security person did not do anything and the boys in the hall denied they were running or screaming. We were on the 3rd floor - the pounding from the room above was horrible. Don't stay here if there are baseball teams staying. The next morning I complained when I checked out and suggested to the front desk that they need to do something about this. We could not eat breakfast there the next morning as there were kids everywhere talking with loud voices and running into us. I have to ask - where are the parents? This is not an inexpensive place to stay, so it seems they need to look into this issue. The room itself is kind of sort of ok - room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom was clean but had places where the dry wall was coming off. The shower was horrible - no pressure and no hot water. I will not stay here again.
Stayed here when my movers didn't show when I got my new place. Convenient staging point to seeing and experiencing Rhode Island. Small fitness center and small continental breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean with WiFi and large tv, but bathroom is a bit small. Even though it's next to the airport it is surprisingly more quiet then you would expect.
This is our 4th stay here. We arrived in RI at 8:30 am and took a chance they'd let us check in. They had house cleaning clean our room while we had an unexpected breakfast that they offered to us. Very efficiently run location. Rooms are clean. Desk staff is friendly, always a hello when come and a "have a nice day" when we go out. Highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel looks like any other 2-3 star airport hotels, booked here because of the price and location. However, I was greeted with incredible staff, very helpful. The front desk spent 30 minutes figuring out what BW corporate couldn't. Great sleep, great breakfast, great staff. For the price and the location, I definitely recommend this.
.... I have experienced better at this same location which is why I was confident that my recent trip would be just as good. But I was disappointed. My last visit to this Best Western was about 4 years ago as I explored college options in RI for my son. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a room with 2 queen beds facing the parking lot. The room was pristine, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The room looked like an exact replica of the photos used on the hotel website! I had one of the best night's sleep I had ever had in a hotel. My visit on Thursday 7/28/2016 was no where near the quality of my previous experience. The room was located on the 3rd floor directly across from the elevator and adjacent to the ice machine. My efforts to relocate were not successful. The bed looked as if it was something out of college dorm room or very cheap hotel. The mattress looked nothing like the website photos- it was flat and uninviting. The pillows/pillowcases/sheets were dingy and stained. One of the chairs at the table was broken, glued, and broken again. The bathroom was nearly impossible to navigate between the toilet, shower, and door; and no, I am not a large person. My reservation was under a AAA rate- I certainly hope that the cheaper rate did not dictate the quality of the room I was given. On a positive note- I asked for extra towels, and they were there on arrival. I asked for a room switch, front desk staff was friendly and helpful even though they couldn't help me out with my specific request. Unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere for lodging options when I visit this area again.
Stayed here for two nights with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little worried about the closeness of the airport to the hotel, but the planes could hardly be heard. We were greeted by Aaron, who checked us in. He was super pleasant and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My husband even joked he wanted to bring the bed home with us, as it was just that comfy! Water pressure in the shower was great. Continental breakfast had many choices. My picky 5 year old found plenty to eat! A/C kept us nice and cool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I enjoy this Best Western. It had a friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. I rarely see chocolate chips alongside the waffle maker. If you plan your stay here and are looking for a good place to eat, try Gregg's down the road. Not sure of the waitress name, but she is from Virginia. She's the best. Also try their Lemon Cake. Otherwise, I thought the price for the stay was great. I would stay there again, if in the area.
If you are staying a night or two, this would be a good option for the budget conscious. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. Strong WiFi. Breakfast was typical for what you would get at this type of chain (waffles, cereal, pastries, bread/bagels, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, etc). The room was quiet even though located right next to the airport. There are a few restaurants and convenient stores around. For shopping, the closest mall was in downtown Providence (which was a really nice looking city).
Large, very clean room with a very comfortable bed. Very cold ac after a long trip in a non-ac car. Check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. While we didn't eat here, fairly extensive hotel breakfast offered. Work-out room seemed to have fairly new equipment.
I've stayed at this BW on previous trips to New England. It probably could use a slight make-over and update but overall, it is a good stay for the money. It is close to the Rocky Point outdoor food stand. It has the absolute best clamcakes (if you like the original taste from 40 years ago). I would love to order them online if I could. It is also close to a small shopping area with a Dollar Store, fast food restaurants and the airport (although plane noise won't bother you). It is fairly easy to get to and I had no problems with bed, cleanliness, noise or water pressure.
A good overnight hotel. Easy airport pickup and service. Bed very comfortable. Excellent free breakfast. Rooms are clean but not spotless. Will stay here again on my next trip to Providence. And it's across the street from my favorite restaurant Legal Seafood.
We stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn in Warwick, RI and this is by far the best one in the city! From the moment we walked into the hotel, they were friendly, very accommodating, price was very reasonable. Aaron, made sure we were comfortable with our room and took care of us! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The hotel and room we stayed in was very clean, very spacious and in the perfect location. We will be choosing the Best Western for all future stays in Warwick and we visit there often.
I was on a solo trip to RI and chose this hotel for two nights based on reviews and price. When I drove up I couldn't believe that the area under the canopy was the entrance (very plain) so I tried to drive around the building looking for the main entrance. Once I figured out that was the main entrance I was a little nervous (by myself, remember) but I needn't have worried. My room was clean and spacious with a refrig and a microwave. The breakfast was simple but adequate; I ate there both mornings I was there. It was close enough to Newport to save a lot of money but not difficult to navigate (although I hadn't planned on the four trips across the bridge costing a total of $16; still cheaper staying here though). So don't be put off by the entrance; and yes, I would stay here again.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is a high average for free motel breakfasts. The location, next to the airport, is very efficient for getting in-and-out, late at night, or first thing in the morning. The rooms are quiet.
I was very happy with my stay. The guys at the front desk was very helpful and let us know some of the attraction there were to see in rhode island. The room was clean and the beds were really comforty. The breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit rhode island. If I were to go back I would definitely stay there again
I had a very early flight last week so decided to spend the night before at the airport rather than make the even earlier drive. The hotel was ideally situated next to the airport and the price was quite low. The room we had (my husband spent the night as well) was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent and we heard nothing from the airport or the other rooms. If there was a drawback it was that there wasn't time to enjoy the free continental breakfast which looked very good. The breakfast room was small but the the choice of foods was not. Overall, the hotel was excellent value for the price.
My husband and I made a quick trip ( less than 24 hours) to Massachusetts for a family funeral, flying into TF Green Airport in Warwick, RI. The Best Western in Warwick is close to the airport (less than 1/2 mile), but is very quiet and comfortable. They have a business center off the lobby where guests can conveniently print airline boarding passes. They also have a bountiful breakfast buffet with something for every taste. I definitely recommend this property.
Our family was treated extremely well by the staff at Best Western. The hotel was clean and pleasant and location was convenient. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and had a very nice visit overall. Thanks!
I would like to thank Aaron and Mitul for their gracious hospitality and warm welcome during our stay. Without the help of these two gentlemen we would not have found the many beautiful beach destinations we were looking for. Aaron also helped locate a rental car when we arrived. Best Western is very lucky to have these two gentlemen on their staff/team. Many thanks
This hotel was by far the cleanest, most friendly, and had the BEST mattresses of any even four-star hotels I've stayed in all year. Great breakfast, maid service, and internet speed. It is literally seconds from the airport and had easy access to all of my business and leisure destinations. TOP NOTCH!
This is a very basic hotel. No pool but does have a exercise room and offers a good breakfast buffet. We chose the hotel for price, because we were in town to help our son and were not looking for a get away or spa type experience. We definitely stay here again. The room, although small, was spotless and comfortable. Double sheeted linens, great waffles, pleasant staff...we were pleased. The other guests ranged from airport personnel, to businessmen to families. Legal Seafood across the street and 5 minutes to the airport.
Nothing stood out as being above-and-beyond, and the complimentary breakfast was very limited. Milk alternatives could be offered to cater to everyone. More effort to be eco-friendly and less wasteful would be appreciated (that being said though, I haven't seen many hotels that are strong in this category).
The staff definitely went above and beyond and made a very tired traveling family super happy. Hotel was clean, comfy, and perfect for early airport access. Shuttle driver was fast and safe... pack-and-play was clean... ZERO complaints. I wish the breakfast would have come gluten free baked options, but they offered a nice variety and better than most hotels of comparable repute.
The service was very good, the morning buffet was very good, and the help were exceptional. Belgium waffles were one of the many items on the breakfast menu. We had a good visit, and the excellent services provided by the hotel made our stay wonderful.
My friends stayed down the street at a more expensive hotel. In looking at reviews online people felt the Best Western was cleaner, and it was much less expensive. I wasn't expecting much from a Best Western, but I was highly impressed. It was a nice building in a convenient location, I didn't eat breakfast (it ended a bit too early for the night owls), but I was surprised breakfast was included with such an inexpensive stay, and most importantly to me, the room was very clean. The 1st thing I do when I get to a hotel is check out the bathroom and this one passed my cleanliness test. I also appreciated the sheets on both sides of the comforter for sanitary reasons. (I know, I'm a little weird like that when it comes to hotels!) I also appreciated the refrigerator and microwave at no extra charge. The layout of the room was a little awkward with the bathroom being so small, and the vanity being right next to the entry door to the room, but it was certainly not a deal breaker. I'll definitely be staying at the Best Western on my next visit to Rhode Island.
My sister and I stayed here one night at the beginning and one night at the end of our 6 day trip. We flew in and out of T. F. Green airport (PVD). Shuttle they provided was prompt and only a couple of minutes btw. Airport and hotel. We even came in after midnight. Beds were comfortable. At breakfast I got a waffle and they even provided chocolate chips and some fruit toppings you could put in with the batter to make it extra special. Not a fancy hotel but clean, staff kind, good prices, and very close to the airport (which was a great airport to fly in and our of by the way).
We had traveled to Providence to catch a cruise and all of the downtown hotels required a 2 night stay when we would be there, so we chose the Best Western Airport. Shuttled picked us right up from the airport as soon as we called. All of the staff were exremely friendly and helpful. Beds are really comfortable. Even though our room faced the interstate it was very quiet, we had no problem with noise. Would definetly recommend.
Has the basics that make it a comfortable stay. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable, and had a fridge, microwave, wifi, free breakfast. Not the most aesthetic looking place, but got the job done, especially for the price. Would stay there again for a reasonably priced place.
Great location, food not so good almost begs you to go out locally for breakfast. staff friendly especially driver that picks up from airport. overall acceptable hotel to stay in if in PVD area. Traffic builds quickly during morning on road.
Convenient location to airport, colleges, city of Providence, great price, breakfast is a nice extra, front desk staff is always friendly and courteous. We have stayed her a couple times and will go back for other visits in the area.
This was my second visit in the past couple of months and this stay was the same as the first, actually got the exact same room! Clean and comfortable accommodation that is very convenient to many local activities and sites. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful, but not particularly exciting. Would love a little more variety if they could swing it, otherwise no complaints. All in all a good bang for the buck.
A nice place to stay while visiting local family. This Best Western fit our needs and we will likely visit again. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The Staff was helpful - even late in the evening. We felt welcomed.
Needed an extra room when I arrived because I brought more people than I had reservations for. They gave me another room with no problems. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly. I didn't hear a whole lot of noise to keep me awake. All in all, a very pleasant hotel to stay at.
Very accomadating staff and ideal location adjacent airport. Shuttle service was excellent and breakfast was good. News Papers and TV stations were great. Location had many good restaurants fore dinner and close to I-95.
Very nice hotel. Convenient to airport and shuttle available that runs every 15 minutes in the morning to arrive for early morning flights. Complimentary breakfast is satisfactory for early travelling.
This hotel is in a great location. Convenient to Airport and restaurants. The staff is incredible. They answered questions before I could ask. Very clean hotel. Will go back. Highly recommend. Although I didn't experience the continental breakfast or the pool, the fact that this is offered is a plus.
Why would anyone stay in a downtown Providence hotel when you can sleep in a most comfortable bed at the clean, convenient Best Western Motel in Warwick? It's only a few exits on Rt. 95 to downtown --- and you'll pay half the price, There's also a complimentary breakfast, For dinner, spend your money at Legal Seafoods. which is almost across the street (go to the crosswalk----Post Road is a busy street).
Everything was all that I expected from Best Western hotels, great service, clean rooms, courteous desk clerks and the breakfast was great. the shuttle service ran on time and was there to pick us up at the airport and return us to our vehicle when called. Excellent value!
I have stayed here before and for the accommodations, location, and value, this is an excellent hotel. As on other occasions, I normally make my reservation through Priceline.com or on the Best Western web site. Either one lost my original online reservation so when I got to the hotel, they had no reservation for me. But the staff was excellent. They had rooms available and made a new reservation for me. They went out of there way to assure me that everything would be fine. And it was. The only snafu, other than the reservation and a non-working key which required a room swap, was a table lamp that did not work. I should have reported it, but since it wasn't critical to my stay, I didn't bother.
I decided to stay at this hotel to make my commute to TF Green easier for an early morning flight. There was screaming in the hallway from people fighting through out the night and the hotel did not step in to stop it until 3:30am. The bed was unclean and I broke out in an itchy rash from whatever was in the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Great place to stay for quick trips on business or meetings nearby. Very clean. The staff is very polite. There are very good and reasonable eateries in the area. the hotel is alsokvery quietat night. that is always a good thing.
Excellent value. Not only inexpensive and convenient, with quick and free shuttle, and a good breakfast, but the help is excellent. Mitul at the front desk is very knowledgeable about the area transportation and a nice guy! Ask him about sports. We were promptly picked up at midnight at the airport, and brought to the hotel. Staying again after returning from Boston.
Clean spacious room with a king bed, desk and easy chair. Bed was very comfortable. Sink in main room was a little bit different, but on second thought very useful so that one person could shower, while the other could use sink and mirror at the same time. Room was clean and in full working order. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Only drawback was the limited breakfast choices, most of which were not very healthy. Waffle maker didn't work properly, dishing out at best 1/2 to 3/4 of as waffle.
We stayed at this hotel for three days on business and were extremely impressed. Our arrival was at 2AM in the morning and the gentleman helping us from the shuttle driver to check in was extremely helpful and pleasant. He upgraded our room and was very personable (which is important especially that early). Upon checkout at 4am this same individual again went out of his way to help us with our luggage, etc. All was very much appreciated. The cost of the room was phenomenal despite being completely full during March madness. When here for business again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
If you are leaving early from TF Green and want to save on parking or on sleep - the Park & Fly option is a great deal. When I consider the cost of parking at TF Green for 3 days - the actual cost of a night at the BW was $45. Add in the 3' shuttle, and you get get a better deal or experience more convenience.
Our family was visiting Providence, Rhode Island for a college hockey game. The hotel was very conveniently located to get to any tourist sites in Providence. The exterior of the hotel was fairly average, but the inside was extremely clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. The Fitness Center and Hot Breakfast were also very nice values for the money. The beds were among the most comfortable that we've had the pleasure to sleep on in any hotel. A pool is always desirable when travelling with children, but the plusses with this hotel made for an enjoyable stay even without. We would DEFINITELY stay in this hotel again.
Excellent service, good arrangement of shuttle to airport which was right on time. early breakfast hour for me before I had to leave for airport. started at 4 a.m. usually find breakfast starting at 7 a.m.
This Best Western is very efficient. I got a great nigh'ts sleep. Check in is easy. You will never miss breakfast as it starts at 4 am. A business-like atmosphere keeps this property very professional
I will not stay at any other hotel when I am in the Warwick area. Best Western Airport Inn is very clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding in their field. I am the manager of a small motel in Falmouth and just needed to get away for a couple of nights. I found this Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable!
The hotel staff were friendly. They had my reservation ready. I got a larger room with a writing table, which I didn't expect to receive, and was pleasantly surprised. I needed an extra blanket and it was just a call away. In less than five minutes it was in my hand. My only suggestion is that the hotel repair the soda machine so that it accepts dollar bills and not just coins. The machine has the slot to accept cash, but it wasn't working.
My hotel room was a little run down. The bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom (toilet and shower) was super small and the sink was next to the bed. The condition of the room was as expected for the price. That being said, as I drove home today after a one night stay here I was exhausted and was getting more and more annoyed with each yawn. Last night someone had a medical emergency and there was an ambulance, fire truck, police cars, etc. to help. As the person was being brought out the entire lobby filled with the stench of urine. Given the situation and the two people (and dog) with the patient, I suspect they were living in the hotel.I wish I could get the smell out of my nose! However, that alone would not make me give a "poor" review. This morning I was woken up before 7am by the sound of yelling in the hallway. It seems that a couple was breaking up right outside my door. Then a little after 8am someone called my room repeatedly and hung up when I answered it. That was the final straw. I was traveling alone and this place did not make me feel safe. I didn't even take a shower because I just wanted to be rid of this place. When I called to speak to a manager, the staff could not tell me the next time the GM would be in. She said, "He is sometimes here in the morning". I definitely would NOT stay here again. Do yourself a favor- stay next door at the Hampton Inn.
We booked a room here as a stopover between a hotel further away, and waiting for our flight home. As it turns out, our flight was cancelled (for a totally hokey reason given). Well, the desk was totally supportive, and booked us in our present room for another night. The rooms are nice, well lighted, well furnished, and clean. WIFI is free, which it should be in all hotels (do you hear me, big names?). Free breakfast is comprehensive; selection of bulk cereals, muffins, bagels, plus nice scrambled eggs, link sausage, and multiple chilled juices. The free (just tip the driver) airport shuttle to PVD was nice, and apparently jumps to your needs. Hotel is just minutes from PVD gates and car rental location. Desk personnel were beyond friendly; couldn't do enough to help us rebook our flight and check in online, even when the AA web site was doing dumb things. Desk person got "engaged" in our checkin problem, and we ultimately solved it together. At one point he lifted the Desk Clerk computer monitor and put it on the counter so I could see better. We were coming from an intensive business week at another hotel. This room was so quiet that we slept ten hours the first night there. What else could you ask for?
I made a reservation here about a month in advance since I'd be flying in during February and was afraid bad weather might take the rooms. I called and confirmed the day of my flight and for the reservation and confirmation, the staff was very pleasant.. I arrived about 9:30 at night and called the hotel as instructed for a ride. They told me 5-7 minutes, but I don't think it took that long. The driver was helpful and courteous and the ride only took about two minutes to the hotel. I was greeted by another gentleman who checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. My room was down the hall and close to the exit door which was convenient since I had my dog with me and he would need to potty. The room was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. I'm a big fan of Hotel Impossible so I tend to look for certain things. The bed was so comfortable...wish I could have brought it home. I was truly happy with this room and with the staff. The next morning I had the free breakfast...sausage, scrambled eggs, OJ, tea, and a banana. There were also pastries and breads which looked delicious but I can't eat them. I'm so grateful that there were gluten free items like the eggs, sausage and fruit. They also had oatmeal and yogurt. A very nice room to eat in, although I didn't stay because I didn't think my dog would be permitted. There's also in room coffee. I had absolutely no issues with noise from planes at all. It was very quiet. Although I didn't have a car, I could see that the parking lot was quite large and that too, was clean. And the wifi worked perfectly!! Easy hookup and a great connection. All in all, this was a great experience and I would gladly stay there again if the need arises.
As an airline crew member I stay at a lot of hotels, as you can imagine. I arrived with my 5lb doggy and my friend helped me get him in the room to feed him. We went down to get my suitcase and security was waiting at my door. He asked me if I had a dog, I said yes I have not checked in yet. I brought him the last min after checking online. (They have limited rooms for pets) after 10 mins the staff had found a room for us. ( a good friend in the area has a dog and said bring him to her) Everything about this hotel is excellent, great beds, rooms and staff. I wish all layovers could be this comfortable. I do wish the coffee was stronger, need my Starbucks!!!
this is your average hotel: 4 floors, no pool and complimentary breakfast. It is a small hotel with only 1 elevator though... :( The hotel was clean and 3/4 of the room were non smoking but the layout of the floors makes it a little more noisy, the entrance is open and the 3 floors above it, have a sort of "balcony" looking into the lobby which woke us up when people on the 2nd floor were yelling at someone in the lobby Overall, the hotel was very nice and not expensive Tip: get a room far away from the elevator, because there is only one elevator and people constantly go in and out of it
we stayed here about a half dozen times in the past few months and i was surprised to see how different the rooms can be. It's like they have started to renovate but haven't worked their way to all the rooms yet. For the rooms that have been renovated they are great - clean, modern, comparable to the Hampton across the parking lot. The rooms that are not renovated - not gonna like, a little shabby. It's a shame because the difference can really affect someones experience. overall i would say its good value and you cant beat the location for airport and shuttle. The front desk are super nice and helpful and very accommodating. Free wifi. limited but free breakfast - free parking ..
I stayed there for two nights in Jan 2016. The room was clean. The price was excellent for the area. The breakfast was all right. My only problem was one bed was too hard and the other was too soft. I am like Goldilocks and need one in between.
So pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room was great, price was excellent. We were there for a large competition and BW was one of the only hotels that didn't seem to raise their rates for that time period. The room was top notch, clean with refrigerator/micro, fast internet, perfect for what we needed. Hotel was convenient to convention center. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in every way.
The carpets were shredded at the doorways. The tub had worn out spots on the acrylic. Bed was lumpy. Noisy from the highway behind my room and very dumpy for a Best Western. Needs upgrading badly. Won't stay here again.
I have stayed here before and would stay here again! It is a great value and super clean! Free breakfast and free internet are great and when leaving from the near-by hotel YOU can leave your car here free!! Shuttle vans can take you to Airport and pick you up!! Free local and national newspapers every day!! House keeping seems to be on duty 24 hours a day!! The location is near the airport and the local attractions. The front desk can tell you about good restaurants in the area as well!
Pros: Excellent front desk staff. Very helpful. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Daytime driver (Rafael) was extremely helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Very handy USB charging points on bedside table and luggage stands in room. Cons: decor is a little tired and breakfast average.
Room was good....Not a Plus but an solid choice . Right off the airport. Both the Day and Night staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good and had the standard items. Very easy access to I-95 and Providence.
This hotel is very close to the Green Airport. Transfers are given at no charge. Our driver was actually waiting for us after we got the luggage. Hotel is clean, staff very friendly. The complimentry breakfast was one of the best we have had. Fresh waffles were avaiable.
I love this place they have great assoc. and the mgr mike is a very nice guy. the staff themselves are great very helpful. my grandbabies stay with us a lot there as well, they are very welcome there.
Great location to the airport as well as walking distance to some great food. About 30 seconds from the airport so the shuttle service is great and accommodating for our 530am flights. Only downfall is parking. They rarely have enough parking spaces for their park and fly option and direct you across the street which is an extra $120 for the week ---- MORE than parking in the long term airport parking lot.
Stayed here for a week while home for thanksgiving. By far the cheapest in the area. It's definitely a no frills kinda hotel but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and we were accommodated with everything we needed! Don't expect a Hilton or a Marriott quality or amenities because that's just not what best western is. But if you want a spacious and CLEAN room with a comfortable bed and probably the cheapest rate in town, then this is definitely your place! Very pleased with our visit and we will return!
...not to mention how polite and accommodating the staff is. My room was large, with a king size bed. It had a comfortable sitting area and a desk. The bathroom was roomy as well. The room was equiped with a small refrigerator and microwave. This hotel offers a morning breakfast which was always fresh and attended to. Coffee is available around the clock. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is 90 seconds away from airport pick-up/drop off. They are also conveniently located off of Interstate 95 (central to anywhere). This was my first stay here, but won't be the last
I stayed for one night with a friend. The reception gave me a good deal for a double queen room. The room was spotless, the remote control for the TV clean, the beds very good and the carpets were clean as well. Full breakfast with bacon and eggs at 4 o'clock in the morning, with staff that was smiling and very alert. This was a real pleasure ! See you next time guys.
This is an excellent option for anyone needing to fly in and or our of Providence airport. Very nice staff, clean and tactfully decorated. Provides complimentary service to and from the airport and allows car parking while away at a reasonable rate.
Conveniently located near T F Green Airport, this facility is nice and clean and operated by a knowledgeable and caring staff. The rooms are quiet, large, and comfortable. The breakfast is really well done and I was really impressed that they start the breakfast at 4AM for those folks leaving on an early flight.
Close to airport but no noise. Comfortable beds, refrig & coffee maker in room. Only negative with room was clogged tub drain. Great staff, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. BW lucky to have them.
I love the location of this hotel. We were able to go to all the vacation areas we wanted to checkout while visiting Rhode Island with ease. The beds were good but the coffee in the lobby was always empty and when asked if it was going to be refilled the front desk said they will get to it when they have time. Not impressed about that. Overall a great place to stay.
Had a early check in with no hassles. Very comfy and quiet room, the bed was very comfy also. Had a descent size fridge in room and the air conditioner / heater was very quiet. would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to any one traveling in this area. Also they have free airport shuttle that starts @ 4:30 am, and free breakfast starts @4:00 am. Thanks for a great stay.
Better than average property with pretty lobby. The bathroom we had needed work but room had nice comfy beds. Had trouble with internet connection on second floor. They have a decent breakfast but hostesses aren't friendly at all.
A very convenient place to stay before or after a flight - they offer a free shuttle service and it's about 2 minutes to the airport. Although we didn't use it this time, you can leave your car in their lot for a slightly extra fee rather than parking at the airport. There is a modest breakfast offered starting at 4:00 a.m., and the rooms are fairly spacious. Bathroom is tiny, but the vanity and sink are located outside the toilet/tub area, so that is quite convenient. There are plenty of outlets in the room, we also had a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. I would have preferred a softer pillow, but didn't ask if one was available. Both USA Today and the local Providence Journal newspapers are provided in the lobby. There are several restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Despite being close to the airport and on a busy street, the room was very quiet. Overall, this is an ideal place to stay if you have an early morning flight.
I came for some very necessary rest and relaxation. I only wish I had planned my stay earlier. I might have completed it all at your hotel, instead of with a competitor. When I learned what an extra night there would cost there, I immediately checked Best Western Providence Airport's web site.Your rate was $26 less, so I grabbed it. I'd come back again and again here. The bed sleeps well and the staff is great. Parking is plentiful and the breakfast has gotten better than my previous stay. The hotel is located close to the exit/entrance close to the Interstate.
We visited Providence for the day, almost on a lark, so we didn't want to waste a lot of time investigating lower cost alternatives. Among the big names, this was the cheapest. Got what we paid for, but a lot of niggling little things cost them a star. The coffee maker and the second floor ice machine didn't work. The room service menu was ridiculously expensive (with the 3.50 "packaging" charge, a cheeseburger and fries costs $17. And they recommend you tip the staff who delivers). We ordered chinese from nearby and five jumbo shrimp and a quart of beef and broccoli were cheaper than the cheeseburger would have been. The bed was too hard to our sensibilities. Breakfast was ample. Staff was efficient and pleasent enough. Like I said, we went safe with a reputable name and were not overall dissatisfied.
My relatives & I always stay here the night before our flight. It's worth it when you have a 4am wake up call. The shuttle picks us up after we drop off our rental, they take us to a restaurant in the immediate area (Libations in the Radisson) and pick us up. Also there is always someone to take us to the airport at 4:30am. The rooms are clean, the staff very pleasant. Never tried the breakfast or gym but you get a good, quiet nights sleep.
close to the airport, good shuttle, clean, just your average airport hotel but it was quiet and there were no surprises. the downside was the cereal seemed old and stale and the hot water for tea had a coffee taste to it.
so close to the airport with shuttle service; right off of I-95 close to Providence; free breakfast, gym, very comfortable beds and excellent linens; many restaurants nearby; excellent TV service and Wi-Fi; staff very caring and pleasant; free parking if you fly; its a basic reasonably priced very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
The convenience to the airport can't be beat, but you also feel safe and comfortable as well. I walked from the rental car parking deck to the hotel, maybe a 5 minute walk, and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. It isn't a "grand" setup, but the rooms are fine for business travelers and the hotel staff was very pleasant.
I had a great stay and everyone was so nice and very helpfull. room was very nice very clean and very big and the bed was great to sleep on. check out was fast and easy.It was a great place many places to eat and do things.
After some pretty aggressive traveling and staying in some less that desirable places along the way we arrived at the Best Western in Warwick RI. Everything was as you would expect, very friendly staff, clean property outside and in the common areas. Great value, clean room and super comfortable bed. I was sleeping in no time at all.
